Judge Terry Lewis States “Natural Born Citizen” Definition Will Be Decided
May 31, 2012, Tallahassee, FL – Activist attorney Larry Klayman announced today that Judge Terry Lewis of Leon County, FL has set a hearing on June 18th, 2012 at 9:00am to hear arguments from both sides about whether the eligibility of President Barack Hussein Obama can be determined in open court. Judge Lewis made crucial rulings in the famous Bush v. Gore case in 2000.
Florida’s election statutes provide broad protections for voters to ensure that the integrity of the election system is beyond reproach. One of such laws allows voters to challenge the nomination of a candidate who is not eligible for the office he is seeking. Plaintiff Michael Voeltz, a registered Democrat, challenged the eligibility of President Obama because he was not born to two citizen parents and thus not a “natural born citizen” as required by Article II the U.S. Constitution.
During the hearing over discovery issues, which Mr. Klayman wants to take the week of June 18, Judge Lewis noted that Mr. Klayman’s brief cited legal authority that a president, to be eligible, must have two (2) U.S. citizen parents, but President Obama and the other defendants cited no authority to the contrary. Mr. Klayman had cited the U.S. Supreme Court case of Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875). Judge Lewis ordered further briefing on this issue prior to the hearing.
Klayman stressed that the eligibility is very important particularly with this president, Barack Hussein Obama. He added: “The framers were not stupid. They understood that a president with divided loyalties could present a security and other risks for our nation. Obama’s Muslim heritage, which emanates from his Kenyan father (who had to be deported from the U.S.), frankly explains why he frequently sides with and takes actions to further the interests of Muslim nations against the United States; specifically his refusal to take forceful action against the Islamic Republic of Iran and its leaders over nuclear armament and human rights violations and atrocities.”
In a CNN interview yesterday Donald Trump stated ‘Obama hates this subject’ meaning the eligibility issue. This is because he appears not to be a legitimate American president, but instead an imposter who has fooled many. Unfortunately, the American people are the victims. It’s time that Obama, despite his protestations in proving his eligibility, either put up or shut up by coming forward with real proof, not doctored, computer-generated “proof” that he is eligible. Sherrif Joe Arpaio is poised to present more shocking information about Obama’s birth certificate and other records. It appears that CNN, in typical Orwellian fashion, is attempting to preempt Arpaio’s factual findings with contrived information in an attempt to discredit him and anyone else questioning Obama.

“CNN COMMITS FRAUD IN OBAMA “BIRTHGATE””
“The “BIRTHGATE” scandal is still unfolding after CNN committed an act of “Fraud” upon the American people on May 30th 2012 by writing, producing, editing and broadcasting a report with a microfiche copy of a long form birth certificate knowing it is not Barack Obama’s yet claiming it was.
Deceit or “Fraud” occurs when a person makes a factual misrepresentation, knowing that it is false (or having no belief in its truth and being reckless as to whether it is true) and intending it to be relied on by the recipient, and the recipient acts to his or her detriment in reliance on it.
I will refer to this microfiche at the 1 minute 22 second point in the video used by CNN as (Exhibit A) for it is evidence of “Fraud” by claiming it belongs to the putative President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama when they knew that it did not. CNN had also previously included (Exhibit A) in another report where they referred to it as “another man’s” and the use of (Exhibit A) in their report on the 30th was wholly designed to mislead the public into believing Obama is entitled to citizenship status needed for eligibility to the Office of the President of the United States.
CNN claims (Exhibit A), which is a (negative) copy of microfiche of a CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH was released by Obama 4 years ago, although he did not. What Obama purportedly released in 2008 was an online digital image of a COLB or Certification of Live Birth. They are NOT the same. He has never released microfiche. After the original digital image of the COLB became a problem because it was missing the raised seal then later photographs of other short-form documents (COLB) were released having their own problems.

“One does not have to look very far to know that a news organization can perpetrate “Fraud” on a level such that its impact on the American public is enormously widespread and devastating to both the organization committing an act of “Fraud” which is a crime and the public having been harmed. The Jayson Blair scandal at the New York Times and the Killian Document Controversy where the resignation of news broadcasting veteran anchor Dan Rather and the firing of his producer Mary Mapes at CBS are two of the more serious that comes to mind.
On April 25th 2011, just 2 days before Barack Obama released a multi-layered digital image purported to be a copy of his long form birth certificate; CNN filed a report on the controversy.
(hat-tip ObamaReleaseYourRecords) There is a very critical point to make here. Gary Tuchman the reporter set the tone of the story so as to be derisive and denigrating to people whom (the media) had labeled the pejorative term of “birther.” They should have reported on this in 2007 when Barack Obama declared he was running for President so that Americans wouldn’t go to the polls and be voting for an ineligible candidate; however CNN refused to investigate this at that time.
Keep in mind it is still a controversy because Barack Obama has continuously refused to release his original birth records and he and the media including CNN have ridiculed those asking for them to be released into the public record because Americans on a daily basis have to do so for things in their own life such as signing up for Little League baseball and getting a passport.
It is of significant consequence that the updated Gary Tuchman report using (Exhibit A) was broadcast on Anderson Cooper 360, a show that has gained a reputation of not just being confrontational but hostile to its own guests for wanting to know the TRUTH and veracity of Obama’s birth narrative. In light of this history of hostility by this show toward its guests and now this blatant deception arguably rises to the level of malice toward a political subset of the American public in particular. What is most disturbing is CNN is knowingly making false claims thereby intentionally attempting to deceive the American people to give legitimacy to a man that has usurped the Office of the President of the United States and aid and abet him in the ongoing commission of a crime and widening cover-up. So could this “other man” be Barry Soetoro, Barack Soebarkah or Harrison J. Bounel?
The timing of this act of “Fraud” upon the American people is also very significant, because Sheriff Arpaio of Maricopa County Arizona has recently announced he will be holding another highly anticipated press conference surrounding the ongoing investigation into the authenticity of the purported long form birth certificate and other evidence of felony identity fraud which is scheduled to occur in the next few days or weeks. Investigators from his Cold Case Posse have just returned from Hawaii and have indicated they have “shocking” new evidence to reveal to the American public.
Americans should immediately call for accountability from both the FCC and CNN itself by demanding the firing of all of those responsible for this egregious “Fraud” as well as an expectation of an official retraction by CNN. Public repudiation should be ongoing until such time CNN complies with the public’s demands.”

“Donald Trump is sticking to his guns over his belief that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, not America, maintaining the so-called “birther conspiracy”.
I honestly don’t know if Mr Trump is just being idiotic (entirely possible) or cynically playing “dog whistle politics” by repeating the controversy (as he did again on CNN on Tuesday) in a bid to play the tacit race card against Obama.
The long-form birth certificate from the State of Hawaii and the two contemporaneous ads in the local Honolulu papers announcing the birth are not enough to convince the bouffant one.
To be honest this doesn’t really matter for Trump’s already non-existent reputation – choose what adjective you will, he’s a fool, or “bloviating ignoramus” (Conservative commentator George Will), “ridiculous” (CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer) or just a plain “Jack-ass” (former Bush speechwriter David Frum).
But this absolutely does matter for Romney. Given that he begins this campaign with a reputation for being a “perfectly-lubricated weather vane” (Jon Huntsman) being quite so craven over something this obviously absurd shows an amazing lack of judgment.
Spinelessness is not a character-trait to recommend a would-be leader of the Free World. Romney wants Obama to get tough on China, and be more “assertive in Syria” and yet apparently can’t bring himself to cut Mr Trump loose.
It is not enough to say he doesn’t share Trump’s opinion, and that Trump is entitled to his opinion, when the undertones of those opinions are clearly racist.
The impression, like when Romney failed to protect his openly gay national security adviser earlier in the campaign, is of a candidate cowering before his hardline base. Reagan would never have done that.
Even worse is the appearance that Romney is putting up with Trump’s persistently embarrassing pronouncements for the sake of money.
When a man with a personal fortune of $250m is prepared to risk his reputation for the sake of $2m, or whatever amount Trump has rustled up for the Romney campaign at last night’s Las Vegas fundraiser, it’s time to reset the political calculator.
Romney has now clinched the nomination. If he wants the White House, he has to show some backbone, because weaseling is a deeply unattractive trait, whatever side of the political spectrum you come from.”
I am assuming that Peter Foster is not that dim witted or ill informed and is just regurgitating the party line or has been bought by the Obama camp.
If Foster has been paying attention or cares about the facts, he would know:
A) A birth announcement in one of the Hawaiian papers automatically was published in the other paper. This was a birth announcement. No one is questioning that Obama was born….somewhere. Conspiracy? That sounds like an idiot O’Reilly piece of “logic.”
B) COLB (certification of live birth) placed on the internet by several entities in 2008. Anybody, regardless of where they were born (and many did), could obtain one. Or as the only real journalist on CNN stated:
C) Obama, unlike John McCain in 2008, has never presented a certified, legitimate copy of a birth certificate.
D) Tim Adams, who worked in an elections office in Hawaii in 2008, was told then that there was no birth certificate for Obama.
E) Neil Abercrombie, the governor of Hawaii and a family friend of Obama, soon after taking office made inquiries and stated that he could find no birth certificate for Obama.
F) The Sheriff Joe Arpaio cold case posse investigation, along with other experts have stated that the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov is fraudulent.
G) Even if the image on WhiteHouse.gov appeared authentic, it could not be used in a court of law under scrutiny and questioning due to the following:
The phrase “or abstract” disqualifies it as proof of a certified copy.

“Billionaire businessman Donald Trump smacked CNN today, telling lead political anchor Wolf Blitzer the network would improve its dismal viewer ratings if it would only report the issue of Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president “accurately.”

Trump wasn’t allowed to finish because Blitzer cut him off, insisting, “If the state of Hawaii authorizes it, if the state of Hawaii says, ‘This is official. He was born in Hawaii on this date, here it is, why do you deny that?”
Trump responded, “A lot of people do not think it was an authentic certificate. You won’t report it, Wolf, but many people do not think it was authentic. His mother was not in the hospital. There were many other things that came out and, frankly, if you would report it accurately, I think you’d probably get better ratings than you’re getting – which are pretty small.”
At that, the CNN anchor displayed images of Hawaii newspaper announcements printed days after Obama’s purported birth. He spoke over Trump, refusing to allow his guest to speak without interruption.
“Many people did that, and they put those … excuse me, Wolf, am I allowed to talk?” Trump asked, frustrated after being cut off. “Are you going to stop defending Obama?”

Some mainstream media outlets claim Trump’s comments have put GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney in an awkward position. Romney has said he believes Obama was born in the U.S., but Democrats have criticized him for not distancing himself from Trump.
Even Obama took aim at the pair by releasing a video “highlighting Mitt Romney’s failure to condemn Donald Trump’s over-the-line rhetoric.”
“If Mitt Romney lacks the backbone to stand up to a charlatan like Donald Trump because he’s so concerned about lining his campaign’s pockets,” the Obama campaign said, “what does that say about the kind of president he would be?”

In a way it is because it says you’re not allowed to be president if you’re not born in the country. I’m not fanning flames. This is something that came out last week, a lot of people are questioning his birth certificate, questioning the authenticity of his birth certificate. I don’t consider myself birther or not birther but there are some major questions here and the press just refuses to cover it. There is a weird — in that same report that was on some of the conservative web sites and i haven’t even confirmed it, Donald, but there was a quote from one of his debates when he was running for state senator, I believe and one of his opponents said, well, this was at the time when the Kenya thing was still on some of his biographies or something and the guy said you weren’t even born here, he said it doesn’t matter if I’m born here, I wasn’t running for president at the time — there was a quote, from him. But the question is whether there was a time in his life where he thought it was more attractive to be a more national type guy and maybe didn’t change the impression that he wasn’t. I don’t know. Joe, just to finish off, a lot of people want to see his college transcripts. They’re not looking at his marks, his grade, was he a good student. they want to see what they say about place of birth. Those transcripts have disappeared. nobody seems to be able to get them. I was able to get him to produce a birth certificate, if it was a correct birth certificate. A lot of people have very serious doubts. they want to see his college transcripts because they want to see what is he saying about place of birth. What did he say? Tim Adams, who worked in an elections office in Hawaii in 2008, was told then that there was no birth certificate for Obama.
Neil Abercrombie, the governor of Hawaii and a family friend of Obama, soon after taking office made inquiries and stated that he could find no birth certificate for Obama.
The Sheriff Joe Arpaio cold case posse investigation, along with other experts have stated that the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov is fraudulent.
Even if the image on WhiteHouse.gov appeared authentic, it could not be used in a court of law under scrutiny and questioning due to the following:
The phrase “or abstract” disqualifies it as proof of a certified copy.
Once again we see Alvin Onaka’s name in the “verification of birth” from Hawaii to Arizona on May 22, 2012.
Is this another case of Orwellian semantics or more Hawaiian corruption?
I.E., we know for a fact that someone can be born elsewhere and still get a Hawaii birth certificate, hence the term abstract, a collection of data from sources.

I heard Rush Limbaugh yesterday echo my position that Obama may have said he was born in Kenya to get foreign student aid. This is plausible. Obama has lied and consistently made statements for political expediency, and often reversed earlier positions.
Obama has lied about his place of birth. He has even provided conflicting information about hospitals in Hawaii.
Was Obama born in Hawaii or Kenya?
Documented. Obama has used taxpayer dollars to hide his birth certificate, college and other records.
And now he is apparently using the director of the Selective Service System, who Obama appointed, to keep his selective service application hidden.

College admission records will likely show he attended as a foreign born student. That is why Obama is hiding his college records. Obama likely never registered for the draft since he was a foreign student and did not have to. Thus the need in 2008 to forge and back date a draft registration card. Hawaiian laws allowed children born abroad to a Hawaiian citizen to be registered as born in Hawaii. Obama could have been physically born in Kenya and yet registered by the maternal grandmother in Hawaii as born there which would trigger the standardized newspaper birth registration accounts in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961. With no Hawaiian hospital generated birth registration documents, or other contemporaneous records of his physical place of birth except in Kenya, there was the need to forge the short-form birth document in June 2008 and the long-form birth certificate PDF file put on the White House servers in April 2011 to backup his concocted life narrative.
