“TRUMP SLAPS CNN: REPORT OBAMA BIRTH FRAUD!”
“Billionaire businessman Donald Trump smacked CNN today, telling lead political anchor Wolf Blitzer the network would improve its dismal viewer ratings if it would only report the issue of Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president “accurately.”

Trump wasn’t allowed to finish because Blitzer cut him off, insisting, “If the state of Hawaii authorizes it, if the state of Hawaii says, ‘This is official. He was born in Hawaii on this date, here it is, why do you deny that?”
Trump responded, “A lot of people do not think it was an authentic certificate. You won’t report it, Wolf, but many people do not think it was authentic. His mother was not in the hospital. There were many other things that came out and, frankly, if you would report it accurately, I think you’d probably get better ratings than you’re getting – which are pretty small.”
At that, the CNN anchor displayed images of Hawaii newspaper announcements printed days after Obama’s purported birth. He spoke over Trump, refusing to allow his guest to speak without interruption.
“Many people did that, and they put those … excuse me, Wolf, am I allowed to talk?” Trump asked, frustrated after being cut off. “Are you going to stop defending Obama?”

After the interview, Trump posted on Twitter: “@BarackObama is practically begging @MittRomney to disavow the place of birth movement, he is afraid of it and for good reason. He keeps using @SenJohnMcCain as an example, however, @SenJohnMcCain lost the election. Don’t let it happen again.”
Some mainstream media outlets claim Trump’s comments have put GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney in an awkward position. Romney has said he believes Obama was born in the U.S., but Democrats have criticized him for not distancing himself from Trump.
Even Obama took aim at the pair by releasing a video “highlighting Mitt Romney’s failure to condemn Donald Trump’s over-the-line rhetoric.”
“If Mitt Romney lacks the backbone to stand up to a charlatan like Donald Trump because he’s so concerned about lining his campaign’s pockets,” the Obama campaign said, “what does that say about the kind of president he would be?”
Romney has refused to condemn Trump, saying, “You know, I don’t agree with all the people who support me. My guess is they don’t agree with everything I believe in. But I need to get 50.1 percent or more and I’m appreciative to have the help of a lot of good people.””

I think Trump is there to keep the topic in the public’s mind….questioning it….esp. when placing the emphasis on the latest actual non-negotiable evidence of O’s own publisher, for years, stating in public what he himself submitted. I don’t trust Trump, but I appreciate that there’s finally someone with the gonads to get out front on the issue. I would like to think this is clever strategy on the part of the GOP, taking a page from the Democrat playbook, but the GOP has not demonstrated any sort of strategic intelligence in the last few years… so I suspect Trump is actually working on behalf of the Clintons, who stand to gain the most at this point in time. There’s still time for Hillary to run/win in 2012, otherwise she’s probably looking at 2020 or 2024 as her opportunity. I believe that if Obama wins a 2nd term, there is no way a Democrat will win in 2016 after the inevitable disaster left by Obama (This also assumes we still have free elections at that point in time.)

Romney Surrogate Sununu Destroys Trump-Obsessed Soledad O’Brien

Soledad O’Brien and CNN beclowning themselves to shill for Obama is hardly news. What is news, though, is Romney surrogate John Sununu aggressively pushing back against CNN and O’Brien for carrying and enabling the Obama campaign’s talking points regarding Donald Trump. It’s a thing of beauty to watch and embedded below.
If this is going to be Team Romney’s approach to the hostile media, it will pay big dividends with voters. In the segment, Sununu hits a rhetorical grand slam by controlling the conversation and methodically taking it to where it needs to go: economic policy. Sununu also manages to do this without ever appearing angry or defensive. He’s aggressive, respectful, on offense (and therefore not complaining), and perfectly prepared for what’s coming.
Bringing up Bill Maher to expose CNN (and all of the media’s bias) bias is a masterstroke.
This is exactly what Romney’s supporters and surrogates need to do — reject the premise of these distractions intentionally created by Obama’s Media Palace Guards to take everyone’s eyes off the ball of Obama’s failed economic policies. In other words, the exact opposite of anything John McCain would do.
Hopefully, Romney has a large stable of spokespeople who will be just as effective throughout the long campaign — people who can send the message to the corrupt media that we are the adults in the room and we will not play by your corrupt rules; this is an election based on the failed record of a sitting incumbent, not what every Romney supporter says.
Over the weekend, this Trump nonsense-narrative was a campaign coordinated by the media and the fact that Romney is aware that this is a political tactic and has nothing to do with actual news is a very good sign. Romney knows what he’s up against. You can’t defeat a rival unless you first acknowledge they are your rival.
BONUS: Watch the faces of Soledad and Ron Brownstein literally turn red as Sununu completely owns them with facts, truth, and legitimate criticisms of Obama that they obviously weren’t prepared for and don’t want to hear.

I have to agree with you, SueQ, about Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse. Although I understand Pete’s point, it is entirely possible that this advance notice is to allow the enemy to squirm a bit. Often well placed hints of something to come can be a strategy used in warfare, I believe.
Knowing Sheriff Joe’s extensive background in drug enforcement, etc., I trust his wisdom as to when and how to make announcements, even to possibly “smoke out” further valuable information. We are already seeing the nervous twitches that are affecting the MSM.

Also, if I may add, Arpaio knows that a lot of us await daily more news and get a little restless in the gaps of time between news conferences….and I’m sure people keep asking him for more. So this general kind of announcement in expectation of more keeps a hold on the people. I think his number two man has been great in his rather straight forward, no backing down approach during the interim interviews too.
This inadvertant coverage by the marxstream media also seems to be forcing O’s hand….we’re seing now that Holder in another despicable act is meeting with black pastors to probably emphasize with them the need to get the flock upset (Republicans denying them their voter rights with calls for I.D.s, etc.) and ready to gin up some nastiness come voter time. Remember, when O’s cousin, Odinga, didn’t get the votes he simply sent out the mobs to literally burn and terrorize the community until he could share in an illegitimate power over them. There is going to be a lot of chaos…beyond local…like international so that O can claim, if not elected, emergency powers that he won’t give up when his time is up. People claim thousands of terrorists crossing our borders, back and forth, carrying the soft target munitions to create just that chaos. Who knows what this group is diabolically capable of!

When he has what he needs to prosecute, or to destroy the lies entirely, then he should have his press conference with a short, but useful, warning. Don't give the Dems chances for spin control, to prepare, to make up new lies to fit in with the old ones. These are dangerous people, and people are already untimely dead. It's way past 'media highlights' and ratings. The political end game must be delivered short and swift, with adequate time for the country to recover and make rational decisions. Should I have the information to make this happen, I would give just enough time for people to 'arrange' seating at the 'biggest news event' in US history. October 23, 2008, Hillary supporter, long-time democrat, and attorney Philip Berg goes on Michael Savage’s national conservative radio program decrying Obama as a foreign-born usurper and states there are authentic, accessible copies of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate. Berg had actually opened an election fraud case against Obama just a few weeks after the 2008 democratic convention. Once Obama had won the party’s delegates and DNC ticket, surely to the Clintons’ surprise, Hillary outright distanced herself from Obama.

It was Hillary’s camp that started the first legal cases against Obama’s eligibility two weeks after the 2008 DNC convention. Hillary knew Obama was ineligible. That’s why, as the beltway-insider, in early 2008 she yanked him into an intentionally uncomfortable 6-person Senate committee to dig through McCain’s eligibility. ‘Initially’ Hillary probably planned to select Obama as her VP choice and surge to a clear victory with a stunning ticket; however, when Obama’s own campaign for the WH overtook Mrs. Clinton’s, thermo-nuclear war probably began between Dean, Soros, and the Clintons. Two weeks before the election, even Wolf on CNN said “If Obama is found ineligible, can Hilary win on a 2-week run?” The heat was on all the way to the end.
Reid and Pelosi were probably very reluctant on Obama as the Dem candidate and knew joining on the Obama bandwagon could end in prison like Colson got after Watergate. That’s why Pelosi distanced herself as best she could by not certifying, at least for Hawaii, that Obama was Constitutionally eligible. She knew he wasn’t.
Yes Bush and Cheney most likely knew Obama was ineligible, so did Governor Lingle, so did Howard Dean, so did Aunt Bea and Andy Griffith. Everyone had to bend for two reasons: too many secrets, and to avoid national and international race and religious riots.
For crying out loud, Howard Dean created the largest super majority in a half century and then just a few days after the 2008 election resigns as DNC chair. Why? Answer: Separation. Space. Distance. From what? Ending up like those tangled up in Watergate. Even Blago got his foot tangled in the 2008 grab-bag net.
The bottom-line: Hawaii cannot produce the original piece of microfilm that has the Nordyke twins’ full birth certs and Obama’s connected to it. Obama’s never existed. Everyone knows this to be true.
That’s why in 2008 the Hawaii Democratic Party Chair Brian Schatz wouldn’t certify Obama as Constitutionally eligible as the Hawaii Dem Party did for Gore in 2000 and for Kerry in 2004. Like many others, to create some legal separation and distance from what was becoming a sticky problem, Brian only cited the DNC Convention guidelines rather than the Constitution regarding Obama’s eligibility to run on Hawaii’s ballot.
