“Mr. Trump is saying let’s all stand together as Americans. I have not heard a racist word out of that man’s mouth.”…Ben Stein

“Millions of cretinous and amoral Americans still admire Bill and Hillary Clinton, the two foulest amoral slimebags that have ever besmirched the White House. These two foulmouthed and lying psychopaths have been, and still are, blindly supported by masses of non-clinical morons, diehard Democrats, and whorish liberal journalists and their editors.

The Clintons’ habitual lies, gutter language, anti-Semitic outbursts, and anti-black slurs have been documented by reliable writers but have been — and still are — routinely suppressed by the so-called liberal media.”…Reinhold Aman, Ph.D.

People have been lined up since last night for the Donald Trump rally at the Greensboro Coliseum.

Concurrently the lies continue about Trump and his being a racist.

Here is an example from the Greensboro News Record.

“I think these women are confused. Donald Trump uses veterans. He does not support them. He would never have come through with any of the “charitable” donations that he promised ito veterans groups f the media hadn’t called him out on it. When they did, he attacked them. If you actually listen to Trump, he can change his position within the same day. He is, however, consistently racist and sexist. The only thing that he has been good at is looking out for himself and his money.”

http://www.greensboro.com//news/government/elections/libertarian-going-to-greensboro-trump-rally-with-hopes-of-spreading/article_b00239f6-3d17-5ff9-8d7d-6cae5e40fc8c.html

Ben Stein stated: “Mr. Trump is saying let’s all stand together as Americans. I have not heard a racist word out of that man’s mouth.”

I agree with Trump. I do not want anymore illegal aliens from Mexico, Pakistan, Syria or elsewhere.

I am for protecting our borders, citizens and jobs.

I am not a racist either.

Instead of attending the Trump rally, I chose to take care of business (which includes writing this piece) and therefore supporting the American and Conservative cause.

Since today, June 14, 2016 is Donald Trump’s birthday, here is some biographical material.

“Recently, Trump has flummoxed the Republican establishment and puzzled many journalists with his leap to the front of the field in the race to be the GOP’s candidate for the presidency. Turning apparent missteps into proof that he is unscripted and “unfiltered,” Trump has made his combative brand of authenticity the centerpiece of a most unconventional campaign—and one that has him dominating opinion polls.

But anyone who knows Trump well, and has followed him through his decades of fame, knows Donald Trump is never just what you see on the surface. A master manipulator, he has always played every angle—bullying or flattering, and then suddenly changing directions—in order to gain an advantage. As often as not he keeps his true intentions to himself, and if his latest skirmish with Fox News is any indication, he is still a few steps ahead of everyone else. Having entered a new game that calls for seeking attention in a crowed room—modern day politics—Trump is proving that his skills are transferrable.”

“When I first meet Donald he says he was prepared to decline my request for a series of formal interviews, and he has only agreed to this meeting because I’m being assisted by the writer Mark Dagostino, who is helping me with research. Mark reported on him for People magazine and Trump likes him, but as he says, he is only talking to us as a courtesy. We deserve to hear no in person. But this all sounds like salesmanship. No, I couldn’t possibly sell. This property means too much to me. But maybe for you, I could make an exception.

We agree to half a dozen interview sessions, which would give us time to march through his life in an orderly way. Trump says he’ll do his best to address the past, although he much prefers to discuss the present and, whenever possible, the future. With this decision made, he eases into a monologue.”

“In two instances when he spoke on the record, Trump veered from a general discussion of “success” to an evaluation of the president. In the first case he said Obama lacked the qualities of a winner and “has had so many losses and people don’t even want to watch him on television.” In the second he said the president was not psychologically tough. “It’s all psychology. If Obama had that psychology, Russia’s Vladimir Putin wouldn’t be eating his lunch. He doesn’t have that psychology and he never will because it’s not in his DNA.””

“Although Trump’s attitude toward Obama was tinged with emotion, he was far more caustic in his remarks about the fourth estate. “There is tremendous dishonesty, tremendous dishonesty, in the press,” he volunteered, naming certain journalists, including Timothy L. O’Brien and Wayne Barrett, both prominent Trump critics, as chief offenders. “I believed in the press. And when this guy [Barrett] wrote this way, I realized, ‘Wow, we’ve got a different situation than I thought. This is not an honest business.’” Trump’s most venomous words are reserved for the editor of Vanity Fair, whom he calls “scumbag Graydon Carter.” Trump will mention the man many times, always saying the phrase in a hurry as if it were a single, indivisible word: “Scumbagraydoncarter.”

“I went to New York Military Academy for five years, from the year before freshman.”

“So eighth grade on?”

“Yes.”

“Whose idea was this?”

“Well, I was very rebellious and my parents thought it would be a good idea. I was very rebellious.”

“How did it evidence itself?”

“I was a very rebellious kind of person. I don’t like to talk about it, actually. But I was a very rebellious person and very set in my ways.”

“In eighth grade?”

“I loved to fight. I always loved to fight.”

“Physical fights?”

“… All types of fights. Any kind of fight, I loved it, including physical, and I was always the best athlete. Something that nobody knew about me.””

“This is the essential paradox of Trump’s personality. He is the fellow who thinks positively and declares himself “a winner” but also expects conflict and criticism. He said he expects more if he decides to run for president in 2016.

“I think my honesty gets me in trouble,” he explained. “I think I’m so honest that it gets me in trouble. I’m a very smart person, I could give an answer that’s perfect and everything’s fine and nobody would care about it, nobody would write about it, or I could give an honest answer, which becomes a big story.”

“Will that hurt you or help you politically, being that honest and forthright?” asked Mark.

“I think it will help me. I think people are tired of politically correct people, where everything comes out ‘The sun will rise and be beautiful.’ I think people are really tired of politically correct.””

“Although his detractors are repulsed, Trump would say that in his aggressive pursuits he is a true expression of the American ideal. He does represent aspects of well-established cultural norms. Repeated studies have determined that Americans do value individualism more than other peoples and are more willing to call attention to themselves. We revere those who take risks in pursuit of the big score, even when they fail, and we tolerate wide gaps in wealth, health and even life expectancy to preserve our chance to become winners, no matter the odds. We are also inclined to brag and promote ourselves at a level that would be unseemly anywhere else. Donald Trump may blow his horn a little louder than other Americans, but he is playing the right tune.”

“Left to conclude my study without Trump, I could reflect on the challenges of his childhood. His mother had been sickly; his father was demanding and often absent. Both abandoned him to a military school that was, by modern definitions, brutal. Yet his parents also provided him with ample support, and he would be the first to insist they were loving and generous. In 1946, the year he was born, America was on the cusp of a prosperity the world had never before seen. An explosion of mass media was making image-making and celebrity elements of daily life. A fiercely intelligent child, growing up rich and privileged at this time, would think that anything was possible. Add enormous ambition, and he would try to achieve it.”

“By July 1993, the Clintons and their associates had established

Do a search on Hillary Clinton.

You are bound to find one of these words:

Lies

Obstruction

Controversy

Witch

This did not start wit the recent email scandal.

The Clintons’ chicanery and unsavory behaviour began decades ago.

From the Washington Post archives.

“Some of the key kinks in the Whitewater tangle:

  • A fraudulent $300,000 federally backed loan to Susan McDougal, some of which went into Whitewater Development Corp. David Hale, a former Little Rock judge whose company issued the loan, told investigators that Bill Clinton pressured him to do so.
  • The mysterious disappearance and rediscovery of billing records showing the extent of Hillary Clinton’s legal work for McDougal’s savings and loan. Missing and under subpoena for two years, they turned up in January 1996 in the Clintons’ private quarters at the White House.
  • The firing of seven members of the White House travel office in 1993, possibly to make room for Clinton friends – followed by an FBI investigation of the office, allegedly opened under pressure from the White House to justify the firings. Sometimes called “Travelgate.”
  • The 1993 suicide of White House counsel Vincent Foster, hard on the heels of the travel-office imbroglio and his filing of delinquent Whitewater Corp. tax returns.
  • The collection of hundreds of confidential FBI files on prominent Republicans by a minor White House operative in 1993 and 1994. Sometimes called “Filegate.”
  • The more than $700,000 paid to former associate attorney general Webster L. Hubbell, most of it from friends of President Clinton and Democratic Party supporters, just as the former law partner of Hillary Clinton was coming under intense scrutiny by Whitewater investigators.”

“Starr’s Little Rock grand jury, which was investigating the Arkansas aspects of Whitewater, disbanded in early May 1998, and activity moved to Washington. Among the major non-Lewinsky questions investigated by Starr and his allies:

  • Did the White House arrange payments to Hubbell in an effort to buy his silence about things he might have learned while he and Hillary Clinton were partners at the Rose Law Firm?
  • Did the White House pressure the McDougals not to talk during their fraud trial?
  • Did Hillary Clinton obstruct the investigation by lying or hiding her records?
  • Did Bill Clinton lie in sworn testimony in 1996 when he denied any knowledge of the fraudulent $300,000 loan to Susan McDougal?”

Unemployment rate 4.7 percent in May 2016 LOL, If there is ever a real gain in full time employment the rate will go negative, Labor force participation rate dropped .4 % past two months, Labor force dropouts and part time jobs are real story

“In December 2014 there were 18 million immigrants (legal and illegal) living in the country who had arrived since January 2000. But job growth over this period was just 9.3 million — half of new immigration.”…Center for Immigration Studies February 2015

“There’s no other way to say this. The official unemployment rate, which cruelly overlooks the suffering of the long-term and often permanently unemployed as well as the depressingly underemployed, amounts to a Big Lie.”…Gallup CEO Jim Clifton

“the Times of the nineteenth of December had published the official forecasts of the output of various classes of consumption goods in the fourth quarter of 1983, which was also the sixth quarter of the Ninth Three-Year Plan. Today’s issue contained a statement of the actual output, from which it appeared that the forecasts were in every instance grossly wrong. Winston’s job was to rectify the original figures by making them agree with the later ones.”…George Orwell, “1984”

From the US Labor Dept. June 3, 2016.

“In May, the unemployment rate declined by 0.3 percentage point to 4.7 percent, and the number of unemployed persons declined by 484,000 to 7.4 million. Both measures had shown little movement from August to April. (See table A-1.)”

“In May, the civilian labor force participation rate decreased by 0.2 percentage
point to 62.6 percent. The rate has declined by 0.4 percentage point over the
past 2 months, offsetting gains in the first quarter. The employment-population
ratio, at 59.7 percent, was unchanged in May. (See table A-1.)

The number of persons employed part time for economic reasons (also referred to as involuntary part-time workers) increased by 468,000 to 6.4 million in May, after showing little movement since November. These individuals, who would have preferred full-time employment, were working part time because their hours had been cut back or because they were unable to find a full-time job. (See table A-8.)”

Obama speech June 1, 2016 Concord Community High School
Elkhart, Indiana

“THE PRESIDENT:  We decided to invest in job training so that folks who lost their jobs could retool.  We decided to invest in things like high-tech manufacturing and clean energy and infrastructure, so that entrepreneurs wouldn’t just bring back the jobs that we had lost, but create new and better jobs, and folks who had lost work from the construction industry because the housing market had collapsed could go back to work rebuilding America.

And we can see the results not just here in Elkhart, but across the nation.  By almost every economic measure, America is better off than when I came here at the beginning of my presidency.  That’s the truth.  That’s true.  (Applause.)  It’s true.  (Applause.)  Over the past six years, our businesses have created more than 14 million new jobs — that’s the longest stretch of consecutive private sector job growth in our history.  We’ve seen the first sustained manufacturing growth since the 1990s.  We cut unemployment in half, years before a lot of economists thought we would.  We’ve cut the oil that we buy from foreign countries by more than half, doubled the clean energy that we produce.  For the first time ever, more than 90 percent of the country has health insurance.  (Applause.)

In fact, a poll that was out just last week says that two out of three Americans think their own family’s financial situation is in pretty good shape.  But we know a lot of people are still feeling stressed about their economic future.  The pundits, they say one of the reasons the Republican Party has picked the candidate that it has — ”

According to Bill Clinton in 1974, in his own words, he should have resigned the presidency and Hillary should drop out of the presidential race.

From the Arkansas Gazette, August 8, 1974 via watergate.info.

“United States Representative John Paul Hammerschmidt of Harrison is wrong in opposing President Nixon’s resignation and is wrong in questioning whether the president has committed an impeachable offense, Bill Clinton of Fayetteville, Hammerschmidt’s opponent, said here Wednesday.

In the wake of the president’s admission Monday that he had lied about his role in the Watergate coverup, Hammerschmidt said, “We need to do our duty as quickly as possible. We should have done it a year ago.”

“I don’t see how in the world he can say that when a year ago he was saying we should forget about it and he voted against giving funds for the House Judiciary Committee staff,” Clinton said.

Hammerschmidt flatly opposed resignation.

“I think it’s plain that the president should resign and spare the country the agony of this impeachment and removal proceeding,” Clinton said. “I think the country could be spared a lot of agony and the government could worry about inflation and a lot of other problems if he’d go on and resign.”

Hammerschmidt said after the president’s revelations Monday he was not sure whether Mr. Nixon’s actions legally were impeachable.

Clinton, a law professor at the University of Arkansas, said there was “no question that an admission of making false statements to government officials and interfering with the FBI and the CIA is an impeachable offense.”

Hammerschmidt’s statement “puts him out of step with all the Republicans on the Judiciary Committee who voted against impeachment” before the Monday revelations and now are “calling for resignation because of clear and direct evidence of an impeachable offense,” Clinton said.”

Charlotte Bathroom ordinance NC HB2 fact vs fiction, North Carolina laws derived from established science not feelings, Charlotte ordinance number 7056 allowed transgenders to use bathroom of choice, Convicted sex offender proponent of LGBT accessCharlotte

I looked for quite some time to find an article that linked to the Charlotte, NC ordinance allowing transgender folks to access the bathroom of choice, ignoring the safety of women and children.

Safety of women and children threatened?

One of the proponents of the ordinance was a documented sex offender. A man convicted of molesting underage boys.

Here he is with the mayor of Charlotte, Jennifer Roberts.

As Sean Hannity stated in 2008, “journalism is dead in this country.”

The articles I found in numerous searches, quoted or paraphrased the ordinance or quoted other articles doing so.

So I will begin by presenting access to Charlotte Ordinance Number 7056, passed on February 22, 2016 and intended to become effective April 1, 2016.

“All Men Now Have a Legal Right to Access Women’s Facilities and Vice Versa

This past Monday night, Charlotte City Councilmembers thumbed their noses at the Governor and state law by adopting an illegal and state-preempted ordinance which creates special rights for persons who “identify” or choose to “express” themselves as the opposite sex, including the right to access bathrooms and showers contrary to their biological sex.

But it’s even worse than I have outlined previously – and it’s even worse than has so far been reported in the press. Let me explain…

Numerous commenters at Monday’s City Council meeting expressed their valid concern that males can pose as transgenders to gain access to women’s and girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, etc. In reality, the amended ordinance, as adopted, outlaws sex-specific facilities completely.

In other words, just as it would be illegal for a business to discriminate by saying “whites only,” it is now illegal within Charlotte city limits to have “male only” or “female only” bathrooms, showers, etc.

Any biological man – regardless of whether he “identifies” or “expresses” himself as a man OR as a woman – now has the legal right under the City’s amended ordinance to access the most intimate of women’s facilities (and vice versa). Under the ordinance, Charlotte businesses may no longer offer or enforce sex-specific facilities and face penalties if they do.

Before the amendment, the public accommodations ordinance had two separate parts.

The first part prohibited denying anyone “the full and equal enjoyment of the … facilities … a place of public accommodation because of race, color, religion, or national origin.”

The second part prohibited discriminating on the basis of sex, but exempted “[r]estrooms, shower rooms, bathhouses, and similar facilities which are in their nature distinctly private.”

Adding the new categories of “sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression” to the second part of the public accommodations ordinance would not have suited the objectives of radical activists to overhaul existing bathroom policy. Therefore, City Council eliminated the second part of the ordinance completely, including its bathroom and shower exemptions.

They moved “sex” to the first part and added the new classifications. So, the new language is just this:

“It shall be unlawful to deny any person the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of a place of public accommodation because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or national origin.”

“This is a boneheaded blunder and a further embarrassment to Charlotte.”

If “gender identity” and “gender expression” mean that a transgender must be allowed to use the bathroom and shower of choice, then “sex” means that ALL men must be permitted to use women’s facilities and vice versa. The City Attorney says that’s not what was intended, but it is what the language says.

This is a boneheaded blunder and a further embarrassment to Charlotte.

If you live in Charlotte, please ask your City Council representatives what they were thinking. If you don’t live in our city, be vigilant that your own city council does not create a national media circus for your hometown.”

NC House Bill 2.

Click to access H2v1.pdf

From NC Governor Pat McCrory March 25, 2016.

“Myths vs Facts: What New York Times, Huffington Post and other media outlets aren’t saying about common-sense privacy law.”

“1. Does the new bill limit or prohibit private sector companies from adopting their own nondiscrimination policies or practices?

  • Answer: No. Businesses are not limited by this bill. Private individuals, companies and universities can adopt new or keep existing nondiscrimination policies.

2. Does this bill take away existing protections for individuals in North Carolina?

  • Answer: No. In fact, for the first time in state history, this law establishes a statewide anti-discrimination policy in North Carolina which is tougher than the federal government’s. This also means that the law in North Carolina is not different when you go city to city.

3. Can businesses and private facilities still offer reasonable accommodations for transgender people, like single occupancy bathrooms for instance?

  • Answer: Yes. This bill allows and does nothing to prevent businesses, and public or private facilities from providing single-use bathrooms.

4. Can private businesses, if they choose, continue to allow transgender individuals to use the bathroom, locker room or other facilities of the gender they identify with, or provide other accommodations?

  • Answer: Yes. That is the prerogative of private businesses under this new law. For instance, if a privately-owned sporting facility wants to allow attendees of sporting events to use the restroom of their choice, or install unisex bathrooms, they can. The law neither requires nor prohibits them from doing so.

5. Does this law prohibit towns, cities or counties in North Carolina from setting their own nondiscrimination policies in employment that go beyond state law?

  • Answer: No. Town, cities and counties in North Carolina are still allowed to set stricter non-discrimination policies for their own employees if they choose.

6. Does this bill mean transgender people will always have to use the restroom of the sex of their birth, even if they have undergone a sex change?

  • Answer: No. This law simply says people must use the bathroom of the sex listed on their birth certificate. Anyone who has undergone a sex change can change their sex on their birth certificate.

7. I’m worried about how this new law affects transgender children or students in North Carolina. Does this bill allow bullying against transgender children in schools?

  • Answer: Absolutely not. North Carolina law specifically prohibits bullying and harassing behavior against children on the basis of sexual identity.

8. Does this bill affect people with disabilities?

  • Answer: No. Statewide law also bans discrimination based on disability.

9. Why did North Carolina pass this law in the first place?

  • Answer: The bill was passed after the Charlotte City Council voted to impose a regulation requiring businesses to allow a man into a women’s restroom, shower, or locker room if they choose. This ordinance would have eliminated the basic expectations of privacy people have when using the rest room by allowing people to use the restroom of their choice. This new local regulation brought up serious privacy concerns by parents, businesses and others across the state, as well as safety concerns that this new local rule could be used by people who would take advantage of this to do harm to others.

In fact, the Charlotte City Council tried to pass this ordinance before but failed, and passed the same ordinance in February of 2016 despite serious concerns from state officials, business leaders and other concerned citizens.

10. What about parents or caregivers bringing children into the restroom?

  • Answer: The law provides exceptions to young children accompanied by parents or care givers.

11. Will this bill threaten federal funding for public schools under Title IX?

  • Answer: No, according to a federal court which has looked at a similar issue.

12. Will this bill prevent people from receiving medical attention in an emergency?

  • Answer: Absolutely not. Nothing will prevent people from receiving medical attention in public or private accommodations.

13. Will this bill affect North Carolina’s ability to create or recruit jobs?

  • Answer: This bill does not affect companies in North Carolina. North Carolina was one of the top states to do business in the country before this law was passed, and preventing Charlotte’s bathroom ordinance from going into effect on April 1 won’t change that.

14. Why is the state telling cities and towns what it can and can’t do by repealing an ordinance the elected members of the Charlotte City Council passed?

  • Answer: North Carolina is one of at least 37 states like Virginia where cities and towns cannot pass rules or regulations that exceed the authority given to them by the state. In passing the bathroom ordinance, Charlotte was exceeding its authority and setting rules that had ramifications beyond the City of Charlotte. The legislature acted to address privacy and safety concerns if this ordinance was allowed to go into effect on April 1.

15. Do any other regulations in North Carolina cities, towns or counties come close to what Charlotte was recommending?

  • Answer: No. Not that we are aware of. Therefore, nothing changes in North Carolina cities, towns and counties, including in Charlotte, regarding discrimination practices and protections now that this law has passed.

16. Did only Republicans vote for this bill?

  • Answer: No. 11 Democrats voted for this bill in the N.C. House of Representatives and no Democratic Senators voted against it. In fact, Democratic Senators walked out to avoid voting on the issue at all because many were going to vote for it and they did not want show their division.

17. Why did the Legislature call a special session to overturn the bathroom ordinance?

  • Answer: The new Charlotte ordinance, which would have required all businesses to change their restroom policies and take away the expectation of privacy people have when using the restroom, was going to go into effect on April 1 if no action was taken.

18. Is North Carolina at a disadvantage when it comes to recruiting jobs because it does not have ordinances like the one Charlotte was proposing?

  • Answer: No. In fact in the last 3 years without an ordinance like this, North Carolina has created the 6th most jobs in the country – over 260,000 net new jobs. We know of no examples of companies being recruited to North Carolina that have asked if the state has an ordinance like the one Charlotte was proposing.”

http://governor.nc.gov/press-release/myths-vs-facts-what-new-york-times-huffington-post-and-other-media-outlets-arent-0

NC Laws are based on facts such as biological science, not feelings.

How do you rule in a court of law on someone’s feelings, i.e., that they associate with another sex type?

Common sense and grounded legal principals expose the Charlotte ordinance as foolhardy and impractical.

Now to my warnings to Jennifer Roberts, Roy Cooper, Bruce Springsteen, PayPal and other entities  threatening the NC economy and business.

Two can play that game.

I will do my best to see that Roy Cooper is not elected governor.

Jennifer Roberts, you are history.

Market Watch reports white people have least confidence in the American Dream, Market Watch and media lie about job growth, White american employment decimated under Obama, Who is getting all those “jobs”?

“In December 2014 there were 18 million immigrants (legal and illegal) living in the country who had arrived since January 2000. But job growth over this period was just 9.3 million — half of new immigration.”…Center for Immigration Studies February 2015

“There’s no other way to say this. The official unemployment rate, which cruelly overlooks the suffering of the long-term and often permanently unemployed as well as the depressingly underemployed, amounts to a Big Lie.”…Gallup CEO Jim Clifton

The mainstream media has reported about hunger in America but they won’t tell you why.

That is because their priority is to protect Obama and now the next Democrat presidential candidate.

The Obama economy and real employment situation in the US is the cause of hunger.

And white americans have been hit the hardest.

From Market Watch January 22, 2016.

“White people have least confidence in the American Dream”

“Americans say the American Dream is suffering — and that our laziness and low morals may be partially to blame.

Searches for “American Dream” have fallen 24% since Google began tracking this data in 2004 — and when you type “American Dream” into Google, three of the four top autofills are “dead,” “a lie” and “leaving America,” according to an analysis of Google Trends data released Friday in a report by brokerage firm Convergex.”

“Furthermore, three in four Americans now say that the “American Dream” — broadly, the notion that through hard work and determination every American can have a successful life — is suffering, according to the 7th Annual American Values Survey unveiled last year at the Aspen Ideas Festival.

What’s more, 69% say the obstacles to realizing the dream are “more severe today than ever” — and note that a decline in work ethic is the primary hurdle to Dream achievement. The poll of more than 2,300 Americans was conducted by Burson-Marsteller and market research firm Penn Schoen Berland.”

From Market Watch January 13, 2016.

“So many jobs, so little growth. What gives?”

“Three possible explanations for robust hiring, weak GDP

The U.S. economy just witnessed the two best years of job growth — 2014 and 2015, in that order — since 1999. Yet real economic growth has been bumping along at a 2.1% rate since the Great Recession ended.

The 79-month expansion included two quarterly contractions in gross domestic product, which is already unusual. The economy never exhibited any real thrust coming out of the long and deep recession. Even economists have begun to despair, abandoning their perennial 3%-growth-next-year forecast for something with a 2% handle.

Yet the mystery of consistently strong job growth in the face of consistently weak economic growth remains. The possible answers to the conundrum can be divided into three categories:
1. Productivity growth is lousy.

2. GDP growth is being understated.

3. Job growth is being overstated.”

“Could the employment data be skewed? Jim Bianco, president of Bianco Research, brought to my attention a recent redesign of the one-page enrollment package the BLS mails to potential participants in its payroll survey and suggested the 2012 change might be biasing the responses.

Even if there were any bias in the data, it would be washed away by annual benchmark revisions. Those revisions incorporate information from the state unemployment insurance tax records that nearly all firms are required to file.”

“So many jobs”

“robust hiring”

For who?

It is hard to believe that the folks writing this crap for the mainstream media are so stupid, ignorant or out of touch with reality.

So we are left with Orwellian brainwashing and bias.

Citizen Wells has written extensively on the impact on white american employment under Obama. Do a search on this site to read them.

Here are a couple of facts from the US Labor Dept.:

White american employment.

From January to December 2015.

Employment gain: 276,000. (that is supposedly one month’s jobs added)

Labor force participation rate down .5 %.

Not in labor force up 1,415,000

Where is Donald Trump on this?

Harvard Law Review article lied about Ted Cruz eligibility, Natural born citizen status, 2 US citizen parents required, Cruz born in canada to 1 US Citizen parent his mother, Is this why Obama and Cruz are arrogant in regard to US Constitution?

Harvard Law Review article lied about Ted Cruz eligibility, Natural born citizen status, 2 US citizen parents required, Cruz born in canada to 1 US Citizen parent his mother, Is this why Obama and Cruz are arrogant in regard to US Constitution?

“According to the  US Citizenship and Immigration Services Ted Cruz was not a US citizen at birth and consequently not a natural born citizen.”…Citizen Wells

“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”…Abraham Lincoln

“We are being lied to on a scale unimaginable by George Orwell.”…Citizen Wells

At the time of the adoption of the US Constitution in 1787, there were only 2 types of citizens defined by US Law.

Natural born citizens and everyone else, citizens. There were no legally naturalized citizens and no provision in US Law to be naturalized until 1790.

That is why the founding fathers has to be grandfathered in with the following language:

“no Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President . . . .”

That language and the meaning of natural born citizen have not been altered.

Only the definition of citizen and how to attain citizenship has been altered.

It is believed by myself and many legal scholars that the founding fathers knew that one had to be born on US Soil to US citizen parents (plural).

Three years later in the Naturalization act of 1790 we find a clarification:

“And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens”

Obviously from that language one had to have US citizen parents (plural) to be a natural born citizen.

Senate Resolution 511, that Barack Obama signed, stated:

“Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen’ under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.”

Once again citizens (plural).

So from start to finish we have the requirement of 2 US Citizen parents to be a natural born citizen.

Ted Cruz had only one US Citizen parent, his mother and he was born in Canada.

Clearly not eligible.

That is why the following article from the Harvard Review is so absurd.

“We have both had the privilege of heading the Office of the Solicitor General during different administrations. We may have different ideas about the ideal candidate in the next presidential election, but we agree on one important principle: voters should be able to choose from all constitutionally eligible candidates, free from spurious arguments that a U.S. citizen at birth is somehow not constitutionally eligible to serve as President simply because he was delivered at a hospital abroad.

The Constitution directly addresses the minimum qualifications necessary to serve as President. In addition to requiring thirty-five years of age and fourteen years of residency, the Constitution limits the presidency to “a natural born Citizen.”

All the sources routinely used to interpret the Constitution confirm that the phrase “natural born Citizen” has a specific meaning: namely, someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth with no need to go through a naturalization proceeding at some later time. And Congress has made equally clear from the time of the framing of the Constitution to the current day that, subject to certain residency requirements on the parents, someone born to a U.S. citizen parent generally becomes a U.S. citizen without regard to whether the birth takes place in Canada, the Canal Zone, or the continental United States.”

This is a big lie!

http://harvardlawreview.org/2015/03/on-the-meaning-of-natural-born-citizen/

From Citizen Wells March 16, 2015.

Truths, half truths and lies.

I will make this simple because it is.

Although our laws were derived from British laws and in fact some common laws are in force today, we have heavily modified them beginning with pre revolution colonial laws and the US Constitution.

The article above conveniently, selectively quotes the US Constitution which states:

“no Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President . . . .”

Ted Cruz is a citizen, but since he was not alive at the adoption of the Constitution, he is not by default a natural born citizen.

The Constitution was crafted by individuals with an excellent understanding of the law and a concern for foreign influences.

They made a clear distinction between citizen and natural born citizen.

Ted Cruz citizen not natural born citizen, Cruz not alive at adoption of constitution, Harvard Law Review article, Still teach to constitution?, Citizen at birth not equivalent to natural born citizen

Attorney Mario Apuzzo provides a scholarly explanation.

“I read the March 11, 2015 article entitled, “On the Meaning of a ‘Natural Born Citizen,” written by Neal Katyal and Paul Clement, found at 128 Harv.L.Rev.F 161, and accessed at http://harvardlawreview.org/2015/03/on-the-meaning-of-natural-born-citizen/ .  The first sentence of the article says:  “We have both had the privilege of heading the Office of the Solicitor General.”  The article repeats the existing talking points offered in support of the constitutional eligibility of Senator Ted Cruz (all born citizens are natural born citizens) and offers nothing new.  Mr. Cruz was born in Canada to a U.S. citizen mother and a non-U.S. citizen (Cuban) father.  I have written a recent article in which I conclude that Mr. Cruz is not a natural born citizen and therefore not eligible to be President because he does not satisfy the one and only common law definition of a natural born citizen confirmed by the unanimous U.S. Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875), which is a child born in a country to parents who were its citizens at the time of the child’s birth.  The article is entitled, “What Do President Obama and Senator Cruz Have In Common? They Are Both Not Natural Born Citizens,” accessed at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2015/02/what-do-president-obama-and-senator.html .  Katyal and Clement maintain that any child who becomes a citizen at birth, regardless of where born or by what means, is a natural born citizen.  They add that since Mr. Cruz became a citizen from the moment of birth and did not need any naturalization after birth he is a natural born citizen.  But there is no historical and legal evidence which demonstrates that this is how the Framers defined a natural born citizen and the authors surely have not presented that evidence even if it did exist.

The authors’ argument suffers from the fallacy of bald assertion.  They provide no convincing evidence for their position on who is included as an Article II natural born citizen.  They do not examine what was the source of the Framers’ definition of an Article II natural born citizen, let alone what was the definition of a natural born citizen when the Framers drafted and adopted the Constitution and when it was eventually ratified.  They ignore so much of the historical and legal record in coming to their bald conclusions. For a discussion of this historical and legal evidence, see the numerous articles that I have written and posted at my blog, http://puzo1.blogspot.com .

“We are being lied to on a scale unimaginable by George Orwell.”…Citizen Wells

You have been hearing and reading it for several years in the mainstream media and White House press releases. The economy and jobs are improving.

If you are a reader of Citizen Wells you knew that was a lie.

A lie reminiscent of those told to the populace in “1984” by George Orwell.

Consider this from “1984.”

“But actually, he thought as he re-adjusted the Ministry of Plenty’s figures, it was not even forgery. It was merely the substitution of one piece of nonsense for another. Most of the material that you were dealing with had no connexion with anything in the real world, not even the kind of connexion that is contained in a direct lie. Statistics were just as much a fantasy in their original version as in their rectified version. A great deal of the time you were expected to make them up out of your head. For example, the Ministry of Plenty’s forecast had estimated the output of boots for the quarter at one-hundred-and-forty-five million pairs. The actual output was given as sixty-two millions. Winston, however, in rewriting the forecast, marked the figure down to fifty-seven millions, so as to allow for the usual claim that the quota had been overfulfilled. In any case, sixty-two millions was no nearer the truth than fifty-seven millions, or than one-hundred-and-forty-five millions. Very likely no boots had been produced at all. Likelier still, nobody knew how many had been produced, much less cared. All one knew was that every quarter astronomical numbers of boots were produced on paper, while perhaps half the population of Oceania went barefoot. And so it was with every class of recorded fact, great or small. Everything faded away into a shadow-world in which, finally, even the date of the year had become uncertain.”

From the NY Times November 18, 2015.

“Half of New Yorkers Say They Are Barely or Not Getting By, Poll Shows

Half of New York City residents say they are struggling economically, making ends meet just barely, if at all, and most feel sharp uncertainty about the future of the city’s next generation, a new poll shows.

The poll, conducted by The New York Times and Siena College, shows great disparities in quality of life among the city’s five boroughs. The stresses weighing on New Yorkers vary widely, from the Bronx, where residents feel acute concern about access to jobs and educational opportunity, to Staten Island, where one in five report recently experiencing vandalism or theft.

But an atmosphere of economic anxiety pervades all areas of the city: 51 percent of New Yorkers said they were either just getting by or finding it difficult to do so.

Even in Manhattan, three in 10 said they were just getting by. (Fifty-eight percent said they were doing all right or thriving financially — the highest response of the five boroughs.)”

“In those boroughs, nearly three in five residents said they were straining to make ends meet. In the Bronx, 36 percent said there had been times in the past year when they did not have the money to buy enough food for their family; only one in five said they and their neighbors had good or excellent access to suitable jobs.”

UnitedHealth Group pulling out of Obamacare exchanges?, Expects major losses on its business through Affordable Care Act, Other insurers sounding alarms about their exchange business, Many insurers have raised premiums to cover medical costs of enrollees

“If you’ve got health insurance we’re going to work with you to lower your premiums by $2,500 per family per year. We will not wait 20 years from now to do it, or 10 years from now to do it. We will do it by the end of my first term as president.”…Barack Obama

But the 64-year-old recently received a letter notifying him the plan was being cancelled because it didn’t cover certain benefits required under the law.

The Griffins, who live near Philadelphia, pay $770 monthly for their soon-to-be-terminated health care plan with a $2,500 deductible. “We are being lied to on a scale unimaginable by George Orwell.”…Citizen Wells

From Market Watch November 19, 2015.

“UnitedHealth Group Inc. said it expects major losses on its business through the Affordable Care Act’s exchanges and will consider withdrawing from them, in the most prominent signal so far of health insurers’ struggles with the health law’s marketplaces.

The disclosure by the biggest U.S. health insurer, which had just last month sounded optimistic notes about the segment’s prospects, will sharply boost worries about the sustainability of the law’s signature marketplaces, amid signs that many insurers’ losses on the business continue to mount.

UnitedHealth Group’s chief executive, Stephen J. Hemsley, said it made the move, which included a downgrade of its earnings projections for 2015, amid reduced growth expectations, the expected shutdowns of the majority of the health law’s nonprofit cooperative insurers, and signs that its own enrollees continue to increase their use of medical services, raising costs.
As a result, UnitedHealth said it is pulling back on marketing its exchange products, as open enrollment is currently under way for plans that will take effect in 2016. And the insurer said it is “evaluating the viability of the insurance exchange product segment and will determine during the first half of 2016 to what extent it can continue to serve the public exchange markets in 2017.” UnitedHealth had previously expanded its exchange offerings to 11 new states for 2016, and said in October it had around 550,000 people enrolled.

UnitedHealth said it was revising its 2015 earnings projection to $6 a share, from a previous range of $6.25 to $6.35. The move reflected “pressure” of $425 million, or 26 cents a share, tied to individual plans sold under the health law, it said. The $425 million includes $275 million related to the “advance recognition” of losses it expects to incur in 2016. UnitedHealth also said it expects its 2016 earnings to be between $7.10 and $7.30 per share in 2016; previously, the company said it thought next year’s earnings would be within the range of analysts’ projections, then around $7.09 to $7.55.

Chris Rigg, an analyst with Susquehanna Financial Group, wrote that it was likely “this is more of an industry issue,” and if the exchanges don’t stabilize, he would expect UnitedHealth to “exit this business line.”

UnitedHealth’s announcement comes as other insurers have been sounding alarms about their exchange business, but the big insurer went considerably farther than its peers in flagging the recent rapid deterioration of its performance and raising concerns about future viability. UnitedHealth also changed its own tone markedly from its Oct. 15 earnings call, when it said it expected “strikingly better” results on the exchanges in 2016, due partly to price increases that it said averaged in the double digits.

The impact of the insurance industry’s struggles is already clear in the products currently on offer in the marketplaces, many of which are aimed at stanching a flood of red ink. For these plans, which will take effect in 2016, many insurers have raised premiums in order to cover the medical costs of enrollees, which have run higher than many companies originally projected, fueling this year’s losses. Insurers have also shifted to offering more limited choices of health-care providers. The majority of the startup cooperative insurers created under the health law are slated to shut down.

Analysts say the danger is that higher rates might discourage enrollment, particularly by the younger, healthier consumers that the marketplaces need to draw in, since they are the ones that are most likely to feel they can go without insurance. That would have the effect of driving premiums even higher in the future, because insurers would need more rate increases to cover the costs of a smaller, sicker pool of enrollees. At its worst, this cycle can feed on itself, creating what the industry calls a “death spiral.””

“We are being lied to on a scale unimaginable by George Orwell.”…Citizen Wells

Citizen Wells has been warning you for years that aside from the catastrophic effect of Obamacare on premiums our healthcare system and jobs, the hidden story was rising deductibles that lower income people will not be able to pay and the burden this will place on the entire country.

From Citizen Wells October 17, 2013.

Obamacare is increasing healthcare premiums in 45 states.

A 27 year old in Virginia will see an increase of over 252 percent.

And one of the biggest under reported Obama scandals is the skyrocketing deductibles under Obamacare.

https://citizenwells.com/2013/10/17/obamacare-increases-premiums-in-45-states-deductibles-skyrocket-27-year-old-in-va-up-252-percent-obama-lied-about-keeping-your-insurance-and-reducing-costs/

From Zero Hedge November 15, 2015.

“Meet The Family That Just Spent Half Its Annual Income Paying For Obamacare”

“Well, since the passage of the Affordable Care Act, also known as the Obamacare tax, we have watched in horror as shocker after shocker are revealed.

Some examples:

Now we can add one more thing that “was in it”: soaring deductibles, which give the fake impression of contained, low all-in costs… until one actually needs expensive medial help (and these days there is no other kind).

The latest expose against Obamacare comes not from its usual nemesis, but the hard-left NYT, suggesting that even the ideological supporters of Obama’s “crowning achievement” are losing faith. To wit:

Obama administration officials, urging people to sign up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, have trumpeted the low premiums available on the law’s new marketplaces.

But for many consumers, the sticker shock is coming not on the front end, when they purchase the plans, but on the back end when they get sick: sky-high deductibles that are leaving some newly insured feeling nearly as vulnerable as they were before they had coverage.

“The deductible, $3,000 a year, makes it impossible to actually go to the doctor,” said David R. Reines, 60, of Jefferson Township, N.J., a former hardware salesman with chronic knee pain. “We have insurance, but can’t afford to use it.”

In many states, more than half the plans offered for sale through HealthCare.gov, the federal online marketplace, have a deductible of $3,000 or more, a New York Times review has found. Those deductibles are causing concern among Democrats — and some Republican detractors of the health law, who once pushed high-deductible health plans in the belief that consumers would be more cost-conscious if they had more of a financial stake or skin in the game.

“We could not afford the deductible,” said Kevin Fanning, 59, who lives in North Texas, near Wichita Falls. “Basically I was paying for insurance I could not afford to use.” He dropped his policy.

In other words, Obamacare’s “affordable care” is affordable, as long as one doesn’t actually have to use it!”
