Records released by a former Biden family business partner reveal that Joe Biden’s brother and son proposed connecting a Chinese billionaire affiliated with Beijing’s military and intelligence services with top elected Democrats to advance Chinese investments in critical U.S. infrastructure. In doing so, say China experts, the former vice president and his family endangered U.S. national security.

On Thursday, Tony Bobulinski provided the FBI with records of his business correspondence with James and Hunter Biden, the brother and son of the former vice president. Bobulinski was CEO of SinoHawk, which he describes as a joint venture partnership between the Biden family and Chinese firms connected to the government. The documents, acquired by Just The News, appear to show the Bidens’ efforts to use the family’s name to sell influence to Chinese individuals tied to China’s military and spy services.

In July 2017, the now-bankrupt China Energy and Finance Company offered to extend the Bidens a $5 million “interest-free” loan “based on their trust on [Biden] family[.]” The chairman of CEFC was Ye Jianming, who according to the New York Times, has extensive ties to the Chinese military and its intelligence service. The 43-year-old Ye has been held in detention by the Chinese government since 2018 for “economic crimes.”

Hunter Biden reportedly met Ye in a Miami hotel in May 2017. In a May 15 email, James Biden listed a number of prospective contacts for joint ventures involving SinoHawk and CEFC. The roster of elite Democratic elected officials includes Biden’s running mate Kamala Harris, as well as two other former 2020 presidential hopefuls, Amy Klobuchar and Kirsten Gillibrand. ”

“The relationship with Joe Biden would have given the Chinese access to the highest levels of power, partly for influence and partly to embed the Chinese Communist Party into every aspect of society,” says retired Gen. Robert Spalding, author of “Stealth War: How China Took Over While America’s Elite Slept.”

Joe Biden lied about his involvement in Hunter Biden’s businesses.

He clearly used his influence with China and the Ukraine.

Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of the Bidens, has spoken out and presented evidence. He is meeting with Senate committees today.

“What we found were a number of photographs that troubled us greatly. They troubled us greatly because there were photographs of underage girls. The underage girls were dressed in a very provocative way,  very little bikinis, and poses, that were sexually provocative.

That was troubling in and of itself, but then there was one that was straight out and out child pornography. Just straight, I mean, as  Potter Stewart once described pornography as “you can’t define it, but you know it when you see it.’

Well, you know this when you see it.

We also knew what our obligations were because Bernie  had been a policeman, and I had been an assistant US Attorney and a Mayor. As a public official, had I seen that, I’d have to report it. I’d be a mandatory reporter as are medical people. When you see child pornography, or you see evidence that we also saw in the text messages and emails of an unsafe environment for the children.

Considerably unsafe environment for the children. Again, I will not go into detail as to why. That’s for the Delaware police.

Now, you would say “well this was already with the FBI,” but I have no indication, no evidence that the FBI has ever done anything with this. Or anything with the very serious and obvious overwhelming evidence of numerous crimes having been committed by Joe Biden, which they seem to be ignoring, which no prosecutor in the world could possibly ignore. So I was afraid they ignored the young girl, or young girls.”

Why was the exculpatory evidence that proved the Bidens’ guilt and Trump’s innocence kept hidden?

Why was the information on the Hunter Biden laptop, which was damning for the Bidens and exculpatory for President Trump, not shared during the impeachment or later?

Was it pigeonholed for a legitimate investigation or were the same anti Trump forces at work again?

We have proof positive that the FBI stonewalled time after time on FOIA requests and other requests from Congress etc. Numerous examples are found in the General Flynn case as well as private lawsuits.

“Rudy Giuliani is blowing the lid off the fast-growing Hunter Biden scandal, telling Newsmax TV‘s Greg Kelly on Tuesday night that he met with Delaware State Police this week over shocking materials found on the alleged hard drive of Hunter Biden.

Giuliani said his discoveries go well beyond influence peddling with foreign powers and alleged kickbacks he has accused former Vice President Joe Biden of engaging in.

“This is a really very, very sensitive one,” Giuliani told “Greg Kelly Reports,” referring to a text conversation he claims took place between Hunter and his father Joe Biden.

“There’s a sexual depravity to this that’s disgusting,” he said.

Giuliani alleges the text message and photos involve an unnamed 14-year-old girl.

The former New York City mayor provided Newsmax TV with a photo image of the text message which he said shows Hunter Biden’s message to his father, discussing claims he had acted inappropriately around a younger female.

The purported message stated:

“She she told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with [redacted] when she says that I face time naked with her and the reason I can’t have her out to see me is because I’ll walk around naked … When she was pressed she said that [redacted] never said anything like that but the bottom line is that I create and caused

“A very unsafe environment for the kids

“If it stopped there I would let it go”

Giuliani also claimed there were numerous pictures of underage girls on the Hunter Biden hard drive.

So disturbing was the content, Giuliani said he and former New York Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik met Monday with Delaware State Police and turned over their evidence.”

“There’s an iron curtain of censorship to this … because this is fatal to Joe Biden as a candidate. It should be fatal to him as a human being. I don’t mean fatal, but he should be prosecuted.”

House Republicans yesterday sent a letter to Attorney General Barr requesting a special counsel be set up to investigate the contents of the Hunter Biden laptop.

President Trump is also imploring Attorney General Barr to do his job and provide answers asap before the election.

He has stated:

“This is major corruption and this has to be known about before the election,”

“We have got to get the attorney general to act. He’s got to act and he’s got to act fast, he’s got to appoint somebody”

“If the story isn’t true and if the emails aren’t real why isn’t Joe Biden coming out and denying it on the record??? Com’n man!?! Joe Biden is compromised. This is the foreign collusion and interference we’ve been hearing about for four years.”

11 House Republicans sent a letter to Attorney General Barr today, October 19, 2020.

Dear Attorney General Barr,
Last week, reports surfaced about an uncovered hard drive and laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden. Emails, allegedly on the hard drive, have indicated that Hunter Biden may have helped to orchestrate a payout to
his father, former Vice President Joe Biden, from his dealings with a Chinese energy corporation, and that he may have compromised the integrity of his father’s role as Vice President of the United States with his business
dealings in Ukraine.

These alleged revelations raise serious issues about former Vice President Joe Biden’s reported participation with his son’s business dealings, specifically whether the former vice president (1) received foreign monies during his
tenure in the Obama administration, and (2) if former Vice President Biden allowed his son to peddle access to his father with foreign business entities.

Americans deserve public officials who take great care to protect the integrity of their offices. Our constituents place great trust in their leaders at every level of government to conduct the people’s business with the utmost
honesty, transparency, and accountability.

If these reports about former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, are true, the former vice president fell far short of his responsibility to uphold his constitutional oath and betrayed the sacred trust of the American people.

It is imperative that the American people receive answers and a full accounting of former Vice President Biden’s dealings with his son and his son’s business partners, and if the former vice president misused his office for personal gain.

We request that the Department of Justice immediately appoint an independent, unbiased special counsel to investigate the issues that we have raised – as well as any corresponding legal or ethical issues that might be uncovered from the former vice president’s 47 years in public office.

We ask for a response to our request by Friday, October 23, 2020, at 5 PM EST.”
