“Dear Secretary Kemp:
As you are aware, Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi issued
a “Decision” in the above-referenced matters on this past Friday,
February 3, 2012, holding Defendant Barack Obama eligible as a
candidate for the presidential primary election. Because you are
now charged, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5(c), with making a
final determination of Defendant Obama’s eligibility to appear on
the ballot in Georgia, I am writing to respectfully point out
several significant flaws in Judge Malihi’s findings and
conclusions.
Initially, I would note that although Judge Malihi ordered my
clients’ cases severed, as a unit, from the cases of Plaintiffs
Welden; Farrar; Lax; Judy; Malaren; and Roth, and although Judge
Malihi conducted a separate hearing as to my clients’ cases as
requested, he nevertheless erroneously issued a single “Decision”
applicable to all of the Plaintiffs’ cases, despite the fact that
the evidence; testimony; and legal argument advanced by my
clients differed from that offered by the other Plaintiffs.
The adverse impact upon my clients of Judge Malihi’s erroneous
issuance of a single “Decision” as to all Plaintiffs is
immediately apparent when one reviews certain alleged “facts”
which were “considered” by Judge Malihi (“Decision,” p. 6).
Specifically, Judge Malihi found as “fact”: 1) that Defendant
Obama was born in the United States; and 2) that Defendant
Obama’s mother was a citizen of the United States at the time of
Defendant’s birth. Both of these “facts” found by Judge Malihi
constitute a second significant flaw in the judge’s ruling and
serve as the stated factual basis for his erroneous conclusion
that Defendant Obama is eligible for the presidency.
Simply put, a review of the record in my clients’ above -captioned
cases reveals no evidence of Defendant’s place of birth and no
evidence of Defendant’s mother’s citizenship at the time of
Defendant’s birth. My clients did not enter into evidence any
copy of Defendant Obama’s purported birth certificate in these
cases. And while my clients’ evidence did include a copy of the
divorce proceedings between Defendant Obama’s parents, and while
these divorce records did establish the identities of Defendant’s
parents and the date of Defendant’s birth, the divorce records
did not establish the location of Defendant’s birth or the
citizenship of his mother at the time of his birth.
As you know, Defendant Obama and his attorney, Michael Jablonski,
failed to appear for the trial of these actions and failed to
submit any evidence or testimony into the record. Moreover, they
failed to appear notwithstanding the fact that I timely served
defense counsel with a Notice to Produce, directing his client to
appear at trial and to produce certain documents and items to be
used as evidence by the Plaintiffs. Defense counsel, in fact,
never objected to the Notice to Produce and never moved to quash
same. He simply, and purposefully, ignored it.
However, as you are also aware, Mr. Jablonski did attempt to
“back door” into the record two (2) electronic images of
Defendant Obama’s purported “long form” and “short form” birth
certificates by attaching same to a letter addressed and emailed
to you on January 25, 2012, the day before the trial, essentially
informing you that he and his client would not appear for trial.
Nevertheless, Mr. Jablonski’s attempt to inject these “documents”
into the record is legally ineffective. O.C.G.A. § 50 – 13 – 15 (1)
provides in pertinent part that “[t]he rules of evidence as
applied in the trial of civil nonjury cases in the superior
courts shall be followed.” Additionally, O.C.G.A. § 50-13-15 (2)
provides that “[d]ocumentary evidence may be received in the form
of copies or excerpts if the original is not readily available.
Upon request, parties shall be given an opportunity to compare
the copy with the original or have it established as documentary
evidence according to the rules of evidence applicable to the
superior courts of this state” (emphasis supplied). In the
instant cases, Plaintiffs’ Notice to Produce, served on January
19, 2012, had already requested Defendant Obama to produce one
(1) of the two (2) original certified copies of Defendant’s “long
form” birth certificate in his possession, as well as all
medical; religious; administrative; or other records of or
relating to Defendant’s birth. Of course, Defendant Obama and
his lawyer deliberately ignored Plaintiffs’ valid requests, and
Mr. Jablonski’s misguided attempt to inappropriately place
documents into the record through the “back door” should likewise
be ignored.”

Usama bin Laden has died a peaceful death due to an untreated lung complication, the Pakistan Observer reported, citing a Taliban leader who allegedly attended the funeral of the Al Qaeda leader.
“The Coalition troops are engaged in a mad search operation but they would never be able to fulfill their cherished goal of getting Usama alive or dead,” the source said.
Bin Laden, according to the source, was suffering from a serious lung complication and succumbed to the disease in mid-December, in the vicinity of the Tora Bora mountains. The source claimed that bin Laden was laid to rest honorably in his last abode and his grave was made as per his Wahabi belief.
About 30 close associates of bin Laden in Al Qaeda, including his most trusted and personal bodyguards, his family members and some “Taliban friends,” attended the funeral rites. A volley of bullets was also fired to pay final tribute to the “great leader.”
The Taliban source who claims to have seen bin Laden’s face before burial said “he looked pale … but calm, relaxed and confident.”
Asked whether bin Laden had any feelings of remorse before death, the source vehemently said “no.” Instead, he said, bin Laden was proud that he succeeded in his mission of igniting awareness amongst Muslims about hegemonistic designs and conspiracies of “pagans” against Islam. Bin Laden, he said, held the view that the sacrifice of a few hundred people in
Afghanistan was nothing, as those who laid their lives in creating an atmosphere of resistance will be adequately rewarded by Almighty Allah.
When asked where bin Laden was buried, the source said, “I am sure that like other places in Tora Bora, that particular place too must have vanished.”
Tim Osmon and Brzezinski
CIA officials report that, even after 9/11, they were actively seeking a kidney transplant for bin Laden to keep him alive. They confirmed that he was actively being paid, had security clearances and was working on assignments received on or after 9/11.
They also confirmed bin Laden had, because of health reasons, not been living in Bahrain as thought but San Diego. While there, he visited the White House and met with George H. W. Bush and other members of the Bush family including George W. Bush.
Bin Laden felt betrayed when the President, a man he knew as a personal friend, ordered his killing after 9/11, particularly since bin Laden was an active CIA agent.
Other “hunts” for bin Laden were staged to provide him cover while his severe illness put him in and out of American hospitals, something that would have destroyed his credibility with many groups he worked with.
I confirmed bin Laden’s death in a personal meeting with General Athar Abbas and his staff in 2010. They confirmed that America has been aware of bin Laden’s death for all along. General Abbas refused to answer other questions on this subject.

Bin Laden died of kidney disease, being forced to leave his dialysis machine behind when American troops came to his home to kill him. As a response, bin Laden did an interview with Al Jazeera denying any involvement with 9/11 and suggesting America look elsewhere.

My kids were calling me, I told them to go to their rooms and let me check whats going on.
The reporter asks Bashir, that when he saw that the helicopter was American what was he thinking then?
Bashir said that he got afraid. He didn’t had in his mind that they will attack that house. He thought that they might have come to attack the Pakistan Army.
The reporter asked so when was your cousin Shamraiz taken away?
Bashir: Shamrez was at our home, as the helicopter exploded, me and many others went out of our homes to see what happened. Shamrez also came out and the gate of the compound was open, we went in, every thing was lying scattered, as it is a huge compound, some body parts were lying here, some there, legs, arms, heads, broken and torn body parts, during that time some
part of the helicopter inside, may be the engine or other fuel related part had an explosion so we rushed out. During that time Shamrez was taken away, he is in his home now, but no one is allowed to meet him and i couldn’t get a chance to talk to him later.
Then the anchor says that they had vegetations inside the compound and Shamrez was their gardener. We know that two men Arshad and Tariq used to live there. They had good relations with the neighbours, they used to buy things from the local store. Sometimes imported dates and used to send many things to their neighbours.

She asks a guy: do you think people would have been glad and happy if they would have ever met osama?
The guy : Yes, possibly. Because he was a muslim and he believed in God.
This is the whole story! Every aspect and point translated.
The gentleman being interviewed lives across from the compound. His cousin Sahab Jamrez Khan used to grow vegetables in the compound. He was taken away in all the hullabaloo on tape @10.29 Bashir says he did not see when they wisked his cousin away.
Interviewer asks “Have you spoken to your cousin?”
Bashir “No, I have not seen him yet he in in the house. “They will not let him get out” “They will not let me get in.”
2 other men Arshad Sahib and Tariq Sahib used to go to market to shop for that compound and bought international brand items. Dates, dried meat found in compound. Also food used to come from compound to Bashir’s house Kabulu Pilau and things like that used to be presented to Bashir. They will follow
up with more information. In the end the lady is standing in front of Abdullah Bin Zubair mosque. The mosque was with in walking distance of the compound. She asks people if Osama did attend this mosque people would have be happy? The one answered maybe. The other said Osama did “not” live here
but he was muslim and believed in God. Interview ends.
Another thing to note is that Bashir mentioned that we are very “sharif” meaning law abiding honest people. His town was a peaceful place no excitement no murders, fights, and he is unhappy how they have made his town so frightful with all this news. One thing is very clear in this video. Two helicopters hovered never landed. One landed dropped Pashto speaking poeple
on the roof 10-12 of them Helicopter left fo 20 minutes returned to load people in and small blast engine failure fire helicopter parts all over. Body parts arms, legs, head, all over. Pakistani Army/Police came in dispersed crowd. The whole scene is cleaned up totally now. No evidence left to examine.

Several days later, an “official” helicopter crash happened to account for the deaths of those who died on the staged phony bin Laden killing, victims of poor planning and a helicopter pilot who flew into a wall when his night vision goggles were disabled by light sources on the ground. If Obama Has No Natural Born Citizenship Problem Why Did Congress Try To Fix It?
Congress made eight different attempts to alter our U.S. Constitution concerning the Natural Born Citizenship Clause according to the apocalyptic video documentary done with research by Senior Pastor Carl Gallups proving they knew Barack Obama lacked presidential eligibility prior to the 2008 election! If there was no problem for Obama why would these people do this? There had never been a question of Natural Born Citizenship in our lifetimes! Why fix what wasn’t broken?
The youtube video goes on to reveal a secret,closed door meeting was held with eight Supreme Court Justices just prior to the January 2009 Inauguration that sent our other courts an unspoken message to don’t go there. Plaintiff attorneys with cases were pending at the time were not allowed into this meeting! Only Justice Samuel Allito declined to attend this secret meeting.
Here,as revealed in the Gallups video,are the eight different attempts to amend our Constitution to accommodate Obama’s eligibility questions:
1. On June 11,2003:House Joint Resolution # 59,introduced by Rep. Vic Snyder (D-AR),failed to obtain a vote;it sought to allow non-natural born U.S. citizens,“but who have been citizens of the U.S. for at least 35 years,” to serve as President or Vice President.
2. On Sept. 3,2003:Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) introduced HJR#67 which would have lowered to only 20 years the citizen requirement. It,too,failed to make an official vote.
3. On Feb. 25,2004,Sen. Don Nickles (R-OK) failed in his attempt to deflect this obvious attack on our Constitution by introducing Senate Bill 2128 which failed on merit.
4. On Sept. 15,2004,Rep. Dana Rohrabacher,(R-CA),submitted House Joint Resolution 104 that required only a 20 year citizenship but no NBC status;it subsequently failed.
5. On Jan. 4,2005,the Conyers HJR 02 failed in its attempt to push through the Rohrabacher 20 year eligibility bill.
6. On Feb. 1,2005,Rohrabacher submitted a revised version of his 20 year citizenship requirement,(without the NBC stipulation) with HJR 15.
7. On April 14,2005,Snyder reintroduced HJR # 42,requiring 35 years of being a U.S. citizen. Had this resolution passed,Barack Obama just barely would have been eligible in 2005.
8. On Feb. 28,2008,Sen. Claire McCaskill,(D-MO) attempted to add language onto SB 2678,Children of the Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act,to again weaken the NBC clause. Co-sponsors of the failed legislation were Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama!. By the way,was not the John McCain eligibility hearing really a head fake to draw attention away from the Democrats’ elephant in the room?
“This is (a) 100 times worse situation (than Watergate);this is a crime against the Constitution and all the people of the U.S. Obama is not who he says he is,” says Charles Kerckner whose eligibility lawsuit was turned down by our Supreme Court.
Meanwhile,the just announced Birthers Summit in March is taking shape as ordinary citizens continue to push forward against the Code of Silence by our Media and the refusal of redress by our elected officials. Georgia Judge Michael Malihi who was the lone judicial representative giving light to the Obama eligibility question has also run away from the issue with his ruling last Friday.
An Obama contempt of court motion was filed on docket this week for his failure to honor the judge’s order to appear,but Judge Malihi will certainly not enforce it.

I sometimes wonder about the people in Washington, DC. Don’t they know that a “bill” cannot change the Constitution? It “requires” an Amendment to change anything in the Constitution.
I don’t guess it requires any intelligence to get elected to congress! Maybe that is why they call a group of baboons a “congress”.

I read that article early this AM and was astounded that because the number of legal convictions of so called extremists (mostly white collar, largley non-violent, complaining about taxes) had jumped from 10 in 2009, to 18 in 2010 and 2011, that the FBI was some how on high alert. WTH? An increase of only 8 people in the next two years is somehow a cause for panic?

This has gone public, as has his $200,000 in fundraising done for Barack Obama. Obama has now returned the money, but the scrutiny on Cardona continues. It now appears that Cardona’s links to the organized crime world also ties him to the DEA, which ran Operation Fast and Furious. Cardona was allegedly involved with a top drug cartel across the border, which laundered millions with the help of the American government.
