Blagojevich trial verdict anticlimatic, Blagojevich fix in years ago
The Blagojevich trial jury has requested transcripts from the trial. Judge Zagel may provide some of them. However, no matter how this farce plays out, regardless of the outcome, it will be anticlimatic. The fix was in years ago. Some kind of deal was struck between Blagojevich, Rezko and Obama. The US Justice Department is corrupt and just as in the dismissal of the case against the New Black Panther Party, openly displays a racial bias. We also have evidence of this in the total disregard for the Constitution by federal judges when they have been confronted by overwhelming evidence against Obama’s eligibility. Will the US Supreme Court rise to the occasion to check the miscarriage of justice? Will another whistleblower come forward?
If anyone questioned corruption in the US Justice Dept. in the past, with the dismissal of the New Black Panther Party case and the flagrant manipulation of evidence combined with delays and timing in the Blagojevich trial, all doubts must be erased.

“Today, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) – in coordination with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) – has ordered an emergency reopening of commercial fishing areas that were previously closed due to the BP oil spill. Specifically, commercial fishing will reopen for finfish and shrimp in portions of state waters east of the Mississippi River in Orleans, St. Tammany, St. Bernard and Plaquemines parishes effective immediately today, July 29.
LDWF Secretary Robert Barham ordered these reopenings following the completion of comprehensive testing by the FDA. The FDA has advised that following extensive sensory testing and analytical chemistry results, the fish samples tested from previously closed areas are safe for consumption.”

His multiple requests to remain in the USA were denied, and the reasons the government gave were flimsy.
Basically, Lolo Soetoro and Stanley Ann Dunham were badly treated, but it was the height of the Vietnam War!

at that particular time the same would have happened in Australia if he had tried to make the same request.
This is one of those cases where the person has to prove that it is a real marriage and not one of convenience in order to get a change in immigration status.
The sticking point for the authorities at the time was that he came on a certain time of visa and he was to leave at the end of that period.
However, it must be noted that Soetoro had employment with the Indonesian government and looking very briefly at those records, it seems that he was due to participate in Indonesian military action against the British in Malaysia. Not sure if the Americans had anything to do with the action in Malaysia but I do know that the Australians were involved and maintained a base at Butterworth.
The authorities did not seem to know anything about Ann’s communist sympathies.
I did note that the authorities were told that Barry was a citizen of the US by virtue of his birth in Hawaii!!
Also the documents show that Barry was a step-son by virtue of the marriage, and no mention was made of any formal adoption.

Ever wonder why Soetoro knows so LITTLE about the number of states in the US? Don’t you think that anybody having been an American citizen would know this. In his book,he states “Should the political winds shift in an ugly direction,I will stand with the Muslims”. The words of the alleged Barrack Hussein Obama, and written by him! I personally believe that he was NEVER a legal citizen of the United States.
