Tony Rezko has not been sentenced, unless it was done it complete secrecy. Tony Rezko was not called by the prosecution in the Rod Blagojevich trial. It is understandable why the defense team does not want Rezko on the stand.

Upon his conviction in early June of schemes involving state deals, Rezko went to jail voluntarily, saying he wanted to start serving his time. Then, in August, the Sun-Times first reported that the 53-year-old Wilmette resident began meeting with prosecutors.
Rezko, who served as an adviser and fund-raiser to Blagojevich, provided authorities with substantial information involving the governor and bolstered pay-to-play testimony by former Illinois Finance Authority director Ali Ata, as well as talking about other alleged deals.”

I know exactly how they get away with it and I have made it known to several investigators, but it involves two judges that may not be aware of what the boCohorts got them involved with. I have always respected said judges. Those two judges always treated me fairly so I give them the benefit of the doubt.
There are other judges who are as guilty as sin IMHO and I hope they get the DEATH PENALTY for what they have done.
The victims were runaways and the homeless.
I hasten to add that I have no first hand knowledge, other than they clearly tried to kill me.
My information about the murders that they did succeed in committing comes from the word on the Street, but I see no motive for the individuals who told me to have lied about it.

I was thinking about Donald Young’s murder last night, solving that crime could be very interesting and maybe get some justice for Mr. Young and others-why do I get the sinking feeling that he is not the only one. I’m sure people on the streets of Chicago must have some information regarding this crime. I still think many of these folks would be residing in the little cooler called Cook County Jail, for whatever reason these guys always know what’s going on. Just asking the Chicago police re: progress in this case would get someone nuts in Chicago, I think they want this to just go away. MILITARY REMOVAL OF HONDURAN PRESIDENT
There has been considerable talk about considering last year’s removal of Honduran President Zelaya as a possibility for the U.S. situation. I think we need to do some research on this matter. For one thing, the offense he committed was specifically identified in the Honduran Constitution as being punishable by immediate removal from office.
According to the article cited below, “….Our constitution (Honduran) clearly lays out an impeachment process that must be followed to trial and convict a President that has violated the Law. But our (Honduran) Constitution also includes a single exception to this rule in article 239, which states that the President that violates the principle of alternation of the Presidency or simply proposes its reform, will immediately cease in the exercise of office. In other words, the simple act of proposing the reform removes ispo jure (by operation of law) a President from office…”
So in the Honduran constitution the usual remedy is IMPEACHMENT. The only reason the military was called in for immediate removal of the president was under article 239 of their constitution, for a specific charge of overstaying his term.
Honest query: Is there anything in the U.S. Constitution that provides for a quick military removal of the President? I believe there is indirectly but have not researched it. We all know that impeachment is the constitutional way, which seems impossible for 2010 even if Repubs control both houses, simply because there are 2/3 of Senate votes required to remove a President from office. It is impossible to get that many Repubs in the Senate, so unless there are some Dems that “see the light”.

1. Grand Juries in multiple States indict bo & his local co-conspirators for CAPITAL CRIMES.
2. Petitions for the extradition of bo & motions for original jurisdiction are filed with SCOTUS.
3. SCOTUS orders the arrest of bo.
4. bo is arrested and tried in multiple States for all crimes committed by bo & his local co-conspirators.
It is time (while we still have a conservative majority on SCOTUS) to form Citizen Grand Juries in our local counties and indict BHO & his co-conspirators in our State Courts for crimes committed by his campaign in 2007 2008 2009 & 2010.

The voting machines were already set up for the election, to re-elect Zelaya for an unconstitutional term as president, and they were confiscated by the Honduran military. The voting machines were already loaded with enough votes to guarantee Zelaya’s victory. I believe those machines were supplied by Hugo Chavez, Hillary and Obama’s favorite politician.
Venezuela, AKA Hugo Chavez,controls the company that supplies the software for the voting machines we use in this country to register votes. The software is known as Sequoia, and from interviews, available on You Tube, the software is easily hacked, and results can be skewed to register votes for the candidate of choice.

GOM Oil Gusher Update
The part we have been watching (the Macando oil well head, or the James Cameron movie, depending on your point of view) is the same as yesterday. The pressure is holding and there has been no evidence of seabed fissures or leaks.
But for the Alcoa Chapeau crowd, we must emphasize several peculiarities: It is still a felony to take pictures of anything, so we have not seen the sea surface near the well location. It would be interesting to see if there is a noticeable difference. There is still no independent corroboration of any data or pictures. All such is supplied by BP or the Government.
Fortunately Anderson Cooper (CNN) has begun to whine about this a little bit. But so far neither he nor any other MSM has tackled the Government shutdown of and control of information head on. They have been quite timid.
My view is that there is clearly more going on than is being reported. At a minimum it is damage control for the upcoming election cycle. But, of course, it could be much worse than that.
We must continue to be vigilant. We must not get sucked into any whirlpool of “mission accomplished”. Much of the crisis is yet to play out. Much of the truth is yet to be revealed.

I apologize if I appear to be a pessimistic smart aleck, but I am a lawyer so I am familiar with the legal process. Moreover, I have thoroughly, intensively studied the law on this issue for almost 2 years now.
The only way that I see to legally remove in time to prevent a Totalitarian coup in Nov 2010 is by the Grand Jury process.
Since Grand Jury deliberations are secret, DA’s or AG’s in various States may have already convened GJs to indict bo but given how the politicians have failed us so far, I am not counting on it.
Thus, the only way Patriots can be certain that bo is indicted before he does further damage to our Country is to present criminal information to a standing Grand Jury or to gather together with 25 fellow Patriots and form a Grand Jury in their local County.
All the proof that is required for indictment is that it is merely more likely than not bo & his local co-conspirators have committed crimes. In bo’s case there is overwhelming clear and convincing evidence that bo & his co-conspirators have committed crimes in cities throughout America.

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?
Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The President does.
You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.
You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.
One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.
I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he/she votes.
Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits…. . The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.
The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. House members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.
It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace
545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can’t think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.
If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair.
If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red ..
If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it’s because they want them in IRAQ If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.
There are no insoluble government problems.
Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,” “inflation,” or “politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.
Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.
They, and they alone, have the power..
They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.
Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees…
We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

7) Offer Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries $10 a barrel for their oil. If they don’t like it, we go someplace else. They can go somewhere else to sell their production. (About a week of the wells filling up the storage sites would be enough.)
8) If there is a famine or other natural catastrophe in the world, we will not ‘interfere..’ They can pray to Allah or whomever, for seeds, rain, cement or whatever they need. Besides most of what we give them is stolen or given to the army.. The people who need it most get very little, if anything.
9) Ship the UN Headquarters to an isolated island someplace. We don’t need the spies and fair weather friends here. Besides, the building would make a good homeless shelter or lockup for illegal aliens.
10) All Americans must go to charm and beauty school. That way, no one can call us ‘Ugly Americans’ any longer. The Language we speak is ENGLISH…learn it…or LEAVE. Now, isn’t that a winner of a plan?

35 years ago I went into a warehouse in Chicago to repair the customer’s forklift.
Stored in the warehouse were thousands of voting machines, being stored until the next election. Sure they had “security” but still , it is Chicago and the dems are in charge there. Get the right union guard to look the other way,and those machines are corrupted easily.
Paper ballots and indelible ink, just like Baghdad one vote per person!
The reason ACORN was registering as many people as possible, including the Dallas Cowboys and Donald Duck, was to cover the over-vote.
They had to cover up the fact that people voted multiple times, illegally, by pushing the yellow button on the voting machines. As long as there was less votes than the number of people on the voter rolls, everyone was happy, it’s the first test used, in a recount, or canvasing of the results. IMHO.

Wow! What an outstanding video about voting machine manipulation!! I never knew how it could be done, and not being a techie, I still don’t understand all of the science behind it.
I would say that a paramount order of business is for us to figure out a way to make a massive blitzkrieg on all authorities – all election boards – but most of all the attorneys general in every state – and to follow through some way to ensure as much as possible that we are not going to have to deal with that type of fraud.
Most communities have Republican clubs, and, of course, there are the tea partiers. Are the latter organized sufficiently to promote any kind of real effort in this direction? We need leadership. What’s wrong with the RNC launching a REAL investigation into these voting machines? Serious Republican contenders have everything to gain by doing so, even if their desire for public office isn’t the most lofty.

The fact that it would be extremely difficult to get Grand Jury indictments of voter machine fraud is evident from the video. This type of voter fraud is almost impossible to trace.
The type of voter fraud and identity theft described in these articles are easily indictable by a Grand Jury. bo campaign committed vote fraud & identity theft in cities across the Nation and bo & his co-conspirators can be easily indicted in Counties across the Nation.

This information is true but two days old. When they first pressured up the new cap, one of its fittings (not the well) had a small leak. This is routine for high pressure hydraulics. They tightened it up and moved on.
The guy in charge of the relief well is a guru from what was Red Adair’s company that pioneered fixing oil wells. He has a track record of 4o for 40 with relief wells.

The fact that it would be extremely difficult to get Grand Jury indictments of voter machine fraud is evident from the video. This type of voter fraud is almost impossible to trace.

Now, I find out that Robin Williams did not write the said Plan except the following quote at end of the Plan.

Just to fill in some information… Taking the Oath of Office as a members of the House of Representatives on the opening day of business is mandated by the U.S. Code. Thus, any punishments prescribed for violating this Oath will also be found in the Code.
