“I thought it might be interesting to look at Obama’s timeline in setting up the Health Facilities Planning Board and how he benefitted from it (well, before money was traced back to him anyway and allegedly donated to charity.)
Personally, I think we should demand that any politician that donates corrupt funds should be required to note what charity those funds were given to, so it can be verified and the organization can be checked to ensure it’s a valid charity with a clean record.
January – August 2003 – Obama was Chairman of the Senate HHS Board…just long enough to get the corrupt board in place for Rezko/Blagojevich.
He pushed Senate Bill 1332 “Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act” – which reduced Board members from 15 members to only 9 members…this is what made it possible for Rezko to have control over the board’s voting.
The bill was filed February 20, reviewed February 27th and Obama sent word that the bill should be passed by March 13th. On May 21, 2003, House and Senate passed the bill. The only Senator with “Yes” vote mentioned during the Rezko trial was Obama. Another change that Obama made in the bill was to remove the power to appoint board members from the board itself and give it to the Governor (Blagojevich).
Blagojevich then made the effective date of the bill – JUNE 27, 2003 after already having lined up the corrupt board members to fill it. Maybe it’s just an odd coincidence that Obama got TONS of donations from recently appointed board members on JUNE 30, 2003…only 3 (THREE) days after Blagojevich made this corrupt board “legal”?

Obama gets $6000 after Alison Davis gets appointment on Investment Board
Obama gets $15,000 after Dr. Michael Malek gets appointment on Hospital Facility Board

Obama gets $10,000 from Elie Maloof – Rezko used him as one of several strawmen to donate funds to certain politicians.

Confloyd, you may have a valid point here. In reading about BHO’s temperment and psyche , I can see that he does not behave like most normal people. Well, of course, we all know that, but I’m thinking along the lines of psychoanalysis.

If the African oil spill story is true, then BHO could be showing vengeance against America, as you suggest. Here is where a person of his caliber has absolutely no business being President. A lot of us believe that to be true. Do you have a Neighborhood Watch? Homeowner’s Association? or other Citizen Group? Perhaps you should all discuss this together? Also discuss with your local police (not the political appointees, but the guys on the street) – perhaps a police support organization. Even something like local service clubs would be a good place to raise the question. I have spoken at Elks Clubs on this very topic.

Seriously – I do not understand.
I don’t agree with, but can almost understand the MSM reluctance to get caught up in the “birther conspiracy”. But the Blago mess is no far out hard to swallow thing.
It is is in cold black and white and is common easy to understand criminal activity. And what is coming out in the trial directly contradicts the administration’s own self analysis of “nothing to see here”.
None of the arguments used in regards citizenship are valid here – e.g. lack of clear definitions, holding to higher standard, affirmative action requires not asking too many questions and a lot of looking the other way, blacks need a positive role model, etc.
Here we have black and white criminal behavior. If Blago is guilty then so is Obama. This is two people volleying balls in tennis. They are each cooperating halves of a two person crime. Either both go down or neither.
There seems to be no downside to the media covering this. Has anybody been covering this at all? Not even the conservative talkers?

Well, Sean Hannity seems to have coverage about every evening, but basically you are right.
For one thing, there is absolute overload when it comes to BHO’s crimes/failures, etc. And this Blago trial, although it implicates BHO in a very serious way, is “old stuff” in the minds of many.
Most of what Blago is being charged with is from the early 2000’s – That seems like decades ago, considering everything that has happened.
Furthermore, BHO’s lying to the feds (occurring just around the time he was elected as Prez) won’t be prosecuted, because it would have to be the DOJ that would bring charges. Am I wrong?
You all know DOJ is NOT going to do that.
Right now there are so many current, ongoing malfeasances that all of the rest is pretty much relegated to the “distant” past, at least for the time being.

For the record, I tried to help Walt Fitzpatrick, but he refused to follow my advice and insisted on trying to make an ill-advised citizen’s arrests against my advice.
First of all, Fitzpatrick should have formed his own Grand Jury rather than attempt to get the Monroe County Grand Jury to indict its own foreman. Secondly, it was ill-advised for him to attempt a citizen’s arrest of the Grand Jury foreman.
Let this be a lesson to all potential Grand Jurors, if the local DA will not accept your presentment of criminal information against a boCohort, then it is best simply to form your own secret Grand Jury and present the indictment to the Judiciary. If they do not accept your Grand Jury indictment, then you can file directly with SCOTUS upon original jurisdiction, being that the cases against bo affect all ambassadors, public ministers & consuls; and the State of Hawaii is a party.
Most importantly, multiple Grand Jury indictments from multiple jurisdictions will signal the demand of Patriots that our grievances against bo & his co-conspirators be heard.
The cases against bo are coming to the point of constitutional crisis. I expect that SCOTUS will accept cases against bo in the next term in October, if not sooner.

Obama Corruption and Why the Stimulus is a Failure
The Harvard trained famous Economists claimed that the best way out of recession was spending. You have to spend your way out of a recession. The Conservatives laughed, you can’t spend your way out of debt. The democrats won the elections, promised relief in the economy and “Hope and Change”. Now that the dust has settled it’s time to evaluate; who was right, who was wrong, and why?
The basic problem with the current economy is lack of spending. Don’t laugh, this is a fact that any economist will tell you. The basic premise is that goods and services aren’t being exchanged right now. The less exchanges that occur, the less revenue generated. This leads to decreased tax revenue for the federal government. Thus, my conservative friends, in a fashion, the problem is a lack of spending. However, and this is a critical point, while lack of spending is the problem, it is actually just a symptom of a much bigger problem.
The looming problem, the ‘root cause’ is actually not spending, it is consumer confidence. That is correct, the problem is that the average person and corporation is not shopping, expanding and buying. Like a domino effect, when people cut back on goods and services, there are ‘downstream’ effects, less production and further cutbacks. The economy enters a downward spiral. The ‘cure’ is to restore consumer confidence, then spending resumes and the economy recover and people once again have jobs.
Why did this start? This started because of the three economic catastrophes in the last 10 years. The first was the crooked accounting of the .coms, encouraged by the Clinton Administration. The second was the initiation of the Fanny Mae/Freddie Mac debacle that led to the housing market boom and collapse. This collapse resulted in small business loosing the ability to get credit and expand, which inevitably leads to massive unemployment. Finally, the big kicker was the fuel bubble (remember oil prices) that occurred right before the November 2008 elections, that resulted in a dramatic economic slowdown. The stock markets contracted in value, free income dropped, spending went down, and consumer confidence evaporated.
How do you fix the economy? You must restore consumer confidence. The restoration of consumer confidence will increase demand, and eventually production and jobs. Economic cures directed at ‘spending’ will not be successful, because they will not reliably fix consumer confidence. The insightful have already seen why the stimulus was a mega-failure, because it was never directed at restoring consumer confidence.
What restores consumer confidence? Perhaps this question is worded incorrectly. Time heals all wounds, and diminishes the ‘hording’ of resources and money. The question should be worded “Why hasn’t Consumer Confidence returned?” The answer is simple, it’s about chaos. When we understand what is driving the ‘chaos’ we can fix the economy, and bring back jobs.
What is the chaos? The chaos is the ‘uncertainty’ of the future, the inability to predict the direction of markets (market instability), have available resources to invest (free money supply), and diminished pressure on small business from the federal government. The impetus for this uncertainty is the current administration and the manner in which the stimulus money was spent, and the federal deficit. An economy is capable of spending itself out of recession, but the government isn’t. Rising government deficits, invading private industry, raising taxes, all increase greatly the chaos factor. Increased chaos leads to decreased consumer confidence. Big government mandated changes, such as the new health care policy, shutting down refineries, blocking offshore drilling, ‘going green’, all increase the chaos factor. Government failure to enforce the Constitutional requirements in border protection, POTUS requirements, Black Panthers voter intimidation, and censorship of media coverage of the oil spill and internet further increases the chaos. One of the best traceable indicators of Chaos is the price of gold.
The conservatives are wrong; you can spend your way out of recession/depression. However, the democrats are wrong because that spending cannot be from the federal government, as it leads only to increase in the chaos factor. The next question is obvious,
“How do you spend government money to restore consumer confidence”. The answer is you don’t spend government money to restore consumer confidence; you give the money back to the people whom created the economy in the first place. You restore consumer confidence by not taxing and keeping as many things stable as possible, empowering the people to restore the economy and exchanges. This is why Reaganomics worked, and Obamanomics will fail. Simply put, Obamanomics treats the symptom ‘spending’, and increases the spread of the disease ‘loss of consumer confidence’.
The stimulus failed because it was used, not to stimulate consumer confidence, but as a political payoff for Obama supporters and cronies. The chaos factor of such political payoffs to bail out corrupt unions, corrupt courts and justices, corrupt agencies, corrupt ‘green technologies’, and states that supported Obama in the last election.. How do we restore jobs and economic growth right now and in the future? Cut chaos and diminish taxes.
The most important thing isn’t the revelation that restoring consumer confidence is key to improving the economy, increasing tax base and revenue, which really should be intuitive. The single most important thing is that everything we have seen from the current administration actions is counter-intuitive. Everything the Obama administration has done is dramatically increasing chaos, think about it. Does anyone feel safer since he was elected? Does anyone feel better about the economy, healthcare, energy, Justice and the courts, personal freedoms and the Constitution, the Afghanistan conflict, the Stock Market, small business, real estate investments, and retirement funds?
Another stimulus will make it worse, it will increase chaos.

As an Arizona resident for nearly fifty years, seeing that in print sends cold chills up my spine.
It is hard for me to accept that my country, the United States of America, is turning on my home State of Arizona. Something is going to have to be done, because I would not be surprised at all if BHO doesn’t decide to countersue some or all of the twenty, or so, states that have filed concerning the constitutionality of Obamacare.

For the record, I tried to help Walt Fitzpatrick, but he refused to follow my advice and insisted on trying to make an ill-advised citizen’s arrests against my advice.
First of all, Fitzpatrick should have formed his own Grand Jury rather than attempt to get the Monroe County Grand Jury to indict its own foreman. Secondly, it was ill-advised for him to attempt a citizen’s arrest of the Grand Jury foreman.
Let this be a lesson to all potential Grand Jurors, if the local DA will not accept your presentment of criminal information against a boCohort, then it is best simply to form your own secret Grand Jury and present the indictment to the Judiciary. If they do not accept your Grand Jury indictment, then you can file directly with SCOTUS upon original jurisdiction, being that the cases against bo affect all ambassadors, public ministers & consuls; and the State of Hawaii is a party.
Most importantly, multiple Grand Jury indictments from multiple jurisdictions will signal the demand of Patriots that our grievances against bo & his co-conspirators be heard.
The cases against bo are coming to the point of constitutional crisis. I expect that SCOTUS will accept cases against bo in the next term in October, if not sooner

“No matter all the finger pointing, no matter any of the blame game, and no matter how the oil spill happened, the fact is there is an oil spill and it is serious; dead serious.
Barack Obama can look in all directions including the other way and assuredly he’s not serious. His lackadaisical attitude in expediency to getting the oil disaster resolved should be clear to anyone who has a brain that his desire to have the leak continue is clearly defined.
Nevertheless, had Obama really wanted the oil to cease spewing in the Gulf of Mexico he would have had passion to have it stopped from the initial onslaught.
But look at the evidence. He delayed his reaction to the proposed accident for weeks. His lack of action was his response to that of total unconcern.
Furthermore, his only desire is the complete dismantling of America. And this catastrophic oil eruption is one avenue to help him to do just that.
The basic failure of BP containing the oil flow with the LMRP cap method played into the plans of Obama. Basic failure because even though BP was able to put the cap on safely a high percentage of oil is still bleeding from the pipes.
BP claimed that they were retrieving about 420,000 gallons per day. If previous reports by certain experts who say at least 200-thousand barrels of oil are leaking per day, at 42 gallons per barrel that would mean about 8-million gallons of oil is escaping. But you will not hear that in the main stream media.
In Obama’s mind in order for a complete government takeover he has to bring the economy to a standstill. The more disasters on his plate the more likely this scheme can materialize for him.
He already all but took over the auto industry. He has the healthcare program in his hands, he is covertly trying to disarm America through UN sanctions, and now it’s time for him to be in total command of the energy market. This oil mishap gives him the excuse to do that.
All this tied in with the hundreds of millions of bail-out funds sets the stage for high inflation. This ostensibly brings him a bit closer to his socialist agenda.
And now that Obama wants a six month moratorium on offshore oil drilling additional economical weights are being placed on gulf shore residents.
“This will destroy our communities in the gulf area,” former Morgan City, Louisiana resident Mike McHugh said about the oil spill. “The fishing industry cannot sustain a polluted gulf and if drilling is stopped, many residents from Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida will lose their livelihood,” said McHugh.”
