Blagojevich trial, Evidence, Contribution list, Rezko, Which Duffy?
A piece of evidence was released in the Rod Blagojevich trial yesterday, Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Like any other piece of information, it is a piece of a puzzle of deception and corruption. On this “Projected vs. Actual Contributions” list for June 2004 we have a listing that is totally expected.
On the last page we see a action item list of names and whether to call or meet.
One of the names listed to call is Duffy.

The question is, which Duffy, and why?
Here are 2 possibilities:

Here are some interesting remarks made by Joseph Duffy during the Rezko trial.
“- Duffy told jurors that Rezko probably did more fund-raising for Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.), President Bush and St. Jude’s children’s hospital in 2003 than he did for Gov. Blagojevich. That includes “a Barack Obama fund-raiser or two.” This isn’t the first time Duffy trotted out Obama’s name during the trial. He did the same thing during opening statements.
– Duffy took aim at former Illinois Finance Authority Executive Director Ali Ata, saying Ata over-hyped his relationship with Rezko and under-hyped it with the Blagojevich and Mell families. Ata didn’t need Rezko to get a state job, Duffy said, because he was so close to the governor and Patti Blagojevich’s father, Ald. Dick Mell (33rd). “[Ata] could have gone and rang the doorbell at the governor’s house and probably gotten a hug from Patti,” Duffy said.
-Duffy on Blagojevich campaign contributions made by people who were appointed to posts on state boards and commissions: “They [prosecutors] want you to believe that people gave campaign contributions to get on boards that didn’t pay any money.”
-Duffy rebutting phone charts the government presented as evidence: “Mr. Rezko’s so-called political influence has been grossly, grossly overstated. How many phone calls did we have between Mr. Rezko and the governor? Remember that chart? It doesn’t exist.””

It was good to see Mr. Ashley Taylor join Mr. Adams in speaking out against the injustice of BHO’s Dept. of “justice.” One of the greatest dangers of this injustice is a backlash of retaliation against all African-Americans setting the Civil Rights movement back 60 years or more. I shudder at the thought of America returning to the dark days.
If more men of integrity like Mr. Taylor and Mr. Adams speak out perhaps, we can undo the damage done by BHO’s Dept. of “justice.”

Does anyone have any recent updates on the Allen v. Soetoro FOIA case?
Tim Allen was awarded by the Judge some of the FOIA request, including Obummers Mother’s info. However, the DOJ was not responding and last I heard he was heading back to the Judge for the DOJ failure to comply.
One of the many things he was going to be able to assertain was the passport, customs records, ect. On his mothers exist and entry dates into the US, which of course prove whether she could have been in Hawaii to give birth, or not.
I haven’t heard any updates in over a month, has anyone?

How about that! Eric Holder, O’Fraud’s ignorant puppet is going to sue Arizona based upon a possible violation of the Constitution but doesn’t mind if O’Fraud violated the Constitution by failing to meet the NBC clause of the constitution.
Puppet Holder also doesn’t mind throwing out the voter intimidation case by the black panthers because the victims are white and they won’t prosecute black crimes against white victims.
This is the result of a guilty judicial and political system that no longer practices the rule of law but rather operates from a Chinese menu –one from column A or two from column B. The only item a lawless government cares about is how to use the law to abuse its citizens into conforming.
If we don’t remove this criminal from office this year, we are doomed. Anyone as lawless and ruthless as to usurp the presidency will just as willingly violate all laws to protect a republic and transform America into a dictatorship. It isn’t hard to see by his track record that every action in this government is meant to destroy America’s, its liberties and its great Constitution in order to end elections and enslave America.
What is more horrible than the vicious regime whose boots are on our necks is the entire disgusting Congress and Senate who haven’t got the integrity to stand up and honor their oath to serve and protect the Constitution.

I heard on the radio the other day that the Obummer admin was going to propose coducting a 100% check on all persons and vechicles crossing the boarders (get this) from the North bound traffic crossing into the South bound Mexico boarders.
Now I may not be the brightest light bulb when dealing with human trafficing, drugs and preventing illegal immigrations, but it would appear to me that it is the South Bound traffic entering into the US that would require a 100% check? Not the other way around.
Last time I checked, there were not many US citizens attempting to flee into Mexico, nor were there a significant amount of drugs flowing from the US to Mexico. And they call this Progress to halt and curtail such notions.
This is Laughable, in my opinion.

CC, I haven’t taken the time to see exactly how the New Black Panthers tie into Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam, but they both hate Israel and whites. Many black prisoners were recruited into these organizations while incarcerated. (either into Islam or one of the black radical “relatives.”)

I doubt that bo is bothered by the polls. I worked from the McCain campaign in 2008. I communicated with the McCain staff in Ohio & PA. The internal polls showed McCain winning. bo “won” in those crucial States nonetheless.
Perhaps you saw the reports about voter intimidation by boTerrorists in Florida. We have all now seen the voter intimidation in Philly.

The Grand Jury is not a tool for government to use against its citizens.

I just sent an e-mail to Lt Col Allen West requesting him to speak out on the voter intimidation/DOJ/Black Panthers. This issue is not going away. Here in Palm Beach County it was not an issue, and these elderly people are very feisty I doubt they would get away with it for very long. I did see the voter intimidation videos from TX where the Black Panthers were targeting very elderly black ladies (they did scare them away).

Down here in FL we are desperate for news, looks like CNN is our only source. Between local and national news in time devoted the stupid BP commercials are beating them in time 5 times as much. We wonder what the heck is going on??? The BP commercials are not only disconcerting they are getting very irritating. if you knew your history, you would be shouting loudly that the New Black Panthers are in fact the new KKK.
Go back and look at history. The original purpose of the KKK was voter intimidation.

I grew up in Mississippi so I am well aware of the racist history of both the kkk & the black muslim separatist movement, but the strongest bond between bo & the kkk is their shared anti-semitism.

A parallel can be drawn to hitler and the mufti al-Husseini. Like hitler, bo is attracted to all anti-semites, even white racist anti-semites in the kkk like byrd.
In 1929, major Arab riots were instigated against the Jews of Palestine. They began when al-Husseini falsely accused Jews of defiling and endangering local mosques, including al-Aqsa. The call went out to the Arab masses: “Izbah Al-Yahud!” — “Slaughter the Jews!” After the killing of Jews in Hebron, the Mufti disseminated photographs of slaughtered Jews with the claim that the dead were Arabs killed by Jews.
In April, 1936 six prominent Arab leaders formed the Arab Higher Committee, with the Grand Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini as head of the organization, joining forces to protest British support of Zionist progress in Palestine. In the same month, riots broke out in Jaffa commencing a three-year period of violence and civil strife in Palestine that is known as the Arab Revolt. The Arab Higher Committee led the campaign of terrorism against Jewish and British targets.
Using the turmoil of the Arab Revolt as cover, al-Husseini consolidated his control over the Palestinian Arabs with a campaign of murder against Jews and non-compliant Arabs, the recruitment of armed militias, and the raising of funds from around the Muslim world using anti-Jewish propaganda. In 1937 the Grand Mufti expressed his solidarity with Germany, asking the Nazi Third Reich to oppose establishment of a Jewish state, stop Jewish immigration to Palestine, and provide arms to the Arab population. Following an assassination attempt on the British Inspector-General of the Palestine Police Force and the murder by Arab extremists of Jews and moderate Arabs, the Arab Higher Committee was declared illegal by the British. The Grand Mufti lost his office of President of the Supreme muslim Council, his membership on the Waqf committee, and was forced into exile in Syria in 1937. The British deported the Arab mayor of Jerusalem along with other members of the Arab Higher Committee.
According to documentation from the Nuremberg and Eichmann trials, the Nazi Germany SS helped finance al-Husseini’s efforts in the 1936-39 revolt in Palestine. Adolf Eichmann actually visited Palestine and met with al-Husseini at that time and subsequently maintained regular contact with him later in Berlin.

Wow, FS, I did not know you were well versed on that stuff also. Help us keep that in the forefront.
We like to bash Commander Zero for being a socialist. We like to bash him for being a Chicago Machine thug. We like to bash him for being racist and fomenting black/white mutual hatred.
But – at the end of the day – all the terrorism and most of the worlds troubles today are all about Muslims against Jews. That is the core and essence of the thing. If we do not understand this we are doomed to failure and death.
Sometimes people post here who I would not classify as Jew-haters or anti-Semites. They just like to dwell on certain negative cultural and national characteristics of Jews. And like to wallow in any legitimate faults they find.
I tell these people: Warts and all the Jews are are friends. And even more importantly the point of the spear and the first-line defense (shield) against the bigger evil, the real evil.
Picking on the Jews (even when they may “deserve” it) is like being penny wise and pound foolish. Criticizing Jews for missteps here and there when they are surrounded with dozens of hostile States and a billion hostile people is preposterous.
Israel is right now in an existential crises of greater proportions than anytime in her modern history – and perhaps equal to the worst of the worst going back to ancient times. We MUST be in 100% solidarity with them. Further, we must not assist the REAL evil by showing any sign of weakness or wavering.
To get straight to the point – While some of the stuff against Israel pointed out by various posters here may be true – please, shhhhh! Just S T F U ! ! ! ! Now is not the time or place.

your understanding of that history is excellent. You are the only one who seems to have a proper understanding of the surrounding issues.
Perhaps you are also aware that the late Saddam Hussein was a part of the Muslim Brotherhood. You would, I hope also be aware of the manner in which Saddam Hussein came to power.
This was a great time-line, but I think that there are people who read and post here who still do not know the history of the KKK and its relationship to the Dummyrats. It is the reason that I urge people to step back in history to the period of Reconstruction, because only then can it actually sink in that the Dummyrats have not changed at all…. that they seek power and will attempt to get that power by getting into bed with thugs.
The problem in your country is more complex than my own because the make-up of your parties is different. At least over here we have distinct third parties… although the Communists still hide within the ALP and of course within the union movement.

Hitler was reportedly content with deporting the Jews out of Europe to Palestine. Husseini perceived this as a threat to his stronghold in Palestine and pushed successfully for the extermination of the European Jews.
