Obama’s name keeps popping up in the Rod Blagojevich. His name should continue to be mentioned if justice is served. Ali Ata has corruption ties to Blagojevich, Rezko, Obama and others. Here are some exerpts of an upcoming article.
“Ata brought another $25,000 check to a fundraiser on July 25, 2003, and he was appointed to lead the Finance Authority.
Ata made a $5,000 donation to Obama less than a month earlier on June 30, 2003. Ata is also an investor in Riverside Park. Almost without fail, the people identified in the Board Games cases as investors in Riverside Park contributed to Obama’s US senate campaign.””
““The corruption in this case involves the Illinois Finance Authority. The IFA was established, “to support the Governor of Illinois’ economic development agenda,” and “IFA approves about $3 billion in project financing each year,” according to its web site.

He get’s to take all their money, obtain working control over the company, and halt offshore drilling. And he gets to do all these things off on one crisis. I’m sure they’re patting themselves on the back in the white house.

If certain religious groups, American Indians, illegal immigrants, hardship cases and prison inmates are exempt from ObamaCare’s health insurance mandate then the law is clearly unconstitutional. How can a federal law dictate adherence by only some groups of people but not others. Why will some religions be required to buy insurance and others will not? An entire race of people is exempted? How far back does your American Indian heritage have to reach in order to allow exemption? Illegal immigrants won’t have to pay for insurance but aren’t hospitals required to treat them anyway?
Can legal experts help me to understand why this law should not be declared unconstituional?

Before going on-line this morning I was reflecting upon the dilemma in which we find ourselves and had some serious thoughts.
This is a poor analogy (what would be a good one for BHO?), but if we witnessed a car driving recklessly down the street at a high rate of speed and hitting one parked car after another, with the appearance that it was on purpose, what would we do? Well, of course, we would get someone to stop him. Later his past record would come into play, but the issue at hand would be to stop the crime.
As I said, the above is a poor comparison, at best, to what BHO is doing to the country; however, my point is that all of the excellent recommendations by CW posters, such as state election fraud, formation of citizens’ grand juries, etc., are fine in themselves; however, the country is being subjected to such a dizzying array of BHO’s crimes and ineptness at such a high rate of speed that it is hard for even good patriots to keep up. It is difficult to inspire them to get involved with events which are slipping into the past – almost into oblivion. The pursuit of justice in the legal system is far too slow, notwithstanding the citizen grand jury system.
Well, what is your solution, you may say? Impeachment! I know there are at least two arguments against that. First of all, with the Dems controlling both houses, that’s not going to happen. True – but the momentum needs to be building. Who knows, in time, you may even
get some liberals on board (for opposite reasons). Then if there are elections in Nov., the Repubs may gain the majority and the landscape could change. Of course, we still need to be pursuing the other methods mentioned above.
The second argument against impeachment is that we can’t impeach a usurper, because he never held the seat legitimately. Well, the courts and others in authority don’t acknowledge the usurper theory, at least not yet, so they would feel constitutionally justified in pursuing impeachment. Would we care? Would we let a technicality stop impeachment? After he was out of office then the criminal allegations could be made. I am not being at all skeptical of the good suggestions offered; I am at heart a pragmatist – a realist. Trying to get a citizens grand jury together in my county would be extremely hard, because even patriots are not interested enough to pursue it. First of all, getting an impartial jury – which is what it has to be in order to hold up – (should even be randomly selected if we follow present requirements) would be next to impossible. This all takes much time from a practical standpoint, unless we risk getting it all “thrown out”. Wrong or right, people are living in the “here and now” mentality.

Actually there is a good reason why they won’t. It will start a tit for tat that will never quit. It will end up with the administration swinging back and forth between parties and each new administration demonizing and incarcerating the leaders of the previous administration.
We are now beyond polite politics. It is all out war. Do the Republicans escalate the war in Jan 2013 or do they try for peace and tranquility?
I am pondering this whole issue and it’s implications. I’m not yet ready to totally buy the above reasoning – but I’m pretty sure that this is the thinking at the highest levels of our ‘leaders’.

“New Hampshire Fires First Shot Of Civil War by passing Resolution Immediately Voiding Several Federal Laws, Threatens Counterstrike Against Federal “Breach Of Peace”
The New Hampshire state legislature took an unbelievably bold step Monday by introducing a resolution to declare certain actions by the federal government to completely totally void and warning that certain future acts will be viewed as a “breach of peace” with the states themselves that risks nullifying the Constitution.”
This act by New Hampshire is a clear warning to the federal government that they could face being stripped of their power by the States (presumably through civil war!).
The remarkable document outlines with perfect clarity, some basics long forgotten. For instance, it reminds Congress “That the Constitution of the United States, having delegated to Congress a power to punish treason, counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States, piracies, and felonies committed on the high seas, and offences against the law of nations, slavery, and no other crimes whatsoever;. . . . . therefore all acts of Congress which assume to create, define, or punish crimes, other than those so enumerated in the Constitution are altogether void, and of no force;”
Federal gun crime laws? Void. Federal drug crime laws? Void. The gazillion other federal criminal laws that deal with anything other than the specific enumerated crimes? ALL VOID.
One would think that if any lawyer anywhere in the entire country was worth his salt, all federal criminal trials would have ended years ago. This seems to prove that most lawyers are dullards.
New Hampshire deals a complete death blow to the pending federal hate crimes legislation by pointing out “That, therefore, all acts of Congress of the United States which do abridge the freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, are not law, but are altogether void, and of no force…”
Later in the Resolution, New Hampshire makes clear what the feds are now risking if they proceed further: The removal of all powers from the federal government by the States!
Quoting directly from the Resolution: “That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America. Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to:
I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State.
II. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.
III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.
IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government.
V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.
VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition; and That should any such act of Congress become law or Executive Order or Judicial Order be put into force, all powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution for the United States shall revert to the several States individually. Any future government of the United States of America shall require ratification of three quarters of the States seeking to form a government of the United States of America and shall not be binding upon any State not seeking to form such a government; and That copies of this resolution be transmitted by the house clerk to the President of the United States, each member of the United States Congress, and the presiding officers of each State’s legislature.”

This was money that did not help the people but rather paid off Unions, liberal money executives and other supporters of Obama. Businesses continued to die and homes got foreclosed on. We get continued sound bites and teleprompter speeches of arrogant inspiration during this entire time of horror from this President.
We have seen Obama reach into the private auto industry and banking industry, taking over and demanding controls in response to loans. He has dipped into education and College loans, attempting and planning to control more of both. After all, he needs to control and seduce the young people to catch his ‘sustainable’ ‘green’ ‘socialist’ vision of dictatorial control over all. He now controls college loans and no doubt will require college kids to volunteer for him as part of the endless controls and repayment plan.
Obama and his team of UN-American fools, Reid, Pelosi, Emanual, et al……are drunk with the power they feel having barely crammed through the draconian health care bill into law. Now, per their ‘never waste a crisis’ philosophy, they are planning to try and cram through the dreaded ‘cap and trade’ bill. At this stage, they haven’t had enough votes to pass it, but it passed the House a year ago, just not the Senate. Some say they are perhaps 50 votes short. Given the fraud, back door deals, money slapping hands, bribes and intimidation, no doubt, some votes will magically be found.”

“The oft repeated phrase coined by Rham Emanuel, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste”, has been the rallying cry of the Obama administration for the past 18 months.
If there wasn’t a crisis, one was fabricated. Recall the dastardly ‘Swine Flu’ which was going to be a plague of Biblical proportions; and every man, woman, child and beast has to get the H1N1 vaccine immediately. But suddenly the thing just kind of tapered out, and we don’t hear much about it now.
Well, right now there is a genuine crisis and you can rest assured that from the beginning Obama and his freak show of an administration have been busy.
I don’t mean busy like Obama claims about from day one, trying to find a way to stop the leak, clean up the mess, and make every one affected by this disaster “whole” again.
Hidden in the text of B. Hussein Obama’s speech last night was the fact that he has every intention of financially burying the United States.
Obama has planned to use this ‘crisis’ to push his Cap & Trade agenda from the beginning. Obama stated last night, “When I was a candidate for this office, I laid out a set of principles that would move our country towards energy independence.”
Translation: “When I was a candidate for this office, I laid out my plan to bankrupt America with an energy policy that could never be paid for and that would put every private energy company out of business.”
He said also: “the transition to clean energy has the potential to grow our economy and create millions of good, middle-class jobs – but only if we accelerate that transition. Only if we seize the moment.”
There is no ‘clean energy’ policy. The only energy policy is a “control the energy companies” policy.
“Accelerate that transition” and “Seize the moment” is a message to his band of thugs to take advantage of this ‘crisis’ right now and ram the take over of the oil, coal and nuclear energy systems in America.”

“URGENT ALERT: NRA CUTS DEAL TO LIMIT FREE SPEECH”

“Three prominent Washington D.C. websites are reporting what many capitol insiders warned of: the National Rifle Association has made a deal with the devil (i.e. anti-gun Democrats Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid) to limit the free speech of Americans in exchange for their carved-out exemption.
While some pro-gun rights advocates may think free speech does not matter or that nothing another gun advocacy group does should ever be questioned, the National Association for Gun Rights and I take a very different view.
Without the right to free speech, we are defenseless in the battle to save our Second Amendment rights.
Let me be clear: restricting our First Amendment rights is the first step to stripping us of our Second Amendment rights, and should be resisted at every turn.
We don’t care who you are or what an organization may have done in the past – we only care about whether your actions will promote or harm our rights.
And frankly, this craven deal by the NRA will damage our gun rights and our free speech rights. After you read up on the facts, I ask you to give the NRA an earful by calling 1-800-672-3888 and insist they renounce the deal with Pelosi and Reid. Believe me, it is not too late if you will get involved.

Though at first objecting to the DISCLOSE Act, which would radically limit the free speech of organizations and thus, gun owners, the NRA has now agreed to an exemption for their organization (and other mammoth, mostly liberal, organizations like AARP and probably Moveon.org) in exchange for support of the Democrats’ bill.
This legislation would place draconian limitations on the ability of organizations to voice their opinions on politicians, and by extension, their legislation. The chilling effect on free speech would be difficult to overstate.
Along with their tacit endorsement of Senator Harry Reid, the NRA is signaling that they trust the Democrats will spare the Second Amendment from further assaults.
But that’s a strategy of appeasement, and to put it bluntly, it’s insane. It just delays the inevitable.
Winston Churchill addressed this strategy when he said “An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last.”
Background:
This is not the only time the NRA has cut a deal to harm gun owners and gun rights in the glare of an anti-gun media frenzy.
Just a three years ago, the NRA joined with arch gun-hater Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) to pass H.R. 2640, the Veteran’s Disarmament Act. When gun control advocates saw the Virginia Tech shootings as an opportunity to pass gun control, the NRA immediately signed the documents of surrender and actively lobbied Congress to pass legislation that will disarm tens of thousands of Americans, including veterans.
Why did they do that? Frankly, they were more concerned with what the media and Washington power-bosses were saying than their loyal-to-a-fault members.
Similarly in 2004 when, desperate to pass the Firearms Manufacturers’ Lawsuits Protection bill, the NRA dangled a re-authorization of the Clinton Assault Weapons ban in front of hungry politicians.
The deal was going to be that if anti-gun politicians voted for the Lawsuit Protection bill, the NRA would not oppose re-authorization of the sun-setting Clinton Gun Ban.
Thankfully, a coalition of groups led by the National Association for Gun Rights joined together to kill that deal by exposing it to the light of honest gun owners across this nation… just like we are doing now. In that fight, after a few weeks of excuses and covering their tracks, the NRA backed off of the deal, the Lawsuit Protection Bill still passed and the Clinton Gun Ban ended.
What can you do? Tell the NRA you’ve had enough, and urge them to KILL THE DISCLOSE Act, not cut a deal to pass it.

What in the heck are they thinking? In the first place, there is NO deal for either our 1st, or 2nd Amendent, it’s OUR right to both, and a deal of any kind is unacceptable.
Fighting for our rights should not be something you bargain for.”
