The Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 32 Investigation, paragraph 1, reads:
(a) No charge or specification may be referred to a general court-martial for trial until a through and impartial investigation of all the matters set forth therein has been made. This investigation shall include inquiry as to the truth of the matter set forth in the charges, consideration of the form of charges, and recommendation as to the disposition which should be made of the case in the interest of justice and discipline.
a. While the Federal Courts have an interest in procuring justice in the matter, the technicalities of those courts and whatever rulings have or have not transpired do not apply to facts and information relevant to this matter. So it is that this court may also consider whatever evidence it seems true and faithful to the U.S.C.
(b) Your statement in paragraph 6 making a unilateral ruling on the role Congress may or may not play in any eligibility determination is incorrect. Obama has been sued prior to his (presumably) legally becoming President since he had never shown himself to be legally eligible to hold that office and in fact lied on his Declaration of Candidacy. Your pretense that somehow Congress could impeach a person ineligible to hold office actually is contrary to what would happen in the matter of an ineligible person who was sitting in the presidential seat of authority as a usurper.
(c) The Frame Work necessary to straighten the executive branch should be recognized by this court as a matter of jurisprudence, and if there exist evidence that would release the charges by statutes of compliance towards duty, that should be considered equitably. If there is one advantage of a military court, it is that of examining evidence and testimony minus the political fever at large. Now I challenge this court to hear my testimony, and to examine the evidence herein as a matter of defense for Lt. Col. Lakin as I do have direct standing in the matter which surrounds the issues with which he is so charged with, and I offer myself as witness for his behalf feeling it would be beyond my ability to withhold my testimony as a natural born citizen of the United States who has standing in the 2008 Presidential Election, in the defense of the same military which is sworn to protect me and uphold the United States Constitution.”

I hope that others “get it” as you have explained. In other words, Congress has codified and “amplified” what they wanted to re. constitutional principles and deviated from the original intent of the Framers.

So, there are those who have come to the right conclusions (as you have laid out), but then the conspiracy theories start flowing. That is where many of us part ways! YES.

Certainly looks to me like jurisdiction has to do with allegiances.

Yesterday I traded three emails with Karl Rove; he was quite courteous and explained his view on NBC, suggesting that BHO was qualified by being born of a US Citizen mom in Hawaii. I was able to brief him on an alternate view and confirm that he at least heard me out. I did not change his mind, but I sense he at least will look into the matter. I told him I enjoyed his book and appreciated his service to America, and that I missed the patriotic leadership under the Republicans.

The politics around the BP Gulf oil spill border on hysterical, discredit our national leadership and exacerbate the already devastating economic costs of the worst environmental disaster in the nation’s history.
The federal government’s handling of the disaster gets a worse grade in polling than did the government’s response five years ago to Hurricane Katrina’s devastation of New Orleans. Like President Bush then, President Obama now is criticized as having been slow to respond to a national crisis.
Whatever value there may be in kicking BP’s butt, the oil giant has plenty of motivation to stop the leak: BP is hemorrhaging money — $1 billion so far — and faces such huge economic costs, penalties and lawsuit judgments that there’s speculation the firm may be driven into insolvency.
As his handling of the crisis is dissected, Obama is reaping what he sowed — extravagant expectations based on the seminal idea of liberal politics that government is the answer to society’s troubles. In a well rupture a mile below the ocean, he and the nation have to face the stark reality of a problem beyond a Washington solution — no matter whose butt he kicks.

From my experience, Rove is nothing but a Republican shill with close ties to Donna Brazille since prior to the 2000 election cycle. I suspect that he was in the middle of some kind of quid pro quo deal between the parties in 2008. Yesterday I traded three emails with Karl Rove; he was quite courteous and explained his view on NBC, suggesting that BHO was qualified by being born of a US Citizen mom in Hawaii. I was able to brief him on an alternate view and confirm that he at least heard me out. I did not change his mind, but I sense he at least will look into the matter. I told him I enjoyed his book and appreciated his service to America, and that I missed the patriotic leadership under the Republicans.

And to be fair and square, each and every time a prediction fails.
Then we can all keep an honest tally.
If I remember correctly, JS was posting along here OK until she turned into a RAP evangelist. All I have ever wanted – and I think I reflect many people here – is an honest open assessment of RAP. In my opinion, by far the best thermometer is the hit and miss list I am suggesting.
I am not going to make the list – people as close to RAP as possible need to do that. But from what I have been able to glean, so far there are a lot of misses and few if any hits.
I am still waiting for the “arrested bond” Governor to fall over. That is and was my first big test. FAIL?

Tropical Storm Alex may form in next few days
The first named storm of the hurricane season — Tropical Storm Alex — may emerge from a cyclonic system near Africa, the National Hurricane Center reported.
At 2 p.m., the Miami-based agency issued a statement warning that an area of low pressure about 975 miles southwest of the southernmost Cape Verde Islands has become “better organized” today.
Odds are 50 percent that the system will develop into a tropical depression — with sustained winds of less than 39 mph — within the next 48 hours, forecasters believe. If winds top the 39 mph limit, the cyclone will be named Tropical Storm Alex.
The storm system is tracking west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.
Tennbrock, RAP and Nesara are completely different things. I believe you are confused because there is a website that reports on RAP, Nesara, and new age stories, however they are not connected. You can read about RAP and what it is based on on the Restore America Plan site, and you will not see any new age stuff there. RAP is based upon law that anyone can look up (believe me, I have). For instance, the government you are familiar with is a corporation whose jurisdiction is only a few square miles in D.C.. This was formed Civil War era when Lincoln couldn’t get a quorum in congress, and the north didn’t want to be liable to anyone for what happened in the war. The politicians at the time played duel roles (American gov and corp gov), but that stopped when the Fed and DC were sold to foreign interests. The IMF currently owns the Fed. Obviously at that point there was a conflict of interest, so it could no longer be said that the politicians worked for the American people anymore. That is where it stands today. The current courts have stated that the American government has been abandoned (also something that you can look up). The US corporation now has control over you because you have given them consent (small print in things like licenses). D.C. is considered a foreign country to America (look it up; it’s in the US code and Congressional record). Unfortunately, we’ve all been taught a history that left out the most important parts (I know, I’m a history teacher). Most of what you hear about RAP on this blog, is rumor and poppycock. I understand people not “getting it”. You have to do the research to come to know the truth- I know that it was not believable to me until I looked up the law.

Re. JS – Yes, she is extremely involved in RAP and resents any statement that would question it even in a very nice way. Very defensive and combative when it comes to RAP – as are other strong advocates. I fear that someday at best they will be let down and disappointed, and at the worst, they may be set up for some nefarious purposes. Let’s hope not, for their sakes.

When a Hurricane hits bo’s oil spill the oil will coat
the landscape for miles inland polluting everything in its path, lakes, reservoirs, water treatment facilities, power plants etc., bo has caused the worst catastrophe in the history of mankind.
The BP well did not blow accidentally on the eve of earth day. bo sent in swat teams to prevent investigation of this terrorist attack. Then he prevented efforts to cap the well and clean up until it was too late to prevent catastrophe.

What makes teachers so gullible about RAP?
It isn’t just the so-called facts RAP cites; it’s the solution it offers that takes more faith to believe than what most reasonable people have. Faith in people they really don’t know personally to select our national leaders? Faith that all debt will be cancelled? Faith that IRS withholding of taxes will end and IRS will be abolished? Faith that foreign countries are going along with RAP and are promising to give large amounts of money to help the USA? Give us a break!
Some charismatic leaders have really influenced these folks to follow this dream of fantasy. Anyone who doesn’t share that “faith” is somehow less of a patriot and biased. A BP oil container washed ashore in Panama City, Florida early Saturday morning closing a portion of the beach. Authorities identified the container by BP markings on the box. Though the container belongs to BP, it has not been verified whether the container came from the Deepwater Horizon oil rig, though many assume it did. Testing will be conducted to verify its origins.
The container is described as standing 7’ tall and is made of stainless steel, the box was leaking oil on the beach when it was found. Bay County Sheriff Deputy Ray Maulbeck said that the container washed ashore while he was patrolling the beach early Saturday morning. The box was removed later that evening.
Panama City beach is approximately 190 miles from the Deepwater Horizon explosion site.

Yesterday I traded three emails with Karl Rove; he was quite courteous and explained his view on NBC, suggesting that BHO was qualified by being born of a US Citizen mom in Hawaii. This is a situation that transcends all political parties-just everything-most people love animals, and hate to see them suffer. well, one could say it goes with the turf. My feeling is that if real truth is involved somehow in RAP, then the truth can stand scrutiny. If there is falsity, then wouldn’t we feel regret for not ever having raised legitimate questions? That is a burden I wouldn’t want to have to live with.

Whether or not they will be successful, is another question. But I can also tell you that the number of people who are learning the truth is growing exponentially. And I find it impossible to believe that the American people will tolerate being virtual slaves to a corporation once enough of them know about it; so I think something will give. There are many patriots on this blog. I’m sure that many know that something is not right. Oh, they may not know that they signed away their children on their wedding license application (true), but they know that something is very wrong. Our country is no longer what we thought it was.
Whether or not RAP succeeds I know that we are like frogs in a pot of water being brought to a boil. I don’t know who will be our leaders if things boil over, but I can tell you that the RAP people are at least strong Constitutionalists. I personally do not feel that 9/11 was an “inside” job, I think our government fell down on the job in more ways than one. The pilots who hit the buildings were trained to fly here in FL, no questions asked-the fire fighters and police could not communicate in the buildings due to bad radios just a combination of everything that could have gone wrong did. Hindsight will always be 20/20.

June 13th was supposed to be day for something “big” to happen….. Where is it? This is repeated over and over again. During the Bush admin I was not always a fan but with the exception of Hurricane Katrina there is not one time I didn’t feel that President Bush did what he did because he felt it was the right thing to do. I imagine we will have to wait to find out who did what to whom. Bush gets the perpetual blame for everything, but I don’t think you can put Obama at his door, but we will see. Could it be possible that they are all giving Obama enough rope plus a little bit more so that when he goes down it has to be in a spectacular fashion, so there is no doubt in anyones minds that Obama is a treasonous villain and to the world at large also.

I always tell my students that if you really want to know what a Democrat believes in, ask a Democrat not a Republican. Conversely, if you want to know what a Republican thinks, ask one (not a Democrat). This is not to say that you cannot judge by one’s actions.
In the case of RAP, we don’t have many actions to judge (as Cabby aptly pointed out). So I’m going to assume that what they say is what they believe until proven otherwise.

They have the answers and go around teaching people how to avoid foreclosure and avoid bankruptcy, see how many times Tim Turner has filed for BK, how many houses have they been able to keep? I know Jerry Kane was involved, before he killed the 2 officers in Memphis, he was going around the country training people right after he lost his own house to foreclosure. If he couldn’t even keep his own house, how is he going to help other’s?
None of it makes sense, none of the things they say will happen have happened, and they all have their own iffy backgrounds themselves. If you want to put your faith in something like that, more power to you; I will keep my faith in God alone.

What you say reminds me of what the Illinois citizens at that site said. They had been working to get Senator o. impeached.
Before the primaries, these citizens were also trying to alert the nation to their misgivings. They even cited his involvement in the Chicago corruption.
So interesting, and also strange, how many see so clearly that o. is terrible news and how many saw and still do see him as the best news ever.

Well, our current NZ prime minister John Key is very much pro-UN and wants to keep nice nice with America for trade purposes. So NZ in general likes America… but I have heard a lot of anti-Bush sentiments down here (sadly) because of the non-stop leftist hatred in the news 8 years prior to Obumbles taking over.
NZ ers feel safe down here. They don’t have the gung-ho warrior / military background of America. NZ has an advanced unit in Afghanistan though and NZ lost more men in WWII proportionally than other western nations.
But then the 60’s happened. Now its all anti-nuclear, greeny, peace, love man… in fact I think NZ was named most peaceful country on some recent list.
I’m not to thrilled about the pro UN thing and NZ is up in arms as we’ll probably be the first nation to start TAXING energy and petrol.
Not a great way to help tiny NZ grow: tax the beeejeebuss out of ’em.
That was back when I still watched GB and I thought he actually wanted to get to the truth about everything.

First:
I am not essentially anti-RAP, I am more properly described as a skeptic. If you want more respect, answer the questions.
Second:
What a gory logical FALLACY! “Any plan is better than no plan”. This is so patently false that it is hardly worth rebutting, but I will.
a) There are infinitely more bad plans than there are good plans. Therefore the probability that “any plan” is better than nothing is vanishingly small.
b) This is the Obamessiah’s central message of Hopey Changey. Obama postulates that the world is not perfect the way it is. Vote for me and I will change it. Again the assumption being that any change is better than doing nothing.
I wish you all could see yourselves in a mirror or at least read what you write. I will be nice and just say it is “depressing”.
At MOST, RAP is worth watching. It is certainly not worth blindly following, nor promoting. But the other extremely frightening thing is that there is at least a 50/50 chance that RAP is bad for the country and harmful to the participants. Improper concern for details can get you burned BAD.
Me? I’m too prudent for that.
