The media, as usual, seems to be reporting only one side of the Israeli Flotilla incident. Don’t trust the mainstream media to give you both sides of a story fairly… you must seek out fair reporting to ensure you have all the information.
As far too many in the media, and in various governments, rush to condemn Israel, we must put the recent events off Israel’s coast into the right perspective. This “relief” convoy was not about humanitarian aid, as the liberal mainstream media keeps reporting. The whole operation was designed to provoke Israel, not to provide supplies to Palestinians held hostage by Hamas terrorists in Gaza. Anyone who sees the video of Israeli commandos being attacked as they land on that ship knows the people aboard were vicious thugs, not “peace activists.” The media insults our intelligence with their outright mischaracterization of who these enemies are.
Israel delivers thousands of tons of humanitarian supplies every week to Gaza. These ships could have offloaded their cargoes at a nearby Israeli port if they really wanted to help the people of Gaza. Instead, they chose to incite confrontation and violence. Israel has a right to prevent arms shipments to Gaza that will be used to target innocent Israelis, so they were legitimately checking the cargo on the flotilla. Turkey has chosen to condemn Israel but we should be asking some serious questions about Turkey’s role in this whole affair. Why is a fellow member of NATO sponsoring such a dangerous publicity stunt? As one expert points out: “Three ships of that six-ship pro-terror convoy flew Turkish flags and were crowded with Turkish citizens. The Ankara government — led by Islamists these days — sponsored the “aid” operation in a move to position itself as the new champion of the Palestinians. And Turkish decision-makers knew Israel would have to react — and were waiting to exploit the inevitable clash. The provocation was as cynical as it was carefully orchestrated.”
We can only hope the Obama Administration does not join the anti-Israel chorus in the aftermath of this staged confrontation. Please, Mr. President, we need to let Israelis know we stand with them in their fight against terrorists and those who arm and support them. America and her ally, Israel, stand by waiting for your response.

However, Emanuel did funnel plenty of campaign money from his own political action committee to what was described as “local interests” in Chicago, as well as the campaigns of other Democratic candidates. Emanuel also abused his congressional franking privileges to send out campaign literature. One of his election challengers said, “he [Emanuel] used his franking privileges as an incumbent for mass-mailed ‘newsletters’ — thinly-veiled promotional materials talking about the latest wonderful thing he did for some isolated individual.”
In 2002, Emanuel was so unknown in the 5th District, which had been previously represented by Rod Blagojevich, who became Governor, people thought because of his appearance that he was an “Arab.” Emanuel’s father, Benjamin, is an Israeli immigrant and a veteran of the Jewish terrorist organization, Irgun Zvai Leumi.
One of Emanuel’s GOP opponents commented that “no one in the district really knew Emanuel . . . the only thing they really knew about was his use of four letter words.” Another election opponent said, “Rahm was able to buy his election at bargain-basement prices, and have a huge war chest left over for whatever comes next.”
WMR has recently learned that while a member of the House, a major Democratic strategist and lobbyist rented Emanuel his Washington, DC condominium at below market rates. Emanuel reportedly used the condominium for trysts with his homosexual partners in Washington while Emanuel’s family remained at their home in north Chicago. The Democratic strategist in question is also a top lobbyist for BP.
ISRAELI LAWMAKER: NO ARMS ON THE FREEDOM FLOTILLA
A member of the Israeli Parliament (Knesset) who was onboard the Gaza-destined aid convoy when it came under Israeli fire dismisses allegations that the Freedom Flotilla was carrying weapons.
Haneen Zuabi, a senior member of the Balad party, was among hundreds of activist aboard the Freedom Flotilla, which was comprised of nine ships carrying thousand of tons of humanitarian aid for the impoverished people of the Gaza Strip.
In comments following her release in the Ashdod port on Wednesday, Zuabi disputed Israel’s claims that the ship was carrying weapons for the Palestinian Resistance Movement of Hamas.
“Our goal was to break the siege. We had no plans for a confrontation. Israel carried out a provocative military operation. Israel is used to doing as it pleases with the Palestinians. The main problem is not the ship, but the siege.” She added.
On Monday, commandos acting upon direct orders from Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak stormed the aid convoy, leaving at least 20 people dead and more than 50 others injured.
The member of Knesset also said that Israeli forces were seeking to leave behind a high number of casualties…

In fact, DHS used some of Sorcha’s postings to create their domestic rightwing terrorist list (yup, that’s you and me). Others believe Sorcha has inside info and the “truth” the msm won’t print. My opinion is that Sorcha’s efforts are intended to create fear and scatter our energies, distracting us from the real threats to our nation. My biggest worry is that people will over-react to his extreme fearmongering and give Obama a reason to implement martial law.

I really don’t know what’s up with Rush. First it was the Birthers, now it’s Blago.
Listening to Rush right now… lady caller brings up Blago trial and Obama’s probable meeting with Fitzpatrick, judge, etc. I get excited, but Rush says Obama is part of the Chicago crime machine, but Rush pooh-poohs the significance of Blago/Obama connections, saying Sestak is the real story. Rush says “it’s a shame” that we have to “conjure up” these ideas, but that Obama’s trip was just to send a message to Blago. (Rush used the dead horse head in bed metaphor).
So which is it Rush? If Blago is no big deal, then why would Obama have to send a message?

When President Obama and Sen. Arlen Specter land at Pittsburgh International Airport today, Mayor Luke Ravenstahl will receive them by himself.
The rest of the region’s top elected officials declined White House invitations to attend Obama’s speech at Carnegie Mellon University this afternoon, their offices said.

It’s a step, no one is above the law, the laws of our land. If I were Blago’s defense attorney I would be fighting to have all the tapes admissable. This is one of the problems they had with the Nixon tapes: Rose Marie Woods, Sheriff Joe Woods sister “accidentally” erasing the tapes. None of us Chicagoans bought that then, no one should be buying this “secrecy” garbage now. The reason is The T-Room has been following the story line for several weeks now and wholeheartedly admits this ‘Freedom Flotilla’s’ primary objective was to stop the blockade Israel and Egypt purposely erected around Gaza.
To assume the ships would have been halted was always part of everyone’s understanding. No one I read about foolishly believed the 9 ships would happily and freely sail into the Gaza port. So, folks on board were prepared mentally and spiritually for some sort of altercation.
That said, how does one rationalize the commando attack by Israel, at 4:00 am, under the cloak of darkness where the Marmarva was the primary ship attacked in International waters?
Secondly, the Israeli commando’s had nine vessels full of soldiers dressed in night gear and fully equipped with tear gas, stun guns, pistols and rifles. Contrast this with the arsenal the activists had which were chairs, metal poles, sling shots with blue and white marbles and one molotov cocktail.
Beliefs do not equal facts. Attitudes do not equal facts. We could certainly debate our different beliefs all day long BUT the facts are the facts.
Remember, these activist’s did not seek out the Israeli commando’s in the dead of the night. They were sleeping. How dare they defend themselves with whatever chair or pole they could find.
Lastly, 20 activists are reported dead NOT nine. No Israeli commando’s are reported dead. I guess the sling shots weren’t deadly enough!
One last thought. Why does America support a country at the tune of billions of our hard earned money every year who has intentionally built a concentration camp around the Gazans? Why on earth is this okay with anybody? Didn’t we as a people free such souls from such camps during WWII?

Greer was picked to lead the state Republican Party by Governor Charlie Crist, who has since bolted to run as an independent in the U.S. Senate race. Polls suggested the more moderate Crist would have lost the party nomination to Marco Rubio, who has strong support from conservative Republicans.
So Rahm has been subpoenad. Now it’s really starting to get interesting.

So, the U.S. Marines are in Beirut because of Israel’s occupation of the city, and the U.S. government’s altruistic idiocy. Is idiocy too strong a word?
Now some further background. For some time Israel had imposed a huge import tax on merchandise coming from Lebanon, which naturally resulted in smuggling to evade it. The goods were smuggled by cars and trucks modified for hidden storage. The Mossad station in Beirut had a certain informant who knew people working at a local garage which specialized in such modifications. Thus the Mossad occasionally obtained a good description of a vehicle that they could pass on to Israeli border guards, foiling many smuggling attempts.
Back to our story. In the summer of 1983 this informant tells the Mossad that Shi’ite Muslims are refitting a large Mercedes-Benz truck with extra-large hidden storage areas for holding bombs. Again quoting Mr. Ostrovsky:
“… the Mossad knew that … there were only a few logical targets, one of which must be the U.S. compound. The question then was whether or not to warn the Americans to be on particular alert for a truck matching the description.
“The decision was too important to be taken in the Beirut station, so it was passed along to Tel Aviv, where [Nahum] Admony, then head of Mossad, decided they would simply give the Americans the usual general warning, a vague notice that they had reason to believe someone might be planning an operation against them. But this was so general, and so commonplace, it was … unlikely to raise any particular alarm or prompt increased security precautions. … One more would not heighten U.S. concerns or surveillance.
“Admony, in refusing to give the Americans specific information on the truck, said ‘… we’re not there to protect Americans. They’re a big country. Send only the regular information.’

The Lebanese janitor for the building is killed.) It is the highest single-day death toll for American soldiers since the Vietnam Tet offensive.

Michelle – first, Gazan’s are not free. They cannot fish beyond a certain point in their own waters for fear of being killed. All goods trucked into Gaza come from a highly detailed list the Israeli government developed and implements. Their infrastructure was destroyed during the last Israeli assault. Their medical facilities were destroyed. People have been living in tents for over two years. Children are homeless b/c their families were killed and their homes run over by bulldozers. They must gain special permission to cross over the border for medical treatment and more times than not, even though these mothers and fathers have applied well in advance for permission to get chemo, surgery, or whatever the medical need may be, they are turned away by the Israeli Guards. This only forces these already beaten down souls to have to apply all over again only to be rejected again and again.
Please tell me how the Gazan’s fate is anywhere similar to the Mexican’s fate? How are they the same?

U.S. investigators and the controlled media have ignored a preponderance of evidence pointing to Israel’s intelligence agency, the Mossad, being involved in the terror attacks of 9/11.
From the very morning aircraft smashed into the World Trade Center (WTC) and the Pentagon, news reports have indicated Israeli intelligence being involved in the events of 9/11 – and the planting of “false flags” to blame Arab terrorists and mold public opinion to support the pre-planned “war on terror.”
Shortly after the destruction of the twin towers, radio news reports described five “Middle Eastern men” being arrested in New Jersey after having been seen videotaping and celebrating the explosive “collapses” of the WTC.
These men, from a phony moving company in Weehawken, N.J., turned out to be agents of Israeli military intelligence, Mossad. Furthermore, their “moving van” tested positive for explosives.
Dominic Suter, the Israeli owner of Urban Moving Systems, the phony “moving company,” fled in haste, or was allowed to escape, to Israel before FBI agents could interrogate him. The Israeli agents were later returned to Israel on minor visa violations.
The Assistant Attorney General in charge of criminal investigations at the time was Michael Chertoff, the current head of the Dept. of Homeland Security. Chertoff, the son of the first hostess of Israel’s national air carrier, El Al, is thought to be an Israeli national.
One of the Israeli agents later told Israeli radio that they had been sent to “document the event” – the event which took the lives of some 3,000 Americans.
Despite the fact that the Israelis arrested in New Jersey evidently had prior knowledge or were involved in the planning of 9/11, the U.S. mainstream media has never even broached the question of Israeli complicity in the attacks.
ISRAELIS FOREWARNED
On September 12, 2001, the Internet edition of The Jerusalem Post reported, “The Israeli foreign ministry has collected the names of 4,000 Israelis believed to have been in the areas of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon at the time of the attack.”
Yet only one Israeli was killed at the WTC and two were reportedly killed on the “hijacked” aircraft.

So the difference as I see it is a Patriot will die for her/his country and a Martyr will die for his/her country and religious beliefs.
Our first martyr was Jesus Christ with the second martyr being Saint Stephen. We have statues located throughout the US of our Patriots who fought to defend their country, which is a Christian nation, so maybe they too felt they were also serving God.
I guess I’m at a loss as seeing this as a bad thing, that is being a martyr and putting your life on the line out of devotion to God vs being a patriot by putting your life on the line out of devotion to your country.
That said, there are three western religions that share the same God – Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Jew’s use the term Yahweh, Christian’s the term God and Islam the term Allah, but they are all the same God.

“The organizers of a massive June 6 rally opposing the Ground Zero mosque are not allowed to protest at their planned location in Zuccotti Park, DNAinfo has learned.
The NYPD has not issued a permit for the D-Day demonstration by the group Stop Islamization of America, a Police spokeswoman said. And Brookfield Properties, the owner of Zuccotti Park, generally does not allow political protests on the plaza across from the World Trade Center site. “A protest event will not be happening in Zuccotti Park,” said Melissa Coley, Brookfield spokeswoman.
A person with knowledge of the permitting process told DNAinfo the anti-mosque rally was initially pitched as a gathering for 9/11 family members, and the city approved it several weeks ago. But once it became clear that the event would be a protest against Cordoba House, a 13-story mosque and community center slated to rise near ground zero, the city withdrew the permit, the source said.
Pamela Geller, executive director of Stop Islamization of America, said the protest would go forward as planned. “We’ve cleared all the legal hurdles the city requires for a rally,” she said in an e-mail to DNAinfo.
Zuccotti Park is a privately owned public space, so both the city and Brookfield Properties have jurisdiction over what happens there. U.S. Steel built the park back in the 1970s in return for a height bonus on One Liberty Plaza, an adjacent office tower. The park was then called Liberty Plaza. Brookfield now owns both the tower and the plaza. Several years ago, Brookfield renovated the space using private money and renamed it for John Zuccotti, the company’s chairman.
Based on the online response to the rally so far, it appears that hundreds, if not thousands, of people could be planning to attend the June 6 rally. More than 400 people have RSVPed on Facebook so far.
Stop Islamization of America is helping potential attendees connect via its website. A post on carpooling has drawn 54 responses since Monday, with people planning to come from as far away as California, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri and Michigan.
Geller slammed the “insensitive” mosque plans at Community Board 1’s meeting Tuesday night. “This mega mosque is going up on sacred ground,” she told the crowd of several hundred people. “This is an insult.” Geller is the founder of AtlasShrugs.com, a conservative blog, and also launched a controversial ad campaign earlier this month on the city’s buses, purporting to help people who want to leave Islam.
While the number of people who will turn up at the June 6 protest is hard to predict, hundreds of people are discussing it on Twitter, YouTube and other sites, and more than 85,000 people have joined a Facebook group opposing the mosque.

In the course of your studies, did you learn how the three Western Religions – Judaism, Christianity and Islam factually came into being?
For example the first copy of the New Testament was written in Greece 60 years after Christ was crucified. The closest Christian religious practice to what Jesus preached is the Greek Orthodox Church. Not only is it the closest to emulate the teachings of Christ, but their entire pulpit is laid out as the closest replica to where and how Jesus taught his disciples.
All three Western religions were born in and around Jerusalem. All three adhere to a loving and powerful God; the same God.
What you are referring to as well as others is the sect of Islam that split off from the teachings of Mohammed. It was Mohammed’s brother that lead this sect and declared jihad 2000 years ago even against other Muslims out of jealousy and hatred for his brother. However, it is but a very small part of Muslim followers.
Have you ever read the Koran? If not, you might want to pick up a copy and read it. The same with the Torah. Both tell the story of their religious foundation and beliefs just as the New Testament does.
We as American’s have been bombarded with hateful messages toward the entire Islamic nation. Does this mean I want Shia law practiced here in the states? Heck no. It simply means we have been conditioned, brainwashed, propagandized to hate, loathe and mistrust an entire people.
When 911 occurred I couldn’t believe Muslims committed such a tragedy. Why? B/c everything I’d learned in class pointed to the very opposite of these people. However, I slowly was convinced to believe the official government story, although I had plenty of questions.
What always bothered me about the official story was this – how did a 20 Saudi’s plan for such a suicide mission from caves? And why would we attack Iraq if the hijackers were all Saudi’s? These two ditty’s never made sense to me and honestly still don’t. If indeed 20 Saudi’s flew planes into the Pentagon, the two Tower’s and the field in Pennsylvania, why did we attack Iraq? No one in the media ever declared they were Iraqi hijackers. Naturally we should have attacked Saudi Arabia. Why didn’t we?
Today I hold an entirely different belief based on facts. I keep going back to facts b/c these are the pillars that lead us to truth. I started w/the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth back in February. It was then that I started to do more research. Until such time, I honestly didn’t even know there was such a thing as a 911 Truther. I guess I’ve become one by default b/c I have very serious questions about the official story line that our government must answer.
Imagine for just a moment that 911 isn’t what we’ve been told all of these years, and that we as American’s have bludgeoned an entire people b/c that is what our government and our ally, Israel, wanted to achieve. How sad would that be.
No, I’m not telling anyone here to believe or not to believe. Nor am I trying to persuade you or stir up a hornet’s nest. I’m simply restating what I said above, that is we are all patriots on this journey and at some point we must get on the same or as close to the same page as we possibly can.
The division and hatred needs to come to an end. I don’t know how to get there, but we need to if we want an America left for our children and grandchildren.

Watergate was supposed to have established that Presidents are not above the law. If that is so, President Obama may have to resign for breaking the law in the Sestak affair.
Rep. Joe Sestak (D-PA) is now the Democrat nominee for the Senate seat held far too long by Arlen Specter. President Obama induced Specter to switch parties and give the Democrats their very temporary, 60 vote, filibuster-proof majority, in return for endorsing him for reelection and promising him no opposition in the Democrat primary. But Sestak had already announced that he was running for the seat, and he refused to get out. Two weeks ago, Sestak defeated the unprincipled, opportunistic Specter for the Democrat nomination, continuing the perfect string of everyone who Obama endorses and campaigns for going down to defeat.
For months now, Sestak has publicly claimed that President Obama tried to keep his promise to Specter by offering him a high-ranking administration appointment if he would get out of the race. The rumor is that Sestak, formerly an Admiral, was offered appointment as Secretary of the Navy. The problem is that a federal statute explicitly provides that it is a federal felony, punishable by up to one year in prison, to attempt to bribe a candidate with a federal job, or anything of value, to influence an election.
As Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) has indicated, the White House is now engaged in a coverup that is only making matters worse. Former President Bill Clinton is now claiming that he carried the offer to Sestak of an appointment to an unpaid position on a Presidential Advisory Board in return for dropping out of the race. But that story is not plausible because as a sitting member of Congress he could not have legally served on such a Presidential Board. So is the White House now lying to the American people about the matter?”

Please, Helen, listen for a moment! None of us here enjoys the discussion that has ensued re. Israel. Of course, when some of us see an unwarranted attack on Israel’s motives and a one-sided distortion of what happened (by the way, none of us was there as a personal witness), we feel compelled to respond, as you have concerning your views. and I think we all feel similarly. The best way to accomplish that unity is to avoid those hot-button issues that seem irreconcilable, at least for now. Moreover, indirectly offering the job through former President Clinton still violates the statute, as does the offer of an unpaid position. Presently, one reason to vote Republican for president is that Republican presidents are subject to the rule of law, but Democrat presidents are not.

A mysterious explosion over six weeks ago in a deep sea oil well a mile below the surface of the Gulf of Mexico continues to gush oil to this day, heading for Gulf beaches and fisheries. The White House says the President held a meeting on it in the Oval Office on Day One. But we have not heard a word on what was done in that meeting 44 days ago, other than develop political talking points.”

A true martyr is someone who is killed for the truth, not their belief. If that were the case, then if a person believed that the moon had red, purple, green stripes with pinkish poka-dots all over it, then they would be considered a martyr if they were killed because they truly believed that it’s so. Meaning, that is their belief, but a person’s belief doesn’t make truth reality.
What is truth? Truth is reality. I can trust that China really exists even though I haven’t been there ever. This is reality. Being a martyr is for dying for the truth, which Yahweh’s truth is the only truth that really ever matters in the long run.

The government of Israel has agreed to a Palestinian homeland numerous times. The first time was in 1948 when the state of Israel was created, but instead the Arabs attacked. Israel, again with President Bill Clinton present, agreed to a Palestinian state with part of Jerusalem as its capital. Arafat said no and started an infatada of violence. Olmert recently agreed again to a Palestinian state, but by this time Hamas was in Gaza. When Israel walked out of Gaza it left numerous greenhouses for the Palestinians to grow crops with. Instead Hamas blew up the greenhouses as well as Jewish temples, and the sewage system so now raw sewage runs in the streets of Gaza. Arabs live in Israel. They are educated and given medical assistance. Why can’t Jews be allowed to live in Palestine as they have always done historically? It’s only recently that Arabs have thrown the Jews out of Palestine and refused to live with them. Israel can’t make peace when no one is on the other side to make peace with. Saudi Arabia has funded radical terrorists for decades including the PLO and others. If the Saudi’s and Iran took away their assistance to these groups, there could be peace.

I think the reasons for this is they are very smart, highly educated, value education but very tenacious and determined to get to the truth of all science a never ending quest for knowledge. Inventions come during the quest.

Israeli MP’s Night of Terror on Aid Ship

An Arab member of the Israeli parliament who was on board the international flotilla that was attacked on Monday as it tried to take humanitarian aid to Gaza accused Israel yesterday of intending to kill peace activists as a way to deter future convoys.
Haneen Zoubi said Israeli naval vessels had surrounded the flotilla’s flagship, the Mavi Marmara, and fired on it a few minutes before commandos abseiled from a helicopter directly above them.
Terrified passengers had been forced off the deck when water was sprayed at them. She said she was not aware of any provocation or resistance by the passengers, who were all unarmed.
She added that within minutes of the raid beginning, three bodies had been brought to the main room on the upper deck in which she and most other passengers were confined. Two had gunshot wounds to the head, in what she suggested had been executions.
Two other passengers slowly bled to death in the room after Israeli soldiers ignored messages in Hebrew she had held up at the window calling for medical help to save them. She said she saw seven other passengers seriously wounded.
“Israel had days to plan this military operation,” she told a press conference in Nazareth. “They wanted many deaths to terrorise us and to send a message that no future aid convoys should try to break the siege of Gaza.”
Released early yesterday by police, apparently because of her parliamentary immunity, she said she was speaking out while most of the hundreds of other peace activists were either being held by Israel for deportation or were under arrest.
Three other leaders of Israel’s large Palestinian Arab minority, including Sheikh Raed Salah, a spiritual leader, were arrested as their ships docked in the southern port of Ashdod. Lawyers said that under Israeli law they could be held and questioned for up to 30 days without being charged.
Contradicting Israeli claims, Ms Zoubi said a search by the soldiers after they took control of the Marmara discovered no arms or other weapons.
Isreal is blockading the the GAZA. What I find interesting is that when the wall went up between the West Bank and Israel, Palestinians were recorded by the UN to have relocated to Israel more than any other country on earth. Israel gives the Palestinians education and free health care. Israel gives Arabs the right to vote which is more than most Middle Eastern countries do.

I agree! After all, here is something else to think about. Why was it that almost immediately there were demonstrators gathered in N.Y. City against Israel as well as in Europe? That tells me that this was a planned event to prod Israel. Another thing, Egypt also was in favor of the blockade. This was a very well planned, orchestrated event by terrorists. In fact, already a number have been identified as Al Qaeda affiliates.
The jihadists sense weakness in and a certain sympathy by BHO, so ultimately the blame lies with the usurper right now. And more events will continue.

Funny how I've never been in the Navy or merchant marine but know your words to be true based upon my conversations with those that were. From personal experience I have sailed and owned sail boats, everything is secured, or you become very sorry.
This was no accident, this was an 'incident' created by those whom tried to break a legal search. Military Army Court Martial trial. After this, there are “appeal” powers to the USA Supreme Court.

What does this mean? Ha. It means Commander Fitzpatrick’s Complaint for TREASON will be heard by a “true” prosecutorial/presentment Grand Jury. If the GJ rules in the Commander’s favor then and only then does the Presentment enter the fiduciary system and is heard on its merits.
What the Commander has accomplished in just a few months has cost nothing more than time and the Commander’s initial incarceration. Stinks. But if that is what it takes for a true patriot to get before the courts, that is, federal court, then so be it.

Well, the Judge got bonked upside the head by realizing the Commander had his facts straight and the law firmly in hand.
Therefore, Walt has made tomorrow’s hearing on his arrest happen. No one else had anything to do with it. No one. So don’t go selling to the pawns that RAP had anything to do with the Judge’s decision to impanel an entirely new GJ to hear Walt’s case.

I have limited legal knowledge. Here is only my humble opinion:
As far as I know when a court has court officer’s it is up to them to obey and follow the rules of discovery under the direction of a judge or mediator who “interprets” the laws.
What is happening in Lt. Col. Lakin’s
case is as bad as what Nazi criminals did to people, and it is a sign of the EXTREME CORRUPTION and the EXTREME BREAKDOWN of the Lawlessness of our courts.
This is a Military Court. Military Courts have different rules for Military Trials and for Military Discovery than civilian Courts.
I heard Lakin’s attorney say that he did not think they could NOT deny Lakin discovery to defend himself, but if the Military Court did this, he would appeal to the Supreme Court for justice on Lt. Col. Lakin’s behalf.
If an attorney wants to comment, please do so. We The People ARE the USA Power of the USA Government. We The People by law do not have to allow criminals to overthrow the USA people and the three branches of the USA government.
I am for peaceful solutions to problems, and for peaceful civil disobedience, and the arrest of ALL criminals who need to be held accountable and held responsible and arrested by the USA Legal American citizens for their crimes.

Sounds like the investigating officer is acting as judge and jury in LTC Lakin’s case, while, at the same time, violating LTC Lakin’s inalienable right to a fair hearing in a trial that upholds his legal rights to defend his actions.

I have limited legal knowledge. Here is only my humble opinion:
As far as I know when a court has court officer’s it is up to them to obey and follow the rules of discovery under the direction of a judge or mediator who “interprets” the laws.

At this point in Lakin’s Court Martial, if he has indeed been DENIED discovery, there will be plenty of justification to appeal to the SCOTUS. I have a strong feeling though that they will decline to accept it. They will say it is a military matter ,and if an appeal is attempted it should be directed to the military prosecutor’s office. If the JAG is under the thumb of Soetoro it will be evident very quickly that Lakin will not receive a fair court martial,and if that is the case which prevails he will be convicted. However there is one chance for him. If Soetoro is somehow brought to justice and is himself convicted, then Lakin’s conviction would be overturned, and Lakin would have the right to SUE the Federal Government,Soetoro, the prosecutor, and ALL who were either voluntarily, or even involuntarily involved with his illegal court martial. It is entirely possible that he could receive a DISHONERABLE discharge from his service and be stripped of all rank,and /or backpay. Even that which may be legally due him. But all of this would be set aside should Soetoro be PROVEN beyond reasonable doubt to be a usurper,after which Lakin would be in a unique position to sue everyone who was even remotely involved in his conviction. Also his dishonerable discharge would have to be exponged from ALL military records, and he would have the option of receiving full military pay retroactively. I believe that he could also collect big time from the US Government for his FRAUDULANT trial and resultant conviction. This would be punitive damages. He would be justified in sueing for at least $500,000,000.00.

When you consider the less than stellar president we have in office, the rabid environmentalist movement’s influence in the democratic party, and the peace at any cost even to the point of our own national security crowd, the chances of this method ever even being discussed, let alone ever getting around to the planning stage is less than nil. In this political environment this thing’s going to be hanging around for awhile.

Years ago in Illinois I had to run parts to O’Hare on occasion. We shipped material to Israel, but we were not allowed to identify in any way that it was destined for Israel, so I asked our Export Manager why? That may be the investigator’s view but he is wrong.
WRONG. Any citizen of the US has the right to access the Presidents credentials. (The authors of the Constitution CLEARLY emphasize and encourage the exercise of the citizen’s right to so do.)
WRONG. Military personnel take an oath to support the Constitution (which has precedent over o.’s illegally mandated oath to himself, coerced upon our military). Following the commands of an ineligible CinC violates that oath. EVERYONE in the military has the right to verfied documentation and proof that the CinC is legally authorized to give them orders, according to the Constitution. They also have the right to a speedy, open and completely transparent resolution to any doubts or discrepancies that occur.
WRONG. LTC Lakin is on trial here, not the President’s credentials. LTC Lakins’ LIFE is on trial here. Documentation (or lack thereof) of the o.’s credentials to BE President is material evidence in defense of LTC Lakin’s actions. LTC Lakin’s actions are about his OATH to uphold the Constitution, NOT about putting the (non)President on trial. (Always has to be about o., doesn’t it???)

Military folks CONSENT to serve, based on the rights and protections afforded them by our Constitution and Declaration of Independence.
Denying LTC Lakin his defense is a violation of those rights and protections.

Yes. Very sad that often the first people to risk their lives and careers to resist injustice on the basis of truth end up suffering the most. Then, later, we all reap the benefits of their sacrifices.
The Revolutionary War was like that. Not everyone fought. Not everyone resisted the British, nor even wanted to.
LTC Lakin strikes me as a person who is doing what he feels called to do in order to fulfill his own oath to the Constitution. His rights, imo, trump all political and legal mumbo jumbo that obfuscate the simple, very simple, root issue.
If the military court will not allow that simle, core issue into the light to be weighed and adjucated, then the court has essentially lost itself in all the legal and procedural mumbo jumbo and no longer serves the function mandated by our founders and ratified by out states.
I would like to see LTC Lakin’s simple right to a legal CinC upheld, even if his defense was deemed not scholarly enough for the investigator.

The Investigating Officer is “supposed” to be working for the defense. Why this one is not, I don’t understand. The whole purpose of a trial is to get at the truth. It appears like they already know the truth and don’t want to make it public or official.

Then there is the false comparison between those who commit murder-suicide and Christian martyrs. If you knew Scripture then you would not make such a stupid comparison. The suicide bombers are murderers. They have forever condemned themselves to hell. If you knew anything at all about the persecution of the early Christians, which you do not, then you would know that they were martyred for refusing to offer sacrifices to the Roman emperor as if he was a god…. there is a very huge credibility gap where your comparative religious studies are concerned.
The fact is that the Israeli commandos met with resistance on one boat only. The incident was taped. The Israelis had paint ball guns and they were met with offensive weapons. The first commandos were severely beaten and one was thrown from the upper deck to a lower deck. Those men lying in wait for the commandos had knives, guns and other weapons. The Israelis did not fire the first shot.
The fact is that the IHH is associated with the Muslim Brotherhood and it is a banned terrorist organisation in the USA.
The fact is that in Gaza the Israeli settlers had left behind glasshouses that were destroyed. The Gazans do not suffer in the Gaza strip. They get all the appropriate humanitarian aid. What they do not receive are the weapons that the IHH was attempting to smuggle into Gaza.

It is unfortunate but Helen’s constant rants today have created a lot of unnecessary tension. She believes what she is convinced of – regardless – and manifests what appears to be a great deal of arrogance in the process. She has a right to her own opinions, but IMO her way is pretty overbearing and her tenacity will not let her quit trying to convince others, even when she is respectfully asked to “let it go.”

I am shocked and dismayed that the military is siding with Obama and not forcing the BC issue. How in the world has Obama have so much power that even the military will not follow the law?

Haneen Zuabi is a Palestinian Arab who joined the Israeli Knesset in 2009, elected from the Tajamu Party “known for its Palestinian nationalist platform.” So, perhaps the next time you cite that a member of the Israeli Knesset condemns Israeli actions (in enforcing the blockade of arms to Gaza) – and I have no doubt you will widely distribute this grossly misleading claim – you might want to educate readers by clarifying Ms. Zuabi’s origins. (Now, how will you demonize a people that allows its ‘enemies’ to help run the government?)

harondaddy – casper’s packages are farm claim lawsuits won long ago all the way to the supreme court, plus some other programs that individuals bought into in the past 30 years, they represent trillions of dollars to be paid out around the world to people who are in them, so that is why he is so concerned about them, they also must be released before other programs come to the average people around the world to. so the packages are important – just not sure if someone is not giving casper the run around concerning them.
BUT here is the main thing I wanted to share: several groups of evil people know how to make clones and halograms, halograms are some kind of magic and the people look just like you and me would look in a crowd, NOW suppose Obama was cloned by more than one group, which one belongs to which group, this could really be the case. i read recently that clones are the old technology, halograms are the latest and best way to go, these people are so sick with power anything could be possible. It was Russia who killed the original Jimmy Carter when he went to Russia for the first time for a meeting, they programmed their version and sent him back, it only took the USA bad guys a few days to figure out they did that. now think, the orginial is dead, and their clone is still alive, a ex miliatary general who was associated with the white house spilled these beans, it is also said that Carter knows he is a clone and if/when true exposure happens, he will tell his story to the world, some benevenlent beings are keeping him alive to tell his story when needed. sounds bizarre, but that is in the public domian. our guys tried to kill him a couple of times after he found this out, but now they leave him alone, and he trys to do good for the world.
so the story to come will blow alot of peoples minds wide open.
so back to Obama, which groups’s clone do we now have????
