What was she thinking? Boteach was Michael Jackson’s apologist during the child abuse phase of Jackson’s career. Boteach ‘endorsed’ Lingle on the show before she confessed that she meddled with Obama’s birth certificate on the eve of the 2008 presidential election, and after Fukino falsely claimed that no one had directed her to do anything at that time. If this isn’t fraud and obstruction, what is it?
“I believe that this manipulation of public documents was a form of official and political misconduct that should be investigated by an independent body. Shmuley Boteach is not a constituent part of Hawai’i government. His claim that questions about Obama’s birth certificate are ‘irrational’ shows that is manifesting the same deference to Obama that he showed to Michael Jackson when Jackson was accused of abusing children. Enough already.
“Instead of talking to a radio rabbi, I am asking that Lingle explain her conduct to a Hawai’i grand jury,” Martin says.
Martin will also raise the jurisdictional question of whether Lingle subjected herself to jurisdiction in New YorkState by appearing on Boteach’s WABC-AM radio program.

“Lawyers for Rod and Robert Blagojevich are appealing a trial judge’s decision to go forward with trial June 3 — before the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on law at issue in the case.
U.S. District Judge James Zagel has said that jury selection and opening statements could go forward even if the high court has not yet ruled on the “honest services statute,” which critics say is a broadly worded and broadly interpreted statute that says officials cannot deprive taxpayers of their honest services.
Both Blagojevich brothers are charged with honest services counts. Prosecutors recharged the case to account for a possible high court strike down.
Zagel in April said the case should not be delayed as parties await a ruling. The motion filed today asks for the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider the issue.
Defense lawyers have said they cannot begin trial without knowing what counts they’re specifically up against. They say forcing them to go to trial violates their clients’ Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights.
The supreme court is expected to rule by the end of June.”

“The politically connected owner of a Markham construction company — already accused of falsifying his tax returns — is now being sued by Illinois’ attorney general on accusations he fraudulently obtained public money that was set aside for minority-owned businesses.
Robert C. Blum, of New Lenox, and his Castle Construction are named in the lawsuit.
It accuses Castle of having falsified bids and contracts for the CTA and Chicago’s Public Building Commission to obtain special projects earmarked for minorities.
“Castle Construction’s alleged deceptive practices effectively prevented other legitimate companies from securing contracts intended to provide business growth opportunities for minority-owned businesses,” Attorney General Lisa Madigan said. “Castle would never have received these public contracts without fraud and deception.”
Blum, 57, who had ties to the late Christopher Kelly, a key adviser to and campaign fund-raiser to ex-Gov. Rod Blagojevich, also has been charged in Cook County Criminal Court in connection with the alleged contract-fraud scheme that accuses him of completing minority-owned contracts for the CTA and Public Building Commission with white-owned subcontractors.”

“Embattled Metra Executive Director Phil Pagano, under investigation by his own agency for financial issues, stood in front of a Metra train and was killed this morning in an apparent suicide attempt, officials said.
McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren said Pagano left a letter “indicating his intentions” before going onto the tracks near Crystal Lake just after 8 a.m.
“This was an intentional act on his part,” Nygren said.”
…”Pagano, executive director of the commuter rail service since 1990, was put on paid administrative last week amid a probe that he paid himself an unauthorized $56,000 bonus. The probe expanded to look at “more serious allegations of official misconduct,” according to the attorney hired to conduct Metra’s inquiry.
On Thursday, U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin revealed he asked Calvin L. Scovel III, inspector general of the U.S. Transportation Department, to investigate whether federal funds were misused.

“There’s been much talk about “playing all the tapes” at Rod Blagojevich’s upcoming criminal trial. U.S. District Judge James Zagel has already told the former governor that isn’t going to happen.
Now Zagel issued a warning that Blagojevich’s lawyers better not spin the truth in front of jurors. The judge put in a formal order that would bar Blagojevich’s lawyers from telling jurors that there’s some smoking gun evidence showing Blagojevich is innocent, but they’ve been barred from bringing it into court.
“Neither side may suggest, even in the most oblique way, that it possesses favorable evidence that the Court excluded,” Zagel said.
He noted that both sides are barred from doing this. But it’s been Blagojevich and his lawyers who have repeatedly attacked the government and even U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald personally for barring him from playing all the recordings at trial.
Zagel made clear recently that only he decides which recordings are relevant.
He also seemed pretty open to allowing the defense to play what it chooses, so long as Blagojevich takes the stand.
By putting it in writing, Zagel is trying to keep the lawyers honest during trial. Nothing ticks off a judge more than when a lawyer disrespects a formal ruling.
What it doesn’t control is what happens outside the courtroom. There’s nothing barring Blagojevich or one of his lawyers from holding news conferences outside the courtroom.”

I don’t like a Federal Reserve that isn’t “Federal” but is private. This isn’t a ‘race’ issue but a practical issue. Personally, I don’t care about the race that owns the banks, only that they are dangerous for the republic.
My belief is that the radical Muslims and the Nazi weren’t that far apart, then or now, not just in anti-Jewish beliefs, but in just about everything. The Nazi believed the same thing, that’s why the Muslims had their own SS brigades in old Nazi Germany.
I firmly believe that the textbooks are wrong, Nazi or National Socialists, weren’t that much different than socialists like Stalin or Mao, and were far LEFT, and not far right. Conservatives and libertarians are closer to anarchy, Socialists and Nazi are on the other spectrum, with the individual serving the state. The United States was set up as close to anarchy that a working government would allow, don’t believe me then read Jefferson and Madison.
I am not Jewish and have no Jewish heritage, but they will receive my voice of support via the Constitution, because as an American that is what we do. I am not Muslim, and have no ill will against them, but I find their beliefs to be contrary to the Constitution—at least for the radical segments.

Cooper was very belligerent and, of course, trotted out the COLB. It was rather unfortunate that Att’y Jensen did the talking for the Lt.Col., who is quite soft-spoken. The whole interview made me very sick and angry. It was the same old, same old stuff, with Cooper discrediting all of the responses made. He was absolutely rude and nasty! So, so much for that one.

Operation Greylord was an investigation conducted jointly by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the IRS Criminal Investigation Division into corruption in the judiciary of Cook County, Illinois (the Chicago region).
The 3 1/2 year undercover operation took place in the 1980s. Greylord is still recoginzed to this day as one of the FBI’s most successful undercover investigations. The first listening device ever placed in a judge’s chambers occurred in the undercover phase, when the narcotics court chambers of Judge Wayne Olson were bugged. Ten years after the undercover case concluded, the historical investigations, prosecutions and trials concluded in 1994. The last conviction was that of Judge Thomas Maloney, who was convicted of fixing three murder cases. Maloney was released from federal prison in 2008. A total of 92 people were indicted, including 17 judges, 48 lawyers, ten deputy sheriffs, eight policemen, eight court officials, and a member of the Illinois Legislature.
The key undercover FBI agents/lawyers were David Grossman, David Reis and Terrence Hake. Hake was a Cook County prosecutor, who complained about the bribery and corruption in the Murder and Sexual Assault preliminary hearing courtroom in Chicago. The FBI and United States Attorney’s Office learned of his complaint and recruited him to pose as a corrupt prosecutor and later as a bribe-paying criminal defense attorney. While playing the role of a corrupt prosecutor, Hake supplied the evidentiary probable cause to bug Judge Olson’s chambers.
First Assistant United States Attorney Daniel Reidy and Assistant United State’s Attorneys (AUSA) Charles Sklarsky, Scott Lassar, Scott Mendeloff and Candace J. Fabri led many of the prosecutions. Three United States Attorneys, Thomas P. Sullivan, Dan K. Webb and Anton R. Valukas supervised the investigations and prosecutions. Valukus and AUSA James Schweitzer indicted 22 corrupt court personnel, along with the judge, who presided over the corruption and the courtroom, in one 1985 indictment. Lamar Jordan, David Benscoter, Marie Dyson, William C. Megary, and Robert Farmer were the principal FBI case agents and supervisors during the investigation.
The FBI named the investigation “Operation Greylord” after the curly wigs worn by British judges.[1]

Senator Glenn Grothman (R-West Bend) asked Governor Doyle to do a last-minute reconsideration of his support for a bill setting the groundwork for making Wisconsin patients’ medical records part of a nationwide medical database.
Assembly Bill 779 will establish a state-designated entity (SDE) for health information exchange (HIE) as suggested by the federal statutes. This new corporation will accept federal stimulus dollars to, among other things, monitor health information technology and exchange efforts nationally and facilitate the alignment of statewide, interstate and national exchange strategies. They will also facilitate the massive distribution of hundreds of millions of dollars to state medical providers for new health information technologies.
This agency will be the statewide arm of something called the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH). Proponents of the legislation visualize the day when any medical provider can access all of your medical records from birth on so that they know whether you have allergies in case you are involved in a horrible accident. The second benefit will be that if you move to a new doctor it will be so easy for him or her to get your prior medical records.
However, two more obvious uses for these records are immediately apparent.
It appears that any employee of any health provider in the country will be able to see if Jerry had treatment for drug abuse at age 19, Mike had a nervous breakdown at age 25, or Susan had an abortion at age 20–and that’s before the damage mischievous hackers can do. Indeed, if the bragging points of this bill are that every emergency room will have access to this information or if you move across the country it will be so easy for your new doctor to get copies of your old medical records, it is hard to see how you can avoid the massive privacy problem. The second concern is with the inevitable rationing that will come with the increased government presence in our healthcare. It will be much easier for the powers that be to decide when they have spent enough on you.
“While right now, there may be privacy concerns, at least most medical records stay at one individual clinic and any breach in privacy would be limited to employees and procedures that took place in that clinic or hospital,” said Grothman. “This is scary stuff, and the Governor ought to veto the bill until the Legislature gets more information as to what’s going on here.”

“Earlier this week, on May 3rd, we witnessed liberty in action: a Clinton-appointed federal judge took the government to task over its continued holding of the Hutaree “Christian militia” members in Michigan.
They can try to spin it any way they want, but the government lost this one, big-time. There are two fundamental rights implicated in the judge’s ruling — free speech, and the right to a reasonable bail. Both of these fundamental, constitutionally protected rights are absolutely vital to our system of ordered liberty, and to the very existence of our republican form of government. Judge Roberts’ ruling thus deserves much wider discussion than the old media has given it; it should be printed out and taught to every high-school kid in the US. It shows how our republic — and our criminal justice system — are meant to work.
Is this a politically motivated prosecution?
It is no secret that even before President Obama was elected, the left began focusing once again on what they call “right wing militia” groups. To hear them talk, every single militia member is a budding young Timothy McVeigh. Thus, there was some alarm but not a great deal of surprise when nine members of the “Christian militia” group called the Hutaree were arrested in Michigan. Now, thanks to an extensive order written by the federal judge in charge of the case, we now know that the case against the Hutaree is thin, and based almost entirely on the theory that they exceeded the allowable bounds of free speech. One could very well argue that by definition this is a politically motivated prosecution, since it focuses on what the government is terming “hate speech.”

(MEMPHIS 5/7/2010) — The Shelby County Office of Preparedness announced Friday, a third shelter will open at the Hollywood Community Center for storm survivors.
The Ed Rice Community Center on North Watkins is at capacity. There are about 150 people there, 50 will be moved to the Hollywood location once it’s up and running.

Several roads remain closed: Sullivan, Kerrville, Osborntown between Godwin and Moose, and Brunswick between Idaville and Tracy Road.
We’re told two lanes of Poplar Avenue between Massey and Kirby will remain closed through next week as crews make repairs.
The Office of Preparedness will hold another briefing Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the operations center.
Earlier in the day, FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate toured West Tennessee. Many storm survivors have been anxious to see FEMA in their neighborhoods. The flooding in Tennessee was so wide spread, many worried FEMA would forget about Memphis, Millington, Dyersburg and other areas hit in the Mid-South.
Fugate says folks here should feel reassured, FEMA is well aware they are struggling. “We want to be sure everyone here in West Tennessee understands we know it’s bad, we’re on hand and we know,” he said.
Fugate says storm survivors should call 1-800-621-FEMA to set up an appointment for an inspector to meet them at their damaged home or apartment.”

The nation’s inaugural offshore wind farm, planned for waters off Cape Cod, has reached its first deal with a utility to purchase its power.
Under the agreement announced by both companies today, the utility National Grid would pay 20.7 cents per kilowatt hour starting in 2013 for half the power produces by the 130-turbine Cape Wind project planned for Nantucket Sound.
The price would go up by 3.5 percent annually to keep pace with inflation.
The deal is considered crucial to attract financing for a project estimated to cost at least $2 billion.
The deal must still be approved by state regulators.
Adjusted to today’s dollars, Cape Wind officials say the cost in the first year of the deal is 18.7 cents per kilowatt hour compared to the current cost of electricity of about 9 cents per kilowatt hour. The utility, which has 3.3 million customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and Rhode Island, said the deal will add about $1.59 to the average customer’s monthly electricity bill in 2013.

I watched the video of the flood water in the Opryland Hotel. I’ve stayed there a few times and what most people don’t realize from watching the video is that everything you see is INDOORS. All the trees and shrubbery, the tables and chairs, appear to be outdoors but it is an enormous atrium, under a huge glass dome. The main floor of the hotel, which includes the atrium, stretches on and on. To see the devastation of this beautiful hotel is heartbreaking.

Jonah that is what happened to us in Illinois. That is the most economical way to solve the problem instead of fixing and allowing these properties to flood over and over again. Never allow building on that land again, via building permits.
Illinois got into trouble due to flat state, and over building, so much property was turned into flood plain-including golf courses and purchasing a very deep quarry. The 100 year floods turned into every 10 years or less. I don’t know if they fixed the Des Plaines River problem yet. When that puppy floods you can’t get into O’Hare-out either.
I don’t know what Nashville will do, I’m sure the locals (if they are allowed any input) will know best.

After Obama, while an US Senator, went to Kenya and campaigned for his cousin, Odingo, I sent a letter to my congressman asking him to investigate Obamas violation of the Logan Act. He said he would, after the election. He never did, that I know of.
After Obama, as an US senator, violated the Logan Act, the Senate Ethics Committee should have investigated. They never did.
Obama definitely believes he is ABOVE the law. I hope and pray that someone somewhere is successful at getting a prosecutor to procede after the grand jury indictments are presented.

S. 404, did not affirm or imply that either the Indian tribes, or individual members of those tribes, had the right, beyond other foreigners, to become citizens of their own will, without being naturalized by the United States. His words were:
“They [the Indian tribes] may without doubt, like the subjects of any foreign government, be naturalized by the authority of Congress and become citizens of a state and of the United States, and if an individual should leave his nation or tribe, and take up his abode among the white population, he would be entitled to all the rights and privileges which would belong to an emigrant from any other foreign people.
But an emigrant from any foreign state cannot become a citizen of the United States without a formal renunciation of his old allegiance, and an acceptance by the United States of that renunciation through such form of naturalization as may be required law.
The distinction between citizenship by birth and citizenship by naturalization is clearly marked in the provisions of the Constitution, by which

Our attentions are constantly diverted off topic and back and forth and then off to another event and back again. Many times I’ll copy and paste an inspiring comment, a news breaking event or maybe a link then send it off to other blogs or email it to my friends. Some time we share some personal agonies and get a word of encouragement or a helpful hint from others. We’re like big family. Just because you don’t get a response from someone in the group doesn’t mean we aren’t paying attention. Some of us are already aware of Obama’s relation to Odinga and his support during the Kenya election, some aren’t. Your words are NOT falling on deaf ears.

My heart goes out to her and her daughter; I can only imagine her suffering. However, I do believe her suffering will not be for naught, and that good will come out of it. Going by the theory there is more than one way to skin a cat-months ago I was watching Jeopardy and the answer was “where was Obama born”-I said Mombasa-the contestant said Hawaii and was ruled correct. I know Jeopardy is very fussy re: accurate information. Why not ask Jeopardy to correct their error? This is very, very strange.
John Brooks, Chicago’s fire commissioner, is retiring…out of the blue…and the media here in Chicago says it’s because of some sexual harassment suit that’s been brought against him.
Which is weird, because Brooks is often seen at The Lucky Horseshoe in Boystown, so unless he was sexually harassing a male employee, we doubt he has anything to worry about when the charges against him are investigated. You would be surprised who turns up at the Horseshoe. The Chicago police chief is there quite a bit himself, and it’s not for license inspection or to ensure the dancers are covering up everything they are supposed to be covering.
The street Daley is desperate to reinvigorate.
As a reader noted, it does feel like Daley’s been putting pressure on the media to clamp down on all stories about crime and violence in the city…especially near Block 37. This is one of the biggest boondoggles in Chicago history, and a story people don’t like to talk about for fear of enraging the Mayor-Emperor. Daley wasted close to a billion dollars on this pile of junk. It was supposed to be the station for a pie-in-the-sky pipedream for two massive underground superspeed rail lines connecting the Loop to the two airports here in Chicago. But, the problem is that the city is built on a marsh, below the water table. Not only would it require use of both Chunnel-digging excavation machines to dig the tunnels, but the hydrology issues involved would cost hundreds of millions to resolve, with an unsustainable financial burden in perpetuity to keep those tunnels dry ones the trains would start running, sometime in the

Coincidently, a census taker just came to my door. Really! I told her I mailed my census already but she wanted to take down the info any way. Told her I‘m into genealogy and I realize the significance of the census information to future generations and that I had kept copies for my posterity. She probably didn’t believe me so I gave her a copy. Heehee.
I intentionally did not mail the form because I wanted to question the census taker, aka enumerator. Asked her how she got into doing the census and how things were going. Was she having difficulty getting people to respond?
She and her husband are both census takers. Yes, some people did not want to respond. We talked about how I thought ACORN kept some people from responding. Concern about criminal aspect and identity theft, etc. She said that all census takers had to have their finger prints taken. She had to make a trip back to the census office to have hers redone because first ones weren’t good enough. That’s good to know, that criminals might not have applied when they learned that they had to be fingerprinted. Bit my tongue and didn’t go on about Obama wasn’t vetted and didn’t have to give his fingerprints to run for president. Or that he hasn’t even shown his BC or that he didn’t have to go through any security clearance whatsoever.
Darn, I forgot to ask her what they do if someone refuses or is unavailable. Do they ask the neighbors? Not to worry. I found out she goes to our church and her parents were both adopted and didn’t know who their parents were. I told her to send me their birth names and I’d try to find some info on them. So now I’ll have another opportunity to ask questions.

Exactly! As Pelousy said, “we have to pass the bill to see what is in the bill”. That of course was the need for the rush. If the American people truly knew the toxic waste that was dumped into this septic slime, I’m sure they would have really been scared to go home for recess, however, some were thinking they had pulled a fast one, others, (and I believe the majority of those morons that did vote on it) did not read it and only accepted the advice and comments on it from their fellow congress critters for passage. I just want to know how they, who voted on this pig slop, sleep at night especially after news of what is in this poison, slowly touches their light of day? We who have been searching about this disinfo for months now, already know more then our supposed representatives. As in the movie V for Vendetta= Remember, remember the 5th of November. (Although, I think that voting day is the 2nd for us! ☺)

“Is this really true. I have been reading and didn’t know there was a ruling in a case called ‘Ankeny et. al. v The Governor of Indiana, Mitch Daniels’. It is a case I have never heard of on Obama’s Eligibility and I sure didn’t hear it or see it in the media or anywhere around the forum boards. What struck me is that in this case they ruled that Barak Obama is a Natural Born Citizen by stating this:

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — “BP officials said Saturday they’ve run into obstacles in deploying the containment dome lowered to the sea floor to catch leaking crude oil at a well head one mile below the surface.

( Chief Operating Officer Doug Suttles said hydrates, mainly crystallized methane frozen from the crushing pressure of the ocean and low temperatures, clogged up the opening at the top of the giant funnel after it landed on the sea floor one mile below the surface.
The 100-ton cofferdam has been set aside from the well head as officials attempt to remove the hydrates and figure out a way to solve the setback.
At a press conference, Suttles said BP is studying ways to heat the area to prevent hydrates from forming on the funnel.
Once the structure is in place, a tube will be attached to it to suck up oil and water for processing at a tanker ship at the surface.
Meanwhile, the Coast Guard said it found oil off the Chandeleur Islands in Louisiana.
A methane bubble seeped from the well, burst through seals and barriers and contributed to a major explosion on April 20 that killed 11 people and caused an uncontained oil gusher in the Gulf of Mexico, according to reports on Saturday.

He was a saddler/harness maker in Rochester N.Y. and married the boss’ daughter. He was injured in the Civil War (shot in the butt) while building a bridge across the ???? river during the Battle of Frederickburg.

It is a puzzlement to me as to why you seem to have taken a very confrontational attitude towards others here on this site. Perhaps the extreme stress of these past days with the severe flooding and the prolonged anguish of your false imprisonment have taken you to depths that we cannot fathom. I’ll title it “Who got murdered or who got threatened??”
I began reading so much being online hours a day right before and after the ‘selection’ of the fraud in the White House, so not being able to remember the journalist, blogger, writer, informer of this information is understandable.
Only upon learning of the involvement in the ‘appointment’ of Odinga by the fraud, did I realize the importance of what I had found and read.
Someone, somewhere( described as a senator) had an email and it was online to read( acquired through an aide?)…..the email was telling someone that if he lost the election, correct the situation and use his forces, his army, his militia to start riots.
I in my naive state thought the senator was the fraud and he was speaking of rioting here if he lost…….I didn’t notice the date of the printed email, but wish I had at the time.

How about summons for the TV reporters to sit in the Jury….They will hear the facts…and have no choice but to declare him ineligible for the office… First thought was to have those who believe he was eligible, to hear the facts through a court room…This still blows my mind…what the hell were people taught in school?

Leo C. Donofrio, Esq, covered that case a few months ago. I’m unable to access his arcives, so I can’t find the actual posting.
He did have a long write up about it and blasted it out of the water. Wish I could tell you more about it.
So many things to talk about but let’s start with flaws in the evidence.
I found two mistakes in evidence being used by Grand Juries. Two important pieces of evidence are wrong on the Grand Jury sites, all of them
1. Orly has the wrong citation on Hawaiian law that could account for Obama being registered as being born in Hawaii. I have it correct in my article:
Laws of the Territory of Hawaii ACT 96 To Provide For The Issuance Of Certificates Of Hawaiian Birth was in effect from 1911 until 1972 and allowed someone who was born outside the Hawaiian Islands to be registered as though he were born in Hawaii. Under that law, someone simply would have presented herself to the Hawaiian authorities and declared that the child was born in Hawaii. The person could have sworn under oath and presented witnesses and other evidence. If the authorities accepted it, that was the end of it.. The only way to know where AKA OBAMA was actually born is to view AKA OBAMA’s original birth certificate from 1961 to see what kind of birth certificate it is, and to examine what corroborating evidence supports what it says about AKA OBAMA’s alleged place of birth. If the birth was in a hospital, as AKA OBAMA has maintained, such evidence would be the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor who delivered him.
Orly cites: BESIDE’S STATUTE 338-17.8 and other’s. see �338-20.5 Adoption; foreign born persons. (a) The department of health shall establish a Hawaii certificate of birth for a person born in a foreign country and for whom a final decree of adoption has been entered in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hawaii, when it receives the following:
Please note that Obama was born in 1961 and Section 338-17.8 only went into effect in 1982. It is always good to know more than the attorney and catch them making a mistake. Makes it look like we know what we are doing. J
Phil Berg also has a mistake. Because it was completely wrong I didn’t even mention it in my article. Phil says: Pakistan was so dangerous that it was on the State Department’s travel ban list for U.S. Citizens. Non-Muslim visitors were not welcome unless sponsored by their embassy for official business. A Muslim citizen of Indonesia traveling on an Indonesian passport would have success entering Indonesia, Pakistan and India. Therefore, it is believed Obama traveled on his Indonesian passport entering the Countries.
Phil is completely wrong about this and we need to provide accurate information to our members.. We can’t help but look good if we catch lawyer mistakes and correct them.
The truth is that it was neither impossible nor difficult for Americans to visit Pakistan in 1981 according to a contemporary New York Times article and a followup article written by an American Travel Writer, Barbara Crossette, who visited there:

There are Public Relations strategies and there are legal strategies. Sometimes the overlap and sometimes they don’t.
Nobody wants a trial in DC. The chances of getting a conviction against AKA Obama in DC would be like the chances of getting a conviction against OJ in East LA.
The reason most of these presentments are being made at the local level is that the Feds have circumvented the constitution with rule 6 and it would take a SCOTUS fight to accomplish our goal
Think for a minute, if you were a judge would you take seriously an indictment presented by a Grand Jury that was convened by openly recruiting people for the Grand Jury who wanted to indict the suspect? Do you think I don’t know that?
AGJ has a very valuable public relations and educational mission. However, AGJ efforts can not result in an actual trial. However, AGJ actions can pave the way for a trial. That is why; from the very beginning I have seen AGJ efforts as a thin entering wedge to convene conventional Grand Juries.
My conclusion is still optimistic: Obama will be indicted and charged very soon. Keep in mind that the role of a grand jury is to determine if enough evidence exists to refer a case to the courts for trial. Can any objective person review information like that being presented to AGJ members and reject the premise that this case needs to be referred to the courts for prosecution?
It is very likely that the American Grand Jury effort will result in an indictment by a conventionally impaneled Grand Jury.
Even if the American Grand Jury was deemed legally impotent, we can still expect a powerfully awakening increase in awareness and outrage on the part of the citizens. There is much potency beyond the legal system.
However, it is highly unlikely that not even one jurisdiction will take action on the indictment. All we need is one jurisdiction to order “Discovery.” The case against AKA OBAMA is unique because it will be over in the Discovery phase, as the first step in a criminal complaint. The goal of the project I support is not to convict and punish AKA Obama but to discover what AKA OBAMA doesn’t want us to know, and why he doesn’t want us to know it. Our goal will be achieved without a trial or a verdict.
Our goal is to present indictments in every jurisdiction of the union for a total of 3,191 opportunities to bring criminal charges against offending politicians.
Even if an independently convened grand jury is mistakenly seen as merely people assembling to exercise their Constitutional right to “redress their grievances,” or report crimes that is no small thing. Hundreds of people in such “assemblies” will be examining evidence and presenting the results of their investigation to appropriate county, state, and federal authorities, some of whom will almost certainly form more conventional grand juries to indict AKA OBAMA. Can one honestly surmise that there is not one prosecutor or judge in the entire nation who questions AKA OBAMA’s eligibility to be President?
Once the American Grand Jury presentments are made, it is likely that many prosecutors and judges will want a copy of the evidence.
I am presently working in my own jurisdiction to have a prosecutor convene a conventional Grand Jury to investigate election fraud in my own county. Gary Kreep is working on a project to convene Grand Juries or Judges to bring charges against DNC leaders and AKA Obama for election fraud in all 50 states.

If I was doing it I would call it “We The People Citizen Grand Jury”. I would do recruiting from the general public via blogs, web sites and email, citing the need for citizens to investigate their government in keeping with the intent of the constitution. That would be a “random” enough method to be unbiased. You can easily fill in the blanks about what the recruitment notice would say.
I would make it clear that political affiliation would not be considered as a criterion to qualify to serve, just citizenship, a desire for constitutional government, good character and administration of the oath. This would not be done to mask the intention to indict Obama but as a genuine need to establish Citizen Grand Juries in every jurisdiction in the nation. The government is conspiring against the people and Citizen Grand Juries are the constitutional remedy for the problem of government corruption. There are many more people who need to be indicted than Obama. Long after the Obama administration has faded from the scene these Citizen Grand Juries must remain in place to protect the people from the government in the future.
Only after a Citizen Grand Jury is sworn in and secrecy is imposed will the person or persons being investigated be revealed.

Better yet, the holder of every defunct policy would have standing to sue the Insurance Companies for breach of contract and other salient breaches — for the amount of money to meet their heath needs for the rest of their lives as well as for punitive damages.
