“Judge limits defense arguments at Blagojevich trial”
“The judge overseeing the corruption case against former Gov. Rod Blagojevich on Thursday granted prosecutors’ request to limit what the ex-governor’s defense team can argue in front of the jury at the trial that begins next month.
An entry on the court docket in the case indicates U.S. District Judge James Zagel had granted the request made by the prosecution in April.
Prosecutors had asked the judge to block the argument by the defense that it should be able to play all the undercover recordings made of Blagojevich in the fall of 2008 — something the ex-governor has repeated publicly multiple times.”

I receive email that third Navy Seal acquited on all charges. I was hopeful when at Voir Dire when 6 of 8 on jury panel said they had never heard of case. Sounds like a jury acquital to me.

When my first article on Original Jurisdiction in SCOTUS and the Citizens Grand Jury process was published almost a year and a half ago, the website was hacked the next day. The Bigamy of Obama’s Citizenship
Others argue that possibly the marriage of Obama’s mother to Obama Sr. was illegitimate under the assumption that Sr. was a bigamist; thus by law, Obama Jr. would not truly have been a dual citizen, British or Kenyan, as their laws would not have recognized the marriage as valid. It would be interesting to discover if these countries did, in fact, legally recognize the marriage or Obama Jr.’s citizenship, by granting Obama a passport or the right to vote in their elections. In either case, they probably would have required a birth certificate or some sort of affidavit. In addition, the Obama campaign openly acknowledged that Obama did in fact obtain this dual citizenship at birth.
Some research has uncovered that Obama traveled to Kenya in 1983, 1988, 1995, and 2006. Interestingly, Kenya held general elections in September of 1983 and March of 1988. Obama’s father, who died in 1982, worked for the Kenyan government as a senior economist. Could Obama have voted or participated in these Kenyan elections? Did he vote in the 1980 or 1984 US elections? In 2006 Obama appeared to be campaigning in Kenya alongside his cousin Odinga.
This move by Judge Zagel doesn’t surprise me. After all, he refused to allow the defense to serve pp with a subpoena. Smells of collusion if you ask me.

KILLEEN — “Fort Hood officials said they are increasing security at the on-post courthouse that will house an upcoming hearing related to the court-martial of Maj. Nidal Hasan, who faces 13 counts of premeditated murder in the Nov. 5 shootings at the post.
An Article 32 hearing, roughly equivalent to a grand jury hearing in the civilian court system, is scheduled for June 1, although Hasan’s attorney has requested a continuance.
Maj. Gen. William Grimsley , the acting commander of Fort Hood, told reporters Wednesday that extra fencing and additional private entryways will be in place for Hasan’s hearing. He added that the courthouse will also be made wheelchair- accessible. Hasan is paralyzed and uses a wheelchair.
Grimsley also said that Fort Hood officials are studying ways to memorialize the Nov. 5 rampage, the worst ever on a U.S. military base. Army officials are discussing ideas with the families of the 13 people killed and the more than 30 wounded in the attack.
Grimsley said a 13.1-mile memorial run is scheduled for Nov. 6. The half-marathon, in which participants would run a mile for each victim killed in the shooting, would be accompanied by shorter runs, he said.

The following is the passage from Law of Nations that was used as the definition for a Natural Born Citizen by our Founding Fathers:

“The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released its monthly jobs report early May 7 announcing a rise in unemployment to 9.9 percent and an increase of 290,000 jobs.
Any positive job growth is good news to be sure. But in order for Obama to meet his pledge of 4 million jobs created by the end of 2010, the U.S. economy would have to add 932,000 jobs each and every month between now and the end of the year, taking into account both temporary jobs and the number of new positions needed to keep even with population growth. According to the BLS, 2,662,000 jobs have been lost since February 2009.
The Associated Press reacted immediately to the May 7 jobs announcement by emphasizing the good news in its subhead and lead sentence: “Jobs grow by most in 4 years.” They described people streaming “back into the market looking for work.”
AP waited until the eighth paragraph to mention that “all told, 15.3 million people were out of work in April.”
The New York Times also highlighted the “unexpected strong” job growth, but admitted “the job market still has a long way to go before it can be counted on to provide a base for a sustained economic recovery.” Both stories did mention that 66,000 jobs out of the total were temporary jobs related to the U.S. Census.
CNN’s Kyra Phillips attempted to explain the unemployment numbers May 7 saying more Americans are “optimistic” and began looking for work.
Neither AP, nor the Times mentioned Obama in its stories. Phillips only mentioned that Obama would be making a statement later in the day. None of them reminded their audience that the Obama administration promised to create 4.1 million jobs by the end of 2010, according to a Jan. 2009 AP story on MSNBC.com.”

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — “The passenger at the center of a daylong bomb scare on a Greyhound bus in Portsmouth, N.H., was a foreign national who was too scared to get off the bus, a person with knowledge of the investigation told The Associated Press on Friday.
The person, who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly, said the bomb scare was sparked by another passenger who called 911 believing a non-English-speaking rider had mentioned a bomb.
The 911 call around 11:15 a.m. Thursday prompted authorities to evacuate buildings and streets and to surround the bus with a bomb squad and sharpshooters. The other 16 passengers and the driver got off safely, but the non-English-speaking man refused to leave until about 8:40 p.m.
He emerged from the bus shirtless and in camouflage pants, with his hands held high over his head. He then went to his knees before soon getting up and appearing to follow orders from police to walk away from the bus.
He was taken into custody and was being questioned, but the case is not terrorism-related, Portsmouth Police Chief David Ferland said at a late-night news conference during which he refused to answer questions. U.S. Attorney John Kacavas said the passenger was from Africa.”

The Satan worshiping gangsters who took over the United States government are getting increasingly desperate and dangerous. These people are guilty of mass murder and know their very lives will be forfeit if the general public finds out what they have been doing. The massive oil lead in the Gulf of Mexico is almost certainly an act of sabotage by these people i.e. the Bush Nazi Cabal.
The Office of Naval Intelligence information/disinformation site known as Sorcha Faal claims it was the North Koreans who attacked the oil platform. I personally confirmed this with a member of the Chinese security police who has direct access to the politburo. The fact that Obama immediately ordered special forces to the region is another indicator the explosion was the result of sabotage. That is one of the reasons Kim Jong Il was summoned to China immediately after the attack.
People in the West mostly do not realize this but it is common knowledge in Asian intelligence circles that the North Korean regime and the Nazi cabal often work in tandem. It was the Nazis who gave the North Koreans both their missile technology and their atomic weapons. The Nazi/CIA faction also helps the North Koreans sell amphetamines around Asia.
In this case, the oil well exploded shortly after Halliburton (CIA rogue faction) did work there. There was also a North Korean ship in the vicinity at the time.
The North Koreans are facing mass starvation (again) and are trying to negotiate a peace agreement so that is why they participated in this attack. The Nazi Cabal is simply threatening to do horrible things to the planet if the worldwide attack against them does not stop.

It has already happened to my family. You see, on May 2, 2009, BHO’s supporters came for me. At Eleven o’clock at night while my Wife, my Daughter and I were relaxing, watching TV, I was arrested for reasons unknown to me then.
I was arrested 3 more times in May of 2009 on False Charges. On September 14, 2009, my bond was unconstitutionally, illegally revoked. Since 9/14/09, I have been Falsely Imprisoned in the Nashville (Davidson County) Jail for 60 days and Falsely Imprisoned at other facilities for over 6 months.
Why, you may wonder?
I was arrested because I wrote about Barack Hussein Obama not being Constitutionally qualified to be President; but moreover, I was arrested for calling for Citizen Grand Juries to investigate crimes committed by the BHO campaign in Nashville in 2007 and 2008.
As I write this account of my Family’s “ordeal,” I am afraid. Afraid not for myself, but for my Family and the Families of Good Patriotic Americans all across America. Afraid that my account will make other Patriots afraid to act on the Bill of Rights that were bestowed upon us by our Founding Fathers.
Remember that glorious final scene in the movie, “Witness” wherein Harrison Ford armed with nothing more than the Truth and the support of the peaceful Amish stared down the Criminally Corrupt police chief and said, “What are you going to do, kill us all?”
Despite my “ordeal” and the oppression of the BHO regime, I still believe that if we do as Ben Franklin said, “hang together,” We will prevail in our struggle to restore the Rule of Law in our Nation. After all, we have something that Ben did not have at the time he urged his fellow Patriots to “hang together,” a Constitution, a Bill of Rights and a 4th Branch of Government, a Citizens Grand Jury system.
I hasten to add that, although my Family has been terrorized by Criminally Corrupt BHO supporters in Nashville, We the People still have our Bills of Rights. Consequently, I am still able to exercise my right to Freedom of Speech, Freedom to Assemble and Freedom to Form Citizen Grand Juries, at least, for now.
Once again I urge all Patriots to form Citizen Grand Juries and regain control of Our government before it is too late.

The list of potential threats runs from temporary, minor nuisances such as runny noses and headaches to long-term risks such as cancer if contaminated seafood ends up in the marketplace. While waiting to see how bad things will get, public health agencies are monitoring air quality, drinking water supplies and seafood processing plants and advising people to take precautions.
“We don’t know how long this spill will last or how much oil we’ll be dealing with, so there’s a lot of unknowns,” said Dr. Jimmy Guidry, Louisiana’s state health director. “But we’re going to make things as safe as humanly possible.”
Oil has been spewing into the Gulf at a rate of at least 200,000 gallons a day since an offshore drilling rig exploded on April 20, killing 11 people. Little if any has reached land thus far, but shifts in wind speed and direction could propel the slick toward populated areas.
In a possible hint of things to come, a foul stench drifted over parts of southwestern Louisiana last week. The oil probably was the culprit, said Alan Levine, secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, whose office heard about dozens of complaints — even from state legislators in New Orleans, some 130 miles from the leaky undersea well.”

Before Steve Nash proudly donned his, he gave his opinion of the Arizona immigration law, “I think the law is very misguided. I think it’s very important for us to stand up for things we believe in.” Nash, how can I ever enjoy watching one of your magical assists again? Stand up for things we believe in? Does that mean you believe in members of your community being gunned down, being kidnapped, and their homes being invaded by illegal immigrants? Of course none of those things are a “detriment to society.”

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (WBZ) ―”Two people have been arrested in connection with a daylong bomb scare on a Greyhound bus in Portsmouth, N.H. John Smolens of Lewiston, Maine was tasered and charged with resisting arrest after police say he refused to obey orders from the SWAT team during the evacuation Thursday.
Calvin Segar of Brooklyn, New York was charged with two counts of obstruction for lying to authorities.
Both will be arraigned in Portsmouth Friday afternoon.
The bomb scare began Thursday morning when a passenger overheard a man speaking a foreign language on a cell phone, police said.
The passenger then heard someone on the other end of the phone say — in English — that there was a bomb on board and decided to call 911, authorities said.
The 911 call was made around 11:15 a.m., prompting authorities to evacuate buildings and streets and to surround the bus with a bomb squad and sharpshooters.
16 passengers and the driver got off safely, but the man whose phone conversation prompted the scare refused to leave.
Portsmouth Police Chief David Ferland said that man was from Burundi, Africa and was too frightened.
“I do not know the reasons why he was nervous with police,” Ferland said.
“He comes from a different country. We are trained to understand that people react differently.”
Ferland would not reveal his name, but he told reporters at a late morning news conference that the man is legally allowed in be in the United States and that part of the problem was a language barrier because he spoke Swahili.
The bus was searched and no bomb or weapons were found.
“It was not a terrorist-related event,” Ferland said.”

Fewer still, had read the basis for that Constitutional language derived by our Founding Fathers from Vattel’s Law of Nations. At the time of its publication, Vattel’s Law of Nations was used as a textbook in colleges in the United States and Europe. Furthermore, it was the principal legal treatise used by our Founding Fathers in writing our Constitution. To this day, the Law of Nations is still used as a reference text by such legal scholars as Justice Antonin Scalia.
The following is the passage from Law of Nations that was used as the definition for a Natural Born Citizen by our Founding Fathers:
“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

“It would be ridiculously easy to set up Faisal Shahzad. New American, a little on the make, with family in Pakistan and big financial problems. Friendly government agent approaches him and appeals to his patriotism and love of adventure, plus offers to pay well (note the history). First mission: infiltrate a ‘terrorist’ training camp in Pakistan (little does Shahzad know that the camp is really run by the CIA). Second mission: buy a cheap used car on Craigslist. Third mission: buy some fireworks. Fourth mission: stay at home awaiting further instructions. Shahzad, seeing his car on TV, suddenly got that Lee Harvey Oswald feeling, and decided it might be better to get out of the country before he died in a shoot-out.
Despite a gazillion cameras and CCTVs in Times Square, there is not the slightest evidence that Shahzad was actually there with the car. Complete absence of forensics in the car points to a government job. Strangely enough, so does the utter incompetence of the bomb – even without any training, Shahzad could have done better – and the fact that the bomb was modelled after the incompetent car bomb at Edinburgh (which Shahzad couldn’t have known to copy – we’re supposed to believe it came out of training at the same incompetent bomb-making school in Pakistan!).
They say he’s talking, but who knows. They have him in a tough spot, liable to be labeled an ‘enemy combatant’ with the loss of all rights, and friendly authorities in Pakistan have his family in custody for further blackmail. Patsies always find themselves in a position where there is no way out.
I suspect the ‘no fly list’ problem is phony, intended by American authorities as a way of forcing recalcitrant airlines to get in line. The entire story of his capture is hinky, from the alleged fact that the FBI somehow ‘lost‘ him, to the entire buried story of American Army involvement (whatever happened to posse comitatus?). Gawker investigated the changed story, and the attempt at an innocent excuse is ridiculous (and note the drone reference at the end of the Gawker article: drone blowback against the American people is particularly ironic given illegal American drone killings in Pakistan).”

“A former contractor who worked for BP claims the oil conglomerate broke federal laws and violated its own internal procedures by failing to maintain crucial safety and engineering documents related to one of the firms other deepwater production projects in the Gulf of Mexico, according to internal emails and other documents obtained by Truthout.
The whistleblower, whose name has been withheld at the person’s request because the whistleblower still works in the oil industry and fears retaliation, first raised concerns about safety issues related to BP Atlantis, the world’s largest and deepest semi-submersible oil and natural gas platform, located about 200 miles south of New Orleans, in November 2008. Atlantis, which began production in October 2007, has the capacity to produce about 8.4 million gallons of oil and 180 million cubic feet of natural gas per day.
It was then that the whistleblower, who was hired to oversee the company’s databases that housed documents related to its Atlantis project, discovered that the drilling platform had been operating without a majority of the engineer-approved documents it needed to run safely, leaving the platform vulnerable to a catastrophic disaster that would far surpass the massive oil spill that began last week following a deadly explosion on a BP-operated drilling rig.
BP’s own internal communications show that company officials were made aware of the issue and feared that the document shortfalls related to Atlantis “could lead to catastrophic operator error” and must be addressed.”

One thing I remember re: the Americans of Japanese descent in America, I don’t think any one of them attacked Americans, in any way shape or form. Linda I’m so glad you shared that video I had never seen it before either and it was in color too. I know my father served with Patton-Spain and North Africa, Anzio beach, Palermo, Sicily, but I don’t remember him talking about Paris, I don’t remember Battle of the Bulge either. I loved what the guys did with that puppy to make it sea worthy.
When I was a kid my father always took us kids to see war movies, I thought it was for the action, but when I got older I realized the guys were just trying to figure out what the heck happened to their buddies. Everybody in my family was in WW2, but other than my god-father, everyone scattered all over the world.

Thanks for posting that video…it was great. My parents were both little kids in Holland when Germany invaded Holland, my mom remembers well when the American soldiers came rolling through the streets in Holland with chocolate bars and everyone came out to celebrate.
Both of my parents immigrated here legally in the 50’s. The only flag ever flown at our house has been the American flag. And my mom reminds us about the American soldiers that saved Holland.

Has anyone here received feedback from Dr. Manning confirming he received your notice concerning my post that the wearing of masks in NY is generally prohibited by law? Do you know whether he has gotten the word out or, changed his video urging people to wear masks? (OS, FYI, you are not the only person posting here who made fun of ME for pointing out that wearing masks was against the law, obviously missing the fact, I was only citing NY LAW; except the other person who ridiculed me, did this on another blog.)

I love Arizona. They had the courage to do what should have been done by the Federal Government. Thanks to their bold step they have inspired other states to follow. Thanks to their bold effort they have forced all the ignorant illegals, traitors, and those who would attempt to American band and wrong for wanting to be loyal to their country and honor their flag as in the story below.
I heard one little Hispanic girl complain the boys were disrespecting the Hispanics by wearing the American flag on their holiday, It seems to me that the disrespectful group is the one who wore or waved Mexican flags in America. They are in America and it isn’t permitted to wave the flag of any other country. (I am not certain of the laws on this. So correct my ignorance if I am wrong).
The Mexican May 5 holiday has been celebrated for years in America by Mexican and all other ethnic groups. The celebration does not offend me. I have always enjoyed it. What offends me is the waving of the Mexican flag as if America belongs to Mexico. What is even more offensive is Americans told they cannot wave or wear the American flag in their own country. There should never be any fear of anticipated conflicts for Americans wearing their American flag. What really offends me is a president who doesn’t know his immigration laws and bashes Arizona for following the laws in defense of ILLEGALS. HOW”S THAT FOR SUPPORTING LAWLESSNESS OVER THE JUST AND LAWFUL!
