Brown v Coakley, Voter fraud feared in Massachusetts, January 19, 2010, MSNBC Ed Shultz, Vote 10 times to keep those bastards from winning, Karl Marx, Accuse others of what you do

From The Examiner, January 19, 2010.

“Brown v. Coakley: Voter fraud feared in Massachusetts”

“”If you want to know what the Democrats are up to, just listen to what they accuse the Republicans of doing.” – Ann Coulter

“Accuse others of what you do.” – Karl Marx.

With the shock of a Republican leading a Democrat in the polls, some political observers believe the Massachusetts Senate race is ripe for fraud and abuse by an embattled Democrat Party.

In fact, some election watchdog groups have gone as far as issuing issued a warning that Tuesday’s Massachusetts special election to elect a successor to the late Senator Edward Kennedy is open to manipulation and voter fraud.

“It doesn’t help when a guy like Ed Shultz [an MSNBC host] angrily tells his viewers that if he lived in Massachusetts he’d vote 10 times to keep those bastards [Republicans] from winning,” said political strategist Mike Baker.

“These leftists believe they are righteous in their quest to win by any means necessary and that the law doesn’t apply to them,” adds Baker.

Some observers point to allegations that during the presidential election in November 2008, the New Black Panthers perpetrated voter intimidation with impunity and the Democrat-run U.S. Justice Department failed to investigate those allegations.
The latest polls show that Republican Scott Brown is leading Democrat Martha Coakley by as much as 51% to 46%, with Brown’s lead widening after President Barack Obama visited Massachusetts on Sunday to stump for the gaff-ridden Coakley campaign.

Watchdog groups are warning officials in Massachusetts — the bluest of the so-called Blue States — that they must increase security precautions for the Senate race.”

Here’s where it gets weirder-some thought that was “arranged” so that the Republicans would look bad especially McCain. I remember seeing quite a few articles suggesting that. McCain to look bad, Obama to look “good”. Was that around October? The whole thing was WEIRD.

Sally Quinn, the religion writer at the Washington Post who likes to stick her nose in politics, told Bill O’Reilly that Scott Brown is ahead because he’s a hunk and posed in Cosmo semi-nude 20 years ago.

“It think that there are a number of factors here. It’s not quite as black and white as it may seem. First of all Scott Brown is a hunk. And, I think that the fact that he posed semi-nude for a magazine gave him a huge advantage in public recognition.”

Pelosi is the Drama Queen Speaker of the House, she really did not look well. I think she realizes the bind all the Dems are in. Jamming in a Healthcare Bill that most Americans do not like, not smart politics. I would like to see proof of all her accusations in the video Madame Secretive Back Door Deal Maker.

I think we are on the same page. Two things Beck has mentioned that I ponder. On radio shortly after controversy, Beck discusses trust. “People are going to be mad at the media, myself included.” comment about everyone in media going down, very somber. Second, during Palin interview, Beck reveals he has been wrestling with meeting his maker, along the lines, “did I do enough to tell the truth, did I do all that I could.”
Bottom line, Beck knows- and he knows we know.

  28. LM………………………………………
That is the sort of statement that I would expect from a MORON like Emmanuel. Obviously he thinks that the Constitution has VARIABLE meanings. The Constitution along with ALL of it’s amendments ARE PERMANENT, and do not project various levels of meaning or lend themselves to interpretation by FOOLS like Emmanuel. This sort of notion prevails only in the minds of such people. The Constitution was scribed by people who were of far superior intellect to that of Emmanuel, and attested to by an awful lot of equally qualified people who added their signatures to the document. I personally believe that Mr. Emmanuel will NEVER posess the level of intellect that both the crafters of the Constitution or those who signed it possessed. Emmanual is a MORON,no more,no less. Until the Constitution is FORMALLY abolished by a special convention of ALL states in the Union, he and all of his ignorant cronies will probably continue to attempt to circumvent our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and even the Declaration of Independence. Until it is legally abolished by special convention of all states in the Union it will continue to be the LAW OF OUR LAND. By the way, it is doubtful that ANY state would ever vote to abolish it. I believe that they would face another Civil War first. Sadly no politician at the state level are considering secession from the union. If all the states together were to secede from the union simultaneously the Union would be dead along with ALL of it’s slimey politicians, including Congress, the SCOTUS, DOJ, the POTUS, and everyone associated with the alleged Federal Government. After the secession a new Federal Government could be put in place, using the same oathes of office but adding the following words to it; under penalty of death, when, or where ANY wrongdoing is determined by the PEOPLE of AMERICA.

  33. Prairie – I haven’t seen these clips. Would you by chance have a link?

And yes, I believe we are on the same page. It was fascinating to me at least, when Beck interviewed Sarah. He asked her what her first story was going to be about and her response was featuring the heroes of today. Beck did a show before the holidays w/two super hero authors and how our kids have no real heroes to look up to these days.

When I put this in context with Sarah’s first feature tells me a hero is on his/her way. Something tells me it will come at great cost both financially and to the soul. I don’t know who or how the truth will finally be revealed, but I found it extremely interesting that Fox was filming 0’s nativity story while he was vacationing in Hawaii. That wasn’t by accident.

Timing means everything so we’ll have to wait and see and trust.

This election today is the game changer IMHO. The only way the D’s could possibly pull a win is through cheating and stealing votes. But I don’t think they care, which is the saddest part about all of this for me.

If such a statement was true (which I personally doubt), it does reflect the level of prevailing insanity within the Whitehouse. I personally think that such insanity is a by product of irrational thoughts, that are generated by GUILT. GUILT of course is the product of the knowledge that he,or she as a person has engaged in a wrongful act. Unconciously the mind reacts and produces feelings of guilt. Along with this comes the irrational accusations that are imagined regarding the faith of other people, which includes even friends. It is promulgated by a paranoid mentality. Paranoia is a by product of schizophrenia. If this is all true then it would seem that Michelle is indeed a PARANOID. I am convinced that her husband is also a paranoid. It goes hand and glove with narcissistic personalities.

Major managed-care stocks rose and hospital stocks slid on the prospect of a Republican upset in Massachusetts’ special election for the late Edward Kennedy’s U.S. Senate seat.
“A Senate win by longshot Rebublican Brown would mean the end of the filibuster-proof majority and likely dilute health-care reform further, but we still think a benign version gets passed,” the firm said. “No matter the outcome, [Democrats] are in trouble in November midterm elections. 67. After Scott’s win-the real work will begin, one down and how many more to go?
    http://hillbuzz.org/
As of this post, at 1038pm CST, we have now done all that we can to elect Scott Brown the next Senator from the state of Massachusetts. Starting tomorrow morning, this is all in the hands of the voters. No phone banking will matter. No more canvassing can be done. Nothing you say or do on the Internets in Brown’s behalf will do any more good. We worked our hearts out, and we at HillBuzz believe Brown will prevail.

We need you to pivot to the next stage of things…and that is hitting every single Democrat, in the House, Senate, Governor’s mansions, and local offices HARD tomorrow.

Make their lives a living Hell, on a day when all of them will be browning their own shorts watching the people take “The Kennedy Seat” back from the entitled would-be royals and send a champion to Washington to save us all from socialism.

Democrats are going to be watching the Massachusetts race, on the verge of coronaries.

A massive effort nationally needs to be mounted to call, fax, and email every Democrat in office and tell them that what is happening in Massachusetts is going to happen to them next.

Tell all of them, especially the 60 Democrats in the Senate, that the people are taking this government back from the Liberal-Socialist Democrats in power now…and that a grassroots revolution is brewing that will sweep every last one of them from power.

We are telling you, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Rahm Emanual and Tim Kaine are going to be holding a lot of hands all day tomorrow. They will desperately try to reassure people that the Coakley campaign was slipshod and disorganized, and this Massachusetts Senate race was a fluke.
YOU MUST PUT IMMENSE PRESSURE ON DEMOCRATS TOMORROW so that they do not believe a damn word Emanuel and Kaine tell them. You must ensure the staff of every elected Democrat knows the people are angry, and are taking that anger out on Democrats at the ballot box.

Instead of just watching the election results come in, please do your part to put the everliving Holy Fear of Voters into these people tomorrow.

It’s counter-intuitive to what most people would do, but we think it will be the straw that breaks a lot of donkeys’ backs.

We know that if we were Democrats in the Senate, especially, and we were watching “The Kennedy Seat” fall to the people in Massachusetts, and our staff told us the phones were melting with angry voters saying they were going to oust every Democrat from Congress next, we’d sure as Hell get on the phone to the White House, the Speaker’s office, and Harry Reid and tell the three of these loons that the Healthcare Rationing and other such madness needs to end…PRONTO.

Republicans have a tendency to get distracted by a victory: so surprised they won, they want to go to a cocktail party and celebrate.

Instead, you need to kick Democrats when they are down. Kick them right in their yellow, Kennedy teeth. They will be hurting tomorrow after this loss, but you have the power to make them hurt so much, much more by burning up the phones, faxing them like crazy, and emailing them constantly telling them that voters have had enough of this socialist garbage and that what’s happening in Massachusetts is only a taste of things to come.
    Trust us, this will work.
It is the absolute nightmare scenario for Democrats.

Our work does NOT end tomorrow with Brown’s win.

    Not by a longshot.

Obama is the shepherd I did not want.
He leadeth me beside the still factories.
He restoreth my faith in the Republican party.
He guideth me in the path of unemployment for his party’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the bread line,
I shall fear no hunger, for his bailouts are with me.
He has anointed my income with taxes,
    My expenses runneth over.
Surely, poverty and hard living will follow me all the days of my life,
And I will live in a mortgaged home forever.
I am glad I am American,
I am glad that I am free.
    But I wish I was a dog …..

This woman’s ‘appearance’ with the absentee ballots is all over the place. Lawrence needs poll monitors and they need to be bilingual (Lawrence is 85% Spanish).

The polls have opened at 7AM in the vote for Senate Election in Massachusetts. Polls will be open until 8 PM this evening. Results from exit polls will show early indications of who is leading the race for Senate. More solid early exit polling results are expected by shortly after noon time in Massachusetts.

Early exit polls in the Gardner, Fitchburg and Peabody areas show Brown leading by 14, 17, and 15% points. While too early to call a lock similar continued results by 2 – 3pm should confirm the loss by Martha Coakley.

All three early predictors have Scott Brown gaining over 50% of the states voters in a sweeping come from behind victory.

  128. “Nervous Democrats explore their healthcare options

    WASHINGTON

Tue Jan 19, 2010 1:32pm ESTRelated NewsU.S. Senate health bill better than nothing: Hoyer

    12:26pm EST

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Democratic leaders nervously pondered their options on Tuesday if they lose a special Senate election that could cost them their crucial 60th vote and plunge the fate of the healthcare bill into uncertainty.

With polls showing Democrat Martha Coakley trailing Republican Scott Brown in Tuesday’s special Massachusetts election, Democrats struggled with the harsh reality that President Barack Obama’s sweeping healthcare overhaul might no longer have the Senate votes to pass.

The loss of even one Democrat could doom the bill in the Senate, which passed the overhaul on Christmas Eve with exactly the 60 votes needed to overcome Republican procedural hurdles.

Speculation the overhaul, the subject of intense political battles in Congress for six months, could be in trouble drove up healthcare stocks. Shares of the S&P Managed Health Care index of large health insurers rose 3.25 percent in afternoon trading.

Congressional negotiators have been hustling to merge versions passed by the Senate and House of Representatives into one bill that must be passed again by each chamber before it can be signed by Obama.

House Democratic leader Steny Hoyer refused to speculate on what Democrats would do if they lose the Massachusetts race.

One option would be for the House to take up the Senate legislation and pass it without changes, eliminating the need to reconcile differences. Hoyer sidestepped a question about whether House Democrats had the votes to pass the Senate bill.

“I think the Senate bill clearly is better than nothing,” Hoyer told reporters.

A loss of only three votes would doom the bill in the House, which passed the legislation on a 220 to 215 vote in November. House Democrats privately question if they have enough support to pass the Senate bill.

Negotiators also could try to hustle the bill through both chambers before the Republican is seated, but that would risk a huge political backlash among an already unhappy public.

Hoyer said it was feasible Congress could pass the bill within the 15 days it could take Massachusetts officials to certify the special election results.

Another possible approach would be a parliamentary procedure called reconciliation that allows the Senate to approve budget-related issues with a simple majority of 51 votes. That would require scaling back the bill and eliminating many essential elements, including insurance industry reforms.

Democrats also could give up the fight, with pressing issues like job creation and the economy looming ahead of November’s congressional elections. But having come this far, few Democrats expect that.

“We are moving forward, we are not done,” Hoyer said of the negotiations.

Both bills would extend insurance coverage to more than 30 million uninsured Americans, create exchanges where individuals can shop for insurance plans and bar insurance practices like refusing coverage to people with pre-existing medical conditions.

    Hi truefreedom,

Provisional ballots are used for a variety of reasons but in this case, it was because the woman’s name didn’t appear on the list.

A person may cast a provisional ballot and once the person is verified, their vote will be counted. Sometimes their ballot isn’t counted for days after the election, but it gives someone who, for whatever reason, cannot get a regular ballot.

Provisional ballots are given for reason such as:

    1) Name not appearing on the list.
    2) Lack of proof of identity (where it’s required).
    3) If you’ve already requested an absentee ballot.
    4) Your eligibility has been challenged.

Now is the time to go after the states for election fraud in getting BO onto state ballots. I will be revising these for tomorrow; new A’sG, etc.

(Everyone needs to know: is your state an applicable state? I will prepare a citizen complaint for you but you need to know how to check out the laws in your state. Come to the blog, if you need help.)

And we need to camp out on the steps on the state capitals, if necessary, to get these complaints investigated. That is, if what happens in MA today is not enough of a wake-up call for our federal legislators to begin the investigation by introducing Articles of Impeachment.

Which, after all, is “THE END GAME.”

[110] “It is a material consideration in viewing the spread of this evidence spanning thirty-odd years that respondent, for the first twenty such years in this area of activity, was required by the ‘Conditions’ for membership in the Communist International to conform to the ‘programme and decisions’ of the Comintern in its ‘propaganda and agitation’ . . . ; that during the years since 1943 respondent has without a single exception, as before, continued to adhere to the views and policies of the Soviet Union; and that its witnesses when asked to do so were unable to show conflict in any of these policies. This is strong evidence that the pre-existing relationship between respondent and the Soviet Union continued as before, notwithstanding the formal dissolution of the Comintern by the Soviet Union.” (Original emphasis throughout.)

[111] It is on the basis of these detailed findings that the Board and the court below predicated their conclusion that the Communist Party was substantially directed, dominated, or controlled by the Soviet Union. We cannot hold that they erred in the construction of the statute and in finding that the facts shown bring the Party within it.

[112] B. The “Objectives Component.” Section 3 (3), defining a Communist-action organization, requires a finding that the organization “operates primarily to advance the objectives of [the] . . . world Communist movement as referred to in section 2 of this title.” Although asserting that the reference to § 2 is unclear, the Party offered in the Court of Appeals a construction of this requirement which defines the objectives of the world Communist movement as (a) overthrow of existing government by any means necessary, including force and violence, (b) establishment of a Communist totalitarian dictatorship, (c) which will be subservient to the Soviet Union. See § 2 (1), (2), (3), (6). We need not now determine whether this interpretation, insofar as it implies that an organization must operate to advance all of these objectives in order to come within the Act, is correct. Certainly, the elements which the Party has isolated are, singly or collectively, the major “objectives” described in § 2. The Court of Appeals accepted the Party’s analysis arguendo, and its judgment affirming the order of the Board rests on its conclusion that the Party operates to advance all three of these objectives. This conclusion is supported by the findings of the Board. It adopts the interpretation most favorable to the Party.

[113] Within the framework of these definitions, the Court of Appeals held sufficient to demonstrate the Communist Party’s objective to overthrow existing government the finding of the Board that the Party advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States by force and violence if necessary. The Party argues that this finding is inadequate to satisfy the conception of overthrow embodied in § 2 (1) and (6); that under the compulsion of the First Amendment the Act must be read as reaching only organizations whose purpose to overthrow existing government is expressed in illegal action or incitement to illegal action; that advocacy of the use of violence “if necessary” amounts at most to the promulgation of abstract doctrine, not incitement. Section 2 (1) recites that the purpose of the world Communist movement is “by treachery, deceit, infiltration . . . , espionage, sabotage, terrorism, and any other means deemed necessary, to establish a Communist totalitarian dictatorship in the countries throughout the world through the medium of a world-wide Communist organization.” Section 2 (6) recites that Communist-action organizations “endeavor to carry out the objectives of the world Communist movement by bringing about the overthrow of existing governments by any available means, including force if necessary . . . .” We think that an organization may be found to operate to advance objectives so defined although it does not incite the present use of force. Nor does the First Amendment compel any other construction. The Subversive Activities Control Act is a regulatory, not a prohibitory statute. It does not make unlawful pursuit of the objectives which § 2 defines. In this context, the Party misapplies Yates v. United States, 354 U.S. 298, and Dennis v. United States, 341 U.S. 494, on which it relies. See Barenblatt v. United States, 360 U.S. 109; Uphaus v. Wyman, 360 U.S. 72; American Communications Assn. v. Douds, 339 U.S. 382.

[163] “The Congress hereby finds and declares that the Communist Party of the United States, although purportedly a political party, is in fact an instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the Government of the United States. . . . The policies and programs of the Communist Party are secretly prescribed for it by the foreign leaders of the world Communist movement. . . . Its role as the agency of a hostile foreign power renders its existence a clear present and continuing danger to the security of the United States. . . .”

[168] The other constitutional questions raised by the Party have been carefully considered, but do not call for detailed discussion. And we must decline, of course, to enter into discussion of the wisdom of this legislation. The Constitution does not prohibit the requirement that the Communist Party register with the Attorney General as a Communist-action organization pursuant to § 7.

[169] The judgment of the Court of Appeals is

    [170] Affirmed.

    3:48 PM – heresme —
My daughter and I voted at about 11 am in Littleton. It’s a town with a population of about 8,500, we had snow and icing, and yet 1,300 had already voted. I think, judging by yard signs, our town is going overwhelmingly for Scott! My 18 year old daughter voted for the first time in the primary and again today, for Scott. I am so proud of her for researching and taking an interest!

3:39 PM – JohnofShrewsbury — My wife and I just returned from voting at Spring Street School in Shrewsbury (no political signs to be seen). I was #771 at 1:30 p.m. The “normal” count is usually about 150 – 200 for this time of day.
People were flocking to the polls here in Shrewsbury even though we have an additional 2-3 inches of new snow on the ground on top of what we already received. The air seems almost “electric” in support of Scott Brown, with only hand made and official Brown signs at the Town Hall.
I am covering a meeting at the Town Hall this evening for SGTV-30 and will see the final results then. The town clerk has informed me that a record has been set for the number of absentee ballots received.

    Hi CW,

Listening to callers on Howie Carr describing their voting experiences.

One caller described an already filled out ballot, but it was in the *instructions* on how to vote.

Another caller in a town up by me told of a poll worker who, upon checkout, asked her who she voted for and would not let her place her ballot in the box until she got an answer. The guy behind this young woman went ballistic, and that took care of that. It was *not* any kind of an exit poll!

I’ll be at the polls in about an hour. We’re certainly watching the process….

    Hey d2i,

I’m not overly concerned about the number of absentee ballots for this one, and here’s why:

People knew this was a biggie and wanted to make sure they voted, just in case something happened to prevent them from getting to the polls. Smart move; it’s been snowing all day.

Add to that the fact that the cutoff for procuring absentee ballots was Friday; the ACORN, SEIU buses didn’t roll in until the weekend, after the absentee deadline.

    Too late, pardners….

Boston Globe calls election for Martha Coakley? – Published Jan 19 2010, 12:29 PM by Carly Carioli

Boston.com briefly put up this map of the final results of today’s election — some 8 hours before polls closed!

As you can see, over 2 million people voted, with Coakley eking out a 50-49 victory.

The map was fully interactive, so you could roll over and get town-by-town results — above we show Coakley taking Cohasset 56-43.

They took the map down shortly after I pointed it out on Twitter. But not before we Phoenix troublemakers got the screen shots!

Now, if the final numbers end up matching these, the Republicans may really have reason to question the integrity of the process…

It only makes sense for a murderer that got off through a perversion of justice would be replaced by Curling Iron Coakley through a perversion of democracy. Right?

This report just in from the front lines of the revolution, Massachusetts….

People – I’m writing from from a suburb of Boston here, and let me tell
you, there’s a lot of disillusioned liberals staggering around the snow
covered streets up in Massachusetts… After doing the traditional
liberal “zombie walk” to the polls (characterized by walking with the
arms held outstretched, eyes only half open, purple lips and a brown
nose) and voting, liberals who still had jobs headed out to local bars
to console each other, while many of the rest are consoling each other
by passing brown paper bags around smoky barrels along our vast, and
    freezing, beaches.
Estimates are that almost 35% of liberals didn’t even bother climbing
out of their dumpsters this morning, preferring instead to just read
yesterdays newspaper and hope somebody feels pity on them, and will
throw a half a meatball sub in there with them.

Yes, this is true. But my focus even way back then was not on whether BO is eligible but rather, if he is not then, what can we do to keep him out of the WH? I concentrated on 2 (two) fronts: 1) keep the primaries honest; and 2) keep his name off the general election ballot (in at least 1 (one) state.

(It seems that my work on vote binding states had at least some effect. That is, NP could not steal the nomination for BO unless she eliminated a floor vote at the Convention, thus eliminating votes cast for HRC by pledged delegates from these vote binding states.)
