Protocol, following societal norms, or marching lock step, prevented Adolf Hitler and the Japanese military from being stopped leading up to World War II. Just think, if there had been more people like SC representative Joe Wilson that had stood up and called Adolf Hitler a liar soon enough. One person for the good or evil can make a difference.
Last night, during Obama’s speech to Congress and the nation on health care reform, representative Joe Wilson called Obama a liar. Obama is a liar. That along with his Acorn thugs and other deception from the Obama camp allowed him to steal the election. More people should speak up and expose Obama for what he is.
Once again, I go back to the example of pre war Nazi Germany and compare it to the 2008 election cycle. Many Americans begged their state election officials and congressmen to speak up.
Protocol
Just imagine if one state election official, one elector, one congressman had spoken up. We would not have an illegal president trying to ramrod an unpopular health care bill down our throats. We would not have a multitude of radical, socialist, communist Czars guiding policy.
It is bad enough that our elected officials want to follow protocol, not make waves and be courteous to the opposing party. However, to criticize one for being patriotic and looking out for their constituents, that is cowardly and un American.
Apparently John McCain did not learn his lesson during the election campaign. He was more interested in following protocol and not questioning his opponent, Obama, than serving the American people.
John McCain said the following regarding Representative Wilson calling Obama a liar.
“totally disrespectful”
“no place for it in that setting or any other.”
“should apologize for it immediately.”
I want to be crystal clear about my reaction to McCain’s comments.
John McCain, your comments are cowardly, un American and show a great deal of disrespect to the American people!
Representative Joe Wilson, your comment last night deserves our respect and praise. Don’t let the protocol conscious jackasses make you back down.

I urge everyone to contact representative Joe Wilson and show your support. Urge him to continue to fight the lies from the Obama camp. Also, let John McCain and others that insulted Joe Wilson and pressured him to apologize, know what you think.

You charge me with making anti-Catholic statements, or making reference to them. Problem here is, how can a Catholic make an anti-Catholic statement? Possibly, because since 1520, Johann Eck decreed that I can no longer be known as a Catholic, and must therefore be known herewith as a – Lutheran. Yea, that’s how we got the name. We did not choose it for ourselves. It was chosen for us. Nice little history lesson, huh?
I demand an apology from you. I demand this, because you have mischaracterized my statements and have bastardized my intent. First of all, that I have made anti-Catholic statements. This I clearly have not.
Second, that I accused the Pope or any future pope of being the antichrist. Again, this is an erroneous claim. I made reference to the LCMS website which states the following:
“Concerning the historical identity of the Antichrist, we affirm the Lutheran Confessions’ identification of the Antichrist with the office of the papacy whose official claims continue to correspond to the Scriptural marks listed above. To state another way, “antichrist,” although will be eventually personified, is now at present, and has been historically, an institution, NOT a person. To charge me, or anyone else for the matter, that the present pope, or any future pope is the Antichrist, is erroneous, and quite frankly – irresponsible. And any critical thinking mature adult, should recognize, internalize, and therefore make amends for such a statement.
As to the other article, it is not I, nor even the article’s author Tom Horn making statements about the papacy, current or future popes. The persons making such claims are Roman Catholic priests and scholars, Fr. Malachy (sainted), Ron Conte (lay theologian), Fr. O’Conner, Fr. Kunz, and Fr. Martin (S.J.) that the papacy has been infiltrated by masonic/luciferic forces. Perhaps you should garner the courage to read a source, before judging it simply by its cover/title.
My first preference, was to come to you in private. Since that avenue is not available to me, then I have no choice, than to demand that apology within the very same public arena in which the charge was made. I will leave that to what I hope to assume is your good Christian character to decide if you have the conviction of character to do so.

Since 14th Amendment native born citizens have no constitutional right to natural born citizen status, then Mr. Obama is not eligible to serve in the office of President under this ruling.
As a US Senator, you have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution of the US. Since the Constitution requires the President to be a natural born citizen, I expect you to take immediate action to uphold the Constitution and begin hearings within the Senate to determine the eligibility of Mr. Obama to hold the office of President.
In addition to the CRAIG v. US ruling, there are many other reasons to begin eligibility hearings including:
· Kenyan (Lucas) birth certificate (the authenticity of which has not been established)
· Questionable authenticity of the COLB posted online which is often cited
· Indonesian school records claiming the legal name of Barry Soetoro and Indonesian citizenship
· Obama’s claim of dual citizenship (which alone precludes him from being eligible for the office of President)
I trust that you take your oath of office seriously and will urgently address this highly important matter.

Someone needs to contact Shalifa Williamson, the notary, about these two documents and ask her if she was aware the two copies of the document were different.
If she didn’t, somebody’s in deep doo-doo. I suspect that’s what happened. She merely stamped 200+ copies yet never bothered to check to see if they were the same or not.
Therein lies a problem. It’s called perjury and Pelosi will be guilty of 50 counts of it should the notary say she wasn’t aware they were different.

PLR @ 3:01: patriotic has been spilled here and around the world in an effort to maintain the liberty that affords you the ‘privilege’ of speaking your own mind…though the framers or our Constitution wrote it in as a ‘divine right’ that all men should be free to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. By any measure, however, it has only remained a ‘privilege’ thanks to those who’ve been willing to die for that ‘right’. I have never read Roberts’ Rules of Order (or Emily Post’s rules of ediquette)…but they probably don’t cover what’s appropriate behavior in “defending a Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic”.

These speeches it seems are all handed out to the press and Congress beforehand………it is why the GOP can hold up their own medical plan and wave it at Obama as he has lecturing at them.
So………..I have not known too many folks in this world who watch a porn movie to get all worked up over it after they have seen profane Obama perform on his teleprompter hundreds of times before.
Rep. Wilson instead looks more like a good Soldier going on point and making a national point for his Conservative branch, just like Johnny Cochrane waving bloody gloves around saying, “If it don’t fit, you got to acquit”.

Another explanation, please. The S’s of her name and date are different on the two docs–she signed two docs, but why?? and what was she told?

You have to understand how these things work. They just don’t sign and notarize a couple of documents. They typically sign and notarize hundreds.

Yet it is clear that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is engaged in running interference for someone very likely to be an unconstitutional fraud, busily dismantling our sovereign nation while his high-dollar Ivy League lawyers play politics with the justice system.
For months now, numerous efforts to smoke Barack Hussein Obama out into the open where he can become the “transparent” president he promised to be, have been thwarted by Obama’s Department of Justice. The American people have been categorically denied access to the courts or any other peaceful means of redress and the clock is ticking on this time bomb.
Rather than confronting the facts presented in countless cases, the sum of which raise more than a reasonable doubt regarding Obama’s Article II constitutional eligibility for the Oval Office, the DOJ, in concert with Obama legal defense attorneys who might be paid by the very taxpayers raising the claims, have used technicality defenses to keep evidence against Obama out of court.
The net result is a massive nationwide federal DOJ effort to obstruct justice, coming from within the halls of justice, if you can imagine.

ELECTORS for President are the ultimate arbiters in certifying a candidate’s eligibility to hold the Office of President. You are invested with absolute authority and responsibility in determining eligibility. The Constitution commands you vote only for Citizens who meet each constitutional requirement to hold the Office of President. The Constitution proscribes voting for a Person who is constitutionally ineligible.
MR. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA’S eligibility to hold the Office of President is an unsettled question under direct and aggressive challenge.
I join, advance, and extend extant challenges by demanding ELECTORS for the Office of President individually certify MR. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA’S eligibility to hold the Office of President of the United States.

On March 17, 2009, LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick publicly and formally charged President Barack Hussein Obama with the high crime of treason in a federal complaint filed with James R. To date, no actions to investigate the charges have been taken by this U.S. Attorney’s office.

Yet on the Tennessee Eastern District web site, the following mission statement appears…
The mission of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee is to enforce the law and defend the interests of the United States according to the law; to ensure public safety against threats foreign and domestic; to provide federal leadership in preventing and controlling crime; and to ensure the fair and impartial administration of justice for the people of East Tennessee.
Why no action on criminal charges of “treason” then? Why won’t Commander Fitzpatrick get his day in court, or a “fair and impartial administration of justice” under Obama’s DOJ?
Since then, Commander Fitzpatrick has remained engaged in his quest for justice and last week he was finally successful in placing the criminal case against Obama before a Tennessee Grand Jury in Monroe County, but not without incident… Back to this in a moment.

I understand Jeff, and it’s good Glenn is bringing it up, but Glenn was saying no one is going to be talking about health care tomorrow. He built it up so high. The ACORN issue is getting at the problem from the edges, but Obama is not going to fall because of ACORN, I don’t think. I hope the protests in DC over the weekend get traction. The public understands the anger at the tea parties more than they understand the workings behind ACORN.

However, I have been following the arguments and have personally looked into the Healthcare bill. I have seen for myself that Sec. 102 is a recipe for the eventual obliteration of private insurers, thereby eliminating genuine *choice.* No choice = tyranny, fascism, a precursor to dictatorial power.
Mr. Wilson, I’m sure that there are many points on which you and I would find ourselves at odds.
However, please know this: I have ALWAYS prided myself as one who seeks after TRUTH, and my unwavering commitment has led me to discover, to SEE with open “eyes,” how Obama’s entire presidency is a complete and abysmal FRAUD. I am truly grieving the state of our nation. My every day is wracked with grief and anxiety. Because it does matter, Jeff. I have it on word of someone who knows of others who have started researching these matters and they really may have adopted two different forms: a long form and a shorter form. So if this is the case, then those of 2004 need to be compared with 2008 to see if the DNC is lying. That’s why, to prove it one way or the other. If the 2004 is just all one way, then you pretty well have your answer and it’s outright fraud.
Don’t forget, something like this has to stand in a court of law and pass the smell test. It’s the fact of leaving no stone unturned because you have an opposing side fighting you all the way.

The only ones who have the authority to vet candidates are the states, and WE THE PEOPLE, i.e. voters. It says so in Amendment X.

Congress has the duty to enforce eligibility requirements of presidents and vice presidents based on the Law of Nations (see Article I, Section 9).
There’s a big distinction there. Congress can’t do anything until the law has been broken. They have refused to complete their responsibilities, and therefore are failing to abide by the U.S. Constitution.

Yep, and also share recipes. I get tired sometimes of not thinking of anything new and I also look up recipes on the Internet. Some are good, some not so good. How about a huge brisket cooked out with potato salad, etc. My husband cooks a wonderful, falling apart brisket. It’s great! See, that’s another thing he does well. Every one of these attorneys should be filing a formal complaint with the DoIJ or state bar or whoever is in charge of judicial ethics if they don’t get an answer of “WHO HAS STANDING?” Get these justices impeached. There are rules on these types of engagements and the appropriate watchdog groups can help.

The first time that I heard about chili power in Chinese food, I was thinking, What the heck! But it’s good. Now I have to go back to my professional Chinese cooker, and I don’t know why he’s so good at it, but he is. He’s good at all kinds of cooking, actually. Sometimes I think he’s better than I am, and I’m a decent cook too! Well, maybe it’s just because I don’t have to eat my own food for a change.

No one will enforce the rules. That’s why we are in this fiasco to begin with. The ones responsible for enforcing the rules are all those who swore to protect the Constitution. This includes, but is not limited to:
1.Federal, state, local, and county law enforcement
2. All CONgrass rats
3. The Department of INjustice
4. The U.S. Military
I don’t see any of these groups doing a thing, do you? That leaves it all up to WE THE PEOPLE. I don’t like having to do the work of people my tax dollars are paying for. That really irritates me to no end.

As I mentioned earlier, none of us have to! Why? Because every year the tax law for that year is signed into law by the sitting president. Since Soetoro is a usurper, everything he signs into law is illegal.

We don’t grow berries here because around me, I don’t think they do very well, which is why I’m impressed with your berries. This is great because raspberries are good for us too. Personally, I love wild cherries the best, then blueberries are second. But because berry prices are so expensive near us, and in the morning when we have our fruit smoothie for breakfast, we have frozen blueberries put into it unless they are on sale at the store. It’s just too expensive otherwise. We kind of on a condensed budget, I guess you’d say. So we do healthy stuff the best that we can and take supplements.
Some mornings, we we have a breakfast smoothie, which we’ve been having pretty often. My husband had testicular cancer back in 1991, so we do what we can to get vitamins. But we have like blueberries, yogurt, walnuts, bananas, and some of this juice by MinuteMaid that’s pomegranate.
Now, gotta go again. Storms. Darn!
All-ok he got in trouble for saying you lie out loud, but what if next time Obama lies to a captive audience they had big signs that said YOU LIE and just flashed them. Can’t get in trouble for a shout out like that.

If they incorporated themselves then the Federal Government isn’t the same government originally defined by the U.S. Constitution. Therefore we have no reason to allow it to continue and therefore should immediately enter Washington DC and remove them all, by force if necessary.

The joint declaration was not joint; in fact, the catholic signers had no authority to sign: you cant dialogue away the definitive judgments of Trent, which never went against the Bible…the RC contention with Luther began when he started adding the word “only” to diverse passages of the Bible…we RCs are devout bible believers, and don’t suffer anyone adding or taking away words from any sentence in the Bible, since for us it is the inerrant word of God, and part of the inheretance left us by the Apostles and Prophets…

Closer ties with these, begin if we all start being honest with ourselves and put Jesus Christ first, committing ourselves to actually accept each and every teaching of His, without picking and choosing, that is, not just lip service, but recognizing Him as the Incarnate Son of God, that is True God…many Christians take Him as their leader, teacher, etc., but not as their God, to be adored, worshiped, bowed down before, and obeyed implicitly in everything regarding what to think and do. That’s where unity begins and ends, starts and finishes…in such a spirit you can easily understand what the motives for division were, and stop paying attention to them, and get back to the original unity…

Look, I’m going to tell you a QUICK story (in case I have to close off quickly). My husband and I, when we were first married in 1975, used to sit out on his grandmother’s porch in the summertime and listen to her stories. It was such a nice time and she had a porch swing that was comfortable where you could just stay out there all night long if you wanted. BTW, we would talk to 1:00 to 2:00 a.m. Were any of my husband’s siblings there too? Heck, no. We were the only two and we loved her stories, which were great. And I wouldn’t trade those stories for $1 million. Period. She was a storyteller, let me tell you and she was like 97 when she passed away in 1999, so she had excellent stories. And stories of living out on the farm with rattlesnakes, cows, chickens, etc., and learning how to help her granny, which is the one who raised her because her mother died when she was young of TB. Her granny taught her how to cook at a young age, which is what happened back then. That’s why she could cook the best cobblers and pies in the world. Honestly, she couldn’t cook veggies very good, but I know that she knew the old ways to cook them.
Poor Granny had great stories, but in her latter years, like 5 years before she passed, she developed dementia. Other than that time, she was the number one lady in our family. Back before she passed away, like 5 years earlier, she was walking miles a day, say, 2 or 3. No joke! She was in excellent physical health, it was just her mind was going.
But to this very day, Granny taught us a whole lot just listening to her. She loved the U.S. and was privileged to have lived here. She would tell us that for sure. Even with her hard times. So many stories, so sad that she’s gone now. She outlived my husband’s mother and his daddy. Granny was a great lady! Y’all would have loved her.
This is so strange too, to show you how kids have too much and don’t know what to do with it. When our daughter was little, Granny always keeps this box in her house for little kids. They would immediately run to it and play forever. It was just lids, some thicker jars like Avon jars and various things. Kids just went totally crazy over this because they would use their imagination to play with it. She never bought toys. She didn’t need to. They loved Granny’s box of goodies and she always kept it and periodically added to it.

DAR mom -Just a plain Roman Catholic-one of my cousins is a priest. I used to love to go into theological battles with him. I would always win, because I remembered everything Bishop Sheen said when I was a little kid. Then I went to a Kabbalah class, not that mess from the Berg’s-Hollywood stuff. So I got the books from the library, Bishop Sheen read kabbalah and accidentally memorized it. They say it is esoteric, so I got the “simple” version-to me it is all about God’s miracles from the smallest cell to the whole wide universe. As I was reading kabbalah it was almost like I could hear Bishop Sheen. “Life is Worth Living”. He made theology fun so a 5 year old could understand it.
Just watched ex-Congressman James Tracatan (sp?) who spent 7 years in prison on Greta on FOX, saying the United States is in big “BIG” trouble if we don’t take our government back.
He says the Israelis have a stronghold on American foreign policy, and it’s very dangerous for America.
He is speaking with conviction! Kind of sent chills down my spine listening to him.

DIVORCE:
I see a few issues about the divorce that trouble me:
1- She (Stanley Ann) said that she had lived the last 2 yrs in Honululu THAT WAS A LIE (like mother like son).
2- She was claiming that they lived together which seems to be another LIE (like mother like son).
3- She is claiming all these abuses but he is in Cambridge, MA and she is in Hawaii many time zones away, even though she seems to claim they live together. In those days it would be pretty hard for a poor college kid to be inflicting any of these abuses on anyone that far away especially when it was very costly to make tel. calls and many people didn’t even have tel. at home. LIES (like mother like son).
4- She didn’t ask for any child suppor, WHY? Was it because it was all a farse and it wasn’t his kid? Was it an arrangement: don’t answer the complaint and I won’t do you any harm? I mean if he was this monster most women would want to make him pay. LIES (like mother like son).

I’m just a little country girl, ex-public teacher, no political background at all……(and unemployed)—and I have been thinking since receiving that email………what if someone really important, someone with great clout, someone even the Supreme Justices respect went to Judge Carter and said, too much is happening and happening too fast, and whispered in his ear to get this show on the road and stop stalling???Someone of importance gave him the nod, so to speak because they saw it as the only avenue to stop this craziness.
JJ-I thought of this many times myself. The crowds at the town hall meeting enormous. The DNC in a heap of trouble, most of the country aware of this situation. Obama’s only support is from his die hard backers and those on the take Acorn and other criminal organizations. The birth certificate is the easiest out without bloodshed or violence. Somewhat saves face-at the moment. There is no way the government could control this if this went any further. Americans still want government cleaned up big time.

So, Michelle, he recovered his life and that’s always good. Reminds me of Lloyd Marcus’ story.
People can turn things around if they have the will to do so. Too bad someone in the Oval Office doesn’t understand that and continues to be mired in the swamp of corruption.

I just got word from Ms. Sweeden, clerk for District Court Judge for the Middle District of GA. We were granted an emergency hearing for Captain Connie Rhodes, MD, flight surgeon, who is scheduled to be shipped to Iraq day after tomorrow on September the 12th. Capt Rhodes states that she is willing to go to Iraq, as long as she knows that the orders going down the chain of command are lawful orders. We asked this case to be certified as a class action case, as she represents a whole class of plaintiffs situated in similar position. The hearing will be tomorrow at 2pm in Columbus GA, Federal Building 1201 12th street. Judge Clay D. Land courtroom. Judge Land was gracious and a real Southern gentleman in that he waived the technical requirement of a signature of the local counsel as a contact.
I hope that members of the military and other patriots of this country will be in the courtroom to support Cpt. Rhodes MD.

I would just point out, though my knowledge of history is not extensive, that it was Catholics and Greek/Russian Orthodox who put armies in the field to defend Christendom from Islam…don’t recall other denominations doing that…that is why whatever your Christian background, if you fear the threat of Islam, you have welcome friends in the Catholic Church, as we are experts on doing what needs to be done (Vienna, Lepanto, Malta…etc.), even were the first to organize professional military units esp. for combat with Muslim incursionists, terrorists and expansionists….read up on the Knights of St. John, and the Knighs of the Holy Sepulchre.

Judge Carter as far as I know didn’t grant any discovery. A hearing was scheduled for Oct 5th to decide ObamaLair’s Motion to dismiss. If teh Motion to Dimiss is denied the case proceeds and a decision will be made on Orly’s Motion for Discovery.
Trail tentatively schedule for Jan 2010.
Some have said that the court is moving slow. I disagree it is moving fairly quickly and it is best to follow procedures so that tehre is no mistrail or a loss on appeal, etc.

Yup, malleable and corruptable, Michelle, but also ran on the ‘hope and change’ platform, is a smooth talker (as long as TOTUS is around), and presents himself well. If you remember the interview with the Russian woman back in the 1990s, he was already being groomed for the office.

My Mom is a die hard Democrat. She’s 86 years old with Dementia . It is very, very sad. She has always been a spit fire and it’s very sad to see her so confused.
She has always made this comment: I wouldn’t vote for a Republican if he were the last man on earth!” Apparently her Dad was a die hard Dem as well. She was old school. You voted for who your parents voted for. She and I would argue when I tell her there was a time or two that I voted republican. Oh, she would get so upset with me. She would firmly tell me ( now I’m talking while in my 30-40’s ) – She would always say to me : “Your dad was a Democrat!” My Dad died when I was a baby. I would always tell her ” I think my dad would be proud of his daughter that could make her own decisions.
When she and I would talk politics – of course hers was a one way vote, no if, ands, or buts about it. I would try to point out policy beliefs, character, etc.. Nothing mattered to her unless they were a Democrat. The first time she ever voted, now she spent many years giving her opinion, but she never voted until Bill Clinton! Oh, she thought he was the best this and the best that, etc… To this day she doesn’t believe the Monica story was true ! LOL!
As sad as the dementia is, she’s lost her spunk and is very confused and forgetful . As hard as it to see her like that, I’m glad she doesn’t understand what is happening to her party.
Fortunately, she doesn’t have a clue.

I Hope between Glen Beck, the Nancy Pelosi Documents, His 2 Kenyan Born Proof Documents, and the 2 court cases, Justice will finally be Done in America. My comment about Irish cleaning up after the Irish was lighthearted. Most corruption can be traced back to when Irish were in charge, of course there were good and bad as in any group. Then as new groups were able to elbow their way into politics the same uglyness appeared. It is a struggle between good and evil, honesty and liars…no matter what group or class.
YES we all need to come together, like we do here, to bring sanity and honesty to our Country and give it back to We The People. One Country, one language, one spirit, one family, …the United States of America.
