Part 2
I was going over some notes, preparing to put up the next article explaining in detail why Barack Obama should have already been arrested when I came across some old articles that I had saved. The articles were so compelling on their own that I decided to present them as standalone evidence that Obama and Blagojevich should have been indicted and arrested by mid 2008. This leaves several glaring questions.
Why did Patrick Fitzgerald and the US Dept of Justice wait until after the election to arrest Blagojevich? The excuse of waiting for the US Senate seat to be sold was a diversion. There was plenty of evidence against Blagojevich. The amount of evidence placed before the public was sufficient and Fitzgerald has much more.
If you arrest Blagojevich, you have to arrest Obama. Obama was just as steeped in Chicago and IL corruption.
Perhaps that was the reason for focusing on the selling of the IL senate seat.
However, if you examine the complaint and subsequent indictment of Blagojevich, you will see the same references to corruption that ensnares Obama.
And now Obama has picked Fitzgerald to be the Interim chairman of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee of U.S. Attorneys.
What does that mean?
What is also significant about the following articles is that they came from the Main Stream Media. However, prescious little of this was revealed on television.

“The trial of Antoin “Tony” Rezko, one-time patron to Sen. Barack Obama and Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, has turned lurid.
Under cross-examination by Rezko attorney Joseph Duffy, star prosecution witness Stuart Levine, a Chicago-area lawyer, is admitting to conspiracy, extortion, bribery, fraud and other bad acts while he “served” at the Illinois public school teachers pension fund board.
At Duffy’s urging, Levine is detailing 30 years of drug usage including sordid day-long binges with other men at a Chicago inn called the Purple Hotel. Rezko’s attorney Duffy is wondering whether all that cocaine, crystal meth and other drug use has perhaps fogged Levine’s memory.
That aside, much of the trial’s focus is on money — much of it given in the form of campaign money in the careers of Obama and Blagojevich.
It’s an unfolding, seemingly local political story that’s fascinating in its revealing details about the subterranean world of business, financial and family connections in Illinois and Chicago politics that helped take a virtually unknown black Chicago attorney, nurtured him politically and financially and turned him into….
the polished candidate who today thrills crowds of thousands across the country with his eloquence.
Obama currently leads in delegates for the Democratic nomination for president.
This tale is long by Ticket standards. We’ll do this rarely. But for those interested in delving into details it provides important background about the early political connections of a little-known newcomer to the national political scene.
This story concerns two men, neither of whom face any legal charges today. They are two of Illinois’ top Democratic politicians — Gov. Blagojevich, who’s been mentioned often in court, and Sen. Obama, who’s received only passing mentions. They’re entwined in the Rezko saga, particularly through the bounteous campaign money he raised for them both.
Get used to that name. Rezko’s currently in a long-running Chicago trial on federal extortion and bribery charges. Few campaign donors were more responsible than Rezko for the rise of Blagojevich (Blah-goy-ah-vitch) and Obama. Both politicians came to rely on him for political and personal advice — and lots of campaign money.
Their intimate relationship is coming into focus through Rezko, a Syrian-born businessman who made his money in real estate and restaurant franchises and now sits daily in the federal courtroom of U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve. The trial’s daily events are covered in this Tribune Rezko court blog.
So far, Blagojevich, reelected in 2006, is more deeply enmeshed in the scandal than Obama, who’s not been implicated in any wrongdoing.
But all three operated in the murky world of Illinois Democratic politics, where money, family relationships and long business associations provide the invisible glue of the local political world.
Witnesses in Rezko’s trial have testified that Rezko recommended friends and associates for government jobs and posts on Illinois state boards when Blagojevich took office in 2003, and some of those friends were generous donors to Blagojevich.
An early trial exhibit from prosecutors was a spreadsheet. Prepared by an FBI agent , the spreadsheet identifies Rezko-related donors who supplied $1.43 million between 2001 and 2004 to Blagojevich, who was first elected governor in 2002.
Using Federal Election Commission and Illinois state records, The Times’ Dan Morain compared donors on the FBI spreadsheet to Obama’s contributors. Guess what.
Sen. Obama received $222,000 during the same 2001-2004 period from Rezko-related Blagojevich donors.
And Obama received at least another $32,000 from them for this presidential run — although Rezko, indicted in 2006, has not been involved in Obama’s current campaign.
Those Obama-Blagojevich donors include Rezko himself, along with his family members, employees and associates of his various business enterprises. There’s also the head of a major Chicago investment firm that received Illinois public teachers’ pension money to invest.”

DAY ONE OF TWO”
“For more than five weeks during the brutal winter of 1997, tenants shivered without heat in a government-subsidized apartment building on Chicago’s South Side.
It was just four years after the landlords — Antoin “Tony” Rezko and his partner Daniel Mahru — had rehabbed the 31-unit building in Englewood with a loan from Chicago taxpayers.
Rezko and Mahru couldn’t find money to get the heat back on.
But their company, Rezmar Corp., did come up with $1,000 to give to the political campaign fund of Barack Obama, the newly elected state senator whose district included the unheated building.
Obama has been friends with Rezko for 17 years. Rezko has been a political patron to Obama and many others, helping to raise millions of dollars for them through his own contributions and by hosting fund-raisers in his home.
Obama, who has worked as a lawyer and a legislator to improve living conditions for the poor, took campaign donations from Rezko even as Rezko’s low-income housing empire was collapsing, leaving many African-American families in buildings riddled with problems — including squalid living conditions, vacant apartments, lack of heat, squatters and drug dealers.
The building in Englewood was one of 30 Rezmar rehabbed in a series of troubled deals largely financed by taxpayers.
Every project ran into financial difficulty. More than half went into foreclosure, a Chicago Sun-Times investigation has found.
“Their buildings were falling apart,” said a former city official. “They just didn’t pay attention to the condition of these buildings.”
Eleven of Rezko’s buildings were in Obama’s state Senate district.
Obama, now a U.S. senator running for president, has come under fire over his friendship with Rezko, who was charged last fall with demanding kickbacks on state business deals under Gov. Blagojevich.”
“Rezko and Mahru had no construction experience when they created Rezmar in 1989 to rehabilitate apartments for the poor under the Daley administration. Between 1989 and 1998, Rezmar made deals to rehab 30 buildings, a total of 1,025 apartments. The last 15 buildings involved Davis Miner Barnhill & Galland during Obama’s time with the firm.
Rezko and Mahru also managed the buildings, which were supposed to provide homes for poor people for 30 years. Every one of the projects ran into trouble:”
• Seventeen buildings — many beset with code violations, including a lack of heat — ended up in foreclosure.
• Six buildings are currently boarded up.
• Hundreds of the apartments are vacant, in need of major repairs.
• Taxpayers have been stuck with millions in unpaid loans.
• At least a dozen times, the city of Chicago sued Rezmar for failure to heat buildings.”
“Obama works on Rezmar deals
Obama spent the next eight years serving in the Illinois Senate and continued to work for the Davis law firm. Through its partnerships, Rezmar remained a client of the firm, according to ethics statements Obama filed while a state senator.”
“But Obama did legal work on real estate deals while at Davis’ firm, according to biographical information he submitted to the Sun-Times in 1998. Obama specialized “in civil rights litigation, real estate financing, acquisition, construction and/or redevelopment of low-and moderate income housing,” according to his “biographical sketch.”
And he did legal work on Rezko’s deals, according to an e-mail his presidential campaign staff sent the Sun-Times on Feb. 16, in response to earlier inquiries. The staff didn’t specify which Rezmar projects Obama worked on, or his role. But it drew a distinction between working for Rezko and working on projects involving his company.”

I’ll add, that Obama’s legal experience kind of points to where he may have learned the importance of forging documents, hiding evidence, engaging in stalling tactics in court and how to cover the most self-incriminating evidence.

5) Experienced at slick presentations and convincing others he is on their side
I know that much of the material relating to Obama’s arrest is a rehash for some
of you, but there is a whole new audience out there, including those in Congress
that need to wake up. This material is not intended to supersede the eligibility
issue, but rather to strengthen the argument that Obama is a liar, fraud, narcissist
and usurper.
Please help to educate the American public.

I thought the Blago interview with Glenn Beck was most interesting. I know Beck had such disdain for Blago and couldn’t wait for him to leave the set. However, I thought Blago was trying to tell all of us (wanted to scream out) there’s a much BIGGER story here than perhaps any of us will ever know, and the players are BIG players.
But, as usual with these corruption cases, there is always a fall guy. Such as the case with Bernie Madoff. As such, the story dies, the courts are backlogged, and ….
If we want an outside perspective about government run healthcare, perhaps we should ask a Veteran? It’s pathetic the kind of care these great folks are subjected to.
They have recently had many new restrictions placed on their care outside of the Veteran’s clinic/hospitals circle. Private physicians used to be able to get an approval to see Vets outside of the V.A. I think this is no longer the case! And, in some cases, they now have to travel great distances to be seen. And…greater distances to be treated.
Of course, we should question why they have SEPARATE clinics/hospitals in the first place. Is it perhaps the government doesn’t want the private sector docs knowing what they’ve been exposed to or injected with?!

This will be used to take away more of our civil liberties, and push the Islamicization of the west even more. It will be ground for legal protection and preferences for Muslims, and the ultimate collapse of the West to the perfect Islamic plot to advance the Muhhamadist mania world wide…
O.K., I’m given to speculation, but its is a possibility…

No Wonder the Public is Shouting at the Town Hall Meetings
The media are claiming that the public is using extreme words when it describes the Obama health care plan as “evil, euthanasia plan, death warrant bill, or comparing it to Hitler or Nazi Germany.” The media suggests these words are too extreme and harsh. To me the words are not strong enough under the government we are now suffering and fearing for our lives. The people didn’t write the health care bill. They are merely accurately describing what already exists in the bill. To use any words that fail to describe sections of the plan is simply watering down, distorting the horrible intent and reality American citizens will face if this bill gets passed-in any way, shape or form. Murder is murder by any other name is murder. So is government control of your bank account total control of your money by any other name is still control of your bank account. (See pages 58/59 of the HC Bill) Read the bill, and you will hear every lie and the supporters of the bill are baldface telling the public.
In the past week, a conservative black man passing out “Don’t tread on me Flags” outside a town hall meeting was attacked by the Obama’s Purple shirts. The other day Sola tried to be heard regarding his son in a wheel chair. The police escorted him out. He said they were civil to him. Then he was visited in the middle of the night by Obama’s purple shirts. He sated publicly he would go to jail for killing them if they every return to his property again. Sola is a man with guts and back bone.
The media is denigrating the shouting, anger, frustration, and seeming hysteria of the people attending the meetings claiming this is no way to get things done. Some of the Congress people have actually walked out of their own meetings. The people have sent letters, faxes, made telephone calls, politely sat through many meetings while being lied to their faces, rallied, carried signs, and taken this government to court hundreds and thousands of times since January 20, 2009 to now. They have been ignored, demeaned, threatened, ridiculed, manipulated, lied to, and while witnessing the DOJ, Eric Holder, the entire judicial system, and the Supreme court deny and convolute our laws and justice system on the behalf of wrong over right so consistently they have reached their last nerve. The Chicago style of politics that is being practiced in Washington today is so offensive to people with integrity, it is all they can do to remain calm in the face of the lying to their faces these foolish Congress people are doing. They now realize the American Government of checks and balances is no longer working because they have all been bought off or intimidated by Obama thugs paid for with George Soros money. (Moveon.org) Not that I wish to see it, because I don’t. America is only a few steps from becoming violent.
Though it may be argued that people don’t learn from history, I do believe the great value of history is to see and learn from it. It doesn’t take a genius to see the many parallels between pre World War II Germany, Nazi Germany and today’s government. Obama’s Acorn, Seui aka “Purple shirts” are the equivalent to Hitler’s Brown shirts. There is an old movie I recommend to look up and watch again—CABERET, which is about pre World War II Germany. While the German people were being entertained in the night clubs, the Jews were being beaten in the street. The German government at that time was no longer hearing the people. Any one who dared disagree or criticize the government was harmed or murdered. Pay attention and notice how similar it is getting to that right now. Sola is only the beginning. The pity is under America’s Constitution, Sola should never have had to be pushed against the wall and have to threaten he will trade his freedom to protect his family. The thugs who threatened him should be the ones worrying about their freedom sitting in jail now. Look at what Obama has done to America with his Acorn, Seui thugs, his “snitch on your friends and neighbors, and his hit back twice as hard. We are the citizens of the United States. Since when do citizens have to live in fear of being “struck back twice as hard” because they honestly point out negative facts about the health plan. This is some sick, sick strategy. It is very reminiscent of pre world war II Germany. So people are not exaggerating when they use these words—incendiary as they may be.
Whether Democrat or Republican government is about listening to the people with a servant’s heart. Obama’s government has it all upside down. They are there to serve the people and not the other way around. It isn’t about forcing unwanted, unnecessary programs onto an unwilling public. It also isn’t about government being responsible for the 46,000,000 uninsured people in America. Even though Obama proclaims 46,000,000 uninsured people in America is some kind of travesty–that is his biased, hidden agenda opinion. It is not my opinion. Maybe it is not yours either. To be honest it is neither the government’s nor the people’s problem! That is the price of life! America already has excellent health care for those who worked to earn enough to pay for their own health care. It is the greatest system in the world. Obama wants to destroy it because he wants to control 20% of American business health represents.

It became clear to me today.
The media are missing a significant piece of the puzzle in reporting what is happening across the United States. They cover the town halls and demonstrations in sound bites, moving quickly to elite panel discussions of how rude and discourteous taxpayers are being to their elected representatives, how this rudeness does not advance true discourse, how they are ruining their own arguments because no one can hear above the screaming, how the rudeness perhaps masks racism against the President of the United States.
Well, fine. Washington’s not been listening anyway. That’s why we’re screaming. What have we got to lose, at this point?
The truth is this: we’re not just protesting the government takeover of health care.
We’re protesting the blatant and audacious emergence of a ruling class.
We don’t like it. It is un-American. And unconstitutional.

Dirty secret No. 1 in Obamacare is about the government’s coming into homes and usurping parental rights over child care and development.
It’s outlined in sections 440 and 1904 of the House bill (Page 838), under the heading “home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children.” The programs (provided via grants to states) would educate parents on child behavior and parenting skills.
The bill says that the government agents, “well-trained and competent staff,” would “provide parents with knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains … modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices,” and “skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development.”
Are you kidding me?! With whose parental principles and values? Their own? Certain experts’? From what field and theory of childhood development? As if there are one-size-fits-all parenting techniques! Do we really believe they would contextualize and personalize every form of parenting in their education, or would they merely universally indoctrinate with their own?
Are we to assume the state’s mediators would understand every parent’s social or religious core values on parenting? Or would they teach some secular-progressive and religiously neutered version of parental values and wisdom? And if they were to consult and coach those who expect babies, would they ever decide circumstances to be not beneficial for the children and encourage abortions?”

Rahm when he turned 18 was enlisted in the Israeli Defense Forces. He is know as RAHMBO for his pitbull posture!

Although this is interesting dialogue, I believe we need a firm Patriot communication network. This list of trusted patriots must have checks and balances to ensure intrusion by the government is next to impossible. After all we have a right to our privacy.
I am devising a plan which will help fellow patriots communicate effectively without the government realizing what we’re doing. At this pace we have to work quickly. Any assistance will be welcome.

Greg, a useful trick for googling the elusive is to google for the very last words that a truncated story has published. In this instance, I googled the Web for “enforcing their whims of the day without deference to” (within quotation marks) and the search results added to that line the word ‘world’. So then I googled for “enforcing their whims of the day without deference to world” and a number of related articles came up, at least one published in more than one Russian news outlet.
I’m racing through here, haven’t read all the posts (began at the bottom) so don’t know if what you’re looking for is in any of those articles.

I don’t disagree with you fundamentally. But health care reform, more than any will expose the seriousness weaknesses of this administration.
If the public’s back is pushed to the wall, as many are clearly already expressing it’s hard to predict the outcome.
For those who are not from Chicago this is about Mayor Harold Washington, whom Mr. Skolnick said was murdered. Harold Washington died of a heart attack. When Mayor Harold was running for mayor I think he weighed 150 # approx. he was in good shape he had been a first sergeant in the Air Force. After a few years in office Mayor Harold was up to 310-320# approx. he was a little guy, not very tall. His doctor wanted him to diet, but Mayor Harold just didn’t do it, and I know those girls from the South Side of Chicago they are fantastic cooks and lure guys with their good cooking. I don’t have the gift, but I have tasted those morsels and all I can tell you they are ought of sight. Soul Food it so good. That’s what did Mayor Harold in. Everybody loved Mayor Harold he was one of the good guys.

I think Obama is desperate to get this health plan passed. It is a benchmarck for him. Failure to pass it could mean the turn in his shameful political career.
The bag of dirty tricks Obama will be pulling are just beginning. Stacking his town hall meetings, demonizing any opposition, and lying about what is in the bill are just a few of the tricks we are seeing. It is going to get really ugly.
I hope the opposition to the health care plan remains steadfast and makes it very clear to all the incumbant politicians who plan to run for reelection they won’t get one vote if they pass that disgustinng bill!

I wouldn’t go so far as to say he’s not a reliable source. Anyone who put 20 “judges” and over 40 “attorneys” away, and caused TWO Supreme Court Justices to resign with his investigative work is not exactly what I would call an unreliable source.
I’m sure some of what he’s wrote is not all 100% accurate, but it’s very evident that a lot of what he has investigated and reported on was accurate.
So don’t be so quick to disregard all of his investigate work as “unreliable”.

The Bomford’s numeric keys pose another problem. I can’t find even an IBM Selectric with numbers designed like those of the Bomford.

Have you looked closely at the Bomford’s numbers? The 3, 5, 7, and 9 all have ‘tails’ (descenders) that swirl down below the baseline. Even the 4’s descender dips below the baseline. Those are a designer font’s numbers, known as old style. Those are used in the printing of books. I have never seen old style numbers on a typewriter, which makes me wonder if the Bomford’s type font was designed for computer imitation of a typewriter font . . . but the typographer got carried away and could not resist curving the numbers down below the baseline.
Certainly there could be a typewriter brand out there that had old style numerals when none of its letters were as elegant. If you, or anyone, can find a vintage 1950s or 1960s — or even much later — typewriter with numbers designed like the Bomford’s, I hope you’ll post it here.
Here’s something else to examine. If the Bomford is authentic, not fraudulent, why does its word ‘FATHER’ not bend with the document’s fold? Why does it appear to float, in all its perfection, above the fold?

Yet another point . . . look at the Bomford’s descenders — the ‘tails’ of the g, p, and y. They are shortened, scrinchy! That is a trick of COMPUTER font designers so that there will be less leading, less space, between the lines of type. When more lines can fit on a page, book and magazine publishers can spend less on paper.
In my opinion, the Bomford typeface — mixing long numeral descenders with midget letter descenders — is a yucky design, not one I would even accept as a gift let alone buy.
Is the Bomford an authentic 1960s document? Not to me, it isn’t.
But I cannot find a single anomaly in the Kenyan document, so I firmly believe it is authentic and that the Obots hastily constructed their Bomford version by using the information in the Bomford site’s detailed genealogy.
One more observation . . . why was Politjab, the website that published the ‘discovery’ of the Bomford, the same identical website that published the ‘confession’ of the ‘spoofer’? How many websites are on the Web? Yet both discoveries came from one leftist website?

We have filed a Rule 59 motion for re- hearing and a motion to recuse Judge Lazarra, as one showing bias. We attached a copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate to show urgency of the matter.
Something totally unbelievable happened. Lazarra denied both motions immediately and put his actual orders, his reasoning under seal. He refuses to show to the plaintiff Major Cook and to me, as his attorney, his actual orders- those are sealed, secret. This is a total travesty of justice and a total and complete insanity, this is a behavior that can happen only in Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia. How can I appeal his decision if he refuses to show me the orders, his reasoning.

For a judge to behave this way means he is under major threat, to himself and possibly his family. Nothing else could explain the speed, nor the manner with which he/she did this.

The Hong KOng government will press on with a program of drug tests for students despite signs of growing opposition and worries about privacy laws being breached.
The scheme is set to be launched as a pilot program at 23 secondary schools in Tai Po in December, with a review of progress in the middle of next year. The main thrust of the scheme is to provide counseling for those who test positive.
But social workers have joined the Catholic Church in taking a stand against it, and Privacy Commissioner Roderick Woo Bun has said under-18s may not have the capacity to consent to tests and that the law does not allow parents or guardians to agree on their behalf.
Permanent Secretary for Education Raymond Wong Hung-chiu said yesterday the government is also concerned about privacy, which is why the Department of Justice was consulted before the government went public with its plans. And the testing will conform with the law, he insisted.
A spokesman for the Education Bureau said Woo has been contacted about his concerns. Bureau officials, along with the Security Bureau’s Narcotics Division, will soon explain to him plans for protecting privacy.
Wong is also confident there will not be lawsuits once the program begins because “we will explain to parents and students the reason for collecting the data and how they will be used. The government will put in place measures to protect personal data.”
Wong’s views received a measure of support from Hong Kong University assistant professor Eric Cheung Tat- ming. The Privacy Ordinance does not come into play, he said, as students have the right to refuse to be tested. Still, students should sign agreements to clarify their consent, and schools must explain how data will be used.
Social workers, meanwhile, worry that students identified as drug abusers will face expulsion or discrimination by school management.
Social welfare lawmaker Cheung Kwok-chu said more than half of 500 social workers polled see an invasion of privacy. They also feel that disclosure of test results should not rest with school authorities.

The Catholic Church, however, continues to disapprove, with vicar- general Yeung Ming-cheung describing drug testing as negative.

The arguments against the Bomford fonts are unsound.
First of all, I have amply demonstrated with the help of others on this blog, that there are 2 Bomford BC images, the original from Bomford net. and a modified one, which can be dissasembled in Photoshop Elements, and a third in the negative. The second was uploaded, I believe, by the forger himself, by mistake and inhaste, during the height of the controversy.
As for fonts, that post amply shows that some typewriters had the number 1 but not a zero; but none of them show what typewriters in South Australia have for fonts. I’d expect a colonial holdover, kept in good condition and rarely used, to have some elegant fonts.
The alleged fonts floating over cracks, is false. I have at least 7 times examined these claims in photoshop with the Bomford BC jpg from Bomford Net and in every case there is noticeable distortion. The reason that the distortion is irregular, is that not all the folds are consistent, as with the Kenyan BC; because the Bomford seems to be folded without care; a forger folds with care…
As for those who want to assert the Kenyan BC is not a forgery, you have to explain the inexplainable:
1) E F Lavender, secretary for the Clerks Union in Victoria in 1914, having the same name as the district registrar in Mombasa in 1964.
2) There are to Millers, who work with 2 Lavenders…in British Dominion offices
3) Mombasa was not part of Kenya until 1964, but part of Zanzibar, and as such did not belong to the Kenyan Coast Province or region
4) The Kenyan BC has fewer irregularities in its fonts: (I’d bet you find that those fonts are from an American typewritter…) but same exact form as the Australian, when published images of BCs from Kenya, show that in line with the custom of Arabic writing, Kenyan Dominion BCs had the titles to each entry on the LEFT not the RIGHT. Zanzibar’s official language was Arabic and Swahili, I believe, so this tradition should prevail there too.
5) Both Richard Bomford and David Jeffrey Bomford attest to the authenticity of the Bomford BC image, and to its existence before 2007.
6) Finally, I have a friend that followed Berg’s cases, Leo’s cases and Plains radio, and he says he saw this Kenyan BC image in the same setting on red cloth, more than 6 months ago…

Do you consider a font with long, curving numerical descenders and very short, stubby alphabetic descenders elegant? Another oddity, the Bomford font’s numbers are sans serif and its letters have serifs! In my opinion, that font’s design is notably inconsistent. I have done my share of computer typesetting (for a fee, not as a hobby), and of the hundreds of both computer fonts and historical fonts I’ve looked at, I have never seen one like the Bomford’s bizarre Mutt & Jeff.

A skilled forger folds in accordance with the impression he wants to convey. If you yourself folded a document carefully, would that be evidence you are a forger? Or might it evince that you are by nature a careful folder? Or that you worked in an office and necessarily folded the office papers carefully?

Did trade between the U.S. and Kenya exist at the time the Kenyan typewriter was bought?
The forms are not the same. The Bomford has a redundant block asking for the informant’s signature, description, and residence. Would an authentic form ask for the identical information twice? Would you yourself design a form with redundancies? If so, why?
Since the data was in English, and not in Arabic, why should the Kenyans have designed its English form to read from right to left? Why should forms be designed anomalously?
As far as a local tradition prevailing, the global language is and has been English. Have you read any of the minutes of government meetings held in Kenya, like the one where they stated Obama is a “son of the [Kenyan] soil”? The ones I’ve read, and government documents on file (like the one rebuking Obama for his political interference and disparagement of Kenya’s government when he visited his cousin Raila Odinga) are in English.

Official Biography:
JUDGE LAZZARA received his B.A. degree in 1967 from Loyola University of the South and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1970. Judge Lazzara served as an Assistant County Solicitor and as an Assistant State Attorney for Hillsborough County from 1970 through 1973. He then entered the private practice of law in Tampa until his election to the Hillsborough County Court in 1986. In 1987 Governor Martinez appointed him to the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and he was elected to a full term without opposition in 1988. In 1993 Governor Chiles appointed him to the Second District Court of Appeal where he served through October of 1997. On November 1, 1997, Judge Lazzara was sworn in as a United States District Judge where he continues to serve in the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

My take on the BC issue so far is, summarized thus:
1) Obama actually does not have a long form vault BC, hospital generated, like the Nordyke Twins do
2) He has an at home birth affidavit, signed by Grandma Dunham
3) These at home birth affidavits, as I understand, ask the baby’s race
4) It lists mother and child a white
5) It lists the Lefforge’s home as the birth site
6) It bears no attestation by Father or Mother
7) After divorce in 1964, a COLB is issued which had the info on the COLB found at Fact Check, with negro as the race.
8) In 2007 this was modified, and now the race indicates African

Billions in Pork Barrel Spending for ‘Community Transformation’ and ‘Beautification’
Under the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee’s “Affordable Health Choices Act,” local governments can apply for “community transformation” grants to build jungle gyms, sidewalks, bicycle paths, and grocery stores, to install streetlights, and to establish new farmers’ markets.
The dollar amount of these grants, and of the total “community transformation” earmark program, is left to the discretion of the Obama administration.
Cities can also apply for “community makeover” grants, which can provide them with up to $10 per resident in taxpayer dollars for “beautifying streets.”
Sen. Tom Coburn, MD (R-OK) sponsored an amendment to the HELP Committee bill that would have prevented any funds it made available from being used “to build, develop, or maintain sidewalks, parks, bike paths, or street lights.” The amendment was defeated by party-line vote.
The “Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009,” the House of Representatives’ health overhaul legislation, also contains an earmark for these grants. The House bill sets the amount available for their funding at $1.6 billion.

The bill says that the government agents, “well-trained and competent staff,” would “provide parents with knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains … modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices,” and “skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development.”

They are falling apart and losing support every day yet they proclaim the GOP is at risk of demise.
They have held the Presidency for 8.5 yrs of the last 28.5 yrs, less that half, yet act like they have won elections like crazy and Reps either stole them or been lucky.
They use MOB THUG tactics and Bus People everyewhere and use PAID P{rofessional Protesters, Paid Bloggers and accuse others of doing it.
They talk of being Uniters and Bi-Partisanship yet are the Most Partisan…even saying. “Get outta the way and SHUT UP” or ” get in their face if you have to” and “hit them back twice as hard”, etc.
They have leadership that is hugely unpopular yet prop them up as great leaders.

As you know, I am an attorney for Major Cook, US army major, whose orders to go to Afghanistan were revoked when he demanded to verify legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama for the position of Commander in Chief. Military has retaliated against major Cook by applying an enormous pressure on his employer Simtech, inc, a private defense contractor, to have him fired from his $120,000 job. We have responded by filing a legal action against Simtech, Robert Gates-secretary of defense and Obama, seeking reinstatement and damages.
Originally the case was filed in GA, since Major Cook was supposed to be deployed from GA, however US District Judge in GA, Clay Land, responded by stating that he no longer had jurisdiction and recommended we refile in FL, where the plaintiff and the defendant Simtech reside.
US District Judge Richard A Lazarra from the Middle District of FL, Tampa division, refused to hear the case. We have filed a Rule 59 motion for re- hearing and a motion to recuse Judge Lazarra, as one showing bias. We attached a copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate to show urgency of the matter.
Something totally unbelievable happened. Lazarra denied both motions immediately and put his actual orders, his reasoning under seal. He refuses to show to the plaintiff Major Cook and to me, as his attorney, his actual orders- those are sealed, secret. This is a total travesty of justice and a total and complete insanity, this is a behavior that can happen only in Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia. How can I appeal his decision if he refuses to show me the orders, his reasoning. If this is allowed to continue, next they can take your houses in eminent domain and give you cents on a dollar and provide no answer, no reasoning; they can send you and your loved ones to FEMA camps behind the barbed wire and provide you no answer, no reasoning. Barack Obama, the eternal campaigner, held a healthcare townhall, which even Helen Thomas and her just-as-liberal cohort, Chip Reid of CBS, called “orchestrated,” “tightly-controlled,” and seemingly “less transparent” than any previous White House occupants had ever dared. The questions posed to the President, it’s now quite obvious, must indeed be orchestrated because he is tasked with selling legislation that he himself has neither read nor understands. And the worst of this becoming-nastier-by-the-day conundrum is that the whole cockamamie plan is built upon a disastrously failed European-socialist model, which has proven again and again and again to raise costs, lower quality and ration care. The only real difference seems to be that the Democrats’ plan will allow those already at the table to reap even more profits than before, and we will be the ones footing the outrageous tab.

CIA STUFF – Back in the fifties I was living in Washington when the CIA was formed from the OSS. The biggest inside joke here was when you asked someone what government agency one worked for they would say i.e. The State Dept, The Dept of Agriculture etc. BUT if someone worked for the CIA they would only say “They work for the government” obviously giving away their disguise. DUH
The biggest fear we have as folks is that the total work force of the Federal,State,County,city and town governments outnumber the Private sector.When that happens it is OVER.

From World Net Daily-please see video of our fellow citizens, it is very good. I know a lot of people that are attending these town meetings are getting very frustrated with having doors slammed in their faces. In many cases it was due to fire codes, which is correct. The only solution government is have these in bigger halls, unless they are doing that on purpose to shut the citizens out. The citizens are venting loud and clear, underlying message we don’t trust you (personally) or the government you are trying to represent (unsuccessfully). What ever they are trying to sell on any given day WE THE PEOPLE are not falling for it. Could it be they lied so many times in the past? and this garbage with the ONE and his perpetually sealed documents is a farce. Doesn’t the government realize if they abandon the Constititution all laws are null and void?

At least 500 citizens showed up in an auditorium while between 1,000 and 1,500 watched the discussion on closed circuit television screens in the gymnasium. Hi Ms. Helga. I have been wondering about OldSalt77, too. His abscence has me concerned. I hope it is because he is enjoying a good vacation and is not ill.
I love this site. I often think, if it were not for this site, I don’t know how I would handle the attacks upon America’s freedoms, Constitution, and integrity that have been occurring in a steady stream since ozero took office. This is one place I can go and release my fears and frustrations and imagine I have accomplished something!
This site means something different to each visitor and poster. Some people share the results of their tremendouos research or legal knowledge. I have learned volumes from them. Others simply share quick little points to underscore some other persons statements. They have given me a different point of view. Sometimes visitors criticize other posters–they shouldn’t say this or that, they should “stick to the subject”, they are accused of being Obots, or whatever.
I read those, too, and learn very little from them. Yet, I think,, maybe they needed to say that in the same way I need to share whatever is bothering me at the moment. I realize how grateful I am to Citizenwells he permits such varied expression without crticism to any of us.
To me, this site is just perfect the way it is with all its imperfections! It is good for my soul to see wise or not so wise comments people make.
