Did Hawaii discard Obama’s paper birth certificate eight years ago?
Lou Dobbs stated on his show on July 23, 2009 that the state of Hawaii discarded Obama’s paper birth certificate eight years ago. If that is true, then what did the Hawaii Health Department officials mean in their news release of October 31, 2008?

I am in the city of my birth today. If I went to the hospital with my mother and asked for documentation from 45 years ago….I wonder what I would get?
I also heard the caller on Rush – I believe they’re referring to a former military man talking about honor and loyalty, and essentially accusing Obama of treason. He was well spoken, to the point, and said some amazing things.
What I noticed during the call was how quiet Rush was, no interruptions, and seemed to give him all the time he needed to say what he wanted to say.
Anyone else pick up on that aspect?

RACISM comes in many forms. A RACIST overlooks qualities of a person because of race. Blacks who overlook Barack Obama’s secrecy in refusing to show his identity, school records, passport, full birth certificate with details of birth etc. that would prove if he is eligible to be president simply because he is black, are racists. Is “Lou” the new “Hannity”?…there’s been some speculation posted here both ways/sides…some say he belongs at FOX; but others, including the Rev. say ‘none of ’em are without strings’, basically….as long as there’s plenty of money, fame, notoriety, etc. on the table, none can really ‘handle the truth’. I have yet to be convinced that a single one of these talking heads is not ‘on the take’, and thus looking out for their own behinds first, last, and in-between.

Not enough can be said for the fine Americans who tirelessly work like Citizen Wells while the sappers are in his wire attempting to disrupt the mission he is on. In most states, at certain points in time, they DO do away with paper copies of birth certificates, but then they are put on micro fiche and can always be found and reprinted when necessary. I imagine Hawaii does the same thing…but ‘someone’ ‘somewhere’ is playing a word game with the public! The way to prove this is to find a citizen in Hawaii with the same birth year and have them apply to get a copy of their own birth certificate….and see if it’s not true that they can do so….and NOT get one of these ‘Certificates of Live Birth’ that does NOT have the name of the delivering MD nor the hospital where the birth took place. I just see this as another ‘smoke screen’ they’ve thought up to try to make this go away!

I posted on the first blog, but since it is so long, I will post here also. Orly has filed Major Cooks lawsuit in Florida and after reading it and reading other articles written about Lou Dobbs & CNN, I have come to the conclusion that Mr. Dobbs was used to help make an excuse for Obama not to produce his Birth Certificate in Cook’ Lawsuit. All along I felt funny about the attention that CNN was giving the BC issue and after reading in the LA Times, that the powers that be at CNN, ORDERED everyone to drop the matter since the paper Birth Certificates in HI had been destroyed in 2001 and then reading the full charges in Orly’s Suit I am of the opinion that since Paper cannot be aged to match paper of 1961, Lou laid the groundwork for a digital print out that can be made to say whatever they want and it will be excepted. I came to this conclusion after the powers that be at CNN, ordered the subject be dropped since there no longer were paper B.C.’s. I think our hopes were shot down with that very announcement.

Yes he could be a citizen….but not a “natural born” citizen as required by the Constitution to be able to be elected POTUS……..must be born on US soil to two parents who are both American citizens…..his father was never an American citizen…..thus the compromised loyalty to the USA!!! Well, everybody knows that his father wasn’t an American. There is most certainly NOT a “both parents” rule, nor is there a rule about soil.
What if he was born overseas to his American mother with an anonymous sperm donor as his father? Would he not be an American citizen?
I believe at the time of the President birth both parents had to be American Citizens, but that law was changed. However, you must be a natural born citizen and that law has never changed and should not be changed. I have never heard of a state destroying bc. They must keep an original copy by law. It may be in film but you cannot destroy the bc. This is one big game.

According to the Naturalization Act of 1952, if a US Citizen minor woman gave birth oversease to a child by a foreigner, and was not yet 19 years of age, herself, the child would not be a citizen of the USA at all. His mother would have to bring him back to the USA and seek naturalization by other means.

Right under that is the statment were they “State of HI” say they have seen the original but now they say it was thrown out…PLEASE!
To be eligible for President; The United States Constitution, Article. II. section I. clause V says:
“No Person except a Natural Born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Obama admits to being a British citizen. Obama published a statement at his website in which he said his birth status was “governed” by the British Nationality Act of 1948. No Birth Certificate needed, it is a Red_herring. At the time our contract the Constitution, the highest Law in the United States was put in place, there was no such thing as a birth certificate.
Obama born British by father / American by mother but Obama is not A Natural Born American Citizen, just a dual citizen.
Not about politics, it is about the legal question in the contract with “We The People” known as Our Constitution!

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in those gaps. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are “citizens of the United States at birth:”
Anyone born inside the United States *
Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person’s status as a citizen of the tribe
Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.
As I understand it, the other issue at play is that at the time Obama was born, the requirement that one parent have lived in US for 5 years also stated that the it was 5 years past a certain age…which his mother did not meet, since she was barely 18 when he was born. I could not find that part of the previous law, but numerous places related to this debate, including several actual lawsuits I have read, cited this part…so assuming it’s in a lawsuit, one would think it was accurate fact. Anyhow… for me, the real issue in play here is his unwillingness to now simply show a ‘real’ birth certificate from hawaii if he has one….and then posting a ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ which is a totally different document. Spending now 1 million dollars to prevent his birth certificate from being released by hawaii….and insisting he’s already shown it…is very troublesome to me…because a person would have NO REASON to have TWO forms…. Something, therefore is amiss. It appears that he is attempting to mislead the public when he’s the one who promised all this transparancy in government.
Is it not LOGICAL to see that if one WAS born in Hawaii, then they would have a Birth Certificate with the name of the hospital and the delivering doctor on it….and there would NEVER be a need for the Certificate of Live Birth. The Certificate of Live Birth is ONLY issued in situations where one was born out of the country and then is naturalized…OR when there is no other proof that they were born in a specific place at a specific time. Therefore….no one would ever have BOTH items. either one or the other. So during the campaign, his website posted the Certificate of Live Birth and said it was his Birth Certificate. It was proven to have been a fake….that’s another story… BUT…if that’s what he had and called his birth certificate…then he likely does NOT have a real Birth Certificate from Hawaii. When you read the quotes from the hawaiian authorities….you will not VERY CAREFUl wording re: this….no one ever said that they have on file an authentic birth certificate from Hawaii. They’ve only said that they have a certificate in their possession that is authentic and shows his birthdate. These are all word games we’re being given on this issue….and the fact that the man is paying so much money to prevent a birth certificate from being shown is what keeps this all going and makes him look very guilty of hiding something from the public. The whole purpose for this requirement of someone who is our president is to lessen the possibilities that our president could be blackmailed by people from other countries. It was so we would know the person serving as president was absolutely loyal to the United States of America. I believe that this man, who promised us change, was not very clear on just what kind of change he had in mind….and it’s perfectly clear that only in a short six months, he intends to totally change the United States of America into something that most of us never thought ‘change’ would mean……and to me, that reeks of treason….and I, will in no way support this man! Without showing a birth certificate….and having that transparancy he promised….I know NOT where any of his loyalties are….but they surely are not supportive of our US Constitution….and the decisions he is wanting to institute will bring down all the greatness our country has always demonstrated.

‘The world according to Obama just became more strange as now CNN and the Los Angeles times is stating that the Obama birther story is dead.
Forces are trying to shut up Lou Dobbs and get him fired for even bringing the subject up when Dobbs is a sucker for believing the Obama parade of stories.
In focusing on this, I have undertaken to write the Hawaiian government for clarification on this dead story, as I see at least a dozen stories to be written and a hundred followed up on, as someone in Hawaii is lying, lying and lying.
For example, the official in charge of birth records states they saw the original COLB within the past year. Hawaiian officials told Lou Dobbs that they were destroyed in 2001.’

If true, it means that they discarded the PAPER original. But they digitized it and kept a copy of the digital image of the original, which is what they looked at in the files.

NOT true. Not a single lawsuit against Obama asked for him to show his birth certificate to a court. Virtually all the lawsuits were to stop the election, stop the certification of the election or, now, to nullify the election. No lawsuit was simply to force the release of documents.

I’ve read the essence of many of the lawsuits, and the summaries on various websites….and i believe that many of them were requesting the issue of his birth place be proven…even BEFORE the election took place. And I KNOW the lawyer in California, who represents Alan Keyes specifically was asking for the records to be made public. His lawyers are fighting the American Justice Foundation (I think that’s the name of the group? anyhow they are working with World Net Daily on this birth certificate issue ) and threatening to ruin their name and put them out of business over this issue. There is some really nasty actions going on around this in more than one place…and YES…it IS all about him proving that he IS a natural born citizen.
I cannot believe it to be true that the majority in this country is so dumb downed, they don’t understand the significance of allowing someone to be President without meeting the criteria in the Constitution…and/or simply do not care about this issue……..ESPECIALLY as it’s now becoming more and more obvious what his intentions are for our country! It appears we are all so weak, that we’re willing to let the corrupt walk all over us….and just go along with it…….as long as the basics of our little day to day lives aren’t changed much. The press release states the he has seen and verified the the state of HI has BO original BC on record. Didn’t really say it was a HI birth certificate now did it? It could have stated that, wouldn’t have been any violation of law, but the letter didn’t say the BC was from HI.

Yes. He has seen and verified he had seen the original. In 1961 nothing but Hawaii birth certificates could be put in the file. The law that allowed foreign birth certificates to be filed was not passed until 1982.

If Obama were born in any other country, Kenya for example, he would have needed some kind of document to get him from Kenya to the USA. That would have required a United States document such as a US visa on a foreign passport or the change to his mother’s passport while she was overseas to include him.
Either of these would be filed a the US State Department in Washington, which was under the Republicans for years before the election and three months after it. So, if there were a shred of evidence that Obama was born outside of the USA, we would have heard about this long before now.
There is legal and witness evidence that he was born in the USA. There is no evidence (His Kenyan grandmother did not say that he was born in Kenya. She said that he was born in Hawaii) that he was born anywhere else than Hawaii. He was born in Hawaii.
Just show the birth certificate and end this issue!
