“Now steps onto the stage of world history a man apparently quite
conscious that the Supreme Law of the United States prevents him
from being president of the United States.
For why else would anyone hire lawyers and expend millions of
dollars to avoid producing a $12.50 birth certificate to show
eligibility under the Constitution? ‘Midst the rhythmic chants of
a delirious, sycophantic media, inaugural splendor will substitute
for simple proof that the United States of America will have a
constitutionally legitimate president.
If Obama is not eligible, legally, the United States of America
will have no president. A usurper will wield such power as few men
have ever held, having no constitutional warrant. However beloved of
the media or adored by racialist groupies, and irrespective of
public support, Obama will be a tyrant, in the original sense of the
word (from the Greek tyrannos meaning one who wields power to which
he has no lawful claim). As he sends young soldiers to die, even the
appearance of his usurpation of presidential powers will insult their
sacrifice and thwart the Constitution they give their all to preserve.
Even as he utters the oath – hand on Lincoln’s Bible – he will betray
it, not upholding, protecting and defending the Constitution, but
subverting it.
The elites insist that we should pretend to be convinced by an
exhibition of a “certificate of live birth” via the Internet, lacking
the very information the Constitution requires. On the strength of
this we are to exercise blind faith and risk the consequences of an
unconstitutional usurpation of the presidency?
“Put not your faith in men, but bind them down with the chains of the
constitution,” Jefferson warned us. Caesar rose to power on the
passions of men, and killed a republic. Napoleon did the same. So did
Hitler, with strong support from the secularized, university-educated
elite. But the elites approve as Obama whistles past the Constitution,
just as they did when Mitt Romney flushed away the Constitution he’d
sworn to uphold. They regard the Supreme Law of the United States as
a dead letter, “living and breathing” of course, which is their code
for dead and buried.
Like the sophisticated, educated elites in Weimar, Germany, they long
to live under what they presume will be a benevolent dictatorship.
This one will be different, they are quite sure: soft, touchy-feely,
agreeably in tune with the restless, ever-mutating consensus of the
chattering class. Thus was it in human history, until the Declaration
birthed our state and federal constitutions, now just archaic
platitudes, to shape naïve youths in American History classes as
docile subjects of bureaucratic tyranny.
It would not be hard to clarify Obama’s eligibility to be president.
The Constitution provided an entire branch of government to adjudicate
constitutional questions. But judges have concocted various “rules”
over the years that they cite as their license to violate the
Constitution and to excuse their failure to uphold it. These they now
use to claim that Americans lack standing to ask their courts for a
judgment of fact required by our Supreme Law. They dismiss lawsuits
that ask only that judges fulfill their oaths and uphold the
Constitution. Are solemn oaths now meaningless?
Whether rooted in incompetence, cowardice or calculated cynicism,
these dismissals of valid lawsuits are willful subversions of the
Constitution, the inevitable result of legal education that
substitutes judicial decrees for the authority of real laws and
constitutions.”

I think we’re going about this the wrong way. We keep beating our heads on the wall. What we should be doing is filing criminal complaints with the FBI and the U.S. DA’s office.
The more complaints the better. We need to create one template showing the criminal aspects of this situation citing U.S. Code and the Constitution. I think the blog attorneys should be able to help.

based on rachel’s comment, i guess the next step would be to sue the SC itself, just like the SOS, they swore an oath (correct me if i am wrong) to uphold the constitution. What is THEIR evidence that OBAMA is eligible?
also, they should be questioned in regard to meeting with a plaintiff behind closed doors in a pending case. I believe that the BERG case is the only case which specifically lists OBAMA as defendant, again unless i am mistaken, and all the other cases list state SOS’s as defendants. So unless the BERG case was dismissed, it is highly unusual for a judge, or judges, to meet behind closed doors. At least one judge, ALito, seems to realize the inpropriety of this.

Well written and very clear…had Mr. Alan Keyes been nominated for President, I am would have gladly voted for him. My vote for Mr Keyes would have been a sounding vote for our American way of life and our beloved Constitution.
I am 73 years old white male. In the last 50 years I have seen slick lawyers, corrupt politician’s, and spineless judges erode the very basics of our Constitution government.
In doing so, they have aided and assisted the very destruction of my country, and now they are ushering in an alien form of forced government upon on the majority of people living in America.
What would John Adams, Ben Franklin, George Washington, Patrick Henry, Thomas Paine and all the other forefathers and patriots recommend we do about the situation which now faces us as an endangered constitutionally free nation?
There is no doubt in my mind what the past hero’s of this country would say or do. Is there any in your’s?
The solution is spelled out in the very same document our current leaders are now trying so hard to destroy…the Constitution of the United States of America.

The problem with SCOTUS is we don’t know the reasons why cases are being denied. If they would just throw us a bone then we would know.
However, we do have evidence of impropriety based on the following:
1. Allowing Clerk Bickell to continue to obstruct justice
2. Inviting Obama over to their “home” for “dinner” when cases are on the Dockett regarding him
3. Swearing in the usurper when there is question of his eligibility
These 3 items alone warrant a full-out impeachment of SCOTUS. These are serious offenses against the Judicial Branch and is a crime against justice.

FIRST QUESTION: Who IS the actual and lawful 44th President of the USA?
ANSWER: Joe Biden
Biden was initially the Acting President for at least 5 minutes under either the Constitution’s Article 2 or the Constitution’s 20th Amendment, from 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, having already taken his Oath of Office and before Obama completed his ‘oath’ at approximately 12:05 PM, 1/20/09. Under the 20th Amendment if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, or alternatively under Article 2 if the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term, being 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, which ability and/or qualification includes that he take the Article 2 oath “before he enter on the execution of his office,” then either the Presidency shall devolve on the Vice President under Article 2 or the Vice President shall act as President under the 20th Amendment. (The importance of the oath in ‘commencing’ an ‘Obama Presidency’ — rather than merely the 1/20/09 Noon time — is confirmed by the re-take of the ‘oath’ by Obama at the White House on 1/21/09 after the first ‘oath’ was NOT administered by Justice Roberts NOR recited by Obama in the words as required under Article 2.)
This is significant because at such time that the Supreme Court finally rules on the merits on Obama’s disqualification as not being an Article 2 “natural born citizen” (clearly he is NOT), Biden’s automatic status (without needing to take a separate Presidential Oath) of being President would be predicated upon four different bases: First, having been Vice President under Article 2; second, having been Vice President-elect under the 20th Amendment; third, having been actual President in the hiatus before Obama took the ‘oath(s)’; and fourth, retroactively deemed President during the full period of the Obama usurpation so that the acts of the Federal Government under the usurpation can be deemed authorized and/or ratified by Biden’s legitimacy.
SECOND QUESTION: Who will be the 45th President?
ANSWER: Hillary Clinton
One must assume that Bill and Hillary Clinton have been aware of all of the above. Biden’s wife recently “let the cat out of the bag” on the Oprah Show that both Biden and Hillary had considered alternatively Veep or Secretary of State, in either case, setting up Hillary to be President on a vote of the Democratic Congress if need be.
THIRD QUESTION: Is Obama an unwitting victim of this troika or a knowing participant?

We’ve got to be careful about calling for wholesale impeachment of the Supremes. That would be playing into O’s hands. He would love to clean house and come in with a completely new slate of HIS appointees. If you don’t like what is there now, can you just imagine what kind of judge he would bring in? Congress would rubber stamp them.
Being from Tennessee originally, my guess is Senator Lamar Alexander probably was not trying to help the young lady, but turning her into the FBI, so that she and her contacts could be watched. He definitely has done very little for Tennessee. Had he really took interest in this matter, he would have objected when they voted on certifying the Electoral College vote.

How can we get the NBC discussion finished and actually find an answer to the question? Can we leave O out of the discussion and just try to get our best and brightest pinned down to define it in such a way that even elementary school children can understand?
Can we write and ask every official we can find what it takes to be a NBC? Why must we sue to get a definition of something that is in our Constitution? This should be basic and defined. We should all be in agreement. Everyone should be able to understand without looking at case law or US Codes. The founders understood without existing case law, codes, or additions to the Constitution.
Has Mike Ritze in the new Oklahoma proof of citizenship bill written in a definition of NBC? It will be worthless without one.
How can someone in a SOS office , in Oklahoma, or anywhere declare someone a NBC if we do not have a definition that is clearly known and agreed upon?
As Americans we should demand to have this issued clearly defined for us and applied equally. We don’t need standing to have the definition resolved.
Most people on all these blogs are waiting for someone of authority to define the term of NBC. What are we waiting for? I have no authority but am feeling foxy today so I will declare a definition.
To be a NBC one must be born on US soil and have both parents be US Citizens. Blood and Dirt. All other combinations are suspect and can only be Citizens. I am not a lawyer and I should not have to be one to know the definition of NBC. Blood and dirt. It is short and sweet, simple and easy.
Am I wrong? Tell me why? Can’t we get the SCOTUS to impart their knowledge on what are the qualifications needed to be a NBC without a court case? Do the SCOTUS judges speak and answer questions from citizens without lawsuits? On an issue so fundamental why are they silent?

That’s why the framers didn’t define it more “clearly”. So, if you have to question someone persistantly if they’re a president with NBC status:

I have to say that the longer this farce continues, the more angry I am becoming…and the harder it is going to be to “retract” the damage that Obama has done. He is hurredly exerting his “power” and he needs to be stopped as soon as possible. I am happy to see the new information about “grand juries” and citizens lobbying groups. But, we need to stop just typing about them and do something.
I am also wondering, if the USSC keeps trying to say that one or two or three or four citizens, do not have “standing”…how about THOUSANDS of citizens!? Maybe we need to pick one lawyer and get behind them..can we file a class action lawsuit? We could each pay a certain amount to that lawyer to be named in the suit? Of course, if we do this, we need to ALSO go with the grand juries and lobbying. And really, SCROTUS, and our elected officials should really watch out, they should be afraid of letting it get that far. You must stop stating the law incorrectly. The correct laws you should be citing are NOT that he does nothave two US citizen parents. It’s that he was born in Kenya and his mother was too young to confer citizenship. In brief, the answer is, the SCOTUS cannot issue advisory opinions; the S’s of S can make whatever rules they are authorized to make under state law regarding qualification for the ballot, including defining NBC; and the person wishing to challenge that definition can file the appropriate administrative and legal challenges.
I am so disgusted with our gov’t and the SCOTUS. We are treated like slaves in this country by the very people that so supposed to be working for us. They spend our money like crazy and disregard our opinions.
Obama is acting like he is king of the country. Reporters are told to ask “nice ” questions only and report only “good” things about him. The Usurper is allowed to run amock in this country and citizens are not allowed to question his eligibility. The way I see it, we the people are the ones who financing this Usurper by paying our taxes. Tax season is coming, if I do not pay my taxes they will put me in jail. Obama does not have to show his eligibility and gets to live in the White House?
I heard that 20k troops will be sent to Afghanistan. Could we have just one or two of those soldiers refuse the order on the base that they cannot take order from a Usurper? Will they have standing then? Will the SCOTUS listen to their case?

And why can’t this be used to open the door of the Federal Grand Jury? I agree with Joy too concerning Lamar Alexander. This whole thing is beginning to give me the creeps. It just seems too odd that everyone in government is not the least bit concerned with the constitution.

Those documents, the now infamous January 14, 2009 tea party Obama & Biden had with the Supreme court, and disgusting shithead Roberts two time swearing in of Obama are absolute proof of the willingess our government has had to betray the public. These are major indictments against them. The Supreme court has the arrogance to think they are untouchable. Nothing reveals their criminal characters more.
Had Obama been a natural born citizen, the public would have never had the opportunity to see the depths of the evil of the people we elected who claim to be representing us.
How to make them accountable and where are we the people going to go that is higher than the mighty power they yield is going to be the challenge. It is going to take creativity, money, great courage, amazing persistence and a beginning with a good leader and organization. Maybe it is all germinating on the web sites and the blogs. It is my profound feelings the inter net seem to be the only place to get honest news.
The goals will have to be clearly defined.
1. Terminate all involved (they know who they are) (Because whole groups of did so, doesn’t remove guilt.)
2. Charge all involved with the crimes they committed (every way possible and persistently their names with their crimes posted next to them should be broadcasted)
3. Make them stand trial. It isn’t enough to be terminated. They must be accountable. This must be done for;
a. Satisfaction of all who have been hurt by their wrongful actions (all of us)
b. It is holding them accountable–justice in action–it really does exist
c. A deterrant to future elected officials & judges tempted to betray public trust
We The People Foundation, Donofrio’s Grand Jury suggestion, Dr. Orly Taitz, Philip Berg, Donorio, Dr. Vieira, Team Sarah, Jeffrey Schrieb, CUSC.org,many great web sites and more are the beginners of this effort. We need to use the courts–even though we know how criminal they are. We need to continue finding ways to motivate MSM to tell the real story about these crimes of sedition by the government. We must begin now and be really loud about it. WE must let every one of those guilty traitors we know who they are and neither your position, your money, your numbers, nor time will permit you to escape. We will find you. You will be accoutable.
We must find new leadership to replace that which we terminate. We must make glamorous, desirable, and wonderful following the rule of the US Constitution as written by our fore fathers. We must define our position and never falter from it. We must commit to this with our lives. It is our lives that are now on the line.

Obama’s Curious Inaugural Rhetoric

Something quite notable was said before an audience of tens of millions of Americans on January 20, 2009. And although I wasn’t the only one who noticed, the full implications seem to have been missed.
Alluding to the American founders, President Barack Obama, in his Inaugural Address, stated: “The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.” This seemed to be a reference to the Declaration of Independence, or at least to the principles in that sacred political document.
The moment I heard those words, I immediately noticed — as did others who quickly commented — that Obama neglected two crucial things from the most famous line not only in the Declaration of Independence but in the essence of the American founding: 1) He left out the unalienable right to “Life;” and 2) He left out the words “created” and “Creator” — the God who “endows” that “Right,” a right which is a “self-evident” “truth.”
This slight was significant for a myriad of reasons. Chief among them, it is patently clear — as it was to the American founders — that one must have life before one can even begin to entertain liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That is why that quintessential right is so fundamental and unassailable, as theologians and political philosophers alike have long pointed out in their admiration of the founders and their Declaration.

You asked about records sealed in Kenya. It is my belief that it is NOT birth records. I cannot buy the story of birth in Kenya due to simple time constraints to get back to Hawaii before the 13 Aug birth announcement. It was 1961 and (1) route from Kenya to Hawaii was Kenya-Europe-New York-cross country in two hops or more — West coast to Hawaii. That’s a long haul. (2) An infant requires about three weeks before a doc will sign off on it — this is an airline policy; and (3) the infant needed either a US or British certificate of birth overseas before the airlines would allow it to travel. This takes time.
So what were the documents that Prime Minister Odinga — Obama’s kin and sworn supporter — is trying to protect? It deals with passport visas. If Obama was using an Indonesian passport under the name of Barry Soetoro (original issue 1970, renewed in 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990) these would need a visa for the Kenya entry in 1987 and ca. 1993 with Michelle. Indonesia does not have a 90-day visa free reciprocal policy with Kenya. Also all entry documents would be smoking guns as they would list citizenship.
Of course, after 2003, Obama was entering Kenya as a US citizen (2006, 2007) so that’s clear.
Just my unsupported opinion.

Excellent digging. As you can see with all the “claiming” they are doing, it’s evident they’re bucking to become a “state” of the U.S. Or make the U.S. a “state” of Kenya. They could by birthright claim the latter.
Alas, the fight over Obama’s allegiance has already begun. And this is why we have the clause in Article II to protect ourselves from this very situation.
Remember it was the National Enquirer that broke the story about John Edwards and his mistress? The MSM had not wanted to touch this story. Now we have a tabloid paper, The Globe, reporting what the MSM is afraid to report.

Forgot to add. Don’t look for paper trails with the Indonesian government.
Before the election, the Indonesian government blocked all news reporter inquiries as soon as the Barry Soetoro adoption story broke. Reason was that the catholic school records were found (registration form) but the public school Besuki records were supposedly “eaten by rats.” To prevent more embarassment — and inquiries all records were sealed with a promise that they would be reopened AFTER 4 Nov. Well, election day came and Obama was elected. Indonesia then immediately changed its story and now records permanently sealed.
The people trying to get info were Indonesia Matters and another expat blog — along with some Indonesian blogs that had their articles translated. Nothing was successful. None of the major mainstream media seems to have tried very hard to get the info — at least not printing any stories about this that I have seen. The Obama love fest continues on….

There simply is no need. Take a look at our discussion above. The Kenyan Parliament is trying to lay claim to Obama’s allegiance:

To my mind, I have always thought someone else registered Obama in Hawaii, perhaps the Grandparents. My understanding – and I could be wrong – is that almost anyone could do it and you did not even have to produce a live baby.
The more I learned, the more Hawaii made sense. It was newly a state and the birth certificate rules were lax.
His mother seemed to be living in the state of Washington. And there is all that evidence of multitudes of properties owned under all the aliases. My mind reals.

I don’t think it matters if Obama was born in Kenya, Hawaii or planet Mars. He is not eligible for POTUS under article II. Both parents have to be US citizens, not one parent but both parents. This is the reason why Obama says on his website Fightthesmears.com that he is “native born” and not “natural born”. Obama is a constitutional lawyer so he knows that he can not say that he is natural born. He uses native born instead.
I do believe that the records in Kenya may also show that he used his Indonesia passport to enter Kenya and also Pakistan and that is why it is sealed.
A story about his trip to Pakistan was released recently to the Media. BTW, everyone in the media was surprise at this revelation from Obama, according to the story. Obama first visited his mother in Indonesia and then to Pakistan. I would like to know how a 20 yrs old “American”, I say this loosely, college boy entered into Pakistan when American were either restricted or warned not to travel there. He did not go there for emergency reasons. It was a pleasure trip, to visit a friend. Also note that he traveled to Pakistan twice, second time possibly in 1987 to visist his mother who worked there at the time.
I would be very leery of this Pakistan connection in light of 9/11.

Therese it is really great that so many of us agree where the high court is concerned. (Notice what I called them). There is genuine foundation for making this reference in the way I did. I believe that there will soon be mass arrests made of all people who have made specific internet references to a specific court regarding any perceived,or actual planned action against the specific court. Discussing it in open forum is an invitation to a very strong action against everyone of us. I believe that the time may be at hand when those who are in the know (lawyers) should move into a closed forum mode. I know that there is a way to use the internet in secure channels. I don’t know how it is done but I know that it CAN be done. Of course we always have smoke signals,and kettle drums with which to send messages. Smoke signals allegedly worked for the native Americans,and Drum beats worked for Afro americans, so if they could utilise such devices surely somebody could come up with really secure ways to use the internet as well. I personally believe that the discussions will eventually precipitate escalation. This is why I think that it is about time that internet conversations which relate to the eligibility issue should be taken to a secure channel. I believe that there is a GOON squad patrolling the internet who are there specifically to listen in on conversations. Hopefully someone can come up with a way to get around the US Government internet eavsdropping. I think that there has already been a couple of suggestions on this blog already.
I personally agree with everything so far,and believe that something must be done soon to get the ursurper out of office. All we have to do is find a SYMPATHETIC state, or Federal Court who will buck the people who now own them. But after all is said and done I believe that the best chance to be heard still lies with a Federal Grand Jury.

I am a retired (25) police officer and spent 26 years in the United States Air force as a MSGT in charge of Training for the 482 Security Police Squadron. Was in Vietnam and also served in the Gulf War. For the last year I have been watching this site on a daily basis not believing that Barack Hussein Obama has become our president. I coach a High School softball team and everyone of my players had to produce a birth certificate to be eligible to play through the state. I hate to say this, but we in a total crisis and something will happen if this man is allowed to continue to lead this once proud nation. I have never posted before but know many FBI, Secret Service Agents, CIA and many other Federal Agents who have told me they are not to discuss this issue about Obama or they will be terminated from employment. We all need to take a step back and pray that something will come out on all of these lawsuits. I spoke to the Supreme Court Justice in my state who advised that the US Supreme Court have been ordered to throw out any case that deal with the fraud President elect. In reading the NEMESIS issue I disagree with the outcome after the thermonuclear war is over. First of all if a world exchange of thermonuclesr weapons was to occur there would be an extremely negative outcome for all who participated. The level of radioactive Cesium 126 fallout would be extremely high. This would cause mass contamination worldwide of nearly all sources of food and potable water, ultimately leading to the death of multimillions. Then more millions would eventually die from ingesting the Cesium 126 fallout. This will happen respiratorily, and orally. The ongoing radiation from Cesium has a half life of over 30 years. This is all what will eventually happen. In the early stages after the war the gamma radiation will soon kill millions who were not killed outright in the first action. Then the slower death will occur as time passes. If 500 thermonuclear devices were detonated either in close succession,or near simultaneously the atmospheric radiation level would eventually becoms so high that no life on earth will survive. This is not fancy this is FACT.
I spent a portion of my Navy assignment at the US Nuclear Test Site at Eniwetok in the Marshall Islands,at the 1954 test series. Some people know about the infamous BRAVO shot, but, most people DON’T. This test got out of control. It was supposed to generate a yeild of 7 megaton. Because of a number of mistakes,and miscalculations it actually generated over 15 megaton. This resulted in the contamination of over 7000 sq.miles of the South Pacific down wind. Today the US Government is still paying compensatory damages to many of our servicemen, and Islanders who once inhabited the areas adjacent to the Marshall Islands. It was a disaster that has not really been adequately told.

In reality there will be little survival in any part of the world. Again the outcome depends largely on how many weapons are detonated during the war. I stated a figure of 500 because it is a realistic figure. Yet BOTH sides of any NUCLEAR exchange KNOW that there will be little survivability on either side after such an exchange. That is why a nuclear attack would only be perpetrated by lunatic religous zealots in the name of their GOD. Perhaps this sounds a little like what we all have heard from them so far. I am sure that there are people reading this who think that I am full of manure. All I will say to that is “When it happens you will then know which of us was full of SHI-. Unfortunately I won’t be able to tell you “I told you so”. In 1954 a 15 meg device was deemed really big. By comparison with todays devices it is a TOY. In reality 50 meg and much larger exist today and nearly everybody has them.

First, the caller who left the message about Barry getting served with papers before noon tomorrow, came on after Phil was off the show. We can’t comment on something of which we have no knowledge. Or at least Phil or Lisa hasn’t told me anything as yet…
Second, how many of you picked up on what Phil said on tonight’s radio show about the FOIA confirming Barry never had an American passport under the name of Barack Obama until hsi diplomatic passport issued as a US Senator? Do you understand and comprehendc the enormity of that announcement? Do you all realize what it means? I can tell you now that is one part of several pieces of good news we had the other day that I hinted at and could not reveal. That information confirms Barry had to renew an Indonesian passport to go to Pakistan in 81. That means Barry swore an Oath of Allegiance to Indonesia and had to renoucne all other allegiances to get that passport. This is independent confirmation of information we’ve had and from OUR OWN State Department, Barry couldn’t go to Pakistan on an American passport if he didn’t have one.

To any here, that believe that a “well regulated Militia,” is the same as the U.S. Armed Forces. I must call your attention to Exhibit A:
Article I, Section VIII – Powers of Congress
Clause 12:
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
Clause 13:
To provide and maintain a Navy;
Clause 14:
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
Clause 15:
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
Clause 16:
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
As one can see from the above, the Militia is indeed separate from the U.S. Armed Forces. It is separate from the Army (and Air Force). It is separate from the Navy (and Marine Corps).
Notice that there is a restriction on the Army (and Air Force ), that it must NOT exceed appropriations for more than TWO years. This is to prevent a STANDING Army (and Air Force) for purposes of “ongoing” international interventions, and subsequent occupations.
The Navy (and Marine Corps) have no such restrictions, because to enforce the “Law of the Sea,” is a permanent task for the necessity of national security. A Marine Corps division cannot last in combat for more the 30 days, without resupply and reinforcement (Army). A permanent Navy, cannot take ground and hold it for purposes of occupation. Nor can a MC. The USMC is not designed for prolonged combat, without assistance from a more heavily armed and manned land army.
Now that we have established and agree on this principle, on to what a “well regulated Militia” really is, how to achieve it, and just WHY this is paramountly “necessary to the SECURITY of a FREE State.” From this point on, I will defer to the good Dr. Vieira…
