In an affadavit signed January 5, 2009 by Roland Burris, he states:
“I am a resident of the State of Illinois, at least 30 years of
age and a natural born citizen of the United States of America.”
Well, well, well, it seems that Mr. Burris is more qualified to be
president than Barack Obama. Is that why Democrat “leaders” are
having a change of “heart”?

“WASHINGTON — A day after the U.S. Senate barred Roland Burris from

I spent an hour on the phone today as a follow up to the faxes and the mailed letters I sent out to Reid, Ensign, McCain and Berkely. What I came away with is…..they get so many faxes and letters daily that it will probably take months for them to get to mine!!! I spent over half an hour on the phone today with the Press Secretary for my Congressman, Roscoe Bartlett (R- Maryland). She said this was “not an issue” for the Congressman, but could not refute any facts. She said that he did not plan to object. She also said that he did not consider this to be covered by his oath to uphold the Constitution.

Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off

We’ve spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened.
Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of Hurricane Katrina. Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the response to the hurricane or demanding
accountability for the decisions that were made in the crucial hours after the
storm.
Everyone’s hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn’t happen again. Now, that’s just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it. Make a plan. Figure out what you’re going to do the next time.
Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our
competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever
be a time when ‘The Big Three’ referred to Japanese car companies? How did this
happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it?
Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debit, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is
deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry.
I have news for the gang in Congress. We didn’t elect you to sit on your asses and
do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our
greatness is being replaced with mediocrity. What is everybody so afraid of?
That some bonehead on Fox News will call them a name? Give me a break. Why
don’t you guys show some spine for a change?
Had Enough? Hey, I’m not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I’m
trying to light a fire. I’m speaking out because I have hope – I believe in
America. In my lifetime, I’ve had the privilege of living through some of
America ‘s greatest moments. I’ve also experienced some of our worst
crises: The ‘Great Depression,’ ‘World War II,’ the ‘Korean War,’ the
‘Kennedy Assassination,’ the ‘Vietnam War,’ the 1970’s oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with 9/11.
If I’ve learned one thing, it’s this: ‘You don’t get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody else to take action. Two campaign contributions made by “Barack Obama” from two different addresses that don’t appear to be his. (I pulled up the property profiles for these properties.) Neither of these addresses was on the list you posted.
One address has the owner listed as Jane L. Stuart. Might that be
the same Jane L. Stuart that Treasurer of the Illinois Judges Association?
There is a second public record for the same address that lists the owner of a trust.
The second address that a campaign contribution as made from is a commercial entity called Fresh Choice.

Thank you for the phone numbers above – I called every single one of them at 5am this morning and left messages.
Briefly – that they took an oath to uphold the Constitution and millions of people across the country are depending on them to do the right thing, to object to the certification of electoral votes today.
I mentioned two reasons:
1 – that in 1961 Hawaii was allowed to issue birth certificates to foreign born babies and the governor of Hawaii never said he was born in Hawaii, just that they had a birth certificate.
2- that a natural born citizen has TWO American citizen parents and Obama himself has said that his father was not an American citizen.
How I read SCOTUS timing of this —
“THIS train has left the station — and this Republic is strong enough to allow voters to have the candidate they want this time. ”
But, SCOTUS is letting all candidates, all Secretaries of State, all Attorneys General, all State legislatures know, there better not be a second train like this leave the station.
Why do I say that?
Because the strongest case of them all is Keyes v. Bowen, and that will not even be heard in California until May! And, Berg v Obama should have been heard in the State Court of Pennsylvania, first, in order to gather all of the facts.
So, they are likely to remand it, or dismiss it in such a way so Phil Berg can refile it the right way in State court.
Broe v Reed is showing us all the way that Berg should have been done his case — get the facts first!
Chief Justice Roberts has received and read everyone’s letters to him. And he has had to go through a confirmation proctological exam himself, so he’s letting Obama know that if he wants to avail himself of one last opportunity to come clean, now is the time to do it.
If not? Well then, Barack o’l Buddy, you may have to pay the price!
Because, it’ll be full-employment for the legal profession over the next 4 years, and the first criminal who gets arrested during the Obama Administration is going to know everything about Barack that the DNC or the Media never thought to ask, from his shoe size to where he hides his cigarette butts, because they are going to want to walk out of the Federal Courthouse “Free as a bird — and Guilty as Hell!”
But, now the States are once again on notice to get their Election Laws repaired, so there won’t be another Ballot Explosion for SCOTUS to deal with in the future.
For the moment, SCOTUS is telling to us, this Election is now for the history books to sort out!

And you are right. They will most likely pass the buck. However, complaints have been filed to the Supreme Court based on Constitutional Merit. All 9 of these Justices swore an oath to do whatever it takes to avoid the trampling of the Constitution.
I like to use the analogy of an auto accident. Assume Obama to be the wreckless driver. Assume SCOTUS to be in the other car. Obama is coming down the road and SCOTUS has an opportunity to avoid an accident. But instead, they decide to just cruise along in fear of being ticketed for changing lanes and Obama T-bones the vehicle.

Is Obama a natural-born citizen?

LIMA, Ohio — The most underreported story of 2008 has to be the continuing saga of a few brave souls who are working through the courts to force President-elect Barack Obama to prove his citizenship.
In fact, a report from The Associated Press dismissed the whole thing as nothing but Internet conspiracy theories.
This lack of coverage is just the latest example of why I have mostly lost hope for the mainstream media in the United States.
Thanks to the lack of media coverage, many of you reading this may be unaware of the multitude of lawsuits challenging Obama’s citizenship and his legal right to be president.
The Framers, when putting together our Constitution, inserted Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4, which tells us. “No Person except a natural born Citizen … shall be eligible to the Office of President.” The same clause prevents Austrian-born California Gov. Arnold A. Schwarzenegger from being president.
There have been at least 17 lawsuits filed in state and federal courts alleging that Obama does not meet the Constitutional requirement of being a natural-born citizen.
The lawsuits filed all have varying theories on Obama’s citizenship, including that he was not born in the United States, that he became a citizen of Indonesia when he was adopted, or that he had dual citizenship at birth, which means he was not a natural-born citizen.
The lawsuit with which I am most familiar was filed in a federal court in Pennsylvania by Philip Berg, a Democrat.
That lawsuit alleges that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya. Berg says he has a recording of Obama’s grandmother, Sarah Obama, saying she was present when Obama was born in Kenya.
Berg further claims that Obama himself and other members of his family have made conflicting statements as to where he was actually born. Additionally, Kenyan officials have said Obama was born in Kenya.
Much of the controversy surrounds Obama’s birth certificate. The state of Hawaii has refused to release the long-form or “vault” copy of the birth certificate. Obama has also refused to release the long-form copy.
Back in June, the campaign did release a short-form certificate, which is a certificate created by Hawaii that says the long-form certificate is on file. However, according to Berg, the campaign only released the short-form certificate to The Daily Kos, a left-wing blog, and FactCheck.org, a pro-Obama organization. Additionally, Berg has called the short-form certificate a forgery.
Berg brought the case to the U.S. Supreme Court and was initially denied by Justices David Souter and Anthony Kennedy before submitting his petition to Justice Antonin Scalia.
The Supreme Court has scheduled two conferences on the case, one for Friday and a second one for Jan. 16, four days before Obama will take office.
I do not know if Obama is a natural-born citizen. My instincts tell me that it would have been difficult for him to hide that fact for so long. However, citizenship law can be very murky and Obama’s reticence on the matter is disturbing.
I know from personal experience that when dealing with duel citizenship issues, birth certificates are usually filed in both countries. The state of Hawaii’s statement that it has a birth certificate on file does nothing in solving the mystery of where Obama was born. It merely tells us that his birth was recorded in Hawaii.
The whole controversy might be nothing more than a crazy conspiracy theory. Then again, it might be a valid argument.
The whole matter could easily be settled by the state of Hawaii releasing the long-form certificate, something the Supreme Court can force if it accepts the case for arguments.
There is much at stake here. This is a serious constitutional question. If we find out later that Obama was not a natural-born citizen, then everything he did as president, treaties, laws, executive orders, etc., would be invalid.
The candidates spent more than $1 billion and two years vying for the job. Would it not make sense to give lawyers an afternoon arguing the issue in front of the Supreme Court? That is the least we could do to make sure the person taking the oath of office actually meets the requirements.
The Constitution demands nothing less.

I do not care to wait to see what the Supreme Court decides to do. I need to know how to correctly draw up paper’s for signatures to recall every single member on the house and senate. Obviously they will be recalled for there failure to remove an unqualified president elect. No More Mister Nice Guy, we shall take them ALL out of tax paid government offices. Personally I want to beat the living daylights out of them, but a law or two prevents me from doing such. I’m sure McCaskill is gloating now although she didn’t gain any political capital in this presidential election. Barrack Obama did not get Missouri’s electoral votes. Missouri SOS, Robin Carnahan, finally certified the election returns on December 3rd. and McCain – Palin won! I think Robin spent four weeks looking for lost votes in car trunks but she didn’t find enough. Missouri is called THE SHOW ME STATE because we don’t easily buy into dubious and unproven notions. We tend to be skeptical about everything and everybody. That’s why more than half of Missourians didn’t buy into Obama’s lies.
I learned today that Kit Bond is not running for the Senate in 2010. He has nothing to lose now so I wish he had made an objection to Obama’s eligibility.

Many years ago my grandfather and Casey Stengel became friends through the Boston Braves. My garandfather became a minority shareholder of the Boston Braves and Casey was the manager. Though nothing exciting happened, they became lifelong friends. As a child I had the greatest thrill in my life sleeping in Casey’s bed in Glendale, California. He wasn’t the manager of the Yankees yet. He was the mgr. of Oakland. When he became mgr. of the Yankees he visited our home in Conn. in 1949 and said he would take me to the game in Boston where I sat in the dugout with the greats of Yogi Bear, Jerry Coleman, Joe Demaggio, Phil Rizzuto, etc.
If they were here right now they would be asking-“What the hell have you done to our country?”
PS – The only other person who slept in Casey’s bed was Billy Martin when Casey died.

I may be not able to post on here when I say what I’m going to say. It’s about the name of our creator. If anyone uses the book called the Bible, there is only one name to be called upon, and that name is Yahweh. And, BTW, that is the same name as his son inherited, the one who carries his father’s name and WILL COME AGAIN IN THAT SAME NAME. It can be proven in the Bible that it is the truth if anyone wants to know.
And another thing now, this may be the time to be calling upon his name to save our nation.
There was an article several years ago and it was after 9/11, and the article was on CBN. I can’t remember the guy’s name, but he was putting forth the question about how the Muslims know the name of their deity, why don’t we be calling upon the deity of the Scriptures. It was a very excellent article. I thought that I had saved it, but that was several computers ago, I guess. If we Americans want our nation to last, but may be wise to heed what was in that article. I know many do now.

Who is Our God?
In the wake of the devastating terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, there was much talk about God. The phrase “God Bless America” echoed throughout our fifty states. Believers and non-believers alike turned to churches and prayer gatherings for comfort, calling upon God to heal and comfort them in the midst of their grief and pain. Others wondered if God was truly there at all, and if He was, they questioned His whereabouts on that terrible day.
Another group did a lot of talking about God: the terrorists themselves. On the same day as the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, some Palestinian militants were seen celebrating in the streets, declaring “God is great!” On Sunday, October 7, 2001, Osama bin Laden said the following in a videotaped statement: “There is America, hit by God in one of its softest spots. Its greatest buildings were destroyed. Thank God for that. There is America, full of fear . . . thank God for that.”
Upon hearing those words, I had to wonder: “Who is he talking about? Is he talking about our God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob? We of course know that he isn’t, but how will the world know that? How will they know, when we tell them about the God whom we serve, that we do not mean this “God” spoken of by bin Laden? As we continue to seek our God for revival in this land, the distinction must be made between the God of the Bible and the gods of other faiths.
So, who is our God? Osama bin Laden’s “God” has a name: Allah. What is our God’s name? As with all matters, the answer to that question can be found in the Scriptures.
What is Our God’s Name?
The Bible is full of references to the awesome power and importance of the Name of our God. For instance, Proverbs 18 refers to His Name as “a strong tower.” In Psalm 119:55 the psalmist says, “I have remembered your Name in the night and have kept your law.” Psalm 138:1-2 says, “I will bow myself towards your sacred temple and give thanks to your Name . . . for you have magnified your word, your Name, above all.” There are many other Scriptures that speak of the sacred Name of our God.
One such verse has been adopted by CBN during this time of prayer for revival: “If my people who are called by my Name shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their evil ways, then I shall hear from the heavens, and forgive their sin and heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14).
An interesting thing to notice is that none of these Scriptures uses the plural word “names” but the singular “Name.” This clearly indicates that there is but one Name for our God. So what is it?
In Exodus 3, when Moses encounters our God in the burning bush, he asks the following question: “See, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His Name?’ what shall I say to them?”
What follows is one of the most profound and meaningful truths that can be found in Scripture. The answer to Moses’ question is . . . “YHWH.”
What’s in a Name?
So, what does this mean? First, let’s look at the word’s structure. This Name YHWH given to Moses in Exodus 3 is comprised of the Hebrew letters Yod (Y), Hay (H), Waw (W – pronounced “Vav”), and Hay (H), which together are often referred to as the Tetragrammaton (“The four lettered name”). Although the issue of how to pronounce this Name has been the source of much debate and controversy for centuries, the pronunciation more Hebrew scholars agree is correct is “Yah-oo-way” (as in the transliteration Yahweh).
But let’s not worry about what scholars think about pronunciation for a moment. Try saying the name aloud, using no vowel sounds at all. When I do it, it sounds very much like breathing. The Breath of Life.
Now, let’s examine what this Name means. The Name YHWH is an archaic form of the verb “to be,” so the concept drawn from the English translation of this word is “I am that I am,” or “I am who I am.” YHWH is not, however, the word used as “I am” when Yahweh says, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I am has sent me to you'” (Exodus 3:14). Although the Name YHWH conveys the same idea of His perpetual existence and presence as “I am,” it means so much more, as we’re about to see.
The Hebrew language is one of complexity and intricate beauty. Each of its letters has its own meaning and numerical value. In this case, the meanings of the four letters used to form the Name of YHWH give the Name a powerful and prophetic significance. First, the letter Yod literally means “hand,” while Hay means “behold,” and Waw means “nail” (or “hook”, depending on the context). So, in sequence: “Hand (Y), behold (H), nail (W), and behold (H).” The context of the word YHWH means, “Behold the nailed hand.”
Clearly, this is no ordinary, every-day name. But wait, there’s more: Yahushua (often Yeshua or Yahshua), the Hebrew name of the Messiah, the son of Yahweh, means “YHWH is salvation.” Therefore, you can take that a step further and see it as “Behold, the nailed hand is salvation.” This not only powerfully illustrates Yahushua’s role as Savior, but also His divinity (as Yahweh incarnate) and His relationship to Yahweh as His only begotten son. As Yahushua Himself said, “I have come in my Father’s name (John 5:43).” Just as His life and character point us to His Father (John 14:6 – “no one comes to the Father but by me;” see also John 17:23-26), so also does His name point us to the sacred Name of Yahweh. He even instructed us to pray: “Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name . . . (Luke 11:2).”
What About Those Other Names?
You have no doubt heard most or all of the following descriptive terms and/or titles that have often been applied to Yahweh: El (meaning “mighty one,” also the name of the sky god of the ancient Syrians), Elohim (the plural form of El), El Shaddai (“almighty one”), and Adonai (“my lord”), among others. While those words, like the commonly used English terms “Lord” and “God,” can certainly express different aspects of the character of Yahweh, they are merely generic titles and descriptions. None of them is His Name.
If someone were to ask you “What is your God’s name?” your first response might be “Jehovah.” This is one of the most popular terms attributed to Yahweh, and is often thought by many to be His true name, but let’s look at it more closely.
When the Scriptures were being transcribed, it was believed by the Jewish scribes performing the task that they should not pronounce the sacred Name of YHWH, for fear of violating the third commandment (“Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain . . . ” – Exodus 20:7). This led to the use of other words, generic titles (such as “Adonai”), as substitutes for the true name, Yahweh. Therefore, if you were to compare a typical, modern English translation of the Bible with the original Hebrew texts, you would see how YHWH (which can be found a total of 7,038 times in the original Hebrew Old Testament) was replaced by “the Lord” or “God.”
The following excerpt from Webster’s New Riverside University Dictionary (1984 edition) details what the scribes did and the origins of the word “Jehovah:”
The form Jehovah did not exist as a Hebrew word. It is actually a conflation (blend, fusion) of two Hebrew forms that came about through a peculiarity of the Hebrew writing system. The Hebrew name for God, the consonants of which are transliterated YHWH, was considered so sacred that it was never pronounced and its proper vowel points were never written. In some texts the vowel points for a completely different word, Adonai, “lord,” were written with YHWH to indicate that the word Adonai was to be spoken whenever the reader came upon the word YHWH. YHWH was never intended to be pronounced with the vowels of Adonai, but Christian scholars of the Renaissance made exactly that mistake, and the forms Iehovah (using the classical Latin equivalents of the Hebrew letters) and Jehovah (substituting in English, J for consonantal I) came into common use.
Other texts agree: The Encarta Encyclopedia (2000 edition) says that Jehovah is the “name of the God of the Hebrew people as erroneously transliterated from the Masoretic Hebrew text.” A New Standard Bible Dictionary (1936 edition) states, “The form ‘Jehovah’ is impossible, according to the strict principles of Hebrew vocalization.”
So, it is clearly no secret that Jehovah is not the true Name of our God. But don’t worry – this doesn’t mean that the wonderful suffixes normally attached to Jehovah (as in Jehovah Jireh, Rapha, Nissi, etc.) are also wrong. Those transliterations are for the most part correct, and when added to the name Yahweh (as in “Yahweh Yireh” – “Yahweh the Provider”), they can serve as powerful expressions of certain attributes and characteristics of our Lord Yahweh.
So, What’s the Big Deal?
You may be thinking, “That’s nice, but why do I need to know and use the name of Yahweh?” You may feel perfectly secure and content in using one or all of the generic and descriptive terms already mentioned, feeling no need to change how you refer to Yahweh. Perhaps you think the name sounds funny, or that it’s improper or even downright wrong to use it altogether. Well, you’re not alone, and I was certainly skeptical at first myself. It can be very difficult to eschew and let go of things we have practiced and held on to for many years. But let’s look at it in terms of relationship.
Our Father desires to know us intimately and yearns for us to reciprocate that desire. He loves us so much that “He sent His only begotten Son” as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. If we truly long to serve our God and have a deep and intimate relationship with Him, we should address Him in a more personal and intimate way.
When someone begins a relationship with you, one of the first things they learn is your name. As the relationship develops, they begin to learn more and more of your character, and eventually, if they want to, they will know you very well and will be devoted to your relationship. However, the relationship would most likely not last very long if they kept referring to you as “man” or “woman,” “sir” or “madam.” Such a thing would keep a certain amount of distance between the two of you, and would surely not be a good way to create and maintain intimacy and love.
They might tell you over and over again that they love you dearly, but would you really believe them if they kept addressing you by an impersonal title or description? The same applies to our relationship with our wonderful Creator, Yahweh. To continually apply generic terms like “Lord” and “God” to Him would be like a husband constantly calling his spouse “Wife” or “Woman.” To use “Jehovah” would be like the same husband calling his wife by the wrong name altogether, expecting her to respond.
As we saw earlier, there are countless Scriptures that place a great amount of importance on the Name of Yahweh. It is not simply another generic term in a long list of titles and descriptions, as some would want to believe. Nor is it a name limited only to the Old Testament, as others have said. As Yahweh Himself said when He revealed His Name to Moses, “This is my Name forever, and this is my remembrance to all generations” (Exodus 3:15).
This is why our deceptive adversary (who comes “to steal, kill and destroy”) has tried to wipe out the Name altogether by deceiving men into replacing it with other titles and generic or even false “names.” He does not want us to have a close relationship with Yahweh. In fact, that’s exactly why he is trying to deceive us, so that we will serve that which is not of Yahweh (and therefore is of the enemy). Since he cannot create but only corrupt, he has worked for centuries to corrupt and bury the sacred Name of Yahweh our God. He knows that the Name of Yahweh is a powerful weapon. Why else would it be virtually erased from all modern translations of the Bible? Why else would there be a counterfeit name (Jehovah) in its place?
I, for one, no longer wish to give the enemy any pleasure by continuing to deny the name of Yahweh. I count it as such a wonderful blessing and privilege to know and use Yahweh’s true Name. While He is indeed my “Lord” and my “God,” He is also my Abba Father, my Best Friend (who “sticks closer than a brother”), my Everything. Whatever question we have, the answer is always “YHWH . . . I AM THAT I AM.”

The problem in educating the public is that I don’t think anyone will care. I say this because what do you think is the number one concern on the public’s mind? You guessed it. It’s the economy. It’s about jobs, healthcare, and keeping their homes. . Here is a real story example. A former co-worker got laid off a month before his son’s operation. I got laid off this month, but that’s neither here or there. He begged to stay on for one more month so that his medical insurance will cover the cost but he was denied. Do you think he is going to listen or care if Obama is a NBC or not? The point here is that there millions of people that vote for Barack Obama because of the economic condition of this country.
The congress is looking for Obama to lead them through the economic disaster. The world is looking for a new foreign policy and as you know the media loves him. You are going to have a tough time selling this Revolution to the rest of the country
Here’s my theory (actually I’m so depressed and disgusted that it’s hard to think and type at the same time, but here goes):
As has been pointed out, the Constitution says that a PRESIDENT must be a natural born citizen, which Obama is not. He knows it, PeLiarosi knows it, the Clintons and Bushes know it, Cheney (ick) knows it, SCOTUS knows it … even my new little puppy knows it (I told her). (She threw up a little this morning, I think that was a foreshadowing of the nauseating vote). (Or maybe it was the people food, but I digress).
The fact is that Obama was not actually the PRESIDENT, therefore no crime had been committed until now! I would say that he became a usurper just before 2pm Thursday, Jan. 8th.
Following along so far? Puppy kept cocking her head as I explained it to her so I’m not so sure if she’s quite gotten it yet But you humans understand I’m sure.
OK, so SCOTUS meets Friday, January 9th.

I’m not a deity either, CW. Do you use a Bible and give it authority? I do.
If you don’t, then it won’t matter what I’m saying now, and I’ve been too quiet for too long about this. I’m going to speak now, if you will permit it.
If you do hold the Bible up as your ultimate authority, then you’ll notice to read your Preface. I don’t know what Bible you use. KJV has the tetragrammaton as YHVH, which is incorrect, but at least it notes that it used a SUBSTITUTE. Most Bibles note this fact in the Preface, if anyone would take the time to really read them.
A few just say, Oh, we’re following the TRADITION of the ones before us, and if you study Scriptures, you should know what the messiah (true one) says about following mankind’s traditions.
For those calling upon THE LORD, in every place that it has it like that, it’s always YAHWEH, pronounced Yah-oo-ay. Gosh, here is the time in our nation when those could be studying this point might actually be searching this out themselves. If he has his name in the OT almost 7,000 times, you’d think that it would sink into people’s heads? Well, it was probably over 7,000 times because it’s been removed by the lying pens of the scribes.
Enough about that. The one time in our history as a nation and people can’t bring themselves to call upon our creator by the only name that he says to. Imagine that! Right now we need him most as he will change things for us IF WE TRUST HIM.
However, who gave mankind to call someone by name anyway? It was Yahweh. Imagine how much confusion it would be to call upon your mate as — hey, you! How far would you get?

Every place in the Bible where they have the word “god,” sometimes it’s a collective noun and sometimes it’s a simple plural and sometimes it’s in the singular. They might do better if they were going to use the one word “god” and say “godhead.” But they don’t and it’s misleading.
For example, it states:
Deu 10:17 For Yahweh your elohee (collective noun; rulership), He is the elohee of the elohim (collective noun), and the adonai (collec. noun) of adonim; the great, the mighty, the fearful el (singular) who does not lift up faces, nor take a bribe.
elohee or translitered eloahi: more than one eloah
elohim: a group or groups of eloah (for example, ha-elohim means the angels; the elohim)
adonai: more than one sovereign
adonaim means a group or groups of adon.
adon is singular.
The word “god” is glossed and tells us what is going on. If it’s elohim, it can mean the angels. It can also mean one speaking for the group, a spokesperson, i.e. , by context.
By the way, elohee (also transliterated eloahi) is the “godhead.” It’s the ruling power in the heavens. And father Yahweh sits on the mercy seat, and there are those in power beside the mercy seat. So he is the mighty el and is the el of the eloahim, Yahweh. Then there are those underneath that hierachy.
It’s a rulership with a head and those below him, a government.

The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner:
“The Constitution for the united states of America”.
The altered version reads: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. It is the corporate constitution. It is NOT the same document you might think it is. The corporate constitution operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it is the same parchment that governs the Republic. It absolutely is not.
Capitalization — an insignificant change? Not when one is referring to the context of a legal document, it isn’t. Such minor alterations have had major impacts on each subsequent generation born in this country. What the Congress did with the passage of the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia. The kind of government THEY created was a corporation. The new, altered Constitution serves as the constitution of the corporation, and not that of America. Think about that for a moment.
Incidentally, this corporate constitution does not benefit the Republic. It serves only to benefit the corporation. It does nothing good for you or me — and it operates outside of the original Constitution. Instead of absolute rights guaranteed under the “organic” Constitution, we now have “relative” rights or privileges. One example of this is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has been transformed under corporate government policy into a “privilege” which we must be licensed to engage in. This operates outside of the original Constitution.

A crime committed by the Mortuary and Barack Obama and Maya Ng. The State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Office of Health Status Monitoring, “Certificate of Death” “INTENTIONAL FALSIFICATION IS A MISDEMEANOR” so Obama, the Mortuary and others had nothing to worry about in falsifying the document.

The reason the Republicans are TOTALLY silent on the matter of Obama’s eligibility is because of McCain’s problem with eligibility.
Remember, for the next 3 years, the FEC will be auditing his campaign. The last thing that McCain wants is to be found NEVER to have been eligible for taxpayer-matching funds, because the Law provides that he must REPAY those sums.
This is why there is also no activity to bring the FEC up to full capacity, so that anything they do falls short because of a lack of quorum to make a decision.
Obama is the reason the FEC is not fully staffed, so McCain is being nice to him, so that he keeps it understaffed for at least another 3 years.

Urgent- Obama’s mother used someone else’s social security number
It has been noted that the social security number 535-40-8522 that Obama’s mother Stanley Ann Dunham used most of her life showed active many years after she supposedly passed away.
Two days ago Dr. Orly reported that there is a woman in Bothell WA, Phyllis Albriktsen who has been using this social security number all her life. By all accounts she is the real owner of this social security number. She was born in Washington state on 12.28.42. She has roots in the community and lived all her life in that community. Last phone number 425-485-8815.
We need to know how did this Stanley Ann Dunham (or who ever in god’s name she is) get this woman’s info? How did their lives cross? Phyllis is the same age as Stanley Ann, they are only one month apart. (Stanley Ann was born in November 1942, if this is even her real birth date)
I am deeply concerned why nobody in government and law enforcement is acting. This is such a tremendous danger to the National Security of this whole country. We have no clue who these people are. Their social security numbers are wrong, their birth certificates are sealed and hidden from the citizens of this country. No marriage license for Ann Dunham and BO sr, no burial place, no medical records, no birthing records from any hospital, no coroners reports for the deceased. If the law enforcement and government of this country does not step up to the plate and doesn’t announce official investigation of this matter immediately, we need to protect ourselves, we need civilian militia, we need our own investigating services, we need new government. WTF is going on in this country? I feel as though we are living in a parallel universe or like we are in The Twilight Zone. Do you remember those people in the upside down ship in the Poseidon Adventure who walked like zombies and were going the wrong way (towards the bottom which was up, instead of towards the top which was down?) That’s how I feel right now. We are the “few” who see things as they really are and everyone else is heading the wrong way, towards destruction. It is so hard to sleep at night. I’m not sure if everyone in govt is made to be silent because he IS going down but they want to do it the “right” way ……. or …… Nobama is gonna make us NoAmerica.
Please write to the FBI as I suggested in my post above. Ya just can’t sit and do nothing.

Maybe I wasn’t clear — earlier I wrote my opinion that Speaker Pelosi railroaded the whole thing.
I agree with you — just on principle Congress should have objected, so they could not be accused of rolling over and wetting their pants, which is now exactly what they are being accused of.
I hate to dump on CW, but it looks like this blog is going to be around for awhile, when you have 535 numbskulls to write about, and that does not even include Obama or the Supreme Court.,
Orders are now posted on the Supreme Court website for today. Nothing on the Berg case was listed. By now we know the routine ladies and gentlemen. On Monday Berg and the American people will once again be DENIED justice.

Re: I have a friend in the Air Force who wanted to retire in ‘09. But, he doesn’t want Obama’s signature on his discharge paper, so he’s staying active until Obama’s gone.
If Obama makes it to be POTUS, why don’t you suggest to your Air Force friend, to file suit demanding that PEBO identify himself and prove that he is eligible to serve as POTUS. He would certainly have standing, as his discharge may not be legal, if PEBO is not eligible to serve and affixes his signature to his discharge.

Perhaps you misunderstood. My friend wanted to retire in ’09, but “will not” retire this year because he “does not” want Obama’s signature on his discharge papers. He will wait to retire when Ofraud is out of office.
He can’t be involved in any POTUS law suits so long as he is an active member of the military.
Here is the painful reality. Fitzgerald has been investigating Obama along with Blagojovitch from many long past months. Fitzgerald already knows Obama has already committed enough crimes to be arrested, stand trial, found guilty and sit in jail above and beyond failing to meet Consitutional requirements Section II part I. So does the American public, Obama”s key campaign advisors, the Clintons, Pelosi, and the entire gang of lawless conspirators who are responsible for installing a usurper into the Whitehouse. Obama’s many felony crimes are all so well known by so many, there is no doubt that Fitzgerald was ordered to keep his hands off Obama. In exchange for looking the other way, Fitzgerald was given Blagojevitch as one gives a dog a bone. Obama is simply above the law and untouchable.
There is no doubt in my mind after I heard Congress approve of Obama as President yesterday, that the best the Supreme Court will do is give time and attention to the Obama law suits, then find a convoluted way to claim Obama does meet the Constituional Requirements to be President in hopes of quashing this issue once and for all. America, its wonderful Constitution, and the will of the people be damned. WE now live in a lawless America.
Another words our government socked it to us.
All that remains is to continue beating a dead horse until either we are totally defeated by a government turned dictatorship or we have a revolution.

I understand your frustration with this travesty.
While I cannot speak to the many facets of the political/financial oligarchy at play here as you are already probably aware, I can speak to elements of Obama’s life which are critical in deconstructing the man that he is or is not.
Please understand that I am defending his position, only trying to account for the enigma that many percieve him as being.
Try to imagine being brought into the world by a teenage mother, who barely knew who she was, let alone her newborn mixed race child. As an indicator she tried for a few months only to flee back to her family of origin. I’m not at all surprised that an aquaintance found BO, only weeks old ” a mess”. Even at that young age that would correspond to his psychological state as well.
This young boy is then taken to a foreign country, Indonesia around age 6, uprooted from the nuclear family that helped raised him, immediately immersed into a culture vastly different from his own, only to be sent approx. 4 years later back to Hawaii, to be abandoned by his mother. He is temporarily reunited with this mother and approx. 2 to 3 years later she abandons him for the second time and this time permanently.
This doesn’t begin to address the deep scars left by an absent father, and the confusion of one’s cultural and possible religious identification.
Massive depression is generally what ensues in adolescence with this scenario, compounded by extensive substance abuse to dull the pain of one’s life.
There’s very little in Obama’s life that would incline him affectionately towards America, if one accepts his primary relationship to her as an embodiment of his relationship to his country.
In colloquial terms, one might ask who ever really gave a “Sh..t” about him? The picture that emerges of his life HAS to be cloaked in secrecy. Think of the complexity of his life and it becomes clear. The media of course will tell you that this gives him clear advantage, but unfortunately it does the opposite. No human being is that resilient to endure such a tortured early life without significant scars.
There is much, much more of course, but this is just a tiny explanation as to why his presidency will be problematic.

Almost 800 Chicago school kids got together to help create a portrait of President-elect Barack Obama. Daniel dancer, a nationally known artist, had students from two schools all dress in red, black and white. He then used them as human drops of paint. (Snip)Obama’s features have been formed out of three different shades of mulch.

This is a dangerous sickness; this and the propaganda going so far as to be put into a comic book (Spiderman, yesterday). Do not dismiss this symptom of what is going on lightly. That has happened too often in history and those who took it as a joke were shocked at the tragic reality it became.

Socialist countries do a much better job of this..Give us time and let there develop a fear to not represent the Grand Leader in a less that diety persona in in public display of time and effort. Whoever thinks this is cute is dangerous. It’s not cute. What horrifies me is the shortness of people’s sight and the shortness of their memories.
I did not live through WWII. My political awareness did not begin until shortly after great Stalin was dead. My oldest membories of a fundamentally political response to a world event was the Hungarian Uprising. The Korean War was something far away and I was very young then.
Nonetheless, I grew up surrounded by the fraudulent pomp of totalitarian monstrosities and their chanting orchestrated mobs. I knew them for the deadly danger they represented, embodied, and tried to visit upon us.
Why are we doing this? Don’t we know any better?

So this is for a guy with no experience who accomplished nothing in the 3 days he showed up to say “present” while a sentaor, a radical socialist… (I could go on and on and on). A guy who is going to take more of OUR money to “stimulate the economy”, and who has been virtually silent on the whole Israel/Hezbulla war…
A guy who lied about using private money for his campaign, lied about his friends, his past, his citizenship…
And he is not even President yet.
Am I missing something here? Why does anyone think he’s going to be a great president? Why are these kids doing this?
Is it really, truly because he’s 1/2 black? And that somehow because he overcame that huge (/s) obstacle, he’s fit to be our president? This idiot hasn’t even taken office yet and these nuts are elevating him higher than God! Everywhere you look are commemorative plates, coins, etc…as well as people naming their kids after him, people changing streets, schools and other facilities to his name..it is INSANE!!!!!

I agree with all of the above. But, on a lighter note, do you know who probably hates this even more than we do?? The Clintons! Bill slid from adored to tolerated in the libs’ camp, without ever reaching the “worshipped idol” status Obama has acheived — and you know that frosts him royally. And then, this first bi-racial prez comes along and steals the moment and idolatry potential right out from under first-woman-prez-to-be Hillary. Oh, the audacity!

Something is going on. It can’t possibly be that SoetorObama can fool this many people. A LOT of people know exactly what we know and (shudder) even MORE! Like Nancy PeLiarosi, like the Clintons, like many of our Senators and Representatives. Like George Soros, Rev. Wright, Bill Ayers.
Something very sinister is happening.
And it started with his mother and even his grandmother. Don’t forget that his grandfather was best friends with the self-proclaimed communist Frank Marshall Davis whom Obama referred to as his childhood mentor. His grandmother went from clerk to Vice President of a bank … his mother traveled the world (on what money?) working for the Ford Foundation and world banks.
His background and family were not Ozzie and Harriet or Leave it to Beaver or Father Knows Best.
Right after she had Obama, Ann attended college in Washington, so what kind of a “marriage” did they actually have? And he “left” after 5 months.
I have a feeling that Obama is the baby of people who were already working on a new world order starting with the banking system and Obama is the manifestation of all the groundwork that was done for years. Corporations like the Ford Foundation and billionaires like George Soros have had their hands in this family for almost fifty years. Obama is the culmination of their efforts.
Something like this could never happen in just a few short years – his records are sealed, someone paid for his high priced colleges,
Rezko’s lawyer owns Obama’s house … he’s been groomed to do what he’s going to do.
But what is to come?
FIRST order of business is to bankrupt the country.

Katie, I took Patriot’s answer another way – in AL’s post he (I think) mistakenly said he would provide a copy of his own “death” certificate – instead of “birth” certificate.

I have a theory on why everyone has been zip lip on this and it all ties back to Blago. This may be tough to fathom, but I will try to make this as brief as possible.
The real crisis of this election is not the Obama eligibility issue. All this has done is revealed a more sinister problem, and it’s a HUGE one at that. Let’s assume that Blago was just a dumb politician and didn’t know how to play the game without getting caught. After all, he feel’s he’s done nothing wrong. Why is that?
Can we assume that this kind of “buying seats” is not an isolated incident, but rather the only way to get a certain seat in the House, the Senate, the Supreme Court, even the Presidency for that matter??? Ask yourselves why Burris subtlety added the “natural born citizen” requirement to his senate affidavit. Could it be he was sending a signal to Congress saying “let me get into the seat I paid for or I’m blowing the whistle on each and every one of you”?
So, in order to buy yourself a key seat in Washington, an “upgrade” I like to call it, like everyone else does and probably has for decades, how would you go about doing so? Who would need to be involved? At the very least you would need to have the Secretaries of State on your side. Judges would also have to be in the mix. SCOTUS judges are appointed. How would one get to the top of the pile? We’ve seen some very shady things going on over there lately.
You would also need the main stream media. Did anyone else notice the eerily accurate (near 100%) primary results the media reported with only 5-10% of all precincts voting? Could it be they also have their hand in the ole “buy the election” cookie jar? Considering there has really been no real exposure to the electoral process at this level, ever, it’s really too close for comfort, isn’t it? After all the system has worked so “well” for so long…
Considering all of the cases have been denied based on “standing”, don’t you think it’s a little too coincidental? Obama is only one man. There are others who can fill the shoes tomorrow, and they’re more than qualified. Think about this. If Obama was investigated, it will lead us right back to Blago where he worked with him to buy his Illinois Senate seat. That would ultimately bleed over to other investigations and ultimately upset the entire apple cart, wouldn’t it?
Very interesting news … so does this mean that every single white relative Obama has ever had is now dead?
It seems now his uncle also died a few days before his grandmother right before the election: Charles Payne.
My my my, what a coincidence. I suppose he was cremated, too. And I suppose there’s no death certificate for him either. My my my. Leave it to OBeaver. Oh God, my tinfoil hat is beeping again. I’d better get the door.
I just sent an e-mail to WND and asked that they can please call a boycott of ALL MEDIA, including conservative radio. This seems to be the only thing that some people hear is when it hurts their pocketbook. This also includes Fox. I don’t know what else to do that could make someone hear right now EXCEPT if our creator does it himself IF people ask him to. This is another peaceful means because I know there’s revolution talk going on because people, true Americans, are extremely frustrated and rightly so.

You know that doctor who summarized 21 years of his being Obama’s medical doctor in just ONE PAGE that he handed to the DNC as opposed to the 21 pages of actual medical history McCain’s doctor provided???

Well, that’s convenient. 21 years of records summarized in one page. And the doctor is from the University of Chicago Hospital?
Obama and his wife have a little bit of history with that institution. That is the SAME hospital that raised Michelle Obama’s salary from one hundred thousand something to THREE hundred thousand something and oh, wait a minute, didn’t the hospital get something good from the Illinois Senate? Me thinks me smells a pay for play. Where’s Pat Fitz when you need him?
So what do you think? If he had high blood pressure, do you think it would be reported in that brief summary? How about AIDS? Oh I don’t know, how about hoof in mouth disease? Maybe that’s why he’s always uh uh uh uh uh … he’s actually trying to get that hoof out of his mouth.

I feel pretty much as you do, meaning that something is definitely up. What do they think, that we are all idiots? Well, I don’t know what is up, but I know something is. It’s just too strange and has been that way since near the end of when McCain ran right before the election. It happened right before then, like maybe 2 weeks or a little more. What could it be? I don’t know, but it’s something serious. I have ran this over so many times in my mind, but maybe it really started happening at the end of Sept. when the bailout was going on. Do you think this too? Well, that would put it more than 2 to 3 weeks before the election, but I noticed McCain acting stranger around that time for sure!

–And….Orly strikes again! Barack Obama’s uncle Charlie Payne is NOT dead. Someone updated ancestry.com saying that he died on the same day as Madelyn Payne but this is NOT true and it must have been vandalism. I knew immediately that he had not passed because he is a well-known former library administrator for the University of Chicago, and it was certain that they would have released a statement expressing condolences if he had passed, and it would have been widely-reported in local Chicago media who report everything and anything about Obama’s family. I see no evidence at all that he died. I think that is nonsense.
Doesn’t anyone think it’s odd that Obama’s doctor since 1987 (who gave him a one page summary of his medical condition instead of detailed paperwork proof) works at the same hospital that gave Michelle a raise to 3 times her salary, got something good from the Illinois govt while Obama was Senator … AND … went to the same exact college as Obama, Ayers and Brezinski … out of all the thousands of colleges in the country, he went to the same one??? According to this newspaper article written August 23, 2008 Madelyn Dunham had three siblings, Charles Payne, Margaret Payne and Jack Payne. They are quoted in the article so it appears they were alive at the time it was published.

I could not find anything about the death of UncledCharles Payne.
I remember reading another Hawaii newspaper article when Obama was there to visit his sick Grandma and it said that Uncle Charlie had spoken on the phone to Madelyn and she sounded well. She complained that she coudn’t get out and about. I can’t find that article now.
It would be great to talk to them. Bet they know where the bodies are buried, so to speak.
The newspaper article can no longer be found but I had copied and pasted it. Madelyn wasn’t doing as well as I remembered but Charles was still alive and well on Oct 21st.

Relative says Obama’s grandmother broke her hip and is ‘gravely ill’

Arrangements were still uncertain tonight for U.S. Sen. Barack Obama’s sudden return to Honolulu to visit his ailing grandmother, such as where Obama will stay, what time he’ll arrive on Thursday and when he will leave.
Campaign officials traveling with Obama today said details of the Honolulu trip were still being arranged.
Obama on Monday canceled his campaign appearances for later this week after his grandmother’s condition deteriorated.
Today, Dunham’s brother, Charles Payne, who is Obama’s great-uncle, told the Associated Press from his Chicago home that Dunham, who turns 86 on Sunday, “has not been well for a long time. Then she fell and broke her hip fairly recently. She’s unhappy with the condition that she’s in, I can tell you that.”
He said his sister is “gravely ill.”
Payne, 83, said told the AP that he spoke to his sister briefly on Monday and is planning to fly to Honolulu for Dunham’s 86th birthday.
“We had a short and as upbeat as possible conversation,” said Payne, a retired university library administrator. “She hated the hospital.”
Payne declined to speculate on whether his sister had the strength to see her grandson through the election on Nov. 4.
“I think, of course, it’s been terribly important to her,” he said. “And she would like nothing better than to see that.”
Obama is expected to fly to Honolulu following a Thursday rally in downtown Indianapolis.
Dunham later returned to the two-bedroom, 10th-floor apartment on Beretania Street where she raised Obama, along with her late husband, Stanley.
In August, during a family vacation in Honolulu following his Democratic Party nomination, Obama told reporters that Dunham was struggling from osteoporosis that limits her mobility.
In his speech accepting the Democratic presidential nomination, Obama talked about Dunham when he said, “She’s the one who taught me about hard work. She’s the one who put off buying a new car or a new dress for herself so that I could have a better life. She poured everything she had into me.”
Obama attended private Punahou School on a partial scholarship and through tuition paid by Madelyn and Stanley Dunham, according to Honolulu journalist Jerry Burris who, along with journalist Stu Glauberman, wrote the recent book, “The Dream Begins: How Hawai’i Shaped Barack Obama.”
During his childhood in Honolulu, Obama’s life centered around a five-block radius that featured Dunham’s apartment at the epicenter, Burris said.
“It was the center of his universe,” Burris said today. “From there, he walked to school at Punahou. From there, he walked to his job at Baskin-Robbins on King Street. Although the family wasn’t particularly religious, the church where they had his graduation convocation was right there across the street, at Central Union Church. That was his world and that was his life.”
Obama had three strong adult influences — his grandmother, his late grandfather, Stanley, and his late mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, Burris said.
But for much of his childhood, Stanley Ann Dunham was traveling through Indonesia and Africa pursuing her University of Hawai’i master’s and doctoral studies and becoming an expert in “micro-lending.”
“You had his mother, who was this free-thinking, aggressive internationalist, who told him he could be anything he wanted to be — just fantastic in telling him his world was bigger than just his little world,” Burris said. “And then you had his grandfather, who was kind of a free-thinker and a kidder. Stanley was a furniture salesman and then a life insurance salesman — a good salesman, but he just couldn’t make it selling life insurance.”
So Madelyn Dunham, who became one of the first two female vice presidents at Bank of Hawai’i in December 1970, provided Obama’s foundation, Burris said.
“Dad was not in the picture,” Burris said. “Stanley was a personable kind of guy and his mom was traveling around trying to save the world. Grandmother was straight down the middle, no nonsense. She could run a bank department as well as any man. She worked all the time but she was back at the apartment when he got home, and she did the cooking. So Obama had these different channels coming in. But the steady center was grandma.”
Alton Kuioka, vice chairman of Bank of Hawaii, is the only Bankoh executive manager still around from Dunham’s tenure, following her retirement in the mid-1980s.
Although most Bankoh employees did not know Dunham, Kuioka said a generation of female bank executives in Honolulu owe a debt to her professional achievements.
“She was one of the pioneers,” Kuioka said. “She leaves a legacy behind that opened the door for many other female vice presidents. We send our prayers and our thoughts to her and her family. We hope she gets well.”

Actually, I have been in Bali in the late 80s.
You can rent a house for VERY little money. If You don’t saty in the international hotels, but find something local, it is dirt cheap. Also the food etc.
So, in that sense, having to take care of a place here in the US while You’re overseas is the real expense.

By scheduling Lightfoot v. Bowen after the inauguration, is SCOTUS paving the way for a cleaner succession plan if Obama is removed from office? This way, the country would already have Biden sworn in as VP, so Biden could legitimately assume the Presidency if Obama is declared ineligible. In this way, SCOTUS is showing respect for the election results by ensuring that the number two man on the democratic ticket is made President. Obama is a US citizen but not a natural born citizen per the US Constitution.
In 1758, a treatise was written by Emerich de Vattel called The Law of Nations. In clause 212 Citizens and Natives it states, “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents [plural] who are citizens.” The Law of Nations was widely read by the founding fathers and the definition of “natural born citizen” contained therein was the meaning commonly understood at the time our Constitution was written.
