AN INJUNCTION TO STAY ELECTORIAL VOTES
ON DECEMBER 15, 2008
UNTIL OBAMA PROVES HE IS “QUALIFIED”
TO BE PRESIDENT

(Washington, DC – 12/08/08) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed
suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to
serve as President of the United States today filed with the U.S. Supreme Court an
Application for an Injunction to Stay the Electoral Votes on December 15, 2008 and
prohibit V.P. Richard B. Cheney, the House of Representatives and the Senate counting
any votes for Obama until Obama Proves he is “Qualified” to be President.
Berg filed this while waiting to hear if the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the Writ
of Certiorari that he filed on October 30, 2008, requesting review of the United States
District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick’s Dismissal of Philip J.

Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants
regarding “standing.”
Mr. Berg remarked today, “I know that Mr. Obama is not a constitutionallyqualified
natural-born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of President of the
United States.”
Berg continued, “Obama knows he is not ‘natural born’ as he knows
where he was born and he knows he was adopted in Indonesia; Obama is an
attorney, Harvard Law grad who taught Constitutional law; Obama knows
his candidacy is the largest ‘hoax’ attempted on the citizens of the United
States in over 200 years; Obama places our Constitution in a ‘crisis’ situation;
and Obama is in a situation where he can be blackmailed by leaders around
the world who know Obama is not qualified.”

Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 of the Constitution states:
The Congress may determine the Time of choosing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
I don’t see how the Supreme Court can uphold one Constitutional requirement , and not uphold another one. A different approach on these stays is needed. Can’t have it both ways.

Come on, ELELCTORS who might be reading this blog. You know you need to know the truth so you can do the right thing. Some of you are lawyers or are married to lawyers or someone in your family can help. YOU have standing and the right to know the truth.
ELECTORS: Demand to see certified verification of Obama’s qualifications, specifically, his long form birth certificate and his college applications and loan applications. Did he get his college loans as a foreign student, like all his roommates did?
ELECTORS: You took an oath to uphold the Constitution.
If you take this seriously, you must ask to see the long form hospital birth certificate.

Citizen Wells, I have a question. I live in Illinois, and I remember when Jack Ryan’s divorce papers were UNSEALED by a judge because Chicago Tribune sued to see them to help Obama. Why can’t someone sue to unseal Obama’s school records..etc if people are allowed to sue to unseal divorce records.? Thanks

Coulda Shoulda Woulda…jeeez they are talking about the McCain ad about Rev. Wright that never ran during the campaign on Hannity right now….I am so sick of the MSM. NEVER do we hear about the important issues…ie Obama’s eligibility issue. Must be a slow day in the MSM.

The law is the law and if anyone of us on here had to prove a birth in the united states for any reason we would have to show with proof as should OBAMA! But seems Obama and the Democrats are above the law and do not have to answer to no one but them selves!. Again if i went to the DMV to get my drivers license i would need the original birth certificate to get them so why should it be any different for Obama. This would all be over if Obama would show his original birth certificate with the raised seal and signed doc. So simple. But since Obama has failed to do so and has millions of dollars for his lawyers something here stinks to high heaven and Obama will walk free even if he is not a US citizen because of his color. Meaning the NAACP and other groups will cry racism even if Obama is proved to be wrong. Just as McCain had to produce his birth certificate Obama must do the same but like i said because of his color he will not have to follow the law and its sad. Everyone cry equal rights but when it comes to being right or wrong that does not matter anymore in this country today! The MSM does not want to report on this in fear of being labeled a racist. Just as Obamas ant or who ever she is a ilegal imorgrent and was being paid for by the tax payers of this country and Obama says he knows nothing about it? Just as Obama sat in a church for 20 some years with his wife and kids and said he never knew his pastor was a racist,anti-America or anything else. Just as Obama helped with the Millions man march with Farakon the racists! Just as Obama received Millions of dollars for his campaign from over seas but does not have to follow the campaign laws! Now we have the BELL brothers OBAMA and BIDEN, Ding and DONG in the white house and they both have no clue what they are doing. Thats why Obama picked Clinton as secertary of state so the clintons could help him run this country!

In my opinion Bi-Sexuals who do drugs often contract the Aids Virus. My understanding is that Sinclair the limo-lover is sick. Is it Aids…No one says this involvement with Obama didn’t happen. Maybe that would that mean that everyone who kissed Obama was potentially exposed to Aids if Sinclair is sick like that and he really was in the limo doing whatever it is that he says in his book that he recently penned?
