First of all, I was notified that Dr. Taitz confirmed that the Supreme Court Justices weren’t making a decision until 10am Monday.
Leo Donofrio has provided an update on the Supreme Court Docket, campaigns by other people and radio interviews
today, Friday, December 5, 2008.
“I must admit that past comments of mine regarding the docket entries of Nov. 19, one for the Justice Thomas referral and one for the distribution for conference, might not signify any affirmative action. I cannot get a straight answer from the Supreme Court despite many attempts. Different press sources have also received various explanations as well.
I’ve examined other dockets for applications and I cannot say with any degree of certainty what the docket entries mean. I have requested an explanation from the Clerk numerous times and guidance from the Public Information Office. The PIO did try to help, moreso than the Clerk’s office, but I am more confused than ever.
Muddying the waters is the Reporter’s Guide to Applications Pending Before the United States Supreme Court, specifically page 3.
I am removing from my blog, all references which indicate any knowledge of what the docket entries mean. And let me go on the record to apologize if it turns out that my analysis of the docket was erroneous. I did the best I could with the information I had.
I was told by the stay clerk on Nov. 6 that Justice Thomas would deny a renewed application. But, if what the Reporter’s Guide says is true – that it’s current standard practice for the renewed application to be referred to the full court – then the stay clerk, whose job it is to handle applications, had no business telling me Justice Thomas would deny the renewed application.
And he didn’t deny it. (Donofrio resists temptation to stick out his tongue and say, “Nah na nah na na”… barely.)
The communication and tactics taken by the Supreme Court Clerk’s office have been abysmal. I have absolutely no respect for that office.
Regardless, I take full responsibility for the confusion and must go on record now as saying I have no idea what the docket entries mean, or if they mean anything at all.
I have not been given any information on the disposition of the application at the conference today. SCOTUS did issue a miscellaneous order granting certiorari in two cases today.
The rest of their orders for today should come out on Monday. If I had to read into this, I would say it doesn’t look good, but it’s just a guess. The Public Information Office said they have no information other than what the Court published today. The full order list will be out on Monday.
I wish I could give better guidance, but I can’t.
WORLD NET DAILY LETTER CAMPAIGN
I also want people to know that I appreciate all the letters sent, but I never supported a form letter. I was adamant about that and I was hoping people would formulate their own thoughts and not sign a kind of petition. People need to think and express themselves form their own personal heart and mind.
As I reported below, the letter didn’t address the issues of my case, and the solicitation for participation in the campaign did unfortunately mix up the birth certificate issue, something I’ve really tried to avoid. I believe Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and that the only people with standing to certify that info are the various Secretaries of State.
But I do appreciate so much that people laid out money to support the Constitutional issues raised. And I know it was important for folks to be heard before the conference today. I just don’t like the concept of bulk e mails. It’s not like the Justices will read them over and over. Think about it.
I’m not into herding. I’m into individual expression. And I refuse to tell people what to say. I’ve been consistent about that.
The World Net Daily letter campaign had nothing to do with me and I did not endorse it. But I do appreciate the effort everybody made, including WND. It’s just not my style and never will be.

Remember, the “Election” only BEGINS with the Electoral College, then moves on to the National Archives, and ends in both Houses of Congress. For some reason, who gives the constitutional oath is not specified, but traditionally, it is the Chief Justice (but only traditionally).
However, since 1974, when the Committee on the Judiciary decided that violating the constitutional oath was a high crime and misdemeanor, warranting impeachment, trial, and removal from office, and the Constitution specifically states that “When the President is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside,” I would think that Chief Justice John Roberts will want to have the eligibility and citizenship issues resolved BEFORE he administers the constitutional oath.
The Supreme Court’s turn to review the election results only really begins after midnight, January 6, 2009.
You are asking for a “stay” of the Electoral College because of what Nina Wells failed to do, and then met head-on that Obama had dual citizenship at birth.
Its quite conceivable to me that the Supreme Court will wait and see what Congress does first about all that the National Archives gathers, and only act in January, if any eligibility challenges are still unresolved by Congress.

An interesting article appeared yesterday at Unqualified Reservations, “Did Barack Obama Go to Columbia?“.
Interesting because it speculates that the reason the Obama campaign has not released his Columbia records is–that Barack Obama didn’t really attend Columbia.
Far-fetched?
Perhaps, but not as far-fetched as a candidate getting this far in the political process without the press issuing its normal calls to see his records.
My question is: was Barack Obama ever a student at Columbia? Because here’s how one scurrilous compendium of racist smears puts it:
Obama graduated from Columbia College in 1983, and after spending a year in New York, moved to Chicago.
Wayne Allyn Root says, “I don’t know a single person at Columbia that knows him, and they all know me. I don’t have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia. Ever! … Nobody recalls him. I’m not exaggerating, I’m not kidding.
Questioner: Were you the exact same class?

If Obama released his Columbia records, such speculation–well-reasoned as it is–simply would not be written. Moldbug could be writing about Obama’s re-distributionist policies.
Moldbug asks a few questions that would have been answered already–if Barack Obama had released his Columbia records.
Barack or Barry – note that he is still Barry while at Occidental; at the next place we know he existed, Harvard Law, he has become Barack – spends two years at Columbia. He presumably receives two years worth of college credits. By taking two years worth of college courses.
Furthermore, in every other period of his life, he is known as the gregarious and charismatic young man he obviously was. Nor can his looks be described as ordinary. Nor is even his name ordinary. This man is a future president. And no one remembers him? No one?

The Columbia records are part of a pattern:
no medical records released to the press;
no Occidental records released to the press;
no Harvard University records released to the press;
no Columbia records released to the press;
the fight to gain access to the Chicago Annenberg Challenge records;
no original birth certificate released to the press.
There’s also another pattern: the press is perfectly satisfied to be kept in the dark. In 2004, CBS News had such a burning desire to see George Bush’s service records, they foisted forged documents onto their viewers.
Perhaps that explains why CBS News has exhibited no curiosity to see the unreleased Obama records?

Why is it not possible to call Columbia and ask if Barack Obama or Barry Soetoro attended classes those two years? How about calling every single one of the law professors or any professors who would have taught him and ask THEM if they had him on their roll?

Lets say Obama born in Hawaii from one Kenyan father under British laws and one American mother. It was said they were married kind of 6 months before his birth. And he holds dual nationality. If you read the Dual-Nationality rules, it has one exception. President can not hold Dual Nationality. The Commander In Chief of any country can not hold Dual Citizenship. For Obama to be Natural Born his Kenyan father should be American citizen at the time of his birth. Anyone care to check on his parents marriage? and Inmigration petitions? Would be very interesting to find that Michelle Obama filed a INS petition for her husband Barack Hussein Obama II.

I’m sick to death of the level of corruption in our government. I have yet to speak to ANYONE who wanted any of these bailouts, but Congress approved them anyway. What started out as 700b is now in the trillions and not even being spent as originally intended. None of my so-called “representatives” vote the way the constituents want or need.
