TEA PARTY EXPRESS TO RETURN FOR PART III!

 

“National Tea Party caravan will hold conservative rallies March 27 – April 15
SACRAMENTO, CA – The Tea Party Express (website: http://www.teapartyexpress.org/ ) is planning a 20-day tour that will cross the nation holding Tea Party rallies with the slogan “Just Vote Them Out!” in reference to the upcoming 2010 congressional elections.

The “Tea Party Express III: Just Vote Them Out” tour will rally conservatives in support of principles such as limited government, fiscal responsibility, and an end to the socialist policies being imposed by the Obama administration.

The caravan will launch with a “Mega Rally” in Searchlight, Nevada (population: approximately 500), the tiny hometown of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, on March 27th.

The Searchlight rally will feature numerous conservative celebrities and VIP’s, as well as the candidates vying for Reid’s senate seat. The Searchlight Mega Rally is expected to draw participants from multiple states to an event unprecedented in size and scope for the small town. From there, the Tea Party Express travels eastward towards its final destination of the massive April 15th Tax Day Tea Party rally in Washington, D.C.”

Dear Concerned American Citizen,http://www.discountbookdistributors.com/teabag.aspxFox News televised the partial unloading of more than 1 million of our tea bags at Lafayette Park in Washington, D.C. near the White House this morning (note background of photo)! Unfortunately, representatives of The Patriot Depot and Reagan.org were told by National Park Services officials to reload the truck. Why? Even though the original protest permit was approved, our tea bag team was conveniently told that it was not the “proper” permit. This is an absolute outrage and a denial of our First Amendment rights, which read:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

But our tea bags are not leaving the Capitol City any time soon! We’ve just set up a towering display of more than 1 million tea bags at a new location in Washington, D.C.—the headquarters of a free market think tank, The Competitive Enterprise Institute. Your tea bags are sending a loud and clear message: Enough is Enough.

I have seen this email before and I received it again yesterday and thought it was worth posting. You won’t read about this in the mainstream media. You will read malicious, smear stories about an honorable man, John McCain, in the NY Times.

How Enron Worked the President!

(This is an interesting bit of information that you don’t hear much about.)

1. Enron’s chairman did meet with the president and the vice president in the Oval Office.

2. Enron gave $420,000 to the president’s party over three years.

3. It donated $100,000 to the president’s inauguration festivities.

4. The Enron chairman stayed at the White House 11 times.

5. The corporation had access to the administration at its highest level and even enlisted the Commerce and State Departments to grease deals for it.

6. The taxpayer-supported Export-Import Bank subsidized Enron for more than $600 million in just one transaction.

Scandalous!!


BUT…the president under whom all this happened WASN’T George W. Bush.

SURPRISE!

It was President Bill Clinton!

Pass this on so the whole Country will know. The Media Won’t!
