According to Politico on July 31, 2015, the famous Hillary Clinton health report letter from Dr. Lisa Bardack was released by her campaign.

“Hillary Clinton is a healthy 67-year-old woman who suffers from hypothyroidism, seasonal allergies and takes blood thinners as a precaution against clots, according to a two-page letter from her personal physician released Friday afternoon by her campaign.

“Her cancer screening evaluations are all negative,” Dr. Lisa Bardack, chair of internal medicine at the Mount Kisco Medical Group, and Clinton’s physician since 2001, wrote, summarizing Clinton’s health history. “She is in excellent physical condition and fit to serve as President of the United States.”

In releasing Clinton’s health records, her campaign is hoping to show off a greater level of transparency than any of its rivals. The campaign noted that the former secretary of state is the first 2016 presidential candidate to release health history, a step usually conducted only after a candidate has become its party’s nominee.”

This was accepted as Gospel and used as a comparison to the alleged medical records released on Twitter.

What proof do we have that the letter is legitimate.

I am reminded of the Obama campaign in 2008 releasing a non legitimate form of proof of US birth for Obama.

Conspiracy?

  1. Just because something is a conspiracy theory does not mean it is not true.
  2. I will present facts.

Let’s begin with the alleged Dr. Bardack letter.

According to Snopes, the alleged leaked medical records used the title “Chairman” instead of “Chair” which is used on the letter.

From the website of Dr. Bardack’s employer, which is now called Mount Sinai Health System at CareMount Medical:

“Chairman of the Department of Medicine, CareMount Medical”

Snopes seems to believe this is important.

Does that mean the letter is forged?

Here is one of the aspects of the alleged letter that bothered me the most:

“She is in excellent physical condition and fit to serve as President of the United States.”

Dr’ Bardack’s specialty is listed as Internal Medicine. I see no reference to psychology credentials. And even if she had that expertise, what would make her qualified to state “fit to serve as President of the United States.”

It appears to me that what should have been written, if accurate, is that she is physically fit to be president.

Based on what we know, that is doubtful.

Without going any deeper, this is what we know about the letter:

  1. Snopes believes that “Chairman” on the alleged medical records is incorrect even though it matches the company website.  http://www.caremountmedical.com/directory/people/show/lisa-bardack/
  2. The letter states that Hillary is fit to be president even though the doctor is not qualified to make that determination.
  3. There is no, to my knowledge, confirmation that Dr. Lisa Gartman wrote that letter.

The alleged medical records released on Twitter.

I agree with Snopes. They are alleged and we have no more proof of their being real than we do of the letter.

They do however have the same nomenclature of the company website, ‘Chairman.”

They have no outlandish claim such as Hillary being fit for the presidency.

The medical conclusions are real and appear to match what is being observed about Hillary’s behaviour.

At this point I must believe that the alleged medical records have as much credence as the alleged letter.

Now to the death.

A real Mount Kisco resident died shortly before the alleged medical records were released, Vincent Fleck.
“69-year-old dies during swim portion of New York triathlon”

“Authorities said Vincent Fleck, of Mount Kisco, died after a lifeguard noticed him in distress.”

“Police said it was unknown if Fleck drowned or if he suffered a medical event. The Suffolk County Medical Examiner was set to do an autopsy to determine the cause of death.”

There are numerous internet rumors and articles swirling about attempting to link the death of Vincent Fleck or his son to the alleged medical records release.

There was a theft of a laptop computer from the downtown area of Mount Kisco.

I will leave that to the reader to ponder.

However, Julian Assange and Wikileaks, if you have these emails, please release them now for the good of the US and the world.

“EXCLUSIVE: State Department Won’t Release Clinton Foundation Emails for 27 Months

If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President. The four senior Clinton aides involved were Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.

David N. Bossie, president of Citizens United, which requested the documents under the Freedom of Information Act, called the delay “totally unacceptable” and charged that “the State Department is using taxpayer dollars to protect their candidate, Hillary Clinton.”

“The American people have a right to see these emails before the election,” Bossie told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras, a President Obama-appointed judge, had previously ordered the State Department to release the requested documents by July 21. But Department of Justice lawyers informed Contreras Wednesday night that “the [State] department discovered errors in the manner in which the searches had been conducted in order to capture documents potentially responsive to plaintiff’s request.” The motion was filed by Justice Department attorney Joseph Borson on behalf of the State Department.

Borson also provided new details about how few resources the State Department has devoted to answering 106 separate Freedom of Information Act requests that are pending before it, many of them ordered by federal judges. Only 71 “part-time” retired foreign service officers are being used to review all of the pending FOIA requests.”

“Then there is Teneo Holdings, a global consulting firm with deep Clinton connections. Teneo serves as a kind of private-enterprise satellite to Clinton Inc. Doug Band, Mr. Clinton’s right-hand man for many years, is a Teneo founder. Huma Abedin, Mrs. Clinton’s right-hand woman for many years, was a senior advisor to Teneo at the same time she held a top position as part of Mrs. Clinton’s inner circle at the State Department. Bill Clinton was both a paid adviser to Teneo and a client. Secretary of State Clinton’s former Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland, Declan Kelly, is a Teneo co-founder and CEO.

Teneo boasts of a vast reach across international arenas, partnering “exclusively with the CEOs and senior leaders of many of the world’s largest and most complex companies and organizations.” In a Clintonian claim of cosmic proportions, Teneo says the firm addresses a “range of financial, reputational and transformational challenges and opportunities by combining the disciplines of strategic communications, investor relations, investment banking, financial analytics, executive recruiting, digital analytics, corporate governance, government affairs, business intelligence, management consulting and corporate restructuring on an integrated basis.”

Got that? In fact, Teneo is rather shadowy, with only a few known corporate clients. It is best known for its relation with the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation. Journalists so far have seemed unwilling or unable to penetrate much further into Teneo. But that appears to have changed with Mrs. Clinton’s formal entry into the presidential race and the dawning realization among media types that the Clinton Foundation, Teneo and the disappearing State Dept. emails really do signal that some sort of gigantic sleazy game is afoot.

Still, the task is daunting. Where to begin? The Clinton Method of old, honed in the media wars of the 1990s, was a relentless parry of deny, deflect and defame. Today, most mainstream journalistic organizations do not have the patience or the money for the kind of sustained journalistic digging that is needed for serious investigative reporting. Advantage, Clintons.

But the wild card here, of course, is the new media. This isn’t your mama’s 1990s-style Fourth Estate. Times have changed. Today, social media can create a story tsunami in a matter of hours, even minutes. No one can control it. The legacy media still plays a critical role, but the fact is, it’s the Wild West out there, with thousands of independent operators, including serious investigative reporters, many with little more institutional support than a laptop and a website.

Reporter Ron Brynaert is one example of this new breed of investigative gunslinger. A former executive editor for Raw Story, Brynaert has been digging deep into the Teneo connection and publishing his findings at his blog, “-gate news” and on Twitter. While the media focus on former Clinton aide Doug Band as the key Teneo founder, Brynaert has explored the extensive Clinton ties of Declan Kelly, the Teneo co-founder and CEO. Based on Brynaert’s reporting, Kelly seems to be the real brains behind the operation.”

“As for Abedin, her dual roles have attracted the attention of Senator Chuck Grassley, who wrote the State Department in June 2013 requesting clarification. The State Department and Abedin did not provide Grassley with “a single document,” the senator later said, complaining that a “stone wall” had been put up. Abedin did not reply to Grassley, but wrote State Department officials that “I was not asked, nor did I undertake, any work on Teneo’s behalf before the State Department (and I should note that it is my understanding that Teneo does not conduct business with the Department of State). I also was not asked, nor did I provide, insights about the Department, my work with the Secretary, or any government information to which I may have had access.”

In her letter to State Department officials, linked by Brynaert, Abedin notes that from June 2012 to February 2013, her paying jobs included: work at the State Department as “a part-time consultant;” assisting Secretary Clinton “in her personal capacity…prepare for transition from public service;” work for the Clinton Foundation assessing programs and helping plan for Mrs. Clinton’s “post-State philanthropic activities;” and work for Teneo Holdings providing “strategic advice and consulting services.”

Thus, at the time of the December 2012 event in Belfast, Brynaert notes, Abedin was simultaneously employed by “the State Department, Teneo, the Clinton Foundation and Hillary Clinton” in a personal capacity.

Citing possible misconduct and misrepresentation, Judicial Watch has asked a federal judge to reopen a Freedom of Information lawsuit that sought records related to Abedin’s multiple roles at the State Department and with Teneo.”

But perhaps most indicative of possible favoritism, if not outright corruption, the announcement of the delay came just two days after Bill Clinton’s already controversial private meeting with Lynch — though email hijinx might not have been the sole outcome of the rendezvous.

Bill Clinton might have been seeking some protection of his own.

Former U.S. Attorney Joseph DiGenova exclusively told the Daily Caller the former President “is at least a witness in two criminal investigations, probably a subject in two criminal investigations. He is a person of interest officially to the Department of Justice.”

And as DiGenova emphasized, because both Bill and Hillary stand at the heart of several criminal and corruption probes, the private meeting with Lynch actually violates DoJ policy.

“It’s very important to realize this isn’t just a question of her judgment,” the former U.S. Attorney told the Caller. “The question is the Department of Justice policy on communicating with a side in a case.”

DiGenova explained the DoJ and Lynch have strict obligations to maintain impartiality — and Bill Clinton’s ‘legal status’ as a party to federal investigations should put him off limits for such unofficial and off-the-record meetings.

It is a title he has well earned, if his past writings are any indication.

Stanford University’s library had but one copy of a book Blumenthal co-edited in 1976 titled “Government by Gunplay: Assassination Conspiracy Theories from Dallas to Today.” According to the library card in the book, the book had never been checked out of the library in its 22 years on the shelf.

The book is worth checking today because Blumenthal is closely advising the leader of the Free World and it would be important to know what and how he thinks.

The world knows that Blumenthal is a radical left-winger. His book demonstrates that. Its introduction is written by former CIA agent Philip Agee, who became something of an icon for the left as he fled the country to find safe haven in Castro’s Cuba and later Europe.”

“Of the dozens of intelligence memos that Sidney Blumenthal sent to Hillary Clinton while she served as secretary of state, 23 contained information classified as “Confidential” or “Secret,” a Daily Caller analysis shows.

Sending nearly two dozen sensitive emails makes Blumenthal, a former journalist and aide in the Bill Clinton White House, one of Clinton’s most prolific sharers of classified information. The Democratic presidential candidate herself sent 104 emails containing classified information, The Washington Post found.”

May 30 memo — Blumenthal sent Clinton two memos containing information on German policy on the Eurozone crisis, which had reached full steam at that point. The information in the memos was passed to Blumenthal by sources who had conversations with German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schauble.

In the memo, Blumenthal cautioned Clinton that the information came from “an extremely sensitive source” and “should be handled with care.” He also insisted that the information must not be shared “with anyone associated with the German government.

June 27 memo — A memo entitled “Internal pressures and potential schisms in German government over Euro-zone” is entirely redacted.

July 14 memo — Blumenthal’s memo entitled “Egypt internal politics” came from “sources with access to the highest levels of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, The Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, and Western Intelligence and security services.”

Blumenthal characterized the sources as “extremely sensitive” and cautioned that the information should be “handled with care.””

“Faulting the Benghazi committee for scrutinizing Mr. Blumenthal is like saying the Warren Commission was preoccupied with Lee Harvey Oswald.

In fact, Sidney Blumenthal is all over the Benghazi affair. And Ms. Clinton’s long, strange, close relationship to this shadowy and increasingly untrusted figure might just keep her from winning the White House.”

“To cite another striking example, Mr. Blumenthal sent then-Secretary of State Ms. Clinton reports on the political situation in Libya written by a former senior CIA officer, the recently deceased Tyler Drumheller. Those reports, which Mr. Blumenthal emailed to her in 2011 and 2012, apparently were intended to influence American policy toward Libya in a way favorable to a business project with which Mr. Blumenthal and Mr. Drumheller were involved.”

“But put aside the whole issue of Benghazi and focus on a few other aspects of Sidney Blumenthal’s résumé and consider what it says about Ms. Clinton’s judgment that she considers him one of her closest advisors.

Going back to the Bill Clinton impeachment crisis, Mr. Blumenthal, then the president’s special adviser, spread false rumors that one of Kenneth Starr’s prosecutors abused young boys at a Christian summer camp and that Monica Lewinsky was stalking the president.”

“Mr. Blumenthal was paid as a consultant at least $120,000 annually by the Clinton Foundation, though no one knows for sure how much he received because the foundation’s accounting procedures are shoddy. But whatever the amount, it was quite a tidy haul, and it’s not clear at all what work he performed for the foundation, or if the money was simply given to him as payment for past services performed for the Clinton family.

He was paid that money while he was offering Ms. Clinton unsolicited advice about Libya policy—which she passed around even after other administration officials concluded it was rubbish—and when he was, according to the Times, also working “on and off as a paid consultant to Media Matters and American Bridge, organizations that helped lay the groundwork for Ms. Clinton’s 2016 campaign.” (Media Matters, which was founded by Blumenthal protégé and professional Clinton propagandist David Brock, pays him $200,000 annually, according to The New York Post.)”

“Part of his power also stemmed from his role at the Clinton Foundation, which in theory shouldn’t matter—especially as the foundation and the Obama transition team signed a “Memorandum of Understanding” in November of 2008. The short, vague memorandum was meant to demonstrate that future Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would take no actions that would benefit the family foundation and that foreign governments would not be able to buy access to U.S. policy by donating to the Clinton Foundation.

But the agreement was a joke. It was signed a few days after the election and had no legal meaning after the inauguration, and it also didn’t bind Bill Clinton. Nor did it bind Mr. Blumenthal when he later became a foundation consultant, as the Libya episode shows.”

Lady Hillary pushed, lobbied and secured the pardon and release of a dozen convicted murderers and conspirators, who had committed numerous atrocities in the name of Puerto Rican nationalism that resulted in the death and disfigurement of police officers and innocent victims, all in a sick attempt to appeal to New York’s sizable community of Puerto Rican heritage, which in itself is an insult to the very voters she clumsily hoped to woo.

Now it has been revealed that Lady Hillary personally also secured pardons for a host of convicted felons, all found guilty of either horrendous crimes and/or tremendous rip-offs of the government.

Among these was Susan Rosenberg, who participated in the murders associated with the infamous Brinks armored car robbery decades ago.”

“Her selling of pardons did not end there, however, as she also secured a pardon for Marc Rich, who fled the country, renounced his U.S. citizenship and absconded with some $100 million, nearly half of which was owed in taxes. Are so called journalists getting paid a bonus to go after Trump?

You all have no doubt observed the mainstream media unfairly attack Donald Trump and continue to prop up Obama and Hillary Clinton. It is escalating.

Obama is the biggest liar to ever occupy the White House. He has gone unchallenged by the mainstream media.

The Clintons for the most part, when Slick Willy was president, were minimally challenged.

Hillary, the sociopath, has gotten away with murder.

Sure, I call her Crooked Hillary, but in my world, if someone is crooked, it doesn’t mean you can’t get along. But you can believe me about this — I think she’d be a lousy president.

Now the Department of Justice has filed a motion in federal court seeking a 27 month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings.

“EXCLUSIVE: State Department Won’t Release Clinton Foundation Emails for 27 Months”

“Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.

If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President. The four senior Clinton aides involved were Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.

The State Department originally estimated that 6,000 emails and other documents were exchanged by the aides with the Clinton Foundation. But a series of “errors” the department told the court about Wednesday evening now mean the total has grown to “34,116 potentially responsive documents.”

During Clinton’s four years as America’s chief foreign diplomat, her aides communicated with officials at the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings where Bill Clinton was formerly both a client and paid consultant, on the average of 700 times each month, according to the Justice Department filing.

David N. Bossie, president of Citizens United, which requested the documents under the Freedom of Information Act, called the delay “totally unacceptable” and charged that “the State Department is using taxpayer dollars to protect their candidate, Hillary Clinton.”

“The American people have a right to see these emails before the election,” Bossie told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras, a President Obama-appointed judge, had previously ordered the State Department to release the requested documents by July 21. But Department of Justice lawyers informed Contreras Wednesday night that “the [State] department discovered errors in the manner in which the searches had been conducted in order to capture documents potentially responsive to plaintiff’s request.” The motion was filed by Justice Department attorney Joseph Borson on behalf of the State Department.”

“Huma Abedin simultaneously served as an employee for both Teneo and as deputy chief of staff to Clinton at the State Department in 2012, an issue which Congress has raised as a key conflict of interest.

Mills, Clinton’s chief of staff also worked at the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative while she served at the State Department.”

Secret impeachment evidence against President Clinton sealed by law till the year 2049 is “sensational” and “terrible if it was true,” a Washington Post reporter familiar with some of the material said during a radio interview on Monday.

“There is an awful lot of interesting stuff still under seal that maybe we’ll find out about,” Post reporter Peter Baker, who broke the Monica Lewinsky scandal for that paper, told WOR network radio host Bob Grant. Baker was being interviewed about his new impeachment book, “The Breach.”

“I’ve been privy to some of it,” said Baker. “A little of it is talked about in the book. There was a lot of material that the investigators looked at in (independent counsel Ken) Starr’s office that was very sensational, very – ah – it would be terrible if it was true – but that hadn’t been checked out.”

In his book Baker says that the independent counsel’s office investigated 21 women linked to Clinton.

“Starr’s office went down a number of rabbit trails,” Baker told Grant, “various allegations, some of them involving women that the Paula Jones lawyers had found out about. But they had never fully investigated them the way they had the Monica Lewinsky situation.”

Rick and Beverly Lambert, private investigators hired by Jones’ legal team, told NewsMax.com last year that one of the allegations they were investigating at the close of the Jones case involved the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl by then-Governor Clinton at a cocaine party hosted by Dan Lasater.

The Lamberts also tracked down Juanita Broaddrick, the Arkansas nursing home operator who said that Clinton had raped her when he was state attorney general.

Hillary’s lies and efforts to keep her records hidden are reminiscent of Obama’s. But so are her ties to criminals and corruption.

Washington–When Webster Hubbell was indicted yet again — this time on 15 counts stemming from allegedly criminal legal work he did with Hillary Clinton — the Associated Press described the major Whitewater crook as a “former golf buddy of the president’s” and Reuters called him “a confidant and golfing partner.”
Thus do major media continue to distort the scandals of the Clinton machine — building up trivial targets such as Linda Tripp and minimizing central figures such as Hubbell. Here are a few of the things worth knowing about this central figure:

— Hubbell’s relationship with the Clintons goes back to the 1970s. In fact, Webster Hubbell’s father-in-law, Seth Ward (another mystery figure in the Whitewater saga) was one of the members of the Little Rock Airport Commission that hired Hillary as its lawyer in 1978 after dumping another attorney.

— In 1983, Hubbell, Hillary, and her purported lover Vince Foster joined in an investment scheme that named each other (rather than their spouses) as beneficiaries, according to Clinton biographer Roger Morris.

— In the mid-1980s Hubbell helped to draft the legislation that allowed the later notorious Arkansas Development Finance Authority to take over most of the best state bond business. The bonds, involving hundreds of millions of dollars, were personally approved by Clinton and his cronies with the details handled by the brokerage firm of subsequently jailed drug distributor and Roger Clinton drug debt underwriter Dan Lasater. AFDA became a political piggy bank for Clinton’s friends or, as we say these days, his golf buddies.

— According to Morris, Hubbell, Hillary, and Foster “staged a veritable coup to wrest control of the Rose Law firm in 1988.”

— In February 1993, TPR reported, “As Clinton was fumbling around trying to find an attorney general, the Justice Department was under the watchful, albeit highly unofficial, eye of Webb Hubbell, Hillary Clinton’s former law partner.

Hubbell is also a close buddy of Clinton’s. Back when Clinton decided it was time for a state ethics commission, he appointed Hubbell to it. After the state house of representatives passed strong ethics legislation, it got hung up in the state senate. Thereupon, according to the New York Times last spring, Clinton, Hubbell and others rewrote the legislation to exempt the governor from some of its most rigorous provisions. …. Hubbell also was the lawyer for Park on Meter, a parking meter manufacturer in Russellville, Arkansas, which received the first industrial development loan (for $2.75 million) from the Arkansas Development Finance Authority in 1985. It has been suspected that POM was doing a lot more than making parking meters — specifically that it had secret federal contracts to make components of chemical and biological weapons and devices to carry them on C-130s for the Contras.”

— Charles R. Smith of Softwar newsletter reported recently that “Republican insiders are grumbling” that their efforts to investigate Webster Hubbell’s involvement in the handling of encryption technology has been blocked “because the secret National Security Agency is threatening to retaliate against Hill members.” At issue is Hubbell’s role in the Clipper chip fiasco in which the NSA-pushed “bug on chip” was to be required on all telephones, faxes and computer modems. Softwar quoted a Republican Capitol Hill staff member as saying that the NSA ‘does not want Hubbell investigated.’ The NSA has quietly threatened to ‘out any congressional member like Burton’ who mentions Hubbell with encryption and China.

— Hubbell was eventually convicted not of some offense the Washington establishment now regards as trivial — such as lying to a grand jury or obstruction of justice — but of the real crime of tax evasion and mail fraud involving the theft of nearly a half million dollars from his partners at the Rose firm and failing to pay nearly $150,000 in taxes.

— After quitting the Justice Department and before going to jail, Hubbell was a busy man. He met with Hillary Clinton, and followed up by getting together with major scandal figures John Huang, James Riady, and Ng Lapseng. Riady and Huang went to the White House every day from June 21 to June 25, 1994 according to White House records. Hubbell had breakfast and lunch with Riady on June 23.

Four days later — and one week after Hubbell’s meeting with Hillary — the Hong Kong Chinese Bank, jointly owed by Lippo and the Chinese intelligence services, sent $100,000 to Hubbell. Huang, incidentally, formerly worked for the Hong Kong Chinese Bank. Hubbell also received $400,000 from other sources.

— Three weeks later, according to the Washington Weekly, Huang began working for the Commerce Department, receiving numerous top secret intelligence briefings and making extraordinary use of the fax machine at a Stephens Inc office across the street from Commerce.

— Here is the president’s response to a news conference question about whether the Lippo Group’s hiring of Webb Hubbell after he resigned from the Justice Department and shortly before he went to jail wasn’t a bit suspicious. For your benefit, we have numbered Clinton’s denials: “(1)Well, first of all, I didn’t know about it. (2) To the best of my recollection, I didn’t know anything about his having that job until I read about it in the press. (3) And I can’t imagine who could have ever arranged to do something improper like that and no one around here knows about it. (4) And I can tell you categorically that that did not happen. (5) I knew nothing about it — no — none of us did — before it happened. (6) And I didn’t personally know anything about it till I read about it in the press . . . (7) And I am just telling you it’s not so.”

— Although supposedly cooperating with the independent prosecutor, Hubbell has never revealed what he did for Lippo, telling a 1996 congressional hearing only that “nobody promised me a damn thing.”

— Hubbell was accused of other cons after his departure from the Justice Department. LA controller Rick Tuttle charged that Hubbell defrauded the city by submitting consulting bills that were “materially false” and which “greatly exaggerates the services provided.” The LA contract — dreamed up by some Clintonistas — was one of the sweetheart deals provided Hubbell to help him wile away the time before going to jail.”

“Clinto’s State Dept. calendar missing scores of entries”

“An Associated Press review of the official calendar Hillary Clinton kept as secretary of state identified at least 75 meetings with longtime political donors, loyalists, Clinton Foundation contributors and corporate and other outside interests that were not recorded or were listed without the names of those she met.

The missing entries raise new questions about how Clinton and her inner circle handled government records documenting her State Department tenure — in this case, why the official chronology of her four-year term does not closely mirror other more detailed records of her daily meetings.

At a time when Clinton’s private email system is under scrutiny by an FBI criminal investigation, the calendar omissions reinforce concerns that she sought to eliminate the “risk of the personal being accessible” — as she wrote in an email exchange that she failed to turn over to the Obama administration but was subsequently uncovered in a top aide’s inbox.

The AP found the calendar omissions by comparing the 1,500-page historical record of Clinton’s daily activities as secretary of state with separate planning schedules often supplied to Clinton by aides in advance of each day’s events. The AP obtained the planning schedules as part of its federal lawsuit against the State Department. At least 114 outsiders who met with Clinton were not listed in her calendar, the AP’s review found.

Clinton’s State Department calendar omitted the identities of a dozen top Wall Street and business leaders who met with her during a private breakfast at the New York Stock Exchange in September 2009, minutes before she appeared in public at the exchange to ring the market’s ceremonial opening bell.

State Department planning schedules from the same day listed the names of all Clinton’s breakfast guests — most of whose firms had lobbied the government and donated to her family’s global charity, the Clinton Foundation. The event was closed to the press and merited only a brief mention in her calendar, which omitted all the names — among them Blackstone Group Chairman Steven Schwarzman, PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi and then-New York Bank of Mellon CEO Robert Kelly.

The missing or heavily edited entries in Clinton’s calendar also omitted private dinners with political donors, policy sessions with groups of corporate leaders and “drop-bys” with old Clinton campaign hands. Among those whose names were omitted from her calendar were longtime adviser Sidney Blumenthal, lobbyist and former Clinton White House chief of staff Thomas “Mack” McLarty and Clinton campaign bundler Haim Saban.

The AP first sought Clinton’s calendar and schedules from the State Department in August 2013, but the agency would not acknowledge even that it had the material. After nearly two years of delay, the AP sued the State Department in March 2015. The department agreed in a court filing last August to turn over Clinton’s calendar, and provided the documents in November. After noticing discrepancies between Clinton’s calendar and some schedules, the AP pressed in court for all of Clinton’s planning material. The U.S. has released about one-third of those planners to the AP, so far.

The State Department censored both sets of documents for national security and other reasons, but those changes were made after the documents were turned over to the State Department at the end of Clinton’s tenure.”

“What is Obama hiding? What was Obama doing on November 4, 1999? What was Obama doing when he was not attending Illinois Senate sessions?

Obama claims that he either did not have records or that they remain with the official senate records. Barack Obama was not present for the senate session on November 4, 1999. Obama must have had his own appointment book or other personal records. Obama must have kept records for tax purposes. Here are some of the responses Obama has given when asked to supply records of his activities:

“I have no idea. I mean [muffled on recording]. I really don’t. Again, I did not have at my disposal. I wasn’t preparing for the Obama state senatorial library.”
“The problem is whatever remaining documents I have are inevitably incomplete. And then the questions going to be, where’s this or where’s that. Once I start heading down that road, then it puts me in a position that could end up being misleading. I don’t want to mislead people. I don’t know the extent of the records that I have as a state senator.”
“And so, you know, what I think, what I think, is not, doesn’t make sense is to say, to able to take credit for whatever Clinton Administration successes that she wants, and then selectively distance herself from any Clinton Administration failures, and not have some sort of public record that allows people to get a sense of that. Now, my sense is that this is information that, if they wanted to accelerate the process, so that it was available before this election, they could get it out there.”
“We have just gone through one of the most secretive administrations in our history, and not releasing, I think, these records at the same time, Hillary, as you’re making the claim that this is the basis for your experience, I think, is a problem.”
“We did not keep those records.”
“The stuff that I did not keep has to do with, for example, my schedule. I didn’t have a schedule. I was a state senator. I wasn’t intending to have the Barack Obama State Senate Library. I didn’t have 50 or 500 people to, to help me archive these issues.”
“Nobody has requested specific documents.”
“I don’t know.” Where, where are the—where are your records? (My note – This is the response I get from many Obama supporters.)

“We had one district director. I had one staff person, so, you know, we didn’t have some elaborate sort of system. I didn’t at my disposal millions of dollars and potentially multiple staff people to conduct an archive. Now keep in mind, it is apples and oranges. First of all, I’m not the one who has made this an issue. We saw during the debate, Senator Clinton was asked about it and the suggestion was somehow they’ve done all they could. And my simple point was, I don’t think there is some smoking gun in these archives or something, or some damning evidence. The only point that I’ve made is that, you know, Senator Clinton continues to base her claim on experience, in part, in substantial part, on her role as first lady, because if her, you know, experience was just based on her tenure as an elected official, it’s thinner than mine. So, I think it’s fair for people to ask, you know, what exactly was she doing, if that’s a substantial claim that she is making. So, I’m not interested in playing a game of gotcha, where I think there is evidence of something. I’m assuming most of this stuff is pretty mundane, you know, stuff. But what we do know is that she was involved in health care. Based on the questions you just asked me, or [New York Times reporter Jeff] Zeleny just asked me today, there’s this sense of, well, yeah, I was in charge of health care, but the fact that it didn’t work out, wasn’t my fault. That, we’ve at least got a public record that she was involved. From that point forward, we really have no idea what she was involved in. And so, you know, what I think, what I think, is not, doesn’t make sense is to say, to able to take credit for whatever Clinton Administration successes that she wants, and then selectively distance herself from any Clinton Administration failures, and not have some sort of public record that allows people to get a sense of that. Now, my sense is that this is information that, if they wanted to accelerate the process, so that it was available before this election, they could get it out there.”

Any rational objective person reading Obama’s responses to being asked about his records has got to see a red flag.

Couple Obama’s evasive posture with the lies he has told, his hypocrisy and suspect associations, his being absent from the Illinois Senate on November 4, 1999 and Larry Sinclair’s allegations of a drug and sex encounter between November 3 to November 8, 1999, One has to demand some straight answers.

Larry Sinclair has some credibility issues.

Barack Obama has some credibility issues.

Larry sinclair has been attacked personally for the allegations he made. I have been attacked personally for asking simple questions. The more Larry is attacked and the more I am attacked, the more I am convinced that Obama is hiding something.

Larry Sinclair filed a complaint in District Court of Washington DC. Larry’s complaint states that multiple lies have been told about him. Recently, Judge Kennedy approved the subpoenas that Larry’s side had requested. Here is a copy of the judge’s approval:”

The mainstream media is doing their best, as they have in the past, to cover for Hillary Clinton and attack her opponents. This time Donald Trump.

I am doing my part to resurrect articles about Hillary that have been scrubbed from the internet.

It’s too bad that the mainstream press kept Hillary Clinton’s
record for using taxpayer resources to feather her own nest a
secret from New Yorkers during last year’s election campaign.

After she was safely ensconced in her U.S. Senate seat, the dam
broke on Mrs. Clinton’s financial gluttoney, much to the surprise
of New York voters, if not NewsMax.com readers.

First came the reports that New York’s new senator had snagged
an $8 million book deal – a blatant conflict of interest given
that the Senate has regulatory power over her publisher’s parent
company.

Then America learned that Hillary had solicited friends through
a furniture fund of sort, whereby donors could buy her all sorts
of pricey goods through a bridal-like registery at her favorite
department store. (Denise Rich donated a $7,000 couch.)

Next came news that the sticky-fingered first lady had made off
with all sorts of furnishings when she departed the White House –
pieces donated by folks who thought they were helping to
redecorate “The People’s House.”

What a shame none of this news broke before New Yorkers
installed Hillary in the Senate, where she’s keeping up the fine
family tradition of cashing in at every turn.

Today New Yorkers awoke to discover they’ll be picking up the
cool half-million-dollar annual tab for Mrs. Clinton’s Manhattan
Senate office, which makes it the most expensive congressional
digs in the country.

“She’s like royalty. She’s the ex-president’s wife. She lived in
the White House for eight years, for crying out loud,” one real
estate agent told the New York Post, which first reported Mrs.
Clinton’s gold-plated rental. (See the full Post report on
NewsMax.com’s main page.)

Looking back, wouldn’t it have been nice if a reporter or two
had spent a moment before the election revisiting Cattlegate –
just so New Yorkers might have had a clue as to what they were
getting themselves into.

Would it have been too much to ask of the journalists Mrs.
Clinton deigned to speak to that they inquire about the lies she
told in 1994, regarding that scandal, in a press conference where
she claimed to have turned $1,000 into $100,000 by reading the
Wall Street Journal?

Or how about a story that foreshadowed in spades Mrs. Clinton’s
cavalier attitude toward the hard-earned money of New York
taxpayers.

When NewsMax revisted reports nine months before the election
that Hillary had personally bilked New Yorkers out of $100,000 in
education funds way back in 1991, the establishment press kept
obediently silent.

Personal entreaties to newspaper editors went nowhere, despite
the fact that some of their own reporters had broken the story in
1994 and covered it again in 1996, when New York governor George
Pataki launched an official investigation.

How unfortunate that New York voters weren’t told how Hillary
aced a sweetheart deal 10 years ago that allowed her to collect
$8,000 a month from the state’s taxpayers, courtesy of a
bureacratic boondoggle created by New York’s then-Democratic
governor Mario Cuomo.

It was called “The National Center on Education and the Economy”
and Hillary milked it for all she could until her husband
announced he was seeking the White House.

Investigators never did figure out just what Sen. Clinton did
for all that money. There were no time sheets or any other record
of her labors. Unless you count travel expenses, for which she
was reimbursed an additional $11,000.

Perhaps the establishment press thought it would be unfair to
report this sort of thing before the election – lest Americans
get the impression their first lady was, well, a money-obsessed,
greedy gold digger with a sense of entitlement Queen Victoria
would have envied.

Better New York voters learn that now, when it’s too late.”
