The MSM has not covered the story of the Philip J Berg lawsuit served
on Barack Obama, the DNC and the FEC. Many people have contacted us
in disbelief at the lack of MSM coverage. It is our duty to keep you
informed and we will continue to do so. If you are unaware of the details
regarding the lawsuit, click on the page link at the top of this blog.
Here are the response deadlines for the Philip J Berg lawsuit:

Barack Obama has been served a lawsuit initiated by Philip J Berg
and must respond by September 24, 2008. Obama is a Harvard Law
School graduate. If Obama is indeed qualified for the presidency
why didn’t he proactively prove this at the beginning. All we have
seen so far is a fake COLB on his website and other sites. To add insult
to injury, factcheck.org, tied to Annenberg, has proclaimed the
COLB real.

It is now a near certainty that Obama was born in Kenya and that
Obama lied on his bar application by leaving out alias and traffic
violations. Multiple family members attest to Obama’s Kenyan birth
and a African website months ago proclaimed his Kenyan birth. Since
Obama has not provided credentials to prove he is qualified for the
presidency, how will Obama respond to the lawsuit? Here are some
issues that need resolving:

Obama was born in Kenya.
Obama may have a document from Hawaii that is a substitute.
The COLB produced by the Obama camp is fake.
Obama was a citizen of Indonesia. There is a AP photo that
shows his name as Barry Soetoro and a citizen of Indonesia.
Obama claimed to be a US citizen and omitted his alias and traffic
violations on his bar application.
Obama apparently did not renounce other citizenships and pledge
allegiance to the US at age eighteen.
There is no evidence of Obama registering with Selective Service.
Obama ran for the Democrat Nomination for president and with full
knowledge that he was not qualified and that this lawsuit had been
filed, proceeded with impunity for the law and the political process.

If the past is any determiner of the future, Obama will use diversions and attacks and continue to act outside of the law.

Philip J Berg has provided an update regarding Obama’s birth certificate. Here are some exerpts from his website:

“We have a further analysis into the Certificate of Live Birth documents (COLB) posted on Mr. Obama’s website, fightthesmears.com.

The COLB posted and analyzed on the Daily Kos and the COLB posted by factcheck.org, were found to be altered and forged.

Ron Polarik specializes in computer graphics with over 20 years experience with computers, printers, and typewriters. He holds a PhD in Instructional Media, took on this project, prior to our asking, and has been working on it for several months.

Mr. Polarik has prepared an updated and extensive report regarding these forgeries and altered COLBS. Mr. Polarik took it a step further and obtained further review to collaborate his findings.

Overview

In the June 9, 2008 edition of National Review Online, writer Jim Geraghty posted the following story to his blog, the Campaign Spot:

Obama Could Debunk Some Rumors By Releasing His Birth Certificate.

Having done some Obama-rumor debunking that got praise from Daily Kos (a sign of the apocalypse, no doubt), perhaps the Obama campaign could return the favor and help debunk a bunch of others with a simple step: Could they release a copy of his birth certificate? Reporters have asked for it and been denied, and the state of Hawaii does not make such records public…There are several (unlikely) rumors circulating regarding Obama’s birth certificate.

Geraghty listed these rumors as (1) Obama was born in Kenya, (2) Obama’s middle name is really “Muhammad” and (3) Obama’s first name is really “Barry,” as he was called when he was a child growing up in Indonesia. Geraghty concluded his article by saying that “If the concern of the Obama campaign is that the certificate includes…some other data that could be useful to identity thieves, that information could easily be blocked out and the rest released.”

Three days later, as if on cue, the pro-Obama Daily Kos blog posted an image of what they claimed was a scanned copy of Barack Obama’s “original birth certificate” sent to them by the Obama Campaign:”

Evil and stupid is a bad combination

Heather Mallick has insulted Sarah Palin, John McCain, Alaska
and the US. Just when I thought that the Hollywood types supporting
Obama had the lowest IQ’s (subliminal message Matt Damon) and the
lowest morals, along comes a lower life form that Greta Van Sustern
referred to as a pig last night. I would not insult pigs that way.
I do not believe that Heather Mallick speaks for many canadians. Here
are some exerpts from her column:

“I assume John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his vice-presidential partner in a fit of pique because the Republican money men refused to let him have the stuffed male shirt he really wanted. She added nothing to the ticket that the Republicans didn’t already have sewn up, the white trash vote, the demographic that sullies America’s name inside and outside its borders yet has such a curious appeal for the right.”

“Palin was not a sure choice, not even for the stolidly Republican ladies branch of Citizens for a Tackier America. No, she isn’t even female really. She’s a type, and she comes in male form too.

John Doyle, the cleverest critic in Canada, comes right out and calls Palin an Alaska hillbilly. Damn his eyes, I wish I’d had the wit to come up with it first. It’s safer than “white trash” but I’ll pluck safety out of the nettle danger. Or something.”

“Palin has a toned-down version of the porn actress look favoured by this decade’s woman, the overtreated hair, puffy lips and permanently alarmed expression. Bristol has what is known in Britain as the look of the teen mum, the “pramface.” Husband Todd looks like a roughneck; Track, heading off to Iraq, appears terrified. They claim to be family obsessed while being studiously terrible at parenting. What normal father would want Levi “I’m a ___kin’ redneck” Johnson prodding his daughter?”

“These two entities — Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac — are not facing any kind of financial crisis, the more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing.

“I join as a cosponsor of the Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005, S. 190, to underscore my support for quick passage of GSE regulatory reform legislation. If Congress does not act, American taxpayers will continue to be exposed to the enormous risk that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac pose to the housing market, the overall financial system, and the economy as a whole.”

Obama and his democrat buddies never let the truth get in the way
of a good story. Never has this been more true than now in the face
of a financial crisis in this country. A financial crisis Obama and
his party created. What do Obama and Barney Frank have in common
besides being Democrats. They both were listed in the top 25
recipients of campaign contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
and they both are hypocrites. Obama is number 3 on the the list
and Barney Frank is 16. Obama, the candidate of change, was in
bed with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac yet he criticizes John McCain,
who along with George Bush, tried to fix the problem.

This is stunningly naive. Recent statements by Barney Frank (D., Mass.), the chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, and Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.), a powerful member of the Senate Banking Committee, make clear that Congress will never let them be privatized, broken up, slimmed down, nationalized or any of the other options hopeful reformers are putting forth today. Fannie and Freddie in their current form are just what Congress wants: an inexhaustible source of campaign contributions and funds for favored groups.

Philip J Berg has responded to the email I sent earlier regarding questions posed by Jeff Schreiber. Here is some of the dialogue Jeff Schreiber had with Mr. Berg:

“I ran into Philip Berg yesterday at the courthouse here in Philadelphia and, knowing from previous cases against McCain what to expect from Judge Alsup in California, once again asked him about standing. I mentioned that, just as McCain and the GOP did against Markham Robinson, Barack Obama and the DNC will likely respond to the complaint with a similar motion to dismiss for lack of standing, and asked why he felt his situation was so markedly different than those of Robinson or John Hollander.

Berg maintained that this is a constitutional issue, and that Robinson did not necessarily frame it in that regard, and mentioned that during the initial hearing on the temporary restraining order Judge Surrick asked about his standing and was satisfied enough with the answer so as not to dismiss the case outright. Personally, I look at the constitutional nature of Berg’s suit as sufficient to satisfy questions of subject matter jurisdiction, not standing.”

Barack Obama, the DNC and the FEC have been served with the Philip J Berg lawsuit stating that Obama is not qualified to be president. Obama must respond by September 24, 2008. Jeff Schreiber has a blog, America’s Right. He descibes himself as:

I spoke to Zach of the Zach Jones is Home blog yesterday. He has a new article about the reform John McCain attempted on Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac in 2005. Zach stated that if the reform had succeeded, we would not be in the mess we are today. Here are some exerpts:

If you ever had to form a committee from a dozen hollywood types and obtain an aggregate IQ equal to that of a squirrel, you would have a tremendous challenge (Jon Voight and Dennis Miller excluded).

Matt Damon, who has played the role of genius, but apparently was performing the acting job of the ages, has insulted Sarah Palin and all women. Here are some of the brilliant statements from Matt Damon:
