The State of Georgia 2020 election process has been fraught with irregularities and controversy. The election results they have just “certified” are suspect and must receive an outside audit.
Red Flag 1: The State of Georgia purchased the Dominion Voting Systems election processing system in 2019 shortly after the State of Texas did their third test since 2012 and reported their results of rejecting it.
Red Flag 2: Multiple counties did not finish processing of thousands of ballots. Some were reported by the press and others revealed by the audit.

Red Flag 3: Georgia had a voter participation rate of 69%. Contrast that with Wisconsin with 88% and NC with 75%. With a high turnout reported in the press it is apparent that some ballots are missing and uncounted.
Red Flag 4: The County of DeKalb.
DeKalb County Analysis
North Carolina and Georgia are very similar.
Their population is almost identical.
NC went for Trump. An outside audit and rectification should reveal that GA did too.
As noted above, NC had a voter participation rate of 75%. Georgia 69%.
The following calcs and data are taken from the latest data from the State of Georgia.
The voter participation rate in DeKalb was 67.8%.
President Trump received 15.7% of the votes in DeKalb.
The 2 numbers above do not pass the reasonableness test.
DeKalb County traditionally votes at a high rate for Democrats.
But not this high.
The low participation rate is a huge red flag and leads one to the conclusion that ballots were not counted.

DeKalb changed +560 for Biden.
The vote count increased by 732.
A DeKalb County election manager was just fired.
“The DeKalb County Department of Voter Registration and Elections (VRE) said in a statement Friday morning that a manager had been fired after it was discovered that he had not followed established protocols and disregarded required processes necessary to account for and record all legal and verified ballots. ”

9,626 vote error found during recount.
“David Shafer, chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, claimed in a tweet this morning that a major error discovered in DeKalb County would “cancel out Trump’s gains from Fayette, Floyd, and Walton” counties.
He wrote on Twitter, “One of our monitors discovered a 9,626 vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump — an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump.””

October 28, 2020 warning.
“If everything goes to hell in DeKalb County on election night, Lane Flynn and John Jackson both want you to know you were warned.
The chairmen of both the DeKalb Republicans and the DeKalb Democrats have issued stern warnings about a lack of communication and apparent bungling at the Dekalb County elections office, with less than a week to go. DeKalb County might be the fulcrum upon which control of the United States Senate turns. It’s that important.
And Jackson, the pugnacious new leader of DeKalb County’s Democratic committee, wants the not-really-independent chairman of the election’s board and the director of voter registration and elections to resign. Now. Actually a couple of weeks ago.
Apparently, election operations here might end up in that kind of trouble, and Jackson wants to make sure there’s nothing ambiguous after the fact about where he thinks fault lies. Jackson isn’t seeing the transparency he wants, leaving him one pissed off Marine.
Meanwhile, Lane Flynn with the county GOP posted a note this morning that the office hasn’t started reviewing absentee ballots ahead of time, even though the secretary of state’s office cleared them to start on the 19th.
“As of a week before Election Day, it is unknown to me whether or how many absentee ballots have been scanned, what if any process is in place for handling ballots that cannot be read by the scanners, who is processing any such ballots, or whether or when our volunteers will be permitted to review any such votes as required by law,” Flynn wrote. “As a result, I cannot say with any degree of confidence whether absentee ballot counting can be finished by Nov. 13, also as required by law.””
