“Why has Obama, since taking the White House, used Justice Department Attorneys, at taxpayer expense,  to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells

“I do not know where Barack Obama was born. I do know that he has used taxpayer dollars to keep his records hidden.”…Citizen Wells

“As soon as all the corrections which happened to be necessary in any particular number of the Times had been assembled and collated, that number would be reprinted, the original copy destroyed, and the corrected copy placed on the files in it’s stead. This process of continuation alteration was applied not only to newspapers, but to books, periodicals, pamphlets, posters, leaflets, films, sound tracks, cartoons, photographs–to every kind of literature or documentation which might conceivably hold any political or ideological significance. Day by day and almost minute by minute the past was brought up to date. In this way every prediction made by the Party could be shown by documentary evidence to be correct; nor was any item of news, or expression of opinion, which conflicted with the needs of the moment, ever allowed to be on record.”…George Orwell, “1984″

Sherrif Joe Arpaio is poised to present more shocking information about Obama’s birth certificate and other records. It appears that CNN, in typical Orwellian fashion, is attempting to preempt Arpaio’s factual findings with contrived information in an attempt to discredit him and anyone else questioning Obama.

Has CNN committed fraud?

“CNN COMMITS FRAUD IN OBAMA “BIRTHGATE””

“The “BIRTHGATE” scandal is still unfolding after CNN committed an act of “Fraud” upon the American people on May 30th 2012 by writing, producing, editing and broadcasting a report with a microfiche copy of a long form birth certificate knowing it is not Barack Obama’s yet claiming it was.

Deceit or “Fraud” occurs when a person makes a factual misrepresentation, knowing that it is false (or having no belief in its truth and being reckless as to whether it is true) and intending it to be relied on by the recipient, and the recipient acts to his or her detriment in reliance on it.

I will refer to this microfiche at the 1 minute 22 second point in the video used by CNN as (Exhibit A) for it is evidence of “Fraud” by claiming it belongs to the putative President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama when they knew that it did not. CNN had also previously included (Exhibit A) in another report where they referred to it as “another man’s” and the use of (Exhibit A) in their report on the 30th was wholly designed to mislead the public into believing Obama is entitled to citizenship status needed for eligibility to the Office of the President of the United States.

CNN claims (Exhibit A), which is a (negative) copy of microfiche of a CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH was released by Obama 4 years ago, although he did not. What Obama purportedly released in 2008 was an online digital image of a COLB or Certification of Live Birth. They are NOT the same. He has never released microfiche. After the original digital image of the COLB became a problem because it was missing the raised seal then later photographs of other short-form documents (COLB) were released having their own problems.

Here is a screen shot of (Exhibit A) from the CNN report from the 30th:”

“One does not have to look very far to know that a news organization can perpetrate “Fraud” on a level such that its impact on the American public is enormously widespread and devastating to both the organization committing an act of “Fraud” which is a crime and the public having been harmed. The Jayson Blair scandal at the New York Times and the Killian Document Controversy where the resignation of news broadcasting veteran anchor Dan Rather and the firing of his producer Mary Mapes at CBS are two of the more serious that comes to mind.

On April 25th 2011, just 2 days before Barack Obama released a multi-layered digital image purported to be a copy of his long form birth certificate; CNN filed a report on the controversy.
(hat-tip ObamaReleaseYourRecords) There is a very critical point to make here. Gary Tuchman the reporter set the tone of the story so as to be derisive and denigrating to people whom (the media) had labeled the pejorative term of “birther.” They should have reported on this in 2007 when Barack Obama declared he was running for President so that Americans wouldn’t go to the polls and be voting for an ineligible candidate; however CNN refused to investigate this at that time.

Keep in mind it is still a controversy because Barack Obama has continuously refused to release his original birth records and he and the media including CNN have ridiculed those asking for them to be released into the public record because Americans on a daily basis have to do so for things in their own life such as signing up for Little League baseball and getting a passport.

It is of significant consequence that the updated Gary Tuchman report using (Exhibit A) was broadcast on Anderson Cooper 360, a show that has gained a reputation of not just being confrontational but hostile to its own guests for wanting to know the TRUTH and veracity of Obama’s birth narrative. In light of this history of hostility by this show toward its guests and now this blatant deception arguably rises to the level of malice toward a political subset of the American public in particular. What is most disturbing is CNN is knowingly making false claims thereby intentionally attempting to deceive the American people to give legitimacy to a man that has usurped the Office of the President of the United States and aid and abet him in the ongoing commission of a crime and widening cover-up. So could this “other man” be Barry Soetoro, Barack Soebarkah or Harrison J. Bounel?

The timing of this act of “Fraud” upon the American people is also very significant, because Sheriff Arpaio of Maricopa County Arizona has recently announced he will be holding another highly anticipated press conference surrounding the ongoing investigation into the authenticity of the purported long form birth certificate and other evidence of felony identity fraud which is scheduled to occur in the next few days or weeks. Investigators from his Cold Case Posse have just returned from Hawaii and have indicated they have “shocking” new evidence to reveal to the American public.

Americans should immediately call for accountability from both the FCC and CNN itself by demanding the firing of all of those responsible for this egregious “Fraud” as well as an expectation of an official retraction by CNN. Public repudiation should be ongoing until such time CNN complies with the public’s demands.”

Donald Trump speech NC GOP Convention, MSNBC Greensboro News Record cover Trump on Obama birth certificate Kenya and college records, Media threats to Romney

“The Solomon Bill, requiring students at Columbia and other colleges to register for the draft and references to Obama being born in Kenya until 2008, explain why Obama did not register for the draft and why Obama’s Selective Service Application was forged.”…Citizen Wells

From MSNBC June 1, 2012.

“Donald Trump on Friday warned that the media are the biggest threat to Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign, but added that the press he has garnered for the Republican nominee has caused his poll numbers to rise “very substantially.”

Speaking at the North Carolina GOP Convention, Trump praised Romney for his business experience and promise to stand up against China and fight for American economic interests. But the business mogul also focused a portion of his speech on his questions about where President Obama was born. It is the reason why on Tuesday, when Romney earned the 1,144 delegates necessary to secure his party’s nomination, much of the news cycle was devoted to his decision to appear with Trump at a fundraiser that day.

A desire by the media to protect Obama is the reason Trump told the more than 1,000 people gathered here that reporters are “really dishonest” and “the biggest thing Mitt Romney has to fear is the press. They don’t tell the truth.”

But, speaking to reporters after the speech, Trump said it was the media attention he drew for Romney that led to a spike in the polls. “I think he got the headline on a day where I did get a lot of press, and interestingly, since then, his polls numbers have gone up very substantially,” Trump said of his appearance with Romney. “So I really think, and he really thinks, that the press has helped and it’s been good.”

And during his address, Trump again used his appearance as a platform to question the president’s birth certificate, the reason he has branded himself as a controversial figure on the national political scene. Calling for the president to release his college records, Trump said, “There is one line called place of birth, I’d like to see what he said..Perhaps it’s going to say Hawaii, perhaps it’s going to say Kenya.”

He dismissed that his motives were based in race by citing his recent decision to award African American actor Arsenio Hall the winner of his reality TV show “Celebrity Apprentice.”

“Somebody said, ‘Oh, because I brought up the birth certificate, I’m a racist. I said, ‘How can I be a racist, I just picked Arsenio Hall,” said Trump.
Asked after the event why he continues to bring up the issue of the president’s birth certificate, Trump said it was the demand from people who want to hear him talk about it, pointing out that the loudest applause line of his nearly hour-long speech came when he was questioning the president’s birthplace.

Trump’s speech tonight hit on many of the themes that made him a popular figure a year ago when he was mulling over his own presidential run. He called the United States “a patsy” for not take a stronger stance towards China, and he even gave credit to former President Bill Clinton and Newark Mayor Cory Booker for not condemning Romney’s work at Bain Capital. He urged the United States to take oil from Iraq to help pay for the war there.

Trump, who has said he likes making money and creating jobs, used Friday’s news of an uptick in unemployment to bolster his argument against Obama’s economic record. “This is bad news and frankly you could say good news for the Republicans in terms of an election, but I don’t care. We love the country first, so it’s bad news as far as I’m concerned.”

But despite his ability to excite some members of the Republican party, he dismissed any talk of joining a presidential ticket.
“A lot of people tell me that, but I don’t see it,” said Trump.”

The Greensboro News Record, which has provided a lot of honest reporting lately on the NC and US economy, covered Trump’s speech but erroneously reported Trump as questioning Obama’s citizenship.

News Record, that is wrong and irresponsible!!!

Obama’s Natural Born Citizen status and therefore eligibility to be president is being challenged. Also, since we do not know where Obama was born, and we recently discovered that Obama’s publisher bio stated from 1991 to 2007 that Obama was born in Kenya, it is more important to see Obama’s college records.

From the Greensboro News Record, June 2, 2012.

“Trump rallies Republicans”
“Real estate mogul Donald Trump told hundreds of guests at Friday night’s N.C. GOP Convention banquet “to fight like hell” to sway people to vote for Mitt Romney and oust President Barack Obama.

Trump says the president lacks the business savvy to lead the country toward economic progress.

“We really have to do something,” Trump said to the crowd at the Koury Convention Center. “We have to do something soon. North Carolina is one of the most, if not the most, important state in terms of who’s going to become the president of the United States.”

Obama narrowly won the state when he ran for his first term in 2008.

“We need a president who’s smart, and tough, and gets it,” Trump said. “We need a president that has business acumen. … We also need a president that has heart.”

That would be former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, in Trump’s opinion.”

“Trump once again expressed his doubts about Obama’s U.S. citizenship. He said he wanted to see what’s next to “place of birth” on his college records.

Trump pulled out a document from 1991 that said Obama was born in Kenya, instead of Hawaii.

“I’m not a believer, but we’ll see what happens,” Trump said. “I’m about jobs. I’m about economic development.””

US Labor Dept. May 2012 employment data, June 1, 2012, Long term unemployed rose .3 million, Involuntary part-time workers 8.1 million, March April increases revised down

US Labor Dept. May 2012 employment data, June 1, 2012, Long term unemployed rose .3 million, Involuntary part-time workers 8.1 million, March April increases revised down

“We’ve added back more than 4.2 million private sector jobs and seen 26 straight months of job growth—but there’s more work to do.”…Obama Truth Team

“the Times of the nineteenth of December had published the official forecasts of the output of various classes of consumption goods in the fourth quarter of 1983, which was also the sixth quarter of the Ninth Three-Year Plan. Today’s issue contained a statement of the actual output, from which it appeared that the forecasts were in every instance grossly wrong. Winston’s job was to rectify the original figures by making them agree with the later ones.”…George Orwell, “1984”

Forget the unemployment rate, which is not going down and is grossly understated. Read today’s, June 1, 2012, Employment Situation report from the US Labor Department and look at the data.

“THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION — MAY 2012
Nonfarm payroll employment changed little in May (+69,000), and the unemployment rate was essentially unchanged at 8.2 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Employment increased in health care, transportation and warehousing, and wholesale trade but declined in construction. Employment was little changed in most other major
industries.

Household Survey Data

Both the number of unemployed persons (12.7 million) and the unemployment rate (8.2 percent) changed little in May. (See table A-1.)

Among the major worker groups, the unemployment rates for adult men (7.8 percent) and Hispanics (11.0 percent) edged up in May, while the rates for adult women (7.4 percent), teenagers (24.6 percent), whites (7.4 percent), and blacks (13.6 percent) showed little or no change. The jobless rate for Asians was 5.2 percent in May (not seasonally adjusted), down from 7.0 percent a year earlier. (See tables A-1, A-2, and A-3.)

The number of long-term unemployed (those jobless for 27 weeks and over) rose from 5.1 to 5.4 million in May. These individuals accounted for 42.8 percent of the unemployed. (See table A-12.)

The civilian labor force participation rate increased in May by 0.2 percentage point to 63.8 percent, offsetting a decline of the same amount in April. The employment-population ratio edged up to 58.6 percent in May. (See table A-1.)

The number of persons employed part time for economic reasons (sometimes referred to as involuntary part-time workers) edged up to 8.1 million over the month. These individuals were working part time because their hours had been cut back or because they were unable to find a full-time job. (See table A-8.)

In May, 2.4 million persons were marginally attached to the labor force, up from 2.2 million a year earlier. (The data are not seasonally adjusted.) These individuals were not in the labor force, wanted and were available for work, and had looked for a job sometime in the prior 12 months. They were not counted as unemployed because they had not searched for work in the 4 weeks preceding the survey. (See table A-16.)

Among the marginally attached, there were 830,000 discouraged workers in May, about the same as a year earlier. (The data are not seasonally adjusted.) Discouraged workers are persons not currently looking for work because they believe no jobs are available for them. The remaining 1.6 million persons marginally attached to the labor force in May had not searched for work in the 4 weeks preceding the survey for reasons such as school attendance or family responsibilities. (See table A-16.)

Establishment Survey Data

Total nonfarm payroll employment changed little in May (+69,000), following a similar change in April (+77,000). In comparison, the average monthly gain was 226,000 in the first quarter of the year. In May, employment rose in health care, transportation and warehousing, and wholesale trade, while construction lost jobs. (See table B-1.)

Health care employment continued to increase in May (+33,000). Within the industry, employment in ambulatory health care services, which includes offices of physicians and outpatient care centers, rose by 23,000 over the month. Over the year, health care employment has risen by 340,000.

Transportation and warehousing added 36,000 jobs over the month. Employment gains in transit and ground passenger transportation (+20,000) and in couriers and messengers (+5,000) followed job losses in those industries in April. Employment in both industries has shown little net change over the year. In May, truck transportation added 7,000 jobs.

Employment in wholesale trade rose by 16,000 over the month. Since reaching an employment low in May 2010, this industry has added 184,000 jobs.

Manufacturing employment continued to trend up in May (+12,000) following a similar change in April (+9,000). Job gains averaged 41,000 per month in the first quarter of this year. In May, employment rose in fabricated metal products (+6,000) and in primary metals (+4,000). Since its most recent low in January 2010, manufacturing employment has increased by 495,000.

Construction employment declined by 28,000 in May, with job losses occurring in specialty trade contractors (-18,000) and in heavy and civil engineering construction (-11,000).
Since reaching a low in January 2011, employment in construction has shown little change on net.

Employment in professional and business services was essentially unchanged in May. Since the most recent low point in September 2009, employment in this industry has grown by 1.4 million. In May, job losses in accounting and bookkeeping services (-14,000) and in services to buildings and dwellings (-14,000) were offset by small gains elsewhere in the industry.

Employment in other major industries, including mining and logging, retail trade, information, financial activities, leisure and hospitality, and government, changed little in May.

The average workweek for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls edged down by 0.1 hour to 34.4 hours in May. The manufacturing workweek declined by 0.3 hour to 40.5 hours, and factory overtime declined by 0.1 hour to 3.2 hours. The average workweek for production and nonsupervisory employees on private nonfarm payrolls was unchanged at 33.7 hours.
(See tables B-2 and B-7.)

In May, average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls edged up by 2 cents to $23.41. Over the past 12 months, average hourly earnings have increased by 1.7 percent. In May, average hourly earnings of private-sector production and nonsupervisory employees edged down by 1 cent to $19.70. (See tables B-3 and B-8.)

The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for March was revised from +154,000 to +143,000, and the change for April was revised from +115,000 to +77,000.”
