Attack Watch, Obama 2012 Big Brother, Hitler Youth, 1984, Please report all Citizen Wells attacks to AttackWatch.com

“With those children [Winston] thought, that wretched woman must lead a life of terror. Another year, two years, and they would be watching her night and day for symptoms of unorthodoxy. Nearly all children nowadays were horrible. What was worst of all was that by means of such organizations as the Spies they were systematically turned into ungovernable little savages, and yet this produced in them no tendency whatever to rebel against the discipline of the Party.”…George Orwell, “1984”

Hitler Youth

“An ominous new development within the HJ was the appearance of HJ-Streifendienst (Patrol Force) units functioning as internal political police, maintaining order at meetings, ferreting out disloyal members, and denouncing anyone who criticized Hitler or Nazism including, in a few cases, their own parents.”

In the tradition of the Obama camp being the modern day manifestation of the Nazi Brownshirts and Hitler Youth, they have initiated Attack Watch. A website where you can report anyone speaking out against Obama. From an email I received.

“Friend —

If you’re someone who cares about seeing a campaign focused on substance between now and November 2012, I need you to become a part of one of our most important teams.

It’s called AttackWatch.com, and it launches today.

Here’s the deal: We all remember the birth certificate smear, the GOP’s barrage of lies about the Affordable Care Act, and the string of other phony attacks on President Obama that we’ve seen over the past few years.

There are a lot of folks on the other side who are chomping at the bit to distort the President’s record. It’s not a question of if the next big lie will come, just when — and what we’re prepared to do about it.

AttackWatch.com is exactly what it sounds like: a resource that allows us to nip these attacks in the bud before they show up on the airwaves and in emails — and then fight back with the truth.

By signing up, you’ll be on the front lines — you’ll hear about false claims as soon as they come up, and we’ll count on you to spread the truth to your friends and personal networks and let us know about new smears whenever you hear them.

Will you sign up now to be a part of AttackWatch.com?

Yes, I want to be on the team that fights back.

Not right now, but I’ll donate $5 to fund the 2012 campaign and support this work.

I remember the smears from 2008 well, and I’m sure you do, too.

They didn’t just attack Barack Obama and Joe Biden. They went after everything this movement is built on, and everyone who supports it.

This time, they’re not just out to personally attack the President — they’re also out to mislead Americans about the record of accomplishments that he’s compiled. Just the other day, a Republican financier actually quoted Saddam Hussein in telling a group of millionaire donors that defeating President Obama will be “the mother of all wars.”

We’re launching AttackWatch.com today to make sure we’re ready for the attacks we know are coming — and armed with the ability to fight back quickly.

Sign up for AttackWatch.com now, and let’s get the facts out:

From Attack Watch:
“Attack

Attackers:Jerome Corsi, Donald Trump, conspiracy theorists
Attack Type:Written statements, interviewsThree years after President Obama’s campaign released the President’s certification of live birth, conspiracy theorists continue to question the document’s authenticity—despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

•Where’s the Birth Certificate author Jerome Corsi was unmoved by repeated validations of the authenticity of the President’s birth certificate, saying “I was called by my insiders, several of my informants in Hawaii about three weeks before it was released, and I was told that the document had been forged.”
President Obama is an American-born citizen. The authenticity of his short-form birth certificate was verified by the State of Hawaii as well as nonpartisan organizations like FactCheck.org and PolitiFact.com.

•President Obama’s short form birth certificate

•Read FactCheck.org’s article on the birth certificate “controversy”

•PolitiFact.com released this statement about the authenticity of the President’s birth certificate

In spite of this overwhelming evidence, conspiracy theorists continued to attack the legitimacy of the President’s citizenship. In April 2011, President Obama and his attorneys asked the State of Hawaii to release his long-form birth certificate in order to end the distraction. The Hawaii State Department of Health granted the request, and the President’s long-form certificate is available online.

•President Obama’s long form birth certificate

•Read the White House’s correspondence with the State of Hawaii

In his address to the American people, President Obama expressed hope that the country could move on. “We’ve got big problems to solve. And I’m confident we can solve them, but we’re going to have to focus on them—not on this.”

•Watch the President’s address”

I have been attacking the lies, misinformation, personal attacks, un American and un constitutional activities of the Obama camp since early 2008 and will continue to do so. I would like to think that if I had been living in pre World War II Nazi Germany that I would have done the same.

Here are just a few of the many “attacks” I have made on Obama. They also happen to be true.

“Why has Obama, since taking the White House, used Justice Department Attorneys, at taxpayer expense,  to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

The WhiteHouse.com image has the following:

“I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file in the Hawaii State Department of health.”  Alvin T. Onaki, Ph.D.

Abstract: “The term abstract is subject to different meanings, but in a legal sense, it refers to an abbreviated history of an official record.”

  1. Kapiolani Medical Center Confirms ‘African’ Never Used On Birth Certificates in 1961 or Now

    http://obamareleaseyourrecords.blogspot.com/2011/09/kapiolani-medical-center-confirms.html

  2. http://www.medpagetoday.com/PublicHealthPolicy/StemCellResearch/27926

Texas Gov. Rick Perry received an injection of his own stem cells during spinal fusion surgery last month and wants his state to be a leader in the use of adult stem cells in medical treatment.

But using a concentrated mixture of adult stem cells to fuse bone hasn’t been tested in any major U.S. trials, raising questions of whether a governor (and reportedly a potential Republican presidential candidate) should be advocating an unproven medical procedure.

Perry and a state representative who has multiple sclerosis championed a healthcare bill that created an adult stem cell bank in Texas. A month after Perry signed that bill into law, his friend, Stanley Jones, MD, a Houston-based orthopedist, performed spinal fusion surgery on the governor using Perry’s own stem cells to treat a recurring spinal injury, according to an article in the Texas Tribune.

There have not been any phase III clinical trials that tested the utility and safety of stem cell spinal fusion procedures, nor have there been any published trials of the procedure in the U.S.

Bryon Petersen, PhD, a stem cell researcher at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, in Winston-Salem, N.C., said that culturing cells in a lab for a long period of time could potentially have a “deleterious” effect on the cells and transform them into potentially cancer-causing cells. Those cells must be carefully weeded out before being injected into a patient, he said in an email to MedPage Today and ABC News.

George Daley, MD, PhD, a professor of biological chemistry and molecular pharmacology at Harvard Medical School, pointed to the dearth of evidence on the value of injecting mesenchymal stem cells, and said he worries that the procedure is being done based on anecdotes or observational trials.

“I suspect that what is going on here is part of the world-wide rush to commercialize stem cells prematurely, to capitalize on the hype and [make] a buck, long before the treatments have been proven safe and effective,” Daley said in an email.

Richard Fessler, MD, professor of neurological surgery at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, echoed Daley’s sentiments.

“Although this is a promising technology for the future, at this point there is minimal evidence that it is effective in humans,” he said in an email.

Jonathan Moreno, PhD, professor of biomedical ethics at the University of Pennsylvania, was harsher in his assessment:

“The medical claims being made for this ‘treatment’ are nonsense,” he said, also in an email.

Moreno dismissed the science of the procedure, but said the political ramifications of the Perry situation are especially interesting: “Namely, how talk of a stem cell industry in Texas would cause anxiety among cultural conservatives that such an effort could involve more controversial forms of research, like embryonic stem cells,” he said.

Adult stem cells are not the same as embryonic stem cells. Perry — and many conservatives — oppose using cells from human embryos for research.

Daley pointed to another political issue: A governor using his power to promote a procedure that hasn’t been proven.

“It’s sad when someone in such a powerful position like the governor of a major state can act without the benefit of evidence-based medicine,” he said.

  3. Our Country can not survive 4 more years of the boHillary regime. The Republicans have a great opportunity to defeat boHillary in 2012, it must not be wasted on a Candidate who may not be able to go the distance.

I defer to my Wife’s Professional Judgment on Medical Issues and she thinks it was ill-advised for Perry to have experimental back surgery on July 1 and then attempt to wage a Presidential Campaign in less than a month.

Let’s be honest. If Perry’s pain was so bad that he felt the need for surgery, then it is foolish to think that he can recover from that surgery in less than a month. Neither my Wife or I know of a single case where back surgery was successful in preventing back pain long term. Yes, back surgery is necessary in cases of paralysis or nerve impingement where there is no other option. But again, we know of no cases where back surgery has cured back pain long term. After a long recovery process (far more than 1 month) patients may have short term relief from back pain but the back pain invariably recurs to some extent and more often than not the pain is worse as a result of scar tissue.

I pray that Gov Perry has a full recovery, but I doubt that he will be able to hold up to the rigors of a Presidential Campaign.

  4. As usual the boHillary demRat paxson is FOS!

In my decades of practicing law I represented many people who suffered from debilitating back injuries.

Many of my friends and family members have treated many people who suffered from debilitating back injuries.

Furthermore unlike the boHillary demRat LIAR paxson, I have truly suffered from debilitating back pain.

I spent 5 weeks in bed with back pain so severe that I could not get out of bed with no feeling in my left leg which made it impossible for me to walk even if I had been able to overcome the EXCURCIATING PAIN!

The boHillary demRat LIAR paxson is FOS!

  5. romney will never get the support of True Christians and that is why he will NOT win the Republican Nomination.

True Christians will not vote for a cultist like romney no matter how many times he Flip-Flops on Abortion, ObamneyCare, Illegal Immigration and Government Mandates.

SALT LAKE CITY — While Mitt Romney condemns polygamy and its prior practice by his Mormon church, the Republican presidential candidate’s great-grandfather had five wives and at least one of his great-great grandfathers had 12.

Polygamy was not just a historical footnote, but a prominent element in the family tree of the former Massachusetts governor now seeking to become the first Mormon president.

Romney’s great-grandfather, Miles Park Romney, married his fifth wife in 1897. That was more than six years after Mormon leaders banned polygamy and more than three decades after a federal law barred the practice

  7. http://www.nationalreview.com/articles/259099/bush-2012-rich-lowry

John J. Miller has a cover story in the new issue of National Review that’s a compelling portrait of the accomplishments of Jeb Bush. Four years after leaving the Florida governor’s mansion, he remains one of the most impressive Republican politicians in the country, a formidable policy mind with the political chops to drive conservative reforms even out of office. So why isn’t he running for president? Bush told Miller what he’s said to others, too — he won’t run in 2012, but he’ll consider 2016. This is a mistake. Bush should run now for at least eight reasons:

Jeb can unite the party. Jeb probably has a better chance to unite the establishment and Tea Party wings of the GOP than anyone else, certainly a better chance than Sarah Palin or Mitt Romney would seem to have at this juncture. The establishment would presumably flock to Jeb, while he’d have a record of solid conservative accomplishment to sell to the conservative base.

  8. Rick Perry or Jeb Bush can beat boHillary, romney can not. It is as simple as that. If Gov Perry is debilitated by his excurciating back pain, then the Republicans need a viable alternative like Gov Bush. romney is another bo and he can not beat boHillary.

  9. “MSNBC gets cold feet about eligibility questions”

“Joseph Farah, founder and CEO of WND.com, was scheduled to appear on MSNBC Wednesday evening to talk about a banner that was flown over the Republican presidential debate forum in Tampa, Fla., Monday night.

It demanded, “Where’s the Real Birth Certificate?”

But the network called to cancel abruptly, only hours before the event was set to air.

The interview was scheduled to be on Hardball, where host Chris Mathews famously declared himself to be an “enemy” of those who question Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president. …”

As usual the boHillary demRat paxson is MORON!

In my decades of practicing law I represented many people who suffered from debilitating back injuries.

Many of my friends and family members have treated many people who suffered from debilitating back injuries.

Furthermore unlike the boHillary demRat LIAR paxson, I have truly suffered from debilitating back pain.

  13. I wonder if the back pain issue was the reason Perry took a while to get into the race.

  14. There is no doubt that back pain is excruciating at times. But FS acts like this is a competition. If Perry can’t go, he can’t go. But it’s not like he is playing rugby.

  15. I hope people don’t have a problem with Romney’s religion. We have freedom of religion in this country. I have no doubt Romney loves this country and is a loyal American. I would like to see a Jewish president one day, and would not have a problem with a Hindu president. I could even accept a Muslim president. Again, the issue to me is loyalty to America and similar viewpoints of patriotism. I don’t feel OB is a loyal American, IMHO.

  16. Didn’t JFK have terrible back pain at times too?

I wonder if the back pain issue was the reason Perry took a while to get into the race.

    ———————————————–
Evidently so. Perry did not have his back surgery until September 1. I pray that Perry fully recovers, but it is time for Jeb Bush or another prominent Republican enters the race in case Gov Perry is not up to the rigors of 14 months of campaigning.

  18. Tina | September 14, 2011 at 6:03 pm |
Didn’t JFK have terrible back pain at times too?

    ————————————————————-
Yes but JFK had back surgery in 1954 and he recuperated for 5 years before
he ran for President. It is also significant to note that despite the back surgery JFK continued to have back pain for the rest of his life.

  19. Tina,

Millions of Americans will NOT vote for romney because he is a member of the mormon cult.

  20. I’m not douting that Perry was having back pain at the debate, but the person who was speaking in the article that FS provided was merely SPECULATING as to that being the cause of Perry being off his game.

Only Perry knows his pain level. At this point I just think that this is another issue for our resident CHICKEN LITTLE to annoy us with for the next several days until something else comes along.

Be prepared for wild predictions that never seem to come to fruition and being called names if you ask any questions, provide alternative documentation or just comment in general.

  21. Tina | September 14, 2011 at 6:03 pm |

Also remember that JFK (42 years old) was 19 years younger than Perry (61 years old) when he ran for President.

  22. Nothing would please me more than to find Gov Perry fully recovered one month after Fusion Surgery on his back, but none of the Medical Professionals that I know believe that is possible.

Thus, it is time for Jeb Bush or another prominent Republican to join the race so that an UNELECTABLE CANDIDATE like romney is not nominated by default.

  25. http://www.tampabay.com/news/politics/national/when-jeb-bush-says-he-wont-run-for-president-in-2012-it-makes-republicans/1151122

When Jeb Bush says he won’t run for president in 2012, it makes Republicans want him more

“None of the candidates talking about running now really stands out, but Jeb Bush would be really strong,” said Adam Hubler of Virginia, among hundreds of conservative activists gathered in Washington, D.C., last week for the annual Conservative Political Action Conference.

Between speeches by potential presidential contenders including Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich and Tim Pawlenty, true believers could take turns throwing eggs at a picture of Al Gore.

“There’s no question Jeb Bush is one of, if not the, most popular Republican in the country…said Ron Kaufman, a veteran Republican strategist who helped Jeb’s father win the White House in 1988.

Enter Jeb Bush, the authentic, can-do conservative whose last name no longer seems as big an albatross as it did when his brother was still in the White House or just out of it. He has a vast fundraising network and a knack for winning Hispanic and swing voters crucial to general election success.

Of course, Florida is still Florida — a must-win state for any Republican presidential campaign. And the next Republican nominee will need to court Hispanic voters, not just in the Sunshine State but also swing states such as Nevada, Colorado and New Mexico. No Republican is stronger at that than Florida’s ex-governor.

  26. I have been called “gay” “a moron” “Hilbo DemRat” “a pos” “a liar ” on and on. Not just once, repeatedly throughout the day EVERY DAY.

I call FS out on being the pussy that he is and that gets moderated? I did this in self defense.

  27. LOL!

It is HILARIOUS to see the demRats FREAK OUT over the mention of BUSH for PRESIDENT 2012!

  28. DABIGRAGU | September 14, 2011 at 6:40 pm |

Actually, it’s not a joke. FS is a dem operative. Now do you understand why he’s pushing Jeb?

  29. http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/tobyharnden/100075100/jeb-bush-for-president-in-2012/

And yet there’s a feeling of dissatisfaction amongst Republicans over the field as it stands. Accompanied by the recent upturn in Obama’s fortunes (though this could well be shortlived) and you’ve got a GOP mood close to mild depression.

So what could alter the mood? Rich Lowry propose the entry into the race of a certain former governor from a swing state who left office with soaring approval ratings and has powerful appeal among Hispanics.

Who’s that? A guy called Jeb Smith from Florida. Hang on a minute. If he was Jeb Smith he’d not only be running but he’d be the runaway favourite. Alas, he’s called Jeb Bush. Still, there are many Republicans (and some British Conservatives) who would echo Lowry’s hope that Jeb will throw his hat in the ring – his surname notwithstanding.

  32. CW, I like your use of Orwell. We read 1984 a long time before that date, which dates some of us.

  33. http://www.marketwatch.com/story/jeb-bush-for-president-in-2012-2010-12-08

Jeb Bush, W.’s younger brother and a former two-term governor of Florida, is back. He’s giving interviews, making speeches, spearheading a Republican effort to woo Latino voters and clearly keeping his options open.

“Never say never in life,” Jeb Bush said in a recent interview with the sympathetic Newsmax TV. In commenting on everything from WikiLeaks to the field of potential Republican presidential contenders, Bush, who is 57 now and would be a youthful 59 in November 2012, has hovered somewhere between senior party statesman and active politician.

Here’s the funny thing: Jeb might make a more appealing candidate — and perhaps a better president — than either his father, the 41st president, or his brother, the 43rd.

Certainly he’s more articulate than either of them. W. was notoriously inept with language, and Bush senior often lost his sense of syntax. Jeb combines the intelligence of the father with the affability of the brother, while adding a political smoothness all his own

  37. JFK was not a healthy man….He suffered early on with colitis, had 2 failed back surgeries for compression fractures. Then in 1947, he was officially diagnosed with addison’s disease. He was treated with corticosteriods daily. He was prone to UTI’s and URI’s. Took tons of antibiotics. Most people never knew how sick he truly was.

FDR another example, but remarkable president’s in their own way.

Abe Lincoln sure looked like he had Marfan syndrome..but.I don’t think that has ever been proven.

Sure, if you read the links they go back as early as the 90’s. In their (Muslim’s) own words after translation tell why they hate the the U.S.
It’s exactly as Ron Paul had quoted them stating. U.S. Occupation,
in other words they want us out of their watering hole. Not one word from their mouths about “we hate the U.S. because they’re free” as the media would have us believe. It’s just plain “get out of our countries you stupid Infidels”

  42. Other than Gov Perry there is very little enthusiasm for this field of candidates. I still may vote for Perry in the Republican Primary if he is healthy even if Gov Bush enters the race but it is clearly time for Bush to enter the field considering Gov Perry’s questionable health.

  43. The worst thing that could happen to the Republican Party and to the Nation would be for romney to win the Republican Primary by default because romney would surely lose to boHillary.

  44. I heard Perry on a local Boston talk station interview this afternoon. Here’s why he doesn’t have my vote:

    1. Supports instate tuition for illegal aliens; even had the stones to try to justify it, citing ‘education above all else’, and
    2. He’s another literary scholar who pronounces ‘nuclear,’ ‘nucular.’ It would scare the hell out of me if Perry won the Presidency and had his finger on the red ‘nucular’ button.

Buh bye, Ricky. No vote here, pal.

  45. Dabig, so you buy the islamic propaganda, the same lie that Paul spreads, that they hate us because we ‘occupy’ their lands? So why did they attack us before we ‘occupied’ their lands? Let me clue you in. According to islamics, Spain is one of their occupied lands. Even America, they will try to make it into a ‘muslim land’ (America has a muslim heritage, lol). You Paulbots need to get a clue. Why the hell do you think the islamists main target was the WTC? What do you think that represented to the islamists? I’ll tell you what it represented, since you Paulbots are obviously intellectually challenged — our wealth and success, which enrages them just as much as the fancy British hotels of Cairo enraged al Bannah, the founder of the muslim brotherhood. Not because “we’re in their lands”. You Paulbots are easy marks for islamic spinmeisters. Such suckers you are! What motivates them is pure jealousy. They reject our success because they know they could never achieve it, what with their 7th century customs and all.

I don’t know what’s up with Perry, but if he’s out, than I’m with Romney all the way. He has some RINO issues, just like the rest of them, that doesn’t bother me. I’m still for the most conservative (R) I can get.

Ron Paul’s views, especially in regard to blaming us for islamic attacks, are reprehensible. His followers are misinformed and cult-like. It was great to see him booed the other night when he started with his shiite, the same crap that you’ve bought hook line and sinker. Is it that hard for you to educate yourselves about islamists motivations? Or is it just too easy to buy their “occupied lands” bullshiite propaganda?

Let me get this straight. Are you saying that you agree with the demRat Moron’s paxson allegation that Gov Perry had experimental back surgery for no reason? Do you honestly believe that anyone would have back surgery it they had no back pain and no reason to have surgery?

  56. I keep hearing that OB wants to run against Perry and fears Romney more, at least, that is what the Fox pundits say. Who knows? If the economy is bad, which it will be, OB will be in lots of trouble anyway. I will back Romney, if Perry is out, but I don’t see that on any other blog. Where is that info coming from? I think Romney’s debate skills have really improved to go against Obama. Perry still needs to improve in that area.

  58. I never said that Perry had surgery “for no reason “. From reading other background stories, his re-occurances seemedto be getting more frequent so he opted for this “elective ” surgery in the hopes of finding relief.

Nowhere have I read that his health is poor or the pain is too much for an election. Again, he’s running for President and not playing rugby.

I think he’ll live (albeit with some discomfort ).

  59. Tina | September 14, 2011 at 9:31 pm |

Perry had experimental back surgery on July 1, 2011. A reporter who has been covering him for 20 years observed that Perry appeared to by in physical pain during the September 12 Debate. Talk to any health care professional knowledgeable about back surgery and you will find that it is questionable that Perry could fully recover from back surgery in less than a month.

IMHO it is time for Jeb Bush or another prominent republican enters the race because it would be a disaster if romney got the nomination by default.

Once again indy, RP was repeating what has been stated by several Military Officers. Once again, I am not a follower of RP, once again, I believe there are many reasons for their hate. Why is it so hard for you to accept occupation is one of the reasons? I find that strange. It is ONE of the reasons, along with the support of Israel, their hallowed nemesis.

  62. First of all, if the surgery was July 1st this is 2 1/2 months. Second of all, who says he has to be “fully recovered”. He isn’t an athlete, he’s a politician. A wealthy one at that whom I imagine has the proper people around him to provide any relief that he may need.

  63. Solyndra scandal unraveling Obama’s credibility (assuming he has any left?)
Documents made public Wednesday by the House Energy and Commerce Committee show why: An Energy Department analysis of Solyndra’s business model performed two years ago predicted that the firm would run out of money in September 2011. But that fact was ignored by the president and his political advisers who wanted a “green jobs” photo op, no matter the cost. The result was, as an Energy Department analyst said in another email, “given the time pressure we are under to sign-off on Solyndra, we don’t have time to change the model.”

How have Obama and his appointees responded to Solyndra’s failure? The same way they respond to every problem: They’ve obstructed the congressional investigation so vigorously that a congressional subpoena had to be issued to obtain important documents. They’ve sought to distract attention away from it with stunts like Biden’s White House announcement yesterday of “new anti-waste and fraud” measures for Medicaid that he claimed would save $2 billion. And — surprise! — they’ve blamed President Bush. At yesterday’s Energy and Commerce Committee hearing, DOE loan chief Jonathan Silver argued that the Solyndra loan initiative was begun by the Bush administration. In fact, less than two weeks before Bush left office, the Energy Department’s credit committee unanimously decided not to fund Solyndra. By the way, the Energy Department announced another $1.2 billion in solar-firm loans this week. It appears the only way to end this fraud on the taxpayers is to vote Obama out of office.

  65. New York Jews rebuke Obama’s anti-Israel policies

People often ask me what it would take for Jews to vote Republican. I usually respond with a bit of gallows humor. “Maybe if President Obama nuked Tel Aviv, he would only get 65 percent of the Jewish vote,” I joke.

Luckily, it didn’t take such an apocalyptic event for at least some Jews to send a message to Obama.

On Tuesday, New York City’s heavily Jewish and reliably Democratic 9th congressional district went for Republican Bob Turner in the special election to replace disgraced former Rep. Anthony Weiner. Turner won by eight points in a district where Democrats have a 3-to-1 voting edge and Obama secured 55 percent of the vote in 2008. Silent Cal was in the White House the last time a Republican carried the district.

Obama is toast. Watch soon for damage control from Barry.

  67. Ralph Nader: Americans ignore the cause of 9/11

After attending a 9/11 panel in northwest D.C. on Monday, Ralph Nader told The Nation‘s George Zornick that Americans had mostly ignored the reasons that the terrorist attacks occurred.

“All we want to say is that it was a terrorist attack, it was evil, don’t talk about what caused it,” he said. “What really lead to it was, one, we back dictators over there that repress and kill their own people with American arms. Two, we support the Israeli position against the rights of the Palestinian people to have their own state. And three, we have repeatedly failed — no matter how much money we spend — to defend our own country.”

“The folly of the military-industrial complex is that it not only erodes our economy and destroys a quality standard of living, but it also insures an empire which is insatiable in terms of the contracts that Lockheed Martin and others want to dominate the world,” Nader added. “It’s just the opposite of defense, an empire eventually devours its own people.”

Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) was booed at the CNN/Tea Party Republican debate on Monday night for trying to explain why al Qaeda had attacked the U.S.

Experts have spoken out, and the documents have been released. Gardasil is a deadly injection that claims to treat an infection that has a 90% chance to resolve itself within two years. With Rick Perry’s failed attempt to force Gardasil on Texan schoolgirls, it is easy to see that the world has awoken to the truth regarding Gardasil. Nonsense! Gardasil is an effective vaccination for HPV which prevents cervical cancer. It was thoroughly tested by the FDA and is prescribed by Pediatricians every day throughout the US. Gov Perry did a good thing in providing the vaccination. He just went about it in the wrong way and he admitted that. The only candidates who have been hurt by this controversy are bachmann, palin and santorum for lying about Gardasil. I hope they are get sued by Merck and Perry’s former chief of staff.

Al Cardenas, the former party chairman in Florida, told the newspaper that “Every presidential wanna-be and every member of the House and Senate I talk to, if you ask them who is a difference-maker in our party, they will tell you Jeb Bush.”

Yet Bush comes with baggage – starting with the fact that after his father and brother, the country might just be feeling a bit of Bush fatigue. But his political power in the key early primary state of Florida would be a significant boost to a bid, and it’s not inconceivable that the Bush brand will by 2012 (or 2016) be more of a boon than liability, especially if he can both embrace and transcend it. (Just consider those “Miss Me Yet” signs.)

“The party needs a messenger who can keep its Tea Party-type activists energized behind an agenda and a nominee, but Republicans will also be looking for someone who can reposition the party nationally and make its more strident ideology palatable to the wider American electorate,” writes Matt Bai in the Times. “This explains why some influential Republicans persist in believing that Mr. Bush might still make a strong candidate in 2012.”

  86. http://www.tampabay.com/news/politics/national/when-jeb-bush-says-he-wont-run-for-president-in-2012-it-makes-republicans/1151122

“There’s no question Jeb Bush is one of, if not the, most popular Republican in the country.” said Ron Kaufman, a veteran Republican strategist who helped Jeb’s father win the White House in 1988.

In 2010, Senate candidates like Marco Rubio in Florida and Pat Toomey in Pennsylvania showed Republicans how ardent and uncompromising conservatives can win not only primaries, but also general elections. This year the Republican frontrunner is Romney, with his reputation for flip-flops and a record of enacting health care reform in Massachusetts that looks a lot like “ObamaCare.”

Enter Jeb Bush, the authentic, can-do conservative whose last name no longer seems as big an albatross as it did when his brother was still in the White House or just out of it. He has a vast fundraising network and a knack for winning Hispanic and swing voters crucial to general election success.

“I would love nothing more than for Jeb Bush to run for president one day and I would do anything I can to help him get there.” said Republican strategist Mandy Fletcher Fraher, a former Jeb Bush aide. “All the talk about Jeb is a reflection of the lack of a clear leader, or two or three clear leaders, in the field.”

Politico on Friday offered up its own Jeb buzz: “More and more Wall Streeters think (hope?) Jeb Bush will let the other GOP candidates beat each other up then swoop in late as the savior. These people say Bush fatigue will fade once people realize how different Jeb is from W.”

In that respect Bush might be wiser to wait until 2016, when he also would have more time between his brother’s presidency and his candidacy.

Lowry contends it could be too late by then, writing: “By 2016, a bumper crop of Republican talent will be poised to storm the national stage. Marco Rubio not only will be the hot new thing out of Florida, he’ll be seasoned. Chris Christie will be ready. A host of senators and governors — freshly minted in the 2010 elections, so it’s too soon for them to run now — will be ready to go. Jeb will not be such a predominant figure in such a robust field. . . . It’s an axiom of presidential politics that you have to run when you have the opening, even if it seems ‘too soon.’ This is why Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were elected president and Mario Cuomo never was.”

Romney should be the overwhelming frontrunner, given the hierarchical nature of Republican presidential politics. Historically, the party has nominated the logical next in line — Bob Dole, George H.W. Bush, John McCain.

That would be Romney in 2012, but it’s striking how much skepticism surrounds Romney’s expected 2012 run.

“It’s always been, ‘It’s my turn’ in Republican presidential nominations, but this time there’s a feeling of ‘He had his turn,’ ” Republican pollster David Hill said of Romney.

    OMG, this is too good!
    How Cloward-Piven of them!

  89. http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/114411/

Already, I hear conservative talk show hosts wishing they could build a Frankenstein monster — taking a part from each of the candidates to build the perfect and unbeatable candidate.

Mitt Romney’s resume and business experience. Sarah Palin’s electricity and ability to relate to everyday Americans. Michele Bachmann’s plainspoken passion for conservatism. Newt Gingrich’s intelligence and debate skills, and so on.

But there’s no need to build that person. He already exists. And he’s the one Republican who could shake up this race and put Obama’s reelection in jeopardy: Jeb Bush.

Here’s a bigger problem. No matter what name you throw out there, the result is an enthusiasm gap. Even those who say they would support Romney, Palin, or another GOP hopeful aren’t excited about the possibility that their choice could be elected president. That could be a recipe for low voter turnout.

All the more reason that Jeb Bush should reconsider his decision to stay out of the fray next year, and jump in.

Just two and a half years ago, the conventional thinking was that the Bush brand had been tarnished by George W.’s less-than-stellar second term. But something has happened since then: The Obama administration. And now the hot items at political novelty stores are cups and t-shirts with pictures of a smiling “W” asking: “Miss Me Yet?”

Some Republicans might be ready for a Bush do-over, and Jeb Bush could benefit from that. He is a unifier who knows how to work with Democrats, a pragmatist who is not afraid to try new approaches to tackling stubborn policy issues, and a brainy student of politics who does his homework.

And there’s one more thing — which happens to be no small item at a time when many Republicans are repelling Latino voters by word and deed: Jeb Bush has mastered the art of reaching out to Latinos. A fluent Spanish speaker who is married to a Latina, Bush received — in his 1998 election and 2004 re-election as Florida governor — as much as 60 percent of the Hispanic vote. That was better than big brother did with Hispanic voters while running for governor of Texas. That could be a game changer in 2012, if Bush were the GOP presidential nominee, especially since Obama is hemorrhaging Latino support due to his clumsy handling of the immigration issue.

How about it, Jeb? Jump in. Your party needs you. And your country needs you even more.

Gun-toting Texas Gov. Rick Perry unleashed round after round of rapid-fire insults at his GOP rival Mitt Romney yesterday, blasting the former Bay State governor as a flip-flopper who “failed’ to boost public sector jobs as the presidential primary rivalry shifts into a tough take-no-prisoners mode.

Slamming Romney for changing his stance on abortion and other social matters, Perry said, “He’s been on both sides of the life issue, he’s been on both sides of the traditional marriage issue, and I guess I get it. I mean, Republican primary voters are very clear on both of those issues,” Perry told the Herald yesterday. “That’s the reason Mitt Romney was not the nominee in 2008, and that’s why I suggest he won’t be the nominee in 2012.”

  96. This is interesting.

What’s wrong with the Anti-Defamation League?

The ADL is “…one of the ugliest, most powerful pressure groups in the U.S…Its primary commitment is to use any technique, however dishonest and disgraceful, in order to defame and silence and destroy anybody who dares to criticize the Holy State (‘Israel’).” –Noam Chomsky, Professor of Linguistics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Too many journalists run ADL spin with little real knowledge about the organization and it’s history – even recent history.
UPHOLDING most of a $10 million defamation suit against the Anti- Defamation League, a federal judge in Denver has lambasted the organization for labeling a nasty neighborhood feud as an anti-Semitic event. In upholding the first-ever court defeat handed to the 87-year-old ADL, U.S. District Judge Edward Nottingham said the organization had endorsed and publicized the bigotry accusations of a Jewish couple against its neighbors without either investigating the case or weighing the consequences. Judge Slams ADL for Hurting Couple Tarred As ‘Anti-Semites’

“In 1994, Saul F. Rosenthal, director of ADL’s Mountain States region, held a news conference accusing the Quigleys of anti-Semitism.” — Robert Weller, AP May 13, 2000

How many times is the ADL refered to as a “civil rights organization”? Perhaps they should ask people from the organizations found in ADL files. ADL functions more like an agency of the national security state. They follow people and attempt to demonize people they don’t approve of. When that doesn’t work – they either coerce/spin reporters (and their bosses) into furthering their agenda. ADL is a big business with fat budgets and a little too close working arrangement with law enforcement, politicians and media big shots. See: Fact Sheet on the ADL

I mentioned last week that when the Anti-Defamation League — or ADL for short — handed out press releases on September 24 to newspapers and other media in which they said that the organization I head, the National Alliance, is “the single most dangerous organized hate group in America,” and that we are “linked” to bank robberies, bombings, and murders all over the country, virtually all of the media simply printed these wild charges without checking them for accuracy. Of all the hundreds of newspapers which printed the ADL’s charges, only one — West Virginia’s Charleston Gazette — even bothered to call me first and ask for my comments. The Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith by Dr. William Pierce

They use the “anti-Semitism” label as a weapon to suppress criticism of Israel.

“The number one goal of the ADL is the protection of Israel,” a former Republican congressman from San Mateo Pete McCloskey told SF Weekly in a recent interview. The Anti Defamation League: Censoring the Internet on Behalf of Israel

Listen at the end. They say “Our purpose was to document the event”. But how did they know there was going to BE an event?

  98. Fusion of vertabrae……..sometimes called Anterior fusion! That is if it is done from the front. It is often the result of long term herniated discs which were left untreated,or were not known about. The nuclei matter deteriorates the surrounding structure over time to a point that the only remaining option is to fuse the two vertabreas together. Anterior fusion is not a surgery from which you are up and around in a couple of days. If this is the surgery that Perry had it is easy to understand that he could be having residual pain. It might be with him for a month or so. If he isn’t too debillitated it would seem that he will continue to be present, and campaigning. I am not sure that I would count him out just yet.

  99. People sometimes use Chiropractors to lessen pain from spinal problems. It might work for awhile, but after all is said and done chiropractic “adjustments” can create as much pain as it relieves. In addition chiropractic adjustments being done to a DETERIORATING vertabrae can lead to the necessity for vertabrae fusion surgery. If you are having back pain it is often the result of a herniated disc which in turn is pressing on a close proximity nerve. Surgery to trim off the disc is sometimes very helpful. But it could return as the disc continues to deteriorate. At which point anterior fusion might be in order.

  100. The LAST place that you want to have anterior fusion is in the CERVICAL spine. It can really impede the flexibility of your upper body. Fusion surgery anywhere in either the cervical,or thoriac spine is debillitating, and will impede physical flexibility to a small extent. However it either removes the pain completely or reduces it to a point where pain medication is needed only occasionally.

  101. new brouhaha over a bc that wnd supposedly scrubbed to eliminate info that contradicted wnd’s case.

woodman covered it and thinks he has a big scoop

butterdezillion takes apart the whole thing and makes the best case of all at her blog as to how the bc that wnd scrubbed is most likely a forgery planted by an obot that was created to help obama’s case by showing an out of sequence number on it. but, the bc has no stamp on it, according to butter.

Let’s see the original hospital generated bc for obama! if one exists.

  102. Yo………………..
I tend to think that enough evidence has already been presented that a hospital generated BC doesn’t exist. Otherwise two phonies would not have been necessary, and in all probability over a million dollars would NOT have been spent to hide all of his records.

  103. OS

Even though I am in the “probably born in Hawaii” camp, I couldn’t agree with you more, 99% of the dopes out there would have dropped this as an issue if he had produced the goods.

  104. “That’s the reason Mitt Romney was not the nominee in 2008, and that’s why I suggest he won’t be the nominee in 2012.”

    Bull Sh@t

Perry needs to take a closer look at recent history, Romney did not get the nomination because RINO’s dominated the primary and selected John Mc Rino, possibly the worst (R) candidate ever.

  105. CW, that Obama is attempting to collect information about us ‘dissidents’ is obvious from the information he requires. Why does he require ZIP codes along with email addresses? And why even the email addresses?

His 2008 ‘Fight the Smears’ campaign site rebutted the issues right there. To fight his so-called smears this time, an ‘attack’ informant must let him know where said informant lives(!) (the ZIP code). Obviously, geolocation software can lead Obama right to the registrants’ front (and back) doors. Will confiscating citizens’ defense arms be Obama’s next move?

Why the intimidating black and red? To frighten anti-Obama evangelists into silence?

Remember in 2008 Obama’s campaign operatives directed Missouri sheriffs and prosecutors to form a ‘truth squad’ “to target anyone who lies or runs a misleading television ad during the presidential campaign”?

I watched the tape, problem is SS is unfixable. How do you fix a ponzi scheme? Someone has to get stuck holding the debt.

The PTB (older baby boomers) have already identified the 18 to 50 year old US citizen as the sucker.

  108. Pat 1789 (September 15, 2011 at 8:22 am), see if you’re still in the “probably born in Hawaii” camp after listening to the Kenyan Ambassador’s statement — regarding the place where ‘President-elect’ Obama was born — in this WRIF (Detroit) radio interview on the morning after the 2008 election:

I think Ogego’s statement begins around the 12:30 mark.

POS BULLSHIITE LINK, anti-Jewish lies. You Paulians may say that “criticism of Israel is not anti-Semitism” but your link proves otherwise. Claims that the Holocaust is nefariously used by the Jews is particularly odious. I’m only surprised that the site didn’t delve into the USS Liberty incident in ’67. You Paulians prolly believe that Jews use the blood of muslim babies to make matzoh (or is that hamentashen?)! Pathetic. Now I’ll have to check my puter for malware after clicking that crap site.

  111. Here’s some info on Holocaust denier Norman Finkelstein, who is featured on that POS website that Dabig posted:

there’s something in that haw doh file and i’d like to see it.

my guess is that it is either some kind of late filing or some kind of additional info regarding something about indonesia that is in the file. or maybe both.

given that the haw doh seems to be playing right along with this whole thing, though, it could also be that all that’s in the file is stuff that obama and his crew started putting in there once he started running for public office in illinois.

the stuff not only needs to be viewed, it needs forensics specialists to examine it

accusing all these public agencies and offices of being in cahoots or looking the other way on all these things makes us look crazy.
the problem is, all of em really are in on it. (or at least looking the other way)

  115. This poll does not look good for Perry especially when you consider that it was taken before the last debate. I pray that Jeb Bush or some other prominent Republican gets in the race before romney wins by default. A win by romney will be a disaster for the Republican Party and the nation because romney will not beat boHillary.

  116. Some people here who think they know it all and say so need to research the facts re Gardisil. It is of limited value in the whold scheme of treating and preventing CC. It only addresses one facet of the total picture and most cases of the infection will resolve themselves. Seems there are some pharma clones posting here. I could link, but there are so many that talk of this being an unnecessary for everyone and optional vaccine that they are easy to research on one’s own. So for the Mr./Ms. Know Everything and My Opinion is the Right One—go look for yourself and get educated. In the end it just is really one issue anyway—the govt., of any level, has no right to mandate medical treatment that at best is unproven and at worst harms more than it helps.

  117. Most everyone knows at least one key family member or close personal friend that has had major back problems resulting in surgery. This is no easy task to overcome, if ever. In most cases, alleviation of “some” pain diminishes, but it does not eliminate pain altogether. Least no one I personally know.

My father-in-law worked for the State County and severally injured his back while he and 6 other workers attempted to remove one of the large Air condition units on the top of a high school. Someone lost balance and fell, leaving the other workers losing balance as well. In the end, my father-in-law broke 2 vertebrates in his lower back, completely ruptured 3 disks beyond repair and required major surgery. 2 permanent titanium rods, 5 fused vertebrates, a wire mesh surrounding it all, not including 50% of his hip bone they cut off to use his own bone marrow for the fusion itself.

After a year of excruciating pain, the constant “shakes” from the same, the doctors could only give him massive amount of daily pain killers and continue to increase them over the same time-frame. For a man that does not drink or smoke, he quickly realized he was becoming addicted to the pain medication and dropped them all together.

Today, 9 years later and 69 years old, he still shakes and deals with the pain. In order to pick up an object off the floor, it requires a difficult lengthy task. Having to hold on to something with one hand, squat to one knee carefully, then the other, he can eventually get to all fours and pick up the small object. The same difficult task is required to stand back up.

No, I don’t know of anyone that has had such major back surgery and recovered. Better maybe, after many years, but not cured by far. The largest hurdle is for those that take the massive pain killers to assist the pain. That in itself is dangerous, not only to the body and mind, but becoming a “quite addict”. My father-in-law had the self courage to recognize this, but many do not.

Just thought I would share that personal knowledge.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Well said.

When it comes to Congress spending taxpayers dollars on our so called health and welfare, they should first look at their Constitutional Article that gives them such power – if at all. James Madison said it best in such conflict.

““I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.”

    James Madison…

    ++++++

The primary problem with Gardisil is it’s ineffective if your child (Boy or Girl) has already been exposed to, and ever contracted quite a few types of common childhood warts (aka. HPV) before the age of 12 years old.

Granted there are over 130 variants of HPV, however if your child has been exposed to/contracted any of the following variants of HPV, the vaccine is useless. If you have a good Pediatrician they will inform you of this before they offer to give the vaccination. Like all vaccines, it only works if given before one has been exposed to/contracted the virus.

These common childhood warts (HPV types) include –

    HPV types 2 and 4 (most common); also types 1, 3, 26, 29, and 57.
    Plantar warts (myrmecia) – HPV types 1, 2, 3, 4, 27, 28, and 58.
Anogenital warts (condylomata acuminata or venereal warts) – HPV types 6,11, 42, 44.
    Flat warts – HPV types 3, 10, and 28
    Butcher’s warts – HPV type 7.
Heck’s disease (Focal epithelial hyperplasia) – HPV types 13 and 32.

I am feeling left out! So far no one has reported that I am a committed debunker of all the Obama lies. A man’s character can be more accurately measured by those he offends than by those he pleases. Please confirm that you are offended by my website so that I might wear your displeasure as a badge of honor.
