As many of you know, Glenn Beck has not only not covered the Obama eligibility issues, he has for many months insulted millions of concerned Americans and high ranking military officers. Yesterday, Glenn Beck and his website, TheBlaze.com, hit a new low. On the same day that the American patriot, LTC Terry Lakin was convicted in a Obama kangaroo military court, TheBlaze.com came out with it’s first story about LTC Lakin. Instead of quoting an honest journalist, Lou Dobbs, formerly with CNN, TheBlaze.com presented a video from Anderson Cooper on CNN.

Good morning. We are going out of town tomorrow for the weekend. Lot to do today to get ready. Lt. Col. Lakin will be on my mind and how the military’s leadership is letting America and her troops down. It is time to start putting pressure on State legislatures and Secretaries of State to require documentation for the Office of President. The focus should be on the requirement of a candidate also having 2 citizen parents. If 1 or 2 states restates their belief in such a requirement, the media and politicians will have no choice but to challenge it in court. Once that happens maybe we can help put pressure on Representative to right the great injustice done against Lt. Col. Lakin.

Like you, I have been struck dumb by the notable lack of reporting or when noted on the MSM, slanted and poor in analysis.
I do not agree with the tact of the good colonel, but his effort deserved some measure of meaningful discussion. Perhaps, the opportunity existed to transition the question from BCs to the citizenship of BHO’s father.
Fox and other media have completely rolled over. They did the polling and, as such, determined it impacted their financial bottomline. Sad.

(NEW YORK)(December 16, 2010) Almost seven years ago I started looking and writing about President (then State Senator) Barack Obama’s past. I’m still looking.
I was particularly interested in Obama’s religion and family origins. Since 2004 Obama has done everything he can to obstruct access to information about his family history and personal history. Last month we convened a convention in Honolulu to discuss the open questions about Obama; committees are still drafting reports which will be released later this month. Tellingly, there is no plaque celebrating an “Obama Birthplace” in Hawai’i. Obama is a man without a birthplace. Hmmm.
My columns created the “Birther movement.” One leftist writer later anointed me as the “King of the Birthers.” Do I agree with everyone and everything Birthers say? Absolutely not. I have been in the forefront of exposing some of the charlatans and thieves in the Birther movement. My loyalty is only to finding the facts and speaking the truth about the Mysterious Mr. Obama. Others are not so fastidious.
In other words, as a “king” of the Birther movement I preside over an unruly kingdom. There are those who claim Obama was born in Kenya (I do not agree the evidence supports that view). Others say Obama traveled on foreign passports (I have my doubts).
The key question is whether Obama meets the U. S. Constitution’s requirement of being a “natural born citizen” eligible to serve as president. On that issue, I do not believe Obama is in fact constitutionally eligible to serve as president.
The mainstream media originally created the term “Birther” to ridicule people who had doubts about Obama’s “origins.” I turned tables on the media and adopted the term Birther as my own. That is a prerogative of “royalty.” Today, the research and writing that I began has grown to the point where 100 million Americans have doubts about Obama’s life story.
The public debate over Obama’s origins keeps popping up everywhere and almost in every sort of forum. Saturday Night Live recently joked about doubts concerning Obama’s origins (see link below). Baseball player Luke Scott expressed his Birther sentiments (his team promptly disassociated itself from Scott’s beliefs)(see link below).
And then there is the case of Army Lt. Col. Terry Lakin who became a Birther icon for refusing to deploy to Afghanistan on the basis of his doubts about Obama’s eligibility to serve as president.
Wednesday (December 15th) Lakin was convicted by an Army court martial (see link). Later Wednesday Lakin recanted his beliefs and said he was now ready to serve (see link below). The Lakin trial even drew New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd, who ridiculed the Birther movement (see link blow).
CNN host Anderson Cooper is obsessed with Birthers (see link below). Cooper called them all sorts of names on December 14th (no link yet). Cooper has repeatedly featured Birther guests, only to attack them and attempt to ridicule their beliefs. Although I disagree with much that is attributed to some Birthers, I am also aware that Cooper deliberately keeps calling inexperienced advocates to defend Birther beliefs instead of inviting me to be a guest. He is afraid to face me on camera.
So what does all of this mean? Are the Birthers winning or losing?
The Birthers are Winning. Hands Down.
I continue to refine and expand and develop the Birther movement. That’s why I am known as the “Internet Powerhouse.” Like a submarine service we work beneath the waves to focus and form public opinion, and to continue my efforts to expose Barack Obama as a charlatan and a fraud.
Today even Dick Morris of Fox News says Obama is a socialist. In 2008 I was the first person to call Obama a socialist on national television (see link below) which explains why Obama is obsessed with attacking and undermining me.
The Lakin case has ended badly because the strategy of using a senior army officer to confront Obama was flawed from the start. I had no connection to or part in Lakin’s case. I am entirely independent of his actions. I did, however send a letter to the Army Chief of Staff defending Lakin and his beliefs (which I posted on the I’net).
So why did I disagree with Lakin’s approach? The power of the government, which Obama temporarily controls, is at its greatest in dealing with the military. Military officers do not operate in a democratic environment. The army is not a democracy. Officers must follow orders. The power of the individual is therefore at its weakest when embodied in a military officer.
The “illegal orders” doctrine which grew out of World War II was never intended to allow an officer to challenge the authority of the chain of command for routine orders. It was intended to stop the massacre of innocents, not to allow an officer to hamstring military operations. The very essence of a military officer is obedience to general orders. Lakin’s case was the wrong test case.
Despite his ill-advised strategy, his guilty plea on one count, and his conviction on a second count, the military is likely to deal with Colonel Lakin leniently. First, he has now recanted his beliefs and expressed a willingness to deploy to Afghanistan. I expect him to be sent there. Second he has a very distinguished service record. Officers look at other officers in a lenient light.
Finally, a lenient disposition of Lakin’s case is in the interests of the Obama administration. If Lakin is imprisoned he will become a martyr. Deployed to Afghanistan Lakin will soon be forgotten. I expect Lakin to be fined, and perhaps reduced in rank temporarily. I do not expect him to do jail time. In all probability Lakin will be allowed, after suitable public flogging, to complete his military career and retire with a pension. Any other outcome will only fuel the Birther fires.
Why has Obama refused to release his original typewritten 1961 birth certificate? There are a number of possibilities, each of them very plausible. First, Obama was in fact born illegitimate (we now say “nonmarital”). His father was married to another woman. There is no way his “parents” ever marred legally under Hawai’i law. The Obama “marriage” was a sham.
Second, Obama’s birth was in all probability not attended to by a doctor. Third, Obama was in all probability not born in a hospital. Fourth, Obama’s “Father’s Religion” was probably listed as Muslim on the birth certificate. These are just some of the obvious possibilities which were typed on Obama’s original document in 1961.
None of this detailed information is part of the “Certificate of Live Birth” Obama released in 2008.
Obama does not want the truth to come out until he is out of office. Maybe not even then.
The same is true about Obama’s academic records. Obama in all probability sought “affirmative action” as a Muslim and Kenyan when he applied to OccidentalCollege and other schools in his educational career. Obama’s massive ego does not allow him to admit he benefited from affirmative action, or that he lied about his religious and familial background.
Finally, Obama’s “father” (the one he claims as a father; my research in Hawai’i leads me to believe Frank Marshall Davis was Obama’s biological father) was obviously not a U. S. Citizen, and not even a permanent resident. He was here on a transient student visa.
The “natural born citizen” requirement in the U. S. Constitution applies to only one office, that of president. The founders inserted “natural born” in the Constitution for that one office because it obviously was intended to mean something special.
Obama and his supporters-Anderson Cooper, CNN, Robert Gibbs and others–try to pretend the very specific language of the founders was meaningless and should be ignored. As a constitutional scholar I do not believe that is the case. And I do not believe Barack Obama is remotely eligible to serve as president (unless, of course, his real father is really Frank Marshall Davis, in which case both of his parents were American citizens).
The Birther movement will continue to grow and metastasize as we approach the 2012 election season. We have political plans that will be unveiled shortly.
Today even baseball players are aware of Obama’s constitutional ineligibility. Tomorrow the American people are going to rise up and throw the usurper (sorry, Ms. Dowd, he is a usurper) out of office. Today 100 million Americans have doubts about Obama’s origins. In due course the entire world will learn the truth, and learn that Barack Obama was the biggest scam artist in American political history. It’s only a matter of time.
Our democracy died when Obama lied.

I have the very same question. “Great minds think alike…”. But seriously:
I don’t see the genius in Puckett. To do what he did any lawyer including Jensen could have done. If Lakin wanted to throw in the towel Jensen could have done it for him. Why fire Jensen?
We expected that Puckett will challenge the errors Lind made. It is not only my opinion that there were errors. Retired military people of high rank as well as a retired judge voiced the similar opinion. So we were all expecting Puckett to presenting crystal clear logical arguments with conviction and passion.
Instead he did the unheard: “announced that his client was guilty 11 days before trial, state that Judge Lind’s rulings on discovery were correct.” What possible advantage could come out of such statement? It seemed so unlikely that a reputable attorney could convict his client in advance of the trial. So we were thinking, still hoping that he has a new angle for defense in his sleeve. It turned out that he had nothing.
Can some of the legal minded readers help me with the following questions?
1. Can Lakin appeal?
2. According to Mr. Kerchner one of the prosecutors made a mistake by mentioning the eligibility. Could the defense use such mistake as “opening the door”? If yes, why did Puckett not jump on it?
3. This court is part of the Executive Branch and not the Judiciary Branch. The head of the Executive Branch is the accused (for lack of better word). Consequently this court is controlled or at least heavily influenced by the accused. If this is not an inherent conflict of interest – then what is? Can that be used as part of the appeal, if still available?

Lakin can not appeal his guilty pleas on 3 counts. He can appeal his sentences on the issue of incompetent counsel . However, there is nothing in the record for him to base an appeal of the guilty verdicts, other than incompetent counsel on the jury verdict on missing movement.
If I were representing him, I would appeal his sentences on the 3 guilty pleas on the issue of incompetent counsel. On the conviction of missing movement, I would appeal his conviction and sentence on the on the issue of incompetent counsel.
Now it is time to appeal the guilty verdict of LTC Lakin. That is where this is headed, back to SCOTUS, under original jurisdiction, The Armed Services Committee, and Congress, who botched the vetting of Obama in the first place. Lakin now has been injured by the president, the commander in chief. Now the appeal process begins.
This is all about squeezing an identity out of the president of the United States.

Outside of public defenders who literally fell asleep during murder trials, I have never seen a more eggregious case of incompetent counsel than Lakin’s, but this case would go to the military court of appeals and who knows what they will do.

Thanks for the post. I’ve always liked Andy Martin’s straight-forward style of communication, although I may not agree with every aspect of his opinions. In this instance (with the exception of Frank Marshall Davis as the real father) I think he is pretty much right. He certainly has been on this eligibility subject for a long time (since 2004?) and DOES work rather under the radar screen.
At times he could be construed to be a little pompous, but he has the brains, experience, and know-how to back it up apparently. I will be anxious to read his further reports and do go to his site occasionally to see what he’s talking about.
Obviously, Obama’s father being Kenyan/British precludes him from being eligible as a natural born citizen.
This was corroborated in the McCain Senate resolution signed by Obama.
This is part of the complete package of deception.
This is what Lakin capitulation has done to the eligibility movement.
So now the Birthers consider the court-martial part of the dastardly conspiracy. “This whole trial looks like a sham,” said Orly Taitz, a tall blonde California dentist, lawyer and leader in the Birther movement. “I was raised in the Soviet Union. This was worse than what I’ve seen in the Soviet Union.”
If Lakin ever envisioned his court-martial as the slingshot that could bring down a presidency and prove that the Birthers are heroes rather than loonies, he had given up that dream by the time he entered a guilty plea and backed up a not guilty plea with a technicality.
The balding, gray colonel may not have truly changed his beliefs. But he looked small and shaken as he admitted to disobeying orders from his boss, Gordon Roberts, a Medal of Honor recipient. He murmured “Yes, ma’am” over and over in a low voice as the precise Judge Lind pressed him on whether he understood that “the dictates of conscience do not justify disobeying a lawful order.”
Sobered by the prospect of a dishonorable dismissal, losing his pension and serving hard time, as well as facing a panel of military superiors in dress uniforms, Colonel Lakin said the winter had been “a confusing time, a very emotional time for me.” His shoulders slumped, he offered excuses about how he had gotten conflicting advice from lawyers — his defense was underwritten by Birthers.
“I understand that it was my decision, and I made the wrong choice,” he told the judge…
But, in the end, the court-martial offers one big truth: President Obama doesn’t have to show Terry Lakin anything. The colonel should have followed orders.

In urging lawmakers to vote for his tax deal, President Obama is using one of his go-to lines from the healthcare debate, according to a Democratic lawmaker. Obama is telling members of Congress that failure to pass the tax-cut legislation could result in the end of his presidency, Rep. Peter DeFazio (Ore.) said. “The White House is putting on tremendous pressure, making phone calls, the president is making phone calls saying this is the end of his presidency if he doesn’t get this bad deal,” he told CNN’s Eliot Spitzer. But the White House shot back late on Wednesday.
Finally I think the Democrats have achieved their “historic” garbage that they yapped about during the 08 election cycle. This is the worst Congress our nation has ever witnessed. They did achieve one worthy goal, most Dems are now Tea Party, Independents or Republicans. All Americans witnessed their abuse of power, thought, life, liberty and the pursuit of justice and did not like what they saw. We remembered in November and are looking forward to 12 to finish off these abominations and these egregious abuses of power.

The 111th Congress began with an $814 billion stimulus that blew out the federal balance sheet, so we suppose it’s only fitting that the Members want to exit by passing a 1,924-page, $1.2 trillion omnibus spending bill. I asked if O were illegal,would our troops be illegal. The answer was -maybe. Is it possible then that the FCC has threatened all Media -that to bring up O’s illegal status would harm our troops overseas. This would be a good reason that Beck,Fox, and many others keep quiet on the subject; noone would want to put our Troops in any harm’s way.
Carlyle, you are a fairly self righteous dude. I’m assuming that you may have been referring to me as a person who “schiztophrenically” lash out on the last post.
With respect to Noz, he has a very well thought out perspective. CW disagreed with him, but didn’t come down on him. Noz crossed the line on this post and CW called him out on it.

Now, Carlyle, you may think that advocating inciting “armed rebellion” at this point. But do you really think that this is a practical way to approach the problems in our country? Do you blame CW for calling out that language on the blog that he is responsible for?
In addition, people have had disagreements since you left the last time but it isn’t an ongoing occurrance of a complete breakdown of civility since you left. It appears that you are back to “stir the pot” again for some reason.

FWIW, here is my answer.
For two years now, patriots of all stripes, colors and backgrounds have placed their faith in what I call “false idols.” First we had Berg, then Leo, then Pidgeon, then Taitz/Keyes and now Lakin.
American patriots have put money, intellectual resource, time and prayer into all of these efforts. If such a patriot steps outside of these efforts and questions them well they are pummelled, ridiculed and trashed. Why? Why do American patriots ridiculue and demean one another? Aren’t we all on the same team?
You’ll notice I didn’t mention one case – Kerchner/Apuzzo. This is the only case brought to court to date that had ALL of the ineligibility facts laid out for the judiciary. These two men ARE the TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOT, the other’s not so much. Read the other atty’s initial briefs. Read these atty’s puff pieces. You’ll start to see a pattern emerge; one that many of us American patriots were trying our damdest to expose but gave up trying.
FS told everyone on yesterday’s thread his work, which was pro bono, was cast aside by everyone’s darling. Ask the young man who went to Kenya and bribed a Kenyan to get a copy of Obooboo’s BC w/footprint and all why he was never called to take the stand. Ask the Clinton’s friend Berg, why he latched onto the COLB and utterly ignored for more than a year Obooboo’s dual citizenship AND opposing counsels owned damned footnote jbjd caught long ago. Ask yourself why Leo and Pidgeon dropped their eligibility work like a hot potato the moment they latched onto the GM dealer case.
The American patriot movement will continue to be splintered, fractured and ridiculed forever if we don’t stop looking to or for someone to save us. Washington, Jefferson, Henry – none of these men looked to someone else to come to their rescue! So why on earth is today’s movement looking for such a savior?
The answer to your astute question, Margie, is the next move, hell the one the likes of those mentioned above have successfully worked, and gotten paid handsomely, I might add, to distract, divert, dismiss and fracture the American patriot movement is for all of them, Kerchner/Apuzzo being the only exception, kicked to the curb.
If you want a leader, Kerchner is your man. He has demonstrated humility, strength, intelligence, honor and love for his country, your country, our country time and time and time again.
And if you want to rally around anything, go read the original complaints jbjd worked tirelessly to put together to empower you to take action. For those asking about Pelosi I strongly suggest you read jbjd’s work.
Who among you are prepared to ask this brave man to lead? Who among you will follow? Who among you will take jbjd’s stellar legal work and do something with it?

Yes, and it has dawned upon me that this is why we will never see an Obama administration enforce border security anywhere, either southern or northern. They are working towards the time when there will be a single,borderless and socialist “North American Union.” This is a
real, grand conspiracy taking place, with the “NAFTA Superhighway” front and center. Billions of dollars of stimulus money are allegedly being funneled into this highway project to facilitate the flow of foreign goods (like China) overland across America.
Helen, jbjd has been right about a lot of things. In the end it will be the Secretary of States in the next election who put an end to the fraud. When they all certified Obama, and the Congress didn’t step up to the plate upon confirmation, it seems that it ended any viable way to correct the fraud. At this point, I think that if we don’t want to wait until 2012 it will have to be Congress that takes up the issue. I don’t see this happening.
Like Pidgeon in Commander Fitzpatrick’s case, Puckett has now abandoned Lt. Col. Lakin as he faces sentencing.

Carlyle, I don’t think that CW allows the racists and really nutty posters to run amok on the blog. Most of the time, they get cleaned out by the rest of us. But I don’t think that CW has any real problems with Noz. Noz is a bright guy with a valid perspective.

I didn’t say they would hear it, most likely it will go the way of all the other cases, no where. SCOTUS wants Congress to impeach Obama, and try Obama in the senate, just as the Constitution says.
Folks, let me add to the mix re. frustration over the behavior of many of the past attorneys.
I think we fail to realize that many of the lawyers who have disappointed us patriots are subject to varying human emotions, as we all are from time to time. Just because one steps forward to help our cause doesn’t mean that they don’t possibly have overblown egos, professional jealousies, and other like traits. Those traits prevail often to our detriment.
After all, they DO have professional careers to protect, etc., etc. I AM NOT EXCUSING THIS BEHAVIOR NOR AM I TRYING TO TAKE THEIR SIDE Rather, I am being realistic, having worked around professionals most of my life. Some may have taken these cases to promote their own professional work and so appeal to other potential clients, and then when things don’t work out, well, they vamoose – they EXIT.
In other words, their motives MAY NOT have been the same as ours entirely. Don’t we all know – haven’t we all seen this on TV – that you can present a judicial situation to a couple of attorneys, with each on the opposite side. Then if they were asked to switch sides, in most cases they could argue the opposite side just as successfully. Isn’t this what lawyers are taught to do?
Therefore, WE considered all of these cases to be of the highest level from a patriotic and righteous perspective. Maybe some of the attorneys involved never really shared that same passion. It looks that way when we exercise reasonable 20/20 hindsight. Sad. Discouraging. Yes, disgusting.
It’s called the firing range. Get practice, and plenty of it. As James Madison said:
If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy
The sooner we as a nation realize in unison this is indeed tyranny and that the federal regime wants us in chains, the sooner we can rise up and cast off these shackles so blatently slapped onto our ankles.

His new lawyer — who has not been working with us — convinced Terry that by changing his strategy and abandoning any argument about Obama’s eligibility, he would be able to plead for mercy tomorrow when he is sentenced.
Terry … by pleading guilty he abandons any opportunity to appeal, and thus any chance that the appellate courts would reverse Judge Lind’s rulings.
The Lakin case may now never provide an answer to the questions the nation has as to the eligibility of Barack Obama to be Commander-in-Chief. However, Terry cannot be blamed for doing what he believes is in his, and his family’s, best interests and of course Terry had the courage and fortitude to put himself in jeopardy in the first place. We wish him all the best tomorrow as the trial continues to its conclusion.
There are no words to express my sadness.
What surfaces from this over time is that as a threatening issue becomes more threatening, the missinformation, lies and slander efforts grow more intense. Earlier, the birther issue seemed easy to attack and the efforts to discredit with extreme arrogance those fighting for the truth was at an all time high. Now though the tables have turned and the birther issue is most threatening than ever. This is causing those in the media and others to come out and show in an obvious way how scummy they really area. If you look closely, you may detect a strong level of anxiety surfacing! This is a good sign that all isn’t well with the evil side and they are starting to pull out all stops with trying to keep their side together.
As more threatening information or new whistleblowers with higher levels of threat surface, the anxiety supported efforts to try to stop the threats will greatly increase. This is expected to continue until a major breakthrough appears then some areas may start to settle down. We have been seeing breakthroughs here and there but those with deep pockets have a lot to lose will fight till they are forced to stop. They may be too deeply invested in the Coup and for themselves have gone too far. Just remember that many of the talking heads are known to have CIA backgrounds. And it’s the CIA who is directly involved in the White House Coup which a few weeks ago turned the corner and has ceased to progress. What once was isn’t anylonger.
A look back at history will explain that the last time this criminal system headed by the big finanical groups tried a White House Coup was in 1933 called the “Business Plot”. The Whistleblower was Smedely Butler who went directly to the President and the Coup was stopped. However later he tried to get Congress to start a Probe to bring to justice and indict all those involved in Treason. What happened shouldn’t surprise you since it was those same groups today back then who were able to stop Butler’s attempts for justice. They did exactly the same things then as they are doing now with discrediting him and his attempts. This time history has shown to teach a valuable lesson as to not repeat the same effort. This time handling the Criminal Croup was done differently and everyone has been exposed for all to see. This is one reason why ending this has taken so long. Surfacing of those involved in the Criminal Coup continues and it’s getting easier everyone to spot who is who. Most will do anything for money but when it ends up causing too much trouble people stop following orders so they can save themselves. Hitler’s family and administration following WWII ended up changing their names and fleeing elsewhere to save themselves from being pursued. This is already happening only now there will be many more since the effort of exposing everyone is as thorough as it is. Keep in mind that because so many have been harmed and murdered, those left are expected to life their lives out in fear of being discovered. Money is nice since it offers us to live comfortably but it doesn’t mean anything when you’re life is unsafe. Watch what happens to the greedy families with all the money!

This concerted effort paid for by ??? kept the majority of American patriots from researching the dual/tri efforts many of us were fighting tooth and nail to get folks to research, read and learn about.
I have personally been called every name in the book by fellow American patriots. The most recent was being called a Nazi and a Pharasee! Why? Why does a fellow patriot stoop to such levels of discourse? And why pray tell do fellow patriots allow such distasteful insults to be hurled at another patriot? This divisiveness must cease. The ridicule must cease. American’s have got to come together.
Many tried in 2008 w/the grassroots Tea Party movement but look how damned fractured that vehicle is. Have you ever asked yourself why the Tea Party movement, whose roots were the ineligibilty movement, was infiltrated by the Dick Armey’s, Brietbart’s, Palins, Beck’s of the world and once they gained control, the entire eligibility issue was to never be spoken?
To this day, nearly two and a half years later, not one Republican Attorney General has responded to citizens Memorandum’s of Complaint re Investigating the DNC, Pelosi or Geremond or those state leaders for election fraud. NOT ONE!
My AG, Cuccinelli, had the audacity to state on prime time news last week that his job is to protect the Constitution. Ha! What a dishonest human being he is. He has done nothing, nada, zip, zilch with my complaint hand delivered to the Virginia AG office on September 22, 2008. Nothing.
TPTB – both R and D – divide and conquer strategy/operation worked. We American patriots are MORE divided today than two years ago and it’s high time we American’s come together and work together and cease the division mentality. That is if you want to win…and the crown jewel of victory is our FREEDOM.
This is good news for Lakin. He only got 6 months. Evidently, the Army didn’t want to make a martyr of him. They got what they wanted guilty pleas and an admission that the orders were lawful.

LTC Lakin, convicted on all counts by a general court-martial, has been sentenced.
The sentence is a dismissal, confinement for six months, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances. The dismissal — the only form of punitive discharge authorized for an officer — is generally regarded as equivalent to a dishonorable discharge and cuts off substantially all benefits incident to military service. If approved by the convening authority, it will entitle LTC Lakin to automatic review of his case by the Army Court of Criminal Appeals. He can waive that review, but such waivers are relatively rare. Unless the convening authority grants a deferment of confinement, LTC Lakin will start his sentence today.
Colonel Sullivan reports that there was no reaction from LTC Lakin or from the half-dozen or so birthers remaining in the spectators’ gallery. The military judge thanked the members for their service, and excused them. The courtroom was then cleared to allow LTC Lakin privacy.

When I first started working with Orly, she was focused on proceeding against bo on the NBC issue and filing a motion for Original Jurisdiction before SCOTUS, but there were others lawyers who got to her and a the next thing I knew, she edited my Brief making it incomprehensible and she went off on a Quo Warranto tangent.
FS – there were others that got to her too. I know of a tech who is also a phenomenal researcher who volunteered their service to assist Taitz. This individuals experience, as well as others I know and have private conversations with, tell similar stories.
Yesterday, I shared with you and others that I know a teensy bit of the reaction many retired military personnel had regarding Lakin’s first counsel. These individuals intervened after the Article 32 hearing. I am confident stating this – these military men/women knew Lakin was facing hard time due to the Article 32 mishaps. Therefore, when they intervened their goal was to keep the courtroom honest and to make sure Lakin and his family did not suffer major professional/personal consequences.
Think what you may about Puckett, but understand this man was being guided by those former military men and women who did not want to see Lakin suffer from those who had another agenda.
Thank you for posting his sentencing. I pray the good man gets some rest and sleeps well tonight.

Phil Berg stated at his Oct 23, 2010 rally at the Capitol that the next step/hope that we have is when/if bo decides to run in 2012
he will have to be vetted by all 50 states. He said that will be coming up in 3 months which would be January 2011. Is it our individual Sec of State or our States Attny General who does that? He wanted us to put pressure on them to make sure bo shows proper documentation. Helen @ 2:00p.m., Phil Berg was big on bo’s Indonesian citizenship. That’s were I found out about it through him. I don’t no if he used that in his court battles though. It’s up to the 50 states now. Surely 1 would demand proper documentation.
I agree with Marty….like I said before, somebody with a lot of cajones released the climategate emails…..with the entire world’s economy at stake, they took a huge risk to reveal the fraud. I believe likewise will happen with the fraud in the WH…..people are literally getting buried under the bus left and right. At some point the whole web of deceit will start to unravel and that will break the will of those left holding it together. LTC Lakin’s trial may be just the start of the great unraveling. I am a huge believer of fate and the righteous will prevail.

Hey buddy you need to get your facts straight………..Obama’s GOONS did not post a CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH ON THE INTERNET………..they posted a “CERTIFICATION”……. OF LIVE BIRTH. This is a completely different animal from the ORIGINAL “CERTIFICATE” OF LIVE BIRTH. The CERTIFICATION is given to anybody who can sign their name on the dotted line,,,,,even to relatives who sign the name for him. Further you can be born on the moon,but in 1961 you could get a certification of live birth for the asking. In all probability GRAMMA Dunham signed the document. Again he could have been BORN ON THE MOON, but Hawaii would have issued him a CERTIFICATION nonetheless. Do you get it now Andy?

It is possible that the reason for some to begin to shy away from the NBC qualification is because I understand that there are good, conservative, patriotic, constitutional lawyers who are in disagreement as to the interpretation and ramifications of NBC. In other words, although we here are pretty much in agreement, in the legal community that is not so. It may be considered a “hot button” issue and too risky and uncertain to get involved with. Just a thought.

I have great respect for Gens. Vallely and McInerney. I would like to see a Military Man of that Stature in the race for President in 2012. IMHO, we are going to need a strong President with a military background.
Nevertheless, as I stated earlier, Outside of public defenders who literally fell asleep during murder trials, I have never seen a more eggregious case of incompetent counsel than Lakin’s. Notwithstanding the relatively light sentence, Puckett’s “defense” was utterly incompetent. Lakin got the light sentence simply because the Army brass didn’t want to make a martyr out of Lakin. They just wanted Lakin to go away.
i george – I’m a former D who supported Hill. I was thrilled like so many others of us when Berg stepped up and filed suit. It was all BC. He changed his tune about dual about a year to 18 months later. So, yes, he did long after he milked the “nativity scavenger hunt” to death. Thrilled though you weighed into this gnarly issue via Berg’s work. Who knows who Berg was working for – I don’t. I just know that Obooboo told the world he was a dual during the 2008 primary and the only attorney I know of who tackled this fact was jbjd. just sayin. btw, nobody was paying her…

It is possible that the reason for some to begin to shy away from the NBC qualification is because I understand that there are good, conservative, patriotic, constitutional lawyers who are in disagreement as to the interpretation and ramifications of NBC. In other words, although we here are pretty much in agreement, in the legal community that is not so. It may be considered a “hot button” issue and too risky and uncertain to get involved with. Obama knew that once he moved past the “president-elect” phase, after the Electoral College, and the swearing in, that it would be hard to unseat him, do to the political question doctrine, and the legal fiction of “standing”. The Electoral College was fixed, w/ Dick Cheney being as culpable as anyone (he is dispicable), and the swearing in was fixed beforehand by the agreement that Roberts would publicly flub the oath, only to supposedly do it again in private (no public record of it). Roberts probably balked, but knew that he had no role at that point.
Leo Donofrio is right. The only way to disgourge Obama from office is the Quo Warranto statute of the DC District, as laid out by the 25th Amendment, and the DC District Code. Like he said, ALL efforts outside of that will fail. That is why the Solicitor General had no response to the Kerchner suit, he knew that there would be no standing. Marbury v. Madison is dead, w/ respect to SCOTUS Constitutional review. The rule of law has been eroded to the point where the Constitution means very little at this point. Witness the “Are you kidding?” response to the question poses to Pelosi about where the Constitution allows the insurance mandate. Also witness the fact that neither Kegan nor Sotomayor recused themselves.
The disenfranchised Chrysler dealers have the best standing at this point, and the new congress certainly helps, although they will still circle the wagons to protect their treason. Do the newly elected Tea Party members have the intestinal fortitude to publicize the true violation of Dual allegiance at birth? I don’t know, but this is what needs to be hammered into the public conciousness, not the BC issue.
Obama’s illegal use of TARP to gift Chrysler to Fiat, and disenfranchise the Chrysler dealers went against the legal use of TARP for the Distressed banking sector. The PTB are trying to slow him down and run out the clock, so that they may set the precedent for the Usurpation. The judiciary is hopelessly politicized and corrupt. The Chrysler dealers have standing once they have exhausted all legal avenues, and TPTB know that. Congress must ultimately unseat Obama after a QW verdict is attained. THERE IS NO OTHER constitutional avenue before the next election. ALL of these other cases were doomed to fail, just like Donofrio said. It is time to move forward. If QW is not attained prior to the next election, there are laws, like here in Fla., that allow a registered voter TAXPAYER to have standing to contest the eligibility of a candidate within 10 days of an election. You all need to review the statutes in your states, and oppose Obama’s eligibility, as well as Jindal’s, if he runs.

I think the BHO lid will pop when a foreign government challenges his legitimacy. Someone needs to look at all our involvement with foreign governments and see what kind of treaties, alliances, etc, BHO has signed. I think a foreign government would have standing and would get the attention of congress and SCOTUS. Maybe a country like Turkey or Russia will step up to the plate, although there would have to be a significant benefit for them to do this. Marty, the “business plot” of 1933 was led by Prescott Bush. FDR, who at the time was alleged to be basically a communist, was the target. Many people here and elsewhere, whom we align with in principle, would have supported old Prescott and his millionaire buddies at the time. You are correct in alluding to the fact that no matter how justifiable and right that it may seem at the time, any type of coup against the government of the United States has got to be unpalatable and is criminal. This is definitely not the direction that we would not want things to go. What will fill the vacuum will be much worse than what our system is today (it would have to be, as it would not be democratically elected), and I guarantee you that we will not be in control of who chose to go that route (and how would we get rid of them). This is why I come down so hard on the RAP types who infiltrate this blog. Who are they to say that we would want them to apppoint their so called President to be our leader. They are worse than the Leninists, the small group that led the coup in Russia in 1917 and 18 and 19. It is also why I follow people like FS who look to use their knowledge to change our system from within and I tell others (we know who they are) to be careful for what they wish for. Our system, while not perfect, is set up to handle these situations (while it may not be as fast as we would like). The people that screwed us are the Secretary of States in each state and the Congress. The next time that we can remedy this is in 2012, unless SCOTUS or Congress acts before then (which is dubious at best).

I will add that many parts of our republic are completely dysfunctional right now and that is where the breakdown is happening. We need to be smart and focus like a laser beam on those entities in our system to correct them.
Over all the years I’ve been involved in the Criminal system through marriage and afterwards there are glowing signs of some personality traits. These have become valuable with trying to recognize how to view behavior.
This Criminal system is different than other criminal systems is my guess. In talking to people what surfaces is their views of how to judge this criminal behavior is much different. Thus being able to discern between criminal behavior and normal behavior leaves a lot to be desired especially when I know the difference to begin with.

You have the right to swing your fist as swiftly as you would like as long as you don’t punch me in the face. However, I look at your view point in the same manner as I would the people who burned down their own communities is Watts and Compton, or in Brixton (London)…or when the Muslims come out to terrorize the west.

Helen, again, thank you. Your words mean a lot to me. We have to stick together and not tear each other down. This is not a Democrat or Republican thing anymore. It is about saving our republic. Right now, by the skin of their teeth, the Republicans seem to be at least listening to us. I’m not sure that forming a new party would help us. In fact, that is what they are counting on. Like the communists, we need to infiltrate one or both of the political parties. Which is very sad in that we are like insurgents promoting the constitution that they swore and oath to serve.

Orly is simply easily distracted and misled and too emotional, but I think her heart is in the right place. I think Phil is also sincere in his efforts to get bo legally removed, but he is a politician and he is waiting for bo’s poll numbers to get as low as they will go so that he has the support of the public.
I have no idea what Donofrio and Pidgeon are up to, but the notion that you can file a Quo Warranto and get Holder or the US Attorney to get bo removed by a DC court is RIDICULOUS.
We saw what Holder did with the trial of the Embassy Bomber in New York. Holder got him acquitted on 284 counts, including not guilty verdicts on 224 murder charges.
And remember DC Mayor Marion Barry who was acquitted by a DC court despite the fact that the jury saw him smoking crack and buying cocaine on videos?
No way a DC jury would rule against bo on anything, especially if Holder was “prosecuting” the case.

Bob and Helga. I’ll bet if you asked either of them their thoughts on Muhammad Ali and his status as a “conscientious objector”, their response would be glowing. Essentially (in my opinion), Lakin is a “conscientious objector”. Rather than mocking him, and admittedly I didn’t see it as I can’t watch O’Reilly anymore, they should be wondering why an intelligent man like Lakin and 60% of the public have questions surrounding Obama’s eligibility. They are both smart enough to know the issues surrounding the NBC question, especially as it relates to dual citizenship at birth (and a foreign born father, who never had citizenship, along with the adoption in Indonesia). Hey, I’m pretty dumb when it comes to eloquence…you have to admit I’m trying and succeeding on some levels.
As a Soldier, the word is important…purpose, motivation, and direction are key to mission accomplishment. And sometimes, it must and necessarily ends with sacrice. LTC Lakin, me, and everyone in uniform matter…our lives were sold early to a purpose unclear at first and later made profound and reasonable.

Paxson, I just heard Judge Napolitano discuss the Net Neutrality issue today with an expert. They both agreed that this was an egregious power grab to be pulled by the FCC right before Christmas. First of all, the FCC has absolutely no legal authority to control the internet, but, as we all know, that doesn’t seem to matter under the BO regime.
However, the GOOD news is that this edict can be overturned by Congress rather easily. Within the sixty-day period following the ruling there is a window of opportunity for the House (no longer controlled by liberal Dems) to legislate against the ruling. It was also said that in the Senate there need be only thirty senators to be involved. I don’t know what the exact procedure is in the Senate. Both the Judge and his guest felt that this obscene attempt by BO will be easy to overrule.
Let’s all keep our ears to the ground on this important development. It was pointed out that the one segment of our economy – the internet – that does very well in this sagging economy WITHOUT government interference – is now under severe attack. Honestly, should we be surprised?? (Of course, we all sense that this is an attempt to not only control a huge segment of the economy, but our First Amendment rights, as well.)

Hollywood’s adoration for President Obama has never really been all that shocking, but what may be surprising is how famous singers and actors are increasingly saying they aren’t so happy with the commander-in-chief.
The latest comes from singer Barbra Streisand, who on Thursday was asked if she’s disappointed in Obama.
“At first, maybe a little, because I would have liked to have him use his executive privilege to, if that’s possible legally, to get rid of something like ‘don’t ask, don’t tell,'” she said. “I think people admire real strength, even though it’s misguided,” she told CNN’s Larry King.
Streisand actually skipped town for the midterms and slammed Democrats for not getting their message out well enough.
She did add one final accolade though, “Obama. And he’s cool. And he’s very smart.”
It’s Obama’s stance on gay issues that seems to really get the Hollywood crowd going.
“Glee’s” Jane Lynch railed against the president’s stance on gay marriage earlier this year (Obama’s opposed to it, but supports something like civil unions). “Shouldn’t there be safeguards against the majority voting on the rights of a minority? If people voted on civil rights in the ’60s, it would have never happened. It took somebody like [President] Lyndon Johnson going, ‘F all of you! I’m going to do this.’ Obama won’t do it. He’s a huge disappointment to me,” Lynch said to Britain’s The Guardian.
In September, comedian and “Daily Show” host Jon Stewart was asked by Fox’s Bill O’Reilly if he had Obama remorse.
“I think people feel a disappointment in that there was a sense that ‘Oh Jesus will walk on water,’ and now you’re looking at it like, ‘Look at that, he’s just treading water,'” Stewart said.
But Stewart noted, he’s still not quite measuring up, “I thought he’d do a better job.”
KISS singer Gene Simmons even went so far as to say he wants to take back his vote.
“I voted because the man that was running was a moment in history. I–in the back of my mind I wanted to show the world that America, the land of slaves…the land that tortured its black population for hundreds of years is also the place of hope that can give an African American the chance to lead the most powerful place on the face of the planet. Actor Matt Damon, who was a very early supporter of candidate Obama, also said he’s “disappointed” with the president’s progress, telling the New York Daily news in February, “Everyone feels a little let down.” “Because on some level, people expected all their problems to go away,” Damon said.
And it’s those high expectations that might just be part of the problem and something the White House has been working earnestly to address over the last year.
The tax cut compromise has been the latest example of the White House trying to ease their annoyed base. Obama and Press Secretary Robert Gibbs have both been trying to point out all the administration has accomplished, and attempting to get the Democrats and the far-left to tamper down the negativity.
Obama had a star-studded inaugural weekend, with a concert featuring Bruce Springsteen and Sheryl Crow among others, and Beyonce singing “At Last” for the first couple’s kick-off dance.
Many in Hollywood of course still support and praise the president, but the chorus of critics seems to be increasing.

You’ve heard of no fly and no buy lists – get ready for no work lists. Millions of workers now must apply to the DHS and prove they are not terrorists in order to be granted permission by the government to work.
On the Alex Jones Show today, a caller pointed to information posted on a union website for ironworkers spelling out details on the Department of Homeland Security’s TWIC and SWAC programs.
TWIC is short for Transportation Worker Identification Credential and SWAC stands for Secure Worker Access Consortium.
TWIC “is a biometric credential that ensures only vetted workers are eligible to enter a secure construction site, unescorted,” Ironworkers Local 361 in Ozone Park, New York, explains. “Before issuing a TWIC, TSA must conduct a security threat assessment on the TWIC applicant. An applicant who, as a result of the assessment, is determined to not pose a security threat, will be issued a TWIC card.”
In other words, construction workers in New York will need permission from the TSA and DHS in order to practice their profession and earn a living. It was much the same in the former Soviet Union and authoritarian states such as China where the government determines all aspects of an individual’s life and where even the mildly rebellious are severely punished.

Michelle, coke does that. Since he’s still a smoker, it’s an easy transition. Many drugs can be smoked and I do think that’s what’s happening. He sees his position as one big game with travel and parties his priority. Disconnected. If you ask me, he never got off the coke.

I believe that LTC Lakin suspected that his You Tube video about Obama being ineligible would unite the country to demand that Obama release all of his records and prove that he is a natural born citizen. This did not happen due to several reasons.
The media manipulation and blackout on LTC Lakin’s refusal to go to Afghanistan unless Obama proved he was eligible to be president, but most importantly the Fox News and conservative talk radio blackout. Sure Michael Savage mentioned eligibility a few times, but the power of Fox News was needed to make the Obama eligibility issue grow. Mentioning Lakin for 30 seconds like Brett Baier was just not enough play to the national audience.
Glenn Beck’s ridiculing of the birther movement (the leader of the Anti-Birther movement) also scared many Tea Party people away from the issue. I can not tell you how many times people e-mailed me that they know and believe that Obama is not eligible, but they were afraid to be labeled as “crazy”. You can thank Glenn Beck for this, because these Americans did not want to go against Beck’s wishes to support the Obama Eligibility movement.

LTC Lakin was a greater danger to Obama than Glenn Beck was, but try to tell that to his brainwashed Kool aid drinking fans. You people blew a huge opportunity and you abandoned a patriot like LTC Lakin for a TV actor with a blackboard. This trial was fixed, a decorated and COMPETENT Officer was denied discovery evidence, because in the words of the trial judge “it could embarrass the president”.

2. What you witnessed here happens under communist regimes. Enemies go to jail as their cronies walk around getting a slap on the wrist.
3. Expect the media and Tea Party leaders to continue to be silent on the LTC Lakin’s unfair trial, because they do not want to ruin their open invitation to Fox News. So, they will continue to read the SAME SCRIPT that is handed to them, because they are controlled opposition.

I have a lot more confidence in the American people. They have to work very hard to cut through the media to get to the truth — but in the end they do!
I brought up the article about the Chinese economy a little while back because the media keep selling the US short. Actually, India has a far more dynamic economy than China by a long shot.
India played footsie with the Russians for years, before they suddenly realized that it was the US that was their friend, and by trading on even terms with us, they are now reaping the rewards.
It is India, not China, that is on track on becoming the world’s 2nd largest economy in the next 10 years. China, like Russia, is teetering on COLLAPSE! But, you don’t read that in the media!

I can’t stand listening to the juvenile banter on Beck’s radio show and although he has had some good info on his TV show, it is a bit silly as well. So I did not realize how badly he suffered from Birther Derangement Syndrome.

The disposition of the initial challenge looks bad; and, worse, it looks as though the good colonel will not mitigate or challenge further. For some of us in uniform, this is a reality that will take some time to sink in and when clear weigh significantly. It took me a few hours and not pretty in cases not originally apparent.

A few of you have claimed that Beck is controlled opposition. Yet, if it were not for his exposure of this regime, the vast majority of people who are now paying attention and have become active on a local level would have remained blissfully ignorant of the straits we find ourselves in. Not everyone reads blogs. Television is still the most effective and addictive form of programming. And as we all know, “programming” it is!
If Beck were controlled opposition, what possible reason would “they” have to make overt that which could have remained stealthily covert: the exposure of active communists in our government? Van Jones, Cass Sunstein, Anita Dunn , The Brothers Rathke, ACORN, SEIU and other union influence, and the list goes on and on. To what end? To incite violence and foment radical revolution, an “art form” they themselves are practiced in from their bygone hippie days? This is the only possible angle I can perceive. And if this were so, why is Beck so vociferously anti violence and so fervently pro faith?
No, in conclusion I do not believe that Glenn Beck is controlled opposition although I completely understand your anger at his out-of-hand dismissal of Lt. Col. Lakin’s plight and its underlying meaning. I DO believe Beck is afraid of losing hard won credibility: being marginalized and labeled a kook in addition to having most assuredly been issued a stern warning by Murdoch and Ailes to avoid the topic at all costs. Likewise, I believe ALL of the talking heads have been issued this edict (although not necessarily by Ailes/Murdoch). It’s impossible for ALL of them to fear marginalization over love of country. The real question is why are they honoring said edict and by so doing, assisting in the destruction of the nation they claim to hold dear?

If his sentence is approved by the convening authority, Lakin’s case, because it includes dismissal, will be sent for automatic review by the Army Court of Criminal Appeals (ACCA), which has the authority to overturn his convictions.
Maj. Gen. Karl Horst, Lakin’s commanding general, could also grant Lakin clemency.
If the ACCA upholds Lakin’s convictions, he can appeal to the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (CAAF).
If the CAAF agrees to hear Lakin’s appeal but denies it, Lakin can appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, which rarely grants review for appeals of military justice system decisions.

Again, thanks for the kinds words and consideration (or reconsideration). I am not a good voice for those in uniform…utterly lack the expertise to parse the present issue of the CIC. All I can say, it looks and has been proven to be unrighteous as proven in the case of LTC Lakin.
