Army Regulation 27-10, paragraphs 20-4b and 20-4e define the terms “commanding officer” and “wrong,” respectfully. A “commanding officer” is “[a]n officer in the complainant’s chain of command, up to and including the first officer exercising general court-martial jurisdiction over the complainant, authorized to impose nonjudicial punishment (Article 15, UCMJ) on the complainant.” General Casey does not meet the definition of “commanding officer” because he is not a member of your chain of command and he does not have the authority to impose nonjudicial punishment on you.”

Obama, if he were eligible to be president, would be in this chain of command. Since he is not eligible, he should immediately be arrested. If you are in the military, including, but not limited to General Casey, and you are not involved in removing or at least challenging the usurper in the White House, you should be court martialed, not LTC Lakin. If you are involved in preventing LTC Lakin from challenging the usurper, Obama, from doing his sworn duty as a military officer, you should be shot.

The recent tax extensions may not work to create sufficient numbers of jobs because great uncertainty still exists and Obama is not trusted to be a friend (or at a minimum to not be an enemy) to business (small or otherwise).
Headwinds still exist:
The uncertainty of burdensome health care reform (additional expenses) coming soon is real. The fact that many in business do not trust that Obama is moving to the center, and believe much higher taxes are just around the corner as soon as they can be slipped in by Obama.
When people say that paying 99weeks plus months of additional payments add $1.60 for every dollar paid in unemployment benefits and would cost 600,000 jobs if not extended is just wrong. There are several factors that they are conveniently forgetting.
· Most people on the margin are paying the bulk of that amount to the phone company, the electric company, the credit card, the gas company, etc. So it’s not creating or saving that many jobs. The spending is not going to producers of items for purchase who need to add employees to meet demand. The phone company does not necessarily need to add additional employees to provide or maintain service.
· The other issue is that continuing extending the benefits for years, months without end acts as a disincentive for the recipients to look for work or explore starting their own small business, also when they do have to look for work their jobs skills are likely be lacking.
· If such extensions are to be effective at all, there must be something required from the recipient such as make-work, training, losing something else from government or amounts paid out being reduced the longer they receive them. People will take “free” money as long as they can if there’s no downside.
· The main issue that is forgotten is that if the amounts paid out had remained in the private sector via lower taxes from the beginning, more businesses would have expanded or been created. Such effects would have been added to the economy in purchases (via owner spending or creating more jobs), new hires would not have been draining the treasury, new hires would have been spending this money, job skills would not have gotten rusty. The impact of all of these on the economy must also be factored in the equation finding that $1 of benefits paid equals $1.60 in impact on the economy. The costs of payments not remaining in the hands of individuals from the beginning should be subtracted from any impact the payment of unemployment benefits might create- which would certainly result a big negative number.

Your essay is an excellent analysis of this situation. Of course we know that the fuzzy-math experts of our government will not take the points you make into consideration when they make their “calculations.”
I know of folks who are rather lax about even seeking employment, since they “do better” on the unemployment checks received. Their incentive vaporizes after a period of time. (sigh)

I have a niece that is a truck driver who is on unemployment. All she does is goes fishing. She will not even begin looking for work until ‘her’ unemployment runs out. I wanted to put a boot in her butt.

So, would it have made a difference if Lakin had written to the very head of his own “limited” chain of command (in the view of this COL) and told him/her that his/her command was supposedly illegitimate due to his/her own orders coming down from his/her chain of command which finally ended in the top of that entire chain of command? I doubt it.
This sectioning off may be convenient to the accountable officers but it only delays that most important question they are all dodging.

Brown added an editor’s note in his report of Scott’s comments with a posting of the computer-generated image of a Hawaiian “Certification of Live Birth” that Obama’s campaign posted online during the 2008 presidential race to try to answer questions about his eligibility.
However, Hawaii officials have confirmed that such documents have been made available to those not even born in the state. Obama’s actual long-form birth certificate that would include a doctor’s name and a hospital location, never has been released.
Brown brought up the subject, asking Scott how the president is doing.
“Obama does not represent America,” Scott said. “Nor does he represent anything what our forefathers stood for. This country is basically built on an attitude. It’s a way of life. It’s not because you’re born here. It’s not that you’re supposed to take from those who have and give to those who haven’t. That kills a country. It killed Russia.
“I have friends of mine who are in the ministry who [work] in churches in Russia. If they can describe [the country] in one [phrase], it’s ‘messed up beyond repair,'” Scott said.
“That’s what communism does. Cuba, Venezuela. People are trying to escape these lands like a plague. What would make a human being swim 90 miles in shark-infested waters on a raft made of tires and planks? To leave their culture, their family, their language, their way of life. Everything they’ve ever known. What would make someone do that?” he continued.
“You don’t see people in America doing that. There’s no one here in America swimming the Pacific Ocean – or the Atlantic, or the Caribbean – to leave this place. The reason why is because of the freedom. Freedom for a man to mark out his own destiny. It’s not, ‘Hey, you have so much.’ Hey, that person worked for that. That’s not to be taken and given to someone who didn’t put in the time, the effort, and do his part.

I want to throw something out there. You guys know how we’ve seen so many crazy addresses, names and stuff on BO’s mom and on him from Dr. Orly’s? Now, keep in mind that this is just a thought, but I was thinking about it the other night. I don’t know if anyone else here heard Stephen Pidgeon say this or not, but he said that he had found out that in ’79 there was a Barack Obama that died in a plane crash either in or near Pakistan. This is in ’79, so keep that date in mind now.
Next, we know BO went to Pakistan when? Was it in ’81 or ’80? I’m thinking that at Obamafile that I saw that in 1980 is when he had people start calling him Barack Obama. Before that, he was known as Barry.
Like I said, I know this may sound crazy. Maybe we have two different people. I was thinking of this when Stephen said what he did about an Obama dying in a plane crash. Next thing we know, Barry is going by that name.
Well, I don’t know how it could be. I’ll have to go and look at his younger pictures again and young teenage pictures. I saw some pictures the other day that I though, hey, this doesn’t look anything like BO looks now at all, even the lips, forehead, etc. All that I know is there is too much mystery in that guy’s life.

misstickly, after looking at the official HDOH stamp/ raised seal, I surfed the net looking for the real seal, and the “Obama seal”. I found the “Obama seal” at several sites that proclaimed to be holding a “real Hawaiian COLB” supplied by some “patriot” from somewhere, as a comparison to Obama’s COLB. It occured to me that this coverup is more widespread than I originally thought.
The people making videos are holding up what is supposed to be a real COLB from Hawaii with that phony seal on it to condition the viewers to accept that seal as legitimate. It’s like we are in some kind of mind games, and the enablers of the usurper are flooding the internet with phony COLBs to muddy the waters, and cloud the issue.

As is noticeable in these documents, the image and the letters on mine are comprised of tiny indented horizontal bars or dashes and are not lines as it appears on MT’s HDOH electronic seal. The letters are wide, not narrow. The words “DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH” fill more than half of the circle. There are no definite images of stars, only what appears to be a single horizontal bar, maybe representing each star. Referring to the numbers on a clock, they are located at 8:00 and 4:00. “STATE OF HAWAII” appears across the lower quadrant. You can feel the bumpy indentations on the front of the document but not on the back. If MT actually had a certified COLB she would know this.
The electronic copy resembles a rubber stamp image and clearly shows distinct letter formations. Most apparent is the shorter space of the words “DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH” and the star images are at 9:00 and 3:00. The positioning and size of the letters and stars just don’t coincide.

Jonah, I agree with you completely with regard to your above statement. I cannot evaluate misstickly’s work on its face, because I am not as deeply entrenched in this matter as you and others; however, I do have a fair amount of discernment and something isn’t quite right here. There is absolutely no reason for an investigator to get so adamant when another sincere person has information that seemingly contradicts her findings. True scientists should not react in such a way but quietly and methodically seek to understand the reasons for the variances. Last of all, the name calling is in extremely poor taste and reveals character.
Paxson – I think it is misstickly that protesteth too much. If she is satisfied that she has found “truth”, then why the personal attacks on others? Do we know of any other investigator that strikes out like that?

I will not let them out of my possession. I mailed one a while back to oldsalt to get his opinion after comparing it with Obama’s online COLBs. He ran a printing business for years and was an expert on printing and paper. I trust his integrity. He’s one of a kind. But I would not release them to any one else.
Don’t worry. I’m a 64 year old grandma. But we both have the same burning desire to prove Obama is a fraud. Maybe we could join forces, so to speak. You know the old saying, two heads are better than one. Even if one is gray.

Here is the problem that I’m dealing with: Any number of us could. as you suggest, get our “own official seal from HDOH” in the prescribed manner, but there still seems to be a gap, i.e., what we want to determine is the authenticity of the COLB that is allegedly Obama’s; and since the on-line presentations have ALREADY been shown to be fraudulent by a number of reputable folks, what real good does it do to try to compare the seal newly obtained with the seals on the frauds?
This is not meant to belittle your work in any way, but for any of us to repeat what you have already done would be a waste of time, imo. Now that Neil Abercrombie is the new governor, I would not doubt that we can expect all sorts of new inconsistencies as he tries to cover any tracks.

Jonah, press the contact me button on my blog if you want to make arrangements to have the HDOH release copies redacted with sharpie, of all the various types of certificates copies they issue and verification letters, including a request for one certified just exactly like obama’s–then I will arrange to have them mail them to me by certified mail.
The only thing I ask is that you not redact the certificate number, because once I had them, I would then take them to a notary who authenticates birth certificates for their certification of authenticity and validity.
