I realize that not everyone who watches CNN is a far left mesmerized OBot. Many have been fooled for years into thinking that they are actually getting new, facts, the truth from CNN. Anderson Cooper proved once again several days ago that he and CNN are nothing more than a mouthpiece of Big Brother, Obama.

(is he thus admitting that the Certification of Live Birth which he repeatedly confuses with an original birth certificate- is NOT the original birth record)?
Does Cooper believe it is acceptable that the sole arbiter of the President’s Constitutional eligibility under Article II, Section 1, is one Hawaiian bureaucrat- who says “trust me”?
If there is an original birth record on file– why can’t the American public see this document?– why can’t TX Rep Berman have a copy of this 1961 original birth record?”

This is a great post, CW. The interview with the FBI special agent simply bears out what we have expected, I believe.
Usually when a candidate is selected, the press goes to work and ferrets out background information. Likewise, the opponent digs up as much as possible. Why didn’t this happen with Obama?
Well, we all know most of the answer – A MSM which has become complicit and no longer really “free”. Also, the Democratic Party has been hijacked by the 1960’s Marxist radicals and George Soros and cohorts. So we could not expect the Dems to be truthful. Add to that Hillary Clinton, who, I believe, early on DID have the goods on Obama but was urged or threatened NOT to divulge the info because of party loyalty. After all, it was time to win the WH and the country would embrace a black man regardless.
Now we are paying a terrible price. There is a glitch in the security system when the FBI’s hands are tied from investigating the POTUS and other top leaders. I believe that only Congress can effect any meaningful action at this point. We are not going to get it from the judicial system, apparently.

I saw this Interview with the FBI Agent about background checks in August 2008. I have repeatedly told people about this interview and about how Obama had NO background checks performed on him. Absolutely no one believed me. Even people on this site. I was in the Navy for 20 years. When I was in, I had at least 5 Background check performed on me since I had a Security Clearance. That being needed for a DP (now IT) working on computers in the Navy. The Fact that Obama Never had a Security Background Check, and that Michael Savage and Rush Limbaugh both on the Radio during the 2008 Campaign that Obama would NEVER pass a Security Background Check due to his ties to Terrorists and Communists to even get a Job in the White House as a Janitor. Now he sits at the Highest Office in the White House. Sad Isn’t it?

Columnist Diana West (Washington Examiner/November 24) exposed the warp speed deletion of an entry about Army LTC Terry Lakin, in the online encyclopedia, Wikipedia. This is a link to LTC Lakin entry before it disappeared down what West described aptly as the memory hole.
LTC Lakin defied military orders eight months ago in an attempt to seek the truth about whether Barack Obama is Constitutionally eligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces under requirements of Article II, Section 1, as a “natural born citizen.” LTC Lakin, with six overseas tours, including year long tours to Honduras, Bosnia and Afghanistan, was to deploy to Afghanistan again under Obama’s pronounced “surge” policy, and faces court-martial at Fort Meade, Maryland on December 14.
The Wiki entry on LTC Lakin was removed in record time- an hour and 11 minutes after being flagged for deletion. The culprit in the Wiki deletion was ID’d by a Wiki user as Washington, D.C. lawyer, Theodore Frank, who worked on the McCain campaign in 2008.

Yep! That’s about it, sad to say.
I’m watching MSNBC right now waiting for President to address the troops in Afghanistan. They were reporting that Obama was not visiting Karzai in Kabul and that the WhiteHouse was claiming that it was because of the weather. So what happens? Robert Gibbs calls into MSNBC, apparently while standing outside, so they could hear how windy that it was when he was on the phone. It’s like pretending like your voice is hoarse when you call in sick for work. He was probably just standing in front of a fan.
The real point is that rather than just letting it stand that the conditions were not ideal for the President to board a helicopter, they do some wierd call from Gibbs where he is standing outside in the wind so they could barely hear him.

Local police and the FBI have been contacted and reports have been filed concerning these threats and civil rights violations that are coming from Dream Act Amnesty supporters. The Dream Act Amnesty would give legal status, college access, and voting rights to over 2million illegal aliens.

This is absolutely scary and VERY dangerous. I just heard this morning on the news that the Mexican drug cartels are now resorting to terrorist acts to threaten and control the population in Mexico (it has already spread to the U.S.). Instead of shootings they are now resorting to beheadings. They are, of course, using car bombs, too. So, your post is simply verifying what we now know to be true with the bad Mexican element. A number of decapitated dead bodies have been found in unmarked, mass graves.

I believe you are right about the U.S. not being able to arrest Assange for treason. He is a citizen of Australia, I believe, and at one time was guilty of hacking there. It will be nearly impossible to file charges here against him, imho.
When it comes to merits gained from the leaks, I hear what you are saying. However, there are times in life and history when an event can have both very bad and some good connotations.

Lakin’s attorney ‘certain’ of Lakin’s conviction
Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin, a distinguished Army flight surgeon, is “certain” to be convicted of disobeying orders, according to his lawyer, Neil Puckett.
LTC Lakin will go on trial December 14 for refusing to deploy with his unit to Afghanistan. The senior officer questioned the legal validity of his orders because they originate ultimately with President Barack Obama, whose eligibility to serve as commander in chief under article II of the U.S. Constitution remains unproven.
“Based on the evidence available, his conviction is certain,” Puckett said. “He has no affirmative defense for the offenses he committed.”
“There is not much left to do” in defense of his client, Puckett said. Lakin’s previous defense counsel, Paul Jensen, already “sought discovery of documents, and to introduce evidence and expert witnesses, but the judge shut down all those efforts.”
During a September hearing, Colonel Denise Lind, the judge in the case, censored the last remaining arguments Lakin planned to make in his defense: motive and duty. Lakin had intended to explain his motive for disobeying the order and contend that it was his duty as a good soldier to disobey orders that he believed to be illegal.
Lind also rejected defense requests to call as witnesses Ambassador Alan Keyes and retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney. Keyes was to explain the constitutional issues involved in the case, and McInerney was to talk about the training soldiers receive regarding when they should question and even disobey orders.
Stripped by the court of all possible defenses that might have justified his actions, Lakin has no chance of prevailing at trial.
Lakin had intended, through a court martial, to resolve the nationwide dispute about Obama’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.
Knowing he was risking imprisonment and dismissal from the service, Lakin deliberately disobeyed his superiors in order to force Obama to produce his birth certificate and documents related to his citizenship status.

This article from the WSJ provides us with a look of the final special indignities being heaped upon those legislators of the 111th Congress who will not be joining their colleagues for the 112th Congress. Essentially, said legislators have been removed from their offices and relegated to a temporary cubicle farm in the bowels of the House office building. They get two chairs apiece (plus space for two more staffers elsewhere), a phone line, office supplies… and, for those who weren’t retiring anyway, no doubt the furtive, repulsion-based pity of their peers. There’s over ninety freshmen Members of Congress coming in next year, after all: and almost seventy of those freshmen represent flipped seats. So there’s no real interest in keeping folks out of the cubicle farm.
I bring all of this up because there are two things that I would like to note towards House freshmen (and their staffers) in this matter. The first thing is, Isn’t this great? The second is, DON’T. LET THIS HAPPEN. TO YOU.…because it will if Republican legislators take the wrong lesson from this. A large part of quote-unquote ‘independent voters’ are actually conservatives who are more or less deeply skeptical of the Republican party’s conservative bona fides. And they are not liberal Democrats; conservatives are perfectly capable of staying home on Election Day, and did so in ‘06 & ‘08. You can argue whether or not this is a good working strategy (here’s a graph that argues ‘not,’ but the debate rages on), but it’s definitely a real one. All is not forgiven, in other words. And don’t even bother to ask if anything is forgotten.
So be careful, ye new Republican freshmen. Because if you aren’t, in 2012 it may be your turn to sit in the basement, while Democrats drink your pain.

He is not an American; he owes this country no allegiance. He cannot commit treason; he has not claimed this country. This is how I define bravery. He knew that he could end both his military and civilian life, destroy his family, yet he did it anyway because he believed he was right. Well, he was correct, his orders were illegal, and the government that he so proudly served no longer exists. Lt. Col. Lakin, you have my highest respect. Those whom died in steaming jungles, whom were ripped apart on beaches, died in unmarked graves in battlefields not yet ‘acknowledged’ displayed no more bravery than you have. You will be convicted, you probably knew it when you stood tall, but you went anyway. Firefighters in 911 climbed the towers to save people even though they knew it would collapse, they went despite the risk and the orders. The liberals called them stupid. I call them patriots and heroes. I would give you the MH, you have displayed bravery beyond the call, but ‘politics’ was never my strongpoint. It IS a puzzle to me why Puckett would make such a public statement, because he is inasmuch as validating Judge Lind. The article, though, does give the idea that a different defense is going to be used at the trial. It will be interesting to see how Puckett approaches it. I surely hope he knows what he is doing.

Sounds like he is going to plea to the court that Col. Lakin’s former attorney was incompetent and that Lakin had poor legal advice from his previous attorney and that he had exhausted all methods of inquiry prior to recieving this poor advice. “No harm, no foul…re-deploy me and I’ll go defense”. Just a guess.

In response to the “Cablegate” scandal – the release of a quarter-million classified State Department documents by WikiLeaks – the US Government announced today that henceforth all Top Secret government documents will be placed in an “ultimate” secure location.
“This location is so secure that even people with the highest of clearances cannot gain access,” said R.J. Finklestein, Director of the Federal Document Classification Agency (FDCA) in a press release today.
All classified documents, Mr. Finklestein announced, will now be stored at the same location storing Barack Hussein Obama’s Birth Certificate, College Transcripts, SSN applications, and off-shore campaign contributors list.
“Using our Ultimate Secure Location, we are quite sure that WikiLeaks will never be able to access any more classified documents,” noted the FDCA director, “nor will anyone else.”

I have never been in the military but how long do you think after the government does it’s worst to Lt Col Terry Lakin that the grapevine in the military all branches will find out about this-wives, sisters, brothers all family, all friends etc. to supply information re: our government cracks up for lack of a better term.

What is weird about this Hillary attack to me is: in crime shows when there is a particularly brutal murder the police will say that was way overkill and it was personal meaning someone close to the victim-crime of passion? Hillary used to be alone in this but now she has a sister- Sarah Palin, if it isn’t overkill with Hillary when they get bored with her they start in on Sarah. Question #1: Is it Misprision of or an Act of … TREASON?
If one was not aware that an act of Treason was being committed by swearing in a Constitutionally ineligible person to the Office of President and Commander in Chief, but has just now learned about it – and does nothing about it, then it is Misprision of.
But if one was complicit in the act, say, by counting known-to-be-unconstitutional electoral votes – as 13 of the 14 persons listed above did on January 8, 2009 – then it is, in and of itself, and Act of Treason!
Therefore, if any one of the ‘duly served’ co-conspirators (yes, every single one of the 535 members of the 111th Congress blatantly co-conspired in this Act of Treason), is willing to step up to the plate and take action on these verdicts of the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA Sedition & Treason TRIAL, then I’m sure that The People will consider it as mitigating evidence when justice is finally served.

Did anyone hear Glenn Beck interviewed by O’Reilly tonight?
I did earlier and wasn’t exactly sure what Beck said, so I listened again later to a repeat. There was some discussion about Obama and O’Reilly said something to the effect that the only time” birth certificate”, etc., is mentioned is when Obama himself brings it up. Immediately Beck said affirmatively in a very positive voice, “He was born in this country.” That was it! It wasn’t necessary for him to say it. He just threw it in, almost as though he was going on record for some reason. Very strange indeed!

If you watched O’Reilly this evening, he and Beck were knocking the “birthers” again. And they showed a news clip of Obama doing the same on O’Reilly’s program. Beck made the comment that the “birther” issue is being promoted by Obama himself. He is the one always bringing it up, says Beck.
I know it is hard for people to grasp this and I am not able to engage in ongoing conversations here because of other responsibilities, but with my limited time and input, I wish some would begin to consider how we’ve all been duped.
Obama is the one promoting the “birther” issue as Glen Beck says. We have to ask ourselves why? And why do Beck and O’Reilly, who otherwise promote Conservatism, knock the “birthers?” And why was there nothing from Hillary Clinton, who really wanted to be President, to challenge Obama on the “birther” issue and nothing from McCain or Palin during the campaigns? It would have been an easy win for them all if they could have shown Obama wasn’t a natural born citizen.
We have to ask ourselves these questions. There is something wrong here.
Is the “birther” issue is a red herring? Is it being used to divert our attention? If so, why? Is it possible that Obama is a natural born citizen? If so, why would he want people to wonder and question? Whose attention is he trying to divert?
I have been studying the Bible Code for over 10 years. There are some things in the Code very favorable to Christianity. I admit this as a Jew. I have no problem with this. There are some things in the Code very unfavorable to Islam. For example, the Code indicates that Jesus (Yeshua) is a messiah and messenger of God, that JHVH is God (encrypted 8 times in the Torah at a 24% probability) but that JHVH is not Allah (20.8% probability).
Whatever you may think of such things, the Bible Code strongly indicates that Obama was born in Hawaii, that his mother was Stanley Ann Dunham (eventually Soetoro) and his father, Malcolm Little, commonly known as Malcolm X.
The Dunham family had strong connections to the CIA. Obama Sr’s sponsor in Kenya worked for the CIA. Malcolm X visited this same sponsor in Kenya when he made his world tour.

Manning, a black minister in Harlem (he now calls Harlem Atlah) who totally opposes Obama, carried out a trial in which he shows that Obama worked for the CIA at the time he was supposedly going to Columbia.
So the “birther” issue is to divert us so that we will not come to see that Obama worked for the CIA as a Muslim. That would have killed him politically. It is also an embarassment to the CIA because of they are responsible for creating and promoting the Muslim Brotherhood, which has turned against America.
As long as our attention is being diverted to whether or not Obama is a natural born citizen, we are staying away from the real truth. Obama is not really Obama except in name. And one of his real, legal names was Soetoro, because his step-father legally adopted him. We do not know if his true birth certificate says “Obama,” but it may. Obama Sr may have married his mother under Shiite Sharia law for temporary marriage to give the child a name, with the understanding he would be raised Muslim. None of this does Obama or the CIA want to become public knowledge. Thus Obama is deliberately promoting the “birther” issue, knowing the CIA will cover for him and pay any and all legal costs. They will brief media personnel and the courts to stay away from information about him which is classified.
Overall, to me, this is an extremely serious development, because it is undermining any trust other countries have had in the U.S

Sorry to think this way ,but NO ONE IS GOING TO DEFEND US FROM THE “ENEMY WITHIN”. I believe every government official and government agency,joint chiefs of staff, scotus etc.,are ALL infiltrated. Remember it “ONLY TOOK THEM 70 to 80 years to “SET UP”!!!!!!!!

Then if what you believe is actually true, either in whole or in part, then wouldn’t Obama and accomplices be guilty of fraud, deception, perjury, forgeries, and other crimes in deceiving the American public? The electorate have a right to know who their president actually is.

Dean M.’s theory is as plausible as many of the others we have heard. I agree that there is much merit to the Bible Code findings. We just do not know who this guy is and he has lied to us, and that is a tragedy. I hope at least one of our great States will pass a law prohibiting their S0S from certifying a nominee who fails to provide documented proof they are NBC per Article II.

As each day passes the liklihood that I will survive to see the USURPER in the WH removed and prosecuted diminishes. As each day passes I pray that he will make such a stupid a$$ mistake that even a 10 year old can see through. I also pray that SOME intelligent being will also SEE it for what it really is,and know exactly what to do about it.
Everything I read hear,or even see strongly suggests that the entire world population has gone insane and have completely lost touch with reality. An ever growing number of people seem to believe that Black is White,up is down,left is right etc….etc. When you lose your ability to REASON,or THINK CLEARLY you can lose the battle,and perhaps even the war. The more you allow sombody to TELL you what time of day it is, the more apt you are to be incorrectly advised……..,just when you can least afford it. RIGHT,WRONG,or INDIFFERENT find your own answers. They will probably be more accurate than those you read about, or hear. Even information coming from a trusted friend can sometimes be wrong. Unfortunately we now live in and with a culture where everything we were taught as youngsters is being deliberately skewed by people among us to mean just the opposite of the truth. We now see,and hear people who we believed enough in to elect to office, making seemingly incoherent statements,and outright lies. Today I heard it all. A liberal politician stated that TAX RATES don’t mean anything. I wonder what that person is going to say when he receives the bill for the taxes upon his real property. My guess is it will be an EXPLETIVE.
