Blagojevich trial fixed, US Justice Department corrupt, Obama protected, Media coverage?
The jury begins deliberations today, Wednesday, July 28, 2010. It is obvious to anyone paying attention that the arrest and trial of Rod Blagojevich was crafted to protect Obama. The Blagojevich attorneys are correct. The prosecution did not present a case. Is this being covered properly in the media, including Fox? If you have any evidence of media coverage, please advise.
Yesterday I presented part 6 on the Blagojevich trial, protecting Obama and US Justice Dept. corruption. What I did was not rocket science. The basis of part 6 was presenting information from the Evidentiary Proffer. A cursory examination of the the evidence there reveals that the trial was rigged.
“As noted in part 5 of this series, Tony Rezko’s name was mentioned approximately 288 times in the Evidentiary Proffer. The above numbers reveal that of the evidence presented in the Proffer, 38 pages are loaded with names and corruption activities tied to Blagojevich from 2002 to mid 2008. And yet neither Tony Rezko or Stuart Levine were called as witnesses. And just as predicted and warned about here, the focus of the trial was the selling of Obama’s senate seat.
The approximately 39 pages devoted to Blagojevich’s activities mainly from mid 2008 to his arrest reveal much about the chicanery crafted in this setup. These pages are at most a continuation of Blagojevich’s activities in the prior 6 years. They are more general in nature and in the case of the selling of the senate seat, more open to interpretation.
Compare these facts to the evidence and witnesses of the Blagojevich trial.
It is clear from the facts, from the evidence that:
Rod Blagojevich should have been arrested and indicted by 2006.
The arrest of Blagojevich was delayed until after the 2008 election to protect Obama.
The shortening of the trial was designed to protect Obama and the Democrats.
The withholding of evidence and not calling witnesses such as Tony Rezko and Stuart Levine was designed to protect Blagojevich and Obama. The theatrics playing out in court are likely to be a diversion to make it appear that the defense wanted Rezko and Levine to take the witness stand. Rezko and Levine know too much about both Blagojevich and Obama. That is why the Justice Department did not call them as witnesses. We have confirmation from this apparent scheme and other revelations that the US Justice Department is corrupt.”

Last week Rep. Michelle Bachmann was asked what Republicans had in mind should they retake the House of Representatives this November, she replied “I think that all we should do is issue subpoenas and have one hearing after another and expose all the nonsense that is going on.”
Considering the sheer volume of illegal and impeachable offences committed by Obama and his cohorts over the past couple of years, the House will be very busy indeed.
Putting aside Obama’s inept leadership, weakening of our national defenses and transparent attempt to socialize our great nation, there are a number of more practical crimes that once investigated could lead to Obama’s impeachment and perhaps even his well deserved imprisonment.
25 Obama Crimes the House Should Investigate in 2011
1. Convicted felon and Chicago real estate developer Tony Rezko’s purchase of land adjacent to Obama’s house in Hyde Park, IL. In 2006, Rezko sold a 10 foot strip of his property to Obama for $104,500, rendering the remainder of Rezko’s $625,000 investment too small to be developed and, for all intents and purposes, worthless.
2. The provision of Obama campaign donor lists to ACORN in 2007 and 2008, more complete than the ones he provided to the FEC. ACORN used the lists to raise money for Obama’s election from donors who had already maxed out their legally allowable contributions.
3. Widespread voter fraud including voter intimidation, ballot stuffing, falsified documents, and threats of violence against Hillary Clinton supporters committed by the Obama campaign and ACORN during the 2008 Democrat primary election. 4. Obama’s refusal to release his long form birth certificate which would show conclusively that he is a dual citizen and therefore not constitutionally eligible to serve as President. Obama’s college records, which have also not been released, would also contain information regarding his dual citizenship status.
5. Protecting union interests over those of GM and Chrysler bond holders during bankruptcy proceedings, forcing investors to accept millions of dollars in losses in direct violation of bankruptcy laws, money to which they were legally entitled.
6. Preferential treatment given to minority and women owned car dealerships by Obama administration officials as part of the auto industry bailout program and the forced closing of a disproportionate number of rural dealerships located in areas that did not vote for Obama.
7. Unsubstantiated firing of Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin for exposing Sacramento Mayor and Obama supporter Kevin Johnson’s misuse of an $850,000 AmeriCorps grant.
8. Purchase of Congressional support for the passage of Obama’s healthcare bill including the “Cornhusker Kickback”, “Louisiana Purchase” and having the Department of Interior increase water allocations to the Central Valley of California to secure the votes of Democrat Reps. Dennis Cardoza and Jim Costa.
9. Lying to the American people by promising they could keep their healthcare coverage if they wanted to, when in reality tens of millions will be forced out of their current plans.
10. Attempted bribery of Rep. Joe Sestak with job offers to get him to drop out of the Senate primary race against Sen. Arlen Specter.

12. The Obama administration’s statement that a panel of experts had agreed with their plan for a 6 month Gulf Coast drilling moratorium, when in actuality none of them had supported the measure.
13. Bullying BP to set up a $20 billion slush fund to compensate Gulf Coast businesses and residents affected by the oil spill, to be administered by an Obama political appointee without any judicial or congressional oversight.
14. Implementing a third oil-drilling moratorium after the first two were thrown out of court, creating a de facto Gulf Coast offshore drilling ban in opposition to two judge’s rulings.
15. Establishment of a commission to investigate the Gulf Coast oil spill that contains not one oil industry expert and whose transparent purpose is to push a partisan political agenda rather than investigate the cause of the disaster.
16. Obama’s policy of intentionally not securing our nation’s borders, in opposition to Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution which calls for the President to protect states from foreign invasion, in an attempt to blackmail Republican support for comprehensive immigration reform. In essence, Obama is holding border states and residents politically hostage during a time they are being overrun by a narco-paramilitary invasion.
17. Department of Justice illegal race based policies regarding voter fraud as exposed by former Justice attorney J. Christian Adams. This includes the dropping of voter intimidation charges against 2 Black Panthers brandishing weapons in front of a voting location in Philadelphia and the stated intention by political appointees to ignore voter crimes committed by African Americans, Latinos and other minorities.
18. Department of Justice purposefully allowing some states to continue their disenfranchisement of military personnel serving overseas in direct opposition to the 2009 Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act, which was established in response to the more than 17,000 military votes that were not counted in the 2008 election because ballots had arrived after the deadline.
19. Recess appointment of Donald Berwick as head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services without even a token attempt to put him through the Congressional nomination process, signaling that Congress’s constitutional obligation to vet presidential appointees means nothing to Obama. The same can be said of the 30+ Obama administration czars.
20. Spending $23 million of taxpayer money through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to support a constitutional referendum in Kenya in spite of the Siljander Amendment, which makes it illegal for the U.S. to lobby for abortion in other countries. The Kenyan referendum was partially written by Planned Parenthood and is designed to legalize abortion in that nation.
21. The participation of the Obama administration in the firing of Sherry Sherrod from the USDA without due process because of publicized out of context remarks she made at a NAACP meeting in March 2010.
22. The White House sham investigation of BP’s involvement in the release of the mass murdering Lockerbie bomber from prison. The Obama administration not only knew beforehand of the Scottish government’s plan to set Abdel Baset al-Megrahi free on “compassionate” grounds, they even sent a letter to Scottish authorities stating their preference for his remaining in Scotland over his transfer to a Libyan prison.
23. The canceling of 77 properly filed oil field development contracts approved by the Bush administration by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, preventing the extraction of up to 3 trillion gallons of oil buried under Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and North Dakota, more than enough to end our dependence on foreign oil and supply the U.S. with its energy needs for hundreds of years at current consumption rates.
24. Investigations by the Department of Homeland Security to determine the political affiliation of people making Freedom of Information Act requests and the subsequent delay and even altogether ignoring of requests made by Republican affiliated individuals.
25. The hardest to prosecute in court, but worst crime of all that Obama has perpetrated against the American people is the economic tyranny that his socialist policies have wrecked upon our nation. While Obama has been living the life of a king, including frequent 5 star vacations, dozens of concerts at the White House and endless rounds of golf, all paid for by taxpayer money—the increased transportation and security costs alone are in the millions of dollars—he has called for the rest of us to endure economic sacrifice. The annual trillion dollar deficits and borrowing of 41 cents of every dollar of government spending by Obama is leading to unsustainable and potentially catastrophic debt.

Why did did DOJ fail to act upon formal complaint of campaign finance wrong doing when the complaint was forwarded by a group of competent attorneys who submitted the proof of the wrongdoing WITH the COMPLAINT. The complaint was filed BEFORE the election with both the Federal Election Commission,and the DOJ itself. There was not even an acknowledgement that it was received,yet it was all forwarded by registered mail,and signed for.

Honestly, JS, as I see it, has finally found a solution that works for her and has awakened her to the devious nature of the power elite. What is wrong with asking her questions about it? And what do you hope to gain through ridicule?

The Democrat-controlled Senate began debate Monday on the “Democracy is Strengthened by Casting Light on Spending in Elections (DISCLOSE) Act” (S.3628), and is expected to attempt its first cloture vote on Tuesday. The House passed its version of the bill in June.
To achieve a vote for cloture to end debate, Democrats would need “yes” votes from every member of their caucus, and at least one GOP member. Democrats have targeted Maine’s moderate GOP Senators, Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe, by making minor modifications to the bill from the House version (HR 5175). However, neither has offered public support.
In addition, Politico reports that Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), the Senate Majority Whip and the bill’s sponsor in the Senate, would not confirm whether he had succeeded in getting every Democrat on board with the DISCLOSE Act, and that Sen. Ben Nelson (D-Neb.) may be undecided on the measure.
NRLC’s Legislative Director Douglas Johnson told LifeSiteNews.com by telephone that the bill has not changed in any way that relates to his group’s original objections of the House version. NRLC sent a detailed letter to the Senate strongly opposing the measure, warning that a vote for cloture would count against them on NRLC’s legislative scorecard.
Johnson expected the GOP to oppose the bill vigorously since it “is so blatantly partisan and egregiously offensive to the First Amendment.” “The bill would substantially reduce the amount of information reaching the public about what federal office holders are doing about pro-life issues,” said Johnson.

Very cleaver isn’t it. I read they also did this with the Green-Dot MasterCards. Gave a 200.00 contribution each, numerous (thousands) times then destroyed the cards, as they cannot trace this type of card.

The Hillbuzz guys have been very helpful in teaching their readers how to identify the trolls and their troll droppings.
We also see them here in Australia, where they frequent the conservative blogs of Andrew Bolt and Tim Blair. Usually they are easy to spot because they constantly shill for the ALP and now they shill for the Marxist Julia Gillard who backstabbed Kevin Rudd to become the Prime Minister.
I am starting to see the troll pattern on this blog… they normally come across from Greg’s blog… and they will leave their droppings… supporting JS, defending the cop-killers, and spreading their garbage about c(rap)

I am not very computer savvy; my blog is a basic run-of-the-mill presentation without bells and whistles. Except, that is, for the quality of the work. I am not linked to any search engines (?) or social networking. The web popularity site, alexa, says my ranking in the U.S. is around 990,000. My readers are mostly women, over the age of 50, with post-graduate degrees, and incomes over $100,000. But know where they say I have good numbers? In Washington, D.C. Even blogs with much better overall numbers than mine, are not nearly as popular in D.C.
Now, I checked the population statistics for D.C. Trust me, these residents are way outside of my demographics. So, who in D.C. do you suppose is reading “jbjd”? (This is a rhetorical question.)
I post this information because I am heartsick that people still try to fool you into believing, every ‘cure’ to the general upset over the 2008 election cycle, is created equal; and ‘we are all after the same thing.’ No, not every proposal equates to a solution to any problem related to the election. And not everyone blogging about these issues wants to find a solution, anyway.
Beginning in the spring of 2008, I wanted to figure out what I only ‘felt’ was wrong with the political process surrounding the election; and, when I did, I wanted to distribute my solution.
I recognized and identified what laws were broken (election laws regarding eligibility to appear on the ballot) and then, figured out how to go after that infraction (citizen complaints of election fraud to state A’sG in applicable states, that is, states with laws on the books requiring candidates whose names are on the ballot must be qualified for the job). I tried to shift the public’s focus away from the online COLB, which was merely a paid political advertisement under the U.S. Code; away from claims of a contemporaneous newspaper birth announcement, which was only a ghost image pilfered from an anonymous internet poster; and away from grand juries; or court cases; and away from blaming everything on the D’s, or the R’s, or the Jews.
There is a reason Washington reads “jbjd”; and it isn’t because I advocate the violent overthrow of the government. Ha; as many of you here have commented lately, I am the person who responds to bullies by ignoring them. No; they read me in D.C. because I have identified both the problem with the 2008 election cycle and its solution. And they are wondering what is going to happen next.
But they are not too worried. Unfortunately for us, these D.C. readers know how safe they are from the threat of exposure laid out on my blog; because the ‘cure’ I have prescribed is dependent on individual citizen action, primarily at the state level. And so few people will set aside their own money-making agendas sprouted up from the dissatisfaction with the last election cycle; to promote and carry out the work required to ‘take back’ the Republic.
Meanwhile, I cannot even solicit enough funds to fix my computer! Washington must feel real secure knowing that!

Dabig, I have thought the same thing. Somehow the anonymity of the internet seems to make people feel that they don’t really have to watch how they sound or make others feel.
True, if we were face to face I believe that emotions would be tempered and there would be more civility in our responses. We all have opinions that most feel passionate about, but that doesn’t give any one a license to be unkind and unreasonable. If we could only remember to speak in the manner we would like to be spoken to.
