Blagojevich trial defense request, Trial expected to last 3 to 4 months, Prosecution rested case Tuesday

The prosecution in the Rod Blagojevich trial rested their case on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Tony Rezko, Stuart Levine and many other potential witnesses were not called. Subsequently, much of the corruption Blagojevich was involved in, as well as Obama, was not exposed. The defense team requested more time to prepare and were given until next Monday to resume the trial.

The financial reform bill expected to clear Congress this week is chock-full of provisions that have little to do with the financial crisis but cater to the long-standing agendas of labor unions and other Democratic interest groups.

“A former senior advisor to President Bill Clinton says that the only thing which can rescue Barack Obama’s increasingly tenuous grip on power as his approval figures continue to plunge is a terror attack on the scale of Oklahoma City or 9/11, another startling reminder that such events only ever serve to benefit those in authority.
Buried in a Financial Times article about Obama’s “growing credibility crisis” and fears on behalf of Democrats that they could lose not only the White House but also the Senate to Republicans, Robert Shapiro makes it clear that Obama is relying on an October surprise in the form of a terror attack to rescue his presidency.
“The bottom line here is that Americans don’t believe in President Obama’s leadership,” said Shapiro, adding, “He has to find some way between now and November of demonstrating that he is a leader who can command confidence and, short of a 9/11 event or an Oklahoma City bombing, I can’t think of how he could do that.”
Shapiro’s veiled warning should not be dismissed lightly. He was undersecretary of commerce for economic affairs dung Clinton’s tenure in the Oval Office and also acted as principal economic adviser to Clinton in his 1991-1992 campaign. Shapiro is now Director of the Globalization Initiative of NDN and also Chair of the Climate Task Force. He is a prominent globalist who has attended numerous Bilderberg Group meetings over the past decade.
Shapiro is clearly communicating the necessity for a terror attack to be launched in order to give Obama the opportunity to unite the country around his agenda in the name of fighting terrorists, just as President Bush did in the aftermath of 9/11 when his approval ratings shot up from around 50% to well above 80%.
Similarly, Bill Clinton was able to extinguish an anti-incumbent rebellion which was brewing in the mid 1990’s by exploiting the OKC bombing to demonize his political enemies as right-wng extremists. As Jack Cashill points out, Clinton “descended on Oklahoma City with an approval rating in the low 40s and left town with a rating well above 50 and the Republican revolution buried in the rubble.”
Anti-incumbent fever is dominating the political climate once again, with establishment Democrats facing serious challenges from Tea Party candidates, people like Senate Democratic majority leader Harry Reid, who has a battle on his hands against Sharron Angle, a candidate the establishment media has attempted to demonize as a far-right extremist because she supports populist measures like removing sodium fluoride from water supplies and supports the Oath Keepers group, an organization centered around upholding states’ rights and the U.S. Constitution.
Only by exploiting a domestic terror attack which can be blamed on right-wing radicals can Obama hope to reverse the tide of anti-incumbency candidates that threaten to drastically dilute the power monopoly of establishment candidates from both major political parties in Washington.”

I do not believe that we will have a FAIR election in November. If we do have an election, the democrats will win back most seats. A few token seats will be lost to make it ‘look’ fair. The democrats will keep their Majority and RINOs will fill the GAP. I still have not seen many true American Candidate in the run for congress. Right now in Florida we have 2 questionable candidates running for Governor. Bill McCollum (a True RINO that has the backing of the RNC), and Rick Scott (A Business Man with some very shady business dealings in the past). Rick Scott seems to be the Lesser of the 2 Evils because of his stance of supporting the Arizona Immigration Law. I hate having to vote the Lesser of 2 Evils. It is not wishful thinking. As I have always stated, in SCOTUS, there is already a majority theoretically inclined to rule to uphold the Constitution. It is, after all, the Constitution which the Supremes are all sworn to uphold. Moreover, the Supreme Court Justices are all “just” citizens of this Great Nation.
However, “just” is the key word. Think about it. If you were on SCOTUS would you want to stick your neck out against the boThugs if you didn’t think the America people were behind you.
It is not SCOTUS who has let the American people down, it is the people who have let SCOTUS down by not backing them up and forming Grand Juries as is our Constitutional Duty.

I live in Florida. I spent some time researching Bill McCollum, and agree that he has a moderate conservative record. GOM Oil Gusher Update
After the news cycle this morning and Zero’s speech, I thought you all might appreciate an update on what is really happening. Amazingly enough, all the news was approximately correct, but dumbed down. Herewith is a better summary.
The new cap seems to be working fine. Rather than an “upside funnel over a fire nozzle” which tries to ‘suck’ up as much as it can (the solution in-place for several weeks now), the new cap is a tight fit. It also has valves, controls, and outlet nozzles, and such, so that the technicians can do a lot of things with it.
The first order of business (accomplished over the last two days) was to use the valves to totally close up the cap. This would totally stop the flow. This had to be done very carefully because if there was any down-well damage or leaks – uh, you can imagine what would happen if you just suddenly corked the far end. So, VERY carefully and slowly they drove the valves closed – watching for any signs of leakage or blowouts all the way. Major tools included sonar looking for any seabed (or just above seabed) anomalies and seismic sensors listening for any deep vibrations.
Of most importance is the in-well pressure. While the well was flowing (leaking) the pressure was 2-3000 psi. They calculated that if the well bore was intact that the pressure ought to be near 8000 psi when they corked it. They published a range of 6-8000 psi that would indicate that the bore was in good shape, with less than that meaning there was a significant leak. Actual measurements this morning show 6700 psi. i.e. more ambiguous than one would have hoped. Yet there is room for optimism. Sonar and seismology are showing no evidence of leakage.
Of course, like an over-pressurized and weak garden hose, there could be bulges just begging to burst. So they are letting the whole setup just sit there and they are watching. Confidence will grow over time.
Finally, if they determine that it is too risky to leave the well tightly capped – and this is really good news – the new cap with the tight seals and outlet nozzles can be hooked up to appropriate hosing and risers and ALL of the leakage can be collected in surface ships. At least for weeks or months as necessary.
To be totally safe and home free for the long run, the well must be totally plugged from the bottom up. That is the purpose of the two relief wells. Only one is needed, but the second one is a spare in case something happens with the first one. Everything considered, they are relatively cheap to drill and so that seems to be wise insurance.
The first relief well is only inches away. But for some technical reason I do not totally understand they have to intercept the original well nearly parallel, rather than a large angle or a “T”. That means that they still have 30′ to drill. They can only drill a few feet at a time and then they have to pull all the drill pipe (upwards of 5 MILES of it) and measure everything and then feed the drill pipe and start over. There has been some discussion that is they get close, they can feed instruments down through the center of the drill pipe and don’t have to pull it all out – but it is still tediously slow.
Perhaps it goes without saying, but if they don’t manage the relief properly, rather than being part of the solution, it could become part of the problem as a second outlet for the reservoir pressure!
It make take a couple of weeks to go those last 30′. Then that just gets them to the first (outer) layer of the multi-layer bore hole. If they need to get all the way to the center, that may take another week or two. Then they pump a bunch of drilling mud and cement up the bore until it is totally filled in. This has been advertised for a completion date of mid August for a long time, and the schedule seems on-track.
At this point the BP (i.e. the private industry) part of the operations is looking good. Many potential problems and risks are still on the table, but cautious optimism seems in-order. However the cleanup and mitigation efforts (largely the government activities) is woefully inadequate. They seem more interested in keeping the devastation out of the news upwind of an important election cycle than they are fixing the problem (which would demonstrate the magnitude of the problem). The strongest and most worrisome evidence of this is that the government has made it a serious FELONY offense for news media to take any candid pictures of any of this – only approved and staged events. Draw your own conclusions.

I agree with you about many things but there will be no political solution to the bo crisis.
1. bo has already successfully stolen millions of identities over the past 3 years. boCohorts stole computer info as I have documented. bo used the census (ACORN) workers to steal millions more. It actually may not be a bad thing if Democrats retain their control of Congress after November’s election as long as there are enough gains by conservative Repubs to block their continued socialist agenda. That would lead to gridlock for the next two years.
If Repubs were to regain control, they still would not have sufficient majority to over ride a Presidential veto in order to repeal anything already passed. And there still probably would be enough Dems in the Senate to stop their efforts. However, by having control, Repubs will be blamed when the worst of Obama’s policies kick in next year and he (and the media) will use that blame to help himself win reelection. If Dems retain control when everything hits the fan, they will get the blame along with Obama and both will suffer even more loses in the 2012 election.
The only temporary advantage the Repubs would have by winning is to chair committees and get subpoena power to investigate.

I guess I am full of good stuff today.
I wrote an essay over a year and a half ago about the Civilian Security Force. At the time, I did not know about or perceive the New Black Panther situation, so I didn’t mention them by name – but I got the essence correct.
I thought some of you might enjoy reading what I predicted and seeing how it is coming along.
At a July 2, 2008 speech in Colorado Springs, Obama said: “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”
That single statement, alone, should have sent all right-thinking and real Americans running. But no, we stand there, uncomprehending, blinking like deer in the headlights. What complete utter un-American destructive nonsense it this? He has never repudiated this sentiment, although he more recently uses words like “Universal voluntary public service in which people of all ages, stations, and skills will be asked to serve.”
I will now lay out my view of this. Not made up from whole cloth, but pieced together from various speeches and ideas put forth by The One, himself.
First of all, “change” is not what you think. It is not primarily about more progressive tax policies, more regulations to protect from greedy corporations and institutions, and not even about energy. If you look at all these things, you will see that McCain and Obama are not far apart. Nor is what Obama proposing all that much different than any candidate of the out-of-office party would say after 4 or 8 years of difficult times.
For Obama, change means CHANGE. A total rebuilding of America in a “different image” and a total inversion of the current societal and civic organization and structures. It is about whatever it takes to achieve a new end that Obama has in-mind. The full extent of the “end” has not been articulated – but it is not good and it is not like anything now thought of as being “American”.
Obama imagines himself to be a Citizen of the World and to be above petty patriotism. He embraces a UN in which the USA is just one of many nations with no privileged position. He envisions a redistribution of wealth, not just nationally, but at the world level. He embraces the anti-American One World Government and has received a good deal of his funding from George Soros, the leading international proponent of that concept.
Obama sees the United States as a basket of resources that are being unfairly withheld from the rest of the world. He wants to open our borders and relax our rules and laws to the point that all the “deserving” people of the world can freely come and pick the carcass clean. He will not be satisfied until these other nations and organizations have been brought up to level (i.e. USA is brought down to their level).
The primary mechanism to nurture and enforce this state of affairs will be his new Civilian Security Force (CSF). Their primary job/charter will be:
1. Protect against hate speech. In real-time, as it happens.
2. Protect against oppression of the “have nots” by the “haves”.
3. Provide a safe haven for the world’s “deserving” population,
especially for Muslims (who are persecuted and reviled
everywhere, especially by the US and Israel).
In order to achieve these objectives, the CSF must be a “force” and they must be “powerful” and “well-funded”. In addition, they must be capable (via law and with technology) to effect instant judgment and redress.
The CSF will be created in the following way:
Obama has complained, bitterly, numerous times about the large numbers of the unprivileged who are enticed into the military for the prospect of pay. He will fix this problem by offering them the same pay (or more) to join the CSF instead. In addition, since these types of folks will be “experienced”, the privates, corporals, and sergeants now so situated in the regular Army will be the lieutenants, captains, majors, and colonels of this new force. This alone will insure that the pay grade for all of these is elevated. The analog of the enlisted soldiers will come from the streets. The urban youth who are now drifters and mal-contents, the jobless and disenfranchised, will now find full employment in the CSF.
The military will be instantly decimated and will be prevented from their previous scheme of “recruiting through extortion”. The military will therefore contain only “real” soldiers that have gone through West Point, VMI, and the like. These will make it largely all chiefs and no indians. It will also make it very expensive to keep a sizable standing army. The traditional military will become ineffective as a “force to be reckoned with” and will atrophy.
In order to fulfill the objectives above, the CSF will be given precedence above and power over all other civil security agencies – police, national guard, border patrol, FBI, BATF, etc. Many will defect from these agencies and will populate the CSF. Other agencies, Homeland Security in particular, will wither and disappear.
There will be a new cabinet-level organization – The Department of Peace. They will be organized much like the Department of Defense and will be in charge of the CSF. The express purpose of the DoP will be to enforce peace and harmony through an extreme form of Political Correctness. The US will no longer be allowed to have “enemies” either internally or externally. All groups, factions, organizations, nations (except western European oppressors) will be partners, allies, and associates. No traditional civic organization or church will be allowed to speak evil of any of these minorities. The concept of a Christian nation will be specifically and energetically suppressed – in the spirit of not marginalizing any who happen to be non-Christians. The nation will become extremely Arab-friendly and Muslim-friendly. Within a very few years (perhaps no more than a decade), the majority of registered voters will be of this NEW and CHANGED America.
And, last but not least, all firearms will be removed from civilian hands. Otherwise the CSF could not effectively operate. This will be done in the name of community safety. It certainly won’t be called it’s proper name – TYRANNY.

Yes, there are persistent semi-credible rumors of this. Among other things, it makes a good explanation of why the pressure is ‘only’ 6700 rather than 8000 or more. I mentioned in my report that these things are possible and part of what is going on over the next couple of days – looking for things like this.
But, so far, I have not confirmed any leaks. Given the urgency of this and the critical place in the process right now, I will post more as soon as I can verify facts.

That advantage, however, could be enormous, if they would use it. The committee chairmen can keep things from coming to the floor*, and as long as Dems hold the control there will be no subpoenas issued for BHO investigations, and probably not for the crooked DOJ bunch.

C’mon, my friend, knock it off. It is abundantly clear only that I am NOT an obot and Zero is not my “main man”. The stuff I write here – especially the original essays – is as strong anti-Zero as anything posted here.
I only disagree with a few very specific things. I believe our only real bone of contention is that I believe the legal system is broke from bottom to top and that the Supremes will never touch Commander Zero. And to me they have demonstrated that clearly in their actions.
You believe they will. I HOPE and WISH you are right, but FEAR that you are wrong. I’m just a little tired of hearing that your way WILL work. It MAY work, and I WANT it to work, but it is a long shot at best and I think our energies are best spent elsewhere.

Oh, I don’t disagree with that. In my opinion you have just timelined the discussion a little farther along than I took it.
To be very comprehensive, consider this:
First, there will be income and wealth distribution that reeks of revenge, reparations, and restitution. Privileged classes of people will be artificially elevated in pay and benefits.
Then, because the “economic engines” have been marginalized or neutralized, the entire economy across the board will tank. Then even “elevated” classes (who might have gloated in temporary improvement) will be dragged lower than they ever were before.
No other scenario is possible. This is the logical and only end to this road. As sure as night follows day.
(But, who knows, maybe it will be more “fair”?)

Executive Summary – This comes from reliable sources. RAP is now in the process of seating a provisional government. It is common knowledge that the Governors when served did not respond favorably. This comes as no surprise. They do not like Obama pushing them around and bleeding their states dry. This is a far cry from thinking they want to be a Republic under the Constitution and have common law active in their state courts.
These states all have laws against the second amendment, they have unlawful taxes and their court systems are simply repugnant to the constitution. Their police run around tasering the young and the old for no good reason. Their state prisons are full of people who were convicted of victimless crimes against the state statues.The foreclosures are marching on. We could keep going. Don’t think the Governors are friends of the Constitution just because they reject Obama healthcare and immigration reform.
Interim Government – What is going on is RAP has 70 nations supporting them. This is easy to believe. The USA has been pushing around countries for a long time. Did you know the USA has over 300 nuclear missiles in Taiwan aimed at China? See how many enemies the USA makes. They basically have the cold war all cranked up again. Their own citizens hate the government of the USA. Ever meet anyone who does not work for the government, who is not on welfare who thinks the IRS is a good thing? People hate the tax police in the USA. Do you even for one minute think that a constitutional government would ever point 300 nuclear missiles at a country they are at peace with and trade with? Of course not. Only the psychopathic grandchildren of the super rich would come up with idiotic business practices like this. That is what it is, a business practice.
There is a lot of debt floating around the world in USD. A lot of countries hold USD as a reserve currency. Much of the debt is in USD so there will be a demand for USD to repay the debt. Many countries are worried about a failure in the USA causing the USD to be worthless and collapse world markets. They no longer want the idiots in Washington controlling their economic future.
The funding to run the restored Republic is apparently in place and waiting for a provisional government to be seated. The provisional government will include one Governor for each of the 50 Republics (states). Each state will have 2 Senators and 10 Representatives, that comes to 600. I do not know how they will deal with D.C., Guam and Puerto Rico?
There will be an interim President. The interim government will run for 6 months. It is felt this amount of time is needed to ensure honest elections. An interim government is also mandatory to keep things running which is necessary for a peaceful transition. It is felt that the de facto government has since rigged the elections with their electronic ballots. This will need to be corrected and new elections held. Rest assured there will be a whole lot of education about the constitution and common law in the interim so the people become informed when they go to the polls.
Imagine Glenn Beck and Hannity talking the truth about the constitution and common law. You might just see this. People will be glued to the TV learning how they were robbed and cheated by their governments and how bright the future will be. I would doubt the democrats or republicans would even be on the ticket once the people realize what thieves and liars they are.
Two thirds of the de jeur grand juries will need to approve the interim officials being appointed. Each of the 50 Republics has a de jeur grand jury in place now. They say the window to get the provisional government seated is quite small. I expect they are working hard and will prevail. It is not that hard just a lot of work. Remember their goal was to make the change as quietly as possible. I expect that very few know about RAP. The central bankers did the same in 1933 while the people were asleep and they inserted fiat money private central banks in place around the world. Yuk.
Summary – The job facing RAP is monumental. How the heck do you run and administer this big machine called government. Not a simple thing. Anyway how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. So you start somewhere. If people want a say in things they just need to wait until the six months is up and free elections are held. Get involved. Run for office. Get into it. Go for it. RAP wants you to do this and get involved. They do not want to run the show for longer than the transition period. They really do not want this at all. They are in love with the constitution and they will do nothing repugnant to the constitution, never ever.
In the meantime take your focus off of who is going to be in the interim government. This is just a transition phase to reboot the country back to the original constitution. The interim government folks will soon be off the map unless they run for office which is their right to do just as it is your right to do (no Obama you have to constitutionally be qualified to run for office). If you like them heck vote them into office, if not don’t. Free choice in elections is a goal of RAP. Rap is just a restoration or reboot tool.
The constitution and common law will be put into play and this will prevent government abuses as in the past. There will be de jeur grand juries to control any anti-constitution forces in government. Now they are on a state level and will soon be on a county level. So their will be free elections but the amount of damage a bad politician can do is very limited. You folks will need to become very political and teach your children and grand children to do so as well and pass this down from generation to generation. If you do not do this guess what? The rotten government will come back. Whatever education you provide for your kids needs to teach this. Become a constitutional patriot.
Prosperity – Prosperity will soon return to the nation. You cannot fix the economy of the USA without an injection of capital, trillions. RAP has this. The USA government cannot do this because all they do is create debt, not the same. The suppressed inventions will be released. They will be made in the good ole US of A. The USA has the best workers and greatest manufacturing potential in the world. USA products will be the finest. Ok granted the Swiss have good mechanical watches but USA chocolate is just as good.
The banking will be secret and insured and watch the capital flow in as people rush to buy into gold backed currency with insured bank accounts. The banks will have so much capital to invest they will be advertising for borrowers. Really. Watch the stock markets soar as the suppressed inventions get produced and sold. It will be a controlled frenzy to get in on the ground floor of these new soon to be AT&T type companies in the making.
Alternative health care will end major diseases if you catch it in time. The dependence on oil will be gone in a few years. The military will be defending you, not the business assets offshore the elite have. Stupid wars will cease. The border will close for real stopping illegal entry. Homeland security and the FBI will bust up the gangs and make the homeland safe. Illegal immigrants will be dealt with. You won’t be taking off your shoes or exposing yourself naked to a machine to board a plane. Not sure if you will be able to wear guns on the plane. Used to be able to carry guns on board in an attache case up until 1970′s and no one ever caused an incident. People used to lay their hunting rifles down in the aisle.
Taxes will plummet. Disposable income will soar. The lines at DisneyWorld will be terrible . New car sales will be high. The foreclosed homes will be occupied. New housing starts will begin. The homeless will be housed and working. The government will stop killing people on foreign soil every day. Only crimes with a real living victim will be prosecuted. The political prisoners will be released. Life will be grand.
So don’t get stuck on the six month interim government and that cast of people. Look down the road for the rest of your days living in the restored USA. Worry about keeping the gift RAP gave you for generations and give thanks to God. OK enjoy.

I’m a retired officer of the Vietnam era and spent 3 combat tours in that country. I never once believed the story our leaders concocted to get us into that war, but I served my country, not the damn fools running it.
I personally got to meet Johnson once at Fort Benning Georgia when I was stationed in the Ranger Training Command after serving 2 tours in Nam. After a brief chat with him, I knew right away he was totally incapable of conducting the war he had started. I also personally thought at that time he had a helping hand in the death of JFK. I still think he did and maybe a true history will prove me correct before I die.
Now what should be done about this startling new information proving Johnson and his democrat buddy’s were directly responsible for the carnage in Vietnam?
Well if were up to me, I would dig up the bones of all those who knew it was a lie and put them on public trial in absenteeism. The whole world needs to know what kind of men were running out country then…and they also need to know what kind of cowards and crooks are ruining it now!
I gave 27 years of my life serving my country in the military….because I believed in my country and the Constitution we live under. But I did not have the same degree of faith and trust in the idiots elected to run it. I have far less faith and confidence in the Chicago criminals we have in Washington today. There’s plenty of proof for Grand Jury Indictments of BHO & his co-conspirators in County Courts all across America.
There are many examples of Grand Juries doing their duties are indicting corrupt politicians. 3 judges have been indicted in the last 20 years in Nashville alone. The most recent judge to be indicted by the Grand Jury was Judge Thomas W. Brothers for drug money laundering.
It is rare that a Grand Jury indicts a DA but it has happened in the celebrated case of Dutch Shultz, the Nifong North Carolina case and in these recent cases.

GOM Oil Gusher Update
There are no updates from when I posted before. But since a couple of you have been kicking up dust, I feel I need to provide some further explanation.
First of all, I am a lifelong engineer and scientist with relevant background and experience. I know far more than any reporter or beach-side turd thrower. I have access to much raw data and actual active technicians in the field – from non-BP companies. I have unimpeded access to professional and reliable eyes and ears on the ground.
But having said that, one of the big questions is the reliability of the raw data. All of the pictures and all of the key facts we ‘know’ come from BP or from the Government (particularly, Admiral Thad Allen) who works with (for?) BP. There are those who steadfastly believe there is a “Wag The Dog” action going on here. Or more specifically: There is no doubt that a lot of oil has been spilled, but the main problem is elsewhere, not at the Macando well-head, and that we are not being shown the real story. On a blog about that, one of them most ‘eloquently’ said:
There is another psychological/semantic issue. BP says “Mission Accomplished” and the natives on the shore say BS! The natives are certainly correct in the following. Even supposing the well has been capped, the oil has not been stopped – only the FUTURE oil. There are still a bazillion barrels of oil out there just waiting to come ashore. In truth, what little has come ashore is a mere pin prick of the grievous sucking chest wound yet to come. And like I have said over and over, the Government has done a poor job and will continue to do a poor job in dealing with this.
Then there are those who say this whole thing is a false flag operation. There is no proof yet, but a LOT of unanswered questions and suspicious happenings. My personal opinion after researching this somewhat is that the evidence of purposeful tampering is somewhere on the credibility scale between “truthers” and “birthers”. The first of which I debunk and the second of which I believe – therefore I don’t yet know what to believe on the oil spill. (One implication, of course, being that if you are inclined to be a truther, then you are going to have to believe this is an inside job also.)
So, the bottom line is that I make the best and most credible report I can. I have before, and I have just above offered some caveats. I will also be willing to answer questions about any details I have written or conclusions I have drawn.
Unlike some posters here, I am happy to do that. But I do not take kindly to broad shots about the whole report or the nature of my person. In the end, I can only hope that the quality of my work speaks for itself.

There is a video on You Tube that I saw many months ago about the JFK assassination. The video I am thinking about has an interview of a woman, (I do not remember her name & I will try to find this video and post the link here) who is claiming to want to tell the American people some information that she knows
about LBJ & a possible connection to JFK’s assassination-murder.
In this YouTube video, this woman claims that she was LBJ’s mistress. She also claims that she was with LBJ shortly before JFK’s assassination.
This woman stated in the video that LBJ had said some things to her the night before JFK’s assassination that made her realize that LBJ knew that something was going to happen to JFK the next day.
Later she said she remembered LBJ’s comments to her the night before the assassination of JFK, & it became clear to her that either LBJ knew about the Federal Reserve’s One World Gov.’s global financial elites plans to assassinate JFK, or that LBJ was an active accomplice in JFK’s murder.
It is widely theorized that JFK was directly murdered to stop his work on firing and stopping the Federal Reserve from having anything more to do with printing USA money and with
USA finances.

One of my heroes is a very profound Doctor of Constitutional law–I think now retired– Dr. Edwin Vieira who has written many penetrating articles about the Constitution. The one that most enlightened me was an article called “Obama Must Stand Up or Step Down.” I sincerely think a good professor could give a six week course based only upon that article. It is that good.
If you are ever inclined, I think you would be very inspired by that article. When he talks about the Constitution, it makes it so easy to understand how magnificent the constitution is. I doubt if man could ever rewrite a better contract between government and the governed. I believe no other country in the world or our history to date every created as great a contract between government and we the people.
That is why you are so right when you state we must all work towards taking back America and restoring it the Republic under one God under the rule of law as so dictated in the most sacred document and contract the Constitution.
Ofraud, his czars, the Progressives and the ignorant masses who are so willingly fooled by this gang of nefarious characters have only malevolent goals for American citizens.
They made two major mistakes in their super byzantine plot to take over America and ultimately the world—
1.They under estimated the American spirit, intelligence and its love of freedom.
2.Though they have been plotting and scheming for years, their timing is off.

Since you have a very serious problem with people not paying their mortgages and then expecting to keep their homes, Mr. Kane was doing a bit of educating… or at least that is what I heard.
When someone is stopped at a roadblock and the occupants open fire, killing cops, then it can only be expected that other cops will go after them…. that is what Kane and his son did… they were cop killers. They did not behave responsibly.
This issue should be handled by the police and the courts. If there is footage that shows the Kanes were not cop killers and that others were involved then that video footage needs to be seen in the court.
Otherwise there is no proof other than Kane was an anarchist at best… and definitely nothing more than a leftist tool.

I wonder if when Romeo Alpha Papa self-destructs, how much collateral damage there will be? How many righteous conservative efforts to eliminate The Usurper will be tarred and feathered with the same brush – “OMG they are ALL wackos”. Are you happy that taking out opposing political forces is as easy as “arresting bonds”? What would keep malcontents in the future from just as easily freezing out a GOOD government?
Maybe it’s just me, but I find the Brave New World being proposed to be quite as frightening as what we have now.

Now to address some of the other points, which were things that I read when this first happened: Kane was using a vehicle registered in Ohio. That address is one that is associated with the KKK and neo-nazis. When I did the Google search I found some of the information regarding the address that led back to yet another cop killer who was associated with that address. I believe that it was a neo-nazi type church.
My initial interest came because the bobots attempted to smear the Tea Party movement with the Kanes, but like all of the other deaths and violence it seems that they are more associated with the left (neo-nazis are not right wing but are right of the leftist communists).
The reports I just read not only pointed out that Kane was a sovereign citizen and felt that he had the right to drive unlicensed but that he was going around teaching people how to defraud with their mortgage…. I do not know whether that is correct about using fraud but he was conducting some form of mortgage seminars.
As far as I am concerned this site should not be wasting time on the likes of Joseph Kane and his father. They are cop killers.

(Have you read anything about the RAP? Have you been to their meetings, classes, website, met with the group, listen to their radio shows or watch their videos? Why not keep an open mind before you termed them cult? If they are against the government, do you think the media or the government would said anything good about them? RAP’s partial secrecy is temporary (can’t show your enemy all your cards). Accordingly, if they ever succeed, there will be an interium government (6 months?) just like Honduras. You will be able to vote for someone you want – this time everybody better do his/her homework.)

This story was reviewed on other blogs when it first happened. The most notable point that was brought forth about Mr. Kane is that he was doing the ACORN thing with regards to mortgages. Since you have a very serious problem with people not paying their mortgages and then expecting to keep their homes, Mr. Kane was doing a bit of educating… or at least that is what I heard.
(Why couldn’t people pay their mortgages? Who wouldn’t want to keep their home? What actually did Mr. Kane teach? Do you know?)
When someone is stopped at a roadblock and the occupants open fire, killing cops, then it can only be expected that other cops will go after them…. that is what Kane and his son did… they were cop killers. They did not behave responsibly.
(When the Kanes were first stopped, they obeyed and stopped. Something happened during the “search” which was off camera. Nobody knew what did happen. Did the cop doctored the video? Were those the real Kanes in the cop’s video which surfaced many days after the incidence? – red shirt v green shirt, heavy Kane Sr. v lighter Kane Sr., different license plate #s, dead cop on the ground at position way off the shooting direction, Kane Sr. and the cops were off the camera parts of the time…)
This issue should be handled by the police and the courts. If there is footage that shows the Kanes were not cop killers and that others were involved then that video footage needs to be seen in the court.
(Very good. So, why don’t you listen to yourself and wait for more evidence and the court before you called them cop killers? Yes, if they were your own, you would want the truth.)

In an exclusive Newsmax interview, Myrick — a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the GOP’s Deputy Whip — was asked what is known about Hezbollah’s threat to America.

“Our intelligence sources have really clarified that they are in Mexico, that there is an operation that is quite large in place there, and it’s very frightening to me because this is national security,” says Myrick, who was first elected in 1994.
“Yes, immigration’s a problem too, but this particular situation [involves] people who don’t like us for various reasons.
“We know some of them have gotten across the border in the past, and now we know that there are people from Iran who are going to Venezuela. They are actually learning Spanish, and then they come up through Mexico to cross our border. So they’re working in cahoots with Venezuela as well.”
About Hezbollah’s intentions in the U.S., Myrick says: “We don’t know. It used to be that most of those groups did not really target the United States. They were targeting other countries or they were staying inside their own area of influence. Now they are starting to target the United States and that’s my concern.
“I do want a task force of both U.S. and Mexican officials. Let’s get to the bottom of this and find out what is going on.
“The response I have received was a call that they would like to give me a private intelligence briefing because I’m on the Intelligence Committee. I said that would be fine, but I would like an answer about the task force first because once I get a briefing, I can’t talk about it.”
Sen. John Kyl, an Arizona Republican, has said he met privately with President Barack Obama and implored him to secure the border. Kyl claims Obama told him that if he did secure the border it would remove the incentive for comprehensive immigration reform or amnesty for illegals. Myrick says that “makes no sense whatsoever.”
She tells Newsmax: “It’s obvious that’s what he wants, amnesty. He’s said it over and over again. I don’t see it that way.
“Our responsibility at the federal government is to make sure that our borders are secure. Once the border is secure, like it is in some other places where we don’t have the problems that we do in the areas where it’s porous, then we’ll know who is in the country. We can control who comes into the country.
“It makes no sense to me whatsoever that you can’t secure the border because you can’t get amnesty.”
Myrick takes issue with Attorney General Eric Holder, who has filed suit against Arizona’s tough new law to battle illegal immigration.
“The federal government has not done its job,” she declares. “Arizona is only trying to do what a state as the right to do, and that is to protect themselves.”
Turning to Iran, Myrick charges that the Obama administration is dragging its feet on dealing with the nuclear threat posed by the Islamic Republic.
“I think we should take a tougher stance and work harder with our partners in the world to make sure they do too,” she says.
The United Nations in its attempts to deal with Iran is “just a joke,” she adds. “They aren’t doing their job.”
Asked about the possibility that Israel may attack Iran’s nuclear facilities on its own, Myrick responds:
“I think Israel has the right to defend themselves. That option is there.
“I hope it does not come to that, but there needs to be something done to have a tougher stand with Iran.

“Some 200 soldiers surrounded the president’s residence in the east of the capital Tegucigalpa, disarming 10 members of the president’s personal bodyguard.
“Today’s events originate from a court order by a competent judge. The armed forces, in charge of supporting the constitution, acted to defend the state of law and have been forced to apply legal dispositions against those who have expressed themselves publicly and acted against the dispositions of the basic law,” the country’s highest court said.
Speaking in exile from neighbouring Costa Rica a defiant Mr Zelaya declared that he was still the leader of Honduras.
The statement, delivered on Costa Rican television by the president, came after he had earlier been arrested by soldiers. Mr Zelaya had been pushing ahead with a controversial referendum that would have allowed him to seek re-election but was opposed by the army.
Mr Zelaya said on television that he had been a “victim of kidnapping” and a “coup d’etat”.
Honduras has become the new front line in the battle for influence in the region between the US and Hugo Chavez’s Venezuela.
A state department official said Mr Zelaya was the only consitutional president of Hondura and that the Obama administration recognised no other.
Barack Obama, US President, said he was “deeply concerned” by the president’s arrest. The European Union was quick to call on the Honduran army to release him. Jan Kohout, foreign minister of the Czech Republic, said: “The EU strongly condemns the arrest of the constitutional president of the republic of Honduras by the armed forces.”

Yes, that concerns me greatly also. We are so focused on Commander Zero – and not undeservedly, his being a Usurper and Communist and Muslim – but I fear (know!) he is just the puppet. We must never lose sight of our real long-term task – FIX AMERICA.
That is a major reason Marty Didier posting here is so provocative (and frustrating). Assuming he is not a crank, he knows something of the Big Picture. And yet he is (of necessity?) so cryptic he is nearly useless. I hope he finds a better way to “slip a note” to someone.
But on a positive note, the situation on the ground is so much worse with Obama then ever before – one would therefore conclude that hisself is actually quite critical to their plans and that when we get rid of him, we will at least slow them down a lot.
Grand Juries
For people who like to research and understand Grand Juries of all kinds, here is a good article.
You might otherwise pass over it if you found it because it is off-center to things discussed on this blog. But the important part is the first 2/3 or so where he has to lay the groundwork for his thesis.
It is a good overview of the purpose, history, and current practice and law of Grand Juries. He rightly observes that we have strayed from the constitution. He seeks to address the issue of greater civilian control and independence.
I found getting unfiltered information and suggestions straight from the peer-reviewed published literature to be refreshing.
