Why has Obama employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans
Timothy Adams has alleged that he worked in a Hawaii elections office in 2008 and that he verified that there was no birth certificate for Barack Obama in Hawaii. It has been confirmed that Adams did indeed work for the Hawaii elections office. After doing some fairly extensive searching yesterday, June 9, 2010, I was unable to confirm Adams allegations. I still remain a bit of a skeptic. For me the most compelling evidence against Obama is his use of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records.

“A college professor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the City and County of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now teaches English at Western Kentucky University.
“There is no birth certificate,” said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”
Adams, who says he’s a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination to Obama, told WND, “I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters’ identity.”
He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama’s constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.
“I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” Adams explained. “I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].”
At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.
“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,'” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”
To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation that Obama was born at its facility.”
“WND confirmed with Hawaiian officials that Adams was indeed working in their election offices during the last presidential election.
“His title was senior elections clerk in 2008,” said Glen Takahashi, elections administrator for the City and County of Honolulu.
Takahashi also confirmed Adams’ time frame at the office from spring until the month of August.
“We hire temporary workers, because we’re seasonal,” he said.
However, when WND asked Takahashi if the elections office could check on birth records, he said, “We don’t have access to that kind of records. [There’s] no access to birth records.”
Adams responded, “They may say, ‘We don’t have access to that.’ The regular workers don’t, the ones processing ballots; but the people in administration do.
I was the one overseeing the work of the people doing the balloting.”
Adams stressed, “In my professional opinion, [Obama] definitely was not born in Hawaii. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was not born in Hawaii because there is no legal record of him being born there. If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state.””

I found no “paper trail” yesterday.
For an educated person,he appears to have approached this in a haphazard manner.
Did he have an attorney advising him?
This still smells to me.
I’ve long felt that this is the tact they will take. The “we have so many really important issues facing us” thing.
Forget what they say. Forget trying to get any of them to help. Just keep digging for the truth and show it to the public. When we get enough cold, hard facts, the powers that be will be shown for what they are.
Remember, corruption and the loss of money between the government (our employees) and the private sector are two very different rules. For example, I have worked in the manufacturing and operatios private sector for over 25 years and we must use rigorous accounting principles, if by any chance we are missing money such as 100k, someones butt is going to federal prison.
However, when the federal government is missing hundreds of millons and in some cases billions os our tax dollars, no one is put on trial, no investigations, no one in prison. Rather they say, we’ll look into the matter.
Really? Let me lose that amount of money unaccounted for and see what happens to my butt, and quickly. Why do we allow them to do this? Itls mind boggling..

My Brother was born in Hawaii in September of 1961. He Recently ordered his Birth Certificate and they sent him the “Short Form” On my Brother’s form it states “Certificate of Live Birth” . On Obama’s Form it states “Certification of Live Birth” . A “Certificate” is a document that is Issued to a Child Born in Hawaii. A “Certification” is a document that is issued to a child born OUTSIDE of Hawaii. There IS a difference. Proof that Obama was born “OUTSIDE of Hawaii”.
I’ve still have no response to the email that I sent to Mr. Adams yesterday morning.
I suspect one of 4 things happened.
1. It was a hoax designed to distract Patriots. (My gut feeling is that this is not likely because boBots here tried to discredit Adams as soon as his interview was posted.)
2. Mr. Adams is frightened and trying to avoid any communications.
3. Mr. Adams has signed an affidavit & a deposition.
4. bo’s DOJ has already gotten to him. (My gut feeling based upon my own experience is this is the case. Btw, an FBI agent came to my home to question me about Madisonville and I wasn’t even at Madisonville on 4/20/10. I refused to meet with him and made him call me so that I could record his conversation. He apologized to me and I have not heard from the FBI since. I was fortunate that my case was well documented on CW & elsewhere so that boChorts know that if they harass me they will be exposed. Sort of like algore was exposed.)

I agree with you. I too am a sceptical person with anything that someone says about discovery inside information on the annointed one. Until mr. Adams is willing to sign under oath a sworn testimony (ie..affidavite/deposition) then I will believe his allegations much more.
However, in the meantime his story and background have proven true, half there to figuring out if he is a fraud for misinformation or telling the truth. It is critical for an attorney to get this sworn testiment from him quickly. If he refuses, we know.

I was under the impression that the state of hawaii changed certification to certificate in the last year for all of them. You say that they still send out “certification” to the ones not born in Hawaii. Could you provide follow up evidence for that. It’s important that we get this right.
Also, you said mark levin discusses the birth certificate. I was under the impression that he wouldn’t discuss it. Was I wrong on this?

I wasn’t aware of the change last year in Hawaii. They are covering their tracks. Thank you for the correction. Mark Levin has had Philip J. Berg on his radio show Numerous times. Philip J. Berg is the Democrat that started the whole Birth Certificate issue in August 2008 after Obama and the DNC Stole the Election from Hillary. Anyone that says the “Birther” issue was started by Disgruntled Republicans need to research the beginnings of the whole situation. It all Started when Hillary’s votes were given to Obama and she stated (all evidence removed) that Obama wasn’t even a Natural Born Citizen. Since Philip J. Berg was a Hillary Democrat, he started the whole Birth Certificate Issue.

We know Adams was an election worker in Hawaii. Wnd confirmed that with Hawaii. We know he’s a prof at a Kentucky college now. If he made this whole story up, it seems likely he will be saying goodbye to his job. Academic dept’s have a way of getting rid of profs that don’t toe the liberal party line.
There are some question marks about this, to be sure, but we need to pursue this, imo.

Sunday’s come to Ghetto Paradise

THEY’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE, they’ve been there for a couple of decades, openly and publicly, and by the way, at least semi-legally, and I doubt rabid, terminal, cancer patients are going to be shanking some cabbie in their spare time. So, that’s the week in Ghetto Paradise my friends, by the way, the Freedman’s, owners of AIG insurance and some of the most philanthropic folks in the world, (and in their eighties now) were out at the memorial for Barack Obama’s tutu Friday. I’ve met them and spent some time at the beach house at their home in Black Point, (it was very nice watching whales play in the ocean and drinking mimosas for breakfast on New Years Day). So, it’s not just the average joe on the street, looking for his handout that’s backing this Daly political machine slime from Chicago. Guess what Black folks, his financial backers include a bunch of white, wealthy billionaires! Wonder who he owes now that he’s been elected? Suckers.

what’s it all about in ghetto paradise!
Well, it’s almost the end of August and I haven’t written since I returned from my trip down under in May. My bad, spank me with a wet noodle. Sorry, I have a life, such as it is. Developments, half the building is still locked up tight and empty, we have managed to get hot water and working showers and toilets in our open half, (thank God) and with the help of a couple of tenants here, we’ve managed to drive off, beat up or burn out a string of druggies, prostitutes and thieves that thought they would come around our block. We’ve switched to using firearms as well as 1 million candlepower lights, batons, metal pipes and knives.
The other day (last Thursday), an abandoned car that had been being used as a roach motel for a couple of hookers and some local ice heads was still here, as the city simply had refused to tow it away, despite the fact it had no license plates, was illegally parked and was vandalized. Thursday night we chased out 3 or four guys and a girl who were busy trying to do business on our sidewalk, the cops wouldn’t come, but someone put four rounds from a gun into an abandoned refrigerator down on the side wall of the alley and they showed up fast enough. Next day, the car was towed. Other events; I’ve been employed by the City of Honolulu, managing an office for the upcoming national and state elections, but I’m on leave til August 21st and I don’t think I’ll be going back. The corruption, infighting and egos of these civil servants makes it no surprise nothing ever gets done around this city unless someone’s been paid off. I’ve been repeatedly warned not to leak any information about the scandals in the local office of elections that you can read all about in the local press, nor the controversy surrounding our boss, the City Clerk’s Office. Our Mayor, Mufi Hanneman, also know around our neighborhood as the Kalihi Rapist, yes I said rapist, is finding his thought to be uncontested office to be in considerable jeopardy, as fed up people have fielded a couple of real contenders to oust him. Meanwhile, I’m hanging in for another semester at the University of Hawaii, where my writing is considered too controversial to get public readings, and yet I’m one of the most successful students there. Go figure. Since we’ve put our collective feet down and started clearing our block, things are much quieter here, though, a block or two away, it’s still wild country. Will try to catch up later.

CW-this is so weird. I guess you have to come from there to understand the craziness of all this, maybe this fits in with the Blago corruption trial. Bensenville where I grew up and know like the back of my hand is DuPage County NOT COOK, we were in unincorporated DuPage County. Green Street and York there was a grocery store there called Green Street Food Store, everybody shopped there it was an independent not a chain. A meth lab there that’s rich. Here is where it gets even weirder-City of Chicago, was going to put in a new runway which involves all the players in Blagos trial. According to friends back there half the town is boarded up, the people did not want to move, from what I understand the new runway is either killed or put on hold. My point is somebody had to buy up all that property, who and who’s dollars. That Nalco address sounds like it is in the city of Chicago. By the way the citizens of Bensenville fought the “expansion” as much as they could-I think they were “overwhelmed”. Bensenville is right outside O’Hare, but O’Hare is so huge it touches other towns like Rosemont, Des Plaines, Palatine (?)-I forget all the rest. Something creepy is going on in my opinion. About 15 years ago the entire Bensenville police force was arrested (corruption) and the FBI took it over, I think 2 cops out of the force were rehired since they were innocent. I just wonder what has been hidden all these years and is something still on-going.

As a writer myself who can’t break through the barrier of being unknown, this is the line that pops out at me:

Tim Adams appears to hold a high opinion of his writing and is non-apologetic for it’s controversial content. Simple, he likes rocking the boat and is a bit cocky. His knowledge of o’s status may be his golden ticket to author the mother of all books and launch his writing career. It is my guess that this is his underlying motive. Frankly, if his info is valid, kudos for him.
The theft of voter files that Mr. Adams exposes is quite similar to what happened in Nashville, and I suspect happened in others cities in the USA.

I reported my ordeal to all those sites that you mentioned and none reported on the Computer thefts in Nashville except CW & The Steady Drip and that was after I was put in Jail by boChorts on FALSE CHARGES.

Of course. But what does that matter? How far has that gotten us so far?
And there’s absolutely no proof he’s offering. Just his say so. He doesn’t even have the credibility of Obama’s grandmother, who claimed she was present at his birth in Kenya, and that went nowhere.
And consider this… In the WND article, he claims to believe Obama is a natural born citizen by virtue of his mother. He feels sorry for Obama. No big deal….. But that sure doesn’t jive with his myspace blogging.
Maybe he is telling the truth about everything. Maybe he’s just trying to get some publicity. Or maybe he’s working with someone to completely discredit the entire Birther movement… or worse, set us up for a criminal charges.

I’ll give it time, and give him a chance to explain the course of events before I come to any hard and fast conclusions. But it’s not looking good in my view.
Prairie — Let me add something to what I said above. In my experience, unless we do the right thing for the right reason, it’ll backfire on us every time. Tim Adams may very well be doing the right thing for the wrong reason, and it may very well backfire on all of us.

“For an educated person….” I hear you, CW, but have personally found that some (not all) folks who pursue a teaching career are often very narrowly focused. They are very well educated in their field but sometimes not in “the ways of the world”, i.e., they are not “street smart.” It could be, as someone else pointed out, he may want some publicity at this stage in his life to enhance his literary efforts, and it could be he is rather naive? as to the implications of going public with such a hot topic. Thank you, Prairie. I agree that there are oodles of people out there who know more than they’re telling. There may be alot of people who know something, but not everything. I suspect that Obama has been hiding so much for so long, the truth may have to come in bits and pieces until we can put the whole puzzle together.
And, as Cabby said so well (thx, Cabby!), he may just be naive, and had no idea what he was getting into. If he wasn’t following the Birthers, he may not have know anyone better to go to. As much as I would like Tim Adams’ story to be true, I remain skeptical. Thinking out loud, is Tim Adams a witness Lt. Col Lakin could use for his court martial? Speaking of which, any updates on that front today? I believe his hearing started today.
Having just read the article at World Net Daily, I am inclined to believe that Adams is telling the truth. WND had an extensive conversation with him, and it appears that Adams is rather low-key and gives the impression that he just wants the country to get on with improving itself. I find it hard to think that this is some sort of chicanery.
He doesn’t sound like either a patriot or an obot.
His lack of response to Free Speech’s e-mail may just be self-protection, or, as others have said, he may be inundated with mail.
Also, if I were Adams and contacted by attorneys for plaintiffs that have pending cases, I would seek legal counsel myself before responding in any way.
That would just be good sense, especially for the uninitiated.

Yes. Any decision based solely on race is, by definition, racist.
Further, they are claiming supremacy of one race, the White race. Our Father in Heaven loves us all equally, and gave us all the same blessings (i.e., those rights granted by our Creator). God is no respecter of persons.
And, yes, this is a problem for me. I belong to the human race and I look forward to a day when races have so intermarried that there are no more pure “races”… and we can stop using skin color as an excuse for hating.
But I sure would never try to legislate it and make it the law of the land. I will respect their right to marry within their race and live their culture as they see fit. It’s when they try to impose their will on the rest of us that I call foul.

Sharron Angle, following her come-from-behind Republican Primary win Tuesday, has bounced to an 11-point lead over Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in Nevada’s closely-watched U.S. Senate race.
A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in Nevada, taken Wednesday night, shows Angle earning 50% support while Reid picks up 39% of the vote. Five percent (5%) like some other candidate, and six percent (6%) are undecided.

Well, it was our Creator who made it impossible for different species to procreate. I had nothing to do with it. It was also our Creator who made it possible for the same species to procreate with different breeds… hence, retrievers can procreate with shepherds. Again, I had nothing to do with it. If our Creator did not want and expect difference human “races” to procreate, it would not be possible.
God gave us a choice. It’s not up to man to take that choice away.

We’re haunted by a quote from Thomas Sowell the other day, in which he wondered if it was just gross incompetence that drives this “president”, or if something more malicious and hidden was at work with his agenda. Sowell speculated on whether or not it’s Obama’s intent to ruin America — and we wonder if that same agenda includes alienating and even provoking the UK into some sort of conflict with the US.
Obama keeps insisting on calling BP by its defunct former name “British Petroleum”.
In 1998, “British Petroleum” ceased to exist when that company merged with Amoco, becoming BP Amoco. In 2001, BP Amoco devoured rivals Arco and Burmah Castol, and changed its name officially to BP.
That was nine years ago.
When Brown next visited the US as Prime Minister, Obama refused to have dinner with him, and instead apparently hunkered down with Kal Penn to get up to whatever those two would do together when he was still working in the White House as “Assistant Director of Important Things Requiring A Hollywood Actor’s Constant Presence Near the President”, or whatever his title was. Maybe they didn’t want to share their White Castle with Brown. Apparently, some people out there really, really love those little square patties (and Obama seems the type to drool over those buns).
The White House wants to brand this disaster as a BRITISH problem, partly because Obama characteristically wants to deflect the problem onto someone else, the way he does everything else, and partly because it seems both Obamas appear to have a natural hatred and contempt for all things British.
Rational thought and competence are wholly lacking at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue right now.
Have you, too, detected anything resembling an anti-British agenda at work in what Obama is doing?

He’s been telling me since the law passed that he’s seen trucks piled high with household goods heading out of state since about a week after 1070 was signed (driven by Hispanics). He saw the same thing after we passed the employer sanctions law, but he says it’s alot more this time. Will probably be even more as we get closer to it going into effect.

I have known Al Gore for 25 years since he was a congressman and he came to our Townhall meetings. Back then I thought Al was a good guy. I campaigned for him in 1988 when he ran for President. But he changed drastically. In 2000, he first started acting like a madman. I think his thirst for power overcame him and he started getting involved with criminals to maintain his power base.

I’m from Chicago (suburbs) so I am familiar with vice, but there are things that are so bad no one should get near them-ever. The list you provided is bad enough and it is sick, beyond sick. What are they into depraved indifference? which makes them co-conspirators even if their hands were not on the murder weapons.

The Bitter Taste Of Words
No more bitter taste than having to eat your own words. Obama supporters have that bitter taste as they cling to their Mess-iah.
The excuses by these Obama apologists are many. The death dealing consequences of their Obama deadender support will likewise be many. Obama, and America, is helplessly engulfed.
The excuses don’t work anymore. Mess-iah Fatigue is taking a toll:

When State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley refused to tell reporters which countries have offered assistance to help respond to the BP oil spill, the State Department press corps was flabbergasted.
“As a policy matter, we’re not going to identify those offers of assistance until we are able to see, you know, what we need, assess the ongoing situation. And as we accept those offers of assistance, we will inform you,” Crowley said.
Reporters pointed out that the Bush administration identified assistance offers after the Katrina disaster, so what is this, a new policy? They pressed Crowley, but he refused to budge.
Then they mentioned Iran’s offer of assistance, through its National Iranian Drilling Company. Crowley said there was no Iranian offer of assistance, at least in any official capacity. The reporters kept on it, asking why it was taking so long to figure out what was needed in the first place? That’s the Coast Guard’s decision, Crowley explained.
Late Wednesday evening, the State Department emailed reporters identifying the 13 entities that had offered the U.S. oil spill assistance. They were the governments of Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Republic of Korea, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United Nations.
“These offers include experts in various aspects of oil spill impacts, research and technical expertise, booms, chemical oil dispersants, oil pumps, skimmers, and wildlife treatment,” the email read.
“While there is no need right now that the U.S. cannot meet, the U.S. Coast Guard is assessing these offers of assistance to see if there will be something which we will need in the near future.”
The Obama administration has been relentless in its messaging that it is doing everything possible to aggressively respond to the oil spill. But for the record, the current message to foreign governments is: Thanks but no thanks, we’ve got it covered.
A State Department official, speaking on background, said that the decision not to initially release the names of offering countries came directly from the State Department leadership.
