The Federal Communications Commission does not have the legal authority to slap Net neutrality regulations on Internet providers, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday.

I admit I am confused with the entire rationale pertaining to the Rev Manning Trial in May and I am confident that someone here could most likely enlighten me. Although I have the upmost respect and admiration for Dr. Manning, I became confused after listening to his most recent video. My initial understanding with Dr. Manning and the Columbia Trial was an actual Court hearing, e.g. Manning v. Columbia University. Now my understanding is that this will simply be held as a “Mock” trial/hearing in the confines of the Atlah Church and not a Court. If this is correct, then what is it that Dr. Manning expects as an outcome to further expose Obama/Columbia in a Court of Law?

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama’s advisers will remove religious terms such as “Islamic extremism” from the central document outlining the US national security strategy and will use the rewritten document to emphasize that the United States does not view Muslim nations through the lens of terror, counterterrorism officials said.
The change is a significant shift in the National Security Strategy, a document that previously outlined the Bush Doctrine of preventative war and currently states: “The struggle against militant Islamic radicalism is the great ideological conflict of the early years of the 21st century.”
The officials described the changes on condition of anonymity because the document was still being written, and the White House would not discuss it. But rewriting the strategy document will be the latest example of Obama putting his stamp on US foreign policy, like his promises to dismantle nuclear weapons and limit the situations in which they can be used.
The revisions are part of a larger effort about which the White House talks openly, one that seeks to change not just how the United States talks to Muslim nations, but also what it talks to them about, from health care and science to business startups and education.
That shift away from terrorism has been building for a year, since Obama went to Cairo, Egypt, and promised a “new beginning” in the relationship between the United States and the Muslim world. The White House believes the previous administration based that relationship entirely on fighting terror and winning the war of ideas.
“You take a country where the overwhelming majority are not going to become terrorists, and you go in and say, ‘We’re building you a hospital so you don’t become terrorists.’ That doesn’t make much sense,” said National Security Council staffer Pradeep Ramamurthy.
Ramamurthy runs the administration’s Global Engagement Directorate, a four-person National Security Council team that Obama launched last May with little fanfare and a vague mission to use diplomacy and outreach “in pursuit of a host of national security objectives.” Since then, the division has not only helped change the vocabulary of fighting terror but also has shaped the way the country invests in Muslim businesses, studies global warming, supports scientific research and combats polio.
Before diplomats go abroad, they hear from Ramamurthy or his deputy, Jenny Urizar. When officials from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration returned from Indonesia, the NSC got a rundown about research opportunities on global warming. Ramamurthy maintains a database of interviews conducted by 50 US embassies worldwide. And business leaders from more than 40 countries head to Washington this month for an “entrepreneurship summit” for Muslim businesses.
“Do you want to think about the US as the nation that fights terrorism or the nation you want to do business with?” Ramamurthy said.
To deliver that message, Obama’s speechwriters have taken inspiration from an unlikely source: former President Ronald Reagan. Visiting communist China in 1984, Reagan spoke to Fudan University in Shanghai about education, space exploration and scientific research. He discussed freedom and liberty. He never mentioned communism or democracy.
Like Reagan in China, Obama in Cairo made only passing references to terrorism. Instead he focused on cooperation. He announced the United States would team up to fight polio with the Organisation of the Islamic Conference, a multinational body based in Saudi Arabia. The United States and the OIC had worked together before, but never with that focus.
Polio is endemic in three Muslim countries — Nigeria, Pakistan and Afghanistan — but some Muslim leaders have been suspicious of vaccination efforts, which they believed to be part of a CIA sterilization campaign. Last year, the OIC and religious scholars at the International Islamic Fiqh Academy issued a fatwa, or religious decree, that parents should have their children vaccinated.
“We’re probably entering into a whole new level of engagement between the OIC and the polio program because of the stimulus coming from the US government,” said Michael Galway, who works on polio eradication for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
The Centers for Disease Control also began working more closely with local Islamic leaders in northern Nigeria, a network that had been overlooked for years, said John Fitzsimmons, the deputy director of the CDC’s immunization division.
Though health officials are reluctant to assign credit to any one action, new polio cases in Nigeria fell from 83 during the first quarter of last year to just one so far this year, Fitzsimmons said.
Public opinion polls also showed consistent improvement in US sentiment within the Muslim world last year, although the viewpoints are still overwhelmingly negative, however.
Obama did not invent Muslim outreach. President George W. Bush gave the White House its first Quran, hosted its first Iftar dinner to celebrate Ramadan, and loudly stated support for Muslim democracies like Turkey.
But the Bush administration struggled with its rhetoric. Muslims criticized him for describing the war against terror as a “crusade” and labeling the invasion of Afghanistan “Operation Infinite Justice” — words that were seen as religious. He regularly identified America’s enemy as “Islamic extremists” and “radical jihadists.”
Karen Hughes, a Bush confidant who served as his top diplomat to the Muslim world in his second term, urged the White House to stop.
“I did recommend that, in my judgment, it’s unfortunate because of the way it’s heard. We ought to avoid the language of religion,” Hughes said. “Whenever they hear ‘Islamic extremism, Islamic jihad, Islamic fundamentalism,’ they perceive it as a sort of an attack on their faith. That’s the world view Osama bin Laden wants them to have.”
Hughes and Juan Zarate, Bush’s former deputy national security adviser, said Obama’s efforts build on groundwork from Bush’s second term, when some of the rhetoric softened. But by then, Zarate said, it was overshadowed by the Guantanamo Bay detention center, the abuses at Abu Ghraib prison and a prolonged Iraq war.
Obama’s foreign policy posture is not without political risk. Even as Obama steps up airstrikes on terrorists abroad, he has proven vulnerable to Republican criticism on security issues at home, such as the failed Christmas Day airline bombing and the announced-then-withdrawn plan to prosecute 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in New York.
Peter Feaver, a Duke University political scientist and former Bush adviser, is skeptical of Obama’s engagement effort. It “doesn’t appear to have created much in the way of strategic benefit” in the Middle East peace process or in negotiations over Iran’s nuclear ambitions, he said.
Obama runs the political risk of seeming to adopt politically correct rhetoric abroad while appearing tone deaf on national security issues at home, Feaver said.
The White House dismisses such criticism. In June, Obama will travel to Indonesia, the world’s most populous Muslim country, and is expected to revisit many of the themes of his Cairo speech.
“This is the long-range direction we need to go in,” Ramamurthy said.

Like yourself, I too hold Pastor Manning in high regard; however, you raise some interesting questions concerning his motives and the objectives he may wish to achieve as the trial date looms ahead. I was impressed with Riggs knowledge too, but starting in as U.S. Senator seems too big a leap for a starter. He will be up against Mark Rubio or Charley Crist. My adcice would be start out as a congresscritter. Better yet be a legislative aid to Rubio and go to Washington and learn all the tricks.

The reason he’s airing some of what he’s got is because of the threats; let’s not forget he was ‘visited’ by the ‘gub’mint’ for speaking out against the ‘long-legged mack daddy.’
In one of his vids, he explained that he wanted to let us all know what he had, ‘just in case.’ I can’t imagine what the man’s life is like these days.
Personally, I believe that Rev. Manning is very high profile at this point and don’t think any harm will come to him but you never know with these thugs. I think he did the right thing by putting it out there and would hope that the info he has, has been shared only with a few trusted colleagues in case something happens to him.
Looking forward to this trial! Rev. Manning has earned the title of ‘hero’ in my book.

Hi William, I was always under the impression that it was going to be a mock trial. Pastor Manning knows that the courts have refused to hear the cases (due to standing, jurisdiction, etc.), so maybe he feels this is the only alternative.
The following is important because it lays the responsibility for the current fiscal crisis on the doorstep of Congress (Barney Frank and others).

Yes, I did see Rev. Manning’s wife…they make a wonderful couple!
Only a few rivers still in flood here, but river water levels are high and will be for several more days until the major rivers dump into the Atlantic.
People seem to be returning and are cleaning up. Depending on where they are, it’s a matter of either pumping out the basement, or calling their insurance companies. Most homeowner’s policies don’t cover floods so if you didn’t buy the coverage, you’re in trouble. Since we’re generally not a flood prone state, not too many folks carry flood insurance.
As I told Al, FEMA is here today and has opened several Disaster Recovery Centers for the people affected; MA has already been declared a disaster area. I just hope that real, America-loving citizens who go to work every day and pay their taxes can get some help. I won’t go any further with that comment!
Supposed to hit the mid 80s today. that should really help the drying-out process.

I honestly have to say that I am disturbed about this Rev Manning trial thing. I don’t see what a mock trial accomplishes. Some of us here belong to the American Grand Jury organization. I was one of the very first members. I believed we were going to make a difference. People just laughed at us and still do. “What is a make believe grand jury gonna do?”
What is having a make believe trial going to accomplish? If the good Reverend has some evidence then release it far and wide and let the public court make the decision of what to do. If you release this “evidence” using a mock process then isn’t the evidence then tainted?

(D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 399SS) to improve access to health services.
(d) FUNDING.—For the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioned Corps under this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to the Office of the Surgeon General for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014. Hopefully the hometown newspapers can publish flood plain maps. Make sure everyone takes pictures of their damage, this will come in handy at income tax time. “Loss NOT covered by insurance.”
As an experienced flood victim-thank God at the time I had 3 jobs so I didn’t have to “dwell”, or I would have lost my mind.
Money saving tips-after having to throw out everything-brand new-well you know how that goes-their furniture will not survive, I tried it just crumbles. I decided that day I will never own new again. God’s way of separating me from material possessions.

Friends and family will donate. When things settle think Thrift, Consignment and Resale Shops. Salvation Army, church rummage sales, garage sales are a good source-of course it will be in towns unaffected by the storms.
I slept on the floor for months-until I could get a new bed. Not fun but it does build character. People will find out LESS is MORE. The victims will live in the austere lane for quite awhile. Took me 10 years to recover, then you accumulate so much-you start donating again.
As I was cleaning my house after the flood, tell everyone to be very careful, floors will be very slippery I remember the nuns telling us when we were kids not to get too hung up on material possessions. They were correct, I was hung up on material possessions, after the flood I was not. You really learn what is important in life-fancy “stuff” is not it.

Yup, Michelle, most don’t have flood insurance because insurance in this state is so frikkin expensive!
I have a bunch of info I send out to people or can tell them when they call. Right now, mold and air quality are the big concerns and and many will find that their memories on paper will have to be tossed.
Flood plain maps are readily available however, people ignore them. 100 year flood? Nah, that won’t happen to us. But it does.
There’s a house not far from me sitting right on our major river; it’s actially on a peninsula. Every spring the house is underwater, surrounded by the river on 3 sides. I went down and took pics last week. Sure enough…underwater. Yet, people continue to live there.
Common sense is extremely lacking sometimes. Rivers will eventually reclaim ‘their land,’ and they don’t give a flying fig if you’ve chosen to build a house on it. Gotta think, sometimes.

Remember when this was predicted a few months ago? The prediction was that they would encourage the most vulnerable Dems. to “retire” and then replace them with another Dem. The theory being that the voters will blame the individual, but not the Dem. party.

In Mr. Stormer’s book he quotes Churchill when Churchill told the people of England, “If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you
may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival.”
Churchill also said, “There may be even a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than live as slaves.”

Jonah, these are *state* senators and reps., so more than likely, old Barky didn’t promise them anything; I think they’re really feeling the heat from constituents in light of the Scott Brown election. I think that people are seeing that the Dems have been taken over by the Progressives and that’s something that many people just don’t want. Even moonbat MA is starting to wake up. Let’s hope that if there’s an (I) and a (D) next to someone’s name on the ballot, people will just go on down to the next candidate.

Fernley Girl….Thanks for the info…..I am on Nevada PERS now…….that is my only income….that was part of my contract when I moved to Nevada from Kansas to teach……the school district pays into the system for you and now that I am disabled and unable to work in the regular classroom I was forced to go on disability retirement……I know next year they are probably going to have to lay off hundreds of teachers in Vegas because of the budget shortfall…..now with this info…..this really scares me because I have NO other retirement….I can’t get Social Security because we have our own system and never paid into the Social Security system while I worked in Nevada!!

Today Obama started the ball rolling towards elimination of our firearms (This is an e-mail I received) Yes, he is bypassing any ratification by the Senate. He is simply going through the State Department, via Hillary Clinton, in signing on to U.N. agreements.

The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.
On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States . The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms.
The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened. Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.
This is not a joke nor a false warning. As sure as government health care will be forced on us by the Obama administration through whatever means necessary, so will gun control.

I realized after I hit submit that they were STATE reps and senators and wouldn’t have voted for Obamacare so thanks for correcting my mistake for me.
The pink bunny tail remains for one more Easter performance. Then we start our patriotic program again, my favorite. Five dances with costume changes. Lots of red, white and blue and includes Boogie, Woogie, Bugle Boy, American Patrol, Grand Old Flag, and Star spangled Banner.
The ladies range in ages from 63 to 85 years. Come from diverse backgrounds but all love to tap dance and enjoy performing at nursing homes, rehab centers, luncheons and senior citizens groups. The M.C, is a retired college professor who tells short stories and jokes during costume changes. The repertoire includes over thirty dances for all occasions – Christmas, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, Patriotic, etc.

Ok, once again, either I am overtly out-of-bounds with attempts to understand as a sideliner, or something is not making legal sense, hoping the aforementioned is true albeit to my doubt.
Allow me to place this into a similar alternative discussion example. I (and other citizens) know that my City Mayor is guilty of several corruption charges. I do not file any legal court challenges; instead, I gather a few friends and hold a “Mock trial” in my house accusing the Mayor and his links to such corruptions. I preside as the self appointed Judge and place it on youtube. This helps the legal precedence how? I don’t get it….in other words, the legal benefits…
If you release this “evidence” using a mock process then isn’t the evidence then tainted?

Our government at that time (Fed,State, Local) took our entire neighborhood and made it part of the flood plain-also included golf courses-all of this helped relieve the flooding. I have a feeling that there will heavy screaming by the constituents. No way around it huge losses of money and property, but they have to repair “smart”.

Yes, I retired from the USAF. I spent 6 years with the Army and then 14 with the Air Force. I spent the last 10 years as a Special Agent, USAF Ofice of Special Investigations. I conducted quite a few investigations for security clearances and this obama scam just goes against everything I was taught. The Subject had to sign a release form and an original birth certificate was obtained (not provided by the subject). A coworker of mine who doesn’t know anything about politics just outed me as a “tea party person” to another coworker who is a big Obama supporter and is black. She immediately pulled the race card, and why didn’t we speak out against Bush? HER taxes went down this year. She is happy about healthcare reform. She said to me, “Wow, they really got to you…”
I feel incredibly dirty after talking to this ignoramus. She proudly proclaimed herself to be a Christian too and yet her hero is actively seeking the deaths of her race’s unborn children.

Don, I’ve brought this up many times on CW’s Blog.
I’m a cleared TS/SSBI/CNWDI individual, Lifestyle/Full Scope Poly, and SCI/SAP access in the areas I have a demonstrated “Need to Know” about. My background has to, by law, be re-investigated and updated every 5 years in order to maintain this Clearance level. I’m sure you know what a pain in the butt such a clearance level initials, being former USAF OSI on your part.
My job title is not classified, so I can tell you the reason for such cravats on my credentials
is because I’m a WMD Intelligence Analyst who happens to specialize in Nuclear Weapons.
The truth of the matter that most of the General Public do not understand or know about is; Politicians are simply given clearances; no questions asked, and without investigation upon taking their oath to office. It is AUTOMATIC, and comes with the elected position.
The fact of the matter is most of the politicians of this nation could not qualify for a real Security Clearance of any level if they tried, much less pass a Lifestyle/Full Scope Polygraph. However when they are elected to office, they are granted Clearances automatically upon taking their Oath of office.
They are not investigated, their backgrounds are not checked, much less their fiscal responsibility looked into in the way of simple credit scores and checks. They are not required to submit to random drug testing like the rest of the American Citizenry, whom happen to work for the Government and/or Government Contractors. They are not required to take a polygraph of any level. They are simply granted such National Security Access because the “We the People” were foolish enough to give them our votes.
The reason this is: According to every investigative and intelligence authority responsible for maintaining and clearing individuals for National Security access states (and I summarize): Due to the fact any individual running for public office is intensively vetted by the public. It is not within our investigative powers to usurp the will of the American People in the way that majority has voted for any Public Official.

I cannot say much – but I will say this:
In the security clearance business, there is no “innocent until proven guilty”. Before you are allowed even the sight or hearing of classified information, you have to wait for the clearance to come through. It may take MANY months. If you are hired by a military industrial complex contractor to work on something specific, you are not allowed to go ahead and hope the clearance comes out OK – the contractor must find some other make-work piddly thing for you to do while you are waiting.
For those with clearances working on the various projects – they are taught to treat EVERYBODY else as a spy – seriously. You must assume that everybody you meet (even your spouse and best friends you have known all your life) is a hostile agent out to steal your specific knowledge.
Further, if anybody has any foreign entanglements whatsoever, you are further warned to be especially careful of that person and to assume he is an agent for the foreign interests that are most visible in his background.
Therefore, Obama should quite literally be thought of and treated as a spy for Indonesia, Kenya, and/or Pakistan.
Even more to the point – not only has Obama never been vetted/cleared by the CIA or FBI or any DOD, given his history and connections with foreigners, his association with known subversives, and his potentially large number of blackmailable offenses (specifically, Chicago mob, drugs, and sexual deviency), it is EXTREMELY unlikely that he would be cleared at all. This is God’s truth.

My position on such things has to be, out of necessity “I can neither confirm nor deny anything” in such regards.

Maybe if some people paid their fair-share we wouldn’t need to add more taxes to those of us already burdened. Our country has been divided into two groups. The payers and the paynots. The paynots don’t care how the government spends the citizens’ money because none of the money was theirs to begin with. If one citizen is required to pay income tax everyone should have to pay. Even if they only make $200 a week and pay 1% of their income. That’s $2.00 times, say 40 million people. That’s $80 million a week the government can put toward health care.
For the rest of us, the government already gets more of our money than we do.

I suggested a similar action last month, but was hoping patriots would walk around Congress seven times before the vote on Obamacare. Wow! Sometimes my ideas aren’t so weird.

Very few of the “big boys” know the details. Even most congresspeople. You have to be pretty deep into the community of “security clearances”, either as an investigator or as an ordinary person who has worked within that system for years.
I will repeat – as strongly as I can – EVERYBODY assumes that nothing really horrible is happening or could be happening because surely “they” are minding the store.
They are NOT “minding the store” in any generic or oversight capacity. There are very strict rules and procedures and guidelines. They are doing exactly that – no more and no less.
A specific case in point. Most people believe that FBI or DOD maybe has a “file” on Zero, but they are prevented from releasing it. Not true. For security clearances, the cognizant oversight bodies are not allowed to just willy nilly investigate people. They have to get their permission first. (Can you imagine the hue and cry if, say, the DOD investigative service were caught investigating random people?) The way that usually happens is that when I apply for a job with a defense contractor to work on XYZ secret weapon, part of my induction is filling out various paperworks – among which is a request and authorization to be background checked. It is a voluntary form. But if I don’t agree, I will not be investigated and I will not get that job.
I went to check out the Nevada web site….it is still the same….I’m not sure what FTC is insinuating….I guess we will have to wait for more info….don’t forget to listen at 10:15 EST time for the Tim Turner show….

The last bank standing at the end of the game was out a pot full of money. Iceland had several banks that bought our mortgages, hence their current financial crisis. MERS has NO interest in our mortgages at all, yet their name was put onto your deed at the county, because lets face it, nobody knows if your original wet copy deed is sitting in some basement in China or Norway. A party cannot legally foreclose on your mortgage unless they retain the “wet copy”. MERS does not have ANY wet copies.

I wanted the letter declaration that was sent to the governors. Maybe I missed it in your link. It’s possible. If so, I do apologize. But I found the legal declaration from Nesara the other day, and maybe it’s still there somewhere. It’s the letter that they sent to the governors.
The South, I had read that if you file a UCC-1 for yourself that if they foreclosed on your house, they would have to pay you all the money you had invested in it as you hold the first lien on any of your debt.
I was going to file, but then read a couple of articles that warn if you don’t know what you’re doing you can get into a lot of trouble.

On the other hand, 62% of the money went to “expenses,” including $979,485 for “consultants” and an “advisor.” Yes, consultant/advisors got more than double what injured troops and the kids of fallen troops got. The tax forms show that “New World Aviation” got paid $60,601 for “air travel.” Was that for Hannity’s G5? Like I said, neither the charity nor Hannity is talking. And finally, that year, Freedom Alliance spent $1,730,816 on postage and shipping and $1,414,215 on printing, for a total of $3,145,031, nearly half the revenue the charity spent that year and about eight times what the injured troops and the children of fallen ones received.
EXAMPLES:
In 2006, Freedom Alliance gave only $1,000 to a soldier from Bay City, Michigan, whom the charity says was in the following condition:
Face was blown up and lost sight in one eye.
And that $1,000 was relatively generous, when you consider this soldier from Romulus, Michigan, whom Freedom Alliance only gave $200:
SM [serviceman] was involved in roadside bomb incident in Iraq, which caused loss of both legs and left arm.

As much as I’d like to think so, no. There have been defendants in some states that were recently given their homes due to the illegality of MERS not having possession of the wet copy deed to pursue foreclosure.
These mortgages were sold on the market as what is known as “derivatives”. What scares me is this is far bigger than one can imagine (trillions and trillions) when their time hits, we could see banks falling like flies, big banks too.

(CNN) — A disturbance aboard a United Airlines flight en route to Denver, Colorado, on Wednesday night resulted in a passenger with Qatar diplomatic credentials being taken into custody, federal authorities said.
First reports were that the incident involved an attempt to set a shoe on fire, but specifics of the situation were unclear.
Fran Townsend, a former homeland security official under President George W. Bush’s White House, told CNN that the person involved was a Qatar diplomat.
The Boeing 757 carrying 157 passengers and six crew members took off from Reagan National Airport in Washington.
Two F-16 fighters responded to the incident and intercepted the United jet, escorting it to the Denver airport. The United flight landed safely at approximately 6:50 p.m. (8:50 p.m. ET).
Crew members asked law enforcement officials to meet the plane, said United spokesman Mike Trevino. The FBI has responded to the incident.

It’s been a long day and I have not had the opportunity to follow and respond respectfully. Having reviewed the many responses pertaining to Dr. Manning, I now understand and thankful to those closely related to his trial. This entire intent is to gain exposure and garnish more followers opposed to Obama rather than some legal factuality that would be useful in a court of law. Ok, I get it now… thank you for all of your responses and helpfulness understanding this mock trial.
My 2 cents…….
Maybe if some people paid their fair-share we wouldn’t need to add more taxes to those of us already burdened. Our country has been divided into two groups. The payers and the paynots. The paynots don’t care how the government spends the citizens’ money because none of the money was theirs to begin with. If one citizen is required to pay income tax everyone should have to pay. Even if they only make $200 a week and pay 1% of their income. That’s $2.00 times, say 40 million people. That’s $80 million a week the government can put toward health care.
For the rest of us, the government already gets more of our money than we do.
How much tax do we really pay?

Kim, Don’t know if this may be why they aren’t panicking for the people regarding the currency change, but last night I listened to Dave’s call(coordinator for Texas)and further in the call that I think alot of people missed cuz it was soooo long, He said that they’ve found MANY hidden accounts with our stolen money and they’ve been recaptured. He said it’s in the hundreds of trillions of dollars…he repeated it twice to make sure people understood the magnitude of this. He said it will be returned to the people.

ticktock, if this is true, I can understand why all foreclosures will be stopped, why the IRS will be dissolved, why credit card balances will be purged…….however, we are sort of screwed because we just paid off one with a 2/3 discount and another one now with a 2/3 discount at Bank of Am………I have the papers to prove the cc is purged when payments are finished in 4 months………so, if I continue this 4 month pmt plan, so I’m losing.
JJ, I somewhat understand. We have worked our tails off playing by the rules. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I’m not familiar with the book or the Author, so I really don’t have an opinion, nor do I have any answers I could give you. I will say though, it is highly unlikely this person is being 100% truthful in their book from some of the glaring inconsistencies in the context of what you typed.
If I were to look at this from an analyst aspect, it would go something like this. The first thing everybody should know is the truth is literally a 3 edged sword: Your side and perceptions, your opponents side and perceptions, and the actual truth that usually lands some place around the middle of the other two. This could be said to be a general rule of thumb with any type of intelligence information. Therefore information of possible Intelligence value by its very nature is more often than not subjective, rather than objective. This is why it has to be painstakingly analyzed, as nothing of this nature is normally a straight forward answer.

Interesting tax solutions:
Not only NO FOR ANY NEW TAX on citizens: Eliminate all product, property and service taxes. Eliminate all contributions to any foreign or international entities. Eliminate monopolies of all types. Eliminate all contributions, benefits, charity, and aid to all foreigners and selected Americans. Eliminate emergency assistance to selected Americans and foreigners. Eliminate all “partnering” and services supplied to the federal government – the purpose of government is to serve its citizens. Eliminate white collar prisons, and force criminals to fully pay for their incarcerations and pay back their victims with interest – this includes the criminals occupying political offices who as yet have not been tried and imprisoned.
Institute tariffs on imports (much, much higher if they were previously American companies), and reduce citizen income taxes by a substantial percentage. Rid the country of illegals, close the borders to immigration, and require one provable American parent to allow citizenship for their offspring.
Possibly a better way of paying taxes: Have income tax first go to the county, who would take its share and pass the rest onto the state, who would take its share and then pass the remaining onto the federal government. The bottom up method would eliminate having the feds grant to the states what didn’t belong to the feds in the first place, and it would keep the majority of the money at the local and state levels where it is needed and belongs. It would also require only one income tax to be filed. I believe that this would force the federal government to live within our means.

Lt. Col. Lakin has a DUTY, A LEGAL DUTY to question ANY orders that he thinks are Illegal Orders. He has a DUTY and A RIGHT to stand up and QUESTION ANY ORDERS!! The Military code of laws gives to him this DUTY and this RIGHT. Think about the Nuremberg trials [in Bavaria, W. Germany].
Col. Charles Kerchner continued and said in effect: Think of the German officers in the Nuremberg trials who said they were not guilty for their actions, because they were only obeying and performing the orders they were given. The Court did not agree.
[The German officers said they were only performing their duties as they obeyed the orders given to them. The officers said they did not break the laws obeying the orders given to them, because as officers, their duties were not to question, but to obey orders.]
[The Court did not agree. The Court found in the Nuremberg trials that the German officers had the DUTY to question, and SHOULD have questioned the Criminal and Illegal Orders they were being ordered to perform, no matter who issued the orders, because the officers alone would each be held responsible for, and
accountable for their own individual actions.]
[Because the German Officers refused to question criminal orders, and instead, the officers chose to obey and to perform criminal orders: They were guilty of the crimes they agreed to perform, and they chose to perform.]
[The Court said the German Officers should have questioned the orders out of their moral sense of duty, and the Officers should have refused to follow, obey, and to perform heinous crimes against humanity, and the heinous criminal orders that were criminally and illegally ordered, and given to them to perform. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.]
Commander Kerchner said in effect:
Lt. Col. Lakin is in a situation where he has a DUTY and a RIGHT to stand up and to question ANY ORDERS that may be Criminal and Illegal, so that he is not legally held responsible and charged for committing a crime or the crime(s) of obeying Criminal Orders or Illegal Orders.

it was downhill for the Corporate Court from there ..
within 27 hours he was out.. that after 3 federal judges and 10 marshalls came to him and appoligized.. Why you ask.. becasue he arrested their Bonds..
The truth is, these guys have risked their lives to remove the de facto Corporate Goverment UNITED STATES, and it’s 60,000,000 statues from around our necks.. So enough of the off handed comments… get involved or get out of the way..

These are MY notes, and not necessarily accurate. This was not easy for a number of reasons and I’ve not taken time to spell/grammar check these notes. I just wanted to post them as raw as I recorded them.

22:22 (ET) — Tim joins after 350+ people joined. I was guest 25.
22:24 (ET) — Host finally mutes all people due to noise.
— Tim: Just rec’d email alert of the Web site changes to mixed/lower case.
— Caller: Asked Tim if he haer last week’s news story of 30+ governors have been asked to resign.
— Tim: Had not heard of the story and asked “Who would ask them to resign?”
— Several people discussing with Tim the changes people are noticing/reporting on the Web site changes. Tim indicated the order told them to change the sites, and it looks like they are. Tim said it looks like they are being changed and wonders why.
— Lady participant: Asked if they could use/disseminate the content contained in the Declaration.
— Tim: Preferred they not do that.
— John in Colorado asked: Bank just foreclosed on his house. John is hopeful these actions will stop next week. Tim hopes so. — — Tim: indicated governors have been notified. This will be corrected soon. Stay in his house. Foreclosures are about to stop soon. About 2.5 weeks, under order.
— Tim: Most governors were served on the 26th. All were served by the 30th. One went to the wrong state and had to be resent.
— Participant: Are Marshalls involved?
— Tim: Don’t know, nobody is talking. They are being very quiet but indicated something is happening and cites the website changes.
— Caller, Rose Creditor: Asks about process of putting in ledger our B.C. bond for getting credit/loans.
— Tim: You can’t do that, at least not in this country. UCC1 was referenced. Caller seems confused. B.C. bond can be registered, but Tim didn’t do that because he didn’t want to be flooded w/credit offers. Tim suggests having an accountant set it up. Discuss details of filling out UCC1.
— 23:45: Host: indicated 500+ paticipants are on.
— Caller, Donna in Minnesota: Being evicted on 16th. Asks: “Do I go in and say I don’t give my consent”. Tim: You can and should do that, but she should also get her BK filed as a delay tactic.
— Caller Debbie: asks something regarding assuridy. Tim said not to worry aobut it. Caller then asks another UCC filing questions on lien and promisary notes. Tim indicates their name should be in all caps. This will change to mixed case, but for now, you need to still play by CorpGov rules.
— Participant James in Fla: asks question regarding Sherrif’s lawful territory being limited to jails and courthouses. Seeks clarification. Tim explains this is true, but muddled due to the CorpGov. Sherrif does not have lawful jursitiction over Americans, just U.S. Citiznes. Discussing motions/writ of error. Tim says he uses Notice In Demand. Tim indicates this whole topic will change in a month or two. Question about friend getting forclosure threats, is to file a BK petition. Tim indicates banks are going to resist, but they’ve been given 30 days. We are about 10 days into the order right now.
— Participant David: asks about writs in fighting court cases; e.g. writ of error. Tim said not to ask the court for anything, you tell them what their options are. A writ is an order not a request.

— Caller from Texas: Bought silver and has a lot of dollar. Asks about bank holiday soon. Tim: Live life normally. There’s going to be a bump in the road. There will be a new currency. There *may* be a holiday but Tim expects that to be done over a weekend. Does not know what the new valuation is going to be. Heard last summer it’s going to be a 12:1 swap of old:new currency. But knowbody knows what is going to happen. Suggests getting into hard currency if you have a lot of FRNs. Heard that this will likely occur 3rd week of April. But that’s what he heard, not confirmation.
— Caller Sal Jr. from New York: Traffic case. Filed a counter claim. How does he properly add other defendents? They keep referring to terms I cannot catch. Sounds with NegativeVermin. LOL! Answer is to file a new one so as to not affect the other six.
— Host: Suggests that question has been answered many times and you should visit: YouHaveTheRight.com
— Female Caller: Asks about using maritime liens against strawmans. Tim: It’s a stall tactic, but you can lose. It muddles the title. Tim suggests doing it for 4 or 5 times what the house is worth. Then pass out copies of the lien to proespective buyers in a bank sale. Telling them they won’t get clear title transfer if they offer to buy. LOL! They discuss details of doing this. Lloyd Marcus is such an impressive person. I love the fact that he calls himself an American and does not like hyphenated references. I am sorry, though, they have called him an “Uncle Tom.” Seems to me anyone who disagrees with the Liebral view is called something; racist, extremist, nutjob, etc. When people stop referring to others based on skin color, we will have made great strides in relationships.
Unfortunately, pp has made everything about race. Instead of bringing people together, he has become the “Great Divider.” But then again, wasn’t that his intention all along; divide and conquer?
I don’t know about you, but I think the Tea Party Movement is making a big difference! 🙂

I want to pass along some very important news that everyone needs to hear!
In December of 2017, Donald Trump made history by recognizing Jerusalem as the captial of Israel. Why is this big news? Because by this the Jewish people of Israel are now able to press forward in bringing about the Third Temple prophesied in the Bible.
The Jewish people deny Jesus as their Messiah and have stated that their Messiah has been identified and is waiting to be revealed. They say this man will rule the world under a one world religion called “spiritualism”.
They even printed a coin to raise money for the Temple with Donald Trumps face on the front and with king Cyrus'(who built the second Temple) behind him. On the back of the coin is an image of the third Temple.
The Bible says this false Messiah who seats himself in the Third Temple will be thee antichrist that will bring about the Great Tribulation, though the Jewish people believe he will bring about world peace. It will be a false peace for a period of time. You can watch interviews of Jewish Rabbi’s in Israel speaking of these things. They have their plans set in place. It is only years away!
More importantly, the power that runs the world wants to put a RFID microchip in our body making us total slaves to them. This chip matches perfectly with the Mark of the Beast in the Bible, more specifically Revelation 13:16-18:
He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.
Referring to the last days, this could only be speaking of a cashless society, which we have yet to see, but are heading towards. Otherwise, we could still buy or sell without the mark amongst others if physical money was still currency. RFID microchip implant technology will be the future of a one world cashless society containing digital currency. It will be implanted in the right-hand or the forehead, and we cannot buy or sell without it! We must grow strong in Jesus. AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT TAKE IT!
Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” (Revelation 14:9-11).
People have been saying the end is coming for many years, but we need two key things. One, the Third Temple, and two, the technology for a cashless society to fulfill the prophecy of the Mark of the Beast.
