To see ourselves as others see us”… Robert Burns

Mike Huckabee is on a 60 city tour to promote his new book, ”  A Simple Christmas.”  Friday, November 13, 2009, Governor Huckabee was at Joseph-Beth Booksellers in Charlotte, NC to sign copies of his book. I shook hands with Mr. Huckabee and shared a few brief comments with him about this blog.

MikeHuckabeeWells1

To Governor Mike Huckabee from the Citizen Wells blog, concerned Americans across the nation.

Mr. Huckabee, you do seem to be a very nice man, there is a consenus of agreement on that, but you have offended many concerned Americans with your uninformed opinion on Obama’s eligibility issues and your stance on illegal aliens and other issues. Upholding the US Constitution and rule of law is the highest priority of the good people reading this blog as well as millions of other Americans. These are hard working, sincere Americans that do not fit neetly into compartments of birthers and right wing conservatives. This blog, like the tea party movement, represents Americans of all political parties, economic strata and religious persuasions. Your Pelosi like insults of those questioning Obama and his natural born citizen status were not taken lightly. I suggest you do some homework and listen. Even Lou Dobbs of CNN, the Communist News Network, acknowledged that the suspicious COLB presented by the Obama camp was just a piece of paper that referred to another piece of paper.

Last year Fox was the only network presenting any realistic coverage of issues surrounding Barack Obama. Sean Hannity and then Glenn Beck asked probing questions that the MSM ignored or glossed over. However, I critized Fox then for not covering controversial issues surrounding Obama. Some of those issues have now been addressed and still Fox has been hands off on the eligibility issue. Bill O’Reilly has bragged about grilling Obama in an interview last year, and perhaps, compared to the MSM, he did. However, many well informed Americans, including myself, believe O’Reilly gave Obama a free ride.

So Governor Huckabee, it is somewhat understandable why you were ill informed regarding Obama’s eligibility. However, ultimately, you should not have insulted well informed, concerned Americans who rightfully believe that Obama is not a natural born citizen. It is not too late. Below are comments from the good Americans of this blog. Some retired military, some with legal educations, but all genuinely care about this country.

“Huckabee might be a nice man but he is still a hypocrite. You can’t condone ILLEGAL immigration and open borders during a time of war while there are laws on the books going unfunded and unenforced. I would have more respect for him if he advocated compassionately deporting the ILLEGAL immigrants ASAP and hitting the employers with hefty fines while simultaneously changing the immigration laws so that more are allowed to enter every year but from the back of the line. If the families don’t want to be separated, the families go too until they get back in. No more anchor babies. Also, the radical Islamic jihadists are the first to go and it is just fine if the door hits them in the butt on the way out!

Oh, don’t forget that Huckabee is on record saying Obama is a citizen and born in Hawaii. Huckabee is either complicit in covering for Obama’s crimes via silence or too incomprehensibly negligent to be a candidate for the office of the POTUS and not have a legal research team to definitively determine his opponents’ eligibility when in question as obvious as it was. Remember, the BC is not the issue; it is the dual nationalities which Obama publicly admitted to before the election.”

“Great points, Pixel Patriot. Although there are
plusses with Huckabee, I did hear him go down
the complacent trail of citizen and Hawaii. I’m not hitching my wagon to anyone who does that.
Ba-bye Huck.”

“Huckabee was not my candidate in 2008 and I do not know if I could ever
vote for him.
However, he is intelligent and articulate and is not going away.
He appears to have opened his eyes on the Obama Camp and
he may be trainable.
Does he have the scruples he appears to have?
We will find out.”

“At the moment, my litmus test for the salvageableness of any office holder is the eligibility issue. If Huckabee today starts asking questions about o’s background and eligibility for office, I MIGHT move him from my “I want you our of our government immediately” list to my “okay, maybe not immediately, but you had REALLY better mean this” list.

Realistically, since, at the moment, no potential candidates seem to pass my test, I may have to revise my standards. Sigh. lol Story of my life.

I dunno, if we keep settling for the lesser of evils, will we ever get the good (with warts and all, of course)?”

I did NOT like his stance on illegal aliens.”

Then,he did the Wal-Mart thing with illegals..pushing for DREAM ACT…etc…

“Huckabee is a likable guy; soft-spoken and not apt to “go off the deep end,” but not POTUS material IMHO.

If he is complicit in the eligibility issue as many of you have said, then I cannot trust him to lead.

The “lesser of two evils” vote never appealed to me…that expression just irks me.

I am looking for the man/woman who is a proponent of the “greater good.”

They have to be more than willing to “talk the talk;” they will have to demonstrate to me they can “walk the walk.”

We need to vote in those who are willing to “fight” for the Constitution to be upheld, and the Declaration of Independence to be respected.
I am certain that will be easy to determine from what we already know.”

“I’m not interested in Mike Huckabee in any way, shape, or form.

Firstly, he is much too soft spoken. He sounds like a therapist. A person either has leadership qualities, or he doesn’t. Mike doesn’t.

Secondly, he is a typical republican.

Thirdly, he looks like Gomer Pyle.

Fourthly, I support Sarah Palin.”

“@ Citizenwells:

Heh, sorry. Sometimes I can get carried away.

Since the 2008 elections. I find that my patience is very thin for certain republicans. What really bugs me the most is that the GOP seems incapable of producing conservative leaders. I am very bothered by what seems to be the GOP’s intention to run the exact same failed candidates from 2008 as if they have learned nothing at all.

If they try to nominate McCain, Romney, or Huckabee again, I think my head may explode.

From my standpoint, Sarah Palin was the only bright spot from 2008.

Ideally, what I would like to see in a candidate is a true conservative fighter, and I really mean a fighter. Mike just comes across as too passive to me. Perhaps I am wrong.”

“Huckabee is likable but disingenous to me. What specifically turned me against him was his denial about Obama’s ineligibility to be president.

The man or woman who would be our next president will do so if He/she runs on the platform of restoring America to the republic under the Constitution, promising to challenge Obama’s sealed documents, tightening the borders, repealing the health care plan –if Senate passes it and redefining America as a Christian/Judeo country. In my observations I think Palin has the guts to do this. It also may well depend upon who runs with her and if she stays with the Republicans or creates a third party.”

“COUNT me as a NOOOOOOOOOOO.
We will Not settle for an appeaser and softy. We will not settle for a coneiver and one that conspired with McAmensty during teh election to SCREW Romeny and teh Republicans therefore getting us STUCK with a RINO who hushed, handcuffed and sabotaged his VP candidate and his own candidacy by sticking up MORE for BO than Palin. After the disaster of an INSURGENCY PRESIDENCY we need a STRONG CANDIDATE that we all can support and unite behind someone fromthe Reagan Wing of the Repuke Party otherwise lets start a new party.
Palin and DeMint or Bachmann are my Top Choices and we shoudl start organizing for them strating NOW.
Forget the DISRUPTERS which is what The Huckster is right along with his running mate McCain.

We need someone with Strong Conservative Principles that clearly has the character and the guts to Stand Firm, communicate clearly and take decisive actions. Someone that we will follow without doubts or REGRETS.

Palin, DeMint, Bachmann NO BODY ELSE right now. Even Romney is too weak as a Conservative even though I like him economically, but he has disappeared and that isn’t good.
Romney should run for Kennedy’s Senate seat and maybe in 2020 run for President”

Mike Huckabee, are you going to be a Statesman or a Politician?

We want our representatives to be nice and exercise protocol to the extent that it protects the American public.

John McCain was polite last year but he did not look after the interests of the public. We fault him for that.

Governor Huckabee, are you listening?

Governor Huckabee, will you do the right thing?

Excellent post CitizenWells. Do you have time to eat, work, etc.?

  6. When Mr. Huckabee failed to secure the nomination for the Republican Party, it appeared he was waiting around for the VP nod. When that did not materialize, he sorta fell off the radar.

After working for Fox for a little over a year now [?], he “comments” on the latest buzz, but he has no “opinion.” That comes across to me as “non-committal” and “safe.”

Alan Keyes does not have trouble giving his commentary complete with analysis and “opinion.” On his website and in person, he answers questions and states his opinion without fail. I found Jacqlyn’s post of Mr. Keyes article quite revealing.

Do we have Three New Stooges; Huckabee, Romney, and Gingrich? Or should we call them the Republican Guard complete with Steele as their “fearless leader?”

Keyes calls them out in all their glory. These quasi-leaders of the Republican Party have no use for Conservatives. I agree.

If they side-line conservatives in the upcoming Congressional Election of 2010 and then again, in 2012, there will be no question in my mind and maybe others here, they are part and parcel to the take-over of our government.

Palin, Pawlenty, Bachmann, Keyes, Wilson [?], and DeMint [we’ll find others] are not afraid to “stand up and be counted.”

I am afraid, Mr. Huckabee, you are!

  16. I didn’t know Huckabee pooh poohed the natural born issue. Too bad. A lot of people are playing “blind man’s bluff” with this. Has Palin said anything on this issue?

I just changed from Republican to American Independent Party which supported Alan Keyes. Enough of the GOP whimpishness.

  17. Huckabee is a ‘nice guy’ with that ‘couldn’t hurt a fly’ demeanor. He never goes against the grain, as he is a career politician.

This nation is at a critical point in it’s history, and we don’t need more career politicians.

I always hear him say, we need to lower taxes, but I’ve never heard him say we need to “DO AWAY WITH THE INCOME TAX” and abolish the Federal Reserve and the IRS.

You’ll never hear Huckabee address the real problems and cancer that’s infected this nation, because he’s a career politician. He’s good at taking pictures and kissing babies, but doesn’t have the backbone to go against the establishment.

He’ll never address the eligibility issue either, he’s proven that several times. You could show Huckabee that Kenyan birth certificate that Lucas added to Orlys suit, and he’d ignore it, like the others.

Mike Huckabee, you’re a career politician, and your FOX sunday hour of power is worthless.

When you decide to stand up against the Federal Reserve and the IRS like Judge Napalitono does when he’s on Becks program, I’ll start listening to you.

But we all know that will never happen, don’t we sir?

  18. Great, Obama is now a “ditherer” and a “groveler”. I have used both those words too, but commanding leadership is not one that comes to mind.

This is Obama’s signature stance (no pun intended Oldsalt)…. I’ll show the world what an accommodating, nice guy Iam, and then I’ll grab the switchblade. Wasn’t there a scene like that in Godfather? You know O’s favourite show of all times.

No, Carmen, are you associated with the JWs or Jim Jones?
    *

And I’m going to add a few things here. *

Carmen, are you from the US or from Mexico? The reason that I ask is, you can’t spell Abilene correctly, and if you were from the Great State of Texas, you could. *

Carmen, below, notice what I’m saying:

First off, I do not know anyone from them. Secondly, I’m against the Abilene, TX group, BTW, and we, meaning our group that is little, are law-abiding citizens. I vote and I very well doubt that that group votes at all. We do not not claim any authority. The only thing that has authority is the Scriptures because it’s Yahweh’s word. But like the Scriptures teach, we study zoology, biology, history, and various sciences because Yahweh says to learn these to prove that he exists, i.e, remember Intelligent Design? Well, Yahweh is the intelligent designer.

Another thing, Carmen, and I think it’s just because you haven’t studied the issue, and I do understand. There’s a whole lot to study sometimes. But Jehovah is a known false name. If you don’t know, it would be good that you studied this, which is just my opinion, because it’s a well-known fact. The only people using it are those in the JW church, just about, and some of their literature says the name is Yahweh, but they are following “tradition.” Well, following “tradition” is where our country is out now. It’s time for a change.

I also added this post below:

    kittycat // November 15, 2009 at 8:15 pm

BTW, Carmen, and I really don’t mean this to be mean at all. Because I’m not going to accuse you of being with an idiot group of criminals as you have done to me. Is it your “christian” ways to accuse someone like this? Well, I hope not! But let me tell you this, the time of ignorance in this country is over with. It’s time to put yourself into something that will make a difference to yourself and your family in the years to come. Yahweh really is going to handle BO in his own way. I don’t know how, but he will do it. And what’s crazy is this, he allowed him to be in office right now. I’m sure for his purpose.

  23. After the birth announcements of O were made public, many dismissed the eligibility issue. More than likely Huckabee was one of these. Huckabee has a great personality and is a people person. I’ve always liked him. I really like Rudy Guliani his political record is impressive. Alan Keyes and Sara Palin are remarkable…..We could have had an honest, American loving, full of integrity President but the people would not unite. The repubs were so busy with their own opinions, they did not check records and were swayed by every accusation coming forth. So they got stuck with McCain. Also there needs to be a complete investigation into O’s education, with the lack of genteel manners and knowledge of how to address national leaders it is highly questionable that he has sufficent education….

  26. Interesting point made by poster at FR:

I think Obama’s bows to the King of Saudi Arabia and the Emperor of Japan are more sinister than most folks realize.

I believe that it reflects Obama’s attitude toward the United States. The TWO COUNTRIES in the world who have managed to pull off sneak attacks on us (most of the 9/11 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia) are the ONLY TWO (out of 20, so far) where Obama makes it a point to bow.

Yet it always happens with anyone following Yahweh, that you always accuse us of following nitwits like whatever his name is in Abilene, Buffalo Bill or whatever, and then the goofy stucker in Fl who ran across the name Yahweh in his father’s library, which is in almost every library that is decent, BTW.

It’s obvious now, this country is so screwed up, totally! It seems most can’t even think for themselves. Sorry, I don’t mean everyone either.

Replacing the income tax with a flat tax is useless. The Federal Reserve and the IRS will still be in charge. Huckabee wants to tear down the house the Federal Reserve Bank and IRS currently live in, and build them another one to move into. He doesn’t have what it takes to call for an outright abolishment.

A flat tax will start off at 15% and raise every single year, until it’s higher than the income taxes we have now.

I agree with what Ron Paul says: abolish the Federal Reserve, the IRS, and the income tax, and replace them with

  44. Carmen,
Well, you don’t quite understand what I’m saying here. Your way of accusing me is something implied, which is kind of a slick way of doing it. Please sit down and think about what you said because how you said it accused me of being with them. It’s like if I was saying to you: Oh, Carmen, are you with that Jim Jones group?

Carmen, remember them? If you don’t, I’d say go and study it because they didn’t use the name Yahweh. Yet you are associating the sacred name Yahweh with murderers and such. Then you’re implying that I’m with an idiot group like that.

BTW, you could have asked me what Yahweh group that I’m with, but you didn’t ask me that. You implied that I’m with the crooks.

Who is the accuser of Yahweh’s people, Carmen, what does “satan” mean?

BTW, it’s really ha-Satan, meaning the body of Satan.

    You write:

“kittycat, the town Abelin, Texas is where the Church of Yaweh is located. I’m certain there is more than one. A simple ‘no’ I’m not associated with that group would have been fine. Can you spell Abelin?”

No, Carmen, it was an accusation, plain and simple. You accused me of being with the A-B-I-L-E-N-E group. This is the group, Carmen. And please don’t try to pull stuff on me because I know and understand what “group” that you’re talking about even though I don’t know that group. Those people live many miles away from me. I don’t really want to know them because, in my opinion, by the things that they teach, they defame the sacred name of Yahweh and that in itself makes me ill.

However, because those idiots do this does this mean that we don’t call upon Yahweh? NO! MOST of mankind has been robbed of who they are supposed to be calling upon because of lies and deceit of people in “power.”

I’m sure people here can understand lies and deceit of power, etc., but do they want to search it out? Well, a time may come when they have to. People in this nation only have a little time to search out Yahweh. And right now they have a chance to know truth. Will they do it? That, in itself, remains to be seen. Maybe so, maybe not.

I can’t laugh at this one , because , sadly it is the truth.

BTW; we also know who Bo’s parents are , and they were both bred in America, Bo’s a natural born canine.

  56. kittycat, I don’t know of a group in A-B-I-L-E-N-E.

Carmen, that’s because you sent me a fictitious group that was no such name that I know of. There is no such group as the spelling that you gave. The closest is Abilene, TX. That’s where that group is at.

Look, I’m not trying to pick a fight with you. What I’m trying to say is that you ask me if I was a member of that idiot group. NO, I’m not and I do take offense to that. Maybe you meant no harm, but it’s kind of the way that you asked me, so keep that in mind.

Carmen, here’s the thing, if a person uses the name Yahweh, many people automatically “assume” that they are a specific group, which they are not. The name Yahweh is not a hidden name at all. For whatever reason you haven’t studied about it, I have no idea. That is your business.

Well, it’s the same thing with the “Lord,” isn’t it? Can’t I assume that you who call upon “the Lord” are like Jim Jones? All I’m trying to do is teach you something. Not everyone who calls upon the Lord is like Jim Jones, not everyone who calls upon Yahweh is like Abilene, right? And not everyone who says Jehovah is like the JWs, right? Just like everyone who keeps the scriptural sabbath is not a seventh-day adventist and so on and so on.

Do y’all get what I’m saying here? I can include everyone here, just about. I’ll leave Isalm out because it’s a combination of the Talmud and they also took in a little christian teaching where they saw fit. Actually, they copied much of the Talmud.

  57. ticktock,

I appreciate you asking me as you did and then respecting me.

Maybe Yahweh bless you and keep you safe,

I think many Jews in the U.S. now have some idea. Of all things , this was one that baffled me the most. I am not one, but have great admiration for Jews, not that I want to single them out, bc there are many I admire. But Jews are endlessly innovative and contribute disproportionately to the world of science, medicine, just about all areas. And yet they could not see the fallacy of this man?

Israel, on the other hand, has no misgivings. When I see photos of Netanyahu with BO, his contempt and distrust for this man is so palpable.

New “Citizen vs. Natural Born Citizen” Full Page, Full Color, Pictorial Advertisement in Washington Times National Weekly – pg 5 – Monday 16 Nov 2009 Issue:

Many people do not know there is a difference between a Citizen and a Natural Born Citizen. Being a Citizen of any type, whether a Naturalized Citizen, Statutory Citizen at Birth, Born Citizen, or a Natural Born Citizen means you are a member of the society and entitled to all its rights and privileges. But under our Constitution to serve in the singular most powerful office in our government, that is to be the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military under our Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, of our Constitution you need to be a Natural Born Citizen. Being a Natural Born Citizen cannot be conveyed by any laws of man and can only be conveyed by the facts of nature at the time of your birth and circumstances of your birth, i.e., being born in the country to two citizens of the country. (Legal Treatise “Law of Nations and Natural Law” Section 212 by E. Vattel 1758, SCOTUS Decision Venus 1814, SCOTUS Decision Minor v Happersett 1874). This new advertorial pictorially is designed to help educate the public about the fact that Obama is NOT a Natural Born Citizen of the USA and thus is ineligible under our Constitution to the office he sits in. He is a Usurper who was allowed to be put there by a corruptly lead Congress and an enabling main stream media. This is a national security interest.

Have you considered letting WND know about the Nativity card campaign?

Just think of how many people on the “mail opening” crew will also be cheered and encouraged by the cards.

    ville II,

I’d be honored if CW took the idea and ran with it making it go viral. I need no name recognition for it…let’s just do it!

And someone had an idea of including little trinkets like crosses etc…awesome! Let’s send this idea far and wide!!

  63. joyceaz,

I agree, Huckabee is a fence rider 🙂 and he’s wishy-washy for sure. Just another career politician.

Alan Keyes has my support. At least he’s questioning Obamas eligibility, and that’s a hell of a lot more than most others.

I wish I didn’t have so much going on in my life, I’d run for office, and oust Obamas sorry ass in a NY minute! He’d cough up those papers or I’d choke his sorry ass out. I’d get someones attention in a hurry!

I probably wouldn’t be a very good politician, because I’d make a scene, piss off the establishment, bust knee caps, walk around the capitol with a baseball bat, and a chew. I’d clean out Congress, and replace them with people from this blog.

I’d abolish the Federal Reserve, the IRS, the DEA, FBI, FEMA.

I’d tear down the border walls and place snipers with .50 cal rifles at every mile marker. I’d advertise on Mexican TV stations, and drop pamplets from airplanes, warning them, on January 1st, if you cross that damn border, you’re eating lead. No second chances!

The only law enforcement officers in the country would be County Sheriffs, so we could vote them out, like the Framers intended if they didn’t do their jobs.

I’d start drilling for oil, completely do away with income taxes, and get businesses coming back to America to set up shop.

No more importing! We’ll be self sufficient like we should be.

What’s so damn hard about that? Why won’t any elected officials run on a platform like that?

    Get-R-Done!

  64. Venice,
You are right, Isreal has not been fooled, only betrayed.

My thanks to everyone here. God Bless All of You. You’re in my prayers always.

We need more people like you who would run.
The Left would be screaming PC. I can hear them now. The Pity Party would be in full force.

    Run Baby Run!

    Platform is Perfect!

  75. Another thing the IRS and the income tax has destroyed is the ‘family’.

Now the women have to hold down jobs too, just to help pay the families income taxes. Now I’m all for womens rights, and if they want to work, then great. But I think being a Mother and taking care of the house is a full time job in itself, that is more important than most realize.

When I was a kid, my Mom used to take darn good care of our family. We had 3 meals a day, and we all used to sit at the dinner table, hold hands and say grace.

The women doing what they do best (nurturing the family) is more significant than most realize.

Now days the woman has to hold down a full time job along with the man, and it robs the family of the true atmosphere of ‘family’.

No one wants to work all day and then come home and work all night, cooking, cleaning, doing homework, washing clothes, etc.

Just like Rockerfeller told Aaron Russo: We intentionally started the womens right movement so we could tax the women too.

They weren’t making enough money at the Federal Reserve with just the man working, so they got the women working too, and it’s played a heavy toll on the family.

    Twice the taxation.

I miss the good old days, when my Mom and all the other Mothers in our neighborhood had their evening meeting on the corner. When my Dad used to come home from a hard day at work, and my sister and I did our chores after our homework, and when dinner was ready, my Mom would ring that bell.

We said grace and held hands, and shared our day with each other, and our family was very strong.

A womans role as the Mother and home keeper is so overlooked, and so important. It worked great for years, and now it’s been destroyed.

I miss the good old days. I believe women are 100% equal to men, and hope no one takes my post any other way.

Family roles work for a reason. When the man does his job, and the woman does hers, it makes for a much stronger family; but when the woman has to do half the mans job, and then come home and cook, clean, homework, the family in it’s entirety suffers.

Hey I’m even for a man taking over the womans role, and the woman going to work. Just as long as there’s balance that keeps the family, and family values strong.

Abolish the Federal Reserve and the IRS. Let one parent stay home, it makes for a much stronger family.

    Just my two cents.

  76. Union and Whistleblower Complaint Documents SEIU Ballot Fraud

Today’s Wall Street Journal and Fresno Bee report that SEIU engaged in illegal threats, ballot-tampering, and other serious violations of election rules during a June union election for 10,000 homecare providers in Fresno, according to voters and union staff who worked for SEIU during the election and have now come forward.

A sworn declaration from an SEIU whistleblower says that senior SEIU officials instructed organizers to violate election rules during the mail-in, secret-ballot vote, and then destroyed evidence of the violations. Statements from two former SEIU staff and several homecare providers were recently submitted to the California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) as evidence accompanying a request to overturn the election results.

    Among the illegal tactics reported:

SEIU staff tampered with workers’ ballots, by voiding the ballots of workers who marked their ballot for NUHW, and by collecting ballots directly from workers’ mailboxes.
Senior SEIU officials instructed staff to handle ballots in violation of election rule, and advised staff on how to do so in a way that was legally deniable.
SEIU organizers threatened Latino caregivers that SEIU would “call immigration” and have them deported in retaliation unless they voted for SEIU.
SEIU officials instructed staff to threaten and lie to voters that they would lose their wages, their health insurance, and even their jobs unless they voted for SEIU.
Whole release on the NUHW report here. The entire election fraud complaint filed with the California Public Employment Relations Board against SEIU is below.

  77. It’s all about corruption-politically, financially-just about anything/everything we can think of. I still see many parallels between Obama and Bernie Madoff. Same crime different venues-modus operandi exactly the same. “Trust Me”, well Mr. Madoff got caught so will Obama (well actually he has but…..),let’s put it this way he will not get away with it. His numbers still tanking, he has not been able to retrieve them since June 30.
Just in case: we have a new Madoff here in Florida from Sunday Sun Sentinel “Rothstein’s web”. Most of the companies named WAWW-“What a Wonderful World” This is a billion dollar ponzi scheme-much the same as Madoff’s.
“I want the public to know that this case is going to take time” John Gillies, special agent in charge of the FBI in South Florida.
Just in case you or anyone you know invested with this crook, possibly the person could file the paperwork necessary and get in line. Assets the same stuff Bernie bought, fancy houses, cars, yachts, jewelry etc.
This group is going to give Obama’s cesspool of corruption South Side of Chicago, Cook County Illinois a run for its money. Absolute corruption, corrupts absolutely.

  78. Andrew Stern, SEIU President BG

SEIU President Andy Stern, took a couple of minutes to discuss with us recent developments in the Health Care debate, his support for a public option in the bill and the mistakes committed by ACORN.

  79. Thanks for your votes …. hehehe 🙂 If you ever see a new guy on the scene with a ball cap, baseball bat, chew of tobacco, work boots, and a bad attitude, running for office, carrying a Holy Bible in his back pocket, and a pistol on his hip.

    You’ll know it’s “The South”

  80. South,…. YOU Have a lot of Common Sense.
I agree with you,……that the family has been severely damaged because both parents have had to work. This is part of their plan to destroy the family. Socialism at its best. When families have no “family time”,… there is no one to mind the kids,… and they get to run freely. And then the parents (if lucky enough to have two) feel guilty about not spending enough time with them,… allow them to do things they really shouldn’t be doing. I have seen this sort of thing happen with my grandchildren. Heartbreaking to say the least. But, I get told that it is not my business,… so I just PRAY and ask for Strength from my Lord. IT HELPS.
Do you want to run for President or VEEP?

  81. Palin won’t touch the eligibility issue either. I have read the comments of some posters from free republic who claimed that they were instantly banned from one of her websites for even mentioning it.

Despite this, she still has my support. I have chosen to give her a pass on this particular issue, where as I may not chose to give the same pass to others. I do believe that she is the right person for this job at this time in history.

Regarding Pawlenty. He is a believer in global warming nonsense. He shall not have my support. If a person is that dumb, then that person can’t be president. If he is simply playing along so that he can get the votes of the dumb, then hopefully they will elect him, because I won’t.

  82. joyceaz // November 15, 2009 at 9:09 pm

Georgia and California candidates meet this weekend: where’s the birth certificate?
    November 15th, 2009

Obama BC – fogeryGubernatorial candidates were working the bleechers this weekend which is not unusal. What was unusual — Nathan Deal in Georgia and Chelene Nightingale in California really had the citizens going when they attacked Obama’s administration over critical issues and get this, eligibility!

Chelene of course is very much against Illegal Immigration and Amnesty. She reminds me a little of Sarah Palin in her conservative and aggessive nature. American Grand Jury has talked to Chelene a number of times. She is defintely onboard with American Grand Jury in demanding that Obama prove his eligibility, ie: where’s the birth certificate.. are you sir a “natural born” citizen? The Patriots all know the answer to that. We all know Obama is guilty as sin and has violated the Constitution many times over.

Now Representative Nathan Deal in Georgia is really stoked up over the birth certificate issue. Deal has publically announced he is going to press Obama for the truth. The fans at the Tea Party in Georgia on Saturday were ready to elect him on the spot I feel as he added emphasis to the eligibility question.

As reported by Jim Seigfreid, one of our Jury members, who was at the Tea Party in Georgia:

Rep. Nathan Deal, Rep. of the 9th Congressional District in Georgia, is relinquishing his seat to run for Governor of Georgia. He made it to the meet at the last moment, but what he said was monumental, and had the crowd cheering.

He spoke at great length about the eligibility issue we are focused on. Now Bob, this to me, was earth-shaking, to have a gubernatorial candidate speak at length about that which concerns us, so adamantly.

Earlier this month Nathan Deal was asked on an instant message blog about the issue:

Do you believe that Barack Obama is a native-born American citizen who is eligible to serve as president? I am asking because your comments on this issue have been a little ambiguous. I would appreciate your clearing this up.

    Deal replied:

I am joining several of my colleagues in the House in writing a letter to the President asking that he release a copy of his birth certificate so we can have an answer to this question.

Jim asked Rep. Nathan Deal if we could send the Grand Jury Presentments to him and he seemed quite receptive. Wait till this guy sees the criminal TREASON charges against Obama. That should really light his fire!

  86. Oh, and the illegal aliens are depending on me too 🙂

Can’t let them down, must continue working! I love paying for them! Can’t get enough! Must get a second job so I can contribute more!

I meant what I said. You are wonderful and honest and true….just what this country needs. I wish a person didn’t need a lot of money to run for office.
    *******************
Recently I read of a proposal for every citizen, registered voters of course, to receive _____ amount of money (federally funded?) and indicate what party it is to be used for the candidate….that’s it, no more, no less, and no special interest groups, no lobbying, etc.

  99. Darnit, my last comment is in moderation.

    I hate the left!

I think I’d vote for that. I think every candidate should have the same amount of funds, period.

Imo, the campaigns are too much like big-bucks marketing strategies. Less money means less glitz, less propaganda, and maybe more opportunity to see who the candidate really is.

I hope your pet is okay. Didn’t you say you have a sick pet?

One of the guineas, or one of the pups?

  102. JJ,
That sounds like a very reasonable proposal. I’d love to see an even playing field for all candidates that are willing to run for office. I think more good and smart people would be willing to run if there wasn’t such tremendous risk.

  103. Tremendous risk=crushing debt if you lose.

Palin won’t touch the eligibility issue either.
    *****************

I am very puzzled by her decision and would like to know her reasons. Perhaps she feels the issue is too divisive????

  106. @ John Charlton:

I do believe that it is going to take such an action to solve this problem. Our government has gone totally rogue, and it has forgotten or ignored the fact that it works for us, and not vice versa.

As far as I am concerned, virtually everyone in the federal government needs to be tried. There is no one else on this earth that can reign in the monster that we allowed to grow besides we te american people. This is our job, and there isn’t going to be any avoiding it.

    Hi, c.n.d.e. ville II,

Yes, sick bunny. Will admit him to the veterinary hospital tomorrow; he was at emergency today. Praying he makes it.

I have no pups; two rabbits, two guinea pigs, one hamster. Allergic to pups, but I do plan on getting one down the road.

    Thanks for asking!

  108. @c.n.d.e. ville II:

I don’t know. My theory as to why some folks who are conservative won’t address the issue is because, quite frankly, a forced removal of this man would likely throw this country into absolute chaos. However, I expect that leaving him in office will result in the same.

I have personally had to let the eligibility issue go. There is no point in hoping against hope as I can see it. This is going to come to some end other than a judge ordering his removal. I have to be realistic about this, otherwise my own sanity is at risk.

This is why I have decided to give Sarah Palin a pass. This issue, the fact that he is a total fraud, the fact that he is not who he claims he is is a thermonuclear bomb just waiting to explode. Perhaps I am mistaken in giving her that pass, I just don’t know. These are very strange times indeed.

  109. c.n.d.e. ville II's avatar c.n.d.e. ville II

During the campagin, I had so much respect for Sarah Palin. (I still do.) I mean, my jaw dropped that she would even be “allowed” to run.

My bottom line, now, though, is this.

None of the other “issues” matter if a candidate is unwilling or unable to grasp the reality about o. We are not doing “politics as usual” right now, at ALL.

    O. does not fall anywhere, within the spectrum of American politics. He is something completely “other,” and his ONLY purpose is to dismantle America as completely and as quickly as possible.

He is an enemy of the state in the legal definition of the term, and therefore, an enemy to every American, regardless of their political posture.

He is my enemy in every sense of the word, as much of an enemy as the jihad terrorists about whom one muslim I know said, “Jihad terrorists hate everyone. Jihad terrorists hate life.”

In fact, I am more convinced now, than ever before, that o., at the core, is a stealth terrorist.

If I look at him from that angle, EVERYTHING he says and does makes total sense. Well, throw in the fact that he is a narcissist (I never can spell that word) with a lethal pathology, and everything makes sense.

(Yes. I am convinced he is a murderer. Look at his actions in Kenya. Human life has no value to him. Period.)

From my current perspective, whether accurate or not, to vote for someone who is unwilling or unable to act to protect American citizens from a very real enemy in her midst just does not make sense.

At some point, when o. is behind bars, if a reasonable explanation (complete with authentic documentation and impeccable evidence) is presented for the inexplicable behavior of our present leaders, I may then change my view completely.

Right now, though, I feel I cannot afford that luxury.

Your points make complete sense, as does your conclusion.

Actually, I agree with everything you’ve said, especially the sanity bit.

The situation sure is muddling, isn’t it? lol

I never thought a judge would be able to remove o., either. I have always thought it will have to be the military.

The military could force him to resign just by issuing a statement that they will no longer obey his (treasonous) orders.

I have had my “favorite” versions of how this will play out, but now, I’m like you. I haven’t a clue.

My decider at the moment is still the eligibility issue, but with more input, as time moves on, perhaps my perspective will change.

Perhaps events will occur in such a way that the eligibility factor will become a moot point.

    Sue K.

Sorry to hear about the bunny. I hope he makes it, too.

Major brain blip here. Did you not send me a video of 2 dogs way back when? You told me their names, too. I remember them because they were so cute.

I remember the wrong animals? Sheesh. I’m increasing my dose of gingko biloba to half a bottle a day.

I’ve referred to the pups several times before this, too.

We have got to get this o. mess cleaned up fast. Now I’m hallucinating blog posts about cute little dogs.

Stop the stress! I can’t take it any more!!!

I pray for you. I know your pets are family.

Hope you get some sleep tonight.

  112. Kitty, whenever you talk about Yahweh I start singing the song Yah Mo Be There by James Ingram and Michael McDonald. I love that song! It makes me feel safe again…

  113. The South, you have my vote!!!

  114. @c.n.d.e. ville II :

I really appreciate your saying that. I must confess that I have felt anything but logical, sensible, or rational in recent days. This country and its people have had to tolerate quite a bit since this man’s election, but this absolute insanity with the accursed terrorists that attacked this country and spilled its blood being given a trial on the very soil still stained by that blood is more than I can bear.

It is the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. Since this has occurred, I have had to take great care with my posts, lest I say something that gets me in real trouble. The only words that I can use when I think of the betrayal of this “other” are rage, wrath, and hate.

God Bless America and all of her people. Help us, Oh Lord, we are in such deep jeopardy. We will not survive without your strength, wisdom, and mercy. I beg you, my Lord, Jesus Christ, please help us.

  115. YAH MO B THERE

    Heavenly Father watchin’ us fall
We take from each other and give nothing at all
    Well, it’s a doggone shame
But never too late for change
So, if your luck runs low
Just reach out and call His name, His name…

    (Chorus)
Yah Mo B there, Yah Mo B there
Yah Mo B there, Yah Mo B there

    Whenever you call…

    (Verse 2)
Never be lonely, lost in the night
Just run from the darkness, lookin’ for the light
‘Cause it’s a long, hard road
That leads to a brighter day, hey…
Don’t let your heart grow cold
Just reach out and call His name, His name…

    (Chorus) x 2

    (Bridge)
    Yah will B there
You can count on it brother
‘Cause we’re all just finding our way
    Travelin’ through time
People got to keep pushin’ on
No matter how many dreams slip away
    Yah will b there

    Well, it’s a doggone shame
But never too late for change
So, when your luck runs low
Just reach out and call His name
    Just call His name

    (Chorus/Vamp Out)

  116. @Kim:

Kim, I never realized what that song was actually about until I read the lyrics just now. I remember hearing it as a kid. I really appreciate your posting that.

A lot of times when I am feeling down, I listen to certain songs that affect my emotions. I have always appreciated beautiful music. I would like to share just a few songs with you all.

Looks like Bill Owen’s campaign orchestrated Election Fraud in NY-23

    *********************************************
I just heard Doug Hoffman speak on Beck’s radio show and he said he is now 2,100 votes behind with 10,000 absentee military ballots to count…..he says he is hopeful but will need more than half to go his way….Let’s all pray he gets the win…..wouldn’t that be great…..these DemoCRAPS are low down dirty dogs trying to steal Hoffman’s votes!!!

  119. John Charlton:

Thank you for that excellent analysis of the NY-23 election and vote.

There was no doubt in my mind something had to have gone awry for Hoffman to lose. The rapidity with which Owens was sworn in prior to the Health Care vote was very telling.

A solidly Republican district could not have elected a Democrat without some “fix.” They cannot win the conventional way; they have to cheat to win, and all for the purpose of getting that “nasty” piece of garbage passed. They obviously did not have the required 218 votes prior to the elections in CA and NY.

In addition, shortly after the election, Owens backtracked on four of his campaign promises; also very telling.

I am concerned this could be duplicated in every 2010 Congressional race unless something is done to secure the integrity of the vote. Paper trails should be required!

Thanks, again, for pulling this all together and taking us through the process.

I look forward to your new website and expanded coverage…as a writer, you add so much value to our knowledge.

    Peace…Linda

  128. Huckabee has the intellect, the character, the experience, the judgment and the charisma to be a great President. N one else among the Republicans is his equal. He was a very successful Governor of Arkansas, and is still popular there years later, even though it is a Democratic state. He is the only man who could defeat Obama in debate and win the Presidency for the Republicans.
