I was preparing a new article, a more detailed version of an earlier article about Obama’s role in rigging the Illinois Health Planning Facilities Board (you know, the board mentioned in the indictments of Rezko, Levine, Weinstein, Blagojevich, et al). The events leading up to the Blagojevich trial are dragging on in typical fashion and I did not want the American public to forget about Obama’s strong ties to Chicago corruption. The Citizen Wells blog has for
many months stated that Obama should be indicted next. The question was, would Patrick Fitzgerald do his duty or be controlled by the Obama camp.
Now we have the answer.
I was hoping that Patrick Fitzgerald had integrity and patriotism.
Perhaps he received, in the tradition of Chicago thuggery, an offer he couldn’t refuse.

e. After the April 21, 2004 Planning Board meeting, LEVINE directed Kiferbaum to pay the kickback proceeds relating to the Mercy Hospital project to Individual E. LEVINE, Kiferbaum, and Individual E agreed to use a sham consulting contract to conceal the fraudulent nature of the intended payments from Kiferbaum to Individual E.”

35. As described more fully in the following paragraphs, Mercy Hospital, which
sought permission from the Planning Board to build a hospital in Illinois, received that
permission through Rezko’s exercise of his influence at the Planning Board after Rezko was
promised that Mercy Hospital would make a substantial campaign contribution to ROD
BLAGOJEVICH. Rezko later told a member of the Planning Board that Mercy Hospital
received the permit because ROD BLAGOJEVICH wanted the organization to receive the
permit.
36. Levine’s criminal activities included his abuse of his position on the Planning
Board to enrich both himself and Friends of Blagojevich. The Planning Board was a
commission of the State of Illinois, established by statute, ch members were appointed
by the Governor of the State of Illinois. At the relevant time period, the Planning Board
consisted of nine individuals. State law required an entity seeking to build a hospital,
medical office building, or other medical facility in Illinois to obtain a permit, known as a
“Certificate of Need” (“CON”), from the Planning Board prior to beginning construction.
37. Levine, as well as Planning Board members Thomas Beck and Imad
Almanaseer, testified under oath at the Rezko Trial.9 Beck testified that he asked Rezko to
reappoint him to the Planning Board and that Beck thereafter followed Rezko’s directions
regarding which CON applications Rezko wanted approved. Beck testified that it was his
job to communicate Rezko’s interest in particular CONs to other members of the Planning
Board, including Almanaseer, who were loyal to Rezko. Beck testified that he understood
that Rezko spoke for the Blagojevich administration when Rezko spoke to Beck about
particular CONs. Almanaseer testified that Beck instructed him that Rezko wanted
Almanaseer to vote a particular way and that Almanaseer should follow Levine’s lead in
voting on CONs. Almanaseer testified that before certain Planning Board meetings, he
received notecards from Beck indicating how to vote on certain CON applications. Beck
testified he provided these notecards to Almanaseer and certain other members of the
Planning Board to communicate Rezko’s directions about certain CON applications.
(9 Beck and Almanaseer testified pursuant to immunity orders.)”
Barack Obama’s IL Senate committee reduced the Health Planning Board members from 15 to 9.
Rod Blagojevich appointed new members and gained control of the board needing only 5 members to do so instead of the earlier number of 8.
The next Citizen Wells article on this topic will go into more detail about the rigging of the IL Health Planning Facilities Board and how Obama was an important part of the corruption.

1. Kenya became an independant country in 1963, not 1964. The seal of Kenya was correct.
2. More then one person had certified copies of this document.

5. Bomford report was created to try to discredit my efforts
6. lastly, I am not supposed to waste my time and money on this issue, Obama us the one who is supposed to provide evidence of legitimacy
7. Kenyan BC provides more info than the piece of garbage Obama posted on the net, which doesn’t have the name of the hospital, name of the doctor or signatures.

The 14th Amendment defines citizenship this way: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” But even this does not get specific enough. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps.

re what to ignore, IMHO: if you’ve had to deal with family or friends who suffer from addictive behaviors, you are well aware of the term ‘enabler’…and that folks trying to assist the afflicted and/or those struggling to help, or just survive, the ordeal constantly remind (us/them) to be careful to not be an ‘enabler’ to the addictive behavior…even when it might seem like the kind thing to do in the moment. The end results only worsen the problem, and prolong the recovery…or prevent it altogether.
Why am I writing this? Because some of you smart ones here fall into the ‘enabler’ trap regularly…by engaging in responding to deceptive tactics and misinformation, you only add to the problem…and miss out on an opportunity to work on the solution. I’m certain your intentions are of the highest and most noble caliber…but when you seek to ‘corale the unruly’…you only add fuel to their flame.
You can choose to simply ignore them, and stay the course; enlighten the rest of us thirsty for good information to cling to.

If Obama was born in HI, I honestly think he might be refusign to release his original BC, because his mother self-declared him to be a white baby…and did not put the Father’s name on the BC…
And that this was done at the insistence of the White Granny, who asked her daughter (as reported on the WND to WA in 15 days article) to keep the baby out of HI. That’s what’s behind Obama calling his white Granny a racist in his biographies. And that may be all there is to his motivation. He has already conceded that he is not a NBC, but his vanity will not suffer to endure the shame of being termed a “whitey” on his BC, because you can’t play the race card politics game with a BC that says you are white…
I sure don’t to be around when Madam Michelle finds out the USURPER is a whitey. Or on the other hand….

It seems to me that since ALL of the electorates of the Electoral College were notified about the question of eligibility prior to the vote, further investigation was warranted. However, because this investigation did not take place, the EC did not do its duty to the American people. That only leads one to conclude that somebody got to them . . . or they were ALL punchdrunk on Kool-Aid.

Actually the observation that BHO does not have a long form, has been out there for quite some time. Phil at the Right Side of Life has spoken about how those born at home don’t have long form hospital BCs, but merely sworn testimonies presented by at least 1 relative (the mother or father does not have to be present!). Thus granny could submit it, when Dunham is in Kenya or WA or wherever…

If the newspaper clipping is legit, and if it resulted from a filing, then I would think Andy Martin’s report that the original BC does not have the father’s name is erroneous.

We do not know what was on the missing page. It could have been something other than a BC. It could have been an adoption record; we just don’t know.

They were had. Orly countered with no public affirmatin, merely a Motion for Rogatory discovery, and I think we’d all do well not to say the Kenyan CoR is legit. Remember no one has gone on record, even anonymously, saying they’ve actually seen the Kenyan CoR document in person.
The Kitau commentator, I believe is a fraud: writes no way like those in Kenya write, knows American English too well.
Anyhow, there is a Facebook member with the same name Kitau, from Kenya, in DE; anyone with FaceBook privileges can ask him to compare it to his BC, which he must have if he emigrated here. I may be wrong, and this may be the Kitau. But I don’t think so. I think his surname was just stolen and used.
CNN, you miss my point. Of course, people have surmised BO was born at home and so, has no long form BC. (People have surmised all sorts of things about the circumstances surrounding BO’s birth.) I put in my military Complaint months ago, the strongest evidence that exists to prove BO was born in HI is that COLB, which means nothing. What I am saying now, is this. People who believe BO was not born in HI and has no “Birth Certificate” separate from the COLB posted on-line; got angry when HI officials made pronouncements that seemed to indicate we were wrong about our assumptions concerning his birth. However, what we were wrong about is getting angry that HI officials seemed to be de-bunking our theories. And they weren’t! In fact, if you listen closely to what they said, they actually verified that 1) BO has no ‘long-form Birth Certificate’ at all; and that among the vital records on file at the HI DoH is evidence BO’s mother is a citizen of the U.S.

Anonymous just posted at the other thread, that his does not have this Lead Tech header…but is able to be broken down in Photoshop Elements. Which proves what I thought, about it being a modified copy of the original.
What I think we can determine is where that modified copy was posted. Because the poster is the forger, since he used the modified copy by mistake, in haste, rather than downloading the original again form the Bomford Site…

I have no proof that Koyaan (Steve Ellis) is involved with the latest round; a Freeper posted that claim when relating the early history of the present crisis, saying that it was Koyaan on Democratic Underground who broke the story about the Bomford BC; and he surmised he could only have broken the story if he was the forger himself.
As for the Kenyan BC image being on the net early this year, I have it only on hearsay, that is, my friend told me as much. I cannot verify it; nor does he remember exactly where he saw it; only thinks it was discussed in the Plains forum, but definitely remembes the E F Lavender and the arguments used against it, as being the same as the ones used against Orlys. Infact, the argument about the Dutch disclaimer was used on the first one, and used against the second, but the second did not have the Dutch disclaimer, which corroborates that someone else remember the first appearance too.

I never said “ignorant”, nor did I imply it. American English and English in Kenya is different; English is not uniform round the world. I have good friends who speak Indian English, Philippines English, and in college knew thos who spoke Malawi English, etc.. I have also met South Africans, Australians, Ghanans, and Malaysians who speak English different than I do, an American. That is what I was refering too. This Kitau writes just like an American, one of his posts was just like an American Black, though more like a white faking to be a Black…

From what I can gather, Europe will be the recipient of the Novartis vaccine which contains an adjuvant (to stretch the vaccine) called MF59. GG, I have been trying to find more information on Edward Lavender. The poster of the comment, lev8mysoul, seems to be a regular poster on conservative issues at a variety of places. I could make no sense of the info citation – why would it be in an Australian library? Australia has a very nice searchable library online. I could find no info there.
Look, if you want to know which one is a forgery (which both are), find out what document/envelope this CCRB was stapled to.
If the owner can’t explain the staple marks, then you know the answer.
Meanwhile I’m contacting my representatives on how we are going to go about protecting ourselves once the state claims sovereignty and we go under martial law. If the state has no contingency for this, we’re in trouble here at least.

All I can say is The Coat of Arms is not Australian. I’ve looked everywhere and can not find a match.
The emblem on the Bomford BC has a mans legs a shield with a rising sun and what appears to be the word Faith. Does that sound Familiar?

Seems to me that the registrar’s signature in the top document is on top of the type. I can’t tell if they are layered or not, but you would expect a signature to be on top.
On the bottom document, the signature appears to be UNDERNEATH the words “Deputy Registrar”, which says FAKE to me.

Hi Sandy-no I’m not on facebook, nor will I ever be. I have been stalked in my life more than once and I didn’t like it one bit. Fortunately I can run fast. You cannot scientifically discuss whether a document image is a forgery, until first you ask the question of provenance.
Provenance, means where it came from.
You can read analyses from anonymous posters, but unless they tell you which image they are using, their information may be useless. These anonymous posters can also be the forger.
I have identified the authenticity of my Bomford BC image in the post above. These other guys who say its a fake have not.
Therefore I do not know if they are using the original image, or one they downloaded from another website.
If they are using one downloaded from another website, they may be using one posted by the forger.
If they are using one posted by the forger, their analysis of it proving it is a forgery, does not prove the original Bomford BC jpg is a forgery.
I HOPE THAT IS CLEAR.
As I said, my Bomford when magnified until the P of Page is nearly a quarter of an inch big on my computer screen, shows significant folding, so do all the other letters on the Bomford BC.
Mine has a Lead Technologies header. Not all of the Bomford BC images on non Bomford.net sites do.
The Bomford BC jpg and the Bomford site are down, because the owner told my friend, after he was the first to report to him about the issue, that his site would soon be overloaded because it is on his personal PC, not hosted on another computer; and that he was going to remove it before the server would be overloaded. So there is nothing suspicious about that. D J Bomford also said in his ABC radio interview that he was going to ask Richard Bomford of Bomford.net to pull the image, so that he is not subject of further forgeries.
The Bomford BC is legit.
The Kenyan appears to be a fake.
The quote form Texas Darline either proves there was a E F Lavender in Kenya, or that the British History buff who told her that info, is the forger or his accomplice. Another expert Sam, is said to have said that Kenyan documents of this kind are not called CoRs but Authentications.
Texas Darlin has to indentify her source.
Those calling the Bomford BC jpg a forgery, need to indentify which Bomford BC jpg they are using.
Otherwise, all allegations are unscientific.
And I find them inconsistent with the original images I downloaded personally.
I will add this autentication. I am not an image expert, but I have used Photoshop for more than a decade. Dr. Taitz knows who I really am, and I am a big supporter (morally) of her.

I never said Kenyans in American can write good American English. I am comparing how English is used in Kenya or other countries to how it is used here. So arguments against my comments as being racist or deprecating are moot. I have explained my experiences with other foreigners who speak English; let those who question it, explain theirs. AS I said many times, I got my original Bomford BC jpg by going to Bomford net and looking up David Jeffrey’s entry, and downloading it from the url linked to under the “b”(orn) symbol of his birth entry. See my post way above where I give specifics about this Bomford BC jpg size, date I downloaded it and name of file. I have never downloaded any other copy of it from any other site. My Kenyan CoR image I downloaded from Orly’s site, never downloaded any other copies from other sites.

You can copy sections, and use those copies for layers, but you cannot reverse one layer back to an original multilayered document.
Then, because the Freeper (PA Engineer) had found that HIS version of the Bomford doc comprised six layers, I explained the method that a tamperer could use:
“It’s a piece of cake to merge multiple layers into one layer; just press Control E.”
And I commented:
“The zero header and one layer leads me to suspect the file was scrubbed for a devious reason.”
In other words, the Bomford copy that I downloaded had been tampered with; someone had merged its original six layers into one layer. It is impossible to ‘unmerge’ the resultant single layer.

I have added the Bomford jpeg to my blog. My first impression was the date at the top of the page. It says 10 April, 1959. When you look the number 1 in 10 and then the number 1 in 1959 it is clear that the L at the end of April is the same as the 1 in 1959. I don’t think it takes an expert to see that. Help me out because I want to understand this.

But the post I put up for Rocknee says the original had the number 47,644 and K.F.Lavender
They may have been spreading untrue information saying the 47,044 was the original.
Anyone else know for sure?

The best Copy I’ve found of Orlys BC called “Kenya-bc.jpg” I don’t know if it’s the original but it’s the largest and the clearest. The resolution is 1024×768 at 72 dpi. A standard resolution for a Digital Camera. Everything else I’ve seen is smaller, has more artifacting and not as clear. This has the E instead of K and the number 47044 which I’m thinking was the way it originally was. Has anyone heard from Orly on this?

I know, and I can’t be 100% positive which one Dr.Orly actually posted first, before her sites were hacked.
I will say this though;I believe that Kenyan BC is the smoking gun! I’ve studied that paper, and text, and signature in photoshop for 2 days, and it looks so real, it’s beyond imagination.
If this document is not real, it’s the best damn forgery I’ve ever seen.
It also aligns perfectly with the divorce dates of when Stanley Ann would have filed for the copy.
It also makes sense that it could be the missing page in the divorce decree as well.
The Obots did a good job of plastering many different images on the web, and altering Orlys sites, to cause confusion, but they ultimately failed in my opinion.
I say that Kenyan BC is the real deal, and I pray for Orly and here PI’s safety.
This is very serious, and someone could die if this is the real Kenyan BC of Barack Hussein Obama.

I was not doing the microscope thing but remember getting a general picture of a couple of commenters having saved an earlier version…like 2AM that Sunday with the details you describe like the 46… number instead of the 44…47 number etc. I thought everyone on this site would have had that detail report down instantly but I guess I was wrong. I never said anything because it did not cross my mind that everybody was not up to speed yet. kinda funny.So, it seems that there was a second doc that got doctered up for laughs on Orly’s find.

Few people know the prima facie facts tied to the Obama’s mother’s 1964 and 1980 divorces as well as a handful of us here on Free Republic. I know it probably better than most.
When I started looking at the date (Feb 17, 1964) on this new Kenyan birth certificate, I immediately started comparing it with the dates of the 1964 divorce between Obama’s mother and father – TRYING to REFUTE the Kenyan birth certificate. Was it at all PLAUSIBLE, at least based upon what we know as prima facie facts, confirmed by an independent source – such as a judge in a divorce case? If you wish to refer back to this initial comparison, the information is on Post 2,222 of the Free Republic thread “Is this really it? (re: possible Obama’s Kenyan B.C.)”.
There’s been a fair number of fake Obama documents surfacing in the days and weeks leading up to the release of the Kenyan birth certificate, quickly debunked, designed to create confusion of prima facie – so, many of us are naturally suspicious. You can cry “wolf” only so many times before others stop believing you, even though later there may truly be a wolf. That said, I’m not a forensics expert, nor have I seen the Kenya birth certificate – but I can connect dots.
Although ANY document can be faked, I find it incredibly difficult to believe that a sneaky pro-Obama “operative” came up with a fake document that also plausibly MATCHES the timeline of the 1964 Obama divorce and other events, as well as the new Kenyan birth certificate does. Anything is possible of course, but I see the Kenya birth certificate as a believable document – for various reasons that I’ll outline below.
Not all of the deductive reasoning used in Post 2,222 came from 13-page divorce decree. For example, information regarding the 10-day “knock and nail” notification for Obama SR in Boston came from work with a local Private Investigator and a clerk in a Hawaii Court records office (who will remain nameless to eschew FURTHER harassment to them from the Left). These “contacts” also explained that Marriage and Birth Certificates are NOT Public Record in Hawaii, but divorce decrees ARE Public Record. However, documents that are NOT Public Record have occasionally “popped-up” mixed in with Public Records upon modern review, due to sloppy record-keeping decades ago, as well as changes to Hawaiian privacy statutes since the cases were judged.
Additionally … there’s the issue of the missing page from the 1964 divorce papers … page 11 …
In assisting with the retrieval of the initial 8 pages a couple of weeks before Obama’s Inauguration, I and a few other researchers subsequently discovered from the clerk in Hawaii that there were 6 MORE pages, or 14 total pages total. The clerk read the index information directly from the microfiche machine over the phone when the request was placed. “14 pages total,” she said, very clearly, repeating the answer when queried several more times on the page count.
I mailed off a check for the other 6 pages to be sent. Imagine my surprise a few days later when I opened the envelope and only saw 5 pages – page 11 was missing – bringing the total page count to 13.

I immediately called the clerk in Hawaii and asked where the extra page was. She looked, and counted, and said that there must be some mistake in the records – she counted only 13 pages that are available for reprint. I pointed out to her that the page count she sent skipped from page 10 to page 12 – page 11 was missing. To that, she suggested that perhaps the pages were simply misnumbered before they where archived into the microfiche.
I accepted her answer, not thinking much about it at the time. Perhaps it was just a clerical error in the 1960s, when hand-filed paper records and IBM punch cards were how court documents were tracked and maintained.
I have since come to learn that Obama and his team of lawyers have been working to sanitize his records since he announced that he’d run for President circa November 2004. Now in the White House, he’s still ACTIVELY blocking subpoenas for such documents as his Cambridge and Occidental College records TODAY – the same type of documents promised to be made available during his campaign. Obama and his lawyers are exceedingly adept at exploiting loopholes in Hawaiian birth certificate law to keep Obama’s past hidden from the American people.
This missing page – page 11 – very likely is a copy of the original birth certificate, based upon the prima facie timeline of the 1964 divorce. The Kenya birth certificate was likely requested on Jan 23, 1964 by either Judge King (to award custody on the next trial date), or recommended to Ann Dunham by her attorney for the ex parte divorce, where only one parent was expected to be present.
The missing page, 11, should be chronologically-numbered as all other pages were in the original docket file, by the court clerk at the time. Starting at page 8, Exhibit A is placed where it would have occurred by date in the paperwork (and appeared on microfiche), even denoting an erased, yet barely-readable “8″ on both pages of the returned notification sent to Obama SR. The missing page, numbered as page 11, would likely be a page that would have been admitted to the divorce file sometime in mid- to late-February 1964 – almost as if it were an undocumented “Exhibit B”.
Here’s a very plausible timeline merging the 1964 Obama Divorce papers and new Kenya birth certificate:
Jan 20 (Mon) – divorce request is filed by Stanley Ann D. Obama
Jan 23 (Thur) – divorce orders for trial are given by Judge King at chambers (note – if the judge, or Ann Dunham’s attorney, told her to order the Kenya birth certificate, it would have been mailed 10,000 miles away, to the “Coast Province” Registrar’s office of the “Republic of Kenya”, likely arriving around the first week of February 1964 to be processed)
Jan 28 (Tue) – Gail A. Watanabe, presumably an assistant of Ann Obama attorney George Kerr, mails the notification for trial to Obama SR (her affidavit is signed Feb 3 and filed)
Jan 30 (Thur) – via Air Mail, notification of trial arrives at Obama SR’s Cambridge, Mass, address. The 10-day “knock and nail” notification would have expired on Sun, Feb 9. Therefore, the next trial date would have been automatically set, per Judge King’s instructions, for the first Tuesday, 30 days later, on March 3
Feb 10 (Mon) – allowing for a 10-day “knock and nail” notification for trial, Obama SR’s trial notification would have been retrieved by the US Post Office on this date, to be mailed back (as events turned out – UNSIGNED by Obama SR) to Hawaii as an exhibit for trial
Feb 17 (Mon) – the Obama Kenya birth certificate is signed by the “Coast Province” Deputy Registrar, to be mailed back to Hawaii for receipt by Ann Obama and/or her attorney (note: mail time would have ranged from a few days (Air Mail) to a couple of weeks (ship), arriving back in Hawaii in the last week of February to first week of March 3 (Tue). Based upon Judge King’s Jan 23 orders for the next trial date, “at 9:30 a.m. on the first Tuesday after thirty (30) days have elapsed from and after the date” that Obama SR would have been served with the notice of trial. That notification came back, unsigned, by Obama SR, so Ann’s attorneys surely requested, and received Default Judgment for the divorce in her favor for “grievous mental suffering”
Mar 5 (Thur) – trial takes place in favor of divorce in Hawaii, placing custody of Obama JR to his mother by default (note: the trial was likely rescheduled 2 days after the automatically set date of Mar 3, possibly for the convenience of the judge and/or parties)
Mar 20 (Fri) – the divorce decree is signed by Judge King
In Hawaii, birth certificates are not Public Record. If the Kenya birth certificate was a part of the divorce decree, it may have been pulled out at the end of the trial, or more recently by a watchful archivist or attorneys wishing to remove unfavorable information about Obama.
To date, despite other honest attempts to refute the Kenya birth certificate, such as dealing with when the “Republic of Kenya” came into existence as a republic have been “un-bunked.” Dishonest alterations of the Kenya birth certificate have been maliciously created by sites such as Democratic Underground, designed to discredit the Kenya birth certificate – they’ve been un-bunked as well.
Having not actually seeing the Kenya birth certificate, and it’s chain of evidence, no intellectually-honest person can say if it’s real or not. By the same token, none of us have seen or touched the short-form “Certification of Live Birth” that has appeared on Obama’s “Fight the Smears” or FactCheck.org websites.
No one can confirm the chain of evidence of Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth” that has appeared online, which is the abbreviated-version of Obama’s true, 1961, original long-form(s) “Certificate of Live Birth” and associated vital statistics records. Even the Hawaii Department of Health directly refuses to verify Obama’s online COLBs.
Hawaiian law would have allowed for Obama to have been born in a foreign country. The “Certification of Live Birth” can’t confirm if Obama has EVER been eligible to hold the office of Commander in Chief, based upon loopholes in pre-statehood, transitional and current Hawaiian statutes. Inconsistencies, such as conflicting hospitals in Hawaii that Obama, his friends and family have publicly-stated he may have been born only add to the confusion. Obama’s abstract “Certification of Live Birth” doesn’t tell us if there were ANY “certifying officials” present who independent verified the “facts” of his birth – it’s anyone’s guess.
Obama himself cannot guaranty that he was born on American soil – really, who can remember their own childbirth?! Furthermore, his mother’s whereabouts are unconfirmed, inconsistent, and unknown, from the time of Obama’s conception, until a few weeks or months after his birth.
Thus is the purpose of Medical Doctors, Nurses, Midwives and Registrars, acting as “Certifying Officials” of a birth, to ensure the integrity – or chain of evidence – of the birth certificate to be properly recorded within Vital Statistics archives. Judges presiding over divorces ALSO produce a verifiable paper trail, as we can see on the 1964 Obama divorce.
At this time, both Birth Certificates from Kenya and Hawaii lack a publicly-exhibited, independently-verifiable chain of evidence – and chain of custody. As such, the Obama Kenyan birth certificate is as strong and believable a document as the Hawaiian “Certification of Live Birth”. However, Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate possesses something the Certification does not – plausibility, based upon independent prima facie facts – the 1964 Obama divorce decree.

They hacked her site, and replaced the K.F with E.F and 47,644 with 47,044 in the blown up version!!!
I just listed to Pastor Manning’s video re: Lt. Harris’ murder. He had already given information to the FBI, the only thing we don’t know how far they got, but I’m sure the FBI got plenty. What the murders don’t know is what does the FBI know? Donald Young murdered in Chicago, unfortunately that is on the South Side of Chicago with one of the highest murder rates in the country, so it is 50/50 on that one, but both were execution style. My thought was that no American should for a billionth of a second have doubts about a candidates credentials. I was sick for the entire month until I came out of shock. On some things I’m liberal as in rights, but they must be balanced by responsibilities. Then you have what they call there Syndicate Cities: Rosemont, Melrose Park, Stone Park and many more I just can’t remember all the names anymore. Obama is just a graduate of the Cesspool of Corruption-sleaze and squeeze as they say there. The E.F. Lavender could be K.F. Lavender (it looks like a tossup), but Orly herself was defending “E.F. Lavender” at her blog.

I find it a hard time believing that you went to Orly’s site and found that the image had a K F Lavender when magnified in Firefox, but E F when downloaded.
Though it is possible that Orly’s site is on several name servers and that each of us is being sent to a different name server, and that the name servers do not carry the same image, I find that highly improbable.
THE ORIGINAL at Orly’s site has 47,044 and E F. All those who say the contrary are either verymuch confused or are lying. Those spreading talk that images have been swapped at Orlys or Bomford.net have never substantiated the allegation.

Especially when you say that your negative has the Lead Technologies Header. The negative had to be made in a digital image editing program, which would change the header. AT least Photoshop would do that. A negative is never the same jpg image. So it is illogical to say the negative is the same jpg image.

I notice that he/she claims to run a blog with a friend and that together they are a US and Canadian. However, until they give us the name of their British source for the E F Lavendar (who is knows by other sources to have been alive in 1893 in Australia) as the registrar in Kenya, no credence can be given. As for zooming in on an image, use a good image editing software.
Don’t rely on your browser’s capabilties. I use photoshop CS 3, and folds do appear in the letters of the Bomford. The letters of the Bomfrod are more crip and clear that the Kenyan.
1) There is another criteria in image document authentication. The original is always clearer, because image editing software tends to corrupt the data when you do a cut and paste. The Kenyan’s letters are less clear. That argues that the Kenyan is the forgery.
2) As I said before, it is nearly impossible to un-distort an image and get something clear and crips. For the Bomford to be a forgery and the Kenyan to be an original would be beyond belief, because the Kenyan is so skewed from the viewers point of view that to de distort it to make it look like a flat image, is practically impossible.
These are 2 facts which show the Bomford BC to be the original, and the Kenyan to be the fake.
Add these other facts:
3) The Lead Tech Header: I have used Lead Tech software enabled scanners, I recognize this header as what you’d find in an image scanned using one.
4) The personal testimony of D J Bomford
5) The personal testimony to my friend of Richard Bomford saying he received this image from D J Bomford (ok. I admit that this is hearsay)
6) South Australia has a clearly recognizable Seal
7) South Australia has heraldic supporters that match the period. I read on Freepers that these supportes were for the Dominion of South Australia. I cannot attest to whether the heraldy of SA has changed since that time; whereas the Kenyan says Coast Province, when in fact according to the Kenayn Embassy report it was still a Cost District back then. I have read up on this on the web, and found that the Coast District was owned by the Sultan of Zanzibar and leased to the UK, and that before Dec. 1964, it did not belong to Kenya, though it was under Kenyan Administration; and for that reason it was still termed a DISTRICT not a Province. Also, another source says that Provinces did not exist in Kenya till after 1970. This puts the Kenyan BC in doubt.

Yes, I have downloaded your negative. And I open it and the original I have in the same software.
They both do have the Lead Technologies text, but teh negative has been cut and past into the image data, and is not an actual header. Look at both of them.
In the original the Lead Technologies text is part of a continuous stream of data, in the negative it is separated by carriage returns, and has slightly different symbols before and after the text.
I count 10 carriage returns between the Negative’s Lead TEch header and the rest of the data in the image, in the Original Bomford image I have the data of the image begins immediately on the next line.
That proves to me that the Negative has been given a Lead Tech header artificially; though it could be the result of the program which changed the bomford to a negative.
HOWEVER AS I SAID
My comment about the Lead Tech header regards non-negatives. I do not have to proove the negative is not the original, because it is a negative, that alone is sufficient proof.
I will await your comment in moderation which I hope shows how on earth you see a K F where is see an E F on orly’s site, and how you down load a E F, when you view a K F. I do not use firefox, though…

I love Dr. Taitz. She has been a guest on Usapatriots-shout.talk radio. Orly is brilliant. However, she is far too hyper to do a good interview. Experienced TV interviewers have no problem pushing her buttons and making her look crazy. That is exactly what they want even though she does manage after a struggle to get her points out, they are lost.
I wonder if there is any one who could do her PR and interviews for her and free her to do what she does best–research and prepare briefs!

First of all, we are all on the same side, and I am not trying to engage in an argument with you, of who’s right and who’s wrong.
The negative is the exact same photo as the regular, it’s just been inverted in photo-shop.
Even if you disregard the negative, look at the regular photo, and zoom in on it, and you can clearly see that the “S” in South at the bottom of the page hovers over the top of the apparent Grand Canyon crease.
Every bit of bold text on the untouched document hovers perfectly over the creases without distortion on the Ausi BC.
The Kenyan BC’s text fall into the cracks and folds, as does the signature.

I respectfully submit that your image editor must not be as good as mine. Because if you look closely the crease under which the S of the South Australia is positioned, has been flattened and is not a Gran Canyon that would cause great distortion.
However I do see in my Photoshop, distortion in the lower curve of the S, not the top, because the crease which was folded outward, or backward, shifts to being folded inward at the top of the S and grows higher as it goes down the letter to the left of the letter.
I cannot explain how a forgery would put letters in creases, other than to say that the forger used the flat scan Bomford to make a print out of the Kenyan, then folded the paper of the print out to give it creases, and added that burn mark, then took a digital camera, or re scaned it in.
Crease marks in a scanned image could be removed, I think, by changing the scan brightness/contrast to remove shadows…but this is speculation.
She kept saying OK OK OK because they were playing with her audio, probably on purpose. She was in Israel so there was probably delay and echo which can drive one crazy just talk to someone private. She did OK. She just needs to be more direct and have better sound bites.
If you watch the video with no AUDIO and watch facial expressions it is so telling of who is the MORONS….rolling their eyes, hogging the time, interrupting, etc.

Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the ‘ 60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-Ameri can community into the mainstream. Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks — with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas — to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated their time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks.
We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude???
Barack talks about new ‘ladders of opportunity’ for blacks. Let him go to Altoona ? And Johnstown , and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for ‘deserving’ white kids.? Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America ? Is it really white America ‘s fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?
Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?
As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 p ercent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time?
Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?

Well CNN the Problem is you are comparing a Digital Photo to a digital Scan. The photo of course will be less sharp. Completely different optics are involved. So you can’t compare the two and declare the one with fuzzier letters a Fake based just on that.

If you read your statements in another font, say Arial or Helvetica or one of the Times fonts, you will see the distinct difference between the letter O and the numeral 0. The O is roundish and fat; the 0 is oval, more narrow.
Have you ever used, or examined, a typewriter? They were designed with economy of space in mind. Therefore, on most typewriters, the upper case letter O doubled as the numeral 0 (zero).
Similarly, the majority of typewriters designed the lower case l (el) to double as the numeral 1 (one). Some typewriters sported a numeral 1 in addition to the lower case l, but they may have been comparatively rare.
With computer fonts/typefaces, it is easy to distinguish between the upper case O and the 0 (zero). The O is ASCII 79 and the 0 is ASCII 48. Their respective identities cannot be debated.
If you experienced this fun already, in your examinations of the Bomford file what did you notice about its numeral 1? And did you find the same in the Kenyan file?

There is an entire BOX of text missing in the Kenyan BC.
The Bomford BC has a box containing the following text….
“Signature and Description of Authorized Person, and Name, Description, and Residence of informant.”
The Kenyan doesn’t have that BOX or that same text. In fact the BOX in the Bomford almost duplicates the BOX above it. It’s redundant at the least. Which is interesting.
I guess no one noticed that with the Kenyan sitting the way it is on the table. I had flatten it out in Photoshop before I noticed.
So we have an incorrect Coat of Arms and an extra BOX of text. The Bomford BC isn’t looking too healthy.

If it is a photo and not a jpg, then I’d concede your point about different optics. But while some have said orly took a digital photo of a certified printed out, I can’t recall seeing her state state herself. So I am not sure whether it is a jpg or a photo produced jpg.

The addition box for an Authorized informant on the Bomford argues for the Bomford’s authenticity, because if you notice, the Bomford cannot be printed out on a Letter sized sheet of paper. And is cropped slightly because it appears larger than even an A4 sized piece.
The Forger, if he worked with Letter sized paper, and printed out a copy and then folded it, would have had to eliminate the field for Authorized Informant to get the jpg to print out on Letter sized stationary.
So the lack of the field in the Kenyan, argues that it is a forgery…
Coat of Arms: I am told they are British Colonial for S A. But until someone gives us a link to the coat of arms, I don’t think you, Jerome, can say that it is bogus on the Bomford.

However, if some Obot though he was clever passing this Kenyan COR off to Orly, he’s sunk himself, because now being submitted to a Federal Court as evidence, he becomes subject to document fraud charges, and the FBI has jurisdiction to track him down, wherever he is in the world….

CNN… Un like you I’m willing to admit when I’m wrong and I don’t know everything. I finally found the Coat of arms. It was the original Crest granted to South Australia in 1936. It was replaced with a different one in 1984. Which was why it was hard to find. There was no picture but the description matched. The shield with the sun, the Man standing to the right and the words Faith and Courage on the bottom.
That’s that nature of all of this. However it is no proof either are fake or real. That’s the nature of forgery. Being both British colonies Both Kenya and Australia had access to the same forms and probably used and modified them accordingly. The fact is you have no proof yourself that the Bomford was used to create the Kenyan. Are you willing to admit that?

I do not know what you would call “proof”.
The fact that there is a Bomford BC going round that can be separated with Photoshop Elements to reveal layers that obviously could be used to forge the Kenyan, is proof enough to me.
As I said, this Bomford that is dissectable by Elements, may have been inadvertently uploaded to the Web by the forger himself, when trying to denegrate Orly for posting his own forged Kenyan.
I asked folks to tell me where they got their edited Bomford, but no no one has…

I did look again. And yes 10th of April has the number 1 and not the lower case L. Its seems to be the only number 1 on the page, all the others are letters l.
That is an anomaly, and it argues that the Bomford BC original is authentic.
Why?
Because typewriters have the number 1, at least all the ones I used. But the Kenyan does not use the number 1 ever, only the lower case L.
Its quicker to forge, by using only the lower case L, and it is quicker to type using the lower case L, but other than that this observation does not seem to tip the scales much either way…

He’s good with image editing, but he is not an expert. And expert would have given a higher resolution jpg and not that obviously phone signature on the Kenyan BC, where the pixelation is obvious even at low resolution; on the Bomford BC the pixelation can only be seen on high resolution, and this argues for its authenticity. Also on the bomford the ink of the signature covers the bottom of the s for Registrar, but not the top. This would occur if after signing the signature was unevenly blotted, as was customarily done, when ink pens were used, as they were back then.

I’m a photographer and use PS C4 and the pixelization your talking about in the photo is normal for that resolution and compression.

Your observation about the shifting D, inclines me to think the Kenyan was typed.
But I do not see evidence that the Bomford was not also typed. Infact I see signs it was also typed. Capitals are often slightly above the line, as would occure when quickly typing, some letters are stronger than others.
Yes, the Kenyan seems to have been typed onto a form printed out, and then scanned back in to cover for the form copy. What gives it away that one is made from the other is that both are form 495, and unless you can estsablish a unified system of forms in colonies, this is unlikely.

Even for an expert to create a counterfeit doc like the Kenyan BC, you’re talking about a lot time and work. And then the nice touch like the staple holes and the spot of rust.
Unless you could find someone with all the equipment , seal, forms , to make one, like Hawaii did for Soetoro’s last COLB.

Accept this stance until Kenya or Britain gives the go signal that it’s genuine. Even if it’s fake, government verification trumps all.

The likelihood of matching the names on the so-called KBC through an Internet search are between slim and nil.
It’s going to take boots on the ground.
The longer it takes to match the names, the greater the chances the document will be found to be authentic, because a forgery (no matter how good), can never pass the test of time.
There has been only 1 new suggestion in the past few days that is worth anything, and that is that the forger may be none other than Obama himself (suggested by Andy Martin), and the form was used to get free money from someone.
Andy point is well-taken for this reason — anyone who has actively followed Obama’s career meteor, knows that when he fills in the blanks on official documents he has trouble with the truth meter.
This is the original reason he is known as “ZERO!” There is nothing of substance there: there is no there, there.

It would save a lot of time… Remember, the Australian bc copy is not a part of this lawsuit. It is a distraction. All that realy matters is the long form bc on file in Hawaii and Obamas other records. Yet, if the kenyan bc is proven to be a fraud, the creator is in deep doo doo.

Jacqlyn-I grew up in DuPage County, Illinois. I never voted a straight ticket in my life. I really think John McCain and Sarah Palin were on to something with the “were mavericks and we are going to take on the waste and fraud in Washington”. If they are not up to the job the good, the bad and the ugly then get out of Congress ie. don’t run for the job. I really believe we could balance the budget by just eliminating waste and fraud and not changing anything, but if changes need to be made don’t try to rush them and ram them down peoples throats because the people are not falling for that one again. Bailout government dollars for bonuses did not go over well, nor should they. That was bad government and it makes you wonder on that issue incompetent, dumb or corrupt? Lots of work for a new administration which at this point we don’t know when it will start. Americans have put up with and suffered a lot. Treason is not something that they will put up with-ever. Just thinking about all our soldiers and their families who died or were wounded in the service of our country is reason enough to pursue these important Constitutional issues. We owe them. Obama and Hitler have a great deal in common in my view. Obama and Hitler use the “blitzkrieg” method to overwhelm their enemies. FAST, CARPET BOMBING intent on destruction. Hitler’s blitzkrieg bombing destroyed many European cities – quickly and effectively. Obama is systematically destroying the American economy and with it AMERICA. First the banking/investment industry, next private enterprise (GM and Chrysler) and now HEALTH CARE. And he is working on grabbing more of the American economy with his environmental extremism!
We too CAN fight back. Contact everyone you know. Start a blitzkrieg of our own. Shut down the Capitol switchboards and the White House switchboards! Say NO to the Obamination of Obama Care!
I really appreciated the comments here by Michelle. I was born and raised near Chicago but currently live, and vote absentee from, out of the country.
I am really dismayed by what has been happening in U.S. politics. Everything is SO polarized.
As Michelle said she is a moderate Democrat, I consider myself, currently, a moderate Republican–in the vein of Abe Lincoln–a Lincoln Republican.
My question is “where are the moderates?” Moderates have been villified by the far right and ignored by the far left. Unbelievable. Who can best represent the center and the majority of interests if not the moderates, be they Democrats, Republicans or independents.?
Obama talks a good moderate game, but his policy proposals and spending habits look way out there in radical land.
I think the place for Illinoisians to start is to work to clean up Illinois politics. It has become a cesspool and has managed to wash over into national politics.
We could use some term limits to start. Mayor Daley, for example, has had a stranglehold on Chicago for what, 16 years? Who is he, FDR? And what about all that fighting for power in Springfield? Who do state executive offices belong to, the politicians or the voters?
In his campaign speech, Lincoln said that he wanted to bring together a “nation of free men.”
We will never be free if people temporarily in government own our political power as voters and our prerogative to determine policies.
And we won’t bury political polarization in the U.S. until we take a more moderate and fiscally responsible stance. Hello? Does anyone concur?
