Weinstein will plead guilty in his corruption indictment.
“A Deerfield urologist caught up in the corruption probe
surrounding Antoin “Tony” Rezko and other state government
figures is scheduled to plead guilty next week, court
records show.”

The article is very short and consistent with the Chicago
Tribune underreporting on the Dr. Weinstein indictment and
his connections to Rezko, Levine, Blagojevich and Obama.
Why the Tribune has mentioned very little about Dr.
Weinstein is anybody’s guess.
However, if you are left with the impression that Weinstein’s
involvement is insignificant, consider the following:

only 5 members, is examined in detail. The indictments and criminal
complaints of Rezko, Levine, Blagojevich and Weinstein reveal their
involvement in board corruption. Obama should be indicted as well.

Dear State Representatives and Senators and US Representatives and Senators,
My name is Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq and I currently represent over a 100 members of the US military from all over this country, from all branches of military, ranging from Major General to enlisted, challenging legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, for the position of the President and Commander in Chief for following reasons:
1. President has to be a Natural born citizen, meaning born in this country to parents, that are both US citizens. Mr. Obama’s father was in this country on a student visa from Kenya, a British Colony at a time. Mr. Obama, Sr was never a US citizen and therefor Mr. Obama is not qualified to be the President of this country.
2. State of Hawaii, statue 338 allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to get Hawaiian birth certificates and Mr. Obama never presented any corroborating evidence, that he was actually born in Hawaii, while his paternal grandmother in Kenya and Ambassador of Kenya made statements, that he was born in Kenya.
3. Mr. Obama has posted on the Internet not a valid birth certificate, but a limited value document, called Short Version Certification of life birth, that doesn’t have a name of a hospital, name of a doctor, any signatures or a seal of the hospital on the front of the document. This document is usually given to parties that don’t have a proper hospital birth certificates and it is given based on a statement of one relative only. Even the state of Hawaii doesn’t give full credit to these documents.
4. The state of Hawaii has sealed his birth certificate on file and only stated, that there is a document on file; but in spite of numerous demands, refused to provide information, whether it is a certificate for a foreign born child of a resident; or whether it is a proper hospital birth certificate or a short version COLB of limited value.
5. Even if Mr. Obama had any citizenship status until age 5, he has lost it, when he immigrated to Indonesia and got Indonesian citizenship, since Indonesia doesn’t allow dual citizenship and Mr. Obama has reaffirmed his Indonesian citizenship, and therefore relinquished his US citizenship while traveling on Indonesian passport as an adult.
6. Mr. Obama has sealed all of his vital records and reportedly spent over $800,000 on an army of attorneys to keep his records sealed and Mr. Obama’s attorneys have harassed and intimidated attorneys challenging Obama’s eligibility.
7. In spite of Obama’s arrogant claims, that all cases were debunked, not one single case was heard on the merits, as the courts stated that ordinary citizens have no standing to challenge Obama and courts have no jurisdiction. Not one singe person in this country has seen Obama’s vital records.
As elected state and US officials, you have a right and an obligation to hold judicial hearings on issues of paramount importance and you have a right and an obligation to issue subpoenas for production of documents and subpoena witnesses for testimony on such important issues.
My clients, particularly ones that are in active military, such as resident of Tennessee, Scott Easterling, are in an impossible position. If they follow Obama’s orders, as illegitimate Commander in Chief, they will be subject to court martial for following illegal orders. If they are refusing to follow his orders, they can be subject to court martial for un-subordination. No member of the US military, that is risking his life and protecting all of our lives, including your lives and the lives of your family members, should be in such predicament. Due to the above, I demand that you request to hold Judicial hearings in the Senate and House of Representatives on the issue of Obama’s eligibility and issue the following subpoenas:
1. Subpoena from the State of Hawaii State Department of a certified copy of Obama’s original long version (vault) birth certificate.
2. Subpoena from the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, all of Obama’s passport and immigration records.
3. Subpoena from the Board of Regents of Occidental College, Columbia university and Harvard university all of Obama’s college applications and financial aid applications.
4. Subpoena from Mr. Obama a certified copy of all of the above records.
5. Subpoena from the Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, a copy of Obama’s certification of the selective military service, as according to a statement, prepared by a retired Federal Agent, Steven Coffman, there is evidence of forgery in the certificate Obama presented to the public.
6. Subpoena from the Regents of the University of Pennsylvania, Annenberg FactCheck.org. explanation and records, as to how did they claim to have examined Obama’s birth Certificate and found it valid, if neither the Sate of Hawaii, nor Obama has ever released such birth certificate and there is no evidence of Obama being born in any hospital in Hawaii and the only thing that was ever presented, was limited value short version Certification of Live Birth.
I appreciate your expedient assistance in this most important matter of the National Security.

Just the part about FBI mole John Thomas contradicting Obama’s version
of his contact level with Rezko is compelling. They let that go public.
Rezko is singing. Somebody else has to be also, including Levine.

May have been posted before but worth repeating:
I was born in one country, raised in another. My father was born in another country. I was not his only child. He fathered several children with numerous women.
I became very close to my mother, as my father showed no interest in me. My mother died at an early age from cancer.
Later in life, questions arose over my real name.
My birth records were sketchy and no one was able to produce a legitimate, reliable birth certificate.
I grew up practicing one faith but converted to Christianity, as it was widely accepted in my country, but
I practiced non-traditional beliefs & didn’t follow Christianity, except in the public eye under scrutiny.
I worked and lived among lower-class people as a young adult, disguising myself as someone who really cared about them.
That was before I decided it was time to get serious about my life and I embarked on a new career.
I wrote a book about my struggles growing up. It was clear to those who read my memoirs that I had difficulties accepting that my father abandoned me as a child.
I became active in local politics in my 30’s then with help behind the scenes, I literally burst onto the scene as a candidate for national office in my 40’s. They said I had a golden tongue and could talk anyone into anything. That reinforced my conceit.
I had a virtually non-existent resume, little work history, and no experience in leading a single organization. Yet I was a powerful speaker and citizens were drawn to me as though I were a magnet and they were small roofing tacks..
I drew incredibly large crowds during my public appearances. This bolstered my ego.
At first, my political campaign focused on my country’s foreign policy. I was very critical of my country in the last war and seized every opportunity to bash my country.
But what launched my rise to national prominence were my views on the country’s economy. I pretended to have a really good plan on how we could do better and every po or person would be fed & housed for free.
I knew which group was responsible for getting us into this mess. It was the free market, banks & corporations. I decided to start making citizens hate them and if they were envious of others who did well, the plan was clinched tight.
I called mine “A People’s Campaign” and that sounded good to all people.
I was the surprise candidate because I emerged from outside the traditional path of politics & was able to gain widespread popular support.
I knew that, if I merely offered the people ‘hope’ , together we could change our country and the world.
So, I started to make my speeches sound like they were on behalf of the downtrodden, poor, ignorant to include “persecuted minorities” like the Jews. My true views were not widely known & I needed to keep them unknown, until after I became my nation’s leader.
I had to carefully guard reality, as anybody could have easily found out what I really believed, if they had simply read my writings and examined those people I associated with.
I’m glad they didn’t. Then I became the most powerful man in the world. And the world learned the truth.

with 2 Pres. limos went quickly to the A. S. Center where Usurper gave teleprompter
speech to the police recruit class, claiming his
funding was paying their salaries. What he
never admitted was that the recruits’ salaries
are only paid through the end of THIS year–
after that…. oh well…..
ONLY about 25 people came to “greet” the
Usurper’s arrival, BUT over about 50
Protesters with signs “greeted” him at the
Center. One protester had a LARGE
“Don’t Tread on Me” Flag flying from his
motorized scooter. The messages were
loud and clear (if BHO had his eyes open
and his ears cleared of wax). Police even
equestrian police and sheriff deputies were
everywhere (on all the bridges and overpasses,
every 100 yds on the freeway, etc,). Helicopters
overhead. In all it cost Columbus $100,000
extra for this short amt. of “attention.” NOT

During his campaign last year, President Obama promised to bring a new tone to Washington. He decried partisan politics and in a speech last September said, “We have real problems in this country right now and the American people are looking to us for answers, not distractions, no diversions, not manipulations.”
Yet, just weeks into his Administration the President’s staff has been caught engaging in a coordinated and cynical political attack game – the very diversion and manipulation then-candidate Obama attacked the McCain campaign for last year.
The apparent goal of this strategy was to distract public attention from the Democrats’ massive spending proposals by depicting Rush Limbaugh as the new face of the Republican Party.
Democrats needed the distraction — over the course of only seven weeks of the current Congressional session, Senate Democrats have passed more spending than the previous Administration spent on Iraq, Afghanistan, and Katrina recovery combined.
According to Politico newspaper yesterday, this coordinated strategy began with “conversations and email exchanges” taking place “in and out of the White House” between former Clinton political operative James Carville, the political team at the Democrat National Committee, and White House staff. The article goes on to note that “a senior White House aide has been tasked with helping to guide the Limbaugh strategy.”
This is an outrage. It appears the Obama Administration has forgotten that the salaries of White House staff are paid for by you the taxpayer. To say nothing of the fact that this story reeks of hypocrisy coming from a President who campaigned against these very cynical political tactics last fall.
President Obama owes the American people an explanation.
His staff should apologize to the American people for supporting these tactics and diverting attention to the hard work that needs to be done to get America’s economy back on track.
Please join me in signing this petition and calling on the Obama White House to come clean on this matter. Join me in asking them to work with Republicans on the critical issues facing our country today. The American people deserve better than diversions and manipulations.

The judge who dismissed the Hollister versus Soetoro case lied about the plaintiffs, demeaned them, smeared them, concocted fantasies about the defendants and the motives, and what is most interesting is that the defendants actually accepted the case and discussed it with the judge, and it was against “Soetoro.” Their defending and discussing the case with the judge is an admission that Obama is also Soetoro and lawsuits against Soetoro are accepted as against Obama. Pretty funny! The Truth always surfaces. The judge does not look very competent, poor guy. This entire interaction in the court system verifies Obama is Soetoro. Victory.

I heard the Democrat Governor Tim Kaine say that the Spending Bill of $835 billion passed by the Democrats has saved his state 7,000 jobs. BIG FREAKIN’ DEAL!!!! My question is once this money is used up say by the end of the year or even sooner…who is going to pay to keep these people employed after that??? Will they once again come back to the governmental trough and get more tax payer money??? It seems to me that they would have been much better off giving the money to small business owners who can stimulate production and employment where the government can’t continue to do this by sending tax payer money to the States to employ people with our hard earned money!!! The tax payer money is going to run out and the economy will not be stimulated. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that the Democrats are leading us down a very dangerous path!!! They are going to bankrupt our country if they don’t make a drastic u-turn soon!!!! Wasn’t the Stimulus money suppose to be targeted, one time shot in the arm to get the economy going?? Aren’t they just delaying people losing their jobs in 6 months or a year when the government runs out of money and can’t send anymore to the states to keep people employed??? This is such a crime….My hope is that this will put an end to the Democrats ever gaining control of anything again!! We need new blood and we need it NOW!!!!

It seems as though everyone on Citizen Wells has Soetoro figured out. Unfortunately there are a lot of people remaining who need to be educated, or otherwise enlightened, by whatever means deemed necessary. In all probability it will take a very long time for many who voted for Obama to become disillusioned. That is where a continuous barrage of the truth needs to be kept in their face, the world over. The MSM has proven many times over that PUBLIC DISCREDITING does work. However, it takes a CONTINUOUS barrage of it, for as long as it takes. In short, use the same basic tactic that the enemy uses against you except do it in a way that he/she cannot defend against, or lie about. Ollie North once said that the defeat of an enemy requires only that you accurately determine his vulnerability, then attack with intelligent use of your force at hand. I believe that we are now at that point. Let the VERBAL attacks begin! I have found several newspapers in the US who will read anything sent to them. Whatever you send needs to have a lot of punch, be well written, and not be over 500 words initally. If they like your style of writing they will ask for more detailed work, and that is where you put the hammer to him, with a lot of detail. Unfortunately they WILL edit out profanity,or wording that isn’t relevant. I get a lot of copy back with re-write requests, and I do whatever they ask. I simply do a lot of re -arranging of words soas to comply with the re-write order but not to lose the punch. For me I am often asked to tone it down a little but still say the same thing I did before the rewrite. So there you have the basics, now do you have the TIME, the SPINE, and DETERMINATION ? It will require a lot of hard work, and a lot of time. In spite of our present level of technology you will discover that about 50% of your contacts will NOT have it, and as a result you will be on the landline telephone as much if not more than in email communication. Writing to the newspapers is probably my most favorite way of venting my anger towards useless politicians.
Here is the name of another small newspaper. It is simply called “Bulletin U.S.” In addition many small newspapers are now weeklies. I try to get to as many dailies as possible,but I also continue to send stuff to the weeklies. I am 76 years of age, but more often than not I will work up to 12, and sometimes 14 hours a day. I recieve some money for the articles, however when compared to the number of hours it takes to produce an article, and/or complete a rewite there is not much earnings left in it for me, but that said I do it as much for enjoyment as I do for money, so not earning much doesn’t bother me. Everyone who likes to literally communicate with others, and believes in our Constitution needs to start doing communication directly with newspapers instead of trying to convince a politician that he is wrong. He will be a little more concerned when a newspaper starts publishing stories regarding his incompetence, or whatever. This carries a lot more weight when the newspaper is one that is small, but has a growing circulation. The politicians know exactly who they are because they use the newspapers in the same way during their election campaigns; to help get their propaganda into the hands of potential voters who otherwise would not ever hear of them. If your campaign is relentless enough, and carries provable content, you will get almost guaranteed circulation which will put your message directly into a potential complaintant’s face.

This signals that the correct assertion is not that the ‘proof’ does not exist or that the Plaintiff has not been persuaded but that, the Defendant, that is, BO, has expressed conflicting information about his Constitutional eligibility; and that Plaintiff is confused by BO’s expressions of eligibility in contract to the record.
2) He forced BO to offer up as ‘evidence’ of his legitimacy, ‘The independent FactCheck says I’m for real.’ This tells us that, the proper case will attack Fact Check under the same theory as stated in 1, above. For example, BO says Annenberg Political Fact Check is independent but he worked for Annenberg for five years as Chair of the CAC.

Much of what you’re saying may be true, however, some way they need to be discredited in the eyes of the judges and the public. That could be starters. All these idiot judges and politicians think that it’s legit and all FC is doing is deceiving the public.

Your observation is an excellent one. As there is no “privity” with the public, their information can not be considered legally binding either. Since neither organization can be sued for damages based on false or misleading legal paperwork, their information can not be utilized as legal documentation for eligibility either.
This obvious fact should be noted to the courts in every eligibility case. Arguments should be made stating the obvious:

Therefore any ‘verifications’ of Obama’s place of birth are not legal or binding in any court within the jurisdiction of the United States of America. Neither Factcheck.org nor snopes.com carry any private investigation licenses, nor follow any state and federal regulations for evidence collection, nor are sanctioned by any federal, state, or local agency to provide any artifact legally allowed as evidence in any court of law in the United States of America. That being said, Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama has yet to provide legal evidence or proof of eligibility to the American public to become President of the United States as mandated by the qualification requirement stated in Amendment XX of the U.S. Constitution.”
We do know that these cases will not fail on merit or lack of standing. They will fail based on corruption and lack of judicial ethics by many so-called justices within the Judical Branch of the U.S. There is no such thing as a “perfect case”. Because the question is of Constitutional requirements, judges must abide by their oaths first, then determine if the case is suitable beyond the requirements of the oath they swore to.

This article refers to Limbaugh’s ability to see through BO from the getgo. From the start of BO’s ascendency, this is what his puppeteers have banked on. The public’s relative lack of intuition, which by the way is the highest order of thinking, contrary to popular opinion. I say relative because intuitive abilities, like all other qualities, come in graded fashion in any given population.
Those with the highest abilities got it a long time ago, many are learning, and some will never get it. The remaining who support Obama may have these abilities, but stand to benefit directly from having him in office in one form or another.

We need to highlight the fact that the courts will not listen to the people. Maybe the letters we have been writing, to our congressmen, need to be directed to our judges, throughout the country, with the hope of finding a judge that will hear the facts, and uphold the Constitution.

What I think we have here is the Soetoro voters in total denial. They hear reports, they talk to friends, they know what’s going on. They refuse to believe it or even listen to a differing point of view other than their own narrow-minded one. Just look at the replies to NBC status coming from some members of Congress lately. Factcheck and Snopes as proof positive? Please!
A point I’d like to make is regarding something my Father told me long ago when I first started voting. I’d asked what to do if I liked/didn’t like either candidate and Dad said ‘Always vote along party lines.’ At that time, it was the Democrat Party (which has since changed). This is exactly what I feel is happening today. Don’t know what to do? Vote your party, and everything will be OK. Also, folks were so disgusted with the Republican party that Mickey Mouse could’ve run as a Democrat and gotten elected. This has happened in my own state with the gubernatorial election and now, we’re certainly paying the price. I will lose my job because of it.

JeffM, you are right . I have lost a lot of respect for Sean Hannity, and Rush Limbaugh. They will not talk about, an issue, that is as important to our Constitution, as the legitimacy of the President. The guy is not eligible, yet there he is, playing the part, signing bills, and pretending to be commander in chief, and all the while being ineligible to be President, because he is not a natural born citizen, which the Constitution, and the founding fathers, said the President must be, so as not to have the enemy end up in charge of the US military. Total disregard for the Constitution, by our elected OATH takers in Washington, DC. jbjd, can the elected, Oath takers be sued for failing to do their duty,to protect, and defend, the Constitution? Their performance is abysmal when it comes to protecting and defending the Constitution, and the courts are just as bad. They all took an Oath. The courts should be running to get these cases heard, instead of running away from them, and telling people to shut up, and go away.

Yes you are correct once again! It is the Philly..Bulletin. Also you should understand that I have my own views of large and small.(LOL) I call large, something in the order of New York Times. Unfortunately they are either already in bankruptcy,or soon to be. I will have to find another yardstick. (OH, SOB,SOB) . I started talking with the Bulletin about June 08. They are closely following everything that is going on,but I will say no more at this point. I will say that I have passed along a quite lengthy document which reflects most of the information which I have ammassed, some of which came from half way around the globe. On top of this I have been visiting our public library in the genealogy section hunting for INS records pertaining to Stanley Ann D.Obama. Our genealogical resource is second only to the repository in Salt Lake City,and that which exists at Islington,London, UK. Unfortunately I am limited in how much time I can invest at each visit. The records of the sixties are largely on microfilm spools each about 4″ diameter . Each spool has to be examined closely, because some of the entries are not necessarily in alphabetical order. As you might be aware I am conducting a search for an INS POE record which I believe was generated when Stanley Ann D. Obama returned to the US with her newborn, (Lil Barry). There has been some evidence found that indicates she passed through customs(INS) at SEA-TAC International Airport. This all occurred within a couple of weeks of the alleged Hawaii birthdate. So I concentrated on that time frame,and quickly learned that the records would have been moved into permanent archives. The permanent archives are known to our public library, and they ask for copies of all permanent public U.S.records which happens to include INS documents. Also had she tried to say that he was with her on the trip to Kenya she would have been caught when she returned,because her passport would reflect only her name. It appears this might have actually occured. So it is still a hunt for the documents.Should I get lucky and locate the document the world is going to know about it as quickly as I can accomplish it. The folks on Citizen Wells will be the first to hear it, and I will also furnish as many copies as I can to every person that I can in the shortest period of time that I can. The document will bear her full name, Lil Barry’s full name, and best of all his BIRTHPLACE. Signed, sealed, and delivered by his own mother! At this point there will be no further need for his vault certificate, other than to corroborate what is already pretty well known. She is also known to have travelled under the surname of “toot”. This information was very graciously provided by Orly Taitz. I am fortunate regarding the location of the archives. Getting there takes about 10 minutes. I live in Fort Wayne , Indiana which is where the archive repository also is. The County just completed the construction of their new building which is over 150,000 sq.feet in size. This building also has a second floor having equal size. They do an excellent job of keeping the records up to date. It also contains census totals for a very large number of US census figures. They are in the process of computerizing all of this data. The department manager told me that they started on it straight away, but it will require a lot of years to get it all computerized. He was hired in 2001.

I am fortunate regarding my ailment. I have my own private nurse, who is also my wife. She is a Indiana Liscensed Practical Nurse. She was originally liscensed in 1981,and has been in geriatric practice the entire interim until her retirement last year.
My doctor has me on a fairly new antivirus which is called LYRICA. It does help very well. I wish also to thank everyone for their very kind concern. My doctor has also advised me that I could be feeling the post rheumatic pain intermittently for a while after the rash goes away. Since shingles has a period during which it is communicable I am imprisoned in my own home for an unknown length of time. At least I will have a way to communicate with the great,and knowledgeable people at Citizen Wells.

Ordinarily, the Admissions Office or the Registrar’s Office has access to records; however, in the Registrar sees fit to remove being able to see a certain person’s records they can. When Dan Quayle was running with Bush, I worked at the university where he supposedly graduated from. Me being me, I thought I would look and see what kind of grades he had. I did see them and in the next day or two they disappeared. Later when something else was being discussed about Quayle, I looked them up again and they were back. Evidently there was some kind of alert on the records because the Registrar came to me and asked me if I had looked up the records. I said I had and he wanted to know why. I told him I was just curious. They had traced me through the computer I used. After I told him why I looked them up, the Registrar just laughed and basically said don’t do it again. They are afraid the records will be copied and given to one of the magazines which I hadn’t even thought of doing. Anyway to make a long story short, if Soetoro’s records could be accessed I’m sure that would have already been done. I have thought of the same thing. Some one in those offices could get the records if they were so inclined, but there are probably alot of alerts on those particular files. I do think it could be done if the right people were involved.bkw P.S. Hope this makes some sense.

Yes, Bob, they all run together to me too. There has just been so many, and still some, that I can’t remember who is doing what anymore.
And FactCheck and Snopes, aren’t they supposed to have truth? In my honest opinion, if some place is causing deception of the public when they are saying it’s the truth, to me that should cause a lawsuit, especially something this serious and when judges, who don’t know any better, take their words as gospel truth. Deception practices used to deceive and defraud others of any kind should be wrong.

Hi- I had thought in the same parameters, because there were still some piston engine flights in international service. It was a time of transition. As was record storage. As most know I earn a little money by assisting people who are pursuing DOD printing contracts. When I am asked for help I am forced to shut down whatever else I am doing and help them. I have cut back considerably in that venture because it has become too stressful. That is one reason why I enjoy the Citizen Wells blog so much. it helps me keep my mind active.
With respect to the POE record I appreciate the viewpoint and the next trip to our local resource I will be looking to see if I can narrow it down by looking for certain areas. There were far less US customs offices in 1961 also, which were usually together with INS. I had not thought that much about New York as a point of entry.Yet it does seem to offer a temptation. As they advised me records that old would be found in their permanent repositories., and therefore possibly right here in my home town. Our resource is alleged to be second only to that at Salt lake City, and Islington, London,UK. Tell me what you think about such searching We might also see if there are special repositories that are used only by INS. That might help reduce the magnitude of the search.

Back in the old days (1961) there were only a few airlines in existence. TWA, Pan AM, BOAC, and a few others. Not all would have routes to, and from Kenya. I wonder if the airlines keep records going back that far that would show Barry on the manifest if he, and his mother, traveled, to the USA,from Kenya? Since Kenya was British at this time,1961, the place to start might be BOAC, (British Overseas Airline Corporation). Next place to look might be Pan American. If there are some airline pilots out there, with information, on which airlines, and what routes, they would take, to and from Kenya, and where ports of entry would be in the US. It would help Oldsalt76 find the POE document he is searching for. They may also know if the airlines keep records, of who was on their planes, dating back that far. There probably wasn’t a large number of flights leaving Kenya back in those days, so maybe it can be narrowed down to a specific airline, and Port of entry, sometime after Aug. 4 1961. If we can believe the birth date is correct. Based on Stanley Ann Dunham’s college schedule and reported attendance at same, it doesn’t leave a lot of time to give birth, travel to, and from Kenya, and go to college all at the same time.

I learned years ago all celebrities, high officials, etc. (vague and can be very inclusive) are ‘red flagged’ by the credit bureaus. This is done to prevent mistakes being reported as happens to us peons daily so the companies won’t suffer litigations from false reportings.
Now, wouldn’t it be easy to ‘red flag’ records at colleges, loan companies, mortgage companies, INS, passports, etc.
And, I also wondered about the many appointees that weren’t paying taxes…….were they also ‘red flagged’ for special treatment??
We know about Chicago’s history of certain people not paying utilities, water, property taxes…….it happens.

A while back a lady on Plains Radio was talking about airlines back in the 60’s. She thought the entry may have occurred in Miami. If the jet crossed Africa and refueled and then to Miami. She also said that airlines keep their passenger lists and Pan Am would have been the logical choice at that time.

If the record was removed from one place a copy of it can still exist at a lot of libraries acrissed the US. The record was getting quite old and I was informed that I would have to hunt for it in one of their permanent archives. When they said permanent archives, I immediately thought of a genealogical search. Public records pertaining to immigration are copied from the originals and supplied to many centers such as the archive right here in Fort Wayne Indiana for people who like to search out their past relatives,etc. Our public library now covers 150,000,square feet of space compounded x2. The second floor has all of the immigration records. Our facility is allegedly second only to the archive at Salt lake City, and the faciliy at Islington London UK. I have also been thinking that there might be something at Islington, because Kenya was ruled by Britain in 1961. Kenya records may also be archived in Britain.

A rumor is swirling around the Internet that an inglorious end to the U.S. economy is imminent. Unlike previous rumors to this effect, this one carries the weight of recent events in the financial realm and has many believing the rumor will come to pass.
Let’s examine some of the claims being made: On March 18, 2008, a “closed door” session of Congress was held for only the fourth time in history. According to House Rule XVII, clause 9, it is forbidden for members of the U.S. House of Representatives to reveal the discussions held behind those doors. The penalty for leaking such information includes loss of seniority, fines, reprimand, censure or expulsion. According to news sources, one purpose of the meetings was to discuss new surveillance techniques to be used by U.S. Homeland Security. Rumors continue to swirl as to what the other topics of discussion took place in that meeting.
According to the Australia.TO newspaper, as reported in the May 2008 Last Trumpet Newsletter (LTM), several congressmen were so incensed about what was discussed behind those doors that they were compelled to leak the contents of the meeting. Following is what is rumored to have been discussed: Imminent collapse of the U.S. economy by September 2008; imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances by February 2009; possibility of civil war within the U.S. resulting from the collapse; detainment of “insurgent U.S. citizens” in anticipation of their moving against the government; the potential for violent action taken by citizens against members of Congress due to the collapses; the merger of the U.S. economy with those of Canada and Mexico as a solution to the collapse; the introduction of a new tri-national currency called the “AMERO” as another economic solution. Oldsalt76, good morning, Would there be a record of Barry, and his mother, getting off of an airplane, perhaps at Heathrow airport, prior to boarding a plane going to, say La guardia at New York? Would they have had to go through customs in the UK, after arriving from Kenya, even if they were to board another plane going to the US? What I am trying to say is ,records in the UK would be safer from being tampered with, and may be easier to locate. If Barry,and mom, landed in the UK, would there be a record of them having been there, stored in their customs documents? Lawsuits have to concentrate on The Forged COLB and Leo Donofrio’s strategy of not born to two citizens NOT NATURAL BORN, Period End of Story. There is plenty of Proof that he was only born to ONE citizen and a non-qualified one at that.
Attacking the person, especially a “sitting” President, is the wrong strategy and as we all know you can’t fight City Hall. Attack the evidence and documents provided can’t run away from the documents (FACTS). There are 2 documents experts that say the COLB is a Forgery. Challenge it in COURT. If Factcheck can have access to the COLB in “obama” Headquarters in Chicago access can’t be denied to the courts, the press, investigators, etc. Is there a Document Fairness Doctrine or equal access? Why only 2 guys from Factcheck who aren’t documents experts. Why no one from the Media NOT even NY Times?
That Factcheck picture with the shadow down the middle bothers the hack out of me. No other pic had a shadow. Why that one? Did they use TWO Documents?WERE THE CLOSE UPS TAKEN USING ANOTHER DOCUMENT? Is that SHADOW HIDING SOMETHING? Why a professional pic with a SHADOW?
The fix is in by the Erostionists but we the Constitutionalists are getting more organized, smarter & louder. Then since this is so, what is the hold up? What is taking people so long to arrest him? I really would like to see him be arrested ASAP. Thanks. By the way, the second drug you list is basically prednisone, ( a lot easier to pronounce) a powerful anti-inflammmatory, usually used for short stints. It helps to reduce the pain which I know can be excruciating. The first is also a well known antiviral. You’re in good hands with both of your caregivers.

I doubt highly Soetoro will be able to subject troops to international jurisdiction. And I’ll leave it at that.
It makes the debate over Obama’s citizenship a rather short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A: Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under? A: There are only three possibilities. 1. He traveled with a U.S. passport, 2) He traveled with a British passport, or 3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. passport in 1981? A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981.
Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.
If he was traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he was traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Decent American, This action requesting AG Holder to check out Barry really puts the pressure directly on the administration. They will be forced to defend themselves, which will be very interesting to watch. Remember, the letter that was sent to Holder, was also sent to congressmen, judges, etc. He is going to have a hard time side- stepping the issue because if he doesn’t act, he too will be guilty of obstruction of justice. Can’t wait to see how these bastards squirm their way out of this one. jbjd, do you see any way for Holder and Barry to avoid this action. I thought they had Barry checkmated several times but he keeps slithering his way out of every case, so far.

Krugman is a respected economist, a nobel prize winner to boot. Can he truly be this much in the dark about the direction this administration is going? He finally concedes at the end of his article that he fears the economy won’t be rescued. Really? What has he been reading, watching, hearing?
Seventy-five percent of Americans now believe (yes, that includes half of Obama’s most ardent supporters) that there will be too much spending. (See Rasmussen polls). Even his supporters know that’s a recipe for economic disaster. Has Krugman never heard if it sounds like a duck…

Hale Turner Show- “ENDGAME” this summer?
As most U.S Patriots already know, the U.S. federal government has a vicious operational plan code named “ENDGAME” which it can activate if it feels it is losing control of the nation due to economic or other collapse.
The stated goal of ENDGAME is to cut the head off any political dissent and bring the population under absolute martial law with little or no resistance.
Today, I received information that the plan is to be implemented by this summer.
ENDGAME includes lists containing the names, addresses, photos, car descriptions, license plate numbers, lists of close friends / relatives and other detailed identifying information of about 775,000 living Americans whom the government feels pose a threat to their implementation of absolute despotism in the USA.
Once implemented, those 775,000 American citizens are to be rounded up, quickly and quietly, so that the rest of the population is left leaderless. The 775,000 will be killed outright.
That’s why the US Government ordered one million plastic coffins to be manufactured in Georgia and pre-positioned around the country within the last two years. (Story Here)

Do not fear the government. Real Patriots do not fear “Endgame”. It is merely another scare tactic for the weak. Should they decide to do this, they better expect another Vietnam within our own borders. And they will lose, miserably.

It makes the debate over Obama’s citizenship a rather short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20? A: Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under? A: There are only three possibilities. 1. He traveled with a U.S. passport, 2) He traveled with a British passport, or 3) He traveled with an Indonesian passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. passport in 1981? A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981.
Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.
If he was traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he was traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Eric, Did you see the list of people that the letter was addressed to. They have all been included, as a safe guard, to see that justice is done. Everyone, the letter was sent to, will be in jeopardy of prosecution, of aiding, and abetting, Barry’s crimes, including treason, and fraud, if they do not act, and verify Barry’s credentials. They will become accomplices in the cover up, and I don’t think they will all put themselves in that position, nor will they all get together and “circle the wagons” around Barry. My hope is they will “throw Barry under the bus”.

You all forget one thing. Barry is thrilled that the Queen has shown some interest in him. The problem with the PM is that he is “only” a parliamentarian – a sort of Pelosi or Reid. The Queen is the real head of state – that is who Barry sees as his counterpart.

Having never had such an illness I had begun to think that the end was at hand. But thanks to everyone who I have contact with I have learned that the likelihood of being tendered to a sub terranean address is unlikely. As each day passes, and historically as well I believe that I have learned more either by necessity,or accident, than I ever have intentionally.
A very famous mariner once said looking foward tells you what is coming; looking to either quarter tells you what is at hand, and looking aft tells you the truth. It seems that this implys that when one is looking forward he should be seeing aft at the same time.

With regard to your Mar 8 Comment about being close to an archive, but this is 2009 I am not sure if you realise that while much of todays records are computerised, and certainly as you say accessible via computer, there is also a segment of national records which are still only available on MICROFILM. Unfortunately in 1961 much of INS records were still being archived on 35mm microfilm. And most copies that were made for public libraries was so done on microfilm as well. Since our public library has NOT yet computerised these records it becomes necessary to view roll after roll of microfilm. That makes living close to the repository a very big help. By the way, I am painfully aware of the date and year. I spent over 40 years operating my own commercial printing company. I believe that had I not been aware of the year I would not be where I am today. As for the future that is in GODS hands. As for my conyinued research it will continue ;perhaps now even more earnestly. I will soon hopefully be well enouge to continue, and all of the decent folks on CW will be the first recipients of anything important that I discover. Also everyone should be aware that I take no personal offense to anything that is directed towards me .I simply read it and evaluate it. If I disagree I will say so, but I will not become hostile to anyone. Even in disagreement there is often a lot to learn for both sides. Listening is an artform, as is reading. I believe that there is need for improvement by both myself and everyone. We are human and as such imperfect. Sometimes we are too hasty in our responses, and therfore somtimes don’t accurately state our mind. I often say it is like getting your tongue wrapped around your eyetooth and are unable to see what you are saying.

My father immigrated to the United States from Britain. He was 4 years of age when my grandfather and grandmother brought him here. In 1932 I was born, and my father had started the printing company which today is being operated by my oldest son. I was essentially raised by my grandparents and for the most part in the British manner. Today I occasionally and unwittingly allow some of this to show through in my literary pursuits. I am somtimes joked with about my mispelled words such as “Potatoe”, or Tomatoe”.If my memory serves a US Vice President was subjected to a great deal of ridicule for his error. Some people also spell labor “labour”, color, colour. In Britain it is STILL spelled this way. It doesn’t however make the person less intelligent, it makes the person doing the ridiculing appear pretty much as an illiterate JACKASS.
This is in part the primary reason why I don’t believe that the Browns were offended at all by Obamas dimwitted gifts. I am sure that they simply reasoned that one must consider the source, and go on. I am sure that the gifts will be held by the Browns for a long time but will probably become part of the inventory of a dusty old warehouse somewhere in London, early on. It is about what I would expect from the MESSIAH.
Maybe with Obama’s latest f-up, certain information about him that may be in the possession of the Brits will see the light of day.
And hopefully the British realize that it wasn’t the American PEOPLE who treated their Prime Minister like something scraped off the bottom of one’s shoe.

In Germany we learn BE (British English).
To spell things the American way, will earn You a comment like “It is not exactly wrong, but we do it the other way”.
I did never know that people here take it as a misspelling, to write for instance “colour”.
After all, I talk British English with an German accent (that gets worse every year according to my husband). Go figure.

The only way we are going to get any traction and get BO out of office is 1) we can find a judge who will give us standing 2) someone finds hard evidence, ie: POE documentation, passports, college records, etc. Even with 1 and 2 it will be a serious uphill climb. BO and all the dems will circle the wagons and fight to the last man. If you think other wise, just look back to the Clinton impeachment.
All of people the letter was addressed to could care less. If BO is “outted” these people will be the first ones in front of a camera saying “if only I knew then what I know now”.

Maddie, Oldsalt is the “go to guy” when it comes to locating records. I clicked on “Port of Entry” the other day. In order to enter the site you have to fill out an application. I filled out the app. now I am waiting to be approved. Something tells me that I won’t be approved, but I thought I would give it a try. If airline manifests,POE documents, birth certificates, and customs documents exist and haven’t been scrubbed from the system, there is hope they will be discovered, perhaps in England, if the records were stored there prior to Kenya gaining their independence. Maybe someone in England can search for records on Barry. When he went to Pakistan, he may have traveled to London, to change planes. They may have records of Barry traveling, on an Indonesian passport. Tracking this guy down is going to require help from everyone. Anyone know someone in England that can access records?
