Did anybody notice the Congressional bills that he signed almost immediately after his speech? In my view as a usurper he can’t legally sign such bills, or legally sign any bills at all. Looks as though the manure is about to strike the fan. I hope that it lands all over Reid, and Pelosi.
Maybe the fact that he couldn’t take the oath straight without flubbing up is extremely revealing in itself– subconsciously, of course. Funny what the subconscious minds reveals at certain times.
I have noticed that several blogsites, this one excluded, are attempting a more moderate attitude toward Obama, with considerable resistance from many bloggers.
Again I have to wonder if they are under threat.
Here is what most of us agree upon based on the research and posts of so many excellent bloggers. Obama is not a natural born citizen and does not meet the Constitutional requirements of America. He is defintely and imposter and should not be serving as our president.
We no longer need to beat those issues. Our work is cut out for us. Among the very first items on a very long and complicated list is to let our smug elected officials know that their days in office are limited. We the people intend to fully name, expose, when possible have arrested each and every one who chose to support Obama in spite of the knowledge if they did so, they would be committing treason. They and the electoral college must be and will be held responsible for their conspiracy to harm America. Ignorance of Obama’s qualifications will be no excuse, since WE THE PEOPLE made an issue about advising all well in advance of this travesty.
Our elected officials seem smug that because they all did it relieves them of guilt. They need to know we the people will not only not vote for them next term, we are actively going to try to get them removed from office prior to their term’s end. Past research shows that while at Occidental College Obama befriended two Pakistanis; Muhammad Hasan Chandoo, and Wahid Hamid Isn’t it strange that they were put in the management position of Obama’s Small Contributions Fund. Well, that could happen, yes. We are on our way now to personally collapsing because of how my husband’s meager business is. It was keeping us going is all, but now it’s collapsing. No doubt that because BO has friends in high places such as Soros who can manipulate the markets and such to his desire could be a cause. Actually something must have happened because we think it’s a completely made-up crises, as do many people.
So what’s going to happen? Maybe we’ll all have to live in huge areas where there is countryside instead of cities and pitch tents and such. I don’t know. I’m going to play it one day at a time now.
In some ways I’m glad that I’m older, but in other ways I wish that I was younger to have needed energy for the days ahead. The GDP was up, the stock market was in the 14000 range, unemployment was low, the Deficit was only $400 billion, then suddenly Pauline tells Bush everything was horrible and we need an emergency bailout. There are many levels of suit. Perhaps these words mean that one cannot sue because you were required to be recertified when the EO said your certification should be transferrable, and things like that.
But you can always file a Writ of Mandamus alleging somebody failed to do their job. This documents itemizes some new jobs/tasks that can be failed – and therefore subject to Mandamus.
You need a real lawyer to sort it all out. But it is far more complicated than a simple retort “can’t do it”.

I just realized after reading some of the angry comments about the future collapse of the economy and kittycat77 mentioned how her husband’s business is faltering then a light bulb went off in my head…you all have legal standing now! Now that Obama is president everyone of you or even a class action suit against Obama in federal court couldn’t be thrown out for lack of standing! Legal standing is based on the defendant actions (Obama becoming president when he doesn’t qualify), as a direct result of the defendant’s actions the plaintiff(s) (that’s the person(s) suing Obama) has a direct injury (due to Obama’s economic policies for example, the plaintiff(s) looses his/her/their job(s) or a plaintiff who is a business owner goes bust, etc.) therefore the court must step in and apply a remedy! Many of you now have legal standing against Obama!

Now the Democrats are trying to compensate them for the losses that they suffered because of their own need to help the Democratic politicians.Unfortunately it doesn’t end here. This alleged crisis is going to get much worse. I said very often that after Obama is nominated the oil prices will fall.Well the answer is at hand 1.59 per gallon as opposed to 4.95 per gallon before tha nomination. It was a massive market manipulation perpetrated by the super rich Democrats. It done my heart a lot of good when I learned that a few of them lost their as— royally. But as I said the Democrats are now going to do anything that they think they can get away with to compensate the super rich via government giveaways disguised as “stimulus packages”The illegal housing loans done from subprime were definitely part of the problem but were petty cash when compared to the losses sustained to this country during the peak of the oil crisis. Under the 20th Amendment if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, or alternatively under Article 2 if the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term, being 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, which ability and/or qualification includes that he take the Article 2 oath “before he enter on the execution of his office,” then either the Presidency shall devolve on the Vice President under Article 2 or the Vice President shall act as President under the 20th Amendment.
Here’s why this may be significant. If a subsequent Supreme Court ruling disqualifies Obama as not being an Article 2 “natural born citizen”, Biden’s automatic succession to the Presidency could be predicated upon either and/or both having been Vice President under Article 2 or, if that be deemed problematic because Obama’s unlawful Presidency is nullified, Vice President-elect under the 20th Amendment.

FIRST QUESTION: Who IS the actual and lawful 44th President of the USA?
ANSWER: Joe Biden
Biden was initially the Acting President for at least 5 minutes under either the Constitution’s Article 2 or the Constitution’s 20th Amendment, from 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, having already taken his Oath of Office and before Obama completed his ‘oath’ at approximately 12:05 PM, 1/20/09. Under the 20th Amendment if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, or alternatively under Article 2 if the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term, being 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, which ability and/or qualification includes that he take the Article 2 oath “before he enter on the execution of his office,” then either the Presidency shall devolve on the Vice President under Article 2 or the Vice President shall act as President under the 20th Amendment. This is significant because at such time that the Supreme Court finally rules on the merits on Obama’s disqualification as not being an Article 2 “natural born citizen” (clearly he is NOT), Biden’s automatic status (without needing to take a separate Presidential Oath) of being President would be predicated upon four different bases: First, having been Vice President under Article 2; second, having been Vice President-elect under the 20th Amendment; third, having been actual President in the hiatus before Obama took the ‘oath(s)’; and fourth, retroactively deemed President during the full period of the Obama usurpation so that the acts of the Federal Government under the usurpation can be deemed authorized and/or ratified by Biden’s legitimacy.
SECOND QUESTION: Who will be the 45th President?
ANSWER: Hillary Clinton
One must assume that Bill and Hillary Clinton have been aware of all of the above. Biden’s wife recently “let the cat out of the bag” on the Oprah Show that both Biden and Hillary had considered alternatively Veep or Secretary of State, in either case, setting up Hillary to be President on a vote of the Democratic Congress if need be.
THIRD QUESTION: Is Obama an unwitting victim of this troika or a knowing participant?
