On October 27, 2008, plaintiff-appellant, Leo Donofrio, a retired attorney acting Pro Se, sued Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, demanding the Secretary execute her statutory and Constitutional duties to police the security of ballots in New Jersey from fraudulent candidates ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States due to their not being “natural born citizens” as enumerated in Article 1, Section 2, of the US Constitution.

Nina Wells.
Today, Friday, December 5, 2008, there is no official word whether the nine justices of the US Supreme Court have decided on the case. Here is an update from Jeff Schreiber:
“UPDATE, 5:45pm:Several people are saying that, because Donofrio’s case was not among the release showing two cases for which certiorari were granted, his stay-as-petition-for-cert was denied. Even the law blog at The Wall Street Journal is reporting as such. While I cannot say whether or not it was denied, as much as I think it probably was, nothing I have seen so far–including the order list distributed today–suggests 100 percent that it was either granted or denied.
Perhaps I’m missing something, but I cannot find anything that conclusively points toward denial. I’m guessing that, absent evidence to the contrary, people are simply taking sides according to the odds.
Absent another miscellaneous order showing that the Justices granted Donofrio’s petition, not likely to come at this hour, we’ll just have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for the full list of orders.
Monday, remember, is the press conference at the National Press Club. I may try to go, should I be able to shuffle some work around and decide to petition the Court for a stay with regard to studying for exams. We’ll see.
Furthermore, I just saw Wolf Blitzer on CNN do a three- or four-minute segment on Donofrio’s case. Of course, it was painted as you would expect it to be but, at this point, any focus on the constitutional aspects of this issue is good. The only thing, however, is that I wish that the underlying motivation behind these legal actions would not necessarily be depicted as so much anti-Obama as pro-Constitution.”

Who is Dr. Taitz? Who is he? And when was this confirmed?
Donofrio is grasping at straws…even if he is correct, which is inconceivable (that several different government agencies could be involved in this type of fraud together), the majority of Americans have made their decision. This isn’t pro-constitutional, it’s partisanship at its worst. I hate to say this, but it’s time to just get over it.
Get over the US Constitution being violated.

Why doesn’t someone in the electoral college file a suit? Surely they would have standing. It seems to me the Supreme Court is all but openly suggesting this. Am I missing something?

Someone did research in Hawaii and says no one there has any record of Obama or his mother ever being there.
I meant to say in the hospitals. There is a list on that web site of all the hospitals in Honolulu, Hawaii. And no record in the hospitals.

Hello Jessica, you have expressed that for you it is “inconceivable (that several different government agencies could be involved in this type of fraud together). I sincerely respect your naiveté in my estimate of your comment and I trust in good research you will give a simple answer as to why the United States Air Force remained at “Stand Down” for the two hours in which civilian aircraft (4) immediately flew off flight plans filed and plunged into two Twin Towers; the Pentagon and a forest. I myself was flying on Pearl Harbor Day and the record for USAF intercepts of the past 20 years reveals that of about 110, on average, intercepts of off course private flights per year the average intercept time is 20 minutes. So then by your good question, aside from the Donofrio matter, perhaps someone will get alarmed and see what over 500 of our nation’s respected structural Engineers and architects have to say about the fact that steel framed builds (WTC) don’t melt and run down into puddles of boiling steel by just asking Google to give you something on “architect Gage”. And, by the way, a reply on your answer to the two hour stand down order will be appreciated.

I agree with Kelley. Additionally, you don’t have to know what happened, simply, that something happened. Something was not right about World Trade Centers. There are tons more of things that simply do not make sense..and I’m sure there are answers.. but the answers that make headlines most often simply don’t make sense.
People will believe what they want to believe. If you don’t believe that.. and you think that everyone is so smart and everyone follows truth.. think about this. From day one of hearing word about Jesus, people started speaking and are still speaking about the many identical stories that came before his (most popularly Horus). Their answer to all the pre-Christian stories of virgin births before Jesus.. was basically..”the devil did it”. How thoughtful. They basically say that the devil planted prior Jesus-like characters on earth before Jesus.. or is it.. that he planted the stories and not actually the people? Either way.. that has to be about the most ridiculous excuse for factual evidence I’ve ever heard.
The next time someone lies straight to your face while you’re holding all the evidence on them behind your back.. think to yourself.. the devil might have foreseen this even and planted evidence against this person. All that you hold in your hand is a lie.
That is a conspiracy. Perhaps you believe the story about the devil planting Horus before Jesus just to test faith.. perhaps you believe that the government is too large to collectively conspire together. Well, think of the nazis.
If that doesn’t work for you, I have one more thing for you to look into..
Google the words “Wilson later wrote in regret”. Any of these many stories/articles/sites will tell a story of a president that did something terrible to this country and was not strong enough to stop it afterwards.
My basic point is not that all are corrupt or that all is lost. Simply, don’t shrug off facts, evidence or anything for that matter just on someone’s word.
Also, in respect to faith, I’m not sure how it is that so many religions exist with such tight ropes but I do know that all the books and all the stories were written and told by man.
I doubt that all of this, all of the world came from nothing. There must be something out there. But I simply won’t believe what someone tells me of this belief just because they heard it from their father and their fathers father.
I realize it’s faith. But it’s faith in a higher belief and not in the person telling the story.
Do what’s right for the sake of doing what’s right. Not for fear of a story.
