Barack Obama is not eligible to be president and a Warren County Ohio resident, David Neal, has filed a lawsuit to remove Obama from the ballot. Here are some exerpts from a Dayton Daily News article:

LEBANON — A Warren County judge will decide whether Sen. Barack Obama’s name can appear on Ohio election ballots after listening this morning, Thursday, Oct. 30, to a Turtlecreek Twp. man who claims that the Democratic presidential candidate is not a U.S. citizen and cannot be elected president.
David Neal appeared in Warren County Common Pleas Court after filing a lawsuit on Friday. Neal wants a court order to remove Obama’s name from ballots to be used in the general election on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Neal claims Obama was not born in the United States and cannot be president because the U.S. Constitution allows only native-born citizens to be elected to that post.
“We’re facing a constitutional crisis,” Neal said this morning in court. “Until we get to the bottom of this, there’s going to be disenfranchisement.””

I just do not understand why Berg does not release everything he has ASAP? It’s less than 4 days till it will be too late – does Berg really believe he is the most qualified man to litigate this? Whatever merits the case has I believe he is entirely delusional if he thinks that he’s the only person qualified to do this.
If Berg truly cared about America he would release all of the evidence now to the RNC or the McCain campaign and let world-class lawyers deal with this.
Berg’s refusal to play ball with the Republican Party suggests to me that he’s not in this for the Constitution or for Justice – he’s a shameless self-promoter.

Berg might not be the most qualified man to litigate this but he is the only one with the guts to do it, and for that I appreciate him very much.
Have any of the media or attorneys thought to do a search for Obama’s citizenship papers? If he was considered a Indonesian would he not have to have had his American citizenship reinstated? Otherwise, might he be an illegal alien?
Many of us watching this campaign from the beginning have often wondered how Obama will ever become president with the unprecedented amount of luggage he carries. Or, if he is elected, how long will it be before he has to resign or is impeached. It seems inevitable. Over and over I see comments on various blogs: How can this happen? How can this stand? Maybe we’re missing the point. Maybe it won’t stand. Maybe the puppet master intends to discard the puppet after it has served it purpose?
That means there is a highly probable threat that Barack Obama, especially if he wins the election on Nov. 4, could be assassinated, and that has to be a matter of the utmost concern among serious political circles in both political parties. It is therefore urgent that there be built a bipartisan commitment to deal with this threat potential. This is not a Democratic or Republican issue, but a national one.
Two immediate measures have to be taken: first, try to prevent such an assassination from taking place; and second, be prepared, if it does, to prevent the kind of riotous disintegration and pulverization of the nation which the authors of such an assassination would be aiming to create.
The enemies of the United States not only have a history of assassinating American political figures, including Presidents, but they are the only credible force who could and would engineer such an action. True, Obama has recently garnered the apparently enthusiastic endorsements of leading mouth pieces of the international financial oligarchy. But, it would be highly unwise to forget the age-old tradition of betrayal with a kiss.
In the midst of the ongoing, unprecedented financial and economic breakdown crisis, there is nothing the international financial oligarchy wants more desperately than to destroy the Constitutional, sovereign United States. Thus, these international forces were first deployed to wipe out the candidacy of Hillary Clinton, through their asset George Soros, his creation Barack Obama, and the controlled media. At the same time, they have pulled all the strings required to block, so far, the only effective emergency economic measures that could put the U.S. back into the Franklin Roosevelt tradition, a bankruptcy style reorganization instead of an hyper-inflationary bail-out.

I think you make a very interesting observation.
Despite all of the baggage, Obama has managed to elude public scrutiny; moreover the press has been complicit in making this guy look like a superstar.
I think it’s airily strange that a one term Senator who has no record of accomplishment, who has refused to release his medical records, college records, any thesis papers, birth certificate, could make a successful run for dog catcher in a small town.
Yes, either our country has lost a considerable amount of intellect and cannot intelligently discern what a person’s moral character and qualifications are or it is a concerted effort to place a puppet in the position as president only to either kill him and create a race war or impeach him for crimes and misdemeanors. The later of the two would have similar results, thus threatening the very body of our economy, government, and ultimately weaken our country to third world status.

I have said all along that Obama’s self-destructive proclivities could not be undone by his puppeteers.
As much as I wouldn’t want him to attain office, and I still don’t think he will, assassination must not be the solution.
