Monthly US Labor Dept. jobs data not matching employment, Where are Donald Trump Rush Limbaugh Sean Hannity??, 6 month comparison reveals total employment only up 639k, White employment down 155k, Financial markets react to flawed monthly data

“There’s no other way to say this. The official unemployment rate, which cruelly overlooks the suffering of the long-term and often permanently unemployed as well as the depressingly underemployed, amounts to a Big Lie.”…Gallup CEO Jim Clifton

“But actually, he thought as he re-adjusted the Ministry of Plenty’s figures, it was not even forgery. It was merely the substitution of one piece of nonsense for another. Most of the material that you were dealing with had no connexion with anything in the real world, not even the kind of connexion that is contained in a direct lie. Statistics were just as much a fantasy in their original version as in their rectified version. A great deal of the time you were expected to make them up out of your head. For example, the Ministry of Plenty’s forecast had estimated the output of boots for the quarter at one-hundred-and-forty-five million pairs. The actual output was given as sixty-two millions. Winston, however, in rewriting the forecast, marked the figure down to fifty-seven millions, so as to allow for the usual claim that the quota had been overfulfilled. In any case, sixty-two millions was no nearer the truth than fifty-seven millions, or than one-hundred-and-forty-five millions. Very likely no boots had been produced at all. Likelier still, nobody knew how many had been produced, much less cared. All one knew was that every quarter astronomical numbers of boots were produced on paper, while perhaps half the population of Oceania went barefoot. And so it was with every class of recorded fact, great or small. Everything faded away into a shadow-world in which, finally, even the date of the year had become uncertain.”…George Orwell “1984″

“We are being lied to on a scale unimaginable by George Orwell.”…Citizen Wells

Why are the financial markets reacting to flawed monthly data from the US Labor Dept. instead of employment trends over several or more months from the same source?

Why is the media, including conservative media, regurgitating the monthly fictional jobs data as if it were the gospel truth?

Where are Donald Trump, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and others on this Orwellian misportrayal of reality?

Most of us paying attention know that the monthly jobs data from the US Labor Dept. does not reflect reality.

We know this from the enormous numbers of people who have dropped out of the labor force, economic indicators and hunger around us.

We also know this because of the record number of millenials and other age groups who have been forced to live with family and friends.

Let’s examine the latest jobs report.

“Total nonfarm payroll employment increased by 215,000 in July, and the unemployment rate was unchanged at 5.3 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.”

http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm

For the rest of the data we will access the same US Labor Dept. Historical tables.

Change from June to July:

Total employed + 101,000

White – 62,000 (you read that right, minus)

Black + 33,000

Asian + 21,000

Hispanic – 27,000

See anything wrong with that?

215,000 jobs added???

It gets worse.

Change from January to July:

Regardless of which revision to the monthly jobs report that you use, if you add up the mythical jobs added from February to July 2015 you get well over 1.2 million.

How does this square with the employment changes from the US Labor Dept?

Total employed + 639,000

White – 155,000 (you read that right, minus)

Black + 463,000

Asian + 211,000

Hispanic + 69,000

See any problems there?

The financial markets, the Fed are making decisions based on the flawed monthly data and it keeps getting reported.

People on this site often ask what can I do.

My answer: help get the word out, help counteract the Orwellian lies we are constantly being bombarded with.

From the US Labor Department on how they conjure up these numbers.

“1. Why are there two monthly measures of employment?

The household survey and establishment survey both produce sample-based estimates of employment, and both have strengths and limitations. The establishment survey employment series has a smaller margin of error on the measurement of month-to-month change than the household survey because of its much larger sample size. An over-the-month employment change of about
100,000 is statistically significant in the establishment survey, while the threshold for a statistically significant change in the household survey is about 400,000. However, the household survey has a more expansive scope than the establishment survey because it includes self-employed workers whose businesses are unincorporated, unpaid family workers, agricultural workers, and private household workers, who are excluded by the establishment survey. The household survey also provides estimates of employment for demographic groups.”

“5. Does the establishment survey account for employment from new businesses?

Yes; monthly establishment survey estimates include an adjustment to account for the net employment change generated by business births and deaths. The adjustment comes from an econometric model that forecasts the monthly net jobs impact of business births and deaths based on the actual past values of the net impact that can be observed with a lag from the Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages. The establishment survey uses modeling rather than sampling for this purpose because the survey is not immediately able to bring new businesses into the sample. There is an unavoidable lag between the birth of a new firm and its appearance on the sampling frame and availability for selection. BLS adds new businesses to the survey twice a year.”

“Reliability of the estimates

Statistics based on the household and establishment
surveys are subject to both sampling and nonsampling error.
When a sample, rather than the entire population, is
surveyed, there is a chance that the sample estimates may
differ from the true population values they represent. The
component of this difference that occurs because samples
differ by chance is known as sampling error, and its
variability is measured by the standard error of the estimate.
There is about a 90-percent chance, or level of confidence,
that an estimate based on a sample will differ by no more
than 1.6 standard errors from the true population value
because of sampling error. BLS analyses are generally
conducted at the 90-percent level of confidence.

For example, the confidence interval for the monthly
change in total nonfarm employment from the establishment
survey is on the order of plus or minus 105,000. Suppose the
estimate of nonfarm employment increases by 50,000 from
one month to the next. The 90-percent confidence interval on
the monthly change would range from -55,000 to +155,000
(50,000 +/- 105,000). These figures do not mean that the
sample results are off by these magnitudes, but rather that
there is about a 90-percent chance that the true over-themonth
change lies within this interval. Since this range
includes values of less than zero, we could not say with
confidence that nonfarm employment had, in fact, increased
that month. If, however, the reported nonfarm employment
rise was 250,000, then all of the values within the 90-percent
confidence interval would be greater than zero. In this case,
it is likely (at least a 90-percent chance) that nonfarm
employment had, in fact, risen that month. At an
unemployment rate of around 6.0 percent, the 90-percent
confidence interval for the monthly change in unemployment
as measured by the household survey is about +/- 300,000,
and for the monthly change in the unemployment rate it is
about +/- 0.2 percentage point.”

Donald Trump telling truth about illegal immigrants unemployment and Obama birth certificate, Rinos wake up, American people are tired of lies and status quo, Successful Trump anecdote to Obama and failed policies

“Why has Obama, since taking the White House, used Justice Department Attorneys, at taxpayer expense,  to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells

“Moore said he’s seen no convincing evidence that Obama is a “natural born citizen” and a lot of evidence that suggests he is not.”…Judge Roy Moore interview by WND

Why is Donald Trump leading all Republicans in the latest polling?

TrumpPoll

Because he is telling the truth!

On 3 important issues that Americans are concerned about and constantly being lied to about, Trump is unabashedly forthright.

Illegal immigrant problems

Unemployment rate

Obama birth certificate eligibility issues.

The recent murder by the 5 times deported illegal alien made the headlines.

From ABC News July 3, 2015.

“A San Francisco woman was recently shot and killed in a seemingly “random shooting” while she was strolling and taking photos with her father in a tourist-heavy area of the city, according to the authorities and the victim’s family.”

“The alleged shooter, Francisco Sanchez, 45, fled the scene, but officers found him in front of a restaurant in the area about an hour after Steinle was shot. Sanchez was on probation in Texas at the time of the shooting, and he has been formally charged with Steinle’s murder, according to authorities.”

“Sanchez has been previously deported five times to his home country of Mexico and his criminal history includes seven prior felony convictions, four of which involve narcotics charges, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).”

From SF Gate August 21, 2014.

“Friends of the Bologna family Reggie Hamilton (left) and Maverick Bishop (middle, right) don their shirts at the Hall of Justice in San Francisco, Calif., after the Ramos verdict on Wednesday, May 10, 2012. Edwin Ramos, 25, was convicted today of the mistaken-identity murders of her San Francisco husband and his two sons.”

“The killings on June 22, 2008, gained national attention after The Chronicle reported that city juvenile-justice officials, relying on San Francisco’s sanctuary-city policy, had twice shielded Ramos, a suspected illegal immigrant from El Salvador, from possible deportation after he committed a gang-related assault and an attempted robbery as a minor.”

Sadly, much of the crime committed by illegal aliens is downplayed  or not reported by the media and police. This includes numerous instances of child rape and sex crimes.

From UFP News March 28, 2015.

“Illegal Alien Raped Multiple Toddlers in North Carolina”

“Last week, police in Raleigh arrested Javier Antonio Reyes-Jaimes, 20, after he reportedly sexually assaulted at least three small children.”

Unemployment rate

Even Factcheck.org, clearly a pro Obama  site, lends credence to Donald Trump’s claims about the real unemployment number.

“Real” Unemployment: Trump said, “[O]ur real unemployment [rate] is anywhere from 18 to 20 percent. Don’t believe the 5.6. Don’t believe it. … The real number is anywhere from 18 to 19 and maybe even 21 percent.”

We see no factual basis for this claim. Trump is going well beyond the exaggeration that Mitt Romney made during the 2012 campaign that the “real” unemployment rate was 15 percent. And back then, the official rate was 8.3 percent, compared with the current rate — which is actually 5.5 percent, not the 5.6 percent Trump cited.

Romney was referring to an alternative measure that is meant as the broadest measure ofunder-employment. That measure — called “U-6″ — adds in people who have part-time jobs but are looking for full-time work, “discouraged workers” who aren’t looking for work because they don’t believe jobs are available, and all others “marginally attached” to the workforce, meaning those who say they want to work and would work if offered a job, and who have looked for work sometime within the past year but not within the last four weeks. (Only those who say they have looked for work in the last four weeks are officially counted as unemployed.)

Currently, that U-6 rate stands at 10.8 percent, well below where it was in 2012, though still not down to the 8.4 percent rate of November 2007, the month before the Great Recession of 2007-2009 began.

So where does Trump get his 18 percent to 21 percent range? The highest number we found from any economist comes from Peter Morici, an economist at the University of Maryland, who has argued that the “real” rate is “at least 18 percent.” In addition to categories included in the U-6 measure, Morici counts what he calls “the effects of immigration.” And he also adds in the “many” students who are being “duped” into applying for “useless programs” at universities and for-profit schools.

“They would likely be in the labor force now but for easy access to federally sponsored loans,” Morici wrote. “Adding in these students, the real unemployment rate among U.S. citizens and permanent residents is at least 18 percent.”

But even that 18 percent estimate is a bit out of date. The U-6 rate has dropped another 1.4 percentage points since his article was published on July 31, 2014. Morici, in a telephone interview, said that if he were to run his calculations again, the “real” rate would likely be “in the range of 15 percent now.”

Obama birth certificate eligibility issues.

Donald Trump has been questioning Obama’s eligibility and birth certificate for years.

He gained credibility with me for doing so.

Recently Trump was interviewed on NBC.

“NBC News: Trump Resurrects Birther Issue;
It’s Fine If You Believe Obama Foreign-Born

Donald Trump sat down with Obama’s NBC News’ Katy Tur and was asked why people should believe his numbers on illegal immigration when he led the birther movement and sent investigators out to Hawaii to investigate whether Obama was not born here. Watch Tur press Trump over the issue pleading that Obama released his birth certificate.

Trump fired back:

According to you it’s not true. If you believe that, that’s fine. … A lot of people don’t agree with you on that…”

http://www.birtherreport.com/2015/07/nbc-news-trump-resurrects-birther-issue.html

I hope that Trump reads the Citizen Wells article from this AM.

“To Donald Trump from Citizen Wells, All you need to know about Obama birth certificate and eligibility”

To Donald Trump from Citizen Wells, All you need to know about Obama birth certificate and eligibility, Zero proof of US birth, Hawaii birth certificate if “legal” does not prove birth there, Obama has used numerous Justice Dept. attorneys at taxpayer expense

The people pretending to be Republicans, RINOS, had better wake up.

Obama lies white American employment dies, Obama boasts to University of Wisconsin students, 12.8 million jobs added, Only 1 million more whites employed since January 2009, Not back to pre recession levels or population growth

“In December 2014 there were 18 million immigrants (legal and illegal) living in the country who had arrived since January 2000. But job growth over this period was just 9.3 million — half of new immigration.”…Center for Immigration Studies February 2015

“Of the approx. 6 million new employments since Obama took office in January 2009, 4,511,000, 75 percent, were Hispanic/Latino!”…Citizen Wells 2015

“We are being lied to on a scale unimaginable by George Orwell.”…Citizen Wells

I am going to make this real simple for you.

Recently Obama, the liar in chief, boasted to students at the University of Wisconsin that he created 12.8 million jobs.

The following comes straight from the US Labor Department website.

White Americans employed.

January 2009: 116,863,000 .

June 2015: 117,942,000.

That’s just over a million.

December 2007: 120,003,000.

We are not even close to pre recession levels.

Nor have we provided for population growth.

From Zero Hedge July 3, 2015.

“Barack Obama Tells Another Whopper – He Did Not Create 12.8 Million Jobs”

“America is better off when President Obama is out on the stump bloviating and boasting rather than in Washington actively doing harm. But the whoppers he just told the students at the University of Wisconsin are beyond the pale. Said our spinmeister-in-chief:

And the unemployment rate is now down to 5.3 percent. (Applause.) Keep in mind, when I came into office it was hovering around 10 percent. All told, we’ve now seen 64 straight months of private sector job growth, which is a new record — (applause) — new record —12.8 million new jobs all told.

“We are now 29 quarters from the pre-crisis peak and total non-farm labor hours utilized by the US economy are no higher than they were in Q4 2007. In other words, if you use a common unit of measure—–labor hours rather than job slots which treat coal-miners and part-time pizza delivery boys alike—–there have been no new units of employment at all. Our teleprompter reading President is actually tooting his own horn about recycled hours and “born again”  jobs and doesn’t even know it.”

“In short, we have gone through two business cycles and have essentially added zero new employment inputs to the US economy.  And that marks a sharp and devastating reversal of previous trends. In fact, the BLS’ own data convey an out-and-out crisis that the President should have been lamenting, not a cherry-picked simulacrum of growth based on born-again, apples-and-oranges jobs slots.

Thus, during the comparable 29 quarters after the 1990 business cycle peak (Q2 1990 to Q3 1997) non-farm labor hours had increased by 12% and during the same period of time after the 1981 peak (Q3 1981 to Q4 1988) labor hours expanded by 17 percent.  That’s what employment growth used to look like, and absolutely nothing like that has happened on Obama’s watch.”

The media reports continue to claim that we are adding jobs every month.

What they are not telling you, the truth, is that white Americans and young native born Americans are being decimated in the job market.

One of the reasons for this is the influx of illegal aliens who are in fact taking jobs from native born Americans.

And yes, Donald Trump is correct.

They are bringing crime and using our resources at taxpayer expense.

Data from the US Labor Department reveals the impact on white Americans.

There were 106,000 fewer white Americans employed in June.

There were 339,000 more not in the labor force.

Since Obama took control in January 2009, the labor force participation rate for whites has dropped 3.3 percent.

From Zero Hedge July 2, 2015.

“Part-Time Jobs Surge By 161,000; Full-Time Jobs Tumble By 349,000”

“While the kneejerk reaction algos were focusing on the +223K jobs number reported by the Establishment Survey, few if anyone notched that the Household survey reported a decline of 56,000 workers in June.

But what’s worse, is that according to this survey which according to some is far more reliable than its peer, the composition of the US labor force once again deteriorated rapidly with part-time jobs added in June surging by 161,000 while the number of full time jobs tumbled by 349,000.”

“Why is this a problem: because while the US still has 800k full-time jobs to go to at least regain the prior peak, during the same time period the US civilian, non-institutional population has risen from 232.9 million to 250.7 million: an increase of 17.724 million!”

Economic Policy Institute labor market report leaves out important facts, May to Feb 2015 and Dec 2007 comparisons, Hispanic Latinos big gains in employment, White Americans down almost 2 million employments since 2007, BLS data

“In today’s labor market, there are nearly 1 million “missing” young workers—potential workers who are neither employed nor actively seeking work (and are thus not counted in the unemployment rate) because job opportunities remain so scarce. If these missing workers were in the labor market looking for work, the unemployment rate of workers under age 25 would be 18.1 percent instead of 14.5 percent.”…Economic Policy Institute May 1, 2014

From the Economic Policy Institute June 19, 2015.

“The Bureau of Labor Statistics’ May State Employment and Unemployment report showed most states continued on the generally positive—albeit somewhat unremarkable—track they’ve been on for the past year. Since May of 2014, all but one state (West Virginia) have added jobs, and unemployment has fallen in all but five states: Louisiana, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, and West Virginia. The only slight dark spot in recent trends is that, as with last month’s report, it appears the well of jobs from the oil and gas boom seems to be drying up. In states where growth from the boom has been explosive (North Dakota, Oklahoma), this slowdown still leaves them well ahead of the pack.

From February 2015 to May 2015, 38 states and the District of Columbia added jobs. Nevada (+1.3 percent), Rhode Island (+1.3 percent), and Maine (+1.0 percent) had the largest percentage gains. All three of these states showed some acceleration in job growth in recent months, although none of the three has yet to recover all the jobs they lost in the Recession. From February to May, 11 states lost jobs, with the biggest percentage losses occurring in North Dakota (-1.8 percent), Wyoming (-1.3 percent), and Oklahoma (0.6 percent). For the country as a whole, employment grew by 0.4 percent over the same period.

Unemployment fell in 25 states from February to May, with Washington (-0.9 ppt), Tennessee (-0.8 ppt), and Indiana (-0.8 ppt) experiencing the largest reductions. Washington state and the broader Pacific Region have had impressive labor market improvements over the past year, as Pacific states have increased employment and reduced unemployment faster than any other region of the country.”

As far as I am concerned, this is just another lie, i.e., leaving one with a false impression.

Directly from the US Labor Department, BLS.

Hispanic Latino employment rose 147,000 from February to May of 2015 and 3,875,000 since December 2007.

White employment rose 56,000 from February to May 2015 and dropped almost 2 million since December 2007.

You should know by now that over 30 percent of millennials live with family members due to the horrid jobs situation, higher rent costs and student debt.

Gen X, Generation X, has also been hit by the Obama economy.

From Main St. June 8, 2015.

“Gen X, the leading edge of which will turn 50 next year, with the youngest hitting 35, are facing the reality of their looming retirement prospects. And so far, there is much room for improvement.

Gen X was roiled by the Great Recession, losing nearly half (45%) of their wealth. Now, a new study by Northwestern Mutual reveals that Gen X is compounding that major setback with the poorest financial habits of the four generations surveyed. Most respondents characterized themselves as spenders rather than savers, making them the generation most likely to havemore debt than savings.

Almost four in 10 (37%) admit they do not “at all feel financially secure,” an outlook more pessimistic than any other generation, even the often money-challenged Millennials.”

https://www.mainstreet.com/article/mtv-generation-faces-retirement-wake-up-call

If you have been reading Citizen Wells you know that White Americans have been decimated in the job market since Obama took the White House in January 2009.

As of a few months ago, 75 percent of the employments added went to Hispanics and Latinos.

From Zero Hedge June 11, 2015.

“All of this is cast against a subpar (or perhaps “non-existent” is the better term) economic recovery wherein weak demand has curtailed spending and investment, leading directly to lackluster wage growth. This of course, makes it still more difficult for would-be buyers to make a down payment and indeed it says quite a bit about the state of the economy when homeownership rates continue to hit multi-decade lows even as Fannie and Freddie are now backing loans with down payments as low as 3% while FHA has cut premiums at the same time.

If you’re a millennial, the situation is even more desperate. As we’ve documented extensively, new graduates are having a difficult time finding jobs that are commensurate with their education. College degrees have become so commonplace that they have largely ceased to differentiate candidates from one another and on top of that, many young job seekers are discovering that their $35,000 educations did not provide them with the skills sets employers are looking for. Speaking of $35,000 educations, student loan debt is perhaps the biggest impediment to homeownership for young Americans.

Combine a 14% U-6 unemployment rate for 18-29 year olds with soaring rents and a housing market that’spricing out young adults in many of the nation’s most desirable locales and you have the recipe for historically low homeownership rates for millenials. A new study by The Urban Institute has more on homeownership by age group:”

From Zero Hedge June 15, 2015.

“Last week the government reported personal income and spending for April. After months of blaming non-existent consumer spending on cold weather, shockingly occurring during the Winter, the captured mainstream media pundits, Ivy League educated Wall Street economist lackeys, and Keynesian loving money printers at the Fed have run out of propaganda to explain why Americans are not spending money they don’t have. The corporate mainstream media is now visibly angry with the American people for not doing what the Ivy League propagated Keynesian academic models say they should be doing.”

“Despairing mothers, unemployed fathers, impoverished grandmothers, and indebted young people are supposed to feel lucky because they aren’t starving to death like the wretched Greeks. We do have one thing in common with the Greeks. We’ve both been screwed over by bankers and corrupt politicians. Did you know you’ve been given a free ride by your friends at the Federal Reserve? Did you know that zero interest rates and $3.5 trillion of Quantitative Easing (aka money printing) were implemented to benefit you? According to Hilsenrath, the Fed lending money at 0.25% to their Wall Street bank owners, who then allow you to borrow from them at 15% on your credit card, represents a free ride for you. Are the subprime auto loan borrowers, who account for 30% of all auto sales, paying 13% interest getting a free ride?”

What I am not reading or hearing much of is the economic and jobs crisis in this country. Except here at Citizen Wells and Zero Hedge.

With a economic and jobs crisis, you are bound to have a hunger crisis.

The national media and local media are reporting the hunger problems. But they won’t give you the truth about the jobs situation and one of the biggest reasons it is so bad. The influx of illegal aliens who have been permitted to stay and work here. Taking jobs from native born Americans and taking taxpayer funds from Medicaid which has consequently taken funds from education in NC.

Quit protecting Obama and gives us the damn truth!

“Food Banks In New York Are Running Out Of Food”

“Welcome to the Recovery! Food banks across the US state of New York are running out of food (37% of food pantries say they have had to turn away needy people because they ran out of food), amid falling funds and rising demand from people that have trouble affording food. About 2.6 million people have trouble affording food across New York with about 1.4 million New York City residents relying on food pantries to feed themselves, according to the Food Bank For New York City. But as PressTV reports, contrary to the belief that people visiting food pantries are homeless and jobless, most customers are employed, but are not paid enough money to put food on the table without help.”

“Guide to free meals in Greensboro reveals depth of food insecurity”

“A new booklet has been going around town since April.

Lime-colored. Eight pages thick.

Think of “The Little Green Book: Free Meals in Greensboro” as a weekly planner for the needy.”

“But this article isn’t about the booklet, which lists 30 churches and other sites serving free meals either weekly or monthly.

It’s about what the booklet has revealed: There’s more “food insecurity” in Greensboro than anyone realized.

“People are hungry,” said Dennis Bass, among 225 people waiting downtown Monday night for free turkey sandwiches and chips. “I don’t know how it got to this point.””

Only this time, the Gallup poll commissioned by the Food Research and Action Center in 2014 ranks the area No. 1 for people who had difficulties securing food, based on a percentage of the total population.

North Carolina placed eighth overall, with Mississippi at the top of the rankings. Louisiana was second, followed by West Virginia.”

From the Center for Immigration Studies November 2014.

“A key part of the Affordable Care Act is Medicaid expansion for those with low incomes.1 A new analysis of government data by the Center for Immigration Studies shows that immigrants and their U.S.-born children (under age 18) have been among the primary beneficiaries of Medicaid growth.2 The data show that immigrants and their children accounted for 42 percent of the growth in Medicaid enrollment from 2011 to 2013. Immigrants benefited more from Medicaid expansion than natives because a much larger share of immigrants are poor and uninsured. It seems almost certain that immigrants and their children will continue to benefit disproportionately from Obamacare, as they remain much more likely than natives to be uninsured or poor.”

http://cis.org/immigrant-families-accounted-for-42-percent-of-medicaid-growth-since-2011

It turns out that not only have Obama policies impacted jobs for Native born Americans but have also impacted money spent in NC on education due to rising Medicaid costs.

More on this to come.

I have been watching in amazement as municipalities around me have for several years been acknowledging ID cards issued by pro immigration groups.

These ID cards have prevented illegal aliens in NC, when stopped by traffic police from being arrested as they should be for being here illegally.

Now the state of NC may be giving illegal aliens more carte blanche as they reside in this state and take jobs from native born Americans (and yes I can prove that).

From WRAL June 9, 2015.

“NC driving privileges for people in US illegally clears committee”

“House Bill 328 would create a “restricted ID” for undocumented residents in North Carolina that would look different from a standard driver’s license. People obtaining one of the permits would need to undergo fingerprinting and background checks and prove their identity. Driving privileges would be attached to the restricted ID once applicants pass a state driving test and obtain liability insurance coverage.

While the bill cleared committee on a 22-11 vote, the measure is controversial, splitting Republicans in the House who are divided between encouraging people who are on the road anyway to get insurance and those who say the state should not provide public benefits to undocumented workers.

“What we want to do in this undocumented community is to separate those who are engaged in criminal activity from those who otherwise are not engaged in unlawful activity,” said sponsor Rep. Harry Warren, R-Rowan.

“I believe they are committing a crime being illegally present in the United States,” said Rep. Bert Jones, R-Rockingham, who dialed in on provisions of the bill that would require someone who obtained one of the new driving privilege cards to be fingerprinted and undergo a background check that would ensure they hadn’t committed any serious crimes.

Gov. Pat McCrory, also a Republican, sent his legislative liaison to the committee Tuesday to express his disapproval as well.

“He is opposed to this bill,” said Ryan Minto. “He (the governor) is concerned with the provision providing driving privileges to people in the country illegally.”

During a committee meeting last week, opponents of the bill tried to do away with the driving privilege provision. That amendment, which would have left mainly punitive measures in the bill, failed.

Warren said the bill was meant to provide both a “carrot and stick” to urge drivers to obtain identification and insurance. Roughly 10 states already offer a similar privilege, Warren said, although North Carolina’s standards for obtaining the card would be more stringent than most.

Warren and other backers of the bill said that immigration is a federal issue, one the United States government hasn’t dealt with efficiently. The result, he said, was an estimated 325,000 undocumented people in North Carolina alone, a situation that has created a hazard on the state’s roads.”

Citizen Wells has been informing and warning you for months about the decimation of jobs for White Americans and millennials and the fact that 75 percent of jobs under Obama went to Hispanics and Latinos.

From Citizen Wells May 12, 2015.

“I have been warning you about the decimation of white American jobs under Obama.

Reported here recently:

There were 167,000 fewer white Americans employed in April.

There were 316,000 fewer white Americans employed since January.

There were 875,000 more white Americans not in the labor force since January.

The labor force participation rate for white Americans dropped .4 percent since January.

It has dropped 3.3 percent under Obama.

There are over  2.3 million fewer white Americans in the labor force than when Obama took office in January 2009.

I have also reported about what Jim Clifton of Gallup accurately called a Big Lie, the stated unemployment rate.

The real unemployment rate, that is, real humans not employed, could well be 23 percent.

From Shadow Government Statistics.

“The seasonally-adjusted SGS Alternate Unemployment Rate reflects current unemployment reporting methodology adjusted for SGS-estimated long-term discouraged workers, who were defined out of official existence in 1994. That estimate is added to the BLS estimate of U-6 unemployment, which includes short-term discouraged workers.”

“The ShadowStats Alternate Unemployment Rate for Aprile 2015 is 23.0%.””

Real unemployment rate 23 percent, 2.3 million fewer white Americans in labor force under Obama, 316k fewer white Americans employed since January 2015, 44 percent of Americans work 30 hours per week, Average age of minimum wage worker is 36, More than 100 million not working

Zero Hedge does a great job of reporting the real economy and jobs situation.

I was pleased to find the following.

“The “Illegal Immigrant” Recovery? The Real Stunner In The Jobs Report”

“Traditionally, when it comes to job numbers reported by the BLS’s Establishment (the source of the monthly nonfarm payrolls change) and Household (the source of the monthly unemployment rate data) surveys, there is a substantial discrepancy. However, in May’s far stronger than expected report, the two for the first time were almost identical: the Establishment Survey reported an increase of 280K jobs, while according to the Household survey 272K jobs were added.

Impressive numbers in a month in which only 215K jobs were expected to be added.

There were the usual kinks, of course. Two thirds of all jobs, according to the Establishment survey, were low-paying, low-quality jobs, primarily teachers, retail, temp help and waiters (something even CNBC has been forced to acknowledge):”

May2015Jobs

“There were other curiosities: the vast majority of jobs added in May, over 200K, were in the 20-24 age group, and the number of self-employed workers mysteriously soared by 350K to 10 million.

But the biggest surprise came from Table 7, where the BLS reveals the number of “foreign born workers” used in the Household survey. In May, this number increased to 25.098 million, the second highest in history, a monthly jump of 279K.”

May2015foreign born workers

“Assuming, the Household and Establishment surveys were congruent, this would mean that there was just 1K native-born workers added in May of the total 280K jobs added.

Alternatively, assuming the series, which is not seasonally adjusted, was indicative of seasonally adjusted data, then the 272K increase in total Household Survey civilian employment in May would imply a decline of 7K native-born workers offset by the increase of 279K “foreign borns.”

But while all of these comparisons are apples to oranges, using the BLS’ own Native-Born series, also presented on an unadjusted basis, we find the following stunner: since the start of the Second Great Depression, the US has added 2.3 million “foreign-born” workers, offset by just 727K “native-born”.”

“Note: this article is not meant to side on either side of the illegal immigration debate: the upcoming presidential elections will do enough of that. It merely seeks to fill a gaping hole in economist models which are unable to explain or rationalize why America’s seemingly “booming” jobs recovery, which is “firing on all fours” according to the BLS, is not manifesting itself in either inflationary pressures, or broad economic productivity.”

We are being lied to on a scale unimaginable by George Orwell.

Even the talk radio station, 94.5 that carries Beck, Limbaugh and Hannity regurgitated the same old crap from the mainstream media about the jobs report.

I am here to present unreported facts.

The real employment situation in this country.

As noted above,  there were 2 million more White Americans not in the labor force since Obama took office and only 13,000 white employments added in 2015 after a huge drop.

Also, by looking at the US Labor Department historical tables, one finds. Comparing May 2008 to May 2015:

Over 9 million more White Americans not in the labor force.

An employment to population ratio drop of 3.2 percent.

Approximately 1.5 million fewer White Americans employed.

A 3.4 percent drop in labor force participation rate.

A almost 6.4 rise in White civilian noninstitutional population.

A big rise in employee age population and drop in employment.

The truth.

Why is this happening?

From Citizen Wells May 7, 2015.

You have been lied to by the media and White House.

I am always sickened by the regurgitation of jobs data reporting by the media. Even conservative talk radio media.

Doesn’t anyone care enough to examine the data and not accept the reports at face value.

God bless Jim Clifton, the CEO of Gallup who recently called the unemployment rate a big lie.

He is correct!

I was pleasantly surprised to read the following on Market Watch this AM.

“Obama’s policy failures are not merely matters of public perception, but matters of economic reality as measured by his own administration. President Obama’s policies have resulted in slow economic growth and a chaotic web of foreign policy. We all know the data. The economy is growing at just over 2%. The first quarter of 2015 will likely show a shrinkage in gross domestic product. The unemployment rate is at a low 5.5% because millions of prime-age workers have left the labor force, leaving participation rates at 1978 levels. New employment data will be released on Friday that will indicate how the economy performed in April, the first month of the second quarter.

Young Americans, often known as millennials, are bearing the brunt of the stagnant economy. Youth unemployment, at 10.5%, is more than twice the unemployment rate of those age 25 and up, at 4.4%. If Clinton wants to attract large numbers of millennials, she needs to explain how her policies will be both different from Obama’s and helpful to young people. That explanation has not been forthcoming.”

“Another big lie:

“jobs creation — which had been the bright spot of late in the U.S. economy”

Only if you are an immigrant.

If you are a white American, which was 70 percent of the population, you have lost millions of jobs since Obama took the White House in January 2009 and those jobs have not been recovered.

That is why 30 percent of millenials live with family or friends and we have record food stamp use and hunger.”

“Here is the rest of the story:”

“First let’s address the “February’s strong report “.

From Citizen Wells March 7, 2015.

“Nonfarm payrolls increased 295,000 last month”

“Yet, if you simply look at the data from the US Labor Department you find:

43,000 fewer Whites employed in Feb!!!

There were 354,000 more people not in the labor force!

There were 180,000 more people not in the labor force who want a job now!

There were 250,000 more Hispanic/Latino workers employed since December 2014.

It is worse than that.”

Data from the US Labor Dept. for March 2015.

From Citizen News April 3, 2015.

“Total nonfarm payroll employment increased by 126,000 in March, and the unemployment rate was unchanged at 5.5 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
Employment continued to trend up in professional and business services, health care, and retail trade, while mining lost jobs.”

http://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm

“Now for the rest of the story, the truth.

Also from the same website, historical tables.

There were 106,000 fewer whites employed in March.

There were 226,000 more whites not in the labor force.

There were 81,000 more Hispanic employments.

Don’t take my word for it.

Look it up!”

April employment report US Labor Dept. BLS May 8, 2015, Media and White Houses lies continue, Unless you are an immigrant jobs lost under Obama not caught up, ADP 169k jobs added, March revised downward, Ask your news source why they lie to you

From the Center for Immigration Studies February 2015.

“For Every New Job, Two New Immigrants

Since 2000: 9.3 million new jobs, 18 million new immigrants”

“Government data collected in December 2014 show 18 million immigrants (legal and illegal) living in the United States who arrived in January 2000 or later. But only 9.3 million jobs were added over this time period. In addition, the native-born population 16 and older grew by 25.2 million. Because job growth has not come close to matching immigration and population growth, the share of Americans in the labor force has declined dramatically — a clear indication there is no labor shortage. Despite this, Congress is considering proposals to increase legalimmigration even further; and during the last Congress the Senate actually passed the Schumer-Rubio bill (S.744), which would have doubled legal immigration and legalized illegal immigrants.1 Congress’s disregard for the absorption capacity of the U.S. labor market has profound consequences for American workers.

  • In December 2014 there were 18 million immigrants (legal and illegal) living in the country who had arrived since January 2000.2 But job growth over this period was just 9.3 million — half of new immigration.3
  • Between two-thirds and three-fourths of the new arrivals are estimated to be legal immigrants.4 Of the new arrivals 89 percent were potential workers 16 and older.
  • In addition to the 18 million new immigrants, the native-born working-age population (ages 16 to 65) grew by 16.5 million since 2000; if we count natives over age 65, total native population growth was 25.2 million since 2000.5
  • Job growth has not come close to matching new immigration and natural population increase; as a result, the labor force participation rate (the share working or looking for work) of native-born Americans 16 to 65 shows a significant long-term decline.
  • The share of native-born Americans 16 to 65 in the labor force was 77 percent in December 2000, 75 percent in December 2007, and 72 percent in December 2014.6
  • The number of working-age natives not in the labor force (neither working nor looking for work) increased by 13 million from December 2000 to December 2014.7
  • If we look at the period after the Great Recession began, 7.8 million new immigrants arrived from 2008 to 2014, yet net job growth was just two million from the beginning of 2008 to the end of 2014.8
  • If we look at the period before the Great Recession, from January 2000 to December 2007, 11.1 million immigrants arrived and job growth was still only 7.3 million.9
