Fourteen states, with Republican’s leading the charge, introduced legislation between 2010 and 2011 that went to the heart of voters growing realization that an ineligible candidate and his Party apparatus hoodwinked Secretary’s of State Board of Elections by placing said ineligible candidate on their state ballots who the majority of voters then elected to the most powerful position in the world, the United States Presidency. These 14 states include: Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania (Sept 2011), Tennessee and Texas.

Obviously, as demonstrated by the actions of these Republican state legislators and one Democratic Governor, they share in the over 50 + 1 of voters growing concerns about their state’s utter lack of control over who gains access to their respective state ballots, and by extension their voters and electoral college members, concerning the Presidential/Vice Presidential elections.

Up until the 2008 general election, the “vetting” process – a process that should be rigorous and thorough designed to insure that national Party nominee’s for President/Vice President meet the three very simple qualifications detailed in Article II of the US Constitution, age, residency and natural born citizenship – had traditionally been left to the respective national Party’s.

However, following nearly four years of purposeful and deliberate obfuscation by Barack Hussein Obama, II., and et al., to simply confirm, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he indeed meets one of only three of these basic requirements, Natural Born Citizenship, to which the United States Supreme Court gave definition to in 1875 in the precedent setting Minor v Happersett ruling, AND which Mr. Obama himself told everyone through his own 2008 campaign website Fight the Smears, which remains “live” to this day, that he “was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America“. No where in Article II does it state “native born”. But these political charlatans believed themselves to be smarter than we the people and thought we were apparently to stupid to know the difference between a “native born” and “natural born” citizen. Well, the joke is on them. We do know and obviously state representatives know too. And no moronic form letter from congressional peeps stating otherwise is going to change the facts as the people know them.

Therefore, to halt further erosion of the United States Constitution by the very people we the people elect to uphold it and who swear an oath to do so must now intervene at the state level to pass a “Presidential Eligibility Assurance Act” thereby empowering the Secretary’s of State Boards of Elections to do the rigorous and thorough “vetting” of Presidential/Vice Presidential Party nominee’s in order to gain access to state voters and electoral college members.

Yes, this is an uphill climb. Of the 14 states that introduced “Presidential Eligibility” legislation, only two made it out of the chambers and onto the Governor’s desk for signature – Arizona’s HB2544 and New Hampshire HB1245.”

“California attorney Orly Taitz today secured an order from United States District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi demanding representatives of the Hawaii Department of Health appear in federal court Sept. 14 to show why Taitz should be prevented from seeing whatever original 1961 documents the agency has on record regarding Barack Obama’s birth.

Taitz returned to federal court in Honolulu today after Hawaii DOH officials presented her with a letter refusing to comply with her subpoena on grounds that Hawaii privacy laws prevented officials from releasing Obama birth records to the public.

“It’s ridiculous,” Taitz told WND.

She had argued previously – without getting a response from the state – that Obama had waived all privacy rights by releasing his long-form birth certificate to the American public at a White House press conference April 27.

Get the New York Times best-seller “Where’s the Birth Certificate? The Case that Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to be President,” by Jerome Corsi.

The ExParte Emergency Motion for Order to Show Cause and to Compel Attendance for Production of Documents that Taitz filed with the federal magistrate asked the court to demand Hawaii DOH head Loretta Fuddy appear in court to explain why she would not comply with the subpoena.

“Getting a federal judge to demand Fuddy’s attendance at a show-cause hearing is a victory,” Taitz said. “I will return to Hawaii on Sept. 14 and I expect then to be able to force the Hawaii DOH to turn over the relevant records as demanded by the subpoena.”
Taitz arrived in Hawaii Sunday evening to present the subpoena in person at the Hawaii DOH offices in Honolulu at 10 a.m. today.”

Rasmussen poll 17 percent say government has consent of the governed, Dow plummets, Colin Powell challenged on Obama birth certificate

There is much to report today, August 8, 2011. The stock market is plummeting as I write this, Colin Powell has been challenged by the Birther Summit about Obama’s birth certificate, S&P continues to downgrade entities associated with the federal government and Obama et al blame everyone else. But wait, there is more. A new Rasmussen Poll.

“New Low: 17% Say U.S. Government Has Consent of the Governed”

“Fewer voters than ever feel the federal government has the consent of the governed.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 17% of Likely U.S. Voters think the federal government today has the consent of the governed.  Sixty-nine percent (69%) believe the government does not have that consent. Fourteen percent (14%) are undecided.  (To see survey question wording, click here.)

The number of voters who feel the government has the consent of the governed – a foundational principle, contained in the Declaration of Independence – is down from 23% in early May and has fallen to its lowest level measured yet.

Perhaps it’s no surprise voters feel this way since only eight percent (8%) believe the average member of Congress listens to his or her constituents more than to their party leaders. That, too, is the lowest level measured to date.  Eighty-four percent (84%) think the average congressman listens to party leaders more than the voters they represent.

Voter approval of the job Congress is doing has fallen to a new low – for the second month in a row. Only six percent (6%) now rate Congress’ performance as good or excellent.
The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on August 1-2, 2011 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.

Democrats and voters not affiliated with either political party are more inclined to think the government does have the consent of the governed, but sizable majorities of all three groups don’t believe that to be the case.

Fifty-five percent (55%) of the Political Class, on the other hand,  feel the government does have the consent of the governed. Seventy-seven percent (77%)  of Mainstream voters disagree.

Most voters across the demographic board believe the average congressman listens to their party leaders more than the people they represent.

Voters also are more convinced than ever that most congressmen are crooks.

Most voters still lack confidence even in their own local Congress member. Given a choice between keeping the entire Congress or picking a new one and starting over, most voters want to dump all the incumbents.”

Dear General Powell:

It was reported in May of this year that you told South Carolina State University’s 400 graduates that you particularly enjoyed a recent event: “. . . when President Obama took out his birth certificate and blew away Donald Trump and all the birthers!”

In light of such a proclamation, and your controversial endorsement in 2008 of then-Senator Obama, the Birther Summit issues the following challenge to you:

We would like to sit down with you and present evidence proving that what Barack Obama used to “blow away Donald Trump and all the birthers” was not actually a valid birth certificate, but a forgery.  We would also like to present evidence to you of other dubious information Obama has used to misrepresent himself and his eligibility to hold the office of president, including his use of a Social Security number that appears to have never been assigned to him, and a forged Selective Service registration form.

We suggest that such a meeting take place at an undisclosed location near Washington, DC, and that a small group of our experts attend the meeting, as well as a handful of carefully selected reporters who would attend to observe the meeting.  We will arrange such a meeting place in an area of your choosing, and we ask that you allot us a three-hour time frame for the meeting.

During this meeting, our experts will do most of the talking, so you needn’t prepare a speech.  We will, however, ask only one thing of you: after our evidence is presented, you will either affirm that the evidence we present is sufficient for Congress to launch an immediate, non-partisan investigation into this matter (to include independent testimony and discovery), or you will refute our evidence.  It must be understood that refutation of our evidence must be done with evidence, and cannot be anecdotal or rhetorical in nature.

General Powell, because we value your past and present service to our country, and because we still believe that duty, honor, and country still matter, we affirm that you should be well compensated for your time, and are prepared to offer to you, or to Wings of Hope (or any other charity you may specify), a check in the amount of $15,000.  Because of the gravity of this issue, we think that $5000 per hour for little more than listening to the truth should be fair compensation for your time.  You stated that Barack Obama provided personal enjoyment for you by supplying what he called a “birth certificate;” now, we’d like to supply you with something of actual value just to see the irrefutable evidence and listen to the truth. 

You see, General Powell, we are not so easily blown away, and we hope that you will consider your place in history, and for what you will be remembered.  Will you be likened to Gen. George Washington, or to Gen. Benedict Arnold?  Will you be regarded for your honesty and integrity, or will it be for so fearing the facts that you would not even accept $15,000 for three hours of your time to be presented with them? 

These facts will be known by our nation, as the Birther Summit is committed to the relentless dissemination of them.  Having weighed in on Barack Obama’s birth certificate publicly, you will now forever be linked to embracing what we can demonstrate to be a lie.  You can set that record straight simply by listening to the truth, and also get paid pretty well for doing so (or you can provide a nice donation for a charity).

Just over a month ago I received the following response from Congressman Howard Coble:

“On April 27, 2011, President Obama presented a Certificate of Live Birth, which was issued by the State of Hawaii. Before seeing this document, many were growing deeply concerned about the possibility that President Obama was not a natural born citizen.

Since the release of the long-form birth certificate, we have received no other inquiries about the legitimacy of President Obama’s citizenship. To the best of our knowledge, President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth was legitimate and is demonstrative proof that he was born in Hawaii. I know you disagree with this statement.

All this being said, your hard work and resilient determination to reveal fraudulent dealings among those who hold the public trust is critical to our nation’s future. Even when the facts have not shown brightly on our political party, we have always supported efforts to reveal and address them as quicky as possible because elected officials should be held to a higher standard.”

Since informing Mr. Coble and his staff earlier in the year of Obama’s eligibility deficiencies and Chicago corruption ties, much has happened. After the image was placed on WhiteHouse.gov, much analysis has been done and presented here and throughout the internet. On July 31, 2011, Mark Gillar interviewed the following people regarding the image released on WhiteHouse.gov
purported to be Obama’s birth certificate. They all stated that it is fake.

Jerome Corsi – The New York Times Best Selling Author who recently released Where’s The Birth Certificate: The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President.

Retired Major General Paul Vallely – Fox News Contributor who recently revealed that former CIA agents have confirmed that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery.

Susan Daniels – a P.I. from Ohio who claims that she can prove Obama’s has been using a fake social security number since 1986.

Orly Taitz – the California Attorney who is pursuing Barack Obama’s birth Certificate through legal channels will give us an update on her activities.

Karl Denninger – a computer documents’ expert who uncovered some of the more relevent issues with the electronically released long form birth certificate. Video

In the interview, Paul Vallely, a Major General, and Jerome Corsi, a PHD, and both with experience with Fox News, state that Fox is avoiding this story.

There is no chain of document for the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov, which is a forgery. A letter from Lorreta Fuddy, HI Director of Health, states that she is making an exception to policy (what policy) and the the document being sent is computer generated. When I saw “computer generated” I knew we had a problem. As Jerome Corsi states in the interview, if Obama really wanted to put the issue to rest, he would allow access to an original birth certificate for scrutiny.

The image placed on WhiteHouse.gov is not a copy of an original Hawaii birth certificate and we also have no certification that it was even the document allegedly sent from HI.

Why did multiple news sources before and during 2008 state that Obama was born in Kenya?…Citizen Wells

Beginning in 2007, proceeding into 2008 and to this day, Barack Obama has been asked to present a legitimate certified copy of his birth certificate and he has not done so. The image placed on WhiteHouse.gov has been proven to be fraudulent. Where was Obama born? We do not know.

By the time  that the Tony Rezko trial took place in early to mid 2008, I began hearing rumors that Obama was born in Kenya. After several months evidence began appearing that confirmed that Obama was born in Kenya. Then we found out that some of that evidence had been altered or scrubbed.

The first Citizen Wells article questioning Obama’s birthplace was presented on June 10, 2008. That article has received 89,057 views.

“Obama has been asked repeatedly to present a copy of his birth
certificate. Obama has refused to supply a copy of his birth
certificate. Is Obama eligible to be president?

Was Obama born in Kenya? I have two powerful sources that indicate
that Obama was born on Kenya. One is a reporter working behind the

(Oct. 14, 2009) — What most people know is that the Associated Press (AP) is one of the largest, internationally recognized, syndicated news services.  What most people don’t know that is in 2004, the AP was a “birther” news organization.

How so?  Because in a syndicated report, published Sunday, June 27, 2004, by the Kenyan Standard Times, and which was, as of this report, available at

The AP reporter stated the following:

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

This report explains the context of the oft cited debate, between Obama and Keyes in the following Fall, in which Keyes faulted Obama for not being a “natural born citizen”, and in which Obama, by his quick retort, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency”, self-admitted that he was not eligible for the office.  Seeing that an AP reporter is too professional to submit a story which was not based on confirmed sources (ostensibly the Obama campaign in this case), the inference seems inescapable: Obama himself was putting out in 2004, that he was born in Kenya.

The difficulty in finding this gem of a story is hampered by Google, which is running flak for Obama:  because if you search for “Kenyan-born US Senate” you wont find it, but if you search for the phrase without quotes you will find links which talk about it.”

on October 16, 2009.

“Since you are all covering this newly released/discovered webpage for
the June 27, 2004 article in your news sites and blogs, and that the
Obots are immediately labeling it a fake, I thought I’d share with you

Here is what we know:

Obama has not released a legitimate certified copy of his birth certificate.

Obama has employed private attorneys and US Justice Department attorneys at taxpayer expense for 3 years to avoid presenting a birth certificate and college records.

The image place on WhiteHouse.gov, purporting to be Obama’s birth certificate, is clearly fraudulent.

We do not know where Obama was born.

Based on the evidence, why should we believe that Obama was not born in Kenya.

I am demanding an immediate investigation by Congress.

“Now that he’s no longer interested in a run for the White House, at least for the time being,  it would make sense for real estate mogul Donald Trump to drop the whole “birther controversy” subject, right?

But Trump isn’t. In an appearance on Wednesday’s “Piers Morgan Tonight” on CNN, Trump revisited the topic and refuted claims of racism. However, he added there are still some questions surrounding President Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

“The word racist has not been applied to me, I will tell you that,” Trump said. “But I was very proud of the job I did with respect to the birther issue, because I got Obama to do something which nobody else was able to get him to do. And there’s a real question as to why he took so long to do it. Maybe one of these days you’ll have to ask him why. And you have to check out that document very carefully.”

“A prominent software engineer claims the Obama birth certificate released by the White House was forged by using as templates the birth certificates of twins born in Hawaii one day after the president.

The engineer, a high-level programmer for a state government, spoke on condition of anonymity but contends his analysis is self-evident. He previously, as WND reported, presented evidence that the signature of Obama’s mother on the president’s document is proof of fraud.

He believes forgers used the registration numbers of the birth certificates belonging to Gretchen and Susan Nordyke, 10637 and 10638, to create the Obama birth certificate number, 10641.”

“”The ’61’ and the ‘1063’ were copied directly as an image from a Nordyke birth certificate number, most likely in Adobe software,” the software engineer asserted to WND. “Then the ‘3’ was turned to a ‘4,’ and the last ‘1’ was appended to the number sequence as a separate image.”

The transference of the Nordyke birth certificate number to the Obama document was a multi-step process, he said.

“The forger could not paste the Nordyke birth certificate number directly into the Obama document, because the fourth number in the ‘10637’ or ‘10638’ sequence needed to be changed to a ‘4,’ and a ‘1’ had to be added onto the end, so the Obama birth certificate number would read ‘10641.’”

Since the short-form Certification of Live Birth released during the 2008 campaign listed Obama’s birth certificate number as 10641, any forger obviously would have to make the long-form birth certificate the same number.

WND reported that the Obama birth certificate number is out of sequence – a higher number than the Nordyke twins were issued, even though the Obama birth certificate was registered at an earlier date.

Changing the “3” to a “4,” as opposed to creating a new “4” and pasting it into the sequence, was a preferable strategy, he said, because altering the existing number would allow a forger to maintain the digit’s spacing with the other numbers in the sequence, as well as the digit’s width and height.

“To transform the ‘3’ into a ‘4’ took a multiple-step process,” he explained. “The forger began by filling out the curve at the base of the ‘3,’ preparing to transform it into a ‘4.’ Since when did a ‘4’ ever have a curve at the base? This alone is a clear sign of the forgery.”

Working in MSPaint, he illustrated the point, showing how a forger would have filled out the curve at the base of the Nordyke ‘3,’ preparing to transform it into the ‘4’ on the Obama birth certificate, as shown in Exhibit 6.”

“”The forgery should be obvious, even to the non-expert,” he concluded. “Even if the modification of the ‘3’ into the ‘4’ is not apparent to someone not trained in digital image manipulation, the tonal difference between the dark, solid-black, bitmap-like first five digits in the Obama birth certificate number and the softer, fuzzier, and more pixelated quality of the final ‘1’ in the sequence is apparent to even the untrained eye under modest magnification of the document.”

Adobe book editor agrees

Mara Zebest, the nationally recognized computer expert who has served as contributing author and technical editor for many books on Adobe software, agrees that forgers used the Nordyke twins’ document as a template.

“I believe the Nordyke image played a significant role in compiling Obama’s document,” she wrote in her report on the Obama birth certificate fraud, concluding that the Nordyke twins’ birth certificates were “the ultimate template” for the Obama birth certificate final product.

Zebest attributed the curvature observed in the Obama birth certificate to the curvature observed in the Nordyke photostats.

“When viewing Obama’s document for the first time, one of the first items that struck me as odd (especially if still applying common sense) was the curvature on the left edge of the document,” she wrote. “To make matters worse, I could see evidence that the poor quality text seems to be digitally manipulated to mimic the curvature.

“For me, the Nordyke image explains the inspiration for the curvature effect (and trust me, it is just that – an effect – even down to the shadow.”

Zebest also observed how closely the “Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital” in the Nordyke birth certificates mirrored the same entry in Box 6e of the Obama birth certificate, as seen in Exhibits 10 and 11.”

“June 27, 2011: Jurors convict Rod Blagojevich on 17 counts of public
corruption. In essence, those jurors reject the defrocked governor’s
suggestion that, during conversations recorded by the FBI, he was
engaging in routine politics rather than a self-serving crime spree.
The trial outcome leaves Blagojevich likely to serve many years in
federal prison.”

“During much of Patrick Fitzgerald’s decade as U.S. attorney in
Chicago, some Illinois pols have waged a plaintive whispering campaign
with journalists and anyone else who would listen:

Fitzgerald’s office is criminalizing politics! Public officials trade
favors! Always have, always will!

This self-exculpatory rationale for politicians’ illicit behavior has,
over time, become the defense of choice in Illinois public corruption
cases. The Blagojevich and Ryan trials, the federal convictions of
Ryan sidekick Scott Fawell and Mayor Richard M. Daley acolyte Robert
Sorich — defense attorneys in these and other prosecutions have tried
to aw-pshaw their way past the damning evidence by peddling versions
of a soothing mantra:

This defendant is guilty of nothing more than politics as usual. All
public officials help people who help them. This is just the game —
not the serious crimes these prosecutors would have you believe.

But the mantra isn’t working. Jurors and judges are having no trouble
distinguishing between genuine exercises in political activity and
blatant violations of federal laws. “I was one where I felt he was not
guilty on several counts,” juror Maribel DeLeon of West Dundee said
after helping to convict Blagojevich. “But, lo and behold, we would go
back through the tapes and there it was. I’d say, ‘Ah, Rod.’ It hurt
me. How could I say not guilty when the evidence was there?”

No agonizing there about whether Blagojevich was Mr. Just-Politics.

Fitzgerald, in comments after the verdicts, crisply synthesized what
DeLeon and 11 other jurors had just decided: “There is legitimate
politics. There are gray areas. Selling a Senate seat, shaking down a
children’s hospital and squeezing a person to give money before you
sign a bill that benefits them is not a gray area. It’s a crime.””

Obama’s part in the rigging of the IL Health Planning Board, lying about his contact with Tony Rezko and the shady House and land puchase with Rezko are not gray either. Using US Justice Department attorneys to keep his records hidden is not looking too gray either.
