“On backtracking: I’m not backtracking a bit. I firmly believe everything I said was true. It was based on thousands of pages of affidavits, expert reports, mathematical analyses that cannot be challenged. I mean, the data does not lie. And there was in fact widespread fraud throughout this election and Donald Trump should be president right now. In fact, if the law were applied correctly, he is.
On Dominion: Everything I said about Dominion, I had a factual basis for. Any reasonable person looking at the evidence I have seen would have to come to the same conclusion. For example, in Georgia the vote difference was only approximately 11,000 votes. Georgia itself just admitted that 400,000 ballots can’t properly be accounted for. They not only ran an algorithm in the machine to shave votes, which their own manual admits they can do. So they weighed Biden votes at, say, 1.26 and they weighed Trump vote at 0.74. So a Trump vote only counted like three quarters and a Biden vote counted one and a quarter. That ra standard across the country as best we can tell from the evidence we are collecting. And then there was specific flipping of votes in any number of key cities and states.
On who knew about the fraud: It would take a federal criminal investigation, which should have been happening since the day after the election, to figure that out. Because there are scads of evidence out there on it and people who know about it. We have evidence that the algorithm itself was done in Serbia, by the Dominion people in Serbia, and then loaded into the machines. We have evidence that the machines were connected to the internet during the entire voting process when they should not have been at all.
On why the counting stopped on Election Day: If you recall, the counting stopped simultaneously in six states. That is because Trump voters turned out in such high numbers it broke the algorithm. The votes were so far over for Trump that they had to stop counting and then use the fraudulent ballots and other means to backfill the vote. And they had planned for that contingency. That’s what the mail-in ballot scam was to help cover and we have evidence that hundreds of thousands of fake ballots were trucked to different places to be on location as needed.
On why there has been no adjudication of these claims: I just couldn’t be more disappointed in our federal judicial system and the Department of Justice itself, even in the Trump administration, for its refusal to look at these issues. The word came down from high up in the Justice Department that nothing was going to be done about any of this. They know it exists. They have the evidence. They have not only refused to do anything about it, they have put the kibosh on anyone else’s efforts to do anything about it.”

“Arizona Senate leadership today announced it has hired a team of independent auditors to complete a comprehensive, full forensic audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, including a hand recount of all ballots.
After months of interviewing various forensic auditors, the Arizona Senate has found a qualified team consisting of Wake Technology Services, Inc., CyFIR, LLC, Digital Discovery, and Cyber Ninjas, Inc. to conduct the audit.
The team will be led by Cyber Ninjas, a cyber security company with a focus on application security, working across financial services and government sectors.
CyFIR is a digital security and forensics company specializing in enterprise incident response, computer forensics and expert witness support to litigation. Notable past engagements include the discovery of the Office of Personnel Management Breach in 2015 and forensic support to the largest individual bank fraud in the history of the IMF. As specialists supporting the highest levels of government and private industry, they are extremely familiar with responding to nation-state cyber activity, including Advanced Persistent Threats (APT).
Members of the Wake Technology Services group have performed hand-count audits in Fulton County, PA and in New Mexico as part of the 2020 General Election cycle. In addition, team members have been involved in investigating election fraud issues, dating back to 1994. In that 1994 case, this team member worked closely with the FBI during the investigation. Wake Technology Services team members also include intelligence analysts and fraud investigators from a variety of industries.
The audit will validate every area of the voting process to ensure the integrity of the vote. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, scanning all the ballots, a full manual recount, auditing the registration and votes cast, the vote counts, and the electronic voting system. At the conclusion of the audit, the auditor will issue a report detailing all findings discovered during the assessment.

“Liz Harris, a Arizona State Rep, with some of her volunteers and other concerned citizens, are holding a rally in front of the AZ Statehouse today, Wednesday December 30, 2020 at 6:00 PM.
They will be revealing the results of their audit using 800 volunteers and the results of an analysis by mathematician Bobby Piton.”
“To prove his theory, Piton identified a subset of about 95,000 of these “phantom sleeper voters” in Arizona. A group of volunteers led by Liz Harris, candidate for AZ state representative in the 17th district, set out to determine whether these voters existed or whether they were truly phantoms. Of the 95,000 names identified, Piton narrowed down the potentially fake voters to a subset of 3899 potential phantoms on which to focus their efforts. He estimated 20 to 30% would be non-existent phantoms.
Harris and her team set out to find these voters and began a door-knocking campaign. The volunteers were able to knock on 2000 doors in an attempt to find the individual voters on the phantom list. They were successful in finding 1000 people willing to talk to them and of those, 539 voters who should have resided at the residence were non-existent. That is an incredible 53.9% of the registered voters who were “phantom sleeper voters”.”

“MISSOULA COUNTY, Mont. — A mountainous, 2,600-square-mile region with a population of approximately 119,600 does not seem like your prototypical setting for machine politics. Yet a recent audit of mail-in ballots cast there found irregularities characteristic of larger urban centers — on a level that could have easily swung local elections in 2020, and statewide elections in cycles past.”
“Seaman’s office complied with Tschida’s request for access to all of the county’s ballot envelopes, and on Jan. 4 a team of volunteers, overseen by Rhoades, conducted an audit with the assistance of the Missoula County Elections Office. The audit consisted of both a count and review of all ballot envelopes and comparing that to the number of officially recorded votes during the Nov. 3, 2020, general election.
Its conclusions were troubling: 4,592 out of the 72,491 mail-in ballots lacked envelopes— 6.33% of all votes. Without an officially printed envelope with registration information, a voter’s signature, and a postmark indicating whether it was cast on time, election officials cannot verify that a ballot is legitimate. It is against the law to count such votes.
What’s more, according to auditors, county employees claimed that during the post-election audit, some of the envelopes may have been double-counted, possibly indicating an even higher number of missing envelopes.
Auditors also tested a smaller, random sub-sample of 15,455 mail-in envelopes for other defects. Of these, 55 lacked postmark dates, and 53 never had their signatures checked — for a total of 0.7% of all ballots in the sample. No envelope had more than one irregularity.
Extrapolating from the sub-sample, that would make more than 5,000 of Missoula County’s votes — roughly 7% — with unexplained irregularities.
Still another issue arose during the audit that aroused auditors’ suspicions: Dozens of ballot envelopes bore strikingly similar, distinctive handwriting styles in the signatures, suggesting that one or several persons may have filled out and submitted multiple ballots, an act of fraud.
One auditor asserted that of 28 envelopes reviewed from the same address, a nursing home, all 28 signatures looked “exactly the same” stylistically.
Another auditor reported that among the envelopes she reviewed, two very unique signatures appeared dozens of times, describing one such signature as starting out flat, moving to a peak, and tapering out, and another as consisting of numerous circles — a “bubble signature.””
