“COMPLAINT FOR INJUNCTIVE AND DECLARATORY RELIEF

[Freedom of Information Act, D.C. Code § 2-531, et seq.]

1. This action is brought under the District of Columbia’s Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), D.C. Code § 2-531, et seq., as amended. Plaintiff, The Profiling Project, seeks injunctive and other appropriate relief for the disclosure and production of specific information.
The Profiling Project is an independent nonpartisan organization dedicated exclusively to solving the murder of Seth Rich. The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is obligated by law to maintain and make public records regarding the official acts of government and public officials. Specifically, The Profiling Project is seeking: 1) The surveillance video footage from the
second-floor camera at Fragler Market; 2) The Medical Examiner’s report from the examination of the body of Seth Rich; and 3) The forensic ballistic report of from the murder of Seth Rich.
The records sought are specific to the MPD’s controversial handling of the Seth Rich murder and are crucial to the public’s understanding of, and ability to evaluate, the MPD’s conduct during its investigation.

2. MPD began their investigation of the Seth Rich murder on July 12, 2016 and has not released any new information since October 16, 2016. MPD essentially terminated their efforts in late October 2016. The case is now clearly a cold case. As such, the release of the desired information would not and could not harm MPD’s efforts in any way, as there is no continuing effort.

3. Significantly, this information is being irresponsibly withheld because its release would inform the public and lead to solving the murder of Seth Rich.

4. The MPD, having mismanaged the murder of an important young man, and wanting to keep such information concealed from public knowledge, is refusing to fulfill its record keeping obligations and public disclosure requirement and make public those records.

5. The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department and Chief Peter Newsham are standing in willful disobedience of their lawful obligations to disclose information, including defiantly stating
a refusal to disclose information where such information is mandated by law that it “shall be made available to the public on request.”

6. This defies the police accountability and transparency that the D.C. City Council intended to protect

7. The release of this crucial material will help bring peace to the victim’s family, and it will help to either confirm or refute the various theories that swirl about this important murder case.

8. During the investigation of the murder of Seth Rich, MPD acquired two security videos from the Flagler Market taken during the early morning hours of July 12, 2016. They have not made either video available.

9. The medical examiner’s report regarding the death of Seth Rich has never been released.”

“DNC Lawsuit Exposes Corruption, Data Breaches, Raises Questions About Death Of Shawn Lucas

In June of last year, attorneys Jared Beck and Elizabeth Beck of law firm Beck and Lee filed a class action law suit against the DNC and former chairwomen Debbie Wasserman Schultz. The suit claims that the DNC acted against its charter when it showed demonstrable favoritism towards  Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary, and failed to secure the data of DNC donors. The suit could have massive significance for the Democratic Party and could have an even wider impact if the origin of the DNC leaks are disclosed in the proceedings.

Attorney Elizabeth Beck described the lawsuit to US Uncut:“We think that the DNC has been running absolutely out of control and completely disregarding their responsibilities, rights, and duties to the public.”

The DNC lawsuit has so far received very little press coverage, despite revealing blatant corruption in the Democratic establishment. The death of Shawn Lucas, a process server who would have been a federal witness for the Becks, added further fuel to speculations of corruption surrounding the case. Jared Beck has also stated that Seth Rich would have been a potential witness in their case.”

“The New York Times reported that the DNC leaks  that formed the impetus for the DNC lawsuit had suggested the DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, and other officials “favored Hillary Clinton over Mr. Sanders.” The DNC leaks have also raised serious questions regarding DNC funding methods.”

“Beck also discussed how the DNC lawsuit’s claims regarding DNC negligence with donor data may be especially important as it relates to the unsolved murder of Seth Rich. Rich was a staffer for the DNC who died in an unsolved murder last July. In August last year Fox News reported that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange had strongly hinted that Seth Rich was the source for the DNC leaks. The Washington Post also reported that Wikileaks  had offered a reward for information leading to a conviction in Seth Rich’s murder. Jared Beck has stated via twitter that Seth Rich would have been a potential witness in the DNC lawsuit.


If the Becks successfully gain the right to discovery on the origin of the DNC documents, the mystery regarding whether Seth Rich leaked the information might potentially be resolved. If Rich did indeed leak the DNC emails to Wikileaks, the ‘Russian hacking’ narrative would be utterly negated.”

“Adding further questions surrounding the lawsuit was the unexpected death of Shawn Lucas, who was filmed serving defendants in the suit last July. Police reports describe how Luca’s girlfriend found him unconcious on the bathroom floor  in early August. Paramedics were unable to revive him. The Becks have indicated Shawn Lucas was to be a Federal witness in the proceedings.”

Recently Twitter co-founder Evan Williams apologized for the role Twitter may have played in electing President Trump.

“In an interview published Saturday in The New York Times, Williams discussed the president’s March claim to Fox News that “I think that maybe I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Twitter.”

“It’s a very bad thing, Twitter’s role in that,” Williams told the Times. “If it’s true that he wouldn’t be president if it weren’t for Twitter, then yeah, I’m sorry.””

“Twitter Suspends WND For Seth Rich Story

A couple of days ago, WND ran a story entitled “Bombshell: Donna Brazile Warned Off Private Eye On Seth Rich Murder.”  The story was sourced back to on-the-record quotes provided by Detective Rod Wheeler who was hired by the Rich family shortly after their son’s suspicious murder in July 2016.  Among other things, Wheeler said that it was former Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile who allegedly called police and the Rich family and demanded to know why a private investigator was “snooping” into Rich’s death.

“The high-ranking DNC official that called the police after I inquired about Rich’s case was Donna Brazile,” veteran homicide detective Rod Wheeler told WND. “Why shouldn’t I reveal who it was?”

To promote the story, WND sent the following tweet:

Unfortunately, Twitter seemed to take issue with the story and sent a message to WND demanding that they “Delete Tweet.””

“When they refused, a follow-up message from Twitter informed WND that their account had been effectively frozen.

“We have determined that you have violated the Twitter Rules, so we’ve temporarily limited some of your account features.  While in this state, you can still browse Twitter, but you’re limited to only sending Direct Messages to your followers – no Tweets, Retweets, or likes.””

A good rule of thumb: If Media Matters attacks someone and tries to repudiate their message, the person or persons attacked and the message are true.

Here are some of the facts about the Seth Rich murder that are irrefutable:

  • Seth Rich was murdered.
  • Very doubtful that it was a robbery.
  • Wikileaks offered a $ 20,000 reward for information about the murder.
  • Why did Wikileaks offer a reward?
  • Why are Media Matters and other left leaning left funded organizations going to such lengths to discredit Sean Hannity and anyone else asking questions? “The lady doth protest too much.”
  • Why is the DNC and left so focused on the Russian Narrative?
  • Julian Assange all but named Rich as the source of the leaks.
  • Seth Rich had access to the data.
  • Kim Dotcom stated that Set Rich was the source.

These are but a few of the compelling facts surrounding this case.

If you believe that Rich’s murder and possible involvement in the leaks should not be questioned, you just don’t care or you’re an idiot.

Saturday, an anonymous person who works in Washington DC, alleged on 4Chan’s /pol/ subgroup that high-ranking current and former Democratic Party officials are terrified of the Seth Rich murder investigation.

This comes after internet entrepreneur and hacker, Kim DotCom, admitted on Saturday that he was part of an operation along with Seth Rich to get stolen DNC emails to Wikileaks.

It wasn’t the Russians.

The anonymous post released Saturday reads:

“Anons, I work in D.C.

I know for certain that the Seth Rich case has scared the shit out of certain high ranking current and former Democratic Party officials.

This is the reason why they have backed away from impeachment talk. They know the smoking gun is out there, and they’re terrified you will find it, because when you do it will bring the entire DNC, along with a couple of very big name politicians.

It appears that certain DNC thugs were not thorough enough when it came time to cover their tracks. Podesta saying he wanted to “make an example of the leaker” is a huge smoking gun.”

 

In a follow up post, the anonymous individual wrote:

“The behavior is near open panic. To even mention this name in D.C. Circles [sic] will bring you under automatic scrutiny. To even admit that you have knowledge of this story puts you in immediate danger.

“Seth Rich, slain DNC staffer, had contact with WikiLeaks, say multiple sources

The Democratic National Committee staffer who was gunned down on July 10 on a Washington, D.C., street just steps from his home had leaked thousands of internal emails to WikiLeaks, investigative sources told Fox News.

A federal investigator who reviewed an FBI forensic report — generated within 96 hours after DNC staffer Seth Rich’s murder — detailing the contents Rich’s computer said he made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, a now-deceased American investigative reporter, documentary filmmaker, and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time.

“I have seen and read the emails between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks,” the federal investigator told Fox News, confirming the MacFadyen connection. He said the emails are in possession of the FBI, while the stalled case is in the hands of the Washington Police Department.

The revelation is consistent with the findings of Rod Wheeler, a former DC homicide detective and Fox News contributor and whose private investigation firm was hired by a third party on behalf of Rich’s family to probe the case. Rich was shot from behind in the wee hours, but was not robbed.

“My investigation up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks,” Wheeler said. “I do believe that the answers to who murdered Seth Rich sits on his computer on a shelf at the DC police or FBI headquarters.”

“BuzzFeed Posts Unverified Claims on Trump, Stirring Debate

BuzzFeed News became the center of a swirling debate over journalistic ethics on Tuesday after its decision to publish a 35-page document carrying explosive, but unverified, allegations about ties between the Russian government and President-elect Donald J. Trump.

The document, a dossier prepared by a former British intelligence officer hired by Mr. Trump’s political opponents, had been circulating among high-ranking politicians and some journalists since the fall. Intelligence officials recently presented a two-page summary of the allegations to Mr. Trump and President Obama, CNN reported on Tuesday.

But CNN declined to include the specific allegations contained in the dossier — such as collusion between Mr. Trump’s team and Russian operatives — saying that its journalists could not independently verify them.

Roughly an hour later, BuzzFeed, in a break from typical journalistic practice, posted the document that fully detailed the unverified allegations to which CNN had alluded.

“BuzzFeed News is publishing the full document so that Americans can make up their own minds about allegations about the president-elect that have circulated at the highest levels of the US government,” BuzzFeed wrote.

Ben Smith, BuzzFeed’s editor in chief, declined to comment beyond the article, which carried the bylines of three BuzzFeed reporters. But in a memo to his staff, Mr. Smith offered a further explanation about why the site had published the document.

“Our presumption is to be transparent in our journalism and to share what we have with our readers,” Mr. Smith wrote. “We have always erred on the side of publishing. In this case, the document was in wide circulation at the highest levels of American government and media.

“Publishing this document was not an easy or simple call, and people of good will may disagree with our choice,” Mr. Smith added. “But publishing this dossier reflects how we see the job of reporters in 2017.”

The reports by CNN and Buzzfeed sent other news organizations, including The New York Times and The Washington Post, scrambling to publish their own articles, some of which included generalized descriptions of the unverified allegations about Mr. Trump. By late Tuesday, though, only BuzzFeed had published the full document.

BuzzFeed’s decision, besides its immediate political ramifications for a president-elect who is to be inaugurated in 10 days, was sure to accelerate a roiling debate about the role and credibility of the traditional media in today’s frenetic, polarized information age.

Of particular interest was the use of unsubstantiated information from anonymous sources, a practice that fueled some of the so-called fake news — false rumors passed off as legitimate journalism — that proliferated during the presidential election.”

“In a brief interview in the Times newsroom on Tuesday evening, Dean Baquet, the executive editor of The Times, said the paper would not publish the document because the allegations were “totally unsubstantiated.”

“We, like others, investigated the allegations and haven’t corroborated them, and we felt we’re not in the business of publishing things we can’t stand by,” Mr. Baquet said.”

Chuck Todd, of the fake news program “Meet The Press” used idiots John McCain and Lindsey Graham to help make the argument that the Russians interfered in the 2016 presidential election.

It should have the opposite effect for any rational person who has been paying attention.

The only people doing this are people that have always hated Trump and wanted to undermine and sabotage him anyway. WikiLeaks did what Woodward and Bernstein did. “McCAIN THE HERO NEARLY SUNK AN AIRCRAFT CARRIER & KILLED 134 SAILORS”

“McCain, when a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy was a Navy pilot (they call themselves aviators). July 29, 1967 while on the deck and in his plane on the carrier U.S.S. Forrestal he managed to screw up procedures (officially denied and covered up by him and the Navy and also even promoted on Wikipedia if you care to look–reason to follow). He did a smart ass punk attention getting trick by doing a “wet start” up of his jet.

When a pilot wants to be a wise ass or show off, this type of engine start creates a large startling flame and lots of surprise noise from the rear of a jet engine on start up–this was no accident. This and the large subsequent electrical surge and apparent (incorrect and against policy) weapon arming (by the pilot) caused the launching of a powerful Zuni rocket across the carrier’s deck hitting other parked planes (photo below) that were packing 1,000 high-explosive pound bombs. The subsequent massive explosions, fire and destruction went several decks below and nearly sunk this major 82,000 ton U.S. aircraft carrier.

This stunt and aftermath caused the deathof 134 sailors and seriously injure (blow off arms legs, cause blindness and burns to another 161 sailors) and took the ship off the battle line for extensive repairs. Any other Navy pilot causing this type of death and destruction the Navy would have raped him and he would probably still be in the brig. Why not McCain? Well, first with many powerful connections this “little infraction” was covered up by the Navy (our most politically involved/connected service by the way).”

I personally lost all respect for John McCain in 2008, when his country needed him the most, and he handed over the election to Barack Obama.
