“According to Fox 5, Fulton County has a delay with processing and counting tens of thousands of absentee ballots due to a pipe break in the State Farm Arena.

Election officials report that the pipe burst in the early morning hours of election day and caused a delay in processing ballots between 5:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

Fulton County Election officials report as of 7:00 p.m., 30,000 absentee ballots were still not processed.

The subpoena demands and surveillance tapes, documents, information or objects, permission to inspect the premises a suite in the State Farm Arena. The subpoena includes recordings of elevators and loading docks and loading dock entrances. The subpoena also asks for any work orders or permits related to a water break in the Hawks arena.”

“On Friday, August 26th, during a meeting at the Illinois State Board of Elections, the Vice President of Engineering for Dominion Voting, Dr. Eric Coomer*, was asked if it was possible to bypass election systems software and go directly to the data tables that manage systems running elections in Illinois. His response was, “Yes, if they have access.”

Bypassing the election systems software means whoever has access can potentially manipulate the vote without many risks of detection. So the question needs to be asked, who has access to these data tables?

We asked Dr. Coomer that question. Dr. Coomer replied, ‘Vendors, election officials, and others who need to be granted access.’

This is explosive information. Dr. Coomer’s statement is an admission that various vendors, election officials, and others have access to the back end data tables that permit bypassing the operating system’s configuration. It is notable that when someone accesses these systems from a data table, their actions are not logged by the system; thereby making detection much more problematic. This contradicts Dr. Coomer’s assurances that the system is secure.”

4. Allegheny and Philadelphia Counties alone received and processed
682,479 mail-in and absentee ballots without review by the political parties and
candidates. These are unprecedented numbers in Pennsylvania’s elections history. Rather than engaging in an open and transparent process to give credibility to Pennsylvania’s brand-new voting system, the processes were hidden during the receipt, review, opening, and tabulation of those 682,479 votes in direct contravention of the Election Code.
5. Allegheny and Pennsylvania counties conducted the canvassing and
tabulation in convention center rooms and placed observers far away from the action. In the case of Philadelphia County, when an emergency order was issued requiring them to provide meaningful access to representatives, Philadelphia failed to comply.
6. Worse, Democratic-heavy counties violated the mandates of the
Election Code and the determinations of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court,
advantaging voters in Democratic-heavy counties as compared to those in
Republican-heavy counties. Democratic-heavy counties engaged in pre-canvass
activities prior to November 3, 2020, by reviewing received mail-in ballots for
deficiencies, such as lacking the inner secrecy envelope or lacking a signature of the elector on the outer declaration envelope. Those offending Counties then would notify those voters in order to allow them to cure their ballot deficiencies by voting provisionally on Election Day or cancelling their previously mailed ballot and issuing a replacement. In other words, those counties provided their mail-in voters with the opportunity to cure mail-in and absentee ballot deficiencies, while Republican-heavy counties followed the law and did not provide a notice and cure process, disenfranchising those that themselves complied with the Election Code to case legal votes.”

Citizen Wells has been analyzing the Georgia election on the macro and mid levels.

But as we all know, the Devil is in the details.

And so it is in Georgia.

Examples of details hidden by summaries are in Floyd County, numerous counties that have too many errors for their size and multiple vote changes that have a bigger impact.

Floyd County.

You probably know by now that 2600 ballots were found there that allegedly were not rescanned and added to the totals.

“Nearly 2,600 ballots were not tallied on election night in Floyd County, the Secretary of State’s office said.

Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling said county election workers failed to upload votes from a memory card on election night. It was discovered during a statewide audit. ”

“Trump received 1,643 additional votes, Biden had 865 more votes and Jorgensen had 16 new votes. ”

In the recount data you might expect to find the variance of 2600, right?

Wrong!

Apparently there were other issues found because Biden came up with a deficit gain of 92!

Another detail devil.

Counties with high error rates for their size.

Imagine you live in small town America or a small city.

Would the following vote count error be acceptable to you?

Clarke County had only a change of -3 but a change of + 78 for Trump.

Columbia 7 with +69 for Trump.

Lowndes 2 with +70 for Trump.

Rockdale -6 with +241 for Trump.

Ware 1 with with +74 for Trump.

Election official Gabriel Sterling made many misleading statements and his insistence on small changes in most counties is obviously one.

This is in direct contradiction to Wisconsin law which Giuliani also explains.”

DeKalb County GA vote smells, Something rotten in the state of Georgia, Trump % and vote rate fail reasonable check, Fraud and incompetence apparent, Trump ballots not counted?

The State of Georgia 2020 election process has been fraught with irregularities and controversy. The election results they have just “certified” are suspect and must receive an outside audit.

Red Flag 1: The State of Georgia purchased the Dominion Voting Systems election processing system in 2019 shortly after the State of Texas did their third test since 2012 and reported their results of rejecting it.

Red Flag 2: Multiple counties did not finish processing of thousands of ballots. Some were reported by the press and others revealed by the audit.

Red Flag 3: Georgia had a voter participation rate of 69%. Contrast that with Wisconsin with 88% and NC with 75%. With a high turnout reported in the press it is apparent that some ballots are missing and uncounted.

Red Flag 4: The County of DeKalb.

DeKalb County Analysis

North Carolina and Georgia are very similar.

Their population is almost identical.

NC went for Trump. An outside audit and rectification should reveal that GA did too.

As noted above, NC had a voter participation rate of 75%. Georgia 69%.

The following calcs and data are taken from the latest data from the State of Georgia.

The voter participation rate in DeKalb was 67.8%.

President Trump received 15.7% of the votes in DeKalb.

The 2 numbers above do not pass the reasonableness test.

DeKalb County traditionally votes at a high rate for Democrats.

But not this high.

The low participation rate is a huge red flag and leads one to the conclusion that ballots were not counted.

Back story.

Recount anomalies:

DeKalb changed +560 for Biden.

The vote count increased by 732.

A DeKalb County election manager was just fired.

“The DeKalb County Department of Voter Registration and Elections (VRE) said in a statement Friday morning that a manager had been fired after it was discovered that he had not followed established protocols and disregarded required processes necessary to account for and record all legal and verified ballots. ”

9,626 vote error found during recount.

“David Shafer, chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, claimed in a tweet this morning that a major error discovered in DeKalb County would “cancel out Trump’s gains from Fayette, Floyd, and Walton” counties.

He wrote on Twitter, “One of our monitors discovered a 9,626 vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump — an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump.””

October 28, 2020 warning.

“If everything goes to hell in DeKalb County on election night, Lane Flynn and John Jackson both want you to know you were warned.

The chairmen of both the DeKalb Republicans and the DeKalb Democrats have issued stern warnings about a lack of communication and apparent bungling at the Dekalb County elections office, with less than a week to go. DeKalb County might be the fulcrum upon which control of the United States Senate turns. It’s that important.

And Jackson, the pugnacious new leader of DeKalb County’s Democratic committee, wants the not-really-independent chairman of the election’s board and the director of voter registration and elections to resign. Now. Actually a couple of weeks ago.

Apparently, election operations here might end up in that kind of trouble, and Jackson wants to make sure there’s nothing ambiguous after the fact about where he thinks fault lies. Jackson isn’t seeing the transparency he wants, leaving him one pissed off Marine.

Meanwhile, Lane Flynn with the county GOP posted a note this morning that the office hasn’t started reviewing absentee ballots ahead of time, even though the secretary of state’s office cleared them to start on the 19th.

“As of a week before Election Day, it is unknown to me whether or how many absentee ballots have been scanned, what if any process is in place for handling ballots that cannot be read by the scanners, who is processing any such ballots, or whether or when our volunteers will be permitted to review any such votes as required by law,” Flynn wrote. “As a result, I cannot say with any degree of confidence whether absentee ballot counting can be finished by Nov. 13, also as required by law.””
