Records released by a former Biden family business partner reveal that Joe Biden’s brother and son proposed connecting a Chinese billionaire affiliated with Beijing’s military and intelligence services with top elected Democrats to advance Chinese investments in critical U.S. infrastructure. In doing so, say China experts, the former vice president and his family endangered U.S. national security.

On Thursday, Tony Bobulinski provided the FBI with records of his business correspondence with James and Hunter Biden, the brother and son of the former vice president. Bobulinski was CEO of SinoHawk, which he describes as a joint venture partnership between the Biden family and Chinese firms connected to the government. The documents, acquired by Just The News, appear to show the Bidens’ efforts to use the family’s name to sell influence to Chinese individuals tied to China’s military and spy services.

In July 2017, the now-bankrupt China Energy and Finance Company offered to extend the Bidens a $5 million “interest-free” loan “based on their trust on [Biden] family[.]” The chairman of CEFC was Ye Jianming, who according to the New York Times, has extensive ties to the Chinese military and its intelligence service. The 43-year-old Ye has been held in detention by the Chinese government since 2018 for “economic crimes.”

Hunter Biden reportedly met Ye in a Miami hotel in May 2017. In a May 15 email, James Biden listed a number of prospective contacts for joint ventures involving SinoHawk and CEFC. The roster of elite Democratic elected officials includes Biden’s running mate Kamala Harris, as well as two other former 2020 presidential hopefuls, Amy Klobuchar and Kirsten Gillibrand. ”

“The relationship with Joe Biden would have given the Chinese access to the highest levels of power, partly for influence and partly to embed the Chinese Communist Party into every aspect of society,” says retired Gen. Robert Spalding, author of “Stealth War: How China Took Over While America’s Elite Slept.”

In this this case, SSA 1 began drafting the FD-302 on the evening of January 24, 2017. The FD-302 was electronically accessed by SSA 1 and former DAD Peter Strzok in SENTINEL on several occasions. The FD-302 was electronically approved by FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence E.W. Priestap on February 15, 2017. Our review of SENTINEL’s audit trail establishes that no other FBI personnel accessed the FD-302 electronically prior to its approval
and serialization. Consistent with the FBI’s records retention policy, no prior drafts of the FD-302 were maintained within SENTINEL.”

Joe Biden lied about his involvement in Hunter Biden’s businesses.

Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of the Bidens, has spoken out and presented evidence. He is meeting with Senate committees today.

Senator Ron Johnson of the Homeland Security Committee sent a letter to FBI Director Wray on October 17, 2020.

On September 24, 2020, the day after Chairman Grassley and I released our report titled, “ Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and RelatedConcerns,”
 a whistleblower contacted my committee and informed my staff that he had possession of a laptop left in his business by Hunter Biden. He also informed us that he providedits contents to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in response to a December 9, 2019grand jury subpoena. As the first step in our due diligence, committee staff contacted FBIofficials and asked for confirmation of certain facts in an attempt to validate the whistleblower’s  claims and ssertions. Unfortunately, several days later, the FBI responded that it would notconfirm or deny any information identified by the committee even though several of ourquestions were not related to the possible existence of an ongoing grand jury investigation.”
For these reasons, the committee must know whether the FBI has assessed the validity of materials the whistleblower has provided, and what, if any, actions the FBI has taken since obtaining this information. In light of these unanswered questions, I request the following information and material:
1. Does the FBI possess material from Hunter Biden’s laptop(s)? If yes, how and when did the FBI obtain this information?
2. Is it accurate that FBI officials obtained contents from Hunter Biden’s laptop from a business located in Delaware? If so:
a. When did the FBI first examine these records?
b. Has the FBI concluded its examination of these records?
c. Has the FBI found any evidence of criminal activity based on its examination of these records?
d. Has the FBI determined whether the records on the computer was generated on that computer, is genuine, or has been altered in any way?
e. Has the FBI determined whether these records were generated or authored by Hunter Biden?
f. Has the FBI determined whether these records are a result from someone hacking Hunter Biden’s computer?”

Twitter, Facebook and other social media outlets along with the fake news  and mainstream media have not only not been covering the Hunter Biden emails, they have been preventing others from doing so.

Here are some of the important facts:

  • Hunter Biden dropped off a computer at a repair shop run by John Paul Mac Isaac in April 2019.
  • Biden did not return in over 90 days. By law the computer belonged to Isaac.
  • After browsing through the computer’s files, Mr. Isaac became alarmed, the FBI was contacted and eventually took possession.
  • A subpoena was issued December 9, 2019 by US Attorney Lesley Wolf. (see below).
  • Mr. Isaac feared for his safety and gave a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop hard drive to Rudy Giuliani’s attorney, Brian Costello.
  • Mid October 2020 the NY Post began releasing Hunter Biden emails and other information.
  • On October 15, 2020 House Republicans sent a letter to FBI Director Wray requesting answers about the computer.
  • All indications are that the FBI has been “sitting on” the computer and its contents.
  • Rudy Giuliani has been providing regular updates on findings and the authenticity of the emails and other contents.

  • The emails are not only damning for Hunter Biden but also prove Joe Biden lied about his knowledge of Hunter’s involvement and his own.

“Exclusive — ‘This is China, Inc.’: Emails Reveal Hunter Biden’s Associates Helped Communist-Aligned Chinese Elites Secure White House Meetings

Newly obtained emails from a Hunter Biden business partner lay out in detail how the Vice President’s son and his colleagues used their access to the Obama-Biden administration to arrange private meetings for potential foreign clients and investors at the highest levels in the White House. These never-before-revealed emails outline how a delegation of Chinese investors and Communist Party officials managed to secure a private, off-the-books meeting with then-Vice President Joe Biden.

In a 2011 email, Hunter Biden’s business associates also discussed developing relations with what one called “China Inc.” as part of a “new push on soft diplomacy for the Chinese.” These emails are completely unconnected to the Hunter Biden emails being released by the New York Post.

These and more explosive never-before-revealed emails were provided to Schweizer by Bevan Cooney, a one-time Hunter Biden and Devon Archer business associate. Cooney is currently in prison serving a sentence for his involvement in a 2016 bond fraud investment scheme.

In 2019, Cooney reached out to Schweizer after becoming familiar with the revelations in his 2018 book Secret Empires. Cooney explained that he believes he was the “fall guy” for the fraud scheme and that Archer and Hunter Biden had avoided responsibility.

Archer, who was also convicted in the case, saw a federal judge vacate his conviction. But an appellate court overturned the lower court judge’s ruling, reinstating Archer’s conviction in the case. Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime business partner, awaits sentencing.

Cooney, their associate who is currently serving a prison sentence on his conviction in the matter, later reestablished contact with Schweizer through investigative journalist Matthew Tyrmand. From prison, Cooney provided Schweizer with written authorization, his email account name, and password to his Gmail account to retrieve these emails. He authorized, in writing, the publication of these emails— notable because it is the first time a close associate has publicly confirmed Hunter’s trading on his father’s influence.

The emails offer a unique window into just how the Biden universe conducted business during the Obama-Biden Administration. These associates sought to trade on Hunter Biden’s relationship with, and access to, his father and the Obama-Biden White House in order to generate business.”

 

“The Obama-Biden Administration archives reveal that this Chinese delegation did indeed visit the White House on November 14, 2011, and enjoyed high-level access. The delegation included approximately thirty members, according to White House visitor logs. But those records also obscure perhaps the most important item for the Chinese delegation: a meeting with Vice President Joe Biden himself.

The visitor logs list Jeff Zients, the deputy director of Obama’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB), as the host of the CEC delegation. Obama had tasked Zients with restructuring and ultimately consolidating the various export-import agencies under the Commerce Department—an effort in which the Chinese delegation would have a keen interest.

A trip itinerary posted by the CEC also confirms the delegation met with Obama’s then-recently-confirmed Commerce Secretary John Bryson.

Curiously, the Obama-Biden visitor logs do not mention any meeting with Vice President Joe Biden. But the Vice President’s off-the-books meeting was revealed by one of the core founders of the CEC. In an obscure document listing the CEC members’ biographies, CEC Secretary General Maggie Cheng alleges that she facilitated the CEC delegation meetings in Washington in 2011 and boasts of the Washington establishment figures that CEC met with. The first name she dropped was that of Vice President Joe Biden.”

He claimed he had a memo tying Joe Biden to Hunter Biden’s international business, while the presidential nominee repeatedly has denied discussing Hunter’s overseas business interests with him. ”

EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans are calling on the FBI to reveal whether it was in possession of a laptop that reportedly contained emails by Hunter Biden during the impeachment of President Trump — and claiming the agency committed a “gross error in judgement” if it did not inform the White House.

“If the FBI was, in fact, in possession of this evidence and failed to alert the White House to its existence that would have given even more weight to the president’s legal defense, this was a gross error in judgement and a severe violation of trust,” the letter says.

The letter was signed by 19 House Republicans, including Reps. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz.; Louie Gohmert, R-Texas; Debbie Lesko, R-Ariz.; and Jody Hice, R-Ga.”

“A Wilmington computer repairman who reportedly gave a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop hard drive to Rudy Giuliani’s attorney, Brian Costello, spoke cryptically Wednesday about his arrangement last month with the Republican operative.

In a winding interview with the media, John Paul Mac Isaac, owner of The Mac Shop in Wilmington, recalled how in April 2019 a man who identified himself as Hunter Biden brought three liquid-damaged laptops to his small repair shop in the Trolley Square shopping center.

Only one was left for repair, he said. No one returned to retrieve it, he said.”

“Mac Isaac repeatedly claimed he had shared the device with Costello because he was fearful for his safety. He did not explain how a move that would result in publicity would improve his security.

Mac Isaac also declined to state whether he approached Costello first with the hard drive or whether Giuliani’s team came to him.”

“During the subsequent summer and fall, Mac Isaac said he became alarmed after browsing through the computer’s files. He claims he then spoke with an associate more versed than him in the law and in current events.

That unnamed person then contacted the FBI, Mac Isaac said.

Federal investigators from Wilmington and Baltimore then subpoenaed the laptop in December, Mac Isaac said.”

Pozharskyi, who was said to be Burisma’s third-highest-ranking executive, also allegedly emailed Hunter in May 2014, seeking “advice on how you could use your influence” for the benefit of the company, the Post reported.”
