“Rudy Giuliani to appear in front of Michigan House Oversight Committee today
Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer and the man in charge of Trump’s fight to overturn election results in several states, will appear in front of the Michigan House Oversight Committee on Wednesday.
Committee Chair Rep. Matt Hall, a Republican from Marshall, announced Tuesday that he will appear in-person in front of the committee. Previously, Giuliani was invited to submit written testimony.
According to Hall, the point of having Giuliani there is to get answers and provide information regarding election security and transparency.
“We can go a long way to achieving this by going straight to the top. Mr. Giuliani believes there were many problems with how this election was conducted and has alleged that there was significant fraud in Michigan,” Hall said. “I am glad we were able to find time to make this work with the President’s legal team.”
The committee hearing will happen at 6 p.m. Wednesday.”

Zachary Larsen, Michigan Assistant Attorney General from 2012 through 2020:
“87. The GLJC Complaint alleges the Detroit Election Commission “systematically
processed and counted ballots from voters whose name failed to appear in either the Qualified Voter File (QVF) or in the supplemental sheets.” Exh. 3, GLJC Complaintat 3. The GLJC Complaint provides additional witness affidavits detailing the fraudulent conduct of election workers, in particular, that of Zachary Larsen, who served as a Michigan Assistant Attorney General from 2012 through 2020 and was a certified poll challenger at the TCF Center. “Mr.
Larsen reviewed the running list of scanned in ballots in the computer system, where it appeared that the voter had already been counted as having voted. An official operating the computer then appeared to assign this ballot to a different voter as he observed a completely different name that was added to the list of voters at the bottom of a running tab of processed ballots on the right side
of the screen.” Id. at ¶ 16. Mr. Larsen observed this “practice of assigning names and numbers” to non-eligible voters who did not appear in either the poll book or the supplement poll book. Id. at ¶ 17. Moreover, this appeared to be the case for the majority of the voters whose ballots he personally observed being scanned. Id.”
AND NOW,
……….we are seeing greater, and even DOCUMENTED evidence of outright voting fraud have been perpetrated, and TOLERATED by election officials, governors, and SOS in at least 2 states, who then went on to certify the election in both states. This was IN SPITE of their knowledge of existing potentially serious irregularities, and possible fraudulent voting having been perpetrated.
