Rudy Giuliani: “You sent out in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 1,823,148 absentee or mail-in ballots. You received back 1.4 million approximately. However, in the count for president, you counted 2.5 million. I don’t know what accounts for the 700,000 difference between the ballots you sent out and the number of ballots that ended up in the count,”
Are the excess ballots fake and if so will the watermark be used to authenticate?

“A large number of ballots were identical and likely fraudulent. An
Affiant explains that she observed a batch of utterly pristine ballots:
14. Most of the ballots had already been handled; they had been
written on by people, and the edges were worn. They showed obvious
use. However, one batch stood out. It was pristine. There was a
difference in the texture of the paper – it was if they were intended
for absentee use but had not been used for that purposes. There was
a difference in the feel.
15. These different ballots included a slight depressed pre-fold so
they could be easily folded and unfolded for use in the scanning
machines. There were no markings on the ballots to show where they
had com~ from, or where they had been processed. These stood out.
16. In my 20 years of experience of handling ballots, I observed that
the markings for the candidates on these ballots were unusually
uniform, perhaps even with a ballot-marking device. By my estimate
in observing these ballots, approximately 98% constituted votes for
Joe Biden. I only observed two of these ballots as votes for President
Donald J. Trump.” (See Exh. 15 Attached hereto).”
“Another Affiant testified about the use of different paper for ballots,
that would constitute fraud stating:

Are some of these ballots fake and if so will the watermark be used to authenticate?

…….releasing the beast of the depths is one thing. How well will it function in a domain filled with solid rocks behind which lies it’s arch enemy. Is the KRAKEN fluid enough to slide through cracks in the rocks? Perhaps the KRAKEN will find an angle of attack which will take it OVER the rocks. Given the fact that the ocean beast has many tentacles means that it can attack MULTIPLE enemies simultaneously. Since it is fabled to possess great strength in each tentacle means that it could PREVAIL in a battle with an enemy using just one tentacle. If Sidney Powell has a veritable sea monster of words stashed in her brief case remains to be tested in the courtroom. I am praying that she has SEVERAL KRAKENS that are trained to attack SPECIFIC TARGETS, and completely DESTROY THEM. In the days ahead we will soon see.
It was reported a few weeks ago that there was a watermark on the legit ballots that could only be seen with a special light…not UV or IR. That was a terrific development however, it was ‘debunked’ and called an urban legend.
Apparently, it may be true. If all the legit ballots carried the watermark, it’s pretty easy to figure out how many were fake. I wonder what the final count of illegit ballots would be? How many millions for Biden?
I posed the question about the watermark because of the “opening”
in Powell’s GA lawsuit mentioning it.
I was informed of the controversy a week or more ago.
Whether or not this was a Trump “trap” or not, watermarks have been useful
for decades to authenticate items such as postage stamps.

………the hidden watermark would indeed be a game changer. So far I have yet to see, or hear anything relating to such a mark. Hope it is TRUE. It would only be necessary to run all of the ballots in each state through a identification process. IDENTITY MEANING (VALID OR INVALID).

……….another idea would have been making the absentee ballots from paper that only the US MINT can obtain. This being the paper upon which our money is printed but containing a fourth fiber having special color of metal infusion known only to one person. This could be the semi metallic fiber identifier. Costly but POSITIVE.
