Obama DOJ fights Kansas to allow foreigners to vote, Justice Department lawyer Bradley Heard, Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, Arizona Supreme Court decision quoted

“Based on my firsthand experiences, I believe the dismissal of the Black Panther case was motivated by a lawless hostility toward equal enforcement of the law. Others still within the department share my assessment. The department abetted wrongdoers and abandoned law-abiding citizens victimized by the New Black Panthers. The dismissal raises serious questions about the department’s enforcement neutrality in upcoming midterm elections and the subsequent 2012 presidential election.”…J. Christian Adams

“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”…Abraham Lincoln
“If ever a time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patroits to prevent its ruin”…Samuel Adams, 1776

“DOJ Argues to Court Against Rules to Prevent Foreigners From Voting”

“Justice Department lawyer Bradley Heard was in court today trying to stop Kansas from ensuring that only citizens register to vote. Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, relying on a United States Supreme Court opinion of last year, asked the federal Election Assistance Commission to permit him to ensure that only citizens were registering to vote.

The Election Assistance Commission said no, so Kris Kobach went to federal court. Enter Eric Holder’s Justice Department, as usual, opposing election integrity measures.

Despite harping about resource concerns (which apparently means that the DOJ can do nothing about corrupted voter rolls), Holder found the time and money to send Bradley Heard to a hearing in Kansas to argue against Kobach’s election integrity measures.

Things didn’t go well for Bradley Heard before Judge Eric Melgren today. The Wichita Eagle:

Judge Eric Melgren repeatedly pressed Department of Justice lawyer Bradley Heard to explain how a Supreme Court decision last year on Arizona’s proof-of-citizenship law allows the federal Election Assistance Commission to reject requests from Arizona and Kansas to add state-law requirements to the instructions for filling out the voting form.

“The single pivotal question in this case is who gets to decide … what’s necessary” to establish citizenship for voting, Melgren said.

Heard said that decision lies with the EAC under the federal National Voter Registration Act, also known as the motor-voter law. He said the law empowers the commission to decide what questions and proofs are necessary to include in the federal registration form.

Take note, Heard argued both that Kobach can’t take steps to prevent foreigners to register to vote, and, that federal government power over state elections is supreme.

So who is Bradley Heard?”

This business of the government constantly making projections such as above and then subsequently reducing the numbers is a definite racket.

When the so-called “projections” are made, those are the numbers put out there and remembered by the general public. Invariably at a later date the “corrected” figures don’t get that much publicity, and even if they do, the human psyche causes the general public to ignore them. It is all so outrageous. Orwell had it right.

    Bingo!

I personally am contemplating, and otherwise preparing for a really nasty 2-5 years ahead for ALL of us. To date I think that we have only witnessed the top of the iceberg, which can and WILL eventually either capsise,or turn completey over as it’s balance changes over time, and causing major financial impediments upon everyone. When I said 2-5 years I took into account a possible national election in 2016, which probably will make little ,or no difference at all. The ONLY remedy is the occurance of a radical action which precipitates a national necessity to produce a huge volume of goods quickly. This occurence might very well be a WORLD WAR. For those who remember the 1930s the results of the depression continued UNABATED clear up to and even into the WW2 years..During WW2 the US was largely a socialist nation. Franklin Delano Roosevelt immediately Nationalised almost the entirety of our industrial sector. I would expect this to occur again as well.

  9. When foreighners are allowed to vote in our elections you are inviting the destruction of the country. There is only ONE court left…..WE THE PEOPLE…..and it is fast becoming obvious that it will be WE THE PEOPLE who will be forced to fight to retreive our country…but do nothing and I guarantee you will ultimately wish that you had taken action much sooner. For those who think Soetoro is “SO C-O-O-L” YOU WILL SOON BE CURSING at him,…unfortunately it will be TOO LATE…you will then get to live in the filthy wallow of filth which you have created as a result of your IGNORANCE,and general stupidity. ENJOY IT!

  10. Good morning to the U.S. from South Africa,

  11. The Socialist “Progressives” have been outed, and literally ALL AMERICANS have been told about their intentions. Thes people are in ABUNDANCE in both political parties, and many of them are now holding moderate to high elected office in our country. They are PART and PARCEL with what is happening ,and no matter how you vote they will continue their vendetta. There is only one way remaining to stop them. I believe that if Soetoro is NOT impeached there will be a revolution in America once again and this time it will be of such a magnitude that 1776 will seem like a child playing with toy soldiers…….millions in America will die, and hopefully the progressives will go with them.

  12. William…..
Wouldn’t it be early evening in South Africa?

  13. Bye bye everybody….have a great day!
